367. Children’s Human Rights | Equal Money

Children are the origin and starting point to create a New World in Equality. Children are mentioned only twice in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which should be a point of concern to not recognize the absolute importance that they represent within the understanding that all children are the adults of tomorrow, and by us not dedicating sufficient attention and support to this considered ‘vulnerable group’ we are undermining the foundation of our future and generations to come if we don’t stop the multiple violations to Children’s rights to be disclosed here. We go the solutions to – for the first time in our history – recognize the vital understanding of a child’s upbringing from the womb and the effect this will bring to create an actual Change in this World through and by the Children of the World.

    Problem

  • The Universal Declaration of Rights – on  Children

    Article 26.
  • (3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

    • The first violation of Children’s rights is having to copy and absolutely integrate within themselves the exact ways of the parents as their genetic product as well as the kind of relationship established with the child that is more often than not a relationship of abuse, conflict, abandonment and exploitation. This begins by the parents, extending to their Neighborhood, school, the media, and the rest of a Child’s Education and Adaptation in society that consists of transferring the past intact to them, not only in behavioral patterns, knowledge and information, but in the way that the world-system is and has been, which is something to be concerned about when realizing that we are already seeing the massive rate of abuse inflicted by ourselves as human beings upon each other and every other living being including the planet itself.
    • By continuing a system that runs on profit instead of the consideration of all life in Equality, we are already culprits for having condemned ourselves and generations that are already Here to go throughout their lifetime, trying to ‘find themselves,’ trying to ‘make a living’ and never questioning why we didn’t do better to ensure all enslavement would be long gone by today. This is the world that parents know, this is all that has been ever known – so how could a parent have any decision of what’s best for their children if there are simply no means – read money which translates to education and a good living condition – with which to provide a secure and supportive living environment for the child? There is no decision: we currently are measured by what we are able to pay for.

All children have a right to be protected, not only those who are at risk of trafficking, and reinforcing protection for all children also reduces the vulnerability of sub-groups of children. The concept of building a protective environment for children includes putting in place policies and programmes that ensure children’s rights to survival, development and well-being in general. Child protection systems comprise the set of laws, policies, regulations and services needed across all social sectors – especially social welfare, education, health, security and justice – to support prevention and respond to protection related risks. These systems are part of social protection, and extend beyond it. They include the aim of supporting and strengthening families to reduce social exclusion, and to lower the risk of separation, violence and exploitation

Governments are responsible for allocating sufficient budget to be able both to support programming such as those outlined above to improve the financial status of the family, and for direct financial assistance for the poorest of the poor. This indicates the importance of coordinated action within government to ensure child protection.
Ministries with responsibilities for children and families, labour, youth, employment, finance, social welfare, education and potentially others all have a role to play in child protection, and consultation and coordination across different ministries is important to maximize the impact of government policies and actions for children.

Training manual to fight trafficking in children for labour, sexual and other forms of exploitation / International Labour Office,
International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC). – Geneva: ILO, 2009

    • So far our Governments have no interest to genuinely enforce these considerations, because it is all based on the amount of money this would require and not only that, but an entire re-structuring of the system in fact, because all of what is considered in the quotes above can only exist if every individual in charge of not only children but generally as an independent and self willed being is supported with the necessary means to have the best living condition that can create the conditions stated above, which are merely good intentions with no practical application, which makes such manual a great plan to support our societies, but it is like the blueprint for a house that remains only as a project, a dream in someone’s mind without the necessary funds and means to actually live it out in reality.

    Do children have rights?

Children, unlike fetuses, do possess individual rights. A new born child, unlike a fetus, is a physically separate entity. A child is an actual human being, with a capability to reason, and thus a child has the same right to life as any adult. However, the application of this right for a young child differs in practice from that of an adult, as a child’s conceptual faculty is not fully developed. This is why a six year old girl does not have the right to choose to enter into a sexual relationship—and an adult does.

    http://capitalism.org/category/children/

    • This consideration of children not having certain ’diminished faculties’ is the accepted and allowed excuse used to shape and mold a child according to what the Parents and Schooling system implement as ‘Education,’ because it is believed that they are less capable than an adult to make decisions. But the reality is that they are limited and constricted by the very beginning stages of their development within the family core, by the environment in which they are born into wherein not only money will determine the quality of lives and as such the level of ‘liberties’ they will be granted with, but also the way the child will behave, act, speak and develop certain personalities that will be shaped according to the preponderant social and cultural habits and ways of living.

We have thus far believed that children are not ready to understand, we have accepted and allowed ourselves to believe that they have some form of ‘slow process of integrating knowledge and information when in fact it is quite the opposite. Fortunately, we are the spearhead in Human Education in this world in relation to the investigations that are currently being conducted to for the first time in human history, assist and support an individual from the womb to develop themselves as a sound living human being. This is outside of the bounds of accepted science, yet an entire process of years of investigation backs up this process which can be read within the Desteni Material (Further references will be given at the end of this article*)

    Parental and Environmental Influence

    • The child is already born into limitation as young as 13 weeks of gestation in the mother’s womb where the parental patterns are integrated as part of the mind that the new born will develop throughout an entire lifetime. This is how no matter how much we would want to apply basic human rights, the conditions that limit the newborn are already integrated by default as the result of who we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become in our  mind that becomes the very genetic information transferred to every newborn.

Then, Children grow up to integrate the same drive every other human being has within life in a survival system, which is linked to money as a status of success and well being that is fueled by the media that most of the children are educated with due to the parents having little to no time to be with them in every single moment to instead educate the child with actual support based on the development of skills and living examples for the child to eventually become an adult that can reach their utmost potential. This also implies that no matter how great the parents can be, by virtue of existing in one single environment in which we are all existing in, it is virtually impossible to prevent the danger, abuse and insanity of this world to affect your children, because this is the culture that we have created wherein there is little to no support for children to develop the trust and confidence within themselves to walk throughout a lifetime – instead, the schooling process and education at home becomes the survival-training in a world where life is not a given right and where each one is taught to ‘fight for their right to live’ instead of it being given and assured from the cradle to the grave.

    • There is also a Lack of Parental Education to ensure that they will in fact take care of their children. Many abuse their own children either physically, sexually and/or psychologically which defines the life that the child will have from that moment on and for the rest of their lives. These children often run away from home ending up living in the streets other than bearing to live with abusive parents that often are also but not limited to being alcoholics and/or drug abusers, generating conditions for domestic abuse of which children are also gravely affected by. Children can’t ask for support to the authorities because all forms of orphanages or social-worker support ends up being rather abusive at times; some other times children have become so used to the freedom that the streets provide that getting ‘back on track’ as in getting back to school and having a ‘normal life’ is just impossible when some resort to prostitution, drug abuse and even stealing in order to get by. Children grow up to be the same criminals that we then put in prisons without understanding or caring to investigate their background to realize how it is that it all begun from the moment of their inception in a broken home by a dysfunctional couple that did not measure the actual requirements to educate a child with all the best support possible in a financial, affective and environmental way. This is in fact the starting point of our troubled society, these are the relationships and set-up we are born into.

    • Children born into families with money are no less abused when being taught to praise the money they have, being defined by their social status and often growing up without direct company of the busy parents that are always traveling or doing business, which ends up creating children that can ‘have it all ‘ financially speaking, but lack the actual formative support that parents are supposed to give. Many more are compromised to either have no option but to marry members in their own family for the purpose of maintaining wealth within it. Many more are forced to follow religious traditions of which they also have no other option for since it is what the parents decide is ‘how things are’ for their children – and this is how even when having sufficient resources, the sheer perpetuation of a linage and tradition that provides success for a family is imposed onto the children with no option to consider there is another way to conduct their lives. Even if this is not considered a form of violation at first sight due to the financial resources available, it does constitute the regular ‘education’ that creates the current elitism in which children are born to without any option to see the world in a different manner, creating dissociation from the rest of the problems that exist in the world, because money creates a veil of comfort that numbs the ability to become an effective and supportive individual – it is all an accepted and allowed social configuration of separation and negligence in which children are born into to further perpetuate the same patterns that have shaped our history generation after generation.

     Human CULTure

    •  Consumerism and the Sexualization of children is being fed by a culture wherein the objective of consumption as the mechanism in which our economy functions, has made of any form of media and social conduct a means and ways to ensure that the profit-making drive is always present from an early age, turning children into early emotionally-driven consumerists following the instructions given on the thousands of ads in our TV and computer screens, where children have little to no awareness of what it is that they’re in fact adopting as a consumption pattern of the words, the behavior, the looks, the aspirations that are simply copied from people on the TV, ‘artists,’  from stories they hear around their parents, teachers, family and friends which is all the result of a social system where entertainment and media have taken the role of ‘educators’ to ensure that children grow up desiring to have a lot of money to buy what they learn is supposed to provide them ‘Happiness.’

In this there are no values that could ensure that this child will grow up to be an individual that will have the least consideration about the physical reality they live in, caring about each other’s well being or ensuring that the written human rights are in fact implemented. Instead it is all a fantasy-driven story that makes of children young adults with no sense of self responsibility and a strong desire to make money, to be independent and successful in all they do within the definitions of what this system considers ‘successful,’ which is not based on living values but only the amount of money one can get to obtain. Is there in any way a consideration of Equality and developing Self Respect and Integrity within Individuals? No.

To this, we can add the ubiquitous depictions of sex, violence and any other form of disregard to living values promoted in advertising and pornography, which has become another problem in our society where the internet is filled with that which we have accepted and allowed as an ‘acceptable’ way of entertainment which is by all means Not at all so. On the other side of the coin, this is how this ‘entertainment’ or preference for some becomes a business and a reason for children to be recruited as a sexual slave and in this, no matter how much money you have or don’t have: we’re all responsible for because we’ve become used to driving our lives according to the desire for money, success, sex and the ultimate status that we learn we must get to achieve throughout life, and school, home and our neighborhoods are the growing broth for that; we cultivate it through repetition until eventually our personalities and ‘ways of living’ are absolutely defined by every single thing that we learned from the TV, from the media, from the advertisements on the street and our parental example which also represent the consequential outflow of this same process happening to them from generation to generation.

    War

There are children that could have lived in relatively stable countries, yet the moment a war is waged against their country in the game of “terrorism” – which is in fact supporting the desires of a few individuals in a nation to invade another territory for personal gain -the lives of the country’s people and children are suddenly stripped from that stability and relative peace in which they lived in. Any possibility to go to school and have a normal life is disrupted not only by the need to make money but also due to the death and destruction that any war environment creates, violating the right for children to have a peaceful and healthy living condition, not to mention the lasting effects that have resulted in physical deformities and illnesses that stem from radiation delivered in the form of nuclear bombs and chemical weapons that leave high levels of toxicity undermining any potential ‘healthy living condition’ for generations to come.

    War is Children Abuse

In Afghanistan for example, children are dragged into their parents’ addiction to smoke opium or heroin to mitigate hunger in a family where one single piece of bread must be divided between 5-6 members during a day, living altogether in a shack where children as young as babies already pick up the parents’ drug consumption habit due to the country’s general condition of absolute destruction and social degradation.

Other no less atrocious outflow is when children become the very military force trained in a religious and fascist manner to fight against whoever is the enemy, leading children to become soldiers and members of gangs as a form of protection; sometimes this is also an outflow of the poverty and lack of familial support that can’t exist in a country where people have less than the necessary means to live. Many more lose their parents as the result of wars in which their living environment can be reduced to rubble.

War is a crime against humanity that affects people including children along with many more outflows of which this is merely an example of where Children’s Rights are violated.

    child soldiers

Unicef is aware of this, yet the problems are always justified with the whole political situation being ‘too complex’ to solve – it is not, every war can be reduced to be caused by lack of support and or desire for resources that could be distributed in an equal manner in an Equality System in this world.

    Child Labor and Trafficking

The International Labor Organization’s 2002 estimation of 1.2 million children being trafficked each year remains the reference (Every Child Counts, New Global estimate on Child Labour).

“The first is helping the family to understand the risks to the child of trafficking but also the risks to the family and community and the advantages to be gained by protecting the child and her/his future contribution to the family’s well-being.” Training manual to fight trafficking in children for labour, sexual and other forms of exploitation

    • Making the families aware of the risks entailed in sending their children away to work to make money stems from the obvious point that is not being directly addressed: the sheer need of parents sending their children away from home or directly selling them already indicates a major problem which is Poverty and how the lack of money as support creates the opening ground for  business such as ‘Child trafficking’ to exist. Increasing the family’s income is a perceived solution, but it is not so at the greater scale where inflation in prices and other external circumstances can undermine the potential of such support through merely ‘giving more money to the family.’ This does not solve the problems that exist at home, as a culture where the traditions, beliefs and customs are based on these moral codes where children have to obey their authority without any regard on whether it is in fact common sense that is taught to them or not. Most of the times, it is a hierarchical form of abuse that is being passed on from generation to generation.

    Children Equal Life

“Getting girls and boys into school and keeping them there is a vital step in reducing their vulnerability to trafficking. This is especially true of children who are ‘hard to reach’, such as children living on the streets, who are especially vulnerable to being recruited into child labour or to being trafficked.”

-Training manual to fight trafficking in children for labour, sexual and other forms of exploitation

    • Education is seen as a way to prevent abuse – but really, is education currently a guarantee for everyone to have an assured job? No. Not only is education not of the best quality that it could be and be granted for ‘Free’ as intended, but it is part of the same world-system scheme in which not all kids receive the same kind of education. In most cases in places where poverty reigns, it is rather a bad experience for children to go through, which causes further drop-outs and lack of motivation. This causes children to instead immediately incorporate themselves into the survival game of this world system wherein we haven’t yet learned or considered to support all individuals equally to prevent child labor. In the end, if you have access to education, but live in an environment where family members act in abusive ways toward the children and the general living condition is deplorable, how can we expect them to have the necessary motivation to keep going if their future is already determined to be subsumed  and marginalized in absolute lack and deprivation from any form of dignified living condition?

Law enforcement in relation to trafficking applies not only to the implementation of criminal law but also labour law, which is a potent weapon in anti-trafficking efforts. It has to be borne in mind however, that labour law cannot reach into the underground economy or unregulated workplaces. It is important that those working in the legal professions understand trafficking, labour exploitation and the realities of the underground economy. They also, of course, should appreciate issues relating to victim protection and rights.

-Training manual to fight trafficking in children for labour, sexual and other forms of exploitation

    • It is mostly disheartening to read that the application of laws cannot in fact ensure that no abuse takes place upon children. This is due to our current Corporate and Unregulated Capitalism wherein all that matters is making profit regardless of whose workforce is implied – this does not only apply to children but adults alike. Hence because the economy is in itself flawed and operating as a profit-based system, the root and cause of the problem that affects children is simply not corrected and aligned. This most certainly leads us to believe that laws can put the criminals that traffic children in prison, but is that the solution to a problem wherein the root and cause of such crime is simply not having sufficient money to live and No Human Rights being in fact guaranteed in this world? No, it is not. Law enforcement is thus futile without the necessary mechanisms to in fact change how the system operates at an economic, politic and social level. Without the support of the government, our judicial systems and most importantly the economic system, any and all considerations to rescue victims of child abuse are only temporary fixes for a situation that will reoccur and prevail when someone can profit out of the labor that a little child can provide.

    • Capitalism and Child Labor

    child_labour12

    • The employment of young people is meant to be permitted from age 14-15 while still holding Children’s Rights to supposedly prevent exploitation and other forms of abuse. However what happens in fact is that children as young as 5 and 6 years old are already used as workforce in countries where poverty is the general ‘living condition’ due to the world-system politics and economic affairs that we have all also accepted and allowed as ‘how things are’ where the need for money makes children become workers rather than attending any school to eventually get out of the poverty loop – something as ‘simple’ as in having the ability to go to school, in places where survival is extensive, such luxury is simply not existent, even if it’s not the actual way to stop the cycle of abuse.

What you’re about to read stems from the Ayn Rand philosophy on Capitalism that is presented in the website Capitalism.org – We’ll give perspective on some of the answers available in their concept section dedicated to Children.

Isn’t Capitalism responsible for children working in factories?

Children working in factories was only a transitory stage between early feudalism and capitalism. Prior to working in factories, before capitalism, many of children (and their parents) used to die and starve, as evidenced by the high infant mortality statistics before capitalism. Observe that is was not until families left the “country” and went into the “cities” that they were able to produce enough food to eat. The clearest evidence of this is population and infant mortality statistics: population did not go up, and infant mortality did not go down, until the Industrial Revolution. If life was so great before capitalism in the “country”, why was infant mortality so high and population numbers considerably lower before capitalism? Answer: because life was not so great until Capitalism.

Throughout history the parents of most families could not produce enough to support their families without having their children work also (such was the case of my father in India). It was the accumulation capital by the industrialists that made the labor of parents more productive, that children had to stop working in fields or factories. In poor non-capitalist countries they are still working in fields and factories.

    • There are many ways to justify the abuse that we are currently living in as our economic system, and this quote is proof of that. The problem that is not addressed is how in rich-capitalist countries all the goods sold to the rich are the product of hideous labor conditions, also involving child labor which means that those ‘poor-countries’ become the work-force for the rich countries wherein children are granted all these goods as part of their well being, along with the best education and living conditions each one can afford; but, if they had to produce what they consume, they would probably equally have to make their children work to maintain such high rates of living standards due to not having anyone to ‘outsource’ the production to. Sure, capitalism can elevate a few sectors’ living conditions, but it is not explained at the expense of who is such well being created, and as we know the poor ones, the vulnerable ones are the preferred work force due to the profit that it represents to have cheap labor.

