556. Transcending Inequality One at a Time

A story of how to be the starting point of getting past social and economic statuses through changing our relationships towards one another

I read the following article today Commercialisation: the antithesis of sharing by Mohammed Mesbahi and I find some supportive aspects he looks at when it comes to realizing that the obstacle to sharing are our individual desires to succeed at whatever cost above others, above nature, above common sense and how this way of thinking in a very egotistical manner has permeated into the nature of commerce itself, in how we exchange goods and services and so the nature of the system as we see it and live it on a daily basis.

I’d like to share a more personal perspective and experience as a way to walk through a potential solution in the seemingly realm of the ‘impossible’ when it comes to stopping the current nature of this system – which is entirely OUR human nature embodied in the ‘nature of the system in itself’ –  so that one can consider the effect that we can have within the decision to stand in certain living principles and decide to take on processes of self-change that precisely stop the antagonism, the fight, the constant hidden sense of blame towards ‘a few’ in the system as the only culprits to where we are currently in this massive inequality, because! It always takes two to tango and so we are all equally responsible for what’s here.

Invariably so, whatever consequences we face from this economic-outflow as damages are the ultimate wakeup call – just like any other consequence – for us to start looking back at ourselves as the source of the problem and so realizing the solutions we can embody if we also decide to put on some of our very own

If I look at what I had to deconstruct and redefine within myself individually through walking this process with Desteni in order to embrace the equality of all people and all things – therefore of everything that’s here – I have to first start off by saying how it’s not as easy to simply ‘speak the words’ and right away live such equality as life. There are massive layers of mental conditioning that were accepted and allowed by myself throughout my entire life based on the totality of my  environment, family, social and economic context, information, education that I made my own and that I learned to start acting out on as a young person in this world.

An example is how in my early teens upon having access to magazines and some ads on TV, I was starting to get very much focused on wearing certain brands on my clothes, being quite ‘picky’ in relation to the social and economic status of the people I would be friends with and generally being more cautious and concerned about the role that money plays in creating relationships between people, in choosing friendships, in choosing where to go and hang out in or what one can afford to buy as clothes, entertainment, trips, luxury time, restaurants and the rest of it.

At the time – and this being when I was 12 or 13 years old – that was a source of insecurity as well when being in a school where people with a good amount of money went too as well. I am quite aware that my parents did their best to keep me grounded and not be impressed by the amount of money I saw some peers had, but ultimately it does affect one when not being ‘equal’ in that sense, especially during my early teenager years where upon seeing that I could not ‘follow up’ with their lifestyles or feel that I could ‘fit in’ entirely according to their hobbies, their likes and preferences and ‘affording’ them, a resignation emerged within me where I simply ‘gave up’ even trying to ‘fit in’ in certain groups of people. I’ve never been in a rich family, yet was fortunate enough to have access to very decent education which I am also grateful for, but that came also with witnessing quite an array of lifestyles that I simply was not going to even ‘try’ and match because I simply couldn’t and eventually I made myself entirely believe that I didn’t want it either.

In that ‘resignation’ also came a definition of myself as ‘never being able to reach a higher economic status’ and so, building a sense of resentment towards those that were ‘richer’ than me, where I used intellect as a way to compensate for what I perceived was a ‘lack’ of traits that these other people had, like the money, the looks, the expensive things, the access to things and places that I simply gave up on even trying to get or fit into, which was entirely my decision as well because I am aware my sisters – having been in the exact same family context as I was – managed quite well to be part of that and not having to exist in an ‘urge’ to have more money or anything like that, which was cool. But in my case I became more like  the critical-eye to the lifestyles of my peers, demeaning them, judging them and being over-critical on what they would spend money on. The interesting thing is I made friends with them as well and as much as we could relate to each other as ‘human beings’ and ‘peers at school’ there was always an underlying point of separation based on me not precisely ‘having’ that which most of them had in terms of money and common lifestyles.

The bottom line is that I allowed this money-factor to determine ‘who I am’ in relation to others while going through junior high and high school, wherein as much as I could get along with everyone, I also in a very subconscious and conscious manner separate myself from them ‘by default’ due to the money-factor being an ever present point of comparison within me. And I have to say that I masked this quite well by taking a more critical eye to all things capitalism and the sheer desire for money and going into the judgment of it all as being ‘bad’ or ‘selfish’ as well, which I would blurt out at any opportunity I could.

I created a form of resentment towards money itself as well because I simply went into the resignation of ‘never’ in my life possibly been able to get to have their position, their status, their family benefits and the rest of it, which fueled more my antagonistic personality in which I gained a sense of power through in fact feeling powerlessness and inferiority/being less than when standing next to people that I knew had a lot of money, even denying the possibility of me having a boyfriend at the time of such friendship circles due to me believing that I was simply ‘not equal’ to them and at the same time, yep! There were some cases where some may have arranged relationships and marriages between ‘similar families’ to re-create the same elites they’ve always been a part of. Now that I look back at this it’s quite funny that I got to see firsthand how elitism works within a school context and how I accepted and allowed myself to get affected by it because I frankly saw it as impossible for me to ‘stand fully equal’ to the power of money that others portrayed in ‘who they are’ as personalities, as the stuff they own, as the positions they had in society, which I consider is entirely the same process that we all get conditioned through with either being on the ‘have’ or ‘have not’s side.

So, what I am aiming at here is looking at how each one of us recreates the acceptance and allowance of inequality through accepting and allowing money to define ‘who we are’ and so proceed to assess that one is ‘inferior’ or ‘superior’ to others for example in the context of ‘who has more or less money.’ And I’m also aware that not every single person defined themselves according to the money they had, maybe to some of them it was just a second skin they could not differentiate themselves from to the extent that there was no reflection upon it.

But in my case it did become a silent source of inadequacy, questioning and resenting elitism – while I made it quite a part of myself as well through judging, criticizing and antagonism out of spite – and at the same time creating a denial to ever conceive that ‘I could ‘belong’ to that’ – yet, would I have actually wanted to be part of that? At the time it wasn’t really so, but who knows if I had been born in what I call a ‘golden crib’? I bet it’s quite hard to distinguish ‘what’s normal’ or ‘the standard’ when all that you’ve ever lived in is comfort, luxury, benefits, VIP status wherever you go and frankly, I consider it will take a long time for all of these points to change, because it actually begins with us debunking the notion that money gives us ‘power’ to our persona, that we become in fact ‘more’ with the more money or control over others we get to have, and because we get so used to the comfort that money brings and because ultimately, we all would like a good and comfortable lifestyle, the problems are the extremes in it all where we’d have to learn how to be moderate yet not judge money as ‘evil’ in itself, but see through that veil to continue working on our potentials, on or purposes, what we can do in order to benefit more of life with money, instead of continuing to recreate the same parasitical patterns fueled by ego-driven desires.

I have also been on the side of directly creating hatred to a fellow peer in school – that later on became a good friend of mine by the way – where I would challenge his ‘wits’ that I considered were the result of having lived in a business family where he already was ‘hard wired’ to think in money and business-making ways, where he knew that getting more money wasn’t about ‘wishing money’ and that’s it – he understood that it all starts with creating the relationships, having the motivation of yes ‘making money’ but creating a suitable ideas for businesses.

At the time in my teenage years, I was getting to be more conscious/aware of capitalism and the system in itself, where I became his faithful opponent whenever he’d speak out his opinion that was geared to seeking this personal benefit through actions that would ultimately lead to ‘winning,’ to ‘being successful’ even if that meant stepping on top of others. One can imagine this kind of back and forths during class discussions over readings like ‘The Art of War’ and how I could simply have a hard time conceiving having to consider so many difficult moves in order to ‘win’ over someone else and me questioning that, which yes ultimately turned out to be quite ‘naïve’ when it comes to knowing ‘the ways of the world’ at the time.

I also had a very moral-based view on life at the time, where I was placing myself in this ‘good side’ of the equation, while not even being aware how we in fact have to consume life every single moment in order to exist and I didn’t even consider that as a factor that outflows into this world-enslavement that we’ve co-created, yet I was very quick to judge his Machiavellian ways and challenge his positions in what would end up in heated back and forths in front of the whole class. I definitely am aware I wanted to debase him and treated him as if he was only an egotistical rich dude that I had to expose at the eyes of everyone else, but eventually we walked a very realistic forgiveness process in our mutual relationship over time.

Situations happened in his life where somehow he probably realized how some of his views were separating him from more and more people – as in being disliked, hated, etc. – and he started being more considerate, flexible and that’s when we actually started having constructive discussions where we eventually found a common ground and I could learn more from how he was ‘wired’ to look at things in his mind, which was quite awesome by the way in how he could look at solutions and ways to ‘move’ reality to create a particular outcome.

In the school context, I was able to then take advantage of his skills and ways to even relate to teachers and we’d work in teams together when it came to school projects and such, it was quite the collaboration for our two last years of high school where I knew my ‘strengths’ and I knew his and we’d made a good team to get things done in a win-win way – which of course in school terms translates into good grades or passing exams and projects etc.

So I share this because it was quite a cool process to walk through after having had some two previous years of constant conflict with each other. But in order to create that, we both had to work with our personal issues as prejudices or points to transcend – like perceptions and opinions about each other – that had been primarily shaped according to and through money, defined according to his family name and social position and my own which was of a regular middle-class person that had to let go of a sense of inferiority towards him in order to start rather appreciating and developing more awareness on who he really was as an individual, behind this ‘façade’ that I had always seen him through which ‘oozed’ superiority at my eyes and possibly at the eyes of others. I had to apply humbleness and I know for a fact he did as well.

Later on I got to know who he was in a more in-depth manner which was actually very different to the myriad of prejudices or ‘first impressions’ that I had gotten from having heard a few of his opinions about just anything he could express, which I guess bothered me so much because they also reflected back to myself how opinionated I became to ‘counter act’ him and so, it was eventually kind of interesting how similar we ended up being when stepping out of our own egos. From ‘hating’ each other’s’ guts, we got to appreciate each other as friends and collaborators at the time.

Even though I had shared about this friendship in blogs before, it’s certainly the first time that I bring through the dimension of money, social status, ego and power as a reason for me to exist in a form of ‘inferiority’ towards him, while I also got to discover how he got to ‘make up for’ certain more personal inferiorities through the power, connections, relationships he could build through and with money itself. I actually got to see this more ‘real’ aspect within a few people in the same environment, and I had not reflected how interesting that part of my life was when it comes to being able to see people for ‘who they are’ as equals to me, with the same kind of ‘personal problems’ or insecurities, yet how the notion of money or certain status became a veil for me to see them as ‘unequal’ and ultimate a way for some to ‘cope’ with more personal issues – which is the same that I did with using intellect as a way to compensate for my sense of inferiority in terms of the ‘lack’ of money compared to others or how I didn’t have the ‘perfect looks’ and how I didn’t aspire to become a super-rich person as I initially thought I had to do when I had some ideas earlier on in my life of becoming a financial advisor and follow through that same kind of lifestyle that I saw others were aspiring or already having around me.

The greatest thing from this all is that I could see people through the façade, through the amount of money in their wallets or awaiting for them through their family, and I got to see who they really were as fellow teenagers, struggling with the same peer-pressure that we all collectively created towards one another and that it would only be through a directive decision within ourselves to ‘let go’ of those superficial values to really establish a point of equality, a common ground – even if not ‘in its totality’ – at least as a way to establish a consideration towards others and not just focus on ‘oneself.’

Who knows, this might also in my case be a result of having been in a Jesuit school that did inculcate some of those ‘serving others’ principles in various practical ways, which I am sure my peers also got to learn from and I realize that as much as I had initially despised the whole ‘set up’ in that school, I got to test myself in very specific ways in there when it comes to being in the midst of how elitism is brewed, inculcated and ‘knitted’ through relationships that begin in a simple place such as a classroom and how they build up to become the very people and relationships that later on stand interconnected in leadership positions in businesses, politics and schooling systems which continue shaping these specific circles of concentrated power from generation to generation.

So, what can I learn from this? What is the actual key to start ‘rewiring’ the fabric of our unequal society? It’s definitely not going to be through expecting people in elitist positions to sacrifice their benefits. My friend always let me know that he wanted to do good but of course with also getting his big piece of the cake along with it all, and I found this as acceptable because I knew that him and people like him would never give up the privileges that they have for the benefit of the majority. However there was an emergence of a consideration to not be so ‘obsessive’ about power, to create some modesty and moderation around it while also considering something that is beneficial or for ‘the greater good’ and that being linked to a purpose in his life. This is the last thing I got to know of from him some years ago when I last saw him after several years of having last been together in high school. And the key here is to understand what he decided to go through in order to ‘moderate’ his very ingrained ‘power-seeking’ ways, and that was linked to a personal process where he saw himself devoid of purpose in life, going to therapies to ‘seek the meaning of life’ and assisting himself with regular visits to psychologists, it’s commendable that he sought his ways.

It was then that I understood how maybe people like him are more common than I thought, people that may ‘have it all’ but still seek a meaning to their lives or lose a ‘sense’ for their lives even though anyone else would crave to be in their financial position as well. He didn’t stop having some political and business aspirations at a bigger scale, but those aspirations included doing something that’s beneficial for people, creating something of quality and common good that gives him sufficient money to live well off, but at the same time without leaving others aside from his plan. And I consider that this is the kind of self-change that we can encourage within each other whenever we have an opportunity to do so, through personal example in our relationship with others.

I’d like to think that I may have influenced his potential to see outside of the box he had been entirely geared to and consider greater benefits, but ultimately that would be my own self-interest speaking. I frankly have not established any contact with him as of late, but I made a deal with him that if he’d become part of the local politics as some of his family members did, that he’d call me to create some social projects to assist people in learning more about themselves, their mind, their ability and capacity to live better within themselves, while also considering ways in which people can both contribute economically to a society and benefit directly from the fruit of that cooperation, without the fear of losing a job, without the ‘barely making it through’ experience and limitation. That’s yet to be seen J but hey! at least I had the idea and he got to know how serious I was with all that I dedicate my life to.

Therefore, I consider we have a great lesson to share here, me and in the name of that friend of mine where we both had to step aside from our social/economic conditioning in order to find the common ground and a middle ground as well where I am not ‘battling against’ people in higher social statuses or continually criticizing them as reckless and egotistical, because I also got to be aware of how it takes hard work to build any long-lasting successful business and so, long-lasting source of money as well. The problem is surely when a never-quenching thirst for money/power and control ensues in an individual and that’s where the personal moderation and measure comes in, and that can only be a very individual decision that maybe each one of us could influence or affect through sharing stories like this or decisions we’ve made within ourselves to stop defining ‘who we are’ through the amount or ‘value’ of things we own, or what we dress or look like or the amount of money we have in our bank accounts – while also stopping ‘fighting’ against a perceived ‘reckless’ elite, but instead find ways to cooperate, one by one, to stop the antagonism and rather use each one’s strengths to collaborate and create a more sustainable system where we can forge win-win solutions.

This is then how I’ve also decided to no longer fuel that personality that stands as an apparent ‘victim’ at the hands of the ‘all powerful ones,’ because once you get to know people like that, you can’t really keep up a straight face and not acknowledge their effort, their focus and dedication to get what they have. Ultimately, we are all equally responsible for the way that we currently function and operate in the system, we cannot blame others that were clever enough and possibly had some intrinsic ‘wiring’ to think in business-terms while some of us were more ‘slow’, ‘detached’ and judgmental when it comes to money, because of not understanding it as a life-enabler but still seeing it as an ‘evil’ that we had to get rid of, which is something I surely will still have to work on in my own life in order to equalize myself to money in all ways, to use it in a way that can benefit more people and at the same time dissolve any remnant of ‘inferiority’ and ‘superiority’ based on my past experiences in certain social-circles and situations where the ‘money factor’ was a source of inferiority for me.

And this, my friends, is precisely what I see we all are aware of, we all can ‘feel it’ and ‘be it’ at a very silent agreement, this intrinsic inequality and separation that we’ve created toward one another through the eyes of money, of social status, of ‘positions’ in society with our peers, in our day to day lives and with new people we meet.

So! That’s where focusing on who we are as equals, getting past the notions of money, status, richness and poverty comes in – without fighting it or desiring it – but instead understanding the current consequence in which we all are currently existing in within this ‘monopoly game’ that we can also one by one and so collectively start recreating into an ‘Equapoly’ game and learn to use each other’s’ strengths to cooperate in creating a more best for all scenario in terms of our world economy; it is possible, and I’ve just shared how it boils down to the very kind of relationships and people and purpose that we decide to cultivate within our lives and so in our societies.

Let’s never underestimate the power that standing by principles has even in the face of the seemingly ‘stubborn and righteous’, we all have that same potential to wake up and change, starting with and focusing on ourselves first and living forgiveness towards others and our consequences, learning to work together and focusing on doing and creating what’s best for all.

Thanks for reading.

436. Lack of Money in Dream

Last night I had a dream where I would be aware of having only a 200 pesos bill in my pocket, that being the last money left with me at the time. I was with my family in a restaurant and I would still be quite sure about being able to pay for the bill, or at least help with some money. I would notice how I was very aware of what everyone was asking and in one moment I would see my partner taking the offer drinking ‘some’ of my father’s beverage, and all I could consider in that moment is how one drink cost a quarter of the 200 pesos, and because he would drink the whole thing in 3 seconds I would get so angry at him for being inconsiderate, for not realizing that then my father would have to get another drink and then it would take all the money away.

The shocking point however is how I reacted towards my partner in such situation which involved a lot of cursing and flipping fingers and generally wanting him to feel bad or notice that ‘he had done an inconsiderate thing’ by drinking that. Yet, right after I would be in my own possession towards him in that moment I would realize how I had not said or done any of that to him before, and realized that the damage was done: I could not revert back to a moment before all of that where I could have stopped myself from justifying my anger at him and the situation.  In my dream I realized how things could spiral out from there on, on how I had been essentially so disrespectful toward him in that moment, breaking into ‘uncharted territory’ from there on due to allowing myself to express myself to him that way. I felt regretful as well.

I woke up with this experience of ‘being angry at him’ lol, but of course I brought myself back to earth and realized it was MY dream, my creation and so what exists in my mind and what could possibly be a reality if I allowed it to become just that. It frightened me, because I saw how in one moment so many consequences would ensue and even if right after I wished I ‘hadn’t done that/said that’ it was done, truly felt regret yet of course in the dream I didn’t go into analyzing the situation. So here I go.

