387. The Love/Hate Relationship with Art

Here we go…

I require to open up – again – the relationship with art. I’ve noticed that I created some sort of past bad relationship experience with it, similar to the ones that I’ve had with people throughout my life wherein there were things unsaid, situations undirected and just cutting it up from one day to another without further communication. I realize I’ve done this with art creation and the general regret I’ve had in terms of the decision I took some 8 years ago to go to art school and actually drop out from my first choice which was linguistics and which would have probably been a lot more supportive for me to have as a degree than arts, and so there goes regret as well for the choices I made in the delusion of ‘I want to express myself ’ and limit that definition to only ‘arts’ and specifically visual arts. To begin with, a disclaimer here is to understand that I am walking/writing out my frame of mind and that whichever judgment I place here in relation to arts/artists/creative processes in art is what I’ve conjured up throughout time and self-reflection about my decisions in life and in no way does this imply an actual ‘bashing’ as all of these judgments, ideas, perceptions, conceptions will be self-forgiven.

The Illusion in this world is my responsibility

It’s been a bit over 10 years when I first begun painting and the experience within that was that of enjoyment when being able to pull out everything that I would usually write in creating these images/paintings that I then started defining as ‘who I am’ and within that, already beginning to define and limit my future according to wanting to be an artist, to be able to write or paint or play music or anything that had to do with what I assumed would enable me to express myself and at the same time, be able to instigate some sort of change in the world.

I’ve mostly walked throughout the years the ‘emotional’ aspect to art and my decisions to be an artist in order to not have to ‘be in the system’ and not have to face it, and not have to deal with a lot of people, being able to stand in the ‘background’ so to speak, like someone with ‘special needs’ or ‘special mind’ and ‘special interests’ hidden in a room behind some canvass or else, yet at the same time having the works themselves get to as many people as possible…. So that’s the type of idea of a nice, lavish lifestyle I was pursuing some 8 years ago, and I was quite on the ‘good track’ getting some initial points of recognition that also led me to see the ‘fame’ for what it was and really question myself if that is what I really wanted: to have some pictures in some room in another place in this world seen by other people and be glorified by how nice they are? Well, I decided it was not the way to do what I was already veering myself to do, which is wanting to ‘Change the world’ and thus using art as the way to change the world…. separation here, yes, in trying to use this one thing to ‘change the world’ without really realizing that nothing/no one can ‘change the world’ in itself, but ourselves.

 

So that’s where we begin.

The idea of Art as an instrument to “Change the World.”

The point is I tried to make My definition of Art fit with what would enable me to use it to demonstrate that it is possible to change the world. However I realized that no matter how many images I make, how many pictures I take, how many great ideas I would have I was entirely mostly having an imaginative outflow of how this could operate without ever really landing it into any serious/real project. I always kept everything at a low-fi level because right after the first year in Art school, I discovered Desteni and my interests veered dramatically – hence the ‘shutting down’ of any pursue to further my career to make a name of myself etc. However little did I know that as I’ve seen throughout time, many artists or creative people are the ones that have been able to conceive new ways of how to develop a society that is better for everyone. Somehow people related to art are at the head of certain movements like the proposition for a Basic Income by Enno Schmidt who is an artist. The example I’ve been able to see with a more ‘landed’ discourse on social change is Joseph Beuys that dared to propose an economic, political and social change through the realization that such change begins with self, using one’s thoughts and actions as the tools with which to sculpt ourselves and so becoming the change that we want to see in this world, by understanding the interdependent relationships we have toward one another and our necessity to establish a genuine economy that reflects the true inputs of the real capital – human work/intellect or applied intellect and the use of resources to provide a dignified living to everyone in a particular society/environment- which means everyone should be equally involved in this.

“Social Sculpture, a concept and medium the artist devised and later theorized in “I am Searching for Field Character” (1973), which articulates his belief in the creative capacity of every in-dividual to shape society through participation in cultural, political, and economic life. With his proclamation that “EVERY HUMAN BEING IS AN ART-IST,” poised to join others in the construction of “A SOCIAL ORGANISM AS A WORK OF ART,” Beuys reprised the fervor and axiomatic language of manifestos written by avant-garde artists in the early twentieth century. This promulgation expanded what art could be by acknowledging the viewer’s ability to co-create meaning alongside the artist and, consequently, placed the production of art and knowledge within the scope of the viewer just as much as that of the artist.” – Joseph Beuys – Organization for Direct Democracy by Referendum

 

He went on as far as creating direct democratic referendums as part of his work of art and forming part of a political party, as well as founding a school that was aimed at providing the necessary platform for people to continue the work of social sculpture – which unfortunately I haven’t seen any further fruition from it. He also went on with economists and discussed the concept and idea/symbol of money and with that book ‘What is Money?’ realizing that the idea of social, political and economic change is not an entirely dissociated idea from an artist’s field of work. He also even funded an educational institution which is part of his legacy to continue understanding the multidisciplinary processes that education should involve.

It is so that having the ability to question more, to question reality, to analyze it in its complexity from the ‘eye of an artist’ can lead us all to become better social scientists,   questioning things that have become automated in our reality: money, politics, education, social structures, words and their definitions, mass media and its power to brainwash everyone… then I found people like Guy Debord and Marshall McLuhan who completed the narrative in relation to the world system as the reflection of ourselves, of our ‘revolutions’ as failed attempts to change something that first should be changed at an individual level – and this all made sense, I am grateful for having read these individuals to confirm what I was at the same time walking with/as part of Desteni as well as Foucault on his first chapter in Madness and Civilization about the Ship of the Fools or Stultifera Navis wherein every person that would be defined as ‘crazy/ mad/ eccentric’ would be ousted from society along with every other individual that would simply not be willing to conform to the norm or be defined as mentally insane. I could relate to all of this, however it was all still too defined within the ‘artistic realm’ and so what I did is that upon realizing that ‘art’ for now is ‘just another sector of society’ and almost another cult/religion in itself, I tried to dissociate myself from such tag just because I had judged it as pretentious and ‘special,’ because that is how I came to judge myself or who/what I was going to ‘become’ as an individual if I hadn’t actually stopped myself from upgrading and accumulating all of this definitions onto the ‘artistic persona’ I was aiming at becoming.