“At any stage of the supply chain, children(and indeed adults) may have been exploited, and may have been trafficked into that exploitation. As sub-contracting arrangements become more complex and increasingly global, it is an enormous challenge to check every link in the chain and be able to guarantee that end products are, indeed ‘child trafficking-free’. This is increasingly, however, what consumers desire and require. A number of high profile campaigns in some sectors against reputable manufacturers whose supply chains were shown to include exploitative sub-contractors, have illustrated in recent years how vulnerable reputable employers can be if they are not fully aware of all the elements of their supply chain, all the sub-contractors used (and the sub-contractors of their sub-contractors) and cannot guarantee 100 per cent that their output is child trafficking/labour-free.”
-Training manual to fight trafficking in children for labour, sexual and other forms of exploitation

    Child labor in China

How could we in any way justify the pain and suffering that children that should be enjoying themselves discovering reality with proper assistance by parents and teachers are instead becoming the workforce within a system wherein Only those with money can make an actual ‘living’? There are no justifications, there are no excuses other than our general disregard and self interest to not ensure every single child’s well being. If this same kind of no-choice for the future of our children was experienced by every single family that is currently secured with money, we would have surely already – most likely – done something about it, but because we don’t see the reality we are all inflicting by default to every child born without proper support, we believe that it is ‘none of our business’ and that is what generates the illusion that the children of the world is not of our responsibility when in reality they are all in fact our children as well.

Will labor laws banning child labor in non-capitalist countries put an end to child poverty?

Contrary to leftist rhetoric passing child labor laws in these countries will not solve the problem, but will only lead to mass starvation — which is why the “poor” themselves resist such laws. It is primarily for the benefit of the rich, leftist “humanitarians” — that live in capitalist countries — who cry out for these laws, that these laws are implemented. - http://capitalism.org/category/children/

    • The nature of this quote represents the accepted and allowed crime against ourselves as humanity where we have come to accept poverty as an inherited state of being where even denying labor to children can lead to their inability to fend for themselves. This is the catch 22 conditions we continue to exist in because of profit. One can notice the tonality wherein there is no consideration on what the actual suffering of these children represents in fact.

    cotton_children

Doesn’t capitalism lead to child labor in factories?

No. Capitalism did not create child labor working in fields or factories. It inherited it from the previous political systems. Observe that in communist Cuba of today 11 year old children are forcibly sent off to “summer camps” where they spend time working in fields cutting sugar cane and tobacco — this is called by leftists as “volunteerism” and “education”. Yet little mention is made of this.

    http://capitalism.org/category/children/

    • Whether it is inherited or not, the fact is that child labor constitutes a great part of the work force in places like China where children as young as 10 – or less – have been found laboring in factories. Any form of forced labor no matter what the type of economic system is a violation of human rights.

      • “12 million children laboring in India working in coal mines, textiles and hideous labor conditions
      • 60% of the 350 million child laborers are in Asia

      • 1998 – The National Labor committee found 300 young women making garments for Ann Taylor in a Factory in Southeastern China
      • 50,000 in Bangladesh children working are ‘essential’ for families”

    • This is the condition that most people that are abused and exploited in this world are existing in: there is no organism that in fact protects children and young people from the hands of a lucrative business that is a consequential outflow of our own need to keep running a system based on profit while satisfying our accepted and allowed ‘wants and needs.’ Marginalization, discrimination, lack of healthcare, lack of education and basic means to live makes of these individuals the ideal target for those that even promise better living conditions to the parents of the children. Sometimes girls are sold for marriage purposes and in this, a child’s will is absolutely overlooked when it comes to the adults that supposedly know what would be better for another individual. We realize this is just a lie since all current ‘living decisions’ are based on Profit and Survival accordingly.

What is a proper solution to solving child-poverty in third-world countries?

The real solution is to make the parents productive enough so that they can produce enough for themselves — and for their children. What these poor people in India and the like need, are not more humanitarians like Mother Theresa, but more businessman like Bill Gates. What these countries need is not more government controls, but more freedom.http://capitalism.org/category/children/

    • The Production solution is also the same one promoted by organisms like the UNICEF which is of no surprise at all, since all organizations stemming from the UN are still guarding the world-system’s best interests – profit, capitalist gain for a few – above any real Human Rights defense. These organisms are shaped to comply to the dominant economic system and formulate solutions according to the laws of profit and benefit for those that actually create their wealth based on the majority’s suffering.  Making Parents ‘productive enough’ is not a solution since that leads to our current ‘progress and economic growth’ measures that have turned Life into a profit making scheme of unstoppable consuming and producing, turning our world into a factory and a trash can at the same time. Freedom is money in this world, and by not giving money to everyone within a system where giving and receiving is done in equality, we cannot conceive just ‘working harder’ to be a genuine solution but instead it is another way to present a ‘no other way out’ from the capitalist-terms in which we have all believed it is impossible to get out of.

We’re about to discover that this is not at all so.

    Solutions

    • The transformation and solution process is through an with the implementation of the Equal Money System beginning with Equal money Capitalism is the stepping stone to move from our current living condition of survival, control and fear  to an assured and guaranteed well being by virtue of being able to protect our human rights. This is possible when money stops being an end in itself that is to be strived and fought for, and instead becomes a tool of unconditional support for all individuals of which children are the ones that will have equal benefit by being able to be born into a Living environment where all the necessary means to live in dignity are granted as a Living Right.

    • Children will be supported from the moment of birth with Equal Money managed by their parents who will also individually have all the money required to grant each child the quality living needs, support, assistance and environmental responsibility that ensures and guarantees a general well being for every child equally. Education in the Equal Money System will be available for all and it is extended to a special training and support for Parents, because we Do understand how vital it is to have all information, all relevant educational support to understand how to best support the child even from the stages of gestation in the mother’s womb. This is part of the Self-Responsibility Principle in which Equal Money and the Living Rights established through the Equal Life Foundation are based upon.

Everyone will receive free and effective training in language, reading, and mathematics – the basic foundational skills that make it possible to effectively interact with one’s world. Prospective parents will receive training to ensure that they are fully capable of supporting their child’s development into a functionally effective Human.

An Equal Right of Safety and Security for every Child, so that a life free of fear, insecurity and trauma is assured, a life in which parental guidance is balanced with freedom of expression and lived within an environment of creativity and joy so that every Child grows into his or her utmost potential as a unique expression of Life Itself.
    -- Equal Life Foundation

    • The process of rehabilitation for children and parents alike along with the necessary living conditions and support granted as a Fundamental Human Right will be part of our social responsibility within the understanding that the life of each child that has been affected by our world-system of profit over life is our direct cause and effect that we must take Self Responsibility for. There are already plans for that according to Unicef and other International Organizations, however none of them have been effective due to the economic constrain they are founded upon. By removing money as an obstacle in that equation, everyone genuinely interested in educating oneself to later on educate parents and children alike will be able to do so, as this is a fundamental aspect to integrate the living principles and values to generate the best living condition that we all want for ourselves and the future generations to come.

    • Any violation to Children’s Human Right to Live in Dignity and be Supported in equal Honor, Integrity and Respect by their Parents will be dealt with according to the solutions that can be implemented to either replace the parents, support the parents to become effective in their parenting skills or face the consequence that we will all collectively decide by democratic means is what is best for all. These measures are contemplated to ensure that the patterns of parental abuse are gradually diminished up to the point of absolute eradication. This is within the understanding that the patterns of abuse have been integrated as part of who we are, our history, our culture and environment. All of this will entail an arduous yet absolutely gratifying process of supporting each aspect of our reality to be aligned to Equality as Life, to turn it into the Ideal Living Environment to Raise our Children in the best ways that we can all contribute to guard and create.

    Rewards

    • Children that become the living expression of life will be our greatest reward, to see them enjoying themselves without any fear, without limitation, without having a mind creating inner conflict and insecurity. Instead, each child will be endowed with all necessary living skills through education and parental support to become the individual that they will understand is what is best for all, because Freedom can only exist within the understanding that we are a collective on this Earth and we have to consider each part of it if we genuinely want to live in peace and harmony – that’s the fundamental aspect that will enable children to become effective decision makers and self-willed individuals that support themselves to work together in a system where Life will be honored from birth till the inevitable death.

    • The time available for parents to take care of their children will also be a possibility in a world system where working is no longer your ticket to live, but instead a contribution that one gives in a certain phase of our lives – and with considerable less amount of working time – in order to dedicate ourselves as adults to educate and raise children to become the genuine future of the world that we would want ourselves to live in as well.

    • Educated Parents that genuinely know how to care for their children, having all the necessary means to give them the best living condition is a guarantee that will ensure children are actually cared for with the intent of supporting them as equals to become self-realized individuals that equally generate the best living conditions in which they will also, as a result, will want their own children to be born into.

    • No more child trafficking, child abuse, children sold as sexual slaves for child pornography. No more children having to prostitute themselves on the streets, no more children running away from their abusive parents at home, no more children resorting to drugs to mitigate the physical psychological abuse, physical pain and/or hunger – Every single child will have access to the best living condition that we all would want for ourselves. This is the reward that we will collectively ensure through the general organisms that we will all collectively regulate, as it is in our best interest to ensure that our children grow up to be the most effective living individuals that can exist in our world, as that is how we realize that the future of our human race depends on how well we support and assist our children to create the future not only for fellow human beings, but to equally ensure all animals, plants and the entire ecosystem is equally supported to finally live as Equals on this Earth.

To never see a single child being abused and suffering again – this is our collective responsibility.

  • 364.Education is a Human Right |Equal Money

Why do we Have to go to school? The motivation for Education has been that of preparing yourself throughout at least 15 years of your life in order to be considered as a ‘prepared’ working force ready and suited enough to ‘make a living’ in this world. But we haven’t questioned: Why is it that a human being is not supported from birth to already have all the necessary elements to ‘have a living’ in the best possible way, so that Education does not become a survival training program, but instead an expression, skills and abilities enhancer for every single being?  It’s time to turn Education into this Living Right and redefine the way that we educate ourselves in our world.

    Continuing with:

    Problem

After our basic physical needs are covered, the next vital aspect to consider is Education which is currently either a great source of debt, indoctrination and pattern integration that does Not support individuals to become independent, expressive and self directive beings simply because Education is not Founded upon a system of Self Support, of Equality as Life.

    • We are obliged to go to School in order to acquire a status of a productive individual that earns money in order to make a living in this world-system where  Life is not a given right that by virtue of Birth. We instead are born into debt and dependency on a system of values that are not given to all individuals equally – this means that no matter whether you are rich or poor, we all depend on money to have access to live. Therefore: what kind of Education can we expect to get within a system that accepts Inequality ‘by Default’ as ‘How things are’ without implementing solutions that obviously must exist-  yet they don’t because the system is founded upon inequality and abuse – hence our ‘Education is compulsory’ in order to become the necessary work force that will ensure it works in an adequate and efficient manner according to the interests we have collectively accepted and allowed to be the foundation of our world-system and society.

    • This is the necessary preamble to understand that: every form of ‘Education’ we have understood thus far has not  in fact existed as a point of assistance and support to conduct a being to express in their utmost potential, but instead it has been a process of indoctrination where the values that one learn in school and in society in general, are the ones that are necessary to support the same system founded upon power and control: competition, desire to be superior, aspiring to have more and more every time, emotional and feeling enhancement to be easily controlled, and aspirations of success that are only related acquiring an elitist status in society – become a rich individual – that we have all learned to identify as ‘successful living.’ Yet, we don’t see that it is already a violation of human rights to have Education be a process of filtering people/elitism to see who would be successful and unsuccessful in a system where values are not based upon Life in Equality, but instead how apt an individual is to follow dreams and the pursuit of happiness in the aspiration to reach that ‘great living condition’ of wealth and influence. This is how we become the perfect working force – slave – to a system where money is tacitly implied to be the motivation to live, when in fact money should be a given right in order to actually learn how to live and expand in our abilities and skills as human beings to care after one another and all other life forms in an equal and one manner – this is obviously Not conducted this way.

    • In the Universal Declaration of Rights – on Education -Article 26.
      • (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

      - Declaration of Human Rights

    • Within this is to understand that it is not Education in itself that is the problem, but how it is currently configured to function in a system of inequality, how it is determined by the social class you’re born into, the religion you’re born into, the intellectual skills that are transmitted genetically, the value of skills society imposes, the efficiency of the teachers, the curriculum, the standing of our nation in the global context, economic status, etc…  we are bound to a series of aspects that are beyond our individual direction – specially as a child – and are not pre-existent in an equal and one supportive foundation, but instead form the foundation of elitism which means that Education varies according to the amount of money you’re able to invest on it. Thus the ‘availability’ is not the problem, but how we have defined such availability based on the amount of money you have and accordingly, you will equally assure your working position in the future, but this is not how it works in reality.

    • Elementary education is only conceived to be pre-school/ first years of one’s life wherein a child is prepared to have a finite conception of ‘education’ such as getting good grades in order to continue advancing in their curriculum, competing against classmates to get the highest scores, obeying authorities, fearing punishment and consequence if not completing one’s tasks, valuing oneself according to the score you get in exams where only knowledge and information is required to be written out as a proof that what has been taught is ‘understood and integrated,’ which means that we are only indoctrinated to follow through with a system of reward and punishment and goal-setting attributes founded upon the fear of ending up either kicked out of school, which means being bound to a life of a ‘loser,’ not finding a job in the future or being considered as a ‘bad student’ which becomes then a reputation that a person may hold throughout time in all other aspects of their personal lives.

    • What is not considered is that all of these evaluation systems are defined according to ‘what is defined as successful/ excelling’ in a system that mirrors the labor system that we are born to be a part of within the same premise of: if you don’t have any money, you have no right to live – all of this means that our education is in fact driven by fear of survival and as such setting the foundation of control upon our children from the moment one learns that ‘not everyone will get access to the good things in life if one is not successful enough–and this is a fundamental problem that defines all other aspects in which our ‘Education’ is formed in our society: a fear based money-driven process of indoctrination.

    • Education in third world countries where no food, no water, no shelter, no clothing, no infrastructure to live in dignity exists is just a ‘luxury’ that is unattainable by individuals that are absolutely subsumed in  state of poverty that prevents them from having even sufficient energy to breathe. This is how speaking about Education as a Human Right is dependent on the amount of wealth a Nation possess and this proves that there are no such rights visible as long as children in the third world can be seen selling candies, food or doing factory work in order to live, instead of going to school – please watch the parallel lives of children, where one hast the usual ‘regular life’ of money that we know and the other one has, well, the exact opposite.

All kids are equal in nature, but the system configuration each one is born into isn’t.

    • Higher education becomes a ‘privilege’ that only a few are able to obtain if an individual has sufficient money to pay for it. We read that ‘Education is compulsory’ and it shall be equally accessible to everyone on the basis of merit, but what merit can  you get if you simply can’t make enough money to live so you have to study, work and attend to your personal responsibilities where there is little to no time left to become the ‘best student’ everyone can get to be?
The following chart reveals the rates of High School drop outs that exist based on the ever growing income gap in the American economy – this sets the trend and model that can be found in every other country where the level of ‘drop outs’ may begin as early as junior high according to he necessity of individuals to make money / make a living in this world.

Dropping out of HIghschool - US - Education

    • In the cases where a student is able to have sufficient score to get into a University/ College, if the parents didn’t save enough money for college – even as early as the child’s birth time – they confront one the greatest debts that a person engages to  throughout their life along with the previously mentioned acquisition of a house – this is about College and the business it has become to ensure that people are bound to paying for almost an entire lifetime the studies that they think they require in order to have a successful living. The usual logic and promise is that you will end up having a great job wherein you’ll have sufficient money to ‘make your dreams come true’ and you’ll use the surplus to pay back for the education. However in reality, we realize this is Not a true Fact – instead, students come out of college with over thousands of dollars in debt to pay for an education that was supposed to grant them – or almost secure them – the best possible job to have great financial stability; instead College Debts become the first binding point for a person to walk through once they finish their education and are out in the system of survival, barely making any money to live, ending up doing any other job that does not relate to the expensive college education they had and on top of that, are bound to pay back for it anyways – or not managing to pay for it at all. This means that the 18-20 years of Education most of the times ends up being a useless process of education that will not be in fact used as the source of an income, but instead a waste of money and personal integrity when finding out that not everyone can in fact ‘make it’ to become successful in this world.

    Watch:

      • (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

    • It is paradoxical and contradictory that Education is meant to strengthen a notion of rights that are entirely dependent on an economic system where even your basic needs to subsist are not readily given/ granted – how can we respect fundamental freedoms that are only available for you if you have enough money? What kind of freedom does a person living with $1.25 dollars a day can have in this world? What kind of respect are we teaching our children when finding  out that we have done Nothing to End Poverty, to End Wars, to End the Lack of overall support to every individual but instead have kept each other bound and forced to work and ‘try to live’ in the most happy way which is directly related according to the amount of money you have?

    International System Problem

    • The entire configuration/set-up of our system which is  the platform upon which this Declaration of Human Rights was issued – after World War II where the American Hegemony was established in the world – set the tonality in which we would then understand our ‘Rights’ based on a Capitalistic system inherently flawed to only benefit those countries and individuals with sufficient money to have these rights ‘guaranteed’ and again, only guaranteed according to the configuration of, in this case, Education continuing to support and provide the necessary foundation for indoctrination to never question why is it that Education, Food, Water, Shelter, basic services are not Given as an actual Human Right? And all of this is in itself a set up of the Fundamental Violation to Human Rights, it is an economic and financial problem before it is an Educational-Values problem, because the values taught in school will already be shaped according to justifying this competition and survival system above any other principle or regard toward life, such as Equality, Honor, Integrity, Dedication, Respect, Self Honesty – none of this exists in a world where Money sets the rules of who lives in abundance and who is bound to a condition of lack.