First of all it seems odd how if I knew I had little money left, still try and go to restaurants or even attempt to invite others and pay the bill for it. This is a point of defined ‘empowerment’ as well where I have enjoyed doing this with my family and having the ability to ‘invite them’ as well, which to me it just makes sense considering the many times they have invited me as well. However obviously, if I was in such precarious situation as in having little to no money left, I would not go out to restaurants, not pretend I can manage. I can see there’s the point of ego as ‘pride’ in maybe wanting to hide the fact that ‘I’m broke’ at their eyes yet be tense throughout the whole situation, because I would not have wanted to be in the position to have to spend more just because of adding one last drink to the bill.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define an experience of going out to restaurants and invite others as in paying the bill myself as ‘empowering’ and something I gladly do, wherein I would then prevent myself from being open and clear to others about my financial situation and explain why I cannot attend to a restaurant or pay for the bill due to having little to no money left, which is what I see makes sense to do in such situations and not have the ‘restaurant’ or reunion be centered around ‘going out’ but family reunions and ‘going outs’ don’t always have to relate to eating out/ paying somewhere to eat/drink something while it could be done at home as well, this is in consideration to  be considerate of  money spending when there are no sources of income, and not perceive it as a ‘missing out’ or a ‘lesser’ experience if I cannot afford something any longer.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to slightly charge the experience within me of being able to afford paying a meal in a restaurant for others and myself, which is a point of perceived ‘empowerment’ which certainly can be done when there is sufficient money and income, however if one’s situation changes, adjustments have to be made and such kind of unnecessary expenses have to be cut, instead of me trying to ‘keep the show going’ at the eyes of others, while knowing well in the situation in the dream that I was compromising my ‘last moneys’ in order to give a pleasure/moment to others to enjoy, or what I perceive to be ‘enjoyment’ or expressing some kind of ‘gratefulness’, when in fact enjoyment and gratefulness can be expressed in so many other ways that don’t involve having to ‘go out to restaurants’ only as what I’ve lived throughout my life within the family scenario.

In this it is to realize that it is not limiting myself when no longer being able to afford such things if having no income, but rather be considerate about the situation instead of wanting to ‘pull it through’ and compromising my basic livelihood.

Another aspect here is how I allowed myself to get to that point of only having 200 pesos on my pocket. It is interesting because in the morning today I saw this picture on social media about how if you have 10 dollars in your bank account, you have more than the 75% of the world, which is ridiculous that we’ve allowed ourselves to get to this point of most of the world living in poverty while being in a world that sufficiently caters for everyone.  So there are various factors that lead to having no money, but within my personal situation and environment/context, it IS possible to make money therefore here within the dream context and as a possible scenario that exists in all of our lives

10 dollars

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to get to a position of poverty, which is a form of disregard, lack of self responsibility, apathy, not putting myself out there in terms of knocking doors and looking at the many possibilities that still exist in this world to make money, having no judgment to particular activities or job situations, but realizing that I cannot allow myself to get to such point of seeing ‘the last drops’ of my money go and do nothing about it, therefore

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to neglect my financial situation of my dream and take that into consideration within my current experience where I am living of savings and definitely require to make sure I don’t spend money unnecessarily or waste it in ‘going outs’ that are not really necessary for me to ‘live.’ In this

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to slowly but surely allow the ‘fear of ending with no money’ to be in the back of my head and creeping in as a constant ‘variable’ in my day to day situations, wherein I can see that it can affect the way that I live and interact with others, which should NOT be so, because in this it is about me first establishing clear accounting with myself, looking at what is it that is essentially needed, the basic points of livelihood that I require to cover in joint expenses and take responsibility for that part that corresponds to me. In this I realize that I do have to ‘give up’ more unnecessary expenses not because of ‘fearing’ not having money, but simply being realistic about current financial situation and ensuring I am not placing myself in a dire situation just because of ‘squandering’ the current possibilities.

And ultimately in this, what matters is that I would not have to ‘restrain’ myself in all aspects if I start creating other possibilities for income as well, which is where I have to move myself to and start planning where and how I can continue making money to live without worrying about ‘eventually depleting my source of money’ and this is my point of self responsibility.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to become angry, tense, anxious, absolutely possessed with the miser experience at the same time when judging what my partner did in the dream about the drink and blame him as ‘inconsiderate’ when in fact that was me only venting and exerting my own neglect, lack of consideration and responsibility to my own life, my own financial situation and in this realizing that there are moments where bit by bit I start getting ‘stingy’ about money due to not having a continuous source of income.

In this I see that the financial aspect when sharing expenses with another and at the same time when placing oneself in this ‘comfortable’ position with money and then having that ‘comfort’ point change to a position of precariousness can change the way we behave toward others and essentially ‘the worst of us’ can come out when in that survival mode.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to be so ashamed of myself in that moment when realizing what I had done as in doing all the cursing, yelling, flipping fingers and venting out my own anger towards another, because in the ‘shame’ of course we don’t see the actual starting point of it all, which is how in that dream situation I allowed myself to get to that position of ‘having the last drop’ of money and doing nothing at all about it, which is unacceptable and it is unacceptable that I would dare to see another as ‘the problem’ in that moment, which is such a common way to miss out MY responsibility in it all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define me as someone that is ‘unconditional’ when it comes to ‘sharing’ which means sharing of my money when paying something for others and link this to a ‘sign of appreciation’ when it is part of the programming at home where any given money was to be considered a sign of love, appreciation, gratitude, care and even recognition as a ‘prize’ for doing something ‘good’,  when in fact these words mean so much more than just ‘money’ and can be lived in so many more ways than just ‘giving money’ or ‘paying’ things for others.

I realize that if I do enjoy being able to live in a comfortable manner and even at times be able to ‘share it with others’, then there’s two options: either I get a sufficient source of income to continue doing this in a moderate manner, or rather explain my situation, stop compromising myself and rather live these words as care, love, appreciation, gratitude towards others not by ‘paying’ for things or ‘inviting out’ but rather by assisting them in their lives in what I consider I can, such as sharing or providing some personal support, be with them in times when we can chat/ be up to date with each other, do something together that doesn’t require any consumption of sorts or ‘going outs’ as in eating out etc. and so also challenge that programming that has been so ingrained throughout my life in terms of ‘going to restaurants’ and seeing that as a point of luxury, comfort and ways to interact with others better, because in reality, I first have to assess the financial situation in order to fulfill such ‘ideals’ and if it is not possible, then rather redefine the ‘gatherings’ to something else, where I have also come to realize that it is part of those ‘illusions’ I’ve hold on to as if they were part of ‘my lifestyle’ throughout my life, but I do know of people that would rarely ever do this in their lives and could live without it, which enabled me to see how I have conditioned myself to believe this is part of the ‘rites’ of socializing, when it doesn’t have to be the ‘only’ way to go out and socialize in any case.

Last Sunday for example instead of going out to a restaurant, we rather went to eat at my parents’ house and spend much less money by doing so than keeping the ‘outings’ program in place, and it was as enjoyable as well because the interaction and ‘getting together’ shouldn’t be defined by ‘what one eats’ or ‘where’ and ‘how much it costs’ at all, when the same can be done/prepared/cooked with much less money anyways.

In this I recognize that it is not like I will say NO to all outings in restaurants, but certainly be much more moderate about it and be considerate of not squandering money within such habit.  Which leads me to the point of how I was also justifying these expenses in saying that ‘I am in turn also supporting the economy in my locality’ and assisting others to ‘get a better wage’ with going to places and leaving tips and whatnot, however this is ‘ok’ if one has the money to do it, but it is silly to compromise one’s own livelihood just to keep ‘benefiting others’ and be left with nothing oneself.

And then comes the anger point which I mean, I have talked about it many, many times. And it was cool to face this rather uncomfortable and – to say the least – regrettable situation in my dream where my own lack of responsibility to my financial situation led me to essentially ruin or if not create a faux pas with my partner in doing something that I immediately regretted to have been said and done toward him. It really sucked the moment that in the dream I realized: what have you done? You can’t go back and undo that, he will forever remember this that you just did and said to him. And this has to do with previous situations where I also allowed myself to be possessed in certain situations also due to familiar contexts and traditions or ‘politics’ that my partner would not be used to, and that I essentially blew things out of proportion against him at the very beginning of our relationship and only later on did I admit to see that it was My ‘religion’ of how things should be that was the problem, and how I did not communicate about it beforehand and how I made it such a big deal in my mind and exerted that anger toward him as well. That was talked about and it took me to recognize my own ‘religion’ of what I believed he should have done that caused the problem, while him also admitting to aspects of his participation to work with, which has actually worked fine.

However in the dream due to the financial ‘strain’ and situation I was in and not communicating about it with others, but keep it to myself and just ‘venting out’ the consequence of my problem, I would create another rift in my relationship with others because of this precarious situation I created for myself.

When waking up and realizing I was carrying the experience of the dream, I cleared myself up by forgiving myself for having allowed myself to get so angry at my partner in the dream, for judging him for generally ‘drinking things too fast’ because I equate this to ‘money’ only, and in general create this scenario in the dream to test myself ‘who would I be’ in such situation of poverty.

So, what I could see is that surely being in that ultimate state of having almost no money left at all, does make one go into ‘overdrive’ in survival, which can be by all means first of all prevented. However the point of ‘instant possession’ upon living the consequences is also preventable, wherein in the dream I could have taken a moment to stabilize myself, not keep feeding the ‘fears of not having money’ or the judgments on how anything eaten/drank equated to more money on the bill and so becoming angry at consuming in itself, and so preventing me from getting so possessed in this rage, anger about money that one can say or do things that one will regret a moment afterward. I have to remind myself that no matter how ‘difficult’ a situation might be, I cannot blame others for it, I cannot use another as a ‘punching bag’ for it and seeing others as ‘the problem’ when in fact it is all self-created.

In an ultimate situation if I had to walk the ‘aftermath’ of that situation in the dream, I would explain my own anger about my situation, how I didn’t take responsibility for my experience and allowed myself to exert it out and ask for forgiveness to the other person, after having forgiven myself for being so neglectful towards myself and my personal responsibility in relation to money. It is also interesting that even if it was ‘just a dream’ I could not just see it as ‘just that’ because it felt such a real possibility for me in all aspects that I considered the importance of aligning this point so that I can prevent most of the situation by changing definitions of ‘outings’ with others from now on, in relation to family gatherings, going out for the sake of ‘paying for others and supporting them through my consumption’ and rather be realistic about my financial situation.

In this I realize that it is not a ‘missing out’ because one defines what one makes of any situation or experience, so I stop defining ‘comfort’ and ‘pleasure’ and ‘gratitude’ and ‘enjoyment’ and even ‘sharing’ with others just through what money can do. And many times to be honest the process of ‘going out’ becomes more of a ritual than an actual enjoyment, so I can decide to suggest other ways and even ‘change the ways’ that it usually goes wherein we can all save up money and realize that it is not always necessary to spend in order to show care or live enjoyment or any other aspect like that.

So what can I learn from the dream in retrospect is: how to prevent getting to a point of lacking money, how to prevent myself from affecting my relationships with others by remaining in a position of ‘pride’ and not seek out for ways to make money or support from others, how to stop defining experiences of ‘empowerment’ related to money only, how to live appreciation, care, joy, gratefulness and sharing in ways that don’t involve ‘paying’ for something to someone else as an ‘expression of care’ because I can decide to change that, how I can prevent myself from blaming others and getting in an exertion of my own anger towards myself and use others as my ‘valve of escape’ for that emotional experience.

Ultimately of course we should prevent ALL of humanity from ever having to be in a precarious situation, of having no money/no food/ no shelter and having no possible way to get an income and step out of survival mode. We need to guarantee everyone’s wellbeing if we want to prevent people getting possessed in such a dysfunctional mind state of accumulated problems and experiences related to money that lead to the worst of the worst in our society: from mental illness, to domestic violence, addictions, blaming governments and neglecting our personal and collective responsibility in this system.

In relation to the comment, We can make a difference if we all place ourselves in the shoes of situations like the one that ¾ of the population in this world are living in and decide to stop creating obstacles for us to live in a dignified manner, it really starts with us and empowering each other not only with money, but with skills and abilities to be able to contribute back into society and so be genuinely proud of creating a world we can live in without worries of ever going poor again, it’s up to us to remove for every person that possibility of only having 10 dollars in their pockets or even only ‘a bit more’ of that, no one wants to live in such poverty, so why should we allow the majority of this world do go through that?

395. What is Real Empowerment?

The Fallacious Archetype of Power

Perdition City

The wordpower’ in Spanish is ‘poder’ which means simply ‘can’ / ‘being able to’ and as such it is interesting how we have elevated the word ‘power’ to something beyond ourselves, something that we almost see sitting up high on a throne far away from our reach, we see it as some blinding almighty light that only gods and masters can obtain, and politicians, CEO’s, and elites of this world can control with money. This is how I would see the word ‘power’ before, filled with something ‘extraordinary’ that apparently none of us regular ‘mortals’ have – this is the cognitive dissonance, the fallacy existent within the word at a collective level which is precisely the construct of hierarchy that exists within each one of us.

By ‘the construct of hierarchy’ I mean the ability to layer ourselves as human beings in various strata of the super rich and the ‘empowered’ at the top, and then going all the way down to the lower strata: lower middle class to people living in abject poverty.

The sheer acceptance of poverty and the ‘megarich as something ‘normal’ or part of ‘how the world works’ already reveals something: we have created an idea of what ‘power’ implies as the amount of money one can have, which creates the abusive logic of: IF you are not a super rich elite person THEN you are ‘disempowered’ as the ‘power’ is held in the hands of those few ones at the top and only ‘they’ can rule and control and tell us what to do and how to do things…. This is the general belief wherein we become subject to ‘others’ and in this the first point of abuse is precisely not being able to recognize ourselves as equals.

Guns_and_Angels

Now, this is just to place into context the first fallacy: Power means to have LOTS of money, being in a ‘higher position’ where you can control others and abuse something/someone to continue aggrandizing your personal power. So, this is certainly not the definition of power, but the definition of Abuse masked as ‘power’ and ‘success’ and some kind of ‘divine power’ that is ingrained in our minds from thousands of years ago, mind control it is.

This idea of ‘power’ in the form of abuse must be realized for the consequences it has created the moment that we All have given more importance to money itself – which turns into possessions, enslaving others to do the work for you, to be able to control people for personal gain, to deceive, to lie and cheat, to bribe –  in order to advance personal plans for power. So, we’ve also then lived the ‘wrong meaning’ of what success means and as such you can start figuring out how many of the words we had all at some point desired to achieve, were in fact meanings of words that are not entirely supportive for everyone, but instead only glorify our personal interest without considering what is best for everyone else at the same time.

What I’ve realized that has happened within ourselves is that because taking control/direction of one’s life involves doing the actual work, the investigation, the discipline to lay out plans and test out ways to genuinely empower oneself and make things work within a supportive context, we all have (un)consciously decided to take the ‘easy route’ wherein a handful of individuals that were noticeably cunning in ways to get the most for themselves by using tricks, deception and lies that ‘sell well’ have been able to make their fortunes based on OUR complacency, our ignorance, our irresponsibility, gullibility and law of the least effort which is precisely the point of disempowerment we have grown into ourselves like the actual cancer that takes us into the mentality of ‘oh well we are never going to be powerful enough like ‘the elite’ to change things, so let’s just keep having a good time’ And in this, we are only accepting the manufactured consent to remain in our own little cages, living in con-fine-ments of houses/rooms where we simply believe that ‘it’s the life I had to live’ / ‘God wanted me to learn these lessons’ / ‘this is how life is/ I simply have to make things work and let things flow’ when in fact all of these are nothing else but excuses and justifications to not stand up for ourselves.

What we haven’t realized is that ‘The Power’ / Our Power in itself is always HERE in and as each one of us in our ability to decide to precisely no longer ‘follow the leader’ but rather questioning the leader, questioning the governments, questioning the entire hierarchical structure we live in, questioning the benefits we have endowed to some within a belief structure called politics, religion, class systems, races, we have to ponder our abilities and restrictions and so within doing that coming to the realization that we’ve bought a great lie wherein we believed all along that ‘we are disempowered’ and so within this, actually disenfranchising ourselves from our living rights –  but we aren’t really, we have just been – let me be frank – too lazy, too apathetic, too idle to take responsibility for making things work and be beneficial not only for ourselves but for everyone else too.

Disempowerment toward Politics/Politicians

We accepted and allowed it

A point in my life I’ve felt disempowerment is when witnessing abuse and this is how this word then came up. Within this what I have created is the belief that the point of abuse is ‘so out there, out of my reach’ that ‘I can’t do anything about it’ but this is also an excuse and justification, a fallacy in fact because in this we believe that that which I am witnessing as a point of abuse is ‘outside of myself’ and if we are human beings, we all have a mind, a body and so we can all rather begin realizing that IF another human being was able to commit such abuse THEN I as another human being can investigate, understand such abuse, trace the origin point, source it, understand it and rather learn how it was originated so that I can focus on preventing the situations and accumulation of behaviors, circumstances internally and externally that propitiate a situation of abuse.

A classic point of disempowerment I lived throughout my life was when witnessing and/or getting information about the corruption in politics – hence my ‘loathing politics’ experience – and so believing that those people ‘in power’ were simply doing what they willed themselves to because ‘they could’ because they were in the position to do so, and so this ‘position’ point became the limitation: their money, their knowledge, their relationships, their names, their families, etc. So in this all that I learned to create is anger, aversion and a general desire to ‘have nothing to do with politics’ or with money, or with getting a good position in the system, because ‘I hated it’ but in fact this is what makes us All disempowered, when we already see ourselves wanting to deny that which we see or believe to be ‘too high’ / ‘too far away from my reach to change’.

Furthermore I realized how I created such aversion/hatred toward politics because I realized that instead of political platforms existing to regulate our lives and support everyone as equals, the opposite is what drives politics at the moment. And so, this experience of ‘hatred’ as my emotional reaction for not getting the expected support from politicians and politics in general to support our societies, so that is why it is My responsibility to stop my own experience of hatred that leads to the belief of me being disempowered in my ability to change things, to change the world-system and my reality – little did I know or was aware of how it is that in this moment I actually swallowed the belief that ‘I can’t do anything if I am not in that position of power’ which is the first way in which we go ‘tagging’ ourselves, defining each other as either powerful or disempowered individuals in society, all by the amount of money, of influence, of powerful family relationships,  of studies, of properties etc. all of it consolidating the same fallacious definition of power as an actual abuse upon the rest that do not have equal access to what the ‘empowered’ has.

So,  what I’ve done since then after many years of contempt and aversion and antagonizing and even mocking politicians, I came to focus on my responsibility to change myself first, which means going from this belief of disempowerment to an actual self-empowerment which is nothing else but taking responsibility for myself, for the education that I half-way received about how the world actually functions and getting to see a fuller picture, to understand who really ‘runs the world’ – or what really runs the world as the money-construct – and how the actual way to implement change is through politics. From there I walked an entire process of clearing up the word politics for myself so that I no longer bring up this mental image of men in suits sitting on a chamber of congress making decisions behind closed doors while eating caviar and sipping champagne, abusing women and children and joking about the poor that have fun with bread and circus. So, this means that I started rather investigating what are the actual forces that drive our reality, who are our government, how have ‘they’ been also created as part of an enclosed system of rich and poor,  what is it that we have missed in our reality that we have abdicated our entire organization to a handful that only look after their own benefit, all of this means: where is My responsibility to the world system in fact.