I’m also glad that I’ve done that because then the whole ‘specialness’ and ‘uniqueness’ idea of myself that I had about me and that I believed that I should be ‘recognized for’ in the world has been mostly vanished. But after that, there’s  a ‘void’  left in terms of the relationship to art/creative expression as I mostly simply stopped it altogether and wanted to have– apparently – nothing to do with it, which involved me having finished also school in Arts where most of the time I was already knowing that I wasn’t going to become an ‘artist’ in the most traditional sense of the word. I learned about many points wherein artists have participated in ‘revolutionary movements’ but certainly it is no different to how any artist at the moment goes out and paints murals about Snowden, Manning and Assange to glorify them as heroes and shouts at the front of some parliamentary building demanding change… which is absolutely futile.

 

It was not enough

 

So the disillusionment with arts have to do with My Own expectations about it. How I thought that this was ‘the way’ to change the world and of course I didn’t follow through with ‘becoming an artist’ in the traditional sense which I then perceived as myself already ‘opting out’ of it all and seeing the sheer idea of dedicating myself to ‘create art’ as utterly selfish, without realizing how much I had desired ‘that’ to be my reality before. I’ve also been recently sharing about these points with people, explaining how I’m not proud of the decisions I made earlier on in my life and how I would not recommend anyone to study arts. I do however not say ‘don’t study arts’ but simply place my own expectations, my own experience, my decision to do something else and how such studies were a nice platform but not real tools to do what I am doing now. So when I find ‘artists’ defined as such, there’s an attempt to me to see if they also see the futility that I see in art as well – well this happened with one specific person in one specific moment.

A Spell to Ward off the Darkness is the title of a documentary/film that is mostly existential in nature and more like an ‘art film’ than documentary – even though I agree with Ben Russell, one of the directors, on how an objective documentary doesn’t really exist as there’s always a ‘frame’ that is defined by the one filming/directing, so from that perspective yes it’s not really ‘objective.’ However I did notice that this movie was entirely aimed at creating an emotional experience about it, with majestic landscapes, very little dialogue and loud black metal music at the end. I had the opportunity to ask a question to Ben after the screening and when I realized that my theory of how and why Black Metal emerged ( lol ) was nowhere near their intentions within this movie, and he veered off into something else I saw myself judging the individual as ‘typical artist’ that responds with quite a lot of rhetorical rubbish before getting to answer the question. It didn’t end up there, I wrote him back an email essentially asking him whether he considered art was meant to be a hammer with which to shape the world, to prove that we can change it. And then I got quite a bold and rather supportive reply from him which made me realize that I was being an ego myself trying to impose onto other artists/film makers My idea of what art should be, and how if their creations were merely ‘emotional’ then they were useless to what I’ve defined ‘the purpose’ of art.

I realize that after this brief exchange with him where I had certainly ‘demanded’ some answers from him about his intent on his film, he essentially told me that maybe this wasn’t a text/film for me, and that left it very clear how I was trying to make such film fit my standards of what art should be and be used for, instead of it being a creative process in itself.  I also see and realize that I’ve become a ‘victim’ of my own judgments, my own definitions and so I’ve generated a rigidity about what art was supposed to be, what art didn’t ‘fulfill’ within me and thus justify the reasons why I got to see art as entirely useless and self-centered activity. These are all judgments of course that should be seen for what they are, my own creation in order to become my own ‘word – redefiner’ – (see previous post on Rumsfeld) – in order to make of my decision to not further any artistic endeavors as the ‘right thing to do’ and so justify it with now ‘bashing’ artistic views that are not the same as ‘my own’ somehow so as to make my decision sound right and be righteous about my decision. This is not only the desire to be right about this, but also imposing the same mind-frames with which we have created religions and beliefs in the past, and we’re definitely here to stop such knowledge and information rigidity.

 

Also, the point here is not to go into the usual ‘extremes’ I would tend to go into when quitting/stopping/halting something wherein the entire love-hate relationship is generated. And this is quite the perfect example of how we create ‘hate’ – and even if in my case I wasn’t emotionally ‘hating’ art –  when our initial expectations about something/someone are not met and so, we become the epitome of ‘not wanting to know anything about’ that which we had previously set a high standard upon. This implies also the pattern of ‘blaming’ it, blaming apparently ‘art’ for not fulfilling or satisfying my initial intentions, without realizing that it was me that wanted to first make of art my ‘way out’ of ‘the system’ or a way to evade it, and when realizing I really can’t do that, then I simply believed that I had to ‘let go’ of it overall and completely -  without realizing that this is no different to just running away from a relationship that ‘didn’t work out’ without first taking the time to understand Why it didn’t work out or how and that means that through understanding the problem, we can also create solutions.

My overall attitude to this all, however, was within the mentality of not wanting to create anything but still be interested in looking art, admiring paintings or other artists and kind of playing the game of I like it but I shouldn’t like it – I mean, it is quite an unnecessary game that I create in my mind just because I had previously given too much value onto ‘art’ and what it ‘meant to me’ and how my entire life was supposed to be ‘intertwined’ around art, and how the moment I started dissociating myself from it it meant like a literal relationship breakup, when it should Not be like that at all. I mean if I had criticized this types of relationships between individuals, how hadn’t I seen that I’ve been living the exact same pattern with my relationship to ‘art’ and within that every other person that I related myself to from the art-vein of my life-experience? It doesn’t make sense as that implies I resist ‘it’/them which implies I hold a dear relationship of separation. So this is a till here no further.