    • If the United Nation’s sole purpose was in fact to defend Human Rights, all the money that is currently destined to maintain the Offense-Defense balances in the International Politics scenario in this world would instead be directed to empower individuals equally through Education; we would have already seen a great advance or the absolute eradication of poverty in this world among many other problems that are rooted in the lack of education. Instead that has been left to Humanitarian Investments that only support and justify the inequality of the system wherein charities are temporary fixes to a problem deeply rooted in the set-up of this entire world-system at a political, social and economic level. Instead, organizations like the UN are the ones that still accept and allow the existence of weapons that obviously lead to wars, and invest most of their time/ attention and resources to manage such international relations that are, once again, dictated by the hegemonic powers that lead the world. There is no genuine support and interest to implement the basic Declaration of Human Rights, because that would mean that there would be no space for slavery, control and fear-driven causes to make humans subject to money in order to live. In essence if Human Rights in fact existed as intended, we would be already equally free and we would not be writing about everything that has not been conducted in our world after thousands of years of so-called civilization.

    • Parents are individuals that have been also educated in this system to become complacent to the rules and regulations implemented through/as our Education Systems where the motivation factor that will define the Parental decisions in relation to their Children’s education will be based on securing their financial status in the future, giving them ‘the best tools’ to live, but what kind of ‘secure future’ or ‘tools’ can one get and give in an educational system that prepares you to compete against each other to make a living, where if you’re not successful enough according to these values that make this system function properly – competition, ambition, drive for success based on the pursuit of happiness/ the road to riches – you are considered as a failure in the system and as such, relegated to menial jobs that have no possibility of expansion and development in a being’s life. Therefore, Parents don’t know any better either as to what is best for their children because they too have been educated to learn how to fight for survival, how to compete, how to shape oneself in a way that is adequate to make money and have the greatest positions in the system.

    • The kinds of education currently available in this world depend on money, so if the parents have more than sufficient money to live, they will be able to afford private schooling which is considered ‘better’ than public schooling in most of the cases around the world – and in essence it is also just a training ground to become the ‘leaders’ of a world where unequal relationships are forged to sustain a system of inequality. Thus in fact one thinks one is getting ‘the best education,’ but it is in fact only training the people that will compete to get to leadership positions and be ‘in charge’ of others of lesser by-default positions in the system, which means that one becomes only the ‘system-holder’ within such positions of ‘power’ and/or control. Our politicians, our economists, our doctors, our teachers, sociologists, lawyers, communicators, all are equally educated to follow the same pattern where social polarization is studied, theorized and discussed ad nauseam with no definitive outcome to solve the problems in this world which are rooted in the way the world-system is set-up to function.

    • To sum up the understanding of all the flaws within the article that defends the right to Education promulgated by the UN, it is to understand How we have we come to accept and allow an inherently flawed Educational System whose parameters only perpetuate a system of power, control and abuse, no different to any other system because the ruling system is Money and as such Money defines the type of values, skills, dreams and aspirations that our children are imbued with/taught from the moment they step into our educational facilities. The role of the parents is currently that of guarding the interests of the System to ensure that the children become ‘good citizens’ in our nations that have been founded like corporations, not realizing or asking but Why is it that only  a few can achieve happiness and be successful in this world? We blame the ‘inadequacy’ of the child, when in fact it is that the system is designed to not cater for each one’s dream-fulfilling aspirations. And in all of this: who or what is the system? Each and every single one of us.

    • If we are Self-honest enough we will realize how the moment that we applaud an individual’s success in school we are not in fact recognizing the child’s skills and developmental abilities, but we are in fact applauding the road to success that they represent the moment that the System, through its preparation phase called Schooling, approves of the child’s skills, knowledge and information to be obedient to rules and regulations which we laureate with the tag of ‘Good Students,’ while in fact it is simply recognizing a well-indoctrinated being that will abide to the laws and fulfill the expected outcome it’s been imprinted onto them which is: making the most money they can and call that as Successful Living.

    • Last but not at least, the lack of understanding of ourselves as human beings that think, that experience emotions and feelings and make choices according to an inherent survival  mode leads all participants in our society to conform to ideals that we believe are ‘what’s best’ – however why is it that we breed more insecurity, fear, anti-social behaviors, competition, greed, bullying, hating, social segregation, disrespect, cheating, lying and all of the problems in this world that are ‘shaped’ in our schools instead of promoting the individual understanding of ourselves being Equal living beings with individual abilities and capacities to develop in different ways in which we can all ‘win’ if supported to understand who we are as our mind, our personalities, our thoughts, how to walk through emotional distress and any other type of experiences that are only seen as ‘problems’ in the individuals without a clear direction to them. This is one of the key elements that is absolutely missed in schools and delegated to a few psychologists to ‘solve the problems,’ without realizing this is an overall and all-encompassing problem wherein the entire configuration of our world-system is existent: from money system, government/ politicians, laws, parents, social inequality, media, environmental and resource abuse, familial relationships and all other aspects that a child is exposed to invariably become the ‘Education’ that is absorbed outside and inside the classroom, determining everything that an individual will become in the image and likeness of a system of abuse and accordingly a participant in society – and in this it is not only the Parents or Teacher’s problem: we are All Equally Responsible  as a Global Society for this

      • “It is Important to Investigate All Those that Profess to Stand for Human Rights and to Measure what They Do under the banner of ‘Human Rights’ and whether that is In Fact only Propaganda for the ones that Fund these Human Rights Organizations. You have to Investigate whether they are In Fact Focusing on a Solution to bring about a Constitutional Human Rights System that is Based on Equality, that Improves the Quality of Every Human to be Equal to the Value of Life, that they are Ensuring in their Actions to Lead to an Outcome that will Produce a world where Every Child Born Will have a Home to Stay in, will have Food to Eat, Will have a Proper Education, Will have Decent Clothes, will have a Family that is Well Educated to be able to Educate the Child to be a Human with Dignity, that they are In Fact Acting in the Best Interest of the Human Race.” – Bernard PoolmanDay 373: The Sanctity of the Mind

    Solutions

    • The dissolution of Power as Inequality and Greed will be done through Education, this is the first step and pivotal point to set the foundation for change in our world system, and this process has to be differentiated from any previous attempts to do so with no success, since the intellectualization of humanity only set moral codes for the Belief in Knowledge as a means to progress and better the living conditions in our society; but money was forgotten along the way of such ‘evolution’ that was only available for some, therefore an intellectual elitism is created from the restricted  access to such education which has been a constant variable that determines humanity’s well being according to countries/ culture/ race, wherein only the ruling elite or religious authorities get the education they require according to the role and position they would become in society, which perpetuated the hierarchical system we’re existing in, proving that Education as the basic aspect toward creating an Equal society has not been considered at all,  until now.

    The Right to Equal Education

The Right to Education is the right to be a supported individual by virtue of birth throughout an entire lifetime with all your other basic human rights guaranteed wherein Education becomes the way to acquire practical living skills and a training ground to become an efficient living person in a system where life is by default supported, honored and valued in Equality.

Equal Education means the ability to be Equally Supported: All Individuals having access to Education that will be based upon the configuration of an Equality System; this means a System wherein Life is No longer bound to be Sold or ‘Achieved’ through one’s ability to make money, we will All be Educated to coexist as Equals according to the Principles of becoming an equal-participant that has equal rights and equal responsibilities to co-create our world in the best for all manner that will be conducted as the fundamental formation phase of the individual. This process implies developing all necessary skills to become an individual of integrity, honor, respect and dignity that recognizes all life forms as equal to oneself. Within this premise, the necessary educational programs will be developed in accordance to valuing life in Equality – Money will become a rights document to have access to that which we require to fulfill our lives, and with this Education will be considered an inherent part of our human development to continue contributing to this Equal Life based System/way of living and relating to one another.

    • The implementation of this new Educational Foundation will be done through the Equal Money System / Equal Money Capitalism in its initial phase wherein we will align the Education System in its entirety to become the fundamental process of support/ education and assistance for an individual to learn how to coexist with every other individual in Equality, this means:
    • In an Equal Money System, education is firstly designed around the principle that effective skills in mathematics, reading, communication, and, from as early an age as possible, understanding of the interdependent nature of the Human’s relationships with each other, Nature, and Animals, is a basic necessity that must be fulfilled for everyone.

    • Everyone will receive free and effective training in language, reading, and mathematics – the basic foundational skills that make it possible to effectively interact with one’s world. Prospective parents will receive training to ensure that they are fully capable of supporting their child’s development into a functionally effective Human.

    • In an Equal Money System, since one no longer has to learn skills associated with jobs designed around the profit interests of corporations in a consumer society, further skill development throughout the course of one’s adolescent years will instead be focused around developing a full understanding of how the world works, what skills one is best suited to and enjoys the most, as well as exploring social life.

    • Education in an Equal Money System has the goal of giving each individual the support to discover their true passion and abilities, achieve a comprehensive understanding of how the world works and how to support life, and develop healthy relationships with themselves, others, and the world while playing an important part in maintaining a system that gives everyone the best Life possible on Earth. And – unlike in the current system – everyone will be Equally included in receiving such Support.

Here is part of the  Equal Life Foundation’s Bill of Rights  dedicated to Education

    5. An Equal Education Right that supports every individual in his or her pursuit of excellence and fulfillment of potential, supporting intellectual development and practical applications thereof to contribute their lives as relevant to a sustainable Earth that enhances Life for all participants.

    - Equal Life Foundation

The Sixth Fundamental Human Right is Education which is the Way with which the current Division is Created on Earth and How the Justification of the Abuse of Human Rights are in Fact Done. Education is What Creates the Human as it is Now, that Creates what is Now called ‘Human Nature’. But, in fact, the Nature of the Human is that: the Human can be Educated and this Education, Fundamentally, must be Based on What is Best for All – considering the Human Rights Equally for all; thus Producing an Understanding, From Birth, on How to Coexist on a Planet with Limited Resources, yet We are All Here.

Thus, it is a Violation to Allow Education to take place in a way that Justify Abuse in any way whatsoever, because it is a Known Fact that the Human will Become the Result of their Education. This is in fact Used and Abused Extensively by Those that Benefit from Being in Charge of the Education of the Human through Media, Education (Schools and Universities), Religions, Entertainment, Consumerism; as All the Systems that Now Educate and Manipulate the Human – simply Do So in Violating the Most Basic Human Rights, Justifying Why these Human Rights are Apparently ‘Not Valid’ and that the Only Valid Human Right, currently, is Profit, Ownership and Master-Slavery Relationships – all kinds of things that is in No way Actual Practical Human Rights or Fit in with the Very Nature of the Human being as a Physical Being.

                    Rewards

                    • Education will mean exactly what it is intended to do: to expand a being’s individual expression, to support and enhance the foundation for personal care, personal relationships, skills and talents in order to become a participant in this world-system where we will Equally create an Environment in which children can be born into Life – instead of debt, lack, fear, control and deception – Each one of us will stand as an example of the living principles that the system will be founded upon which is Life in Equality. We will thus determine the New Human Nature that will emerge as a result of our collaboration to Educate ourselves from the very basic considerations that we haven’t done yet, such as aligning the meaning of words and as such of our actions, behavior and every moment consideration to ensure  that the living of our words always results in the best for all living conditions. This is the definition of Equal-Empowerment in a Self-Supportive manner which means giving to each other the means, the tools, the understanding to become effective individuals throughout our lifetime and as such, passing it on from generation to generation.

                    • Education will not only be a means to live or contribute to our basic sustenance and functionality in society, but also an ever expanding ground of investigation to always find better ways to educate our children and adults to become self-sufficient, independent yet interdependent human beings that understand how we are free when we consider everyone’s equal ability to exercise such freedom without harm or abuse, which means only in equality where all relationships of power and control are for once and for all dissolved will we genuinely learn how to Live as Equals.

                    363. Housing is a Human Right | Equal Money

Having people existing without adequate housing – or no housing at all – in this world proves that any belief of us being  ‘evolved’ species is absolutely wrong. We still ponder money over each other’s basic necessities; meaning that we rather have opulence for a few and misery for the vast majority – every form of abuse and created lack in our world system is the reflection of our nature. Are we ready to prove we can in fact give to others the necessary infrastructure we require to Live in Dignity?

                    Continuing with:

                    Problem

                    • A house is probably the ‘biggest thing’ a human being is meant to buy and sometimes strive to work for in an entire lifetime – we haven’t yet questioned how is it that our own household is not a given right but instead, a contract you enroll yourself with in order to secure your life and that of your children wherein most of the times, you end up paying a lot more than the original cost – unless you are rich and pay in one full cash payment – and even worse, pass on the mortgage to your kids if you don’t manage to do it in a lifetime.

                    • The Right to adequate housing is a Human Right since 1948 as promulgated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights – however as fundamental it is for all human beings, we still have over a billion people having no proper housing or No housing at all because no Government or any other International Organization has in fact secured this right by financially contributing to its realization.  This means that as long as we have the same world-system where money is more important than adequate living conditions for all living beings, we will fail to live in a world with actual happiness and well being, because we haven’t understood that we are interdependent, a social organism wherein the suffering and lack of one single individual affects the Whole.
                      •

“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.”
Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 25.1)

                        http://www.unhabitat.org/

Several constitutions explicitly refer to the right to adequate housing, including those of Belgium, Seychelles, South Africa and Uruguay. Other constitutions suggest a general responsibility of the State for ensuring adequate housing and living conditions for all.

                        - The Right to Adequate Housing

                    • De jure, the right is well stated, de facto:

                    Townships in South Africa

                    Townships in South Africa

                    Gugulethu-006

                    •    The right to adequate housing does NOT require the State to build housing for the entire population. One of the most common misconceptions associated with the right to adequate housing is that it requires the State to build housing for the entire population, and that people without housing can automatically demand a house from the Government. While most Governments are involved to some degree in housing construction, the right to adequate housing clearly does not oblige the Government to construct a nation’s entire housing stock. [….] the Government, rather than playing the role of housing provider, becomes the facilitator of the actions of all participants in the production and improvement of shelter

                    - The Right to Adequate Housing

                    • About 1.6 billion people live in substandard housing and 100 million are homeless
                    • Each week, more than 1 million people are born in, or move to, cities in the developing world
                    • One billion people (32 percent of the global urban population) live in urban slums
                    • If no serious action were taken, the number of slum dwellers worldwide would increase over the next 30 years to nearly 2 billion

                    • By the year 2030, an additional 3 billion people, about 40 percent of the world’s population, will need access to housing. This translates into a demand for 96,150 new affordable units every day and 4,000 every hour. (UN-HABITAT: 2005)

Access to land is fundamental to adequate shelter. Having legal title to that land encourages families to invest and improve their homes and allows them to access credit and other public services such as water and electricity. Nearly one sixth of the world’s population is living without secure tenure (UN-HABITAT: 2008).

                    De Jure:

Constitution of Mexico, 1917 (as amended in 1983)
                    Article 4
[…] Every family has the right to enjoy decent and proper housing. The law shall establish the instruments and necessary supports to reach the said goal. […]

                    Foreclosure:

                      • In the United States alone, 95 million people have housing problems.
Including payments too large a percentage of their income, overcrowding, poor quality shelter and homelessness

                    • Irresponsible home lending in the United States created a domestic housing bubble that, when it burst, helped to spark the global financial crisis.

Property bubbles in Ireland and Spain left banks holding hundreds of billions of euros in bad debts, forcing governments to prop them up and then seek euro zone bailouts when the expense proved too much.

                    • Across the nation, homeowners—many of them minorities—struggle to stay afloat as they watch their savings plummet and their dreams of maintaining a middle-class American lifestyle disappear. In its place are notices of default and the impending threat of bankruptcy.
In California, a total of 65,466 homes are in the pipeline for foreclosure, many of them purchased before the housing market crash in 2007.
                    • Of the 21 major California cities examined, more than eight in 10 homes in danger of foreclosure are in areas where at least half of its residents are minorities—evidence, the report’s authors say, that further supports the idea that the housing crisis has been particularly harmful to African-American and Hispanic homeowners.

                    • Because of the Housing Bubble that burst in 2007, hardworking and middle class people’ have been evicted out of their homes due to their inability to pay their bills and mortgage on time. This is partly due to the greed that led people to refinance their homes in the belief that their property was going up in value, without realizing that it was never to their benefit but only a trick of the banks that financed all these loans. You require to have ‘good standing’ in your credit line in order to get loans yet you require sufficient income to create such ‘good credit’ and in that, most of the people end up not even getting access to such loans, which is a cul de sac that millions face every single day, aiming to earn more money to be able to be a candidate for a mortgage – which means, engaging in a larger debt…

The bottom line is that due to making of housing a business instead of a living right to be given without any form of interest, we are now witnessing the dismantling of the middle class forming part of the poverty line where only a few take advantage of the majority’s accepted and allowed contracts of death, which are all the mortgages that have become insolvent and inevitably leading people to live in tent cities now.

“To have a house or an apartment is not a luxury – it’s a basic necessity – everyone household should own one. Currently less than 10% of the South African population is capable of buying a house – one that isn’t made of mud and sticks.
So – how is it that we think it is okay to have a market force decide on the distribution of something as necessary as housing? Where we end up with only a 5th of the population having access to the funds to buy a house?

                    - Day 212: Everyone Needs a House – Why is a House not Guaranteed? ~ Economist’s Journey to Life

                    • It is unacceptable that we require corporate financial institutions a.k.a. Banks to decide who is in sufficient ‘good standing’ to get a loan to buy a house. They get to print the money for it and on top of that, make More money out of the interests that are generated within each and every single mortgage that people engage with in order to have a place to live.

