The Right to Life in Equality has never existed, no matter how many constitutions hold the statement “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights” we haven’t ever lived as such- WHY and HOW did we get ourselves to this compromised and abusive position? For context, suggest reading:
Problem
From capitalism.org website:
What is the fundamental right?
There is only one fundamental right — the right to life — from which all other rights, including the right to liberty, the right to property and the right to pursue one’s own happiness derive.
Are rights guarantees to the success of actions?
All rights are rights to freedom of action. That is, the right to those actions necessary to support ones life — so long as they do not violate the rights of others. Keep in mind that rights are not guarantees that those actions will always be successful. Thus, the right to pursue happiness, does not necessarily mean achievement — it only means one is free to pursue what one thinks will make one happy.
Pursuit does not mean attainment, though it is a necessary precondition to attaining it. Similarly the right to life, is the right to take those actions necessary to survive, free from the physical compulsion and interference of other men. The right to life does not mean that one can force others to support ones life against their will. [what rights do guarantee is that if your actions are successful, no one may rob your of the results of those actions].
We are well aware this is stemming from the old mindset of our lives existing within a constant need to defend and offense from rivals and enemies, an eternal battle that doesn’t only take place between nations, but also between neighbors. This is the platform, the set-up, the ‘default’ explanation of ‘how things are, how things have always been’ wherein one has to‘defend one’s rights/sovereignty at all cost,’ which is not only a Capitalist trait but relative to Politics and Imperialistic tactics throughout human civilization. What has happened in the 20th century is that, these ‘Rights’ were covered with new concepts like ‘Self-Determination’ ‘Freedom,’ ‘Pursuit of Happiness’ that we’ve already explained and democracy used as a noble reason to intervene in foreign countries’ struggles in order to implement a ‘better way of living’ that is tainted by the concepts highlighted above, which is nothing else but an actual form of imperialism for profitable means disguised with a banner of liberty, justice and free will. This is Ayn Rand’s legacy that could excuse the individual’s ‘right to pursue happiness’ at all cost, while keeping the words set in such a way that it truly sounds fair and just, but never specifies it will be possible for All in Equality. This is what we have accepted and allowed thus as an individual or tunnel-vision sight of our reality where dog eats dog as long as ‘I’ can defend my right to WIN.
What is it really being defended here as a ‘Right’ in our Capitalist System?
Self Interest as the right to abuse, extort, kill, oppress, exploit and dominate in the name of Power
You can read the previous entries to understand the power that forges our current ‘Rights’ within the current Capitalistic System we’re living in, which certainly overrides any constitutional effort to regulate people’s lives toward a common well being, no matter how many ‘Human Rights’ declarations we have, the world hasn’t changed at all, but gotten worse – why? Because there’s money / self interest in the way of Equality.
According to the definitions of ‘Rights’ we can then assume that it is our right to kill other people in the name of our freedom. There is this motto by one of our Presidents here in Mexico that reads “Respect for the Rights of Others is Peace’ – Benito Juárez – But do we even know what such rights are?
So if a person that has the current ‘understanding’ of them having the right to kill, to pursue their happiness at all cost, to use any means possible to have more than the other, to cheat, to lie and deceive in the name of their goal – which is happiness, money, power –then one is supposed to ‘respect their right’ and cross our arms and hope to die? This is precisely what’s missed when taking Words for granted, we don’t measure the actual Meaning of them and instead, we adopt such statements as ‘maxims’ because they sound right. Big mistake.
I share my personal experience with the concept of ‘Rights.’ I was very interested in Human Rights since I was probably in 1st grade of primary school, I went to vote for ‘Children’s Rights’ and the whole idea sounded great, I felt proud of myself for learning the children’s rights and being able to ‘have a say’ in such child-participation in some general elections at the time here. But obviously, as I went growing up I realized the world was not moving according to the Words in our Constitution. It was futile to learn our 117 articles in this Country where the very first statement of Equality is violated the moment I step out of the school and see a child my age asking for change to eat. I became disenchanted by the rights I was supposed to ‘hold at heart’ as my Individual Guarantees. Only much later and fairly recently in my life did I become aware how these ‘rights’ were turned into the ability to own, buy, be happy, seek for my own desires and nevermind the violation of the majority’s rights, I stopped caring or at least being somewhat enthusiastic about ethics and laws, everything sounded too right in words, but reality told another story.
This is the first encounter with reality, first 10 years of my life and I already knew I could no trust the government, the constitution, the police, the banks, the clergy, I still held somewhat faith on a god or teachers and my personal role models, but none of them offered a solution as to Why People are NOT being supported Equally in this world. Then, as I grew up, I stopped caring and like many people in our current society: we simply gave up any change and instead, allowed ourselves to ride the hedonist trip of ‘Free will’ and ‘Free choice’ and Rebelling against the system, which I have described in the following blogs here along with the process wherein we take Self Responsibility and realize how we are all collectively responsible for shaping our current reality ‘as is.’

210. Not Having Money Makes You Sad– but Why?
Why have we even allowed Lack of Money to be a regular condition in this world?
Why have we never questioned poverty and ‘depressions’ as an actual disease that must be cured at the root/ source of the problem, which in all cases is the current monetary system?
Why have we only managed to ‘mitigate’ the problems that affect us ALL and Con.Form to what is presented as temporary solutions to a lack of money – such as further Debt that sounds like Death wherein you end up rolling on your payroll like a shroud wherein all that is left of you is a piece of flesh and bones that forgot about itself and always sought life, but never lived.

Equality has Not been Lived:
|
Solution :
Within the consideration that Might Makes Right and the Solution to this that is Equality Makes Right, the right to have Equal ability to live in dignity and seek for an actual purpose in life that is not defined by the accumulation of wealth, competing towards another to be ‘more powerful’ or measuring ourselves according to the amount of money we own. It is about Valuing Life as Who and what we All Are, and within this, acting in Self Responsibility according to our participation within the same system, the same ecosystem, the same world-system wherein we must ensure that Everyone is In Fact considered and granted their Equality through the Power that Money will Represent in Equal Money Capitalism, this is the Value of Life made money and granted as an individual guarantee for every single person that is willing to give to others what they want for themselves.
This is real self determination –not the ability to buy that which makes you happy.
Constitutional EqualityThe fundamental point of Life on Earth within a democracy is going to be protected by a Constitution of what is Best for All. Any policy, law or rule must therefore be made within the framework of Constitutional Equality and be aligned to the Principle of What is Best for All. The Principle of What is Best for All implies several other Principles: |
|
Rewards :
The Right to Life as an Individual and Collective Guarantee implies Self Responsibility understood within the physical and biological terms this implies: we all participate in this world, by us being equally supported to live in the best way possible, we will equally create a world worth living in, a place where children can be born with an assured living condition of harmony and peace – it is what we have always wanted, the best for ourselves, the best lifestyle anyone would have always wanted but always thought we could only ‘get’ by ‘striving for it.’ It won’t be like that any longer.