And so upon discovering and understanding some of the greatest lies in our entire history like how money is created and the purpose of our education, what our foods contain, the type of devaluation of dignity that entertainment represents, the warfare industry, the general commodification of life then became a solid starting point for me to realize that I am not really ‘disempowered’ because I can investigate and certainly I can then through understanding the problem also propose solutions, which didn’t come as easy either, because I had to then walk through my very own definitions of ‘value’ and money as as the current representation of the relationship of abuse toward one another, and the rest of the constructs that we have all collectively agreed upon as a ‘default’ point from birth.

So, no one said it is going to be ‘easy’ to actually conduct the changes required due to the time, the effort, the money that is required for it and the group of people that will only make it happen through unity as the real form of empowerment one by one – though the first point is recognizing that ‘I can’ and this is no hopeful-positive thinking political slogan situation just like ‘yes we can’ that have been used to get presidential candidates into office. No. this is about genuinely becoming aware of how we can investigate, understand the problem and so walk it through to a solution beginning with ourselves, which means stopping the patterns of apathy, aversion, hatred, judgment and more so Blame toward ‘those that I believe are in power’

So what is real power then?

Power is the ability to recognize that ‘I can’, that ‘I am able,’  that I can direct myself and become an individual that no longer is mentally driven by seeking the kind of abuse (false archetype of power we just discussed) as a form of personal gain called ‘success,’ but instead that I can change myself to become an individual that can demonstrate that the ‘order’ in this world is flawed and that it must be changed – but how can ‘it’ all be changed if we keep living in a bubble called the personal belief of being ‘disempowered’?

In this case, proposing self-education to understand our individual responsibility to our lives and how within doing that we will come to realize that the current system is unsustainable and so, we can also join in with our new awareness to  propose solutions that can change the way we currently live in. So here we are then crossing the line from the ‘disempowered’ member of society that sees ‘no way out’ to the individual that sees that the way out is precisely through recognizing that I Can/ I am Able to understand the problem and so within understanding also conduct changes within ourselves first – and this is very, very important because most of the ‘activism’ that takes place is entirely conducted or ‘aiming’ at ‘changing others’ which is entirely futile really. Isn’t it such a common phrase to say: “be the change that you want to see in the world”? Well, this means apply, live the principles to be and become such change, instead of understanding such phrase as in ‘being the one that demands change’ or some other way to deviate from the point of responsibility.

We can and are able to recognize our power, our ability to change things, which is not really something ‘outside of ourselves’ but recognizing our ability to act according to what we see is and would be best for everyone, which also is what we can also define as taking self-responsibility leading to actual self-empowerment. This is a process where we go recognizing that as we take matters into our own hands, we then go dropping all the fallacies, the deception, the belief systems that we had held ourselves imprisoned by. And it is more than necessary today to begin letting go of this idea and Experience of ‘feeling disempowered’ and instead, rather flag-it and see it as the excuse this word ‘disempowerment’ is and represents to not take responsibility, to not recognize that I CAN Stop and Prevent such point of Abuse within myself by recognizing my equal-capability of understanding the problem/ the point of abuse and directing it toward a solution.

If we don’t do this, then who will?

We have gotten ourselves to this point because we just were too complacent – too lazy – to actually take our lives into our own hands, but instead we delegated our power, our ‘I can’ for myself in the hands of a few that obviously have abused it tremendously as it had to be, otherwise if they had been benevolent beings that ‘took care of it all,’ then maybe we would have never really even considered how it is ourselves that should take responsibility for ourselves first and foremost and so one by one waking up to this realization, we will live in an actual self-governance, a self-direction, I direct me as my mind and my body to do/conduct and direct myself to prevent/stop this point of abuse and so correct the ways, behaviors, patterns toward a best for all outcome.

This is a process of self creation and self-empowerment is then the ability to recognize that I can, I am able to, and more so recognizing this not as a fleeting moment of positivity, but an actual continued, constant and diligent process of redefining our words such as ‘power’ and live the ‘I can’ and ‘I am able to’ direct myself in reality, seeing where we still believe ‘we can’t’ and so pushing ourselves to really test it out – can’t we really? do we fear something? Is there a reality point, a potential consequence that I could create if I do this? Of course within the current boundaries of what this physical reality implies when it comes to laws of physics and the rest of the system we have to stick to at the moment – all done in a supportive, peaceful, non-aggressive manner – always considering what is best for all which implies: no harm, no abuse.

Change isn’t a magical overnight thing, it is a rather long continued process of self-movement to stop and prevent the same patterns of abuse that are manifested consequences of thousands of years! So it is about first becoming such living principle of what it means to live words that are self-supportive and so see how as we share and live with each other, we can go creating agreements that we can physically in real time test out work  to live in a way that is beneficial for all – and so by doing this and living this realization in ‘real time’ then, we actually go empowering ourselves and each other to realize: we actually have the power to change, and that Is empowering.

So, it’s time to empower ourselves and each other recognizing that We Can and so lay out the plan on how one is going to live such ability/power every single day to change oneself and live in self-responsibility which then becomes a form of freedom too from the accepted and allowed mind-control belief of ‘we are too little to change’ –Time to grow up!

376. What is the Living Income Guaranteed?

Living Income Guaranteed is an economic and political mechanism to ensure the establishment of Fundamental Human Birth Rights of the public through allocating an allowance on a monthly basis to every eligible individual that is currently in a position of being unable to sustain themselves – and/or people in their custody – financially to a level that Human Dignity deserves and that currently lack such support due to reasons beyond their immediate control including – but not limited to – unemployment, lacking access to food, lacking access to housing, lacking access to healthcare, lacking access to education, physical disability, being retired or not old enough to have a job.

This is within the understanding that the existence of poverty and lack of education as the key to have a job and means to live is the result and outflow of the economic system’s malfunction, providing an unfair allocation of National Natural Resources, being unable to support every living individual with sufficient access to fundamental living necessities. The most immediate remedy is to eradicate poverty, through allocating/designating a monthly allowance to those that don’t have access to their fundamental living necessities, thereby empowering them to establish a dignified life, enabling each one to reach their potential, choose a career and contribute to the economy through their skill, labour and purchasing power.

Why is it called Living Income instead of Basic Income?

It is called ‘Living Income’ because it won’t only provide each one with the minimum required to survive, it implies sufficient allowance that is able to cover the fundamental expenses required for a dignified living Why? Because this will enable people to reach their creative potential, return to the job market, become independent from the Living Income and contribute to the progression of the economy.

This means that a Living Income Guaranteed should be provided to all individuals that are currently unable to participate in any economic activity due to the lack of jobs/education/health. However those that don’t participate in any economic activity but do have sufficient money to live due to, for example, family wealth, inheritance or any other regular income won’t qualify nor require the Living Income Guaranteed.

Why is Living Income Guaranteed Not Unconditional?

The reason why it is not given to all people unconditionally is because this would undermine the sustainability of an economic system that does require people to be motivated to educate themselves and work to enable the continuation and functionality of our societies.

That means that people that work won’t get the Living Income Guaranteed?

That’s right, however we Do propose that the Minimum Wage is Doubled (twice the Living Income Allowance), which means that there will be a series of reforms to take place first to make the Living Income Guaranteed a sufficient Allowance granted to cover fundamental living necessities, which is within the context of our current economy More than our current Minimum Wage standards.

This allowance should be sufficient for an individual to have dignified living conditions with guaranteed access to their fundamental human birth rights: Food, Water, Housing, Healthcare, Education, Clothing, Transportation, Public Services, etc.

Now to motivate people to work, the new minimum wage should be Double the Living Income Guaranteed in the most common economic activities which are at the moment associated with retail workers, waiters, cashiers, transportation workers, fast food industries, etc..

So, anyone that genuinely wants to have a top quality lifestyle will not conform to only getting the minimum as the Living Income, but continue educating themselves, developing further skills to make more money and have more financial solvency.

What’s in it for the corporations with implementing the Living Income Guaranteed model?

A broader consumer base. Those that previously had no money to live and as such were not economically active will suddenly become active participants in the economy which will ensure that profit is also broadened for corporations, realizing that if more buyers emerge, there will be more profit that can be used to better the working conditions, to diminish the compulsive production and instead adapt the prices to make things affordable, with great quality and providing a secure and harmonious working base, as well as proceeding to fund the automation of jobs that are currently deteriorating human health.

Workers will feel supported and cared for by their employers, which will result in individuals that no longer feel pressured and enforced to only be a profit-making machine, but will feel happy and content to realize that their work is being truly remunerated and that their time and contribution to the corporation is being valued as the life-time investment it actually is. A well remunerated individual will create a happier and fulfilled society that is no longer afraid of not having sufficient money to feed their family, it will be the beginning of a new era of quality work that dignifies the lives of human beings that genuinely desire to improve their lifestyles.

clip_image001

Why is the implementation of a Living Income Guaranteed an immediate solution to the economic crisis?

More than a solution to a crisis, it should be understood as the way to guarantee that the Fundamental Human Rights to each individual are properly funded through allocating an Allowance as the access to the necessary things one requires to live in a dignified way – this is within the principle of Giving to others what we would like to receive, and if we want to live in a peaceful society, to have a happy and healthy living condition, we then must give access to this Allowance/Income as a living certainty that will eradicate the need to resort to crime, panhandling, homelessness, lacking education, health care that results in economical regression affecting every individual in society.

It is common sense that if we give an Allowance to every eligible individual to be well nourished, have proper living conditions with the fundamental necessary services, health care and leisure time, more educated beings will emerge from this when realizing that if one is given support as in getting an income to cover one’s living necessities, one learns how to give back to society too. This will be understood as a living principle that applies to every living being on Earth beyond any political, social, religious or ideological affiliation. We’re talking about physical living necessities that all human beings require to live in a dignified and sustainable way.

On top of this, many jobs are being replaced by the rise of the machine, which will require more restructuring processes in our economy to finally upgrade the premise of being able to ‘make a living by having a job’ because if jobs are currently not available to all – regardless of having college degrees and necessary skills to have one – then it is certain that a new understanding of our economy should be grasped as supportive mechanism for all individuals rather than a restrictive and coercive one.

In the past, long-term policies and treaties have attempted to benefit the working class over time, and it has proven to be inefficient for the tightening policies implemented by corporations as well as the economic outflows have deviated their effectiveness. This is how through a direct intervention to provide the Living Income as an Allowance and doubling of the minimum wage, we are directing the problem at the root, instead of expecting third party actors and policies to solve the situation throughout time.

Will the Living Income Guaranteed undermine competition and as such create economic stagnation in society?

Not at all, actually it’s the other way around. If we define competition as the ability achieve the best living condition in a society, by allocating Allowance to every eligible individual that previously had no access to it, we assure the activation of the economy and impulse people to work if they do want to have a greater economic solvency to cover other consumer desires for extra commodities that are not able to be paid for with the Living Income Guaranteed. Also, there is no limit to how much money you or corporations can make as long as their businesses do not interfere in any way with the nationalization of natural resources or fundamental public services – that is the condition. That means that the rules of a free market still apply and as such, the only constitutional and governmental management will be to supervise the implementation of the Living Income Guaranteed, as well as conducting the usual maintenance, management and provision of public goods and the justice department.

clip_image002

The more you prepare yourself, the better work you’ll have, the more benefits which means you will earn more money as well. Competition means bettering oneself to perform a certain activity the best way one can and this is an essential part of human nature  that has kept our societies remaining competitive, innovative and creative  at a local and global level.

You will also be able to truly have free choice on which work is best for you instead of engaging in working contracts based on need rather than preference or choice. This is the way to implement a real ethical environment at work too, where no more exploitation occurs since any job won’t be the result of a need to work in order to survive, but rather become a means and incentive to increase the quality of life.

How will it be funded?

Through the nationalization of resources , banks and basic services which means that if, for example, your oil, gas, water, electricity, telecommunications ,transportation is defined as patrimony of the people, the profit that comes from the consumption/purchase of such goods and services should be sufficient to fund the Living Income Guaranteed for eligible individuals. This means there will be no need to have personal taxation but instead keep the VAT (Value Added Tax) as it is to continue funding the functions of the government – this is also within the consideration that as the purchasing power increases and consumer base broadens, the funds coming from VAT will also increase creating more solvency in governmental budget as well, which translates to higher quality public welfare.

Thus with the Living Income Guaranteed there is one thing that is of vital importance: no one in the system, no citizen will pay tax – all tax will be facilitated by either value added tax or sales tax or import duties. If you have a government system that is responsible because you have a system where each one is functioning effectively within the system, you do not need excessive tax; your tax is spent on things like roadwork, transport facilitation – all things that can be handled ‘in house’.

One of the things that can work quite effectively also in a country is to have a toll tax on the roads which are managed by the government and that keeps the roads in place, so according to the use that one has of a road = will be the amount of tax you pay, but there will be in this proposal no income tax, so nobody is going to pay for anyone’s Living Income Guaranteed, it’s coming from the resource companies which everybody in the country are participating in and your sales tax or your value added tax will be according to the amount of your participation within a particular system – this is a fair way of dealing with government tax collection.

This is how the distribution of wealth and profits is expanded onto those that would have no benefit from the commercialization of natural resources and basic services, and due to the constant consumption and requirement of these, it is ensured that the foundation of the Living Income Guaranteed will always remain sustainable and have sufficient funds to cover the beneficiaries’ expenses.

Another example is how through stopping allocating money to fund wars, the trillions of dollars that are spent in the warfare industry can be designated to revitalize the economy through funding the Living Income Guaranteed and supporting the health care, education, commerce, production industries and basic services that require to be improved at home.

Will Public Services also be Nationalized?

Health care, education, water, electricity, telecommunications, media, banks will also be nationalized. Each country will have to assess their available resources in order for the government to make sufficient profit to fund the Living Income Guaranteed.

How can we implement the Living Income Guaranteed?

Through a political proposal, through existing or new political parties that have this mechanism as their key card to gain the majority vote to have our Fundamental Human Rights guaranteed through the Living Income Guaranteed. This means that the right to a Living Income must be granted on a constitutional basis – this is a national-based system constituted at a political level and able to be voted on within a democratic process based on the principle of one man, one vote.

374. Living Income Guaranteed: the Real Capitalist Revolution

Here’s a must watch documentary on how the Pseudo-Socialist Cuba is going through capitalist revolution:

Cuba 2012 (BBC Documentary)

The problem was isolation, pride and a delirium to be able to be self-sustainable in an economy that depended on the Soviet model that also failed because the foundation was not to provide with the Best living conditions for All, but only give the strictly necessary which lead to poverty and an economy that is sustained by the tourism and informal businesses that are busy sprouting now since the latest reforms that open the doors to capitalism have taken place. One country cannot remain secluded from the rest of the world, not even if trying to remain within a so-called model of communism that has only existed as such in theory books.  What has happened to people in Cuba is that they are now happier with the ability to expand the jobs they were able to previously do within the socialist framework. People enjoy the idea of being able to settle in a property they can buy, do new jobs that weren’t previously existent – such as a real state agent, fast food restaurant owners as well as the potential to open up doors to the world in an island that has remain frozen with no real advances in infrastructure for over 60 years now.  Capitalism does make people happy, but as we know there must be some considerations to make of Capitalism a functional and sustainable change within a country and around the world.

Solution: a Living Income Guaranteed

We propose Guaranteed Human Rights through a self-sustainable system where all the resources are nationalized, using such profit to create social dividends that are sufficient to cover a Living Income to every individual that does not have a job, can’t work or is/isn’t old and/or educated enough to work. The rest, as it is shown in this documentary is an example of what would happen to the poor and lower middle class around the world with the implementation of the Living Income Guaranteed model, will be able to work in the business they choose to make more money than the one they can get as a beneficiary of the Guaranteed Living Income which will be sufficient to ensure that each individual is granted with money to make our Human Rights effective promoted by the Equal Life Foundation.

Minimum wage should be double the Living Income which means that if people get a Living Income of 15 dollars per hour – in the current understanding of our economy world wide – the minimum wage in any work should be 30 dollars to create the incentive that is necessary for people to educate themselves and go to work in the professional areas that will be required once that the technological advancements will be replacing the tedious human labor by machines that will function under the premise of providing the resources demanded by the people in a particular area of production.

Having a dignified life and going through improvements does make people happier after the limitation they’ve gone through which is what happened in this example of people in Cuba – the same process will proceed when a Living Income gets to those who currently have nothing; from there Education will be necessary, not to preserve a capitalist or socialist ideology or learn how to revere old idols that promoted death as a form of revolution, but an education on living principles, the relationship between individuals to be able to work together, to develop their creativity, language and mathematical skills to place them into application for entrepreneurial endeavors that are directed to improve the living condition of the entire society, as well as generating sufficient profit within a model where everything earned won’t ever be stacked up in a few man’s pockets. Just like the water that falls and evaporates to produce rain and complete the cycle, money as the water cycle will serve its purpose: to ensure that all individuals have the necessary power of acquisition that is accountable as part of public finances to be able to take care of themselves with the best living standard that is possible and sustainable for all – either through the Living Income or through their own endeavors in businesses and using professional skills to improve their lives and earn more money.

No one will be left behind

This is what will change the behavior of the human being: from fear and scarcity, limitation and isolation to social security based on having sufficient money that will be spent on what is necessary to live, without a limitation on ‘what to buy’, which school to attend, what health care service to choose, what kinds of entertainment to consume which will have to be a process of education in itself, since we are so prone to be self-indulgent when having ‘more than the usual’ that it will be also be a process to learn how to measure ourselves. But that will also be understood once there are no more sudden-riches behavioral patterns in consumption and one is supported with proper education and cultural habits to understand what is genuinely necessary to live, how to buy nutritional foods, preventive health measures, resource preservation and much more. We are currently damaging the Earth, the water, the air and the living creatures of the world by continuing to fuel the lives of our so called ‘progress’ as the massive consumption that produces more death than life on Earth.

We take the best of both worlds: capitalism, socialism and any other religious endeavor that has considered that we must elevate our living standard to the best position possible. We are all  Equals and as such learn how to Live as equals where no one leader or dictator will be perpetuated in power, only direct democracy will be the voice that dictates the way that the resources, the education, the businesses, social services, foreign relationships of commerce, media and communications are handled. The new Living System won’t have any precedent, for humanity is tired of the lies, deceit and cronyism that takes place in every system that has had a ruling elite with no integrity or real compassion for the people; our government as the people will be established by the people in a new political platform that is nor red, or blue nor with any precedent in the history of political orders in this world. Each individual will be voting for the best options that will be available to vote on – and if choices are not best for all, there can be no voting process for there would be a flawed outcome as an option to be able to be voted for as majority rule – this is the key to a functional democracy where people are educated on how the the world system operates and we can conduct the presentation of choices/ policy making processes that will always lead to a best for all outcome and never allow each other to have a harmful and abusive decision to be set on the polls to vote on. Ignorance will be eradicated by our own education that will have nothing to do with what we are currently indoctrinating our children in #schools with – this will also have to emerge from individual to individual for there is currently no institutional curricula that covers the essentials required to live in a world in a self-supportive manner which means considering the living principles of taking into consideration each other’s lives being always guaranteed to be supported by the living system we all have to work in and co-create.