                    Evictions

                    Read carefully:

The right to adequate housing does NOT prohibit development projects which could displace people. It is sometimes believed that the protection against forced evictions prohibits development or modernization projects that entail displacement.

The trauma experienced following a forced eviction can also impair a child’s capacity to attend classes. During forced evictions, people are frequently harassed or beaten and occasionally even subjected
to inhumane treatment or killed. Women and girls are particularly
vulnerable to violence, including sexual violence, before, during and after
                    an eviction.

                    - The Right to Adequate Housing

                    • There is no consideration when it comes to having urban developments and corporate settlements having all the necessary governmental support to build that which is profitable with the excuse of making our cities ‘look better/ be more efficient’; this also extends to having to reassign territories that are in political dispute than often lead to violent and extrapolated processes where people end up getting a notice of eviction in a matter of days without any opportunity to appeal to it, since most of the times these are houses where poor people live in. This demonstrates that the use of force along with the righteousness over those that have no means (money) to defend themselves from these processes is still a form of abuse justified with supposed urbanization, but why is then housing not part of this basic urban infrastructure provided for all living beings – this is in fact a human rights violation in the name of civilization that only a few get to benefit from.

                    Over 200 Farmers Risk Eviction
More than 200 farmers are at the risk of being left homeless after they were given an eviction order to vacate from their farms in Kenya

The locals protested the eviction of genuine land owners and the subdivision of the land so that it could be awarded to other people. Locals also claimed that they had owned the land for more than 15 years and had been given allotment letters by the government to prove their ownership.

They further stated that it would be unconstitutional for anyone to evict them from the land without a proper reason or compensation.

                    http://citizennews.co.ke/news/2012/local/item/9804-over-200-farmers-risk-eviction

                    • If someone  or a corporation  decides that your little adobe house is standing in the way of a great project to build a shopping center, you the owner of your house, even if having the property documents in place, will be forced/ kicked out of your house because it is in the best interest of the city and corporation to give your space a ‘greater purpose’ such as building a supermarket or  new roads etc. One would be able to get to a decent agreement to in such case re-allocate people to an even better housing condition – yet this only exists in our ‘utopic dreams’ because most of these people are forced to see where they go in a matter of days, having to move their entire families, their personal belongings, their ‘history’ of having lived in a certain space – that could have even been given by previous governmental administrations as a form of housing support – yet it now can be taken away because ‘New Interests’ and urban planning happen to be envisioned in the area you and your house is occupying. They have no rights, no means to appeal, but only comply to the mandate of those with all the money/power to do this.  There are millions of heartbreaking stories like this, where people now enter a shopping mall, a museum, a road that once used to be the space they once called ‘Home.’

                    Discrimination

                    • Discrimination means any distinction, exclusion or restriction made on the basis of the specific characteristics of an individual such as race, religion, age or sex, which has the effect or purpose of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment or exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms. It is linked to the marginalization of specific population groups and is generally at the root of structural inequalities within societies.
In housing, discrimination can take the form of discriminatory laws, policies or measures; zoning regulations; exclusionary policy development; exclusion from housing benefits; denial of security of tenure; lack of access to credit; limited participation in decision-making; or lack of protection against discriminatory practices carried out by private actors.

                    •   To sum up: Access to housing is most at risk for those denied the right to education, work or social security.

                    - The Right to Adequate Housing

                    Vulnerable groups:

                    • Victims of violations of the right to adequate housing often belong to the most marginalized and discriminated groups, such as the urban and rural poor, racial or ethnic minorities, indigenous peoples, irregular migrants, internally displaced persons or women. Providing legal aid can ensure that victims have access to remedies in cases related to the violation of the right to adequate housing. Otherwise, they might, for instance, have to choose between paying court fees and sending their children to school.
                    A. Women
                    B. Children
                    C. Slum-dwellers
                    D. Homeless persons
                    E. Persons with disabilities
                    F. Displaced persons and migrants
                    G. Indigenous peoples.

                    - The Right to Adequate Housing

                    • The specifics on each group are worth separate articles to exemplify the level of discrimination we have created  when it comes to our human ability to categorize and label people according to what we want to perceive they represent in a system where all values are separated from life itself, denying Equality as life.

                    Adequate Housing

                    • The right to adequate housing includes ensuring access to
adequate services. The right to adequate housing does not just mean that the structure of the house itself must be adequate. There must also be sustainable and non-discriminatory access to facilities essential for health, security, comfort and nutrition. For example, there must be access to safe drinking water, energy for cooking, heating, lighting, sanitation and washing facilities, means of storing food, refuse disposal, site drainage and emergency services.

                    -|The Right to Adequate Housing

                    • States rather spend money on luxurious infrastructure to host corporations, industrial compounds and shopping centers than investing in these basic components of what should be a right to every single individual to benefit from – instead we have over 1 billion people without toilets in this world without even pondering what consequences that creates at a Health care level.

                    • Try the following for yourself: spend one single day without water, without keys to your home, without a proper toilet, without electricity, without the security that your four walls no matter how great or small they are they give you, I guarantee you that all your focus and attention will be toward ‘getting the water back’ and ‘getting the electricity back’ and doing anything you can to get back into your house. It is impossible to conceive we are creating this perpetual state of fear in which Millions of people around the world “live” in – yet we have all our tax money being spent in Wars, paying excessive salaries to politicians who are the ones that are supposed to guarantee all of this – well, now you may know: it is not their obligation to guarantee these things to you and it’s not in their best interest either, which proves that we are existing in the current situation because we have accepted and allowed it.

                    De Jure:

                      • States have an obligation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on all grounds and ensure de jure and de facto equality in access to adequate housing and protection against forced eviction

                    Solutions

                    The Right to Adequate Housing

                    • Having a place to live in will no longer be defined by having or not having money, having or not having sufficient ‘credit reputation’ to do so. With Equal Money along with Equal Life Foundation, the Right to Have a House will be guaranteed by each individual through the necessary managerial organizations – government/ commissions/ organizations  that we the people will establish as the way to ensure that all resources, all basic needs and services are enjoyed by every single individual in this world. This will be possible and a reality in comparison to what we have now based on the fact that Money will be redefined to stop existing as a system of debt and ‘Mortgage’ in itself, and instead become a Rights Document as a Counting Tool to ensure that everyone gets Equal Money as a guaranteed access to housing and all the services entailed within it. This means that:

                    4. An Equal Housing Right that assures every being and every family a stable home environment that is nurturing and supportive of life, properly founded within communities that assist and support a life of dignity and integrity.

                    - Equal Life Foundation

                    • There will be no ‘disadvantaged groups’ since all human beings and living beings will be Equal by Constitutional Equality. This means that nor money or a particular tag imposed to a group of people will be a limitation for people to benefit from the best living conditions we can all cooperate to create. By having access to the materials, tools, people and information to build, we will be able to choose what our house can be like in accordance to that which is sustainable and common sensical when it comes to the use of space, people living in it and the main purposes that we will require according to our needs. All National Laws will be applied within the consideration of the Equal Life Bill of Rights which declares the minimum yet best living standards that all individuals will be supported with.

                    • Everyone will be able to have a house to live in without having to enroll in any form of mortgage or financing process that ends up in endless cycles of debt and increasing interest rates, since money in itself and the financial/banking systems won’t exist within Debt and Interest fictions, instead Money becomes the surety of our Rights by virtue of defining money as the right to Life in Equality which means granting each other access to what we require to live as well as ensuring that we are the ones that create the necessary methods to best make use of money to acquire the necessary materials and/or remunerate those that support with building processes. This will imply that building houses will become a basic skill that will also be taught in school, since it is essential for all individuals to have the means and ways to build our basic foundation to live in dignity, which is a house along with all the services required to make it an adequate housing.

                    • The Equal Life Foundation in conjunction with Governments upon the Equal Money System’s implementation will ensure that every single aspect of adequate housing is in fact being implemented. All individuals will be able to monitor these processes by publishing all the data that will us all about the housing processes around the world. We will even be able to proceed to collaborate to, for example, support with building houses in places where there are No houses at the moment – such as all the Southern pole of this globe that is mostly subsumed in poverty. We will focus on first dignifying the lives of those that lack and then proceed to upgrade everyone’s living standards: those in extreme need come first.

                    • Housing implies proper and adequate habitat for all living species which means that taking care of our Rights to proper Housing extend to ensuring that this World, Our Home, our Planet Earth is also an adequate and most well suited living space for all the billions of living beings – Animals, Plants, Minerals, Air -  that populate this Earth; this is their home, we have abused the environment and consequentially them as well for far too long – this is their planet as well and so we commit ourselves to become the Guardians of the Ecosystem which is our Collective Home – one and equal.

The Fifth Fundamental Human Right is that: Every Human Being Requires a Place to Live, a Roof over their head, a Home, a House. The Human is Not Designed to Live out in Nature. The Human Requires a particular Known Way of Protection: a House. Housing is Not Negotiable when it comes to Human Rights, there is No Way that Anyone that has a House can Claim that their Right to a House is more than another and that they have a Right to Allow Others to Sleep on the Streets or to have No Place that they can call ‘Their Own.’ Thus, a Home You Can Call ‘Your Own’ is a Basic Human Right, which is part of the Fundamental Nature of the Human Being, the Actual Human Nature which is: You need Food, you need Water, you need a Home.

                                    • No single individual or living being will be denied the right to proper living conditions. homelessness, more financial housing bubbles, no more mortgages, no more evictions, no racial or immigrant status discrimination, no more cheaply constructed buildings attempting to be ‘adequate housing’ – it will be in our hands and our own skills that we will be able to take care of the construction of the place we live in without any budget restriction, since all materials required to build houses will be given by virtue of having the right to build a house. Therefore it will be our responsibility to build our houses according to the ways and designs that we decide are most convenient for ourselves. There will be different spaces for different geographic and resource-based needs – this will all be possible as long as we ensure that not a single individual is left behind without having the same opportunity to also decide what is best for them to live in.

                                    • Neighborism means “Loving Thy Neighbor as Thyself” = No more violence or sudden expropriation of the place you live in. Your house will be the place wherein you will be able to ensure that yourself, your children, your neighbors are in fact living in harmony and genuine enjoyment of sharing an environment that one is no longer fearing to lose or expecting to sell to get more money, this is about developing the best living stability that we can once that we will no longer be limited by money to create the best environment we want our future generations to come and live in.

The Equal Life Foundation – Bill of Rights

The Equal Life Foundation has been established by a global community consisting of people from many cultures from around the world. The Equal Life Foundation was created to bring forth the awareness and understanding that all life stands equal to all other aspects of life. This is premised on the fact that all living beings have and hold the inherent rights to and of life, equal by and for every living being, all as equal to each other without the illusions of separation and hierarchy, or impaired by the overlays of manmade systems and constructs of the mind. The common ground of all beings is the equal life force that each has, holds and retains. The inherent right of all living beings is the right to a life that is well-founded on the fundamental principles stated here as the foundation of Equal Life, recognized as essential to all beings and hereby declared as a Bill of Rights inherent to all, exclusive to none. The foundation of this Bill of Rights is practical application, whereby every being is guaranteed to have a life worthy of living in practical terms, so that survival and sustainability are a given that all beings have, share and hold, upon which a fulfilling life of value is equally available to one and all.

The Equal Life Foundation recognizes the Equal Right to Life as the first Inherent and Unalienable Right of Every Human Being endowed with the Breath of Life and Herewith Declares that an Equal Life Right Shall Include for all Living Men, Women and Children

                                    13. An Equal Right to Monetary Integrity with a parity system that starts with the building blocks that one unit of value is equal to one unity of measure, thereby insuring that no man, organization or institution can manipulate the monetary and financial systems to their own self-aggrandizement to the detriment of what is best for all, so that such an integrated, balanced and equal system supports and enhances trade, enterprise, circulation and value retention as fundamental in a global economic system that serves Life.

                                    14. 362. Water is a Human Right | Equal Money

How did we go from establishing our civilizations around rivers, deifying water and understanding it as the sacred element of life that it is to the current  condition that we exist as when it comes to knowing yet neglecting all the various ways in which we are depleting, polluting, privatizing and squandering our fresh water resources without considering the definitive actions that we must implement to stop this crime against life if we want to ensure Life continues in this world.  Water is  Human Right, why is it not yet determined as such in the Declaration of Human Rights ?

                                    Continuing with:

                                    Problem

                                    • We have made of water an asset, a product that has become a discord and point of further control to limit the lives of the majority while enhancing the lives of a few – this is permitted because of the current economic and political system where the following problems are causing more deaths and degradation than wars worldwide:

1.1 Billion without water - EMC - Equality Money

                                        Demographics:

                                        • Since 1950 the world population has doubled and water use has tripled
                                        • Only 20% of the world population enjoys access to running water; over one billion people in developing countries have inadequate access to water
                                        • The average American individual uses 100 to 176 gallons of water per day; in contrast, the average African family uses 5 gallons of water per day
                                        • At least 1 billion people must walk 3 hours or more to obtain drinking water; individuals spend more than 200 million hours per day walking to collect water from distant, often polluted sources

                                    Pollution:
                                    • Human beings cannot survive without water – yet over 1 Billion people lack access to potable drinking water which is the first cause of death due to people having to drink from polluted rivers and lakes where all forms of waste and bacteria exist.

                                    • Not only human beings lack water, all forms of life are currently also not having access to clean waters in rivers and lakes which have become the sewage for industries, entire cities as well as all the chemicals used for agricultural purposes. All of these contaminated waters are used, at the same time,  to water crops which means we are essentially eating our toxic waste in our food. This vital liquid is now permeated with all these relationships of abuse – profiteering, control, subjugation, power – that we have formed toward the substance that conforms most of our physical body; our water is contaminated now in the deep ocean where fish are found with bits of plastic and dying from all the bits consumed – the same way that children and people are forced to drink from polluted rivers because water is so expensive or simply non existent in their locality.

                                    • In the world, we pump 30 billion gallons of ground water every single day.

                                    • Metrics:

                                    • 1 ton of grain requires 1,000 tons of water, 1 slice of cantaloupe requires 40 gallons of water, an 8 ounce serving of steak requires 1,232 gallons; 1 pound of pork requires 1,630 gallons
                                    • Agriculture can consume 75 to 90% of a region’s available water
                                    • One inch of rain falling on one acre of land is equal to roughly 27,154 gallons of water
                                    • 1 Microchip takes 32 liters

                                    • The world’s water consumption rate is doubling every 20 years, outpacing by two times the rate of population growth. With persistent regional droughts, shifts of the growing population to urban coastal cities, and the water needed for industrial growth, it is projected that by the year 2025 water demand will exceed supply by 56%
                                    • Despite being the most common substance on earth, 97% is seawater and unfit for human use. Two thirds of the fresh water is locked up in glaciers leaving only 1% of the earth’s water for human consumption; this 1% is increasingly threatened by pollution

                                    • We are pumping 50 times more water in the world, which means we are breaking the cycle of percolation in which the water is filtered through all the ground to restore the aquifers in a certain period of time. This isn’t being respected and just as any other energetic resource or animal that we kill to consume before it replenishes its reproductive cycle, we are over consuming water faster than it is extracted and replenished, which shows how we have caved our own pit of drought and scarcity: we haven’t yet learned how to respect the natural cycles of this physical world.

                                    •   The pollution has created the loss of water quality, which means that there are no more minerals and nutrients that would come from the soil that would benefit our physical body– we are tampering our own quality living by denying water to those that need it, by using it indiscriminately and pollute it without any responsibility.

                                      Health:

                                    • Of the 37 major diseases in developing countries, 21 are water and sanitation related; no single type of intervention has greater overall impact upon the national development and public health than does the provision of safe drinking water and the proper disposal of human excreta
                                    • The United Nations estimates that by 2025 30% of the world population in 50 countries will face water shortages
                                    • The World Health Organization estimates that water related diseases account for 80% of all sicknesses in the developing world and claim approximately 5 million lives each year
                                    • If no action is taken to meet basic water needs, as many as 135 million people may die from water-related diseases by 2020
                                    • At any given time, half the people in developing countries are suffering from water-related diseases
                                    • Sources: The Economist, the National Geographic Society, USAID studies, The Pacific Institute, Global Development Research Center and the United States Geological Survey.

                                    • This is all the result of the absolute separation we have created in our reality and world-system “development,” where we have imposed our exigencies to the environment and wanting it to adapt to our lifestyles instead of Ourselves being the ones that adapt to what we have available in this world at a local level.

                                    Politics and Corporate Power:

                                    • Privatization is the worst crime against humanity that has been going on since the 1990’s when the ability for corporations to own this vital resource comes along with all the ‘free market’ endeavors in our capitalistic system, wherein the right to property is secured for those that have the capital to buy territory, regardless of any law or regulation that implies certain areas are meant to be part of the local patrimony and reserves. The process of claiming the right to the land that is being exploited to obtain water  is conducted in violent ways  including coup d’états and armed conflicts in order to subjugate people and accept the privatization of water . This was adopted during the Thatcher administration in the UK and from there, it was accepted worldwide as a way to implement Neoliberalism tactics with this vital resources that in the past 25 years has become another profitable and valuable asset just as oil or any other source of Energy.  This included tariff free tactics that harm the locality in the worst way since it is an ‘open key’ to poor nation’s resources when it comes to having these major corporations invading a territory, buying it and extracting everything they can and need from it without any local intervention. In 1992 the UN declares that Water is Not a Right but a Commodity.

