I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to define the word ‘Liberation’ in relation ‘to/towards others’ first instead of living it as self, as myself here in practical living application
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the word ‘Liberation’ and seeing it as a ‘greater process’ that involves ‘many people’ instead of realizing that Liberation as myself is lived every moment that I am here breathing, holding no judgment, no emotion or feeling or any other process that isn’t being self-directive as myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit the word ‘Liberation’ as a definition in contraposition to ‘enslavement’ which is simply limiting the word within and as the connotation that I have been experiencing and defining as in relation to this world and country in particular with ‘heroes’ and people ‘liberating’ entire countries from imperialist oppressors.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to link the word ‘liberation’ as ‘becoming free from a point of external superior- point of authority’ which is once again, defined and created upon history and its processes where an apparent ‘liberation’ took place for the betterment of society.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see liberation as the result of struggle, of fights, of revolutions, of violence of any kind as I am relating the word ‘liberation’ to how wars and guerrillas exist as ‘liberating processes’ that encompass violence and abuse to be able to ‘obtain/regain freedom’
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to directly link the word ‘liberation’ to imprisonment and/or general oppression coming from people in power and thus limiting the word ‘liberating’ to a process of ‘re-obtaining power’ through struggle.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit the expression of the word ‘Liberation’ according to a social process and seeing it as something ‘outside of myself’ that involves ‘moving masses’ instead of realizing the word ‘Liberation’ as myself Here in every moment of breathing here as a being that’s not defined by the stance of others – but realize Liberation as myself in every moment that I exist without strings attached to that which I know-of, that which ‘I was’ and doesn’t exist ‘here’ when I exist as breath only.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to link the word ‘Liberation’ to that painting having the impersonation of ‘Liberty’ as a woman within the context of the french revolution– thus only seeing and limiting ‘liberation’ as an act of overcoming oppression, enslavement and overall disregard of human life within a polarized context only. Pic of Painting by Eugène Delacroix – La liberté guidant le peuple
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see the word ‘Liberation’ linked to a ‘hero’ a someone that is willing to take on the wheel to direct others into liberation – just as history has placed it for us.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see the word liberation lived as myself as having to do something as ‘big’ as ‘liberating masses’ due to being existing as the limited definition of liberation in relation to social context instead of self first.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myelf from the word ‘Liberation’ in seeing it as a ‘greater purpose’ that implies living it ‘towards others’ instead of realizing that I was taking the points above mentioned as a ‘framework’ for the definition I have created of the word ‘liberation’ which had no ‘direct-relation’ to myself and my practical application here as the word ‘liberation’ itself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define ‘liberation’ as an outside-process that involves others being liberated from an oprressive-system/ government/ way of life without realizing that to be able to become the living word as ‘liberation’ this point has to start for myself as Self first – Here in practical physical application.
I forgive myself that I haven’t actually considered already being living ‘Liberation’ as myself within my process and my current stance and still believe that it is something to ‘obtain’ somewhere or through certain processes that involve not only myself but others.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define ‘liberation’ as a point to be ‘proud’-of ‘living-as’ as something that could be misplaced as ‘superior’ within the context of the whole, without realizing that this self-liberation process can be taken-on by everyone willing to live these points as Self by accepting Equality as life as the ultimate liberation– Here - in every moment, boundless to whatever we’ve seen and perceived as ‘who we are’ which is in itself the very first act of actual self liberation I can re-define myself as: living as myself here in letting go of all that which I see limits myself, ‘de-fines’ myself, everything that not allows me to see a point in clarity here as myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create my own limitation as the self definition I allowed myself to live as and live-by within my reality for all my life.
Self-Platform for Liberation is lived moment by moment living the word as myself implies living in the simplicity as Breath as Life here in every moment whenever a point of limitation as an experience is created which stirs up an experience within myself.
Liberation as in not being carrying-around the ‘memories’ of ‘who I am’ and present that as myself but instead be the actual space-here as myself in and out in every moment of breath that I do not allow myself to fall back into any point of limitation or self abuse existent as thoughts/words/images/pictures/memories/beliefs that lead me back to a point of definition/pre-conception that limits my stance as self in the moment in simplicity.
Liberation is the point of letting go of all the regard for opinions/beliefs/judgments that might come from the inevitable standing in my every-day life for the rest of my existence here –
Liberation as the point of being able to stand anywhere and not ‘lose’-myself within the pictures and create an immediate ‘assessment’ of my standing in comparison to other beings.
Liberation as the recognition of myself as Life nonetheless, nothing more either – Equal as any being any part of this existence I am one and equal-to, stopping in the moment the judgments and opinions that might arise within me.
Liberation is also the act of expressing myself in the moment, not holding back or refraining my expression, but delving and getting to live myself as expression in a moment and letting go of limitations every time they arise based on knowledge and information as the indoctrination we’ve accepted and allowed ourselves to ‘live’-as within the nature of this system currently.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever censor myself and my expression based on cultural taboos, family beliefs, general knowledge, manners, etiquettes, definitions in relation to ‘who I am’ as a woman, etc – I have to say this point I see isn’t that prominent as from a very early age I did manage to what I called ‘speak out my mind’ and enjoying breaking those ‘silently commonly-agreed rules’ that exist within a society or group or place or moment’ – lol I’ve always enjoyed sort of defying, ‘challenging’ the system within this.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that for me to be liberation, to live as liberation there has to be a constant reminder of the ‘opposite’ which is opression/enslavement.
I live the word liberation as self here in every moment of physical breath as self here – No boundaries, no limitations – but constant ‘hereness’ in directing myself to create and establish liberation as my very expression here.
Self-Remembrance : putting myself together in moments of ‘self created oppression’: I got breath – Self Platform : we know we got our primary platform which is the first step into living liberation as myself – liberating myself from being controlled by my own mind and thus standing within the process of Equalizing that point as everyone that is.
‘Liberation’ lived as myself every moment I stop a cycle, a pattern, a habit, every-time I am able to stop ‘following my thoughts’ and breathe to let go – Liberation is lived as self every time I am able to walk empty inside, no judgment, no feeling, no emotion but only physically walking through the point.
Liberation – more to explore later on.