 

I have to then point out the practicality of the decision here which I might have written out before but here it comes again so as to iron out any wrinkles on my side. It is no doubt that we all can create things, be expressive in any artistic endeavor and enjoy the process of creating it and sharing it with the world etc. – however at the moment in our world and reality, I do see it as rather impractical to be fully dedicated to the creation of art/plastic arts specifically when there’s so much to get done in this world in relation to education, to understanding who/what we are as human beings in our minds, how we direct in our lives, how we’ve created this world system and through understanding it all, be able to now establish and conduct solutions at an individual and collective level – and this is what I’ve decided to do. However I see that even if for me this is ‘clear’ there’s still a shadow of a doubt in relation to how people ask me ‘what am I doing’ and within this believing that I should be speaking about the many paintings or etchings or whatever I’ve created as a result of my work as ‘an artist’ in the formal/traditional sense of the word.  So I come upfront and explain how I’m not doing that and what I dedicate myself to, which sounds ‘interesting’ to most but I see that as long as I still hold on a judgment about this as me ‘having wasted my time in art school’ or ‘not developing myself as an artist’ then no matter who/what questions are asked, I’ll still experience that shadow of a doubt simply because I’ve judged it as a failed decision in my life.

 

The dictatorship of definitions

And this I might have shared before but it’s relevant to bring it up again as it’s been coming up many more times, as well as with what ‘I do’ with my life since I mostly work on the internet and there is currently no institutionalized career that defines what I do within this process at Desteni to be a point of support for myself and others in this world to walk this process which I do entirely see as vital and the most important thing to dedicate ourselves to in this world, which is a necessary step if we ever want everyone to genuinely enjoy an artistic lifestyle of creating/expressing in a world where hunger, wars, poverty, corruption, greed and a lousy economic system can be no more. All changes begin within self and so I have entirely decided to step aside from my artistic endeavors to dedicate myself to this process of Education, of being an example of this change myself, of supporting other people walking this process, of investigating economic and political solutions, of sharing/talking about these necessary changes at an individual and collective level, as that is how we can then all as human beings take self-responsibility for the world in shambles we have created – so that is what our artistry has been defined by, and I’m in no way proud of the world we’ve wrought here.

 

 

I have also said before how this process in itself is a self-creation process, hence I am my own work of art. However the ‘art’ definition here is obviously not the common one and that’s probably my inner dissonance which I am here to straighten up and redefine so that I stop separating myself from what I’ve defined as ‘artistic creation’ in the most traditional sense and what I ‘should’ be creating,  and rather integrate the principle of self-creation in whatever thought, word, deed as myself including the activities I’ve defined as merely ‘artistic’ such as ‘creative writing,’ shooting videos, painting pictures, taking pictures and lol even as I write this it is like oh shit that’s all just pointless drama-creations of me, who I was before. However that’s how I’ve limited them to be instead of seeing how visual art is quite a powerful way to provide/promote a message and a more digestible or ’friendly’ way to explain living principles through images, films to make them more palpable – whereas with just theory not everyone might be able to find it or understand it.

 

So, this is to see how it is about expanding myself to see the potential that exists in everything that is already here in this world. I would be my own worst enemy if I would define art or being an artist as something pointless or mere egotistic – it is nothing more and nothing less than a definition and judgment, instead of considering that as anything and every other job/profession in this world can be seen for what it is, for its potential, its redefinition to be self-supportive and to use it as a tool to provide ways to look at the world in a different manner and how to ‘eat it’ meaning how to live it, to understand it, to embrace it. That’s what I’ve also noticed is lacking within Art.

 

 

Art as a tool for change?

It’s relatively ‘easy’ to identify the patterns or the problems, and represent them – but driving the problem through to the solutions is mostly always missing. So that’s the kind of principles of self-creation that I’d like to contribute with in relation to art/art-theory if you want to call it that which is not limited to artists or people that study art, but to any human being that wants to become an instrument themselves, a tool with which to conduct and become the change that I realize is necessary in this world. I’ve identified the problems, so I’m working on the solutions and that is no physical ‘work of art’ but if I take on Sol Lewitt’s paragraphs of art in relation to making of the process itself, the structure, the plan of a work of art the ‘piece’ in itself or in other words “If the artist carries through his idea and makes it into visible form, then all the steps in the process are of importance. The idea itself, even if not made visual, is as much a work of art as any finished product. All intervening steps –scribbles, sketches, drawings, failed works, models, studies, thoughts, conversations– are of interest. Those that show the thought process of the artist are sometimes more interesting than the final product.”

 

…then my entire life is also then that: self-creation and supporting other people’s self-creative processes. Lol, am I theoretically justifying myself as an ‘artist’ here? Can be, but why not? I’ve read such blatant bullshit in art-theory that expanding art-theory to self-creation within principles of life in Equality, of Self-Responsibility, of Dignity, Integrity, producing solutions is quite the most meaningful thing we can do as human beings after centuries of emotional, material or conceptual glorification in art. Time for Life to be supported in everything that we do beginning at a thought level and that begins with ourselves, with becoming the master-pieces that I’ve seen and realized I sought to ‘create’ outside of myself or to use ‘art’ as some kind of alter-ego platform to glorify myself through the eyes of others. Self-honesty is required within art, understanding why one wants to create art and if the purpose, aim or objective and starting point of creation is actually aligned with a ‘higher purpose’ or goal which is then how I am seeing that art can be used to educate people, to wake people up, to provide new understandings and ways to understand, behave and co-exist  in the world – but that still has to be lived by and applied by each one of us first as first ‘test-runs’ in this process.