                                    • Transnational Corporations have become the owners of water by the aid of the World Trade Organization known as ‘The Quad’  who are the United States, Canada, Japan en the European Union. There’s been demonstrations/protests that have lead to deaths of people through these new colonization processes that entail the use of power and control over resources that generate profit as opposed to the entitlement to water as a human right -  we have already reached that time when wars are happening due to water, and where more deaths due to the lack, pollution, rights and use to this liquid are taking place every day.

                                    • In Mexico, politicians that have been corporate managers have endowed their ‘businesses’ with unlimited access to resources like electricity and water in order for the company to flourish in this country – this is how a single company is considered to rule an entire nation when having privileges that half of the entire Nation’s population lack: access to potable water without having to pay for it – this is what Coca-Cola became during Fox’s administration.
                                    • In some other countries in Africa, Water is more expensive than coca cola which forces people to drink the ‘unknown ingredients’ beverage instead of having access to water that is being pumped from their own locality but sold to them in plastic bottles.

                                    • Crops and other goods that require a lot of water for their production are exported according to laws of supply and demand, which means that the water is being used to satisfy other country’s necessities and levels of consumption by using resources that are from a locality far away that usually doesn’t benefit at all from such exporting process other than of course, money which is even then a minimum portion of the final revenue that corporations make wherein, for example, selling water in bottles ensures earning thousands of time more money than the original price paid to get the liquid and bottle it up. This is all built in a slave-master relationship where corporations take a hold of territories, use local workforce to establish the necessary plants to make plastic bottles and bottle water up without informing the people of all the toxicity that these processes imply. Corporations like Nestlé pump 200 gallons of water per minute in order to bottle it up without any regulation which makes it loose of any certainty that the final product, such as bottled water, is in fact safe to consume.

                                    • Politics and corruption: 87+ corporations are now investing and taking a hold of the water around the planet, including ground water that is being extracted by buying property. All profit making endeavors lead to seeking new territories to ‘conquer’ where corporations can get a hold of the Water in a particular country.  Even the process of desalination implies that water will be taken from the common property and returned to the people/public in the form of a product to be sold thousands of times more expensive than if they drank it from their faucet, not to mention that the faucet water is meant to be regularly tested whereas there is no regulation whatsoever in bottled water.

                                    • There are multiple problems that come from drinking bottled water and it has become the most popular way to drink it thanks to an effective media-marketing campaign that lacks any proper information to reveal the chemical dangers that drinking bottled water implies, besides the profitable business that it is for the corporations that are absolutely unregulated to sell and export water without any pertinent information that may declare it is in fact purified water – because it isn’t.

                                    • Governmental and Corporate powers have allied to promote water privatization and profitable water business regardless of the known problems that exist when selling water in plastic bottles, but also understanding how this is being accepted and allowed because of lacking information about the actual problems that this causes in health and in the long run causing more expenses in the health sector than any form of profit – yet we don’t seem to grasp the fact that all of this exists due to how we have accepted and allowed ourselves to turn our natural vital resources into commodities.

                                    water wars - equal money

                                    • Cities with the largest population don’t have enough water to sustain everyone with a constant availability of the liquid. This is how water is now being brought from states nearby through pipeline systems to supply the ever increasing demand of water.

                                    • Once that water becomes a corporate endeavor, the possession of water is now a matter of economic importance similar to oil, leading to regulations wherein even accumulating the water from the rain is being prohibited by legal systems mostly fixed to suit corporate interests.

                                    • This has lead to public uprisings that have already caused deaths while demanding that corporations stay away from what should be a public good and not a matter of commercial disputes and privatization. It is only in Cochabamba, Bolivia – the same place where McDonalds went bankrupt – that it was possible to expel the transnational Bechtel from trying to privatize the water – this is depicted in the movie También La Lluvia (Even the Rain). However in Paraguay, a similar situation is emerging where now territories are being owned for purposes of privatization with the consent of Paraguay’s parliament, which speaks about again the relationship between corporate lobbyists and governmental powers acting in a profitable manner instead of providing and securing people’s well being and access to water for the people and by the people of that particular area/country.

                                    • Water is not mentioned in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This means that we haven’t yet made of this vital liquid part of our unalienable human rights. There’s already an organization promoting the addition of the following right to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights promulgated by the United Nations:

                                      Article 31:

Everyone has the right to clean and accessible water, adequate for the health and well-being of the individual and family, and no one shall be deprived of such access or quality of water due to individual economic circumstance.

Why is it not added? Huge corporate interests tampering the ability to reclaim Water as a Fundamental Human Right – however, the reality is that we haven’t united ourselves to actually implement this at a Constitutional level through democratic means- We are still waiting yet, for how long and how much more detrimental processes will we continue to directly and indirectly participate in before we wake up?

                                    • A problem is also the lack of proposed solutions as this website reveals: “Solutions from the World Water Organization?”

                                    • The reality is that we are causing all of this water pollution and business-making schemes due to the accepted and allowed separation that we have created toward all of the Earth’s resources, the animal kingdom and ourselves and neglecting the fact that we are in fact equal and one as the living substance that we are all made of. We as human beings should have been the ones that guarded our best interest in equality as life; instead we have turned life into a business making machine where we all want to be winners without realizing that entails creating losers – we are no all  facing the consequences of allowing this at all the levels that we have reviewed here thus far. We caused the problems, we must create the solutions.

                                            Solutions

                                            • The Vital element for Life  – which is Water – Must be a Universal Human Right and a common good; this means that money won’t determine your access to it, nor will it be able to be turned into a profitable business within the Equal Money System that will be implemented according to the Fundamental Human Rights as proposed by the Equal Life Foundation where every human being will be entitled to equal rights to the necessary means to live in dignity as that is what is best for all.

                                            • This can also be acknowledged in a United Nations Convention where it is declared that Water is a Human Right, however as we know rights are not enforced and actually implemented by all nations. Therefore, it must be part of the Global Trust that we can create where no particular nation has control over it other than for equal distribution and management purposes at a local level. No particular administration will be able to influence that which is declared to be a patrimony of every individual who will be entitled to the use and consumption of water in a self-responsible manner, which means proper education and new ways of usage can be implemented to ensure the efficiency in the use of it.

                                            • We have to conduct governmental changes that can put a definitive stop to this abuse stemming from privatization carried out by corporations in conjunction with politicians/ governmental authorities.  Our participation through  direct democratic process to enter the political arena is a necessary step to ensure we, the people, get to settle an agreement where Water becomes a Human Right and as such managed by the Equality Based Governance where it is understood that each one of us will monitor and ensure that the distribution and use of water is conducted in a best for all methodology. It’s already proven that unity, organization and a common effort is the way forward to change our acceptance and allowance of this profitable business that we have turned water into – instead we implement and establish Equal Access to Water within the framework of Basic Fundamental Human Rights and the Equal Money System and Equal Money Capitalism. Having or lacking money won’t determine whether you benefit from it or not.

                                            • This requires necessary changes in all our current living habits beginning with agricultural and industrial practices to ensure that the production processes are not polluting our water, air/ environment since it is the vital cycle of water that must be taken care of and restored to a process where we can obtain the necessary water by respecting the time necessary for it to filter and then be ready for our use and consumption again. Recycling water is an option, but investing in further research on how to obtain water through for example, condensation processes is another option as well as funding any necessary scientific projects to purify water once that there will be no corporate interest tampering this emerging technology to do so.

                                            • It is in our best interest to maximize natural resources’ efficiency, reestablishing and correcting the filtration process of the water in the same soil and territory where it will be used– meaning that we have to ensure we stop transportation of water to maintain central cities that are taking up the most resources from distant places, causing already severe damages to the ecosystems that are having their water being siphoned. This means becoming aware of the destabilization that ensues when we try and ‘give water’ to places where there is non to maintain cities were life is not made sustainable yet.

                                            • We all have to become aware of the habits with regards to water usage, but also understanding the necessary changes in assessing what we need and how we produce it, so that all processes are aligned to resource efficiency along with the necessary water treatment plans to ensure that all necessary preventive measures are established; money won’t be a limitation to not do this and science will be encouraged to find new materials, new means and methods to produce what we require to live.

                                            • Local agriculture in terms of the Food System will enable a region’s water resources to support the local Food Production; this means ensuring that the water are feeding and sustaining the locality instead of being siphoned in exports, disrupting not only the local economy but also the natural cycles of water. Another measure is stopping the creation of dams and instead create alternative ways to retain rain water to enable the hydrologic cycle to re-establish itself  to ensure that the filtration of water through the soil is adequate. Another measure can be limiting housing in particular areas where the amount of water is compromised or non existent – this  will ensure stopping creating unnecessary infrastructure just to please the interests of a minority that are currently possible due to the power that money has. This entails the necessary educational processes in terms of population, buying habits, and use of water in a responsible way, as the vital element to life that it is and must be available for all equally.

                                            • Reform at a Constitutional Level and make the necessary reforms and amendments will make of Water a Fundamental Human Right where Waters are protected from any organization or institution that may want to abuse it for other purposes other than supporting life as what’s best for all.  Corporations won’t exist as profit-making machines, but actual producers of goods that can go re-forming their production processes to be genuinely environmental friendly and quality producers. Water is the key element to live, thus it is in our best collective interest to ensure everyone benefits from water and learns how use it in the most efficient way.

The following is part of the Constitutional Fundamental Human Rights as promulgated by the Equal Life Foundation.

The Fourth Fundamental Human Right is a Fundamental Right as well, because the Human cannot Exist without Clean Water. Thus, Water (also freely Provided by the Earth – except for the part of Purifying it, which is the Human Labour part) – is a Fundamental Human Right that is Not Possible to be Negotiated, Sold or in any other way Used to Diminish Another Human Being. To Do such things is In Fact Human Rights Violations and a Crime.

                                                            • Ensuring the quality of our water by our own ability to monitor, manage and ensure the quality and access/distribution of water takes place in a best for all manner is what will enable all of us to stop the current deaths, diseases, birth defects and general water degradation by virtue of our individual cooperation and participation to observe and participate in the managerial processes where we can assure that our well being is in fact taken care of by those that decide to work to manage this collective resource.
                                                            • No more privatization, no more wars, no more points of control , no more pollution or abuse from corporations dominating this vital resources. Instead all corporations or organizations that decide to work with water will be for the purpose of ensuring the best administration of water, treatment plans and any other emerging technology that will enable us to purify water and make it available for more people until everyone is covered.  This won’t be a business, but a decision to do what is Best for All since that is also implying our own well being is secured and guaranteed such as having sufficient water for everyone to live.

There is sufficient food and resources for everyone to have the necessary daily and sustainable supply of quality nourishment to live and support our physical bodies in the best way possible. The problems are corporate interests and a rigged system that doesn’t grant access to this Basic Human Right. Money in Equal Money is a rights document that ensures all individuals are given money/access to  buy the necessary food to fulfill a healthy quality living standard that is best for all, including animals and sustainability of the Earth’s resources.

                                                                  World Hunger

                                                                    • There are 1 Billion undernourished people in the world today. That means one in eight people do not get enough food to be healthy and lead an active life. Hunger and malnutrition are in fact the number one risk to the health worldwide — greater than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.
                                                                    • Among the key causes of hunger are natural disasters, conflict, poverty, poor agricultural infrastructure and over-exploitation of the environment.
                                                                    • As well as the obvious sort of hunger resulting from an empty stomach, there is also the hidden hunger of micronutrient deficiencies which make people susceptible to infectious diseases, impair physical and mental development, reduce their labour productivity and increase the risk of premature death.
                                                                    • Hunger does not only weigh on the individual. It also imposes a crushing economic burden on the developing world. Economists estimate that every child whose physical and mental development is stunted by hunger and malnutrition stands to lose 5-10 percent in lifetime earnings.

it costs 25 us cents per day to giv a child all thenutrients needed to grow up healthy

“It takes only $0.25 for the World Food Programme to give a hungry schoolchild a cup of nutritious food. $50 will feed a child at school for an entire year.”

                                                                  - There is more money spent on War than on Food

                                                                    • Hunger also weakens the immune system. Deprived of the right nutrition, hungry children are especially vulnerable and become too weak to fight off disease and may die from common infections like measles and diarrhoea. Each year, almost 7 million children die before reaching the age of five; malnutrition is a key factor is over a third of these deaths
                                                                      • (source: Levels and Trends in Child Mortality, IGME, 2012)

                                                                  WHO

                                                                  • Most of the world’s hungry live in developing countries. According to the latest Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) statistics, there are 870 million hungry people in the world and 98 percent of them are in developing countries.  They are distributed like this:
                                                                  • 578 million in Asia and the Pacific
                                                                    239 million in Sub-Saharan Africa
53 million in Latin America and the Caribbean
37 million in the Near East and North Africa
                                                                  • 19 million in developed countries

                                                                    • Hungry farmers
                                                                    • FAO calculates that around half of the world’s hungry people are from smallholder farming communities,  surviving off marginal lands prone to natural disasters like drought or flood. Another 20 percent belong to landless families dependent on farming and about 10 percent live in communities whose livelihoods depend on herding, fishing or forest resources.
                                                                    • The remaining 20 percent live in shanty towns on the periphery of the biggest cities in developing countries. The numbers of poor and hungry city dwellers are rising rapidly along with the world’s total urban population.

                                                                    • Women
                                                                    • Women are the world’s primary food producers, yet cultural traditions and social structures often mean women are much more affected by hunger and poverty than men. A mother who is stunted or underweight due to an inadequate diet often give birth to low birthweight children.
                                                                    • Around 50 per cent of pregnant women in developing countries are iron deficient (source: Unicef). Lack of iron means 315,000 women die annually from hemorrhage at childbirth. As a result, women, and in particular expectant and nursing mothers, often need special or increased intake of food.

                                                                    • Rural risk
                                                                    • Three-quarters of all hungry people live in rural areas, mainly in the villages of Asia and Africa. Overwhelmingly dependent on agriculture for their food, these populations have no alternative source of income or employment. As a result, they are vulnerable to crises. Many migrate to cities in their search for employment, swelling the ever-expanding populations of shanty towns in developing countries.

                                                                  WHY

                                                                  • Nature

Natural disasters such as floods, tropical storms and long periods of drought are on the increase — with calamitous consequences for food security in poor, developing countries.

                                                                  • War
                                                                  • From Asia to Africa to Latin America, fighting displaces millions of people from their homes, leading to some of the world’s worst hunger emergencies. Since 2004, conflict in the Darfur region of Sudan has uprooted more than a million people, precipitating a major food crisis — in an area that had generally enjoyed good rains and crops.

                                                                  • In war, food sometimes becomes a weapon. Soldiers will starve opponents into submission by seizing or destroying food and livestock and systematically wrecking local markets. Fields and water wells are often mined or contaminated, forcing farmers to abandon their land.

                                                                  • When conflict threw Central Africa into confusion in the 1990s, the proportion of hungry people rose from 53 percent to 58 percent. By comparison, malnutrition is on the retreat in more peaceful parts of Africa such as Ghana and Malawi.

                                                                  • Agricultural infrastructure
                                                                  • In the long-term, improved agricultural output offers the quickest fix for poverty and hunger.

                                                                  • All conspire to limit agricultural yields and access to food.

                                                                  • Too many developing countries lack key agricultural infrastructure, such as enough roads, warehouses and irrigation. The results are high transport costs, lack of storage facilities and unreliable water supplies.

                                                                  • But, although the majority of developing countries depend on agriculture, their governments economic planning often emphasizes urban development.

                                                                  • Over-exploitation of environment

Poor farming practices, deforestation, overcropping and overgrazing are exhausting the Earth’s fertility and spreading the roots of hunger.
                                                                  • Increasingly, the world’s fertile farmland is under threat from erosion, salination and desertification.

                                                                    • Poverty Trap
                                                                    • In developing countries, farmers often cannot afford seed to plant the crops that would provide for their families. Craftsmen lack the means to pay for the tools to ply their trade. Others have no land or water or education to lay the foundations for a secure future.

                                                                  • This is the result of seed control imposed by corporations like Monsanto that ensure farmers become mere labor force to produce food that is in accordance to an agenda of privatization, genetic modification, resource control and further contamination that is leading farmers to the point of suicide when realizing the contracts that they are forced to sign if they want to keep themselves ‘in business’ – The same happens with the monopolization of food distribution that leads to massive profits to a few chains that have all control of products that we consume where not only price but also the quality and conditions of our meals are being corrupted in order to fulfill more profit-making agendas where any form of actual care for our health is overridden by the need to control and generate more money out of a basic human need, which is food

                                                                  Suggested Read:

These are some of the problems … go to the Next section for solutions

                                                                  Solutions

                                                                  • Food is a Fundamental Human Right and it must be granted to every individual by Constitutional Right where all Human Beings are given access to all foods and  nutrients to live a healthy and fulfilling life. This is possible due to understanding that all Resources of the Earth must be Equally distributed/ given access to all inhabitants of the planet in order to feed ourselves properly. It is a certainty that lacking resources is not the problem, but rather the system of power and control that would not grant all equal access to this – this will be solved through the implementation of Equal Money where your money is your access to that which we require to live  in the best possible condition.

In an Equal Money System, Food will be a Basic Human Right. Food will no longer be detrimentally linked to money, where money decides the availability and quality of food and transparency of information. Food will no longer be tool for Profit but a Source of Life.
                                                                  - Day 204: Food Monopoly and Equal Money Capitalism

                                                                  • Equal Money Capitalism: Your work will enable you to earn money to buy the best quality food available existent in a system where profit won’t define the type of food you obtain, instead the highest quality standards will be implemented to know exactly what it is that we are consuming and how it has been produced from the moment of extraction to its final distribution center. This is part of the necessary transparency to ensure no hidden agendas are integrated in the very foods we eat. There won’t be privatization of resources, but organized labor to extract and produce sufficient food to ensure it is enough for everyone in the world in a sustainable basis.