For all of this we require to understand that as a collective, as humanity, we can join forces and make us stronger – we cannot afford to continue divided and conquered and if there is a handful of sane people in the world, we realize that the solution is not to give into fear of wars that keep the world paralyzed and stagnant in a fixed economy that will benefit from it, yet that we have all collectively accepted as real.

The solution to prevent World War 3 is to establish the Living Income Guaranteed where every nation goes back to sorting the problems at home, withdraws from any occupied country, dissolves their military and instead of employing people to kill, educate/give capacitation to individuals to educate, heal and teach how to work on the land that provides us food to eat. Countries must stop funding their own imperial endeavors, stopping all military expenses and instead direct their money to provide for the poor, the homeless, the ones lacking proper healthcare and reactivate the economy at home through giving more money to all, developing trade based on real necessity not based on the accumulation of wealth for antique purposes of so-called ‘power.’

The human being is the creator of this system, each one of us and as such we only require to get to an agreement of how to benefit ourselves, to cooperate, to agree on what is best for all based on the sustainability that the Earth provides us with, the same Earth that is worked to get the means to live and produce everything that we see around, that we use for our day to day living –  that’s the real power and we must establish this understanding as part of the overall system and not get ourselves caught up within the perception of us being incapable of changing how  our resources are managed and how profit is distributed at the moment.

#Money will become a tool, mathematical words that translate the meaning of life to be given to each individual as a human rights document, numbers that will be accountable and will grant access and guarantee by constitutional Equality each individual’s living to be the best one possible as a human right, to finally make of our human rights a reality and not just vacuous words that as Bernard Poolman said ‘were not worth the paper they were written on’ due to the lack of enforcement of their application around the globe.

The Living Income Guaranteed is the way to an actual peace between neighbors that would eventually lead to a genuine understanding of what it is to make of love a living word in the form of a living system that ensures no child goes to bed without food in their tummy, that no nation is under fire, that no animals and entire ecosystems are hunted and scavenged to sustain economic fallacies/bubbles that create addictions and abuse of life, but instead we all learn how to respect the Earth, the animals, the very water and soil without which you and I would not be here today breathing.

We first have to learn how to respect ourselves and understand the value of life – that is the real task at hand that we as human beings are endowed with along with the ability to create a mathematical system that can guarantee each individual to have a dignified living to make of human rights living words, a real happiness and real fraternity that is possible if we all agree that what is here as the Earth belongs to us all in Equality.

We all now know that scarcity and the economic crisis have been a performed lie, a manufactured with consent lie that we have all bought and it is now reaching us all until we take a stand to say: Till Here No Further, We Stand Up to establish a Living Economic Model, a mathematical and best for all administration of the resources for the people, by the people and ensure that those that already have more than enough understand that the inflation of their reality will not be continued to be built by the majority that has remained complacent – it is not about ‘the 1%’ only for they are also part of this world, as human beings that will also be benefitted from this living system – each individual, each one of us must take responsibility and realize that the majority rule must not be complacency and fear of changing the status quo. We have been the silent observers of our economic and educational conspiracy, a con-piracy as the lies and deceit that we have all believed to be true that has been used to steal and abuse one another with legal consent, the accepted and allowed crime against life is to believe that one is entitled by some ‘benevolent force’ to have More than another and leave others without any. All forms of disparity have been our point of self-dishonesty and as such we can only learn how to forgive ourselves for such separation and establish corrections to ensure we never accept it and allow it again.

The new laws to be lived by each individual are: Oneness and Equality practically understood as realization of each one of us being equally endowed with the gift of life, where we will live by the principles of Giving as You would like to receive, Do onto others as you would like to be done onto, Loving thy Neighbor as Thyself and through practicing these individual principles in a system that will be founded upon them as well, we will establish the real meaning of life which is nothing else but learning how to Live as Equals and for the first time genuinely call our lives a dignified living.

368. Economic Human Rights | Equal Money

Until today there has been no International Organization that first guarantees an Equal Economic Right for every individual to have the sufficient means/money to ensure their Human Rights are guarded and applied. The Violation of Economic Rights is an outflow of the entire economic, social and political system which is the foundation of all our current problems that lead to harm and abuse without any solution implemented yet. We propose an Economic and Political System Reform to ensure the Constitutional recognition of all Human Rights presented in the Equal Life Foundation’s Bill of Rights without any cultural, religious and economical restriction that are still the basis of separation that prevent humanity from living in Equality as Life.

    Problem

    • Civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights are categorizations that have been set up to conveniently separate fundamental aspects that should be given to all by recognizing the Fundamental  Human Rights of Life in Equality. For the purpose of understanding the Principle of Equality as an Economic Right we will be disclosing the current violation of what are currently considered ‘civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights’ from the understanding that all basis of civilization revolves around the management and availability of resources to make life possible on Earth and as such, all of the current forms of violation to human rights stem from the lack of resource management in an Equality basis, as well as lack of physical living principles that have been side viewed to ponder religious, political and ideological above physical living rights.  This is how the implementation of Fundamental Human Rights is inextricably linked to the Right to Equal Financial Support that is presented as the individual and unconditional right to be granted with equal access to everything that we require to make our lives possible. We will be reviewing the reasons why Human Rights continue to be violated within our current world system and why no attempt to address the problem at its root and cause has been directed by the UN or any of the multiple International Organizations that defend or watch the application of Human Rights around the globe which implies that No Change has been conducted to make of this world the best living place for everyone equally.

    • The very definitions of culture, politics, economy and religious doctrines represent the primary forms of separation that enable a wide diversity of considerations that create vicissitudes that lead to the abuse and further deviation from the application of the Fundamental Human Rights reviewed thus far. This is how when proposing What is Best for All, the main obstacles besides the economic inequality reside in the social considerations and or exclusion of traditional, cultural and social boundaries that beyond supporting the Equalization of Life on Earth, continue to define the limitations accepted as part of the geopolitical and cultural barriers that we have come to accept and allow as part of our ‘how reality works’ and our ‘Human Nature,’ when they are in fact only an obstacle that continues to divide humanity in groups identified by non-tangible ideals that create sectarianism and further discrimination to make believe that some humans are more worthy of having their right to have money and security than others – this is a collective form of compliance that has turned into abuse that we have accepted and allowed by virtue of blindly binding ourselves to the current economic and political system that is founded upon the polarization of society between the haves and the have not’s. This is currently an alarming fact when 3/4 of the world lives in Poverty which in essence means having their Fundamental Human Rights being violated  without any effort to end this problem being established to resolve these problems satisfactorily, since they all have their origin and foundation in the economic organization each country and society has adopted as ‘how things are,’ as well as the years of cultural traditions and religious doctrines that also lead to the violation of the recognition of all life as equal beyond race, gender or language barriers as self definition.

Therefore, the thesis of this article is that all Human Rights Violations stem from the lack of an Equal Economic Human Right to live in dignity by being granted with all the necessary to live in the best possible sustainable living condition for all on Earth.

    • The word violation indicates a severe problem in our thinking and acting behavior that we have managed to accept and allow without further investigation as an ‘aspect’ of ‘who we are.’ We have never pondered to see what of our day to day living and thinking processes lead to create the meaning of such word.  We have never questioned what does the nature of the word Violation in fact represents as part of our day to day living behavior and coexistence in relation to one another in our world.

      • violate
        n    verb
1    break or fail to comply with (a rule or formal agreement).
        2    treat with disrespect.

The Universal Declaration – on Freedom, Equality and Non Discrimination

    Article 2.
    • Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Non-discrimination is a cross-cutting principle in international human rights law. The principle is present in all the major human rights treaties and provides the central theme of some of international human rights conventions such as the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.

The principle applies to everyone in relation to all human rights and freedoms and it prohibits discrimination on the basis of a list of non-exhaustive categories such as sex, race, colour and so on. The principle of non-discrimination is complemented by the principle of equality, as stated in Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”

    • If we truly lived in an Equal world, this article and consideration of Equality would be the very principle we would all be embodying as the physical and practical realization of the best living conditions we can create for all on Earth.

    • The very existence of different languages led to the emergence of Cultures that became political, economic and religious regimes that formed their own relationships to function in hierarchical systems that later on got their own category in the world-system as we know it today. We are still bound to arbitrary forms of economic arrangements such as the exchange rates wherein our individual rights to have a dignified life are primarily violated from the moment that our living condition is entirely defined by the economy of the country we are born into and the position it holds in the panorama of the global economy. This is the extent to which we have neglected the problem at hand that goes deeper than the usual Human Rights Violations that we are used to hearing about based on gender, race, war, religious doctrine, war crimes, etc. However  in the documentation of Human Rights Reports, the very source of the problem as the current economic and political world system is not seen as the primary source of the problem, when in fact it should already be obvious that the continuation of these extensive reports on worldwide abuse will continue until a new organization presents the origin and cause of the problem as our current world system’s economic and political powers that are fundamentally based on separation and have never been genuinely intended to be best for all.

    Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

    • This is the name for a category of Human Rights that we will disclose to point out how money is the component that is missing as a consideration to implement Equality in our world.

Economic, social and cultural rights are protected under various international and regional treaties as well as in national constitutions. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights is the most comprehensive treaty which provides protection of these rights at international level.

Status of ratification of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

    • Beyond  the differences that exist according to race, sex, age or religion, there exists the necessary consideration for Economic Inequality that creates by far the most significant form of discrimination that should be addressed in contrast with the usual topics that get the most attention when it comes to the Defense of Human Rights

human rights are not optional - terkinn. wp

Are economic, social and cultural rights fundamentally different from civil and political rights?

The market economies of the West tended to put greater emphasis on civil and political rights, while the centrally planned economies of the Eastern bloc highlighted the importance of economic, social and cultural rights. This led to the negotiation and adoption of two separate Covenants—one on civil and political rights, and another on economic, social and cultural rights. However, this strict separation has since been abandoned and there has been a return to the original architecture of the Universal Declaration.
Are economic, social and cultural rights fundamentally different from civil and political rights http://bit.ly/138bt1K

    • As we have reviewed, the full implementation of Human Rights requires an economic assurance that would in fact recognize all of these Rights at a fundamental physical level – however this has not happened because we have accepted and allowed to separate government and economic affairs linked to the ideology that free market capitalism brought to the scene, where that which always should have been given and unconditional rights were placed under the same terms and conditions in which any other living right has been subject to: money and its availability to have access to basic needs, support and security.

Finally, in reality, the enjoyment of all human rights is interlinked. For example, it is often harder for individuals who cannot read and write to find work, to take part in political activity or to exercise their freedom of expression. Similarly, famines are less likely to occur where individuals can exercise political rights, such as the right to vote. Consequently, when closely scrutinized, categories of rights such as “civil and political rights” or “economic, social and cultural rights” make little sense. For this reason, it is increasingly common to refer to civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights.

    – Key concepts on ESCRs – Are economic, social and cultural rights fundamentally different from civil and political rights?

This separation between economic and cultural rights – even if claimed it is no longer existent – exists as a multiple variety of problems that until this day generate the issues that can be all traced back to the lack of money to create the Equality that has been proclaimed and sought for years on without any success. It should be obvious by now that suffering exists due to lack of money –but why is it that we would allow us to divert the attention on, for example, focusing on defending the right to religion and tradition instead of focusing on ensuring every single individual  on Earth has a food to eat, water to drink, a house to live in and an assured job as part of the social and economic rights that are usually sidelined in these Human Rights Reports?

Examples of violations of economic, social and cultural rights

Next we will review the day to day atrocities that are happening as part of our daily news without us questioning the very core and origin of these problems to get to a clear solution for them.

    • Forcibly evicting people from their homes (the right to adequate housing)
      • Manipur Christian body slams eviction
”The state government, with the purpose of setting up a five-star hotel, demolished the houses and the churches of Kabo Leikai a few days ago.Amco said the government served a notice on May 18 and asked the people to shift out the following day, which was a Sunday. The eviction drive was on May 20. This reflects the government’s unsympathetic attitude and religious intolerance, Amco said.”

    • Contaminating water, for example, with waste from State-owned facilities (the right to health)
      • Sole allows civic administration to serve legal notice to OCW
”The city presently suffers from an old and malfunctioning water supply system. In majority areas, contaminated water supply along with improper delivery by water tankers adds to the problems. Corporators are under constant pressure from residents, and are hence trying to force a resolution by violent protests. This has led to exasperated citizens and corporators attacking OCW offices.”

    • Failure to ensure a minimum wage sufficient for a decent living (rights at work)
      • Big Backlash in Bangladesh: Workers Escalate Demands for Better Working Conditions
”They were demanding higher wages.” The demonstration is part of a rising string of protests over the past month. Since the April tragedy, a million people have signed petitions calling on global corporations like Gap and Walmart to end unsafe labor practices in Bangladesh, with hundreds protesting at stores across the country.

    peakoiblues. org - jobless

    • Failure to prevent starvation in all areas and communities in the country (freedom from hunger)
    • Haiti faces a summer of hunger
”There are 6.7 million people, over half the population, that suffer from hunger in Haiti. Alejandro Chicheri of WFP says that of this number, around 1.5 million Haitians face severe hunger. Drought and a series of storms severely damaged agriculture, placing already impoverished families under additional stress.”

    • Systematically segregating children with disabilities from mainstream schools (the right to education)
    • Failure to prevent employers from discriminating in recruitment (based on sex, disability, race, political opinion, social origin, HIV status, etc.) (The right to work)

“The European Commission is launching legal action against the UK, which it believes discriminates against EU citizens by making them pass an additional test to prove their rights to benefits. The UK says it will fight to keep the extra test.”

    • Failure to prohibit public and private entities from destroying or contaminating food and its source, such as arable land and water (the right to food)
      • Amansie Central determined to stop illegal mining
The illegal Chinese miners have been accused of destroying water bodies, large acres of farmlands and other property and even to the extent of  killing indigenes.
As a result of illegal mining activities, the Odaw River, which serves as a source of potable water for over 20, 000 residents in the district and beyond, had been polluted.

    • Failure to provide for a reasonable limitation of working hours in the public and private sector (rights at work)
      • Several workers file lawsuits against Missoula County health center
”People forced to clock out, and then continue working overtime without pay. Full-time staffers replaced with part-timers who don’t get benefits. A boss who screams and curses at employees. Workers so stressed out that they seek medical treatment for anxiety, panic attacks and depression.”

    right to work salon. com

    • Banning the use of minority or indigenous languages (the right to participate in cultural life)
      • New law discriminates indigenous languages
      • The controversial law on education, signed by President Vladimir Putin on New Year’s Eve, states that classes in non-Russian languages cannot be conducted to the detriment teaching in Russian language.

Here it is to understand that all minorities are being systematically limited for eventual extinction as they represent ways to live outside of the system that undermine the hegemony that a particular political faction wants to impose along with the corporate faction that can also be holding major interests on territory or resources that are usually guarded and protected by minorities. This is to realize that no matter how the violation seems merely cultural, it is deeply rooted in economic interests as well.

    • Denying social assistance to people because of their status (e.g., people without a fixed domicile, asylum-seekers) (the right to social security
      • Why Undocumented Immigrants Should Have Access To Taxpayer-Funded Health Care
      • The common argument against providing health care to undocumented immigrants is that, since they’ve broken the law, they should be punished. A part of that punishment involves denying them health care services through public entitlement programs or federal subsidies that are dependent on Americans’ tax dollars.

    • Failure to ensure maternity leave for working mothers (protection of and assistance to the family)
    • Arbitrary and illegal disconnection of water for personal and domestic use (the right to water).
      • Escalating Water Strains In Fracking Regions
”Shale energy production is a thirsty business: to free up the oil and gas from shale deposits, anywhere from two to 10 million gallons of water (along with sand and chemicals) are injected into each fracturing well. Multiply that times tens of thousands of wells and you’re talking lots of water. The impacts are even worse when wells are tightly concentrated.”

     drinking water savethewater. org

This demonstrates how violations continue to happen on a daily basis where all major forms of disregard to what are the best living condition for all parties affected stem from the flawed economic foundation of our world system in conjunction with the political powers that haven’t served to genuinely support each individual to satisfy all basic living rights.

What are the obligations of States on economic, social and cultural rights?

“The obligation to achieve progressively the full realization is a central aspect of States’ obligations in connection with economic, social and cultural rights under international human rights treaties. At its core is the obligation to take appropriate measures towards the full realization of economic, social and cultural rights to the maximum of their available resources. The reference to “resource availability” reflects a recognition that the realization of these rights can be hampered by a lack of resources and can be achieved only over a period of time. Equally, it means that a State’s compliance with its obligation to take appropriate measures is assessed in the light of the resources—financial and others—available to it. Many national constitutions also allow for the progressive realization of some economic, social and cultural rights.”

    – What are the obligations of States on economic, social and cultural rights? http://bit.ly/137vxRS

    • Right now the maximum available resources are being handled not by political powers but corporate ones that in conjunction with sufficient political lobbying are being controlled in order to perpetuate an economy based on debt and scarcity which in itself is already a Crime against Life – however, we are the ones that have accepted and allowed this form of system based on the economy that we have believed to be a real representation of how resources exist in this world – it is not, it is a fixed game in which our best interest is being held at stake under the banner of scarcity, debt, poverty in a global picture where those countries with the most money have the most control over the rest of the resources and consequently of the population’s well being.

    • Lack of resources has been used as a way to justify the deliberate apparent inability to provide with basic needs to all individuals on Earth. The fact is that millions of tons of food are wasted, empty buildings and foreclosed homes are lacking inhabitants, water sources are being arbitrarily privatized for profit making purposes and all forms of jobs are only created to continue fueling this profit-making scheme as the world system we live in – there are no living rights being considered or guaranteed within this.

Can economic, social and cultural rights be litigated at courts?

“Yes. Decisions of courts in countries from all regions of the world covering all economic, social and cultural rights demonstrate that these rights can be subject to judicial enforcement. Nonetheless, the justiciability of economic, social and cultural rights has traditionally been questioned for a number of reasons. First, economic, social and cultural rights have been seen by some as being too “vaguely worded” to allow judges to justify decisions on whether violations have occurred. While adjudicating such rights may raise questions of what constitutes, for example, hunger, adequate housing, or a fair wage, judges have already dealt ably with questions of what constitutes torture, a fair trial or arbitrary or unlawful interference with privacy. Filling in the gaps in legislation is a clear function of the judiciary, not only in human rights law but in any area of law.”

    – Can economic, social and cultural rights be litigated at courts? http://bit.ly/18wIx5D

    • One requires to take a breath to realize to what extent the defense of the interests held by people in power is against and/or in complete disregard of common sense as what is Best for All. We have reviewed news around the world that indicate only one clear example of the violations of human rights that are being physically endured by people, animals, the environment on a daily basis – yet, when it comes to laws it is too easy to side-view the problem due to being able to claim a lack of understanding on what would ‘genuinely’ constitute hunger, or violation of working rights, or plain scavenging of common resources by corporations for profiting purposes. It is absolutely clear that even though Human Rights Violations can be taken to court, as long as Money is the real obstacle to implement, respect Living Rights and bring to justice any form of violation toward them, we will continue to have daily news where the most basic forms of human integrity are not being ‘followed through with’ due to profit, greed and lack of compassion for fellow living beings as equals.