 

I realize there’s really ‘nothing’ that can ‘change you’ as that would then be the idea of this ‘magic red pill’ that you simply take it and understand everything about the Matrix and reality, the mind, who we are as our mind, the world-systems we’ve governed ourselves by, etc. So, in that sense what we can all do is become the example of what it is to walk such process, to provide and produce educational materials/writings/videos or whichever ‘tool’ we can use to support others in the inevitable process that is here as our process of realizing who we really are as life. Easily said, a whole other story to understand it as to what it in fact implies.

 

I’ll continue with walking Self-Forgiveness on specific points mentioned here, as well as the Self Corrective Statements to redirect my relationship formed with art/artistic creation and artists themselves so as to no longer limit myself and others through my own definitions of art or ‘what art should be’ and instead focus on my own process of self-creation and the endeavor I’ve taken on to be that point of support for others as well, a birthing-as-life supporter which is what I in fact really wanted to do since I can remember. I can use all tools available in this world for this purpose without limiting myself within it and that’s also the process of expansion here that is necessary for me to clarify and structure as well.

385. The Most Important Job in the World: Parenting

 

A Review & Commentary on the Documentary ‘The Naked Room’/El Cuarto Desnudo (México, 2013)

Throughout this process I’ve realized that the most important job that exists is that of being a parent. As I go understanding the fabric of our society, I can see directly how the lack of parenting skills or even the inability to know what these are or should be reflects back to our society, shaping each one of us into the individuals that at the same time, create the nature of the ‘world-system’ as is, because when we talk about ‘the world’ it’s not really the Earth, the living beings other than humans that are the problem – the whole and sole problem is who we have become as human beings and how we have shaped, modified and distorted reality through and by our mind as a consequence of lacking any efficient education and parental guidance while we are brought up in this world, which in turn affects every other part of our reality as well.

So in essence, we’ve lacked the skills to support ourselves as the units of our society to grow strong, healthy, stable and with clear directives in our lives and as a result, this society is the mirror of the lack and/or misguidance of parenting skills.

“The naked room” shows a whole world without leaving a single space: the examination room in a children’s hospital in Mexico City. Listening to the children, their parents and the doctors during consultations allows us to have a more profound and complex view of our social reality and of human nature.

 

I watched the documentary ‘The Naked Room/ El Cuarto Desnudo’ some weeks ago, here’s part of a synopsis I found about it:

The Naked Room exposes the complex and hard situations that are the consequence of something as simple as a kid wishing for a more loving brother. Also, the behavior of people with a mental disorder, a condition that always affects the loved ones (sometimes even physically). Ibáñez has not created a documentary to be enjoyed by everybody per se, I mean, we’re dealing with a brutal theme in a very direct way, with no pauses; it’s a constant display of human sadness and mental problems.

It can be easily described as a depressing film, after all it’s a natural view to the life of several persons, and some of their closest relatives, whose hopelessness has lead (some of them) to go as far as attempting to take their own lives. In a way, The Naked Room is here to explain the “why” behind suicide or self-harming, specifically when the problem happens to a kid or a teenager. What’s great about Ibáñez’s film is the fact that she is not trying to explain anything by interviewing doctors and relatives or using information from other sources. The doc is simply crafted: it’s entirely based on footage obtained from a series of meetings between psychiatrics and patients.

Ibáñez knew that showing those conversations was enough for a thought-provoking piece. All she had to do was place the camera at the right spot and then working inside the editing room. And the camerawork is really interesting and precise; firstly, it only follows the patients, hence some scenes are just fascinating: observing the facial expressions of the children while their respective relative is talking with the doctor brings a unique feeling, as the conversations deal with nothing childish, indeed.

For about half an hour we don’t see the same patient more than once, so The Naked Room engages you. The audience will want to know what’s behind, for instance, a problematic kid whose father has threatened to abandon him in the streets. There are many patients involved, so when each one of them appears again, you might be a bit confused, not remembering who is who; that could have been a flaw related to the structure, but the confusion is always temporal.

And, ultimately, the diversity only helps the documentary to be thematically richer. It can be seen as an exploration of teenagers, with such themes exposed as insecurity and social rejection, but that’s just one of its layers. The Naked Room is, simply, one of the strongest Mexican films of the year (my personal favorite from the Morelia documentary selection), even when it’s simply crafted, like I said, and very short (less than 70 minutes).”

The constant identification of parental patterns being transmitted onto children, the lack of creating supportive familial relationships and living environment, the lack of money to have proper nutrition, healthcare, education themselves, the fact that some parents didn’t want their children in the first place, the fact that they resort to hitting them for not complying to do what they asked them to do, the physical and verbal abuse between parents, the divorces and separations that affect a child’s ability to learn and interact with others properly, the lack of sexual orientation support, the threats used as a way to establish discipline that are depicted as part of the reasons why the kids in this documentary develop mental instability, can all be traced back to the parents and the unfortunate lack of skills, information and education on how to deal with their own lives, their marriage/relationships and in turn how to be a mother or a father.

In turn, parents have only learned to react to seeing the problem that their children develop as something born out of the blue, which is the position of becoming a victim to their children’s mental instability in the form of worry and preoccupation due to not knowing ‘what is going on with their children?’ without realizing that their role is inevitably implied within what their children are experiencing as well. However, can we talk about it solely being ‘their fault’?