                                                                  • We realize that providing a fulfilling diet for all individuals increases the ability for human beings to be well developed as well as improving performance in educational processes. All Children will have access to food from the moment of conception, gestation in the mother’s womb to ensures proper development,we understand that healthy mothers and children are the foundation of the preventive measures to eradicate diseases, virus and weaker immunologic systems. Information about proper nutrition will also go hand in hand with necessary education for parents to know how to feed their child in all various stages of their growth and development.

                                                                  • Quality foods will be a global standard that will form part of the global transparency to disclose all processes involved in food production, labeling of products to inform the people what is exactly being consumed – this means that many of our products will have to be reconfigured and reassessed according to its actual nutrimental value as opposed to mere profit-making products that do more harm than any good.

                                                                  • Food Safety: By Legal determination, all proven to be Cancerous substances, toxic chemicals, pollutants, fertilizers, genetically modified seeds and any other form of deliberate intervention to our food that is detrimental for living beings’ health will cease to exist once that we, the people of the world, ensure that our food is purified and reconfigured to be of actual support and is safe for every individual that consumes it – this is part of the de-monopolization process that will take place once that profit is no longer the driving force in our world system and corporations cease to have power over what we eat.  Instead providing quality healthy foods will be the standard that is sustained, guarded and supervised by all individuals as it is part of our collective responsibility to never again allow tyrant corporations to take control of our food, crops and distribution of it.  All necessary research to reverse these effects will form part of the restoration of our directive principle upon the food that we eat.

                                                                  • Consumption habits will be taught to parents and teachers where our food preferences will be transformed to be of actual support in accordance to physical body requirements. Diets will be given to every person and caretaker of minors to ensure that by virtue of having equal access to food, the nutritional requirements are given to all as an actual Human Right – this means that the Access to Food that we in fact Require is part of the new way in which we will ensure that everyone has the necessary means to live well. It will depend on each one’s work and further consumption preferences to buy extra treats, but the basics will be granted as a basic necessity that will be covered by default – this is the real end of Hunger.

                                                                  • The Government’s function – which will be any individual that wants to cooperate with supervision purposes to ensure all food production and distribution is optimized in an best for all manner. This will include designating the necessary resources for scientific and agricultural research to enhance food production technologies, optimize it and restore it to function in accordance to the natural cycles of the Earth, along with necessary corrections for further resource efficiency in all the processes involved in food production – this will include rehabilitation of eroded and ‘dead fields’ to be suitable for crops again, as well as providing the necessary infrastructure and education for people in places where food has not been grown due to lack of resources.

                                                                  • We will all support with Food Production according to the laws of physical supply and demand which means there are no market forces that determine the availability of food, it will be a process of logistics, human labor/work force, technology, transportation, distribution and sustainability at an ecological level what will be taken into consideration to ensure that food is guaranteed to all 7 billion people in this Earth – it is possible, we simply have to create the necessary infrastructure to do so in order to guarantee the application of the Fundamental Human Right to grant Food to all individuals equally.

                                                                  Read more about it here

The following is part of the Constitutional Fundamental Human Rights as promulgated by the Equal Life Foundation.

The Third Fundamental Human Right is that: Every Human, Fundamentally, Requires Food to Exist, Food to Have a Life on Earth and therefore, Food (which is primarily, actually, a Substance that is Produced by the Earth for Free, to a degree – except for the Human Labour part) –

Food is the Third Basic Human Right. Without Food, Nobody can Exist. The very moment Food becomes a Scarcity that is Used for Control, one Actually Produce and Change the Human into the Behavior of a Slave-Master Relationship and there exist No Human Right in that Relationship.

                                                                    - DAY 362: Human Rights and the Equal Life Foundation

                                                                  Suggested Read:

                                                                  Rewards

                                                                  • Knowing with certainly what we are consuming/ drinking is the greatest safety measure we can co-create by working as a team that ensures only what is best for all is conducted in our food production processes. Food labeling will be an imperative requirement as well as providing the necessary nutritional education as mentioned to ensure that no underweight or overweight is produced – this will go hand in hand with removing products containing substances that are only meant to create addictions, like too much sugar, artificial flavors and growth enhancements, since the starting point of our food will be to nurture ourselves, not to make money out of it. Ensuring your child will be given the best quality foods is ensuring a lifetime of healthy habits and conditions – this is only possible if we all cooperate to become equal supervisors of how our food is produced, packaged and distributed.

                                                                  • Wars won’t exist in a world where life will be honored instead of antagonized and fought against in means of obtaining resources, work force, territory or any other political purpose. In a world where Life is Recognized and Valued in Equality we will all instead cooperate to ensure that the countries  and regions of the world with most lack are the ones that obtain the immediate support to stop and eradicate world hunger.

                                                                  Blogs:

                                                                  Vlogs:

                                                                  359. Equal Life Rights

The physical body of life is in fact the Equality as Life that all of us individuals have. This exists by virtue of the natural way we are born into this world before being embedded with the identity, name or civilian state that comes along with our Birth Certificate, becoming part of a particular configuration and environment that determines how poor or rich a child will be, which opportunities will be available to have a dignified living, what type of religion and culture will they have to adopt etc. – these inequalities are not being considered as part of the problems that prevent Human Rights from being implemented in Equality in Humanity – the solutions are here.

                                                                  Continuing with:

                                                                  Problem

                                                                  • Human Rights’ are understood by some  as a ‘ broad abstraction’ and too much of a Universal Declaration  under which All humans are meant to be categorized and implied in the same equation. This somehow troubles people with regards to finding anything ‘common’ in all humans beyond the biological or naturalistic perspective. This already reveals to what extent we have blinded ourselves as human beings to the point where we have been more focused on establishing differences, individuality, identities and nationalisms instead of  focusing on the Physical Human Nature that we are all existent as by virtue of having/embodying the same biological quality of a physical human body, having a mind and a life substance/spirit that is no more and no less existent to any other individual. However there are still philosophical discussions on ‘What makes the Human Being a ‘Human Being’? which baffles me every time that people debate on finding all kinds of ways to prove why we are Not Equal and as such why we cant place ourselves under the same Umbrella such as the Universal Human Rights.  Needless to say this is just the beginning of a series of debates on the subject, ignoring the physicality of the matter that should be already more than self evident to all: we are all human beings coexisting in the same planet, same physicality, same basic requirements to keep ourselves alive –yet we don’t live with this recognition, we instead keep us all ‘unequal.’

                                                                  • Nations have agreed to implement the Declaration of Human Rights however some have decided to not to implement the ones on religious choice or women’s rights. An example is how in Islamic countries religion is not a choice or an option, it is a fundamental part of their culture and identity; the same happens with equal rights to men and women where women are meant to be considered in a lesser position in comparison/ relation to the male. In Uganda homosexuals are punished because of it being against their culture and traditions – thus particularities are created from this Universalism and as such, it is not realized by the global society that these are in fact violations that are permitted in accordance to the distinctive traits that each society wants to preserve above the Universal Application of Equal Rights.  These discrepancies can only exist when the ‘Human Being’ is understood as a social entity already shaped and molded according to Culture, Tradition, Family, Clan, Religion, Morals, Language, Race, Gender, Political affiliation, Sexual Orientation, civilizational Status – all of these aspects create differences that tamper the ability to recognize the physical and ethical universalism of being a Human Being, beyond political and social configurations that we adopt once that we start being acculturated and initiated in the process of socialization and education in this world – this is the process of separation and control.

                                                                  • The basic forms of Human Rights have been based on establishing freedoms as a positive based on a negative aspect – this means that they have not been clearly defined to be the declaration of equal recognition of who we are as life, but instead have been the outcome and result of having been imprisoned, killed, deprived from food, racism, religious indoctrination, etc. This is how we have Freedom from imprisonment, freedom from harm – freedom of thought, conscience and religion; there have also been freedom from oppression imposed by the sovereign which is odd in itself how individuals should have Human Rights to be protected by the government/ hegemon/ authorities that should be the ones caring after individual’s well being in the first place.

                                                                  • Even in countries where Democracy is applauded like Switzerland, Racism continues to be one aim amount the population to prevent Muslims from inhabiting their country – this is part of the religious stigma and economical reasons that would lead people to seek for better living conditions in countries where the best ones exist. Cultural and racial identification creates relationships of enslavement, physical, mental violence and abuse that generates new reasons for wars and separation, leading to the enforcement of social discrimination in which Equality is made to be seen as something near to impossible to be adopted by all individuals.

                                                                  • In history, Aristotle recognized the slave-master relationship wherein he explained that “the slave is a part of the master and their relationship is supposed to be natural due to having common interests” – also explained how some people ‘naturally’ don’t have rights, which is what justified slavery inflicted upon specific races which lead to ‘Biological Rights’ to counteract Racism. And this is part of our laureate philosophers of our ancient culture that are being read till this day.

                                                                  • The question is still asked ‘What makes us humans?’ which already indicate that there is still an inherent desire for humans to make some ‘more special’ by virtue of being pondered in some form of tradition, in a value system that each individual has in accordance to particular societies wherein their governors or kings are seen as superior than others, or where people of different races are seen as less than others – all forms of separation that stem from the categories, definitions, ideas, ideologies, religious doctrines and everything that exists as knowledge and information that separate us from the ability to recognize each other as equals.

                                                                  Solution

                                                                  • Human Rights are the ethical and common sensical considerations that All States Accept Today – they have to be applied to all human beings in unison, by virtue of being part of Life from the moment we are born into this world.  They must be Human because it applies to every individual regardless of the state they currently belong to; this is the way to abrogate any civil conditions that limit an individual as part of a particular society, culture, religion, political affiliation, etc. It is the natural recognition of all individuals being born Equal as part of this world.

“The First Fundamental Human Right that the Equal Life Foundation Promotes and Underwrites is that: Every Individual, Every Human Being has an Equal Life Right. That means: the Life You Have is Equal in Each One at the Point of Birth. That which Separates Man from Man is What Happens After-Birth once your Education starts for instance or your Environment Influences you, your Parents Influence you or the System Influences you – then You Start becoming a Separate Individual and are Taught Not to Respect the First Point that Makes your Existence Possible, which is Life. Life – that is the One Thing that is the Same. You cannot say: “One Person Has More Life than Another Person” – that Life, as a Life Force, is the Same in Each One and thus is the First Fundamental Right.” – Bernard Poolman

                                                                  • This is the biological and common sensical understanding of the Human Nature in Equality that must be recognized at a Constitutional Level, since it is based on the physical, natural and self evident fact that all human beings have an equal physical body that is the same in its main characteristics that embody the definition of Human Physical Body – this is our Human Nature. All secondary characteristics that are merely subject to particular cultures, nations, creed, race, gender are part of that which makes us individuals from the perspective that there are no two identical beings – not even twins -  yet we all require in a broad sense the same physical requirements to live in a healthy condition.

                                                                  • Life is Equal in all Individuals and all parts of this existence along with all other life forms like animals, plants and the resources of the Earth. However, because the human consciousness is what has created the separation in this ecosystem, it is only the human being that requires this basic understanding to ensure that we align to the natural order of his world that is a living being equal and one to who and what we are as part of it.

                                                                  • By integrating our Equal Right to Life, an Equal well being and living opportunities will be given and created for all without exception – this is the solution that will ensure that our current Capitalistic system stops catering for a minority and instead is aligned through the Equal Money Capitalism to Value All Life as Equal.

                                                                  Rewards

                                                                  • Recognizing Equal Life Right to all human beings establishes the necessary Universal considerations that have been deemed as ‘too abstract’ because of a desire to ponder particularities above fundamental principles that makes us all equal human physical beings. This will enable every individual to understand and consider all social configurations based on religions, culture, gender, preferences, language, race, etc. as accidental and secondary points that must not interfere with the recognition of all Life being Equal in all living beings no matter ‘who’ they are at the eyes of a particular society, at the eyes of our minds wherein we will have to educate ourselves  to understanding, integrate and conceive human nature as this Equality of Life that exists in all of us by virtue of being/having and embodying a physical body that is the Life, the Self that is Equal and One in All Ways.

                                                                  • The end of misnomers, categorization and segregation of human beings around the world. The end of hatred, competition and deliberate abuse upon others because of ‘being different’ will be halted by all of us agreeing that a world in Peace can only be created by granting each other Equal Right to Life in the best living conditions – no harm, no abuse and our willingness to cooperate and live together to restore the dignity and honor that we have neglected to integrate as part of our day to day living – we begin with this process today.

                                                                  Blogs:

                                                                  Hear:

                                                                  Vlogs:

                                                                  358.Human Rights and Equal Money

We have had great statements and bills of rights throughout history declaring that “All human beings are created equal” but, are  any of these documents, constitutions and declarations being implemented in reality? No.

Is any International Organization taking care of and ensuring that every single being in this world is being granted every basic necessity to live in dignity? No

Is any International Organization and/or Institution ensuring that all resources of the Earth are being distributed in a equal manner to all individuals? No

Are there any International Organizations or NGO  supervising that the production processes of our goods are ecologically sustainable and aligned to protocols of highest quality standards with non-polluting mechanisms to ensure that no animals, plants and human beings are harmed in the process of providing  for ourselves  that which we need to live? No

Many could claim while reading these principles ‘That would be too much to ask’ when all of these aspects should be in fact the very Basic Living Principles we all should direct our lives with, but there is one single reason why we don’t: Money and the desire for some to be inherently given the the most of it over others to keep inequality in place, just because while the majority of the people are hooked on a survival mechanism to barely have enough to eat,  there’s a minority that benefit from being the ‘job providers’ to enable those that have non to earn a bit of money to be able to live, without realizing that it is those in power as the minority that have the control over resources and all other financial institutions at their disposal to live like kings and queens.  This is what we have collectively accepted and allowed

So it is about time we establish our Basic Living Principles of Equality as Life as Human Rights for the first time at a Global Level  and Not leave this process in the hands of  a few organisms that have proven themselves to be inaccurate to fund and establish Equality as Constitutional Principle in all nations of this world. We as individuals, we as the people of the world are the ones that must take this task at hand, as it is in our best interest that we all support each other to implement the living conditions that will ensure our well being is guarded in Equality to everyone else’s by virtue of being alive.

                                                                  Problem

                                                                  • International Organization comprises mechanisms and organisms like the United Nations and International Law which is a collection of international norms, which are enforced via  the United Nations – where such norms and dispositions were supposed to be guiding and directing our lives to a common well being, such as guaranteeing that every individual would have ‘Equal Rights’ – however it’s already been over half a century that these Human Rights have been promulgated and the state of the world is subsumed in far more abusive, violent and exploitative state than the Second World War period in itself. We live in a world where two thirds of the population live in poverty, where 25 thousand children die each day of starvation and preventable diseases, where 1 billion people have No toilets, where children are sold and trafficked for slavery and sexual commerce purposes, where our Education is an indoctrination mechanism to keep everyone bound to a slavery position with capped abilities to in fact have any chance of living in a  dignified manner; poverty has not ceased to exist, CEO’s in companies are earning thousands of times more than the average worker per hour,  our Earth’s resources are being turned into fuel and cash to continue our ‘economic growth’ and ‘elevating’ our lifestyles to an unsustainable rate of destruction, erosion and full blown predation that we have ensued in our world with no remedy on sight, because ‘Money makes the rules of the game,’ and those who made the rules are the ones that ensure no solution is placed for their own interests rely on the abuse of those that are yelling out for help and support – this is the reality we have all accepted and allowed and as such, equally responsible for.

                                                                  • The creation of the United Nations was intended to establish organization and promote cooperation between nations to minimize the violent conflicts after the Second World War which means establishing peace; but at the same time, they left the allowance of organized armies to be part of the necessary ‘Security’ that is till this day existent as an acceptable form of defense in a world where war is still a means to ‘reactivate’ economy and gain more power over others – yes, no evolution has taken place in our global organization. Apparently the UN would pair up to organize and intervene with the Economic aspect necessary to precisely ensure the enforcement or implementation of the basic Human Rights. However the economical and financial organization  was left to the International Institutions like  IMF, World Bank and others which had Nothing to do with working par en par with the Declaration of Human Rights by the UN. Even if the same countries that funded the UN, the interests of International Organizations have nothing to do with establishing, for example, an economic system based on supporting every individual with sufficient money to live – this has Never been a Human Right Per se.

                                                                  • The UN’s  Declaration of Human Rights have done nothing to prevent a monetary system of debt and economic models like our current Corporate Capitalist to become the actual dictators of the laws that affect the Land and the lives of every individual in this Planet Earth.

                                                                  • One of the aspects or mechanisms within International Law has to do with Human Rights and it’s supposed to be the ‘key area’ of it, but just as the UN, its main focus in fact has to do with the law of the sea/ admiralty law which has to do with organizing the commerce and corporate powers at an international level, laws that regulate war and peace and protecting crimes against humanity, however it hasn’t been resolved to identify the monetary system in itself and the banking system as well schemed and internationally accepted crimes against humanity from the moment that having money or not defines whether you live or you die.

                                                                  • The problem and reality of these organizations and groups of laws is that there is no international agreement to follow the International Laws nor the implementation of these rights is enforced by any means, simply because there is no sovereign to coerce compliance. Unfortunately in our current world and reality, the application of laws and declarations that benefit people have only been possible by coercive mode where sanctions are imposed onto countries when not abiding to this, but the reality is that because there is no money involved in these International Organizations and Orders, it all remains at a diplomatic level with no implementation at all but mere agreement with no practical application.