Second, the realization of economic, social and cultural rights depends heavily on Government policies. Yet, reviewing Government policies in this area, as in any other, to ensure that they are consistent with constitutional principles and obligations under international human rights law is clearly a function of the judiciary. While the role of the judiciary in reviewing Government policy may vary from country to country, policy review is not policymaking. The judiciary is therefore not overstepping its constitutional role by taking decisions on economic, social and cultural rights.
    – Can economic, social and cultural rights be litigated at courts?
    http://bit.ly/18wIx5D

    • As it has been reviewed when looking at the Disparity between Economic and Political Powers
“After all of this, the enforcement of these convenient policies is being Money as a Gun from private corporations toward the government, therefore there is no such thing as government power over economy at the moment, and this same gun is endorsed through culture and media wherein you end up accepting that going to war to save foreigners and bring democracy is a good thing as long as  You  are happy and secure, but have no clue why such amount of money is being spent on waging wars rather than sorting our health care and educational systems. The power of the people is sold when dreams are bought as a purpose to live.”
      – (Read: 321.Political vs. Economic Power –EMC

    • Both political and economic powers  are the result of our individual abdication of Self Responsibility due to how we have complied to be and become comfortable with having others managing what should be an integral aspect of our day to day living: ensuring we contribute to make of our system functional in Equality to establish what is Best for All for everyone – yet none of this exists because we have abdicated this responsibility from the moment we believed it is only those actors in politics and those managing the economy that should take care of it all – therefore we are all collectively creating the nature of our judiciary system that is not willing to respond to these evident violations, because we haven’t first cared to realize how that is our Collective Responsibility to ensure each other’s well being.

Judicial enforcement of human rights is fundamental. A right without a remedy raises questions of whether it is in fact a right at all. This is not to say that judicial enforcement is the only, or indeed the best, way of protecting economic, social and cultural rights. However, judicial enforcement has a clear role in developing our understanding of these rights, in affording remedies in cases of clear violations and in providing decisions on test cases which can lead to systematic institutional change to prevent violations of rights in the future.

    • Just consider that if we would have in fact created a world system, a monetary system that represented a genuine rights document to grant equal access to all to get all that which we require to have a dignified living condition, we would not be having to resort to going to courts and having these judicial systems to report any form of violation to human rights, because we would recognize that any violation is a point of self abuse and that within living in a principle where Life is valued and lived as Equals, we certainly would not be requiring to ‘protect our rights’ because each one of us would be living the respect, honor and integrity that we can in fact still create if changing the way our current system functions.

“An important lesson of the Arab Spring is that a mobilized public can be an agent of positive change. Yet many governments in their foreign policies still frequently prefer quiet diplomacy and backroom dialogue to the exclusion of public commentary that all can hear. Social media has proven a powerful new tool, giving each individual the potential to report repression and mobilize against it.

The Arab Spring has inspired people the world over, encouraging many to stand up to their own autocratic rulers. As its leaders act at home, they also set an example for the world. Much is riding on making this precedent positive—one that succeeds in building elected governments that live by the constraints of rights and the rule of law.”

    – Kenneth Roth, Human Rights Watch World Report 2013

    • One would ponder why is this part of the problem instead of a genuine solution? As a result of the Arab Spring and the Occupy Movement around the world, the youth of the world begun to Believe that there is hope in changing the way the world works by finally tackling onto the financial cores of what actually drives this world around. The Occupy Movement that spread from Wall Street to the world attempted to demonstrate that we are all aware of what is the actual cause of violation of human rights, which is our current corporate capitalistic system existing in a hierarchical distribution of resources with fixed economies that make it seem as if poverty, scarcity and social polarization are just aspects of ‘how things are’ in this world.  But the tactics of revolution and antagonism toward the system have only led to violence and upgrades in the system to ensure further control, as well as no definitive resolution to the problem, because there is no political foundation to their protesting but only demanding others to do what we should all individually be actually taking care of as part of our day to day living – however we created a system that resembles the family unit where the parents/authority are the ones that ‘must solve the problem’ because we believe ourselves to be incapable of establishing solutions ourselves.

As much as people are getting informed about how the world system operates and how the corporate capitalistic model we are running our lives in is driving everyone to the verge of poverty, there is still a fundamental flaw in the starting point of these protests and the investigation process, which is mostly still done to seek culprits instead of genuine problem solving situations within the structure of the system itself.  This comes along with the realization that the system is ourselves and by attempting to create a massive revolution to shut down the major corporate powers that run the world, we are essentially waging war against the very mechanisms that we all use and have accepted and allowed to exist without any political regulation throughout time. This means that there is still no understanding that the individual participation in the system is what composes the system, and to fight against it only means there is no sense of responsibility and understanding that a genuine solution cannot come from revolting against the powers that represent our very abdication of Self Responsibility.

    • No movement, no revolution and no environmental solution will change the world unless that change comes from the Individual by a Self-Willed Decision to Live, Act and Speak in consideration the Individual Self Responsibility toward each other as Life to ensure we cooperate to create a world that will ensure everyone’s Life is guarded as Our Own.

    Solutions

  • Creating a New Organization at a global level that establishes feasible solutions to all the ongoing violations of human rights is the necessary step to be able to recognize that all our governments, international organizations and institutions have failed to do their work in a proper manner to guarantee our living rights which is now the purpose of the Equal Life Foundation as an International Organization created by people like you and me that have no other agenda or intent other than establishing a world of equal support, of solutions at a constitutional and political level to stop the suffering, the abuse and general arbitrary management of our lives by interests that don’t have the principle of what is Best for All as their primary purpose and reason to be. This is where you and I also come to recognize our ability to become active participants in all affairs that determine our every day living aspect through implementing a new political and economic establishment founded upon the Principle of Life in Equality through the Equal Economic Right as outlined in the Equal Life Foundation’s Bill of Rights in conjunction with the Equal Money System.

  •

    1. An Equal Economic Right that insures that all financial needs are accessible and available to ensure that the fundamental requirements of a healthy and fulfilling life can be realized and manifested.

    Equal Life Foundation

  • The  solution to all current human rights violations is to provide a guaranteed access to all the basic needs that will ensure physical well being that in turn translates to a perfected state of coexistence where self support, cooperation, solidarity and the consideration of what is best for all in each individual’s thoughts, words and deeds become the building blocks of a society that will ensure mutual cooperation to the benefit of the collective in Equality. Through the political, economic and social reforms presented within the Equal Money System, we will be able to guarantee each other’s well being by virtue of each one of us as the people of the world becoming active participants and overseers of the political and economic systems to ensure that we are genuinely conducting them in a beneficial and most efficient way for everyone. This also includes the consideration and regard of all ecosystems being cared for and guarded within the physical cycles that nature requires in order to create a sustainable system where life is honored and respected. As we can deduce from this, it implies for the first time not placing money over life but making of life the actual value to guard as our collective responsibility for the betterment of all.

  • The necessary individual education on the history of the world-system and how we have become particular human beings with certain belief systems and personal creeds, will assist to realize how all cultural, religious and traditions passed on from generation to generation don’t have a physical correlation to what unites us all as physical human beings, but instead have come to generate the greatest divide that till this day, is the source of not only inequality at all levels, but wars and further discrimination of each other not seeing and realizing that we are an equal part of who we are  here.  This is an individual process that one can already begin to walk through the Educational Programs developed to understand ourselves as our mind, as individuals that require to understand principles of Equality, Self honesty, Self Forgiveness and the development of Common Sense to see and realize that human rights cannot be tampered by a religious, ideological, political, racial or gender based association – but instead to consider at all times the physical requirements we all have to exist in a satisfactorily manner.

  • An overall reform to the system is necessary and for that, we present the Equal Money System in conjunction with the Bill of Rights presented by the Equal Life Foundation which are the necessary steps and Constitutional foundation to ensure the application and guarding of all Living Human Rights on Earth. This, however, won’t come from our current political parties and International Organizations, they have already had their opportunity to create a better world and it just went nowhere. This is why the Solution begins at an individual level where each one of us must become active participants within all political aspects that determine our lives, this is about taking our future and the future of the children to come in our hands and taking part in conducting and creating the necessary solutions to establish the Equal Money System as a political reform founded upon  the constitutional Human Rights that will be implemented for All world wide, because Money no longer will be an excuse to not do so.

Equal Life Foundation - Bill of Rights

    • Within the Context of Equal Money the following propositions are presented where Equal Rights = Equal Responsibilities.

    Democracy

Democracy in an Equal Money System will Practically engage Every Citizen of the World to Vote on Every Aspect that will influence Day to Day Living, and No Politician will have Any Power to Make Decisions. Politicians will only Function as Administrators Effecting the Will of the People.

    Perfecting Life

The Equal Money System will allow only unbiased Record keeping and Reporting of Events and History, from the Starting Point of learning from Events with the Goal of Perfecting Life for All; in Educating and Critically Investigating how Humanity as a Group can Best Co-Exist with Each Other and All other Living Beings on Earth.

    Well-Being

The Equal Money System will Study the Psychological Well-Being of Humans to Ensure a Lifestyle free of Fear. The focus will be on Supporting Life to Practically Live Fulfillment and Happiness in Ways where Self-Gratification will not Harm any Living Being or the Environment. This is to Ensure the continuation of Earth as an Effective Resource for the Enjoyment of Future Generations.

    Up-to-date

The Equal Money System Policy Statements and Goals will be Amended from time to time to Achieve the Greatest Effectiveness in Policies and Goals that Will lead to the Best Possible Life for all on Earth.

    Freedom

The Equal Money System will allow Religious Freedom of Association as long as it does not impede on the Right to Life and Protection and Equal Distribution of Resources, or impede on the Fulfillment, Education and Lifestyle of Each Living Being on Earth.

    Stewardship

Within an Equal Money system it will be recognized that Humans are a part of the Ecosystem they live in. The word ‘eco’ stands for ‘home’ – and thus, each human will be responsible for maintaining the Balance and Harmony within their home, within their Ecosystem. This involves the Monitoring of the Well-Being of the Plants and Animals within one’s Environment and to Intervene when Disharmony occurs as a result of Human Impact, so that a new Equilibrium can be established.

    • Consider that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to see suffering, lack, harm, abuse and loss of any form of honor toward life every single day in our news, therefore: isn’t it time to establish a solution where WE are the ones that ensure no single violation to our integrity exists in this world? This is where we have to realize that through Educating ourselves about how the world works and will ourselves to be and become an equal participant in society, we can work together to establish new political parties around the world that are founded upon these principles presented here as a self-willed decision to no longer remain as a silent observer of the atrocities that, as we have shown, continue to happen every single day.

This is the time when we place our cultural, religious, political and ideological differences aside and focus on the common ground that each one of us have in relation to establishing that which is Best for All Life as physical living beings to be able to coexist taking responsibility for how we manage our resources, how we respect and honor each other as well as every element in the planet that makes our lives possible – animals, plants, environment because their rights are also depending on our ability to live together as equals in care and consideration for all.

    Rewards

    •  Having the certainty that every single living being on Earth is taken care of, respected, honored and supported as an equal inhabitant of the planet by the principles and rights that we decide upon to make the best living condition possible for all on Earth is certainly a gift that we will not only enjoy as a peaceful and harmonious world-system in our lifetime, but also for all the children and generations to come. This is where we can redeem ourselves from our past of violence, hatred, abuse and greed and transform it to a general regard and consideration of care, support and honor to each other as that is the foundation of peace and general wellbeing on Earth.

    • Having no dictatorship or tyrannical global organization deciding where food goes to, who gets health care and who doesn’t, what ideology is ‘better than others’ or waging war for resources implies that it is us who will now ensure that each one of us integrates these living principles as part of the understanding that: to make all human rights a guaranteed thing for everyone is ensuring our own individual and collective well being. This is where the ability to think as Us instead of Me will create a world where every single thought, word and deed is directed to a best for all outcome, because that is in essence how we will ensure that our well being is protected and secured by our collective participation in creating a world that is best for all.

    children working cmukindergarten. webs. com

    • We won’t need courts and judicial processes where only monetary interests are looked after – we will use courts to a minimal point because we will prevent all forms of harm and abuse by integrating living principles such as honor, dignity, self respect and consideration of all living forms as who we are as one and equal – this is the key to create the lives that we dreamed were only possible if having ‘all the money in the world’ – but if we give money to everyone Equally along with the individual decision to create an equal well being for all, we will be and become the living law of life in Equality ourselves.

    • Having the ability to decide at all times to give and implement the best policies that we can all agree will ensure a general well being in our communities and society at large is the kind of power that we will endow each other with as an equal participant in this world. We will be able to create the lives that we have always only dreamed of being possible and make them our reality as the result of the work and participation that we will ourselves to put our effort to, because the understanding of creating a world that’s best for me is also best for you will be the foundation to no longer fight against one another but instead learn to work together, cooperate and support each other to become the best living beings we are all capable and able to be and become. This is where defining our rights stops being a struggle but instead becomes  living realization moment by moment that our well being is in our hands and that we must then ensure we participate and take direct responsibility for everything in our world and reality.

  • 364.Education is a Human Right |Equal Money

Why do we Have to go to school? The motivation for Education has been that of preparing yourself throughout at least 15 years of your life in order to be considered as a ‘prepared’ working force ready and suited enough to ‘make a living’ in this world. But we haven’t questioned: Why is it that a human being is not supported from birth to already have all the necessary elements to ‘have a living’ in the best possible way, so that Education does not become a survival training program, but instead an expression, skills and abilities enhancer for every single being?  It’s time to turn Education into this Living Right and redefine the way that we educate ourselves in our world.

    Continuing with:

    Problem

After our basic physical needs are covered, the next vital aspect to consider is Education which is currently either a great source of debt, indoctrination and pattern integration that does Not support individuals to become independent, expressive and self directive beings simply because Education is not Founded upon a system of Self Support, of Equality as Life.

    • We are obliged to go to School in order to acquire a status of a productive individual that earns money in order to make a living in this world-system where  Life is not a given right that by virtue of Birth. We instead are born into debt and dependency on a system of values that are not given to all individuals equally – this means that no matter whether you are rich or poor, we all depend on money to have access to live. Therefore: what kind of Education can we expect to get within a system that accepts Inequality ‘by Default’ as ‘How things are’ without implementing solutions that obviously must exist-  yet they don’t because the system is founded upon inequality and abuse – hence our ‘Education is compulsory’ in order to become the necessary work force that will ensure it works in an adequate and efficient manner according to the interests we have collectively accepted and allowed to be the foundation of our world-system and society.

    • This is the necessary preamble to understand that: every form of ‘Education’ we have understood thus far has not  in fact existed as a point of assistance and support to conduct a being to express in their utmost potential, but instead it has been a process of indoctrination where the values that one learn in school and in society in general, are the ones that are necessary to support the same system founded upon power and control: competition, desire to be superior, aspiring to have more and more every time, emotional and feeling enhancement to be easily controlled, and aspirations of success that are only related acquiring an elitist status in society – become a rich individual – that we have all learned to identify as ‘successful living.’ Yet, we don’t see that it is already a violation of human rights to have Education be a process of filtering people/elitism to see who would be successful and unsuccessful in a system where values are not based upon Life in Equality, but instead how apt an individual is to follow dreams and the pursuit of happiness in the aspiration to reach that ‘great living condition’ of wealth and influence. This is how we become the perfect working force – slave – to a system where money is tacitly implied to be the motivation to live, when in fact money should be a given right in order to actually learn how to live and expand in our abilities and skills as human beings to care after one another and all other life forms in an equal and one manner – this is obviously Not conducted this way.

    • In the Universal Declaration of Rights – on Education -Article 26.
      • (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

      Declaration of Human Rights

    • Within this is to understand that it is not Education in itself that is the problem, but how it is currently configured to function in a system of inequality, how it is determined by the social class you’re born into, the religion you’re born into, the intellectual skills that are transmitted genetically, the value of skills society imposes, the efficiency of the teachers, the curriculum, the standing of our nation in the global context, economic status, etc…  we are bound to a series of aspects that are beyond our individual direction – specially as a child – and are not pre-existent in an equal and one supportive foundation, but instead form the foundation of elitism which means that Education varies according to the amount of money you’re able to invest on it. Thus the ‘availability’ is not the problem, but how we have defined such availability based on the amount of money you have and accordingly, you will equally assure your working position in the future, but this is not how it works in reality.

    • Elementary education is only conceived to be pre-school/ first years of one’s life wherein a child is prepared to have a finite conception of ‘education’ such as getting good grades in order to continue advancing in their curriculum, competing against classmates to get the highest scores, obeying authorities, fearing punishment and consequence if not completing one’s tasks, valuing oneself according to the score you get in exams where only knowledge and information is required to be written out as a proof that what has been taught is ‘understood and integrated,’ which means that we are only indoctrinated to follow through with a system of reward and punishment and goal-setting attributes founded upon the fear of ending up either kicked out of school, which means being bound to a life of a ‘loser,’ not finding a job in the future or being considered as a ‘bad student’ which becomes then a reputation that a person may hold throughout time in all other aspects of their personal lives.

    • What is not considered is that all of these evaluation systems are defined according to ‘what is defined as successful/ excelling’ in a system that mirrors the labor system that we are born to be a part of within the same premise of: if you don’t have any money, you have no right to live – all of this means that our education is in fact driven by fear of survival and as such setting the foundation of control upon our children from the moment one learns that ‘not everyone will get access to the good things in life if one is not successful enough–and this is a fundamental problem that defines all other aspects in which our ‘Education’ is formed in our society: a fear based money-driven process of indoctrination.

    • Education in third world countries where no food, no water, no shelter, no clothing, no infrastructure to live in dignity exists is just a ‘luxury’ that is unattainable by individuals that are absolutely subsumed in  state of poverty that prevents them from having even sufficient energy to breathe. This is how speaking about Education as a Human Right is dependent on the amount of wealth a Nation possess and this proves that there are no such rights visible as long as children in the third world can be seen selling candies, food or doing factory work in order to live, instead of going to school – please watch the parallel lives of children, where one hast the usual ‘regular life’ of money that we know and the other one has, well, the exact opposite.

All kids are equal in nature, but the system configuration each one is born into isn’t.

    • Higher education becomes a ‘privilege’ that only a few are able to obtain if an individual has sufficient money to pay for it. We read that ‘Education is compulsory’ and it shall be equally accessible to everyone on the basis of merit, but what merit can  you get if you simply can’t make enough money to live so you have to study, work and attend to your personal responsibilities where there is little to no time left to become the ‘best student’ everyone can get to be?
The following chart reveals the rates of High School drop outs that exist based on the ever growing income gap in the American economy – this sets the trend and model that can be found in every other country where the level of ‘drop outs’ may begin as early as junior high according to he necessity of individuals to make money / make a living in this world.