Understanding Who We Are as The Mind

Parents were educated in turn by their own parents and consequently the same has happened to those parents as well, which means that the parent-child relationship is the essential relationship that has shaped (ruined) the way that we develop ourselves as human beings. You might react and say ‘not me’ and I could as well, but the fact is that even if one can consider oneself having ‘good parents’ or ‘supportive parents’ the moment that there’s no principle of support to understand the mind, the feelings, the emotions, the ‘who am I’ as the mind and assist with the integration of physical living words that we can live as a decision, a self-directive process that one directs oneself to express as a Living Principle, one is already missing out the most important aspects of our relationship to ourselves, others and in turn the ‘who we are’ and will become as we come of age in this world – instead, we’ve been brought up with mechanisms that use fear, control, violence, abuse, threats in order to establish some sense of discipline and direction, as well as happiness, rewards, ‘love’ and the illusion thereof as ways to create the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ definitions that we’ve limited ourselves by, going all the time attempting to be ‘happy’ and/or dreaming of reaching an eternal happiness without even understanding how that is also a mindjob essentially. We’ve only learned to ‘cope with reality’ by reacting to the environment, to another’s words, to take things personal, to seek revenge, to be spiteful and that is of course already a massive fault in parental skills.

Not to blame ‘them’ though…

The reality is that we’ve never ever had such skills, because we had not ever before understood who we are as the mind, how it is that we are separated from our physical body through and by the mind which is a Mind Consciousness System, a design, a programmed patterned system that generates thoughts, feelings, emotions and through this our behavior, personality, fears, reactions, beliefs, etc. that we have adopted and believed is ‘who we are.’ In this documentary we can see this reality as spectators of a glimpse of how far one can experience one’s emotions and feelings to the extent of wanting to die just because there is no proper medical support, assessment or understanding of what the mind is, what our emotions is, how the patterns that we’ve acquired from parents are imbued from the moment of conception, and at birth we are directly influenced by every single word that parents speak, every single move, every single experience that parents have within themselves while being with the child – and this I am almost certain only an excruciating minority of parents have taken into consideration.

 

it is so damn clear in this documentary how the fact that we have taken our minds personally and others’ reactions personally, while being unable to understand Why such patterns of aggression, violence, harm, hatred exist and are coming from ‘those’ that should have ‘cared’/‘educated us’ to be able to live in this world the best way possible, which is what creates the traumatic experiences within children  that evolve to become ‘mental illnesses’ because of our inability as parents to stand as living principles for them, to become all of us in society a living example of how to live, interact and direct oneself in this world. This has been our ‘missing link’ in the relationship between parents and children, but also in our society as a whole.

The First Seven Years of Your Life

At Desteni it’s been explained how the time-frame of development from ages 0-7 is crucial in our development because that’s where the ‘programming’ process of the mind takes place, activating all the pre-existent patterns coming from parents, integrating new ones from the child’s interaction with their immediate environment – which are most of the times, parents or any other ‘parental figure’ –

“The inheritance and transference of the survival skills from both your parents takes place when the entire mind consciousness system develops within you within the mother’s womb together with your physical development. The copying and duplication of the survival skills from both your parents takes place through your observations, interactions and participations with your parents’ as the parent/child relationship develops during your childhood years (from two to three years up to the age of thirteen years).”

This means that the direct effect of our words, thoughts, behavior and emotional or feeling participation is imprinted onto children from such early stage of their lives, with them being like a virgin cd that one is about to literally ‘burn’ with information that they will simply then replay, adjust and ‘upgrade’ throughout their entire lives.  That is the magnitude and importance of the responsibility we have toward every individual that is born into this world: the world we have for them at their arrival will become the program, the structure, the patterns they’ll accept as ‘how things are’ with the possibility of only changing them once that they’ve walked their own lives, their consequences and decide for themselves to change what they have learned up to that point, which is the process of Self-Honesty and Self Responsibility that we are walking here at Desteni.

 

So, while watching the documentary El Cuarto Desnudo I could understand for example what has been explained in the  Spite series of interviews at Eqafe in relation to Self-Harm. Some of the kids in the documentary attempting to commit suicide, cut/punch/harm  as a response to the disbelief they had of having their parents attacking them, insulting them, not giving them all the necessary attention, hitting them, abusing them in various ways as well as managing them with ‘fear’ which in result, in a helpless attitude of ‘I just don’t know what to do with her/him anymore, doctor!’ which to a young child it doesn’t make sense that your parent, your ‘guide’ is becoming your own worst enemy or an inept person to take proper care of you and as such, even if they say ‘they care for you’ or they ‘love you’ they are still not being supportive at all in the situation… doesn’t make sense isn’t it?

And no, it won’t make sense. And this is the point we’ve missed all along and that can actually support, assist parental relationships to entirely change because what hasn’t been understood is how the Mind operates, how the mechanisms of creation of energy as emotions, thoughts, feelings is what has become the directive principle, the sole ‘director’ of ourselves to the extent that we comply to such mind/thoughts/feelings/emotions absolutely ignoring our physical bodies, the living flesh that we are and that we should never ever harm in order to ‘relieve’ some sort of emotional or feeling experience which comes from a constant struggle and inner conflict to ‘cope’ with what’s going on up there in the mind, because the children look perfectly ‘healthy’ at a physical level, but in the mind they are certainly completely possessed and this is a clear testimony for us to see what the mind does to the physical body and why it is so important to take responsibility for our minds, our bodies and completely take both into consideration before continuing inflicting any harm or abuse upon oneself, only acting upon what we ‘feel’ or experience as thoughts, emotions in the mind.

In the documentary, almost every child would cut/harm themselves, and I’m talking about Children here -  which becomes a form of self-spite: anger toward oneself so that it becomes a way to spite the parents, which doesn’t make sense to spite oneself in an attempt to get another’s attention or ‘get back at’ someone when one is being ‘attacked’ by another, as that will then in turn become the attack and abuse onto oneself, the very same attack that one can be complaining about is coming from parents.  However because children are not taught how to deal with the emotions they have at a mind level, the only way to ‘cope’ with this inner turmoil which becomes self-hate is to resort to self-destruction. Do ‘they’ really want to do it? No, it’s who they are as the mind that want to harm themselves, just because the amount of energy continued to be thought of and used up by the individual is too extensive for the child to stop and get back to physical reality to understand how one is abusing one’s own body and in essence doing onto themselves what they were complaining that others were doing onto them at first – and this is how the ‘chain’ of self-abuse is continued.