                                                                  • The people that suffer the ‘disagreements’ at an economic and political level internationally are the ones that actually have to endure this negligence. We know about these Human Rights organizations at municipal, state and national levels where one can complain about some form of injustice being imposed by our very own governments, corporations or any other public service – however there’s no compromise at a governmental or financial institutions to comply to this declaration to support the implementation of it to ensure that Human Rights are in fact lived in practical living reality as the way business are conducted, social securities are given– these documents have become dead letters because there is no acting to ensure these rights are in fact lived.

                                                                  • The reality is that that this ‘equal footing’ is impossible to exist between nations and individuals when money dictates a nation’s stance in the international context; this means that if a country is existing in absolute poverty, there is no law that dictates that those that have more wealth give to the poorest ones or support these International Organizations to conduct their aims and mission to have means to implement the basic human rights around the world. But because there is no obligation to it even if the states might shape their behavior in response to these International Laws and Organizations, they will still violate the laws and principles because Money dictates the willingness to trespass these basic agreements to respect life at all levels – instead money rules and money decides to what extent we are wiling to go in order to satisfy the interests of a few in a world of Inequality.

                                                                  • As long as there are monetary interests in place, it will be close to impossible for nations to abide to the Declaration of Human Rights and any other International Law mechanism if there is no equal-support at an economic level to de facto implement them.

                                                                  Solution

                                                                  • The International System must be reorganized where all non-state actors become also part of the changes in the distribution of power.  All organizations intended to create solutions to all the above mentioned problems will have to unite under the premise of establishing Life in Equality at a Constitutional Level in all Nations/Estates. The International Institutions like the IMF and World Bank must enhance the necessary coordination at an economic level to ensure the integration and recognition of the Declaration of Human Rights and direct the necessary changes in the way the monetary system, the financial and banking systems operate in order to equalize to this new living principle at a Global Level.

                                                                  • All International Institutions that handle that establish the economic principles at a global level must  provide the necessary means to establish Equality through Money. This will imply the restructuring of our current monetary system to change it from a system of debt to a parity of physical life value where money can exist as the representation of the rights to have access to the necessary means to live and as such,  ensure that through providing Equal Money to all individuals the Equality principle promulgated in all our Constitutions and Human Rights Declaration is in fact applied; this means that the Distribution of Power will have to be Equalized to ensure that States don’t pursue hegemony or forcing compliance of small states to serve the ‘bigger’ ones. The Balance of Power which means an impending tolerance between nations wherein cooperation was defined as alliances to wage war and/or secure some territories to continue the absolute power over others.  It is the Time when History has to be brought to a Halt and instead, give way to Equality as Life as a Principle under which all Nations  and International Organizations will align all trade, migration, social integration, mutually inclusive interests between nations to establish peace, cooperation and the provision of support for all inhabitants in certain nations where support has been neglected throughout time, it is a priority to first support all the nations and people in need and ensure that Equality means obtaining a dignified living condition equal to the best possible and sustainable one already existent in what we have defined as a first world country, that is the Equality as what’s Best for All that we all have to aim with certain corrections and alignments to ensure it is sustainable at all times.

                                                                  • The process of Globalization benefit the binding and connection between individuals and nations wherein it is not only a mechanical or strategic solidarity that exists between nations and individuals due to  proximity, but also an organic one based on the ability to communicate with great ease nowadays thanks to the internet and other means of communication that are already having political implications. By establishing an International Organization that appeals to the United Nations the implementation of Basic Human Rights through democratic means – we can use the emerging E-Democracy to establish an actual political foundation where all individuals with access to the internet can participate and actively ensure that the distribution of resources necessary to Equalize the Life of Individuals is in fact taking place. This will be supervised and ensured by all of us  the individuals of the world, because as long as we don’t live and integrate the principle and premise which is to establish life in equality, we we will continue to exist in separation and in the verge of collapse – this can’t continue going on as it is now; we have to come together and integrate ourselves with one common goal, that which exists within us all beyond language, tradition, culture, race, gender, preferences, religions, political affiliations –this is about recognizing the necessity that we all have for the basic means to live in a dignified manner.

To Read more about the Fundamental Basic Human Rights:

                                                                  • International Politics and its purpose must be to advance the cause of Equality as Ius Cogens for all individuals in every nation – this implies that the principle of Equality as Life is so fundamental that no convention or custom can violate it.  International Organizations like the UN must now prioritize lifting continents out of poverty to ensure the equal well being of all living beings in this planet, working with and cooperating with governments and the necessary banking and financial institutions to create structures and mechanisms that can be integrated/ adopted  by each nation in order to guarantee basic economic support. This will include the necessary intervention and  regulation of corporations and governments to ensure that all profit made  and taxes gathered by governments are equally destined to support all individuals in the respective nations, as well as directing sufficient support for those that currently have no means to create any form of profit.  This is one aspect in which the governments or any other International Institution must take the role of implementing the necessary measures to create a Global Equal State where Money is equalized as Life.

                                                                  • The Focus of the implementation of Human Rights must be at a Global Level ensued by all participants of this world that recognize the immediate need to establish a better living condition to everyone on Earth that is currently suffering the draconian measures with which we have accepted and allowed to direct our lives in this world. An International Organization that is not created by specific countries and/or individuals, nor funded by corporations or specific actors that could shape the process of establishing Equal Rights according to the benefit of a few must be established.  The approach to implement Basic Human Rights is Equality as What is Best for All where no preferences and/or mutually exclusive interests  maim the ability to coexist as individuals in One World in Equality which ensures every inhabitant of the planet is being guarded and supported to  with  Equal Money  to have all the food, water, shelter, proper sustenance, education, entertainment as all the freedoms that each individual will be born into by virtue of coming into this Equality Principled World, which is the world where you and I for sure would like to be born into – this is our opportunity to create it.

                                                                  • Equal Money System exists in  conjunction with the Equal Life Foundation’s principles and proposals, which is the International Organization that will conduct the necessary actions and democratic mechanisms to establish the proposal for Constitutional Equality in every country – we realize that the current events and conditions of this world is demanding that we reclaim the right to life, the right to the Earth’s resources as our own to support all Individuals in Equality.

“The Equal Life Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization that focus on Redefining Human Rights to Result in Rights that Produce, at an Individual Level and a Global Level, a Result that is Best for Every Individual in the World; instead of having Multiple Different Organizations trying to do something, acting like Charities, being Controlled by the People that Donate to them – this is One Organization that Handles All of it and it’s Not a Charity. That means: We are Not Dependent on Donations. It Functions like a Business and is thus Self-Funded to Make Sure that there is No External Corporations that has a Say in Policy, firstly and secondly, because the Human does Not Like Donating unless they ‘Feel Bad’ about something. What we are doing is Producing the Ultimate Good so, You do not Get Donations for the Ultimate Good – and therefore: Donations is virtually Non-Existent within the Equal Life Foundation, with Very Little coming in that format.
It is a Non-Profit Organization, because it’s Protecting the Income to Not Go to Any Individual, but to Remain Within the Organization so that it can Focus on its Core Intent, its Objective to bring about a Constitutional Human Rights Dispensation that is Best for Everyone on Earth.”

DAY 362: Human Rights and the Equal Life FoundationBernard Poolman  –

“The majority on Earth actually have the Legitimate Power to Bring about a Constitutional Change in the World in Every Country that will Protect Basic Human Rights in Every Way – that’s through Democracy. By Voting and Establishing Political Parties Based on Constitutional Equality, the Equality that is based on the Fact that All Life is Equal and therefore: there are certain Intrinsic Human Rights that Supports this Equal Life of All that Must be, by Virtue of Birth, as a Birth Right, which is a Human Right – be Available to Everyone.”

-Day 363: Basic Human Rights and Crime (Part One) – Bernard Poolman

                                                                  Rewards

                                                                  • The Establishment of an International Organization that is not linked to specific countries in means of sustaining particular preferential powers is an absolute change from our current world order. We will either appeal to the United Nations to adopt the New Declaration of Human Rights created by and through the Equal Life Foundation  and any other organization that wants to join in advocating Equality as Life through the establishment of a new Economic and Political system that ensures the guarantee of each individual’s well being being by the necessary legal and financial mechanisms that we can all be participants of, to never again delegate our rights to a few but instead become active participants to sculpt the society that we all want to live in and leave to our children to come.

                                                                  • We will cease to accept and allow the existence of the UN as only a control and coercion mechanism over countries as well as maintaining the allowance of wars to enrich the states that conform such organization. We as the people of the world will become one single  International Organization where no country is less than another, where no individual has veto power over others, and where we all will cooperate in funding the equal support required to uplift the lives of all individuals. No financial entities or corporate endowed NGO’s will exist, because everyone that in fact and genuinely support Equality as Life will join the Equal Life Foundation – and the proposal for an Equal Money System to ensure all our lives are guaranteed to be lived in the most optimum manner possible for all.

                                                                  • This is the first time thus that the creation of a Declaration of Human Rights will be expressed by the people of the world -  not only a nation, not as a form of insurrection or in means of overthrowing the government/ the current people in power, but instead it will serve as a declaration to oblige all nations to agree to support all life equally and to dedicate the efforts and economic support to restore and/or equalize every single being’s live to the best living condition that is possible and sustainable in every country.

                                                                  • The poor countries, the ‘forgotten ones’ will be the first ones to be supported and given all the necessary labor force and economic force to uplift their lives to a dignified position so that we can all finally realize that it is only when seeing every single person in this world living in the best possible manner that genuine happiness in this world can exist, genuine wellbeing and peace on Earth will reign – it won’t be a magical act of healing, we have to all actively support to establish  the necessary means and methods to create sustainable systems that can be operated by the people to also integrate people to be to create and maintain the new living systems where money will become the surety to our wellbeing and eventually realize that this is all about learning how to Live as Equals, Give as We would Like to Receive, Honor Each Other as the Life that we consist of and learn to live the word Love in fact which is establishing Life in Equality for all in this world and suffer nevermore.

                                                                  Equal Money For All Equals

                                                                  Blogs:

                                                                  Hear:

                                                                  Vlogs:

                                                                  357. Self Leadership and Equal Money

The way to stop being led by interests that do not benefit all life in equality is by standing One and Equal to the powers we have abdicated our self responsibility to – this means: Each one of us have to Become and Stand as Equal Leaders to Create and Direct ourselves to establish a World System that is Best for All.

                                                                  Continuing:

                                                                  Problem

                                                                  • Now that we understand how Self Governance will become the new way of organizing ourselves in our society, it is necessary to understand what was the initial abdication of Self Responsibility at a social and individual level to see how we went from directing ourselves according to the laws of nature, our environment and this physical reality in terms of what was available to eat, the necessary actions that we had to direct in order to  sustain our lives in our communities and how we then created an absolute hierarchical division that took us to exist in a polarized state of coexistence with master-slave relationships that remained as such until today – just with different names and scenarios. We believed that slavery was only inflicted onto people that were forced to work with little to no pay doing inhumane and straining jobs that no one else in their absolute self-determined faculties would have agreed to do.

The history of our civilization proves till this day that the moment we are coerced by any means to exist in a state of limitation, we are by definition accepting a form of enslavement to that which causes the limitation – in our current society it is money.  As we have reviewed in previous blogs, this is caused by the acceptance and allowance of a governmental structure that wasn’t designed to support, supervise, protect and empower people, but instead do the exact opposite: it was the necessary structure to establish an entire system of control over the population to generate the most benefit for a minority around the world which used politics, economy, religion and media – among others – as ways to sustain that structure and be benefited by it.

                                                                  • Our media, our education, our history, family, books, labor, entertainment, religions, language, monetary system, banking systems were all vehicles and the necessary tools and organizations that were created to ensure that we are born into this world ready to accept a state of inequality, abuse, coercion, fear, ruling powers, scarcity, exploitation, fanaticism, winners and losers, cheaters that are cheered and pondered as winners, governments that set up terrorist acts to unite people, charities that are meant to accept poverty as an ‘eternal’  problem in this world, justifying lack of money and education as an outflow of an individual’s ‘lack of enthusiasm’ to improve themselves, aberrant behavior as some form of ‘bad gene’ that indisposes an individual to succeed in life, but no one dares to examine how we created the problem and in this same tonality, we haven’t bothered to really understand how every single bit of evil as the reverse of life that is existent in this, exists as such by our own acceptance and allowance of one initial point of separation at a social level: the people and the government as the relationship of power that we all integrated as part of ‘how the world works/ how our society functions’ – this was a great mistake. We saw it happening all the time, generation after generation never questioning it, always bowing to the master and accepting the fact that we can get to be ‘a bit more free’ with more money, but never really be free from being a slave to he same money that gives us such freedom – this means that: we were never in fact ‘meant’ to be free in our current world-system and political structure.

                                                                  • To be ‘led’ we first had to accept a condition of being ‘less to others’ that were placed by default in his preprogrammed system to be ‘the leaders.’ This is how with this inherent accepted and allowed division, we allowed ourselves to be owned/ directed and controlled by others. Thus, by separating our private life/’civil society’ from the state affairs managed by a governing elite, we accepted and allowed the master-slave relationship that we are living in today where we protest and ask for justice to a system that was Never meant to be just in itself (read the two previous entries on Activism and Self Governance in this blog for further explanation.)  We endowed the government with divine powers that we got to be aware of even in our History books with the absolutist and despotic kings that were accepted as such by virtue of their self-proclamation as them. This is how through force and belief our own enslavement was forged as the identity of who we are as part of this state configuration that was meant to be the ultimate polarization possible to the benefit of a few, which is unfortunately what we are living in today.

                                                                  • In this regard there is really no ‘bad governance’ when the very blueprint of governance was never meant to be that of creating a well being and benefits for all; it would be like judging a gun/weapon to commit mistakes or be a ‘bad tool’ because of killing people, without realizing it was engineered to do just that.  The same with laws that stem from and are created when a relationship of power is established between two or more parties, which means we would not require all of these uber-complicated legal systems if we had agreed to live in equality as life. Here it is to understand that ‘Equality as Life’ is Not ‘idealism,’ it is how things should have Always Been, we just accepted all limitations and complicated laws because of wanting to have power over others, we wanted to guard/ protect our own interests, our own separation from one another to win and have ‘more’ than the rest, that’s what our laws serve for. Thus abiding to the law in a state brewed with with bad weeds will obviously lead to a rotten stale taste of a tea that will never ‘taste good’ because the mechanisms as the words and intent implied were never meant to benefit Life in Equality.

                                                                  • We have accepted and allowed ourselves to be led to build our own prison in the cognitive dissonant state of thinking that we were being lead to a prosperous future by our rulers, kings, governors, authorities and in this process having to accept ‘some’ limitations and suffering  to ‘eventually’ get to a state of bona fide bonanza and absolute living enjoyment, which instead of this stability and ‘good governance’ being the guidance to create harmonious societies, we dictated our lives through fear, extortion, subjugation to a system of fear as ‘the guiding light’ where we believed there was no other way to do things and essentially being coerced to ‘accept it or leave it’ if we want to keep having food and a roof over our head – we became fearful to lose the right to life that we abdicated to these authorities, and learned to only Obey and ‘Follow the Leader.’

                                                                  • As time progressed in history, any form of ‘Good Governance’ became a ‘utopia’ and something really separate from reality that would never be possible to achieve having the human elements of greed, desire for power, specialness, self interest, selfishness, etc., wherein someone would ‘always want to be in control/ be on top’ of others – but this only came to be an accepted and allowed reality because we didn’t question the order any further, we accepted it as divine, as our fate, our cross, our suffering to eventually maybe get to an endless-fulfillment in heaven after death. There were many reasons why we accepted this imposition of power by these hegemons in our governmental systems, which eventually became our current monetary, banking and financial systems that rule us all under one single symbol that is well known to everyone no matter what language you speak: money as the tool used by those in governance/ positions of authority/ corporate directors  to control the masses, to administrate resources in a rigged manner so that no one was ever in fact free unless they were somehow allied with the major establishment of this power structure – this seldom ever happened.

                                                                  • In a parallel mode, at an individual human being level,  this same imposition of power exists as our own mind in which we accepted the dominance of belief systems, experiences as fears, desires, feelings, competition, love, hate, relationships of winning and losing to become ‘our nature’ and something with which we occupied ourselves enough to only have time to make a living – earn money in the system – and deal with our personal inner conflicts, personal relationships and cope with our ‘human nature’ – psychological problems – which has prevailed as the best way in which we have become subject to our emotions and experiences generated at a mind level, instead of becoming self directive in everything that we experience,  because no matter how much one seeks to reach a level of ‘self improvement’ and ‘feel great’ about yourself: the moment that you are still bound to work for more than 40 hours a week without any other option to make a living you must know that ‘feeling great’ about yourself does not solve the root of the problem that caused us to feel ‘bad’ and be unstable, insecure, selfish, greedy and fearful beings,  because the root is not an experience only, but a flawed system never designed to establish equality as life – thus our minds became our own rulers, our own policemen in the head that has dictated every single aspect of our self experience in our lives, which means that we externalized this mind self-determination and limitation onto a structure that has ruled and dominated our lives as the world system.

                                                                  • We criticize our leaders as incompetent, corrupt, idiotic, despotic, fools, greedy, killers etc., however we have never dared to look in Self Honesty and realize that they are the embodiment of everything that we have collectively created as the result of the inherent separation we all accepted and allowed in the procreation of these two major divisions in society:  the ruling class and the working class, the masters and the slaves, the poor and the rich, the educated, the badly or uneducated ones, etc.  Thus what ‘they’ became and embody as leaders is in fact revealing to us where and how we have abdicated our responsibility to be self directive, to be self responsible to the environment we live in, to ensure each other lives in the best possible way, to care for one another as equals…. none of this has been implemented as part of our education, unless you are in some form of religious school where they teach you some of these values but even then, you are taught to be a leader upon others that you will ‘treat as equals’ but, definitely earn more than them. Thus, it is to emphasize our collective responsibility within this world system – we have always been living in this world repeating the same patterns, the same mistakes, the same history year after year, generation after generation without a question.