Dropping out of HIghschool - US - Education

    • In the cases where a student is able to have sufficient score to get into a University/ College, if the parents didn’t save enough money for college – even as early as the child’s birth time – they confront one the greatest debts that a person engages to  throughout their life along with the previously mentioned acquisition of a house – this is about College and the business it has become to ensure that people are bound to paying for almost an entire lifetime the studies that they think they require in order to have a successful living. The usual logic and promise is that you will end up having a great job wherein you’ll have sufficient money to ‘make your dreams come true’ and you’ll use the surplus to pay back for the education. However in reality, we realize this is Not a true Fact – instead, students come out of college with over thousands of dollars in debt to pay for an education that was supposed to grant them – or almost secure them – the best possible job to have great financial stability; instead College Debts become the first binding point for a person to walk through once they finish their education and are out in the system of survival, barely making any money to live, ending up doing any other job that does not relate to the expensive college education they had and on top of that, are bound to pay back for it anyways – or not managing to pay for it at all. This means that the 18-20 years of Education most of the times ends up being a useless process of education that will not be in fact used as the source of an income, but instead a waste of money and personal integrity when finding out that not everyone can in fact ‘make it’ to become successful in this world.

    Watch:

      • (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

    • It is paradoxical and contradictory that Education is meant to strengthen a notion of rights that are entirely dependent on an economic system where even your basic needs to subsist are not readily given/ granted – how can we respect fundamental freedoms that are only available for you if you have enough money? What kind of freedom does a person living with $1.25 dollars a day can have in this world? What kind of respect are we teaching our children when finding  out that we have done Nothing to End Poverty, to End Wars, to End the Lack of overall support to every individual but instead have kept each other bound and forced to work and ‘try to live’ in the most happy way which is directly related according to the amount of money you have?

    International System Problem

    • The entire configuration/set-up of our system which is  the platform upon which this Declaration of Human Rights was issued – after World War II where the American Hegemony was established in the world – set the tonality in which we would then understand our ‘Rights’ based on a Capitalistic system inherently flawed to only benefit those countries and individuals with sufficient money to have these rights ‘guaranteed’ and again, only guaranteed according to the configuration of, in this case, Education continuing to support and provide the necessary foundation for indoctrination to never question why is it that Education, Food, Water, Shelter, basic services are not Given as an actual Human Right? And all of this is in itself a set up of the Fundamental Violation to Human Rights, it is an economic and financial problem before it is an Educational-Values problem, because the values taught in school will already be shaped according to justifying this competition and survival system above any other principle or regard toward life, such as Equality, Honor, Integrity, Dedication, Respect, Self Honesty – none of this exists in a world where Money sets the rules of who lives in abundance and who is bound to a condition of lack.

    • If the United Nation’s sole purpose was in fact to defend Human Rights, all the money that is currently destined to maintain the Offense-Defense balances in the International Politics scenario in this world would instead be directed to empower individuals equally through Education; we would have already seen a great advance or the absolute eradication of poverty in this world among many other problems that are rooted in the lack of education. Instead that has been left to Humanitarian Investments that only support and justify the inequality of the system wherein charities are temporary fixes to a problem deeply rooted in the set-up of this entire world-system at a political, social and economic level. Instead, organizations like the UN are the ones that still accept and allow the existence of weapons that obviously lead to wars, and invest most of their time/ attention and resources to manage such international relations that are, once again, dictated by the hegemonic powers that lead the world. There is no genuine support and interest to implement the basic Declaration of Human Rights, because that would mean that there would be no space for slavery, control and fear-driven causes to make humans subject to money in order to live. In essence if Human Rights in fact existed as intended, we would be already equally free and we would not be writing about everything that has not been conducted in our world after thousands of years of so-called civilization.

    • Parents are individuals that have been also educated in this system to become complacent to the rules and regulations implemented through/as our Education Systems where the motivation factor that will define the Parental decisions in relation to their Children’s education will be based on securing their financial status in the future, giving them ‘the best tools’ to live, but what kind of ‘secure future’ or ‘tools’ can one get and give in an educational system that prepares you to compete against each other to make a living, where if you’re not successful enough according to these values that make this system function properly – competition, ambition, drive for success based on the pursuit of happiness/ the road to riches – you are considered as a failure in the system and as such, relegated to menial jobs that have no possibility of expansion and development in a being’s life. Therefore, Parents don’t know any better either as to what is best for their children because they too have been educated to learn how to fight for survival, how to compete, how to shape oneself in a way that is adequate to make money and have the greatest positions in the system.

    • The kinds of education currently available in this world depend on money, so if the parents have more than sufficient money to live, they will be able to afford private schooling which is considered ‘better’ than public schooling in most of the cases around the world – and in essence it is also just a training ground to become the ‘leaders’ of a world where unequal relationships are forged to sustain a system of inequality. Thus in fact one thinks one is getting ‘the best education,’ but it is in fact only training the people that will compete to get to leadership positions and be ‘in charge’ of others of lesser by-default positions in the system, which means that one becomes only the ‘system-holder’ within such positions of ‘power’ and/or control. Our politicians, our economists, our doctors, our teachers, sociologists, lawyers, communicators, all are equally educated to follow the same pattern where social polarization is studied, theorized and discussed ad nauseam with no definitive outcome to solve the problems in this world which are rooted in the way the world-system is set-up to function.

    • To sum up the understanding of all the flaws within the article that defends the right to Education promulgated by the UN, it is to understand How we have we come to accept and allow an inherently flawed Educational System whose parameters only perpetuate a system of power, control and abuse, no different to any other system because the ruling system is Money and as such Money defines the type of values, skills, dreams and aspirations that our children are imbued with/taught from the moment they step into our educational facilities. The role of the parents is currently that of guarding the interests of the System to ensure that the children become ‘good citizens’ in our nations that have been founded like corporations, not realizing or asking but Why is it that only  a few can achieve happiness and be successful in this world? We blame the ‘inadequacy’ of the child, when in fact it is that the system is designed to not cater for each one’s dream-fulfilling aspirations. And in all of this: who or what is the system? Each and every single one of us.

    • If we are Self-honest enough we will realize how the moment that we applaud an individual’s success in school we are not in fact recognizing the child’s skills and developmental abilities, but we are in fact applauding the road to success that they represent the moment that the System, through its preparation phase called Schooling, approves of the child’s skills, knowledge and information to be obedient to rules and regulations which we laureate with the tag of ‘Good Students,’ while in fact it is simply recognizing a well-indoctrinated being that will abide to the laws and fulfill the expected outcome it’s been imprinted onto them which is: making the most money they can and call that as Successful Living.

    • Last but not at least, the lack of understanding of ourselves as human beings that think, that experience emotions and feelings and make choices according to an inherent survival  mode leads all participants in our society to conform to ideals that we believe are ‘what’s best’ – however why is it that we breed more insecurity, fear, anti-social behaviors, competition, greed, bullying, hating, social segregation, disrespect, cheating, lying and all of the problems in this world that are ‘shaped’ in our schools instead of promoting the individual understanding of ourselves being Equal living beings with individual abilities and capacities to develop in different ways in which we can all ‘win’ if supported to understand who we are as our mind, our personalities, our thoughts, how to walk through emotional distress and any other type of experiences that are only seen as ‘problems’ in the individuals without a clear direction to them. This is one of the key elements that is absolutely missed in schools and delegated to a few psychologists to ‘solve the problems,’ without realizing this is an overall and all-encompassing problem wherein the entire configuration of our world-system is existent: from money system, government/ politicians, laws, parents, social inequality, media, environmental and resource abuse, familial relationships and all other aspects that a child is exposed to invariably become the ‘Education’ that is absorbed outside and inside the classroom, determining everything that an individual will become in the image and likeness of a system of abuse and accordingly a participant in society – and in this it is not only the Parents or Teacher’s problem: we are All Equally Responsible  as a Global Society for this

      • “It is Important to Investigate All Those that Profess to Stand for Human Rights and to Measure what They Do under the banner of ‘Human Rights’ and whether that is In Fact only Propaganda for the ones that Fund these Human Rights Organizations. You have to Investigate whether they are In Fact Focusing on a Solution to bring about a Constitutional Human Rights System that is Based on Equality, that Improves the Quality of Every Human to be Equal to the Value of Life, that they are Ensuring in their Actions to Lead to an Outcome that will Produce a world where Every Child Born Will have a Home to Stay in, will have Food to Eat, Will have a Proper Education, Will have Decent Clothes, will have a Family that is Well Educated to be able to Educate the Child to be a Human with Dignity, that they are In Fact Acting in the Best Interest of the Human Race.” – Bernard PoolmanDay 373: The Sanctity of the Mind

    • The dissolution of Power as Inequality and Greed will be done through Education, this is the first step and pivotal point to set the foundation for change in our world system, and this process has to be differentiated from any previous attempts to do so with no success, since the intellectualization of humanity only set moral codes for the Belief in Knowledge as a means to progress and better the living conditions in our society; but money was forgotten along the way of such ‘evolution’ that was only available for some, therefore an intellectual elitism is created from the restricted  access to such education which has been a constant variable that determines humanity’s well being according to countries/ culture/ race, wherein only the ruling elite or religious authorities get the education they require according to the role and position they would become in society, which perpetuated the hierarchical system we’re existing in, proving that Education as the basic aspect toward creating an Equal society has not been considered at all,  until now.

    The Right to Equal Education

The Right to Education is the right to be a supported individual by virtue of birth throughout an entire lifetime with all your other basic human rights guaranteed wherein Education becomes the way to acquire practical living skills and a training ground to become an efficient living person in a system where life is by default supported, honored and valued in Equality.

Equal Education means the ability to be Equally Supported: All Individuals having access to Education that will be based upon the configuration of an Equality System; this means a System wherein Life is No longer bound to be Sold or ‘Achieved’ through one’s ability to make money, we will All be Educated to coexist as Equals according to the Principles of becoming an equal-participant that has equal rights and equal responsibilities to co-create our world in the best for all manner that will be conducted as the fundamental formation phase of the individual. This process implies developing all necessary skills to become an individual of integrity, honor, respect and dignity that recognizes all life forms as equal to oneself. Within this premise, the necessary educational programs will be developed in accordance to valuing life in Equality – Money will become a rights document to have access to that which we require to fulfill our lives, and with this Education will be considered an inherent part of our human development to continue contributing to this Equal Life based System/way of living and relating to one another.

    • The implementation of this new Educational Foundation will be done through the Equal Money System / Equal Money Capitalism in its initial phase wherein we will align the Education System in its entirety to become the fundamental process of support/ education and assistance for an individual to learn how to coexist with every other individual in Equality, this means:
    • In an Equal Money System, education is firstly designed around the principle that effective skills in mathematics, reading, communication, and, from as early an age as possible, understanding of the interdependent nature of the Human’s relationships with each other, Nature, and Animals, is a basic necessity that must be fulfilled for everyone.

    • Everyone will receive free and effective training in language, reading, and mathematics – the basic foundational skills that make it possible to effectively interact with one’s world. Prospective parents will receive training to ensure that they are fully capable of supporting their child’s development into a functionally effective Human.

    • In an Equal Money System, since one no longer has to learn skills associated with jobs designed around the profit interests of corporations in a consumer society, further skill development throughout the course of one’s adolescent years will instead be focused around developing a full understanding of how the world works, what skills one is best suited to and enjoys the most, as well as exploring social life.

    • Education in an Equal Money System has the goal of giving each individual the support to discover their true passion and abilities, achieve a comprehensive understanding of how the world works and how to support life, and develop healthy relationships with themselves, others, and the world while playing an important part in maintaining a system that gives everyone the best Life possible on Earth. And – unlike in the current system – everyone will be Equally included in receiving such Support.

Here is part of the  Equal Life Foundation’s Bill of Rights  dedicated to Education

    5. An Equal Education Right that supports every individual in his or her pursuit of excellence and fulfillment of potential, supporting intellectual development and practical applications thereof to contribute their lives as relevant to a sustainable Earth that enhances Life for all participants.

    Equal Life Foundation

The Sixth Fundamental Human Right is Education which is the Way with which the current Division is Created on Earth and How the Justification of the Abuse of Human Rights are in Fact Done. Education is What Creates the Human as it is Now, that Creates what is Now called ‘Human Nature’. But, in fact, the Nature of the Human is that: the Human can be Educated and this Education, Fundamentally, must be Based on What is Best for All – considering the Human Rights Equally for all; thus Producing an Understanding, From Birth, on How to Coexist on a Planet with Limited Resources, yet We are All Here.

Thus, it is a Violation to Allow Education to take place in a way that Justify Abuse in any way whatsoever, because it is a Known Fact that the Human will Become the Result of their Education. This is in fact Used and Abused Extensively by Those that Benefit from Being in Charge of the Education of the Human through Media, Education (Schools and Universities), Religions, Entertainment, Consumerism; as All the Systems that Now Educate and Manipulate the Human – simply Do So in Violating the Most Basic Human Rights, Justifying Why these Human Rights are Apparently ‘Not Valid’ and that the Only Valid Human Right, currently, is Profit, Ownership and Master-Slavery Relationships – all kinds of things that is in No way Actual Practical Human Rights or Fit in with the Very Nature of the Human being as a Physical Being.

                    Rewards

                    • Education will mean exactly what it is intended to do: to expand a being’s individual expression, to support and enhance the foundation for personal care, personal relationships, skills and talents in order to become a participant in this world-system where we will Equally create an Environment in which children can be born into Life – instead of debt, lack, fear, control and deception – Each one of us will stand as an example of the living principles that the system will be founded upon which is Life in Equality. We will thus determine the New Human Nature that will emerge as a result of our collaboration to Educate ourselves from the very basic considerations that we haven’t done yet, such as aligning the meaning of words and as such of our actions, behavior and every moment consideration to ensure  that the living of our words always results in the best for all living conditions. This is the definition of Equal-Empowerment in a Self-Supportive manner which means giving to each other the means, the tools, the understanding to become effective individuals throughout our lifetime and as such, passing it on from generation to generation.

                    • Education will not only be a means to live or contribute to our basic sustenance and functionality in society, but also an ever expanding ground of investigation to always find better ways to educate our children and adults to become self-sufficient, independent yet interdependent human beings that understand how we are free when we consider everyone’s equal ability to exercise such freedom without harm or abuse, which means only in equality where all relationships of power and control are for once and for all dissolved will we genuinely learn how to Live as Equals.

                    362. Water is a Human Right | Equal Money

How did we go from establishing our civilizations around rivers, deifying water and understanding it as the sacred element of life that it is to the current  condition that we exist as when it comes to knowing yet neglecting all the various ways in which we are depleting, polluting, privatizing and squandering our fresh water resources without considering the definitive actions that we must implement to stop this crime against life if we want to ensure Life continues in this world.  Water is  Human Right, why is it not yet determined as such in the Declaration of Human Rights ?

                    Continuing with:

                    Problem

                    • We have made of water an asset, a product that has become a discord and point of further control to limit the lives of the majority while enhancing the lives of a few – this is permitted because of the current economic and political system where the following problems are causing more deaths and degradation than wars worldwide:

1.1 Billion without water - EMC - Equality Money

                        Demographics:

                        • Since 1950 the world population has doubled and water use has tripled
                        • Only 20% of the world population enjoys access to running water; over one billion people in developing countries have inadequate access to water
                        • The average American individual uses 100 to 176 gallons of water per day; in contrast, the average African family uses 5 gallons of water per day
                        • At least 1 billion people must walk 3 hours or more to obtain drinking water; individuals spend more than 200 million hours per day walking to collect water from distant, often polluted sources

                    Pollution:
                    • Human beings cannot survive without water – yet over 1 Billion people lack access to potable drinking water which is the first cause of death due to people having to drink from polluted rivers and lakes where all forms of waste and bacteria exist.

                    • Not only human beings lack water, all forms of life are currently also not having access to clean waters in rivers and lakes which have become the sewage for industries, entire cities as well as all the chemicals used for agricultural purposes. All of these contaminated waters are used, at the same time,  to water crops which means we are essentially eating our toxic waste in our food. This vital liquid is now permeated with all these relationships of abuse – profiteering, control, subjugation, power – that we have formed toward the substance that conforms most of our physical body; our water is contaminated now in the deep ocean where fish are found with bits of plastic and dying from all the bits consumed – the same way that children and people are forced to drink from polluted rivers because water is so expensive or simply non existent in their locality.

                    • In the world, we pump 30 billion gallons of ground water every single day.

                    • Metrics:

                    • 1 ton of grain requires 1,000 tons of water, 1 slice of cantaloupe requires 40 gallons of water, an 8 ounce serving of steak requires 1,232 gallons; 1 pound of pork requires 1,630 gallons
                    • Agriculture can consume 75 to 90% of a region’s available water
                    • One inch of rain falling on one acre of land is equal to roughly 27,154 gallons of water
                    • 1 Microchip takes 32 liters

                    • The world’s water consumption rate is doubling every 20 years, outpacing by two times the rate of population growth. With persistent regional droughts, shifts of the growing population to urban coastal cities, and the water needed for industrial growth, it is projected that by the year 2025 water demand will exceed supply by 56%
                    • Despite being the most common substance on earth, 97% is seawater and unfit for human use. Two thirds of the fresh water is locked up in glaciers leaving only 1% of the earth’s water for human consumption; this 1% is increasingly threatened by pollution

                    • We are pumping 50 times more water in the world, which means we are breaking the cycle of percolation in which the water is filtered through all the ground to restore the aquifers in a certain period of time. This isn’t being respected and just as any other energetic resource or animal that we kill to consume before it replenishes its reproductive cycle, we are over consuming water faster than it is extracted and replenished, which shows how we have caved our own pit of drought and scarcity: we haven’t yet learned how to respect the natural cycles of this physical world.

                    •   The pollution has created the loss of water quality, which means that there are no more minerals and nutrients that would come from the soil that would benefit our physical body– we are tampering our own quality living by denying water to those that need it, by using it indiscriminately and pollute it without any responsibility.

                      Health:

                    • Of the 37 major diseases in developing countries, 21 are water and sanitation related; no single type of intervention has greater overall impact upon the national development and public health than does the provision of safe drinking water and the proper disposal of human excreta
                    • The United Nations estimates that by 2025 30% of the world population in 50 countries will face water shortages
                    • The World Health Organization estimates that water related diseases account for 80% of all sicknesses in the developing world and claim approximately 5 million lives each year
                    • If no action is taken to meet basic water needs, as many as 135 million people may die from water-related diseases by 2020
                    • At any given time, half the people in developing countries are suffering from water-related diseases
                    • Sources: The Economist, the National Geographic Society, USAID studies, The Pacific Institute, Global Development Research Center and the United States Geological Survey.

                      http://www.theworldwater.org/water_facts.php

                    • This is all the result of the absolute separation we have created in our reality and world-system “development,” where we have imposed our exigencies to the environment and wanting it to adapt to our lifestyles instead of Ourselves being the ones that adapt to what we have available in this world at a local level.