Learning from the Parents

With friction and conflict stemming from their family/environment situation, children learn to ‘cope’ with the constant conflictive and problematic situations with their own emotions generated as a reaction to things they see in their environment, things they are unfortunately done onto, and not having any way to stand up or stop participating in these automated reactions in the mind. And these can obviously be of a wide variety of factors, such as lack of money/education that turns into a poor household where parents have to work to make a living for the entire day – being left with other family members that might turn abusive, that might not properly care after them – sometimes the parents/relatives resorting to alcohol/drugs to cope with stress, to mitigate hunger, to mitigate family abuse, being depressed, being in the verge of financial bankruptcy…. there’s also marriage disruption, physical and verbal abuse between parents, abuse from parents to child which turns into children then hitting the parents/spiting the parents, desperation from parents for not knowing what to do with them and so children see themselves as being ‘a problem’ a ‘drag’ to the parents to the extent that they reason it’s best to die/commit suicide than continue living – and this may come from parents expressing them that ‘they don’t know what to do with them any longer’ or how ‘they wished they had never been born’  which once again, to a child and even if you the reader  never got told this, placing ourselves in the shoes of children being told this, it is mostly obvious that there will be a reaction of feeling worthless, not desired, not loved, inferior and this remains as permanent rejection throughout their lives unless they encounter support while growing up to not take such words personally, but understand how they come from parental distress, desperation, not knowing ‘what to do’ with their own lives and in turn not knowing what to do with their children.

 

There might emerge a desire to blame parents for that – but blame once again would lead us to miss out the point here. Blaming, holding grudge, being constantly mad, angry, frustrated at parents or even hating them is only the outflow of not getting a supportive, comforting and adequate parental support for the parents themselves to begin with while they were in the position of being the children. And one would say, yes, it makes sense to be angry for not getting that – but, this is where I implore you to consider the ‘greater context’ which is how I assisted myself to – within and after the documentary ended – be able to clearly see where the surges of blame or anger toward parents were coming from and immediately understand how it is necessary to see the ‘greater context’ to take all points into consideration to understand such parental and children relationships throughout our entire history.

The key here is understanding a very, very important point: All can be Self-Forgiven and Must be Self-Forgiven in order to stop holding on to the grudges created from children to parents and vice-versa if we truly want to change the world.

No ‘parent’ knows How to be a Parent.

No person is born knowing How to be a parent, a self supportive and adequate one, how to become an example for your child to ‘look up to’ because No Human Being has EVER been such Living Example for oneself or for others – yet. Sure there have been great personalities in the world that were ‘great men and women,’ but even that one can notice that people in politics or social change in the world such as Mandela for example, when his daughters were interviewed they were proud of him for the principles he stood for, but as a parent they had no further comment other than really not knowing ‘him’ as such, because he had not really been around with them….. point to ponder.

So, the problem is in fact not that we haven’t learned ‘how to be a parent’ but how to be a Living Human Being. We have only been mind-robots driven by thoughts, feelings, emotions, not knowing ‘how’ to cope with them, how to direct them because we entirely accepted ‘who we are’ as our mind and so, what happens is that the moment that we Identify ourselves with the mind as ‘Who we are’ entirely without any possibility of change, that’s where we dissociate ourselves from our ability to be self-directive which means, realizing that everything that we’ve become is the byproduct of generation after generation of human beings that have not known how to direct/deal with one’s thoughts, feelings and emotions – in essence with one’s mind – but only learned from certain religious and moral dogmas and ‘authorities’ that became only ways to control people through fear, or control through the illusion of ‘love’ which is another point I have had previously discussed.

 

 

What does being a Living Human Being mean?

The self that we all have and can become the moment that we start living and applying the realization that one has to honor, support, care, develop and nurture oneself to become an example of what it is to act, do and speak what is best for oneself and everyone else as equals. Becoming the Living Word, the Living Example for oneself and others to follow as the norm, the way, the law of our being in which we can trust ourselves and each other to realize that no matter what: I honor, consider, support and care for myself , I stand as my own support and as such, stand as support for and toward everything/everyone else as myself, as life, as equals. This is the standard, this is how we can genuinely ‘change the world.’

So because we have failed to live this way with and for ourselves, the consequence is and has been that all our relationships have failed to be fruitful and bloom into a world that we can all be genuinely ‘happy’ to live in. With understanding this premise of the ‘legacy’ we have in terms of the ‘human nature’ as the mind, the generation after generation passing of ‘the sins of the fathers’ it then becomes much easier to understand why a human being that has taken the role of being a parent has failed to become a living example for his/her children, because the consideration of being a Living Human Being has never existed – yet we do have all the potential of each one of us becoming such living example of being the human beings that we all know we can be and become – and this is where our responsibility resides: to ensure that we can be the example of how the so-called ‘human nature’ is able to be self-forgiven, stopped, self corrected and changed.

 

This understanding that I just shared here in written words is what I used to then see, realize and understand and self forgive the surges of any emotions that could have been accumulated while watching the documentary, and through this understanding rather seeing this documentary not only as presentation of the problems we have within children at a mental level – instead, it also becomes a  motivation to see once again for myself that there is just SO much that is required to get done in relation to education in this world, so much to be understood about the mind, who we are as the mind and how we can in fact support each other to assist those children to change and solve their experiences… but most importantly the Parents of those and any other children to prevent ‘The Naked Rooms’ around the world where children attempt to get support from psychiatrists, while not even being aware of the root and cause of the problem: ourselves as individuals, as human beings that have never lived to the best of our potential – but have only ‘coped’ with reality through and as a mind system that generates constant friction and conflict as the experience of ‘living.’ And to grasp this there’s quite a lot of understanding and information to self-educate oneself about this, which I will provide at the end of this blog.