                                                                  • This is how any ‘fight for freedom’ can only exist if we gave up our ability to be self-directive and self-willed to take part in the organization and structuring of our societies to be self directive and govern ourselves effectively, which is ultimately intervening in politics; and because we accepted an absurdity such as a ‘political elite’ it was obvious that the way in which our society was going to be managed, directed and governed was going to be in accordance to the best interests of these individuals. Thus we can’t blame them from doing their job in their intended and self interested way – instead we have to look at how we all and allowed such power-structure belief and legitimize it as the way how our society is organized. That’s where we gave up any form of ‘liberty and justice’ because we accepted the patriarch, the god and savior structure instead of taking responsibility for ‘public affairs’ ourselves, which means that there should be no such separation between ‘public’ and ‘private’ in the first place if we had all set up a world system that simply considered to establish equality to live our lives in the best way possible.

                                                                  Solution

                                                                  • Self Leadership entails our ability to guide ourselves within and without to ensure that the principle of Life in Equality is realized, lived and expressed as who we are/ what we do, and as such generate the same proper living conditions and guidance in the form of a self-governance in a managerial organization that will simply reflect the individual order we will integrate as part of ourselves in the form of self direction, self guidance as self leadership, being ready to create and establish self-change in our reality by principle, not by fear or any other secondary reaction.

                                                                  • To dissolve the separation between the public and private, the people and the political elite, we have to become that which we have separated ourselves from: we have to use the system, become the political actors as the ones that will ensure we stop the past within ourselves as the abdication of our self direction and self governance to a power structure as governments, laws and money and redefine, redirect and lead ourselves and each other to coexist in equality by using the same organizational structures with a new starting point: establishing life  in equality through a new political, social and economic order such as redefining Money as Life. This process implies that every structure that does not conform to the Equalization of each individual as Life will cease to exist and/or be transformed/ aligned to adopt the new living Principle of Life in Equality as What is Best for All.

                                                                  • To ensure this is possible, we have to consider again the process of Education that we will have to direct, implement and walk ourselves in order to redefine the values that have been accepted and allowed as ‘how society works’ by tradition, by the value of money over life, morality, religions, media, national identities etc. Thus by redefining money as life and establishing a system where self-governance exists, we lead ourselves to the best possible outcomes by the integration of Self Responsibility, Self Will, Self Honesty, Self Forgiveness to develop Common Sense  and  become the actual directors of our destiny, instead of only being a consequential outflow guided by a ‘fate’ that we didn’t have any control upon.

                                                                  • We will develop and use  common sense and living realizations to become the directors and ‘leaders’ of our every day living to become, sustain and maintain our world as a functioning whole in Equality. This is how when the individual is educated to become acquainted with living values will lead to a best for all living condition – we will cease to require any governments or leadership outside of ourselves, we will instead become it individually.

                                                                  Redefining Direction/ Self Leadership:

“Dire”-“ected” – electing that which has become dire (separation, conflict, friction, fighting, violence, deception, dishonesty, secrets, lies, wars, poverty, backchat, thoughts, emotions/feelings etc.) within ourselves, our personal worlds and this world as a whole, and changing / transforming that dire nature /consequence into that which will assist/support self, self’s living and this world into an expression that will bring forth a self, a living and a world that will produce/manifest Life. “Life” where self/self’s living is aligned with walking what is/will be best for self as all, to walk oneself as a living example for others, in stopping/changing/transforming that direness of self, and so others do the same and we become Living Beings that honour/respect/consider/regard ourselves/each other as equals and as one. And as all stand together in stopping/changing/transforming that which has become/is “Dire” of ourselves, our living and this world = we become Directed and it is done, as we have elected, changed and transformed the direness of this existence, and birthed Life from the physical.” – Sunette spies

                                                                  • This self direction begins at an individual level every single moment that we are able to, instead of  benefitting the mind, the system, the past structures of power and control, do what is best for all life as a common self interest. Self Honesty implies acting and living at a physical level where we work together to first establish the necessary living disposition to be able to guide ourselves to coexist as life in equality, which will lead us to become the individuals that generate the necessary changes in the world  that  ensure we are honoring, supporting, benefitting each other as equals, doing what we would like others to do onto ourselves and becoming the examples to prove we don’t require someone to tell us what to do, how to do it and why doing it,  because we will be absolutely self aware of the cause and effect of our thoughts, words and deeds upon our reality.  Thus we remove the ‘command’ and superiority charge from the word leadership and instead live it as our ability to educate share and direct ourselves individually in equality – this resolves the need to have something/someone ‘outside’ of ourselves to do it for us.

Read about : Politics in Equal Money

                                                                  Rewards

                                                                  • The ability to create ourselves as an actual expression of life as self-directive individuals is only possible within the integration of this living principle of Life in Equality, where our direction is genuine to create a benefit for ourselves and everyone else as equals.  This is thus establishing the ideal way in which our world should have always functioned; there is no need to make it an ‘utopia,’ it is by the work of our hands, practice education and self-directive abilities that we can create it ensure every single aspect of our lives is lived in the best possible manner.

                                                                  • We will also learn by experience how to do this, how to test what works/ what doesn’t work, how to fine tune our solutions and learn according to the application of new methods and ways to live the best possible way . This trial and error will exist because there is no preprogramming that will ensure things ‘work’ in the first go, yet the ability to try out all options will not be limited by money/ anything or anyone any more. This is how we will be able to direct/ guide and lead ourselves to solutions and new ways of living once that we go slowly but surely, unbinding ourselves from the power structures we have been so used to exist as, which is how an individual process of Self Leadership is required to be walked at an individual level, to establish Self-Trust and then be able to trust each other as individuals that will always act in the best interest of all Life in Equality.

                                                                  • We will shed the skin of idolatry, following leaders,  a religious master or guru or any other person that we have placed as ‘authority’ and ‘leader’ in order to establish ourselves as self directive, self responsible individuals. We will stop fearing  all forms of limitation and punishment if not ‘following the rules,’ because we will only follow the laws of our being which is Equality as Life where No Masters and No Slaves exist. We have to become and stand as the leaders that we always wanted to be but were too scared to become. It is our time now to become them.

                                                                  • We have the Power and Ability to Create this World by the Words We Decide and Direct ourselves to Live.

                                                                  Blogs:

                                                                  Hear:

                                                                  Vlogs:

                                                                  354. Self Governance in Equal Money

The solution to transform the way we direct ourselves resides in a complete redefinition of our participation in the system where we will all have to become participants in the matters that make our lives possible. We will have to step up, recognize our ability to stand together as  Self-Governed individuals and ensure each one of us becomes the Self Directive Principle in our minds, our physical bodies, and commit our life and spirit to live in absolute integrity in accordance to the Law of our Being, which is Life in Equality as What is Best for all – this is the Living State that we can form at a Global level where one by one we stand as living, self responsible and mutually supportive individuals that  ensure we are never again subject to anyone’s terms and conditions, and instead stand as our Individual yet Equal Living Principle as Life, where no policing, no punishment nor rewards will be required – only a constant sound and stable commitment by all to Live to Create what is Best for All.

                                                                  Continuing:

                                                                  Problem

                                                                  • Throughout history we have being ruled by the so-called ‘Divine Powers’ that were endowed  to people in the elites/ royalties that became our governments, monarchs, kings and authorities – all of these entities formed  the necessary platforms that enabled and ensured to protect and perpetuate such ‘special powers’ to govern  in the hands of a few in order to maintain control upon the rest of humanity and be benefited by it. All of this went on throughout time by our own acceptance and allowance – we all have lived the consequences of these ‘orders’ but we have never really conducted ourselves to create a fundamental change in these power structures to generate a solution from the root/cause of the problem which begun the moment we delegated our individual responsibilities to others, by virtue of the ‘endowed divine powers’ that the majority held as true.

                                                                  • From the beginning, these governmental structures were not meant to be supportive for humanity, we wanted to believe they were – or at least it said so in the constitutions and bills of rights -  but it never was never in fact lived and applied. The evidence of that is ever present in every single country that we live in where the same patterns repeat as the construct it is: there’s corruption, misuse of the public funds, nepotism, despotism, laws that are the result of lobbying processes by the corporations to suit their interests, taxes that fund wars, creation of banks and corporations outside of any form of regulation, education that is merely systematic indoctrination, no real variety in the ability to vote in genuine elections because the choices are inherently fixed and flawed, no free and best quality public services like health, infrastructure, telecommunications, banking systems…  instead everything is being privatized to make of our basic living necessities just another profitable business that we all dependent on.

                                                                  • Our governments became the actual malevolent act in our society instead of having been the exact opposite according to its main function to direct the people to a common wellbeing. In reality we are and have been  in fact Enslaved by our governments as the structure that we have all complied to for thousands of years on without much question, since this was part of the inherent programming that we also accepted and allowed as our own mind consciousness system wherein these structures existed as our very thoughts, beliefs, feelings and emotions that we accepted an d allowed ourselves to believe are ‘who we are.’ This is what leads us to actually question the following: how can we blame other human beings for doing what they did if we all collectively participated in this preprogrammed life paths wherein by default some would play the role of the elite/kings/masters/priests that hold the money and the knowledge while others had to form part of the ‘base of the pyramid’ as the slaves that had to work for these governments that were never in fact existent to uplift the lives of all humans in equality.

                                                                  • This is how it is rather foolish to blame the structure, the system and the people that filled-in such necessary positions, without looking at the greater picture of this reality existing as an all encompassing set-up for human enslavement. The government as the necessary structure of control was established by people that merely ‘played their part’ within a greater scheme in which all human beings – no exceptions -  have been part of the necessary places to control and enslave everyone and everyone having agreed to that without a question, because we too believed we could get to be part of the privileged ones someday as the elites, royals and people in power/ money and control over others. All of this has been revealed  in the recent years, and it goes hand in hand with the ability to now have sufficient certainty on us as humanity no longer being bound to a system of control, there are no gods anymore directing this reality show but ourselves and our world systems like the monetary and governmental one. This is how the emergence of the Equal Money System has taken place where we let the world know that we are the only ones directing the system and continuing it now, we are the ones that have perpetuated it and as such, we have the ability to change it, because we accepted, allowed and re-created the problem in the first place.

                                                                  • However, most of the people in this world are absolutely lost in the power-games that we’ve lived by throughout thousands of years – it is clear that it will take time for us to educate ourselves about how it is that we have limited our ability to govern ourselves because of having been so used to existing ‘under the direction of’ somebody else’ to take care of our lives. Government can mean ‘mind control’  and this is precisely what we have done thus far: we all accepted and allowed a structure of power and control to dictate our lives, therefore it is not to blame only a few for this, but instead understanding how we did it, why we did it and most importantly how it is that the ability to reconstitute ourselves is in our hands.

                                                                  • This is how we can’t blame the government for ‘not doing its job’ – we haven’t just ben sufficiently informed to realize that it was never the real intention of any elite/ governing class to better the lives of the people – this is directly linked with the hierarchical structures of religion wherein money became the new god in our reality that still has the power to decide upon our very own lives and well being. This is why no government has worked to be an example that can be applicable to all, this is why all governments have had exclusive interests on the monetary side rather than focusing on supporting people’s lives to be supported to exist in the best way possible. It should be quite obvious by now that there has never been a genuine intention to establish life in equality – this is why we’ve had all these various forms of government that have only served the interests of those that implement them. It is about time we realize that we are the ones that have accepted and allowed the governments that we have by our individual abdication of Self Responsibility.

                                                                    Solution

                                                                  • Self Governance is the ability to direct ourselves according to the Law of our Being: Equality and Oneness as Life. This means that there can be no god, no patriarch, no leader, no government as a separate entity ‘above us’ dictating the way that we should all live by – Our ‘Government’ will be existent as the joint effort of each individual existing in Self-Governance. This means that each individual will be educated to take individual responsibility for everything that the governments were intended to do. Governments won’t exist as a selected group of ‘powerful decision makers,’ it will only be a group of people that can be proposed to supervise the efficiency of the system according to their  particular skills and abilities, their lifetime experiences or being experts in certain areas to ensure that everything is running  according to that which ensures the best living quality of life is produced and sustained by all the various sectors of our societies that make our lives possible.

                                                                  • This is  a sui generis form of ‘governance,’ it has no previous parallel or point of comparison to any other regime existent in the past, because these individuals as overseers won’t form part of a ‘superior elite’ trained to rule over others, nor will anyone be specifically proposed as a governor/ president according to particular groups’ interests – No, government will exist as the individual self directive process to always create and generate that which is best for all life – one by one. This will be possible as the ability of each individual to stand in Self Responsibility, Self Honesty, Integrity and Self Will  to ensure that everything that we do and conduct ourselves to live by as a society, is leading to a certain best for all outcome through direct democratic processes that will facilitate our direct participation more so than any other previous electoral process – the old structure of two or more choices to vote for people will cease to exist as such. What we will vote on is the ways in which we want to direct ourselves according to what we will be informed and sufficiently educated to understand will lead to a best for all outcome. This will be a matter of scientific and mathematical fact rather than any other form of preference since we will be dealing with physical reality systems to manage our living conditions in this reality.

                                                                  • As an example, we already have the internet and our voices are already being heard through organizations and places where we can all share perspectives on what would be best way to direct ourselves/ our lives in our current societies; However, money is still a problem  and major obstacle to not implement this form of governance, because that would bring down the structures that hold the economy in place. This is why in Equal Money Capitalism and Equal Money System, every project, every idea, every innovation in education, science, technology, infrastructure, resource management, health services, production, etc., will be able to be voted on by everyone that wishes to do so.  This will require at the same time sufficient education to each individual to ensure that the proposals are understood in common sense and that what is Best for All is always considered as the intended outcome, for we will all have a present reminder of how bad tings can go when we abdicate our responsibility to decide and delegate it in the hands of a few ones trained to be greedy of power to never see beyond their own interests – which also became our nature as well.

                                                                  • The solution to greed, power and control in a governmental power structure will come by  dissolving the government as an all seeing entity driven in its ultimate purpose of maintaining a corporation well fed by an enslaved society locked into a prison that we have all cooperated to build. Yes, it will take time to establish for the first time an absolute state of self-governance, however it is only as individuals, standing in equal self responsibility and self honesty that we can direct and guide our lives in the best way possible. This is what Equality implies. there are no leaders, there are no kings, no royalty, no hegemons, no popes but only individuals that are self regulated according to that which is best for ourselves and everyone in equality

Read more about 319. Political Power in Equal Money Capitalism here

“We understand and realize that we are responsible for what we have created in this life by our acceptance, allowance and consent, both individually and collectively; and in that awareness of true responsibility we undertake to embody our own power and authority to correct that which has been manifest in dereliction of responsibility to uphold and honor all life. As such, we undertake, by this declaration of intention and the acceptance thereof, to commit ourselves to heal this world in every form, in every corner and for every living thing. In this we recognize the inherent power in such responsibility and that all can be made whole once again if built on a foundation of responsibility, oneness and equality for all life. At the same moment, we see that all beings have such power through the capacity of self-forgiveness, for to forgive another still separates that other from their own responsibility to see what they have wrought and to choose through self-forgiveness of free will and volition to correct the former course. Every individual has that power for themselves and that power is embodied in the application of self-forgiveness. We must start by first forgiving ourselves for what we have accepted and allowed as the current conditions on planet Earth. Therefore, by acknowledging our own responsibility, we empower others to follow and to begin to take the steps to make amends and to atone for what has been done before. To atone means to enter a state of being “at one,” by standing one and equal with all life and each other. By so doing, each one is erasing the illusion of external power and control that has manifested in the form of bondage and slavery in this world.” – Ken Cousens

                                                                  Rewards

                                                                  • Self Governance is thus that ideal yet very realistic and practical application of living as self realized individuals that understand who we really are as equals as Life. This means nothing else but honoring each other as life, ensuring each other’s well being as our own, living to expand and express ourselves to our utmost potential, ensuring no superior entities or beliefs are created that may disrupt this Equality, ensuring no one is left behind, ensuring everyone is equally granted access to everything that we require to live in the best possible way.

                                                                  • Our Freedom in Equality, our ability to choose the best way to conduct our lives, the best way to educate ourselves, the best ways to feed ourselves, to produce what we will consume in the realization that there’s been utmost care and inherent respect for all life forms and resources that we use to make our lives possible, we will be able to direct our lives in a Self Honest manner, because no one will be ‘setting the tone’ of our lives from the top, because there will be no top – only equals at the same level of The Earth as the Life that we will instead learn how to Live, Enjoy and Express in.

                                                                  • These rewards of Self-Governance will exist according to the Living Principle of Life in Equality embodied by each one of us  – there will be no single ting that is produced, labored for, published, adopted as educational system or entertainment that goes without our communal consent and agreement of it being in fact what is best for all. This is where we have to understand that Self Governance is a matter of living by the principle of Participatory Equality wherein that which is best for all is ensured by each one’s self investigation, education and practice of this living principle, so that we can all trust each other to in fact be voting, deciding and opting for the best living condition that is possible for all of us to live by here on Earth, along with all the animals, plants and resources that will be fully recognized as equal and one to the life substance that we all  are. Honoring one another as Equals ensures that all our thoughts, words, deeds and intentions are always leading to a best for all outcome.