                    Politics and Corporate Power:

                    • Privatization is the worst crime against humanity that has been going on since the 1990’s when the ability for corporations to own this vital resource comes along with all the ‘free market’ endeavors in our capitalistic system, wherein the right to property is secured for those that have the capital to buy territory, regardless of any law or regulation that implies certain areas are meant to be part of the local patrimony and reserves. The process of claiming the right to the land that is being exploited to obtain water  is conducted in violent ways  including coup d’états and armed conflicts in order to subjugate people and accept the privatization of water . This was adopted during the Thatcher administration in the UK and from there, it was accepted worldwide as a way to implement Neoliberalism tactics with this vital resources that in the past 25 years has become another profitable and valuable asset just as oil or any other source of Energy.  This included tariff free tactics that harm the locality in the worst way since it is an ‘open key’ to poor nation’s resources when it comes to having these major corporations invading a territory, buying it and extracting everything they can and need from it without any local intervention. In 1992 the UN declares that Water is Not a Right but a Commodity.

                    • Transnational Corporations have become the owners of water by the aid of the World Trade Organization known as ‘The Quad’  who are the United States, Canada, Japan en the European Union. There’s been demonstrations/protests that have lead to deaths of people through these new colonization processes that entail the use of power and control over resources that generate profit as opposed to the entitlement to water as a human right –  we have already reached that time when wars are happening due to water, and where more deaths due to the lack, pollution, rights and use to this liquid are taking place every day.

                    • In Mexico, politicians that have been corporate managers have endowed their ‘businesses’ with unlimited access to resources like electricity and water in order for the company to flourish in this country – this is how a single company is considered to rule an entire nation when having privileges that half of the entire Nation’s population lack: access to potable water without having to pay for it – this is what Coca-Cola became during Fox’s administration.
                    • In some other countries in Africa, Water is more expensive than coca cola which forces people to drink the ‘unknown ingredients’ beverage instead of having access to water that is being pumped from their own locality but sold to them in plastic bottles.

                    • Crops and other goods that require a lot of water for their production are exported according to laws of supply and demand, which means that the water is being used to satisfy other country’s necessities and levels of consumption by using resources that are from a locality far away that usually doesn’t benefit at all from such exporting process other than of course, money which is even then a minimum portion of the final revenue that corporations make wherein, for example, selling water in bottles ensures earning thousands of time more money than the original price paid to get the liquid and bottle it up. This is all built in a slave-master relationship where corporations take a hold of territories, use local workforce to establish the necessary plants to make plastic bottles and bottle water up without informing the people of all the toxicity that these processes imply. Corporations like Nestlé pump 200 gallons of water per minute in order to bottle it up without any regulation which makes it loose of any certainty that the final product, such as bottled water, is in fact safe to consume.

                    • Politics and corruption: 87+ corporations are now investing and taking a hold of the water around the planet, including ground water that is being extracted by buying property. All profit making endeavors lead to seeking new territories to ‘conquer’ where corporations can get a hold of the Water in a particular country.  Even the process of desalination implies that water will be taken from the common property and returned to the people/public in the form of a product to be sold thousands of times more expensive than if they drank it from their faucet, not to mention that the faucet water is meant to be regularly tested whereas there is no regulation whatsoever in bottled water.

                    • There are multiple problems that come from drinking bottled water and it has become the most popular way to drink it thanks to an effective media-marketing campaign that lacks any proper information to reveal the chemical dangers that drinking bottled water implies, besides the profitable business that it is for the corporations that are absolutely unregulated to sell and export water without any pertinent information that may declare it is in fact purified water – because it isn’t.

                    • Governmental and Corporate powers have allied to promote water privatization and profitable water business regardless of the known problems that exist when selling water in plastic bottles, but also understanding how this is being accepted and allowed because of lacking information about the actual problems that this causes in health and in the long run causing more expenses in the health sector than any form of profit – yet we don’t seem to grasp the fact that all of this exists due to how we have accepted and allowed ourselves to turn our natural vital resources into commodities.

                    water wars - equal money

                    • Cities with the largest population don’t have enough water to sustain everyone with a constant availability of the liquid. This is how water is now being brought from states nearby through pipeline systems to supply the ever increasing demand of water.

                    • Once that water becomes a corporate endeavor, the possession of water is now a matter of economic importance similar to oil, leading to regulations wherein even accumulating the water from the rain is being prohibited by legal systems mostly fixed to suit corporate interests.

                    • This has lead to public uprisings that have already caused deaths while demanding that corporations stay away from what should be a public good and not a matter of commercial disputes and privatization. It is only in Cochabamba, Bolivia – the same place where McDonalds went bankrupt – that it was possible to expel the transnational Bechtel from trying to privatize the water – this is depicted in the movie También La Lluvia (Even the Rain). However in Paraguay, a similar situation is emerging where now territories are being owned for purposes of privatization with the consent of Paraguay’s parliament, which speaks about again the relationship between corporate lobbyists and governmental powers acting in a profitable manner instead of providing and securing people’s well being and access to water for the people and by the people of that particular area/country.

                    • Water is not mentioned in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This means that we haven’t yet made of this vital liquid part of our unalienable human rights. There’s already an organization promoting the addition of the following right to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights promulgated by the United Nations:

                      Article 31:

Everyone has the right to clean and accessible water, adequate for the health and well-being of the individual and family, and no one shall be deprived of such access or quality of water due to individual economic circumstance.

                      http://article31.org/

Why is it not added? Huge corporate interests tampering the ability to reclaim Water as a Fundamental Human Right – however, the reality is that we haven’t united ourselves to actually implement this at a Constitutional level through democratic means- We are still waiting yet, for how long and how much more detrimental processes will we continue to directly and indirectly participate in before we wake up?

                    • A problem is also the lack of proposed solutions as this website reveals: “Solutions from the World Water Organization?”
                    • “Coming Soon”

                    http://www.theworldwater.org/water_solutions.php

                    • The reality is that we are causing all of this water pollution and business-making schemes due to the accepted and allowed separation that we have created toward all of the Earth’s resources, the animal kingdom and ourselves and neglecting the fact that we are in fact equal and one as the living substance that we are all made of. We as human beings should have been the ones that guarded our best interest in equality as life; instead we have turned life into a business making machine where we all want to be winners without realizing that entails creating losers – we are no all  facing the consequences of allowing this at all the levels that we have reviewed here thus far. We caused the problems, we must create the solutions.

Human cannot Exist without Clean Water - Equal Life Foundation

                            Solutions

                            • The Vital element for Life  – which is Water – Must be a Universal Human Right and a common good; this means that money won’t determine your access to it, nor will it be able to be turned into a profitable business within the Equal Money System that will be implemented according to the Fundamental Human Rights as proposed by the Equal Life Foundation where every human being will be entitled to equal rights to the necessary means to live in dignity as that is what is best for all.

                            • This can also be acknowledged in a United Nations Convention where it is declared that Water is a Human Right, however as we know rights are not enforced and actually implemented by all nations. Therefore, it must be part of the Global Trust that we can create where no particular nation has control over it other than for equal distribution and management purposes at a local level. No particular administration will be able to influence that which is declared to be a patrimony of every individual who will be entitled to the use and consumption of water in a self-responsible manner, which means proper education and new ways of usage can be implemented to ensure the efficiency in the use of it.

                            • We have to conduct governmental changes that can put a definitive stop to this abuse stemming from privatization carried out by corporations in conjunction with politicians/ governmental authorities.  Our participation through  direct democratic process to enter the political arena is a necessary step to ensure we, the people, get to settle an agreement where Water becomes a Human Right and as such managed by the Equality Based Governance where it is understood that each one of us will monitor and ensure that the distribution and use of water is conducted in a best for all methodology. It’s already proven that unity, organization and a common effort is the way forward to change our acceptance and allowance of this profitable business that we have turned water into – instead we implement and establish Equal Access to Water within the framework of Basic Fundamental Human Rights and the Equal Money System and Equal Money Capitalism. Having or lacking money won’t determine whether you benefit from it or not.

                            • This requires necessary changes in all our current living habits beginning with agricultural and industrial practices to ensure that the production processes are not polluting our water, air/ environment since it is the vital cycle of water that must be taken care of and restored to a process where we can obtain the necessary water by respecting the time necessary for it to filter and then be ready for our use and consumption again. Recycling water is an option, but investing in further research on how to obtain water through for example, condensation processes is another option as well as funding any necessary scientific projects to purify water once that there will be no corporate interest tampering this emerging technology to do so.

                            • It is in our best interest to maximize natural resources’ efficiency, reestablishing and correcting the filtration process of the water in the same soil and territory where it will be used– meaning that we have to ensure we stop transportation of water to maintain central cities that are taking up the most resources from distant places, causing already severe damages to the ecosystems that are having their water being siphoned. This means becoming aware of the destabilization that ensues when we try and ‘give water’ to places where there is non to maintain cities were life is not made sustainable yet.

                            • We all have to become aware of the habits with regards to water usage, but also understanding the necessary changes in assessing what we need and how we produce it, so that all processes are aligned to resource efficiency along with the necessary water treatment plans to ensure that all necessary preventive measures are established; money won’t be a limitation to not do this and science will be encouraged to find new materials, new means and methods to produce what we require to live.

                            • Local agriculture in terms of the Food System will enable a region’s water resources to support the local Food Production; this means ensuring that the water are feeding and sustaining the locality instead of being siphoned in exports, disrupting not only the local economy but also the natural cycles of water. Another measure is stopping the creation of dams and instead create alternative ways to retain rain water to enable the hydrologic cycle to re-establish itself  to ensure that the filtration of water through the soil is adequate. Another measure can be limiting housing in particular areas where the amount of water is compromised or non existent – this  will ensure stopping creating unnecessary infrastructure just to please the interests of a minority that are currently possible due to the power that money has. This entails the necessary educational processes in terms of population, buying habits, and use of water in a responsible way, as the vital element to life that it is and must be available for all equally.

                            • Reform at a Constitutional Level and make the necessary reforms and amendments will make of Water a Fundamental Human Right where Waters are protected from any organization or institution that may want to abuse it for other purposes other than supporting life as what’s best for all.  Corporations won’t exist as profit-making machines, but actual producers of goods that can go re-forming their production processes to be genuinely environmental friendly and quality producers. Water is the key element to live, thus it is in our best collective interest to ensure everyone benefits from water and learns how use it in the most efficient way.

The following is part of the Constitutional Fundamental Human Rights as promulgated by the Equal Life Foundation.

The Fourth Fundamental Human Right is a Fundamental Right as well, because the Human cannot Exist without Clean Water. Thus, Water (also freely Provided by the Earth – except for the part of Purifying it, which is the Human Labour part) – is a Fundamental Human Right that is Not Possible to be Negotiated, Sold or in any other way Used to Diminish Another Human Being. To Do such things is In Fact Human Rights Violations and a Crime.

                                            Rewards

                                            • Ensuring the quality of our water by our own ability to monitor, manage and ensure the quality and access/distribution of water takes place in a best for all manner is what will enable all of us to stop the current deaths, diseases, birth defects and general water degradation by virtue of our individual cooperation and participation to observe and participate in the managerial processes where we can assure that our well being is in fact taken care of by those that decide to work to manage this collective resource.
                                            • No more privatization, no more wars, no more points of control , no more pollution or abuse from corporations dominating this vital resources. Instead all corporations or organizations that decide to work with water will be for the purpose of ensuring the best administration of water, treatment plans and any other emerging technology that will enable us to purify water and make it available for more people until everyone is covered.  This won’t be a business, but a decision to do what is Best for All since that is also implying our own well being is secured and guaranteed such as having sufficient water for everyone to live.

There is sufficient food and resources for everyone to have the necessary daily and sustainable supply of quality nourishment to live and support our physical bodies in the best way possible. The problems are corporate interests and a rigged system that doesn’t grant access to this Basic Human Right. Money in Equal Money is a rights document that ensures all individuals are given money/access to  buy the necessary food to fulfill a healthy quality living standard that is best for all, including animals and sustainability of the Earth’s resources.

                                            Problem

                                            • People around the globe Lack Food due to the configuration of our current economic system designed to only benefit a minority while leaving the majority out of the picture of dignified living conditions and equal living standards:

                                              • “The population of the US, Canada, and the EU combined. The number of malnourished people worldwide is just under 1 billion people – nearly a seventh of the global population.”

870 million people do not eat enough

The vast majority of hungry people (98 percent) live in developing countries, where almost 15% of the population is undernourished.

One out of six children — roughly 100 million — in developing countries is underweight.

If children don't receive nutritious food in their first 2 years, they may be stunted for life

A third of al child deaths are linked to hunger

                                                  World Hunger

                                                    • There are 1 Billion undernourished people in the world today. That means one in eight people do not get enough food to be healthy and lead an active life. Hunger and malnutrition are in fact the number one risk to the health worldwide — greater than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.
                                                    • Among the key causes of hunger are natural disasters, conflict, poverty, poor agricultural infrastructure and over-exploitation of the environment.
                                                    • As well as the obvious sort of hunger resulting from an empty stomach, there is also the hidden hunger of micronutrient deficiencies which make people susceptible to infectious diseases, impair physical and mental development, reduce their labour productivity and increase the risk of premature death.
                                                    • Hunger does not only weigh on the individual. It also imposes a crushing economic burden on the developing world. Economists estimate that every child whose physical and mental development is stunted by hunger and malnutrition stands to lose 5-10 percent in lifetime earnings.

it costs 25 us cents per day to giv a child all thenutrients needed to grow up healthy

“It takes only $0.25 for the World Food Programme to give a hungry schoolchild a cup of nutritious food. $50 will feed a child at school for an entire year.”

There is more money spent on War than on Food

                                                    • Hunger also weakens the immune system. Deprived of the right nutrition, hungry children are especially vulnerable and become too weak to fight off disease and may die from common infections like measles and diarrhoea. Each year, almost 7 million children die before reaching the age of five; malnutrition is a key factor is over a third of these deaths

                                                  WHO

                                                  • Most of the world’s hungry live in developing countries. According to the latest Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) statistics, there are 870 million hungry people in the world and 98 percent of them are in developing countries.  They are distributed like this:
                                                  • 578 million in Asia and the Pacific
                                                    239 million in Sub-Saharan Africa
53 million in Latin America and the Caribbean
37 million in the Near East and North Africa
                                                  • 19 million in developed countries

                                                    • Hungry farmers
                                                    • FAO calculates that around half of the world’s hungry people are from smallholder farming communities,  surviving off marginal lands prone to natural disasters like drought or flood. Another 20 percent belong to landless families dependent on farming and about 10 percent live in communities whose livelihoods depend on herding, fishing or forest resources.
                                                    • The remaining 20 percent live in shanty towns on the periphery of the biggest cities in developing countries. The numbers of poor and hungry city dwellers are rising rapidly along with the world’s total urban population.

                                                    • Women
                                                    • Women are the world’s primary food producers, yet cultural traditions and social structures often mean women are much more affected by hunger and poverty than men. A mother who is stunted or underweight due to an inadequate diet often give birth to low birthweight children.
                                                    • Around 50 per cent of pregnant women in developing countries are iron deficient (source: Unicef). Lack of iron means 315,000 women die annually from hemorrhage at childbirth. As a result, women, and in particular expectant and nursing mothers, often need special or increased intake of food.

                                                    • Rural risk
                                                    • Three-quarters of all hungry people live in rural areas, mainly in the villages of Asia and Africa. Overwhelmingly dependent on agriculture for their food, these populations have no alternative source of income or employment. As a result, they are vulnerable to crises. Many migrate to cities in their search for employment, swelling the ever-expanding populations of shanty towns in developing countries.

                                                  WHY

                                                  • Nature

Natural disasters such as floods, tropical storms and long periods of drought are on the increase — with calamitous consequences for food security in poor, developing countries.

                                                  • War
                                                  • From Asia to Africa to Latin America, fighting displaces millions of people from their homes, leading to some of the world’s worst hunger emergencies. Since 2004, conflict in the Darfur region of Sudan has uprooted more than a million people, precipitating a major food crisis — in an area that had generally enjoyed good rains and crops.

                                                  • In war, food sometimes becomes a weapon. Soldiers will starve opponents into submission by seizing or destroying food and livestock and systematically wrecking local markets. Fields and water wells are often mined or contaminated, forcing farmers to abandon their land.

                                                  • When conflict threw Central Africa into confusion in the 1990s, the proportion of hungry people rose from 53 percent to 58 percent. By comparison, malnutrition is on the retreat in more peaceful parts of Africa such as Ghana and Malawi.

                                                  • Agricultural infrastructure
                                                  • In the long-term, improved agricultural output offers the quickest fix for poverty and hunger.

                                                  • All conspire to limit agricultural yields and access to food.

                                                  • Too many developing countries lack key agricultural infrastructure, such as enough roads, warehouses and irrigation. The results are high transport costs, lack of storage facilities and unreliable water supplies.

                                                  • But, although the majority of developing countries depend on agriculture, their governments economic planning often emphasizes urban development.

                                                  • Over-exploitation of environment

Poor farming practices, deforestation, overcropping and overgrazing are exhausting the Earth’s fertility and spreading the roots of hunger.
                                                  • Increasingly, the world’s fertile farmland is under threat from erosion, salination and desertification.

                                                    • Poverty Trap
                                                    • In developing countries, farmers often cannot afford seed to plant the crops that would provide for their families. Craftsmen lack the means to pay for the tools to ply their trade. Others have no land or water or education to lay the foundations for a secure future.

                                                  • This is the result of seed control imposed by corporations like Monsanto that ensure farmers become mere labor force to produce food that is in accordance to an agenda of privatization, genetic modification, resource control and further contamination that is leading farmers to the point of suicide when realizing the contracts that they are forced to sign if they want to keep themselves ‘in business’ – The same happens with the monopolization of food distribution that leads to massive profits to a few chains that have all control of products that we consume where not only price but also the quality and conditions of our meals are being corrupted in order to fulfill more profit-making agendas where any form of actual care for our health is overridden by the need to control and generate more money out of a basic human need, which is food

                                                  Solutions

                                                  • Food is a Fundamental Human Right and it must be granted to every individual by Constitutional Right where all Human Beings are given access to all foods and  nutrients to live a healthy and fulfilling life. This is possible due to understanding that all Resources of the Earth must be Equally distributed/ given access to all inhabitants of the planet in order to feed ourselves properly. It is a certainty that lacking resources is not the problem, but rather the system of power and control that would not grant all equal access to this – this will be solved through the implementation of Equal Money where your money is your access to that which we require to live  in the best possible condition.

In an Equal Money System, Food will be a Basic Human Right. Food will no longer be detrimentally linked to money, where money decides the availability and quality of food and transparency of information. Food will no longer be tool for Profit but a Source of Life.
Day 204: Food Monopoly and Equal Money Capitalism

                                                  • Equal Money Capitalism: Your work will enable you to earn money to buy the best quality food available existent in a system where profit won’t define the type of food you obtain, instead the highest quality standards will be implemented to know exactly what it is that we are consuming and how it has been produced from the moment of extraction to its final distribution center. This is part of the necessary transparency to ensure no hidden agendas are integrated in the very foods we eat. There won’t be privatization of resources, but organized labor to extract and produce sufficient food to ensure it is enough for everyone in the world in a sustainable basis.