 

 

Self Forgiving the Sins of the Parents 

Once one understands how ‘who we are’ is the reflection of what we’ve always been since the beginning of ourselves as humanity, we can truly see that there is no other way out of our hatred, our anger, our despair, our grudges, our laments, our grief toward parents, children, relatives or authority figures other than applying the principle of Self Forgiveness. Without Self-Forgiveness it would be very difficult to come to a resolution about any form of abuse that one has experienced through one’s life, whether from parents or anyone else. So I suggest to dissolve the word tag of ‘parent’ for a moment and just see ourselves as human beings, not being born knowing ‘how to live’ and ‘how to be self-directive in our mind’  and begin applying Self-Forgiveness for allowing ourselves to be driven by thoughts, emotions, feelings, reactions wherein as a child, one has no further idea as to what is being experienced within self – all the fear, the worry, the stress, the anger, the rage,the hate that is formed at home toward parents, siblings, teachers, schoolmates, all of it existing within self without proper direction other than medicines and ‘cures’ that don’t take into consideration the source and core of the problem: the who we are and have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become as the mind.

 

I’ve noticed that one of the most difficult things to do for children/people that have been abused by others – whether they are parents, siblings, relatives, schoolmates, etc. – is the ability to self-forgive, to absolutely take into consideration and understand why the other individual abuses, take into consideration their entire life, their entire upbringing, their social and economic background, their habits/addictions, their ‘modus vivendi’ and experiences and how they too also didn’t know at the same time HOW to deal with their own minds, and how it is the same for all of us – not a single one left without a mark – of passing this unresolved understanding of who we are as human beings from generation after generation up to the point where our ‘fuckups’ are escalating to the extent that one can only look at 3 year olds – or even earlier than that now –to already see the patterns they mirror of the parents and the generations that have gone before us.

One could say: well how come they learn to manipulate, to spite, to be envious and selfish, to be depressive, to be sensitive, to be angry, to hit others to get what they want, to treat others as superior or inferior, to like and dislike, to be a stubborn… and yes, a child is the entire reflection of the parents and of humanity in its entirety for that matter that only develops the rest of the pre-installed programming through the interactions with parents and the environment. And because it is only now that we are understanding these mechanisms that exist within the mind in the physical and the vital importance that this mind and physical relationship has in our upbringing, it means that we still have a lot to do in this world in order to make each one of us aware of this process, how to direct it, how to support ourselves so that we can start establishing solutions and a new educational process where we can change the world by changing humanity, which means: changing the way that we educate ourselves as human beings, which implies at the same time that the relationship between parents and children is the one we have to focus on, as it will be the guideline and blueprint for all other relationships developed by the child throughout their/our entire lives.

 

This also thus ties in with the previous blog entry wherein I explained to the people that first didn’t want to hear how it is about time that we STOP the patterns that we’ve continued from generation after generation in relation to the abuse of ‘educating children’ by hitting them, or teaching them to ‘fight/attack back’ upon abuse or become spiteful and vengeful… all of this MUST GO and Must be stopped by ourselves as the parents, the family members, the teachers, the siblings, the people around kids to become the examples of the way we can Always direct ourselves in a way that is best for everyone: self supportive, considerate, being able to communicate effectively, being the living words of the principles we want our children to embody as well and as such, children will learn by default  – from their very first interactions in a world where we all act and live by principle of what is best for all and as such, by default, learn how to live by principles too.

It is only an excuse and negligence to say that the human can’t change, that we can only resort to psychologists or psychiatrists – this is unacceptable. What we require is to apply a New understanding and vision of who we are as human beings in order to support every single being that comes into this world to adopt the new living ways that we can begin living within ourselves individually and in the ‘without’ as the way the world system operates. It doesn’t make sense anymore to continue allowing our children to grow up in front of the TV and computer screens or taken care by ‘third parties,’ and the reason why this is so is because everyone has to ‘get a job to live’ and there’s no support given to parents to get time to educate their children. This should make it clear how it is all of us that are ‘shooting our leg’ by not providing to each other the right to life, so it’s about time we understand that the new way of Living is to Support Ourselves and Support All Life Equally to become our fullest potential.

384. Word Wars: Agreeing to Disagree

 

Today I’ve got to understand another reason why we have failed as humanity to  establish supportive communication and relationships because, within us completely embodying our mind, we’ve become our own military to defend our beliefs, thoughts, perspectives and when we get into a situation wherein we conclude that ‘we can’t agree’ with others, there’s usually the right(eous) off the bat expression of ‘well, we then have to agree to disagree’ which is a rather pusillanimous way of ‘ending a conversation’ where conflict is avoided or where one has gone ‘too far’ within emotionally reacting to a disagreement in a conversation with one or more people, and that’s where we then stop the conversation, ending up with a ‘bad taste’ which is usually remaining in an emotional reaction about the argument and seeing others as ‘being wrong’ or even sometimes taking another’s words as deliberate attacks or blaming them for the kind of statements that they’ve expressed, that leads us to further judge them and see others as ‘the problem’ only.

 

In my case, I’ve noticed a tendency that exists when I communicate with others and If I see that this person or people directly oppose what I speak of as what I’ve realized is common sense, or best for all, I start judging them for ‘opposing what to me is common sense.’

For example, a situation I was in wherein I was discussing with other individuals a child being bitten by another child and how that situation can be directed. These individuals pointed out that they had taught the child to close the fist and hit/attack back as a point of self-defense. So in essence is teaching kids how to ‘hit back’ when they are hit or bullied, as if that was the solution to the problem, which I then got to understand it was actually a pattern themselves had gone through in their lives and so had taught their own children to do the same, wherein the mentality is: well my son/daughter is all that matters, doesn’t matter if the other kid (the attacker) is hurt.