                                                  • We realize that providing a fulfilling diet for all individuals increases the ability for human beings to be well developed as well as improving performance in educational processes. All Children will have access to food from the moment of conception, gestation in the mother’s womb to ensures proper development,we understand that healthy mothers and children are the foundation of the preventive measures to eradicate diseases, virus and weaker immunologic systems. Information about proper nutrition will also go hand in hand with necessary education for parents to know how to feed their child in all various stages of their growth and development.

                                                  • Quality foods will be a global standard that will form part of the global transparency to disclose all processes involved in food production, labeling of products to inform the people what is exactly being consumed – this means that many of our products will have to be reconfigured and reassessed according to its actual nutrimental value as opposed to mere profit-making products that do more harm than any good.

                                                  • Food Safety: By Legal determination, all proven to be Cancerous substances, toxic chemicals, pollutants, fertilizers, genetically modified seeds and any other form of deliberate intervention to our food that is detrimental for living beings’ health will cease to exist once that we, the people of the world, ensure that our food is purified and reconfigured to be of actual support and is safe for every individual that consumes it – this is part of the de-monopolization process that will take place once that profit is no longer the driving force in our world system and corporations cease to have power over what we eat.  Instead providing quality healthy foods will be the standard that is sustained, guarded and supervised by all individuals as it is part of our collective responsibility to never again allow tyrant corporations to take control of our food, crops and distribution of it.  All necessary research to reverse these effects will form part of the restoration of our directive principle upon the food that we eat.

                                                  • Consumption habits will be taught to parents and teachers where our food preferences will be transformed to be of actual support in accordance to physical body requirements. Diets will be given to every person and caretaker of minors to ensure that by virtue of having equal access to food, the nutritional requirements are given to all as an actual Human Right – this means that the Access to Food that we in fact Require is part of the new way in which we will ensure that everyone has the necessary means to live well. It will depend on each one’s work and further consumption preferences to buy extra treats, but the basics will be granted as a basic necessity that will be covered by default – this is the real end of Hunger.

                                                  • The Government’s function – which will be any individual that wants to cooperate with supervision purposes to ensure all food production and distribution is optimized in an best for all manner. This will include designating the necessary resources for scientific and agricultural research to enhance food production technologies, optimize it and restore it to function in accordance to the natural cycles of the Earth, along with necessary corrections for further resource efficiency in all the processes involved in food production – this will include rehabilitation of eroded and ‘dead fields’ to be suitable for crops again, as well as providing the necessary infrastructure and education for people in places where food has not been grown due to lack of resources.

                                                  • We will all support with Food Production according to the laws of physical supply and demand which means there are no market forces that determine the availability of food, it will be a process of logistics, human labor/work force, technology, transportation, distribution and sustainability at an ecological level what will be taken into consideration to ensure that food is guaranteed to all 7 billion people in this Earth – it is possible, we simply have to create the necessary infrastructure to do so in order to guarantee the application of the Fundamental Human Right to grant Food to all individuals equally.

The following is part of the Constitutional Fundamental Human Rights as promulgated by the Equal Life Foundation.

The Third Fundamental Human Right is that: Every Human, Fundamentally, Requires Food to Exist, Food to Have a Life on Earth and therefore, Food (which is primarily, actually, a Substance that is Produced by the Earth for Free, to a degree – except for the Human Labour part) –

Food is the Third Basic Human Right. Without Food, Nobody can Exist. The very moment Food becomes a Scarcity that is Used for Control, one Actually Produce and Change the Human into the Behavior of a Slave-Master Relationship and there exist No Human Right in that Relationship.

DAY 362: Human Rights and the Equal Life Foundation

                                                  • Knowing with certainly what we are consuming/ drinking is the greatest safety measure we can co-create by working as a team that ensures only what is best for all is conducted in our food production processes. Food labeling will be an imperative requirement as well as providing the necessary nutritional education as mentioned to ensure that no underweight or overweight is produced – this will go hand in hand with removing products containing substances that are only meant to create addictions, like too much sugar, artificial flavors and growth enhancements, since the starting point of our food will be to nurture ourselves, not to make money out of it. Ensuring your child will be given the best quality foods is ensuring a lifetime of healthy habits and conditions – this is only possible if we all cooperate to become equal supervisors of how our food is produced, packaged and distributed.

                                                  • Wars won’t exist in a world where life will be honored instead of antagonized and fought against in means of obtaining resources, work force, territory or any other political purpose. In a world where Life is Recognized and Valued in Equality we will all instead cooperate to ensure that the countries  and regions of the world with most lack are the ones that obtain the immediate support to stop and eradicate world hunger.

We have had great statements and bills of rights throughout history declaring that “All human beings are created equal” but, are  any of these documents, constitutions and declarations being implemented in reality? No.

Is any International Organization taking care of and ensuring that every single being in this world is being granted every basic necessity to live in dignity? No

Is any International Organization and/or Institution ensuring that all resources of the Earth are being distributed in a equal manner to all individuals? No

Are there any International Organizations or NGO  supervising that the production processes of our goods are ecologically sustainable and aligned to protocols of highest quality standards with non-polluting mechanisms to ensure that no animals, plants and human beings are harmed in the process of providing  for ourselves  that which we need to live? No

Many could claim while reading these principles ‘That would be too much to ask’ when all of these aspects should be in fact the very Basic Living Principles we all should direct our lives with, but there is one single reason why we don’t: Money and the desire for some to be inherently given the the most of it over others to keep inequality in place, just because while the majority of the people are hooked on a survival mechanism to barely have enough to eat,  there’s a minority that benefit from being the ‘job providers’ to enable those that have non to earn a bit of money to be able to live, without realizing that it is those in power as the minority that have the control over resources and all other financial institutions at their disposal to live like kings and queens.  This is what we have collectively accepted and allowed

So it is about time we establish our Basic Living Principles of Equality as Life as Human Rights for the first time at a Global Level  and Not leave this process in the hands of  a few organisms that have proven themselves to be inaccurate to fund and establish Equality as Constitutional Principle in all nations of this world. We as individuals, we as the people of the world are the ones that must take this task at hand, as it is in our best interest that we all support each other to implement the living conditions that will ensure our well being is guarded in Equality to everyone else’s by virtue of being alive.

                                                  Problem

                                                  • International Organization comprises mechanisms and organisms like the United Nations and International Law which is a collection of international norms, which are enforced via  the United Nations – where such norms and dispositions were supposed to be guiding and directing our lives to a common well being, such as guaranteeing that every individual would have ‘Equal Rights’ – however it’s already been over half a century that these Human Rights have been promulgated and the state of the world is subsumed in far more abusive, violent and exploitative state than the Second World War period in itself. We live in a world where two thirds of the population live in poverty, where 25 thousand children die each day of starvation and preventable diseases, where 1 billion people have No toilets, where children are sold and trafficked for slavery and sexual commerce purposes, where our Education is an indoctrination mechanism to keep everyone bound to a slavery position with capped abilities to in fact have any chance of living in a  dignified manner; poverty has not ceased to exist, CEO’s in companies are earning thousands of times more than the average worker per hour,  our Earth’s resources are being turned into fuel and cash to continue our ‘economic growth’ and ‘elevating’ our lifestyles to an unsustainable rate of destruction, erosion and full blown predation that we have ensued in our world with no remedy on sight, because ‘Money makes the rules of the game,’ and those who made the rules are the ones that ensure no solution is placed for their own interests rely on the abuse of those that are yelling out for help and support – this is the reality we have all accepted and allowed and as such, equally responsible for.

                                                  • The creation of the United Nations was intended to establish organization and promote cooperation between nations to minimize the violent conflicts after the Second World War which means establishing peace; but at the same time, they left the allowance of organized armies to be part of the necessary ‘Security’ that is till this day existent as an acceptable form of defense in a world where war is still a means to ‘reactivate’ economy and gain more power over others – yes, no evolution has taken place in our global organization. Apparently the UN would pair up to organize and intervene with the Economic aspect necessary to precisely ensure the enforcement or implementation of the basic Human Rights. However the economical and financial organization  was left to the International Institutions like  IMF, World Bank and others which had Nothing to do with working par en par with the Declaration of Human Rights by the UN. Even if the same countries that funded the UN, the interests of International Organizations have nothing to do with establishing, for example, an economic system based on supporting every individual with sufficient money to live – this has Never been a Human Right Per se.

                                                  • The UN’s  Declaration of Human Rights have done nothing to prevent a monetary system of debt and economic models like our current Corporate Capitalist to become the actual dictators of the laws that affect the Land and the lives of every individual in this Planet Earth.

                                                  • One of the aspects or mechanisms within International Law has to do with Human Rights and it’s supposed to be the ‘key area’ of it, but just as the UN, its main focus in fact has to do with the law of the sea/ admiralty law which has to do with organizing the commerce and corporate powers at an international level, laws that regulate war and peace and protecting crimes against humanity, however it hasn’t been resolved to identify the monetary system in itself and the banking system as well schemed and internationally accepted crimes against humanity from the moment that having money or not defines whether you live or you die.

                                                  • The problem and reality of these organizations and groups of laws is that there is no international agreement to follow the International Laws nor the implementation of these rights is enforced by any means, simply because there is no sovereign to coerce compliance. Unfortunately in our current world and reality, the application of laws and declarations that benefit people have only been possible by coercive mode where sanctions are imposed onto countries when not abiding to this, but the reality is that because there is no money involved in these International Organizations and Orders, it all remains at a diplomatic level with no implementation at all but mere agreement with no practical application.

                                                  • The people that suffer the ‘disagreements’ at an economic and political level internationally are the ones that actually have to endure this negligence. We know about these Human Rights organizations at municipal, state and national levels where one can complain about some form of injustice being imposed by our very own governments, corporations or any other public service – however there’s no compromise at a governmental or financial institutions to comply to this declaration to support the implementation of it to ensure that Human Rights are in fact lived in practical living reality as the way business are conducted, social securities are given– these documents have become dead letters because there is no acting to ensure these rights are in fact lived.

                                                  • The reality is that that this ‘equal footing’ is impossible to exist between nations and individuals when money dictates a nation’s stance in the international context; this means that if a country is existing in absolute poverty, there is no law that dictates that those that have more wealth give to the poorest ones or support these International Organizations to conduct their aims and mission to have means to implement the basic human rights around the world. But because there is no obligation to it even if the states might shape their behavior in response to these International Laws and Organizations, they will still violate the laws and principles because Money dictates the willingness to trespass these basic agreements to respect life at all levels – instead money rules and money decides to what extent we are wiling to go in order to satisfy the interests of a few in a world of Inequality.

                                                  • As long as there are monetary interests in place, it will be close to impossible for nations to abide to the Declaration of Human Rights and any other International Law mechanism if there is no equal-support at an economic level to de facto implement them.

                                                  Solution

                                                  • The International System must be reorganized where all non-state actors become also part of the changes in the distribution of power.  All organizations intended to create solutions to all the above mentioned problems will have to unite under the premise of establishing Life in Equality at a Constitutional Level in all Nations/Estates. The International Institutions like the IMF and World Bank must enhance the necessary coordination at an economic level to ensure the integration and recognition of the Declaration of Human Rights and direct the necessary changes in the way the monetary system, the financial and banking systems operate in order to equalize to this new living principle at a Global Level.

                                                  • All International Institutions that handle that establish the economic principles at a global level must  provide the necessary means to establish Equality through Money. This will imply the restructuring of our current monetary system to change it from a system of debt to a parity of physical life value where money can exist as the representation of the rights to have access to the necessary means to live and as such,  ensure that through providing Equal Money to all individuals the Equality principle promulgated in all our Constitutions and Human Rights Declaration is in fact applied; this means that the Distribution of Power will have to be Equalized to ensure that States don’t pursue hegemony or forcing compliance of small states to serve the ‘bigger’ ones. The Balance of Power which means an impending tolerance between nations wherein cooperation was defined as alliances to wage war and/or secure some territories to continue the absolute power over others.  It is the Time when History has to be brought to a Halt and instead, give way to Equality as Life as a Principle under which all Nations  and International Organizations will align all trade, migration, social integration, mutually inclusive interests between nations to establish peace, cooperation and the provision of support for all inhabitants in certain nations where support has been neglected throughout time, it is a priority to first support all the nations and people in need and ensure that Equality means obtaining a dignified living condition equal to the best possible and sustainable one already existent in what we have defined as a first world country, that is the Equality as what’s Best for All that we all have to aim with certain corrections and alignments to ensure it is sustainable at all times.

                                                  • The process of Globalization benefit the binding and connection between individuals and nations wherein it is not only a mechanical or strategic solidarity that exists between nations and individuals due to  proximity, but also an organic one based on the ability to communicate with great ease nowadays thanks to the internet and other means of communication that are already having political implications. By establishing an International Organization that appeals to the United Nations the implementation of Basic Human Rights through democratic means – we can use the emerging E-Democracy to establish an actual political foundation where all individuals with access to the internet can participate and actively ensure that the distribution of resources necessary to Equalize the Life of Individuals is in fact taking place. This will be supervised and ensured by all of us  the individuals of the world, because as long as we don’t live and integrate the principle and premise which is to establish life in equality, we we will continue to exist in separation and in the verge of collapse – this can’t continue going on as it is now; we have to come together and integrate ourselves with one common goal, that which exists within us all beyond language, tradition, culture, race, gender, preferences, religions, political affiliations –this is about recognizing the necessity that we all have for the basic means to live in a dignified manner.

To Read more about the Fundamental Basic Human Rights:

                                                  • International Politics and its purpose must be to advance the cause of Equality as Ius Cogens for all individuals in every nation – this implies that the principle of Equality as Life is so fundamental that no convention or custom can violate it.  International Organizations like the UN must now prioritize lifting continents out of poverty to ensure the equal well being of all living beings in this planet, working with and cooperating with governments and the necessary banking and financial institutions to create structures and mechanisms that can be integrated/ adopted  by each nation in order to guarantee basic economic support. This will include the necessary intervention and  regulation of corporations and governments to ensure that all profit made  and taxes gathered by governments are equally destined to support all individuals in the respective nations, as well as directing sufficient support for those that currently have no means to create any form of profit.  This is one aspect in which the governments or any other International Institution must take the role of implementing the necessary measures to create a Global Equal State where Money is equalized as Life.

                                                  • The Focus of the implementation of Human Rights must be at a Global Level ensued by all participants of this world that recognize the immediate need to establish a better living condition to everyone on Earth that is currently suffering the draconian measures with which we have accepted and allowed to direct our lives in this world. An International Organization that is not created by specific countries and/or individuals, nor funded by corporations or specific actors that could shape the process of establishing Equal Rights according to the benefit of a few must be established.  The approach to implement Basic Human Rights is Equality as What is Best for All where no preferences and/or mutually exclusive interests  maim the ability to coexist as individuals in One World in Equality which ensures every inhabitant of the planet is being guarded and supported to  with  Equal Money  to have all the food, water, shelter, proper sustenance, education, entertainment as all the freedoms that each individual will be born into by virtue of coming into this Equality Principled World, which is the world where you and I for sure would like to be born into – this is our opportunity to create it.

                                                  • Equal Money System exists in  conjunction with the Equal Life Foundation’s principles and proposals, which is the International Organization that will conduct the necessary actions and democratic mechanisms to establish the proposal for Constitutional Equality in every country – we realize that the current events and conditions of this world is demanding that we reclaim the right to life, the right to the Earth’s resources as our own to support all Individuals in Equality.

“The Equal Life Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization that focus on Redefining Human Rights to Result in Rights that Produce, at an Individual Level and a Global Level, a Result that is Best for Every Individual in the World; instead of having Multiple Different Organizations trying to do something, acting like Charities, being Controlled by the People that Donate to them – this is One Organization that Handles All of it and it’s Not a Charity. That means: We are Not Dependent on Donations. It Functions like a Business and is thus Self-Funded to Make Sure that there is No External Corporations that has a Say in Policy, firstly and secondly, because the Human does Not Like Donating unless they ‘Feel Bad’ about something. What we are doing is Producing the Ultimate Good so, You do not Get Donations for the Ultimate Good – and therefore: Donations is virtually Non-Existent within the Equal Life Foundation, with Very Little coming in that format.
It is a Non-Profit Organization, because it’s Protecting the Income to Not Go to Any Individual, but to Remain Within the Organization so that it can Focus on its Core Intent, its Objective to bring about a Constitutional Human Rights Dispensation that is Best for Everyone on Earth.”

DAY 362: Human Rights and the Equal Life FoundationBernard Poolman  –

“The majority on Earth actually have the Legitimate Power to Bring about a Constitutional Change in the World in Every Country that will Protect Basic Human Rights in Every Way – that’s through Democracy. By Voting and Establishing Political Parties Based on Constitutional Equality, the Equality that is based on the Fact that All Life is Equal and therefore: there are certain Intrinsic Human Rights that Supports this Equal Life of All that Must be, by Virtue of Birth, as a Birth Right, which is a Human Right – be Available to Everyone.”

Day 363: Basic Human Rights and Crime (Part One) – Bernard Poolman

                                                  Rewards

                                                  • The Establishment of an International Organization that is not linked to specific countries in means of sustaining particular preferential powers is an absolute change from our current world order. We will either appeal to the United Nations to adopt the New Declaration of Human Rights created by and through the Equal Life Foundation  and any other organization that wants to join in advocating Equality as Life through the establishment of a new Economic and Political system that ensures the guarantee of each individual’s well being being by the necessary legal and financial mechanisms that we can all be participants of, to never again delegate our rights to a few but instead become active participants to sculpt the society that we all want to live in and leave to our children to come.

                                                  • We will cease to accept and allow the existence of the UN as only a control and coercion mechanism over countries as well as maintaining the allowance of wars to enrich the states that conform such organization. We as the people of the world will become one single  International Organization where no country is less than another, where no individual has veto power over others, and where we all will cooperate in funding the equal support required to uplift the lives of all individuals. No financial entities or corporate endowed NGO’s will exist, because everyone that in fact and genuinely support Equality as Life will join the Equal Life Foundation – and the proposal for an Equal Money System to ensure all our lives are guaranteed to be lived in the most optimum manner possible for all.

                                                  • This is the first time thus that the creation of a Declaration of Human Rights will be expressed by the people of the world –  not only a nation, not as a form of insurrection or in means of overthrowing the government/ the current people in power, but instead it will serve as a declaration to oblige all nations to agree to support all life equally and to dedicate the efforts and economic support to restore and/or equalize every single being’s live to the best living condition that is possible and sustainable in every country.

                                                  • The poor countries, the ‘forgotten ones’ will be the first ones to be supported and given all the necessary labor force and economic force to uplift their lives to a dignified position so that we can all finally realize that it is only when seeing every single person in this world living in the best possible manner that genuine happiness in this world can exist, genuine wellbeing and peace on Earth will reign – it won’t be a magical act of healing, we have to all actively support to establish  the necessary means and methods to create sustainable systems that can be operated by the people to also integrate people to be to create and maintain the new living systems where money will become the surety to our wellbeing and eventually realize that this is all about learning how to Live as Equals, Give as We would Like to Receive, Honor Each Other as the Life that we consist of and learn to live the word Love in fact which is establishing Life in Equality for all in this world and suffer nevermore.

                                                  Equal Money For All Equals