I then begun explaining why this idea of hitting back and continuing the violence between children and children-parent relationships is never the solution as the cause and core of the problem is not being understood or addressed. So, these individuals were rather shocked I was saying that, completely denying and refuting what I was saying, coming up with arguments such as ‘we are bred through violence, violence is everywhere so how can you expect the world to change?’ ‘How can the child allow him/herself to be hit and not respond back? It’s only Natural to fight back! Look at history!’ as well as the ultimate ‘we won’t ever change’ and so, Marlen’s red flags went on and I noticed a bit exaltation coming through as I spoke the words on how this kind of thinking patterns and beliefs are precisely what has perpetuated our violent behavior, our spite, our retaliation, our lack of skills to communicate and instead only learn to ‘defend ourselves’ which is an euphemism to say ‘fight back’ because that’s all we believe we are capable of – and because of the rather close relationship with these individuals, I left it to the point where I ensure I made it clear why I do NOT support violence and physical abuse/hitting/spanking or even ‘biting back’ between kids when one of them is first attacked. And the situation overall in the reunion changed so we didn’t give continuation to the discussion which also included why because violence is everywhere, even in videogames and children play them, then violence won’t ever go away.

 

Now, there are Multiple points to this and I will be walking them through because it’s not only my reaction to seeing how other human beings can still think that violence is the solution – disregarding the evidence in this world where no problems are solved through violence and only further separation or personal gain ensues – but also how I tend to not take other people’s process/mind into consideration. And so this will lead me to disclose how to live the word Flexibility as it’s been something I see I haven’t lived, wherein I become quite rigid and militant-like with what I see is common sense, what I’ve walked through and come to a conclusion is best for all. See, even if it is best for all to stop the patterns and cycles of abuse of enabling physical abuse as a way to ‘teach lessons’ or ‘get back at another,’ the fact that I make it a problem in my mind because ‘people are not agreeing with me’ has to do with myself and how I still believe that ‘It’s impossible people can think such barbarian behavior is a solution!’ and within this, I sweep aside my own reaction, turning it into a ‘righteous act’ wherein I justify my behavior because ‘they are wrong!’ without taking in consideration at all how other people have lived decades on within a particular mindset that they have carried out and even “educated” their own children with, involving the retaliation and vengeance thinking and behavioral patterns of ‘If I’m attacked, I attack back,’ without ever looking at the origin of the problem and further solutions, because in the mind: we’ve never actually learned how to establish solutions.

 

Another example is how some people believe that ‘spanking children to behave is ok’ – and me reacting to once again the ‘barbaric belief!’ without  placing myself in the shoes of others and realizing that  it’s all people have ever learned when it comes to disciplining children, it’s all that has been done onto them and as such me pretending to change their mind in a 5 minute explanation  is no different to me coming to a hardcore religious person letting him/her know that god doesn’t exist and to stop believing in it.

 

So we’ve lived our history within the ‘Might Makes Right’ statement and we’ve  become such belief to the extent that we see no other way out but exerting and imposing power, applying vengeance because we have become our minds, our patterns, our history, the sins of the fathers that were also people that were not able to ‘think outside the box’ into solutions but only use the brute force to establish solutions – so, how can I ‘blame’ a few individuals for simply mirroring our entire history back in that moment where violence is seen as the only way out?

 

Is it then a solution to want to change a person’s entire mind, context, personal experience, genetics, history in 5 minutes in order to convince them why violence is not the way? Or is this something that requires to be walked point by point in order to come to the realization that it’s about time that we stop believing ‘we can’t change’ and instead share my own process of how one Can in fact change and walk them through how this is able to be done, while being flexible, patient and in full consideration of their minds, their process and context? Well, of course the latter is the way to follow through with this. So here I walk the process to recognize the problem and get to the solutions.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get angry when certain individuals contradicted myself when it comes to the principles I stand for of not participating back with violent behavior or promoting abuse in children as self-defense, wherein I reacted with the judgment of ‘I cannot believe that they are saying this, how stupid can they be?’ in my mind, without realizing that in this, I was actually already expecting them to be able to agree with me, with the principle and common sense I communicated to them and that I stand for – without taking into consideration that at the moment none of these principles are being lived in this world – and as such, I have not taken them into consideration, understanding them as the starting point of their perspective, their entire process, their life, their mind, their personal experiences, their own education as children, as parents that they also are and as such being able to see their statements  as nothing else but their mind speaking, the who they are and who we all have become as our mind – therefore

 

I realize that I took their mind, their statements, their beliefs personal because I believed in the first place that ‘they would see things differently’ without realizing that it’s actually rare that people get acquainted with any form of principles, values, common sense and considerations that are taking others into the equation as what is best for all, because as humanity we’ve always only lived through the principle of ‘what’s best for me, how can I protect me and fuck the rest’ and as such, I now see, realize and understand that their statements came from that survival mode that is actually quite prominent in our minds as humanity, and as such it is for me to rather realize that me reacting to their words is furthering the problem instead of being a stable observer that can look beyond the veil of emotions and rather see how such conversation was me facing ‘the system’ as it exist, and how vehemently the ‘who we have become as the mind’ protect and defend one’s point of view which is why I got into a reaction instead of absolutely stopping myself and immediately bringing through the consideration, the flexibility when it comes to taking others’ processes and minds into consideration and into the equation of the situation.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to later on complain about the statements these individuals had made when commenting about this with other individuals, without realizing that in such act I was continuing to blame them, to judge them as ‘ignorant’ for the kind of statements they were defending and the type of attitudes they want to still promote with other human beings –  In this I see that through only judging and getting angry at what others speak of, attack, or the beliefs that any individual can be supporting, I am not entirely seeing the opportunity that exists in order for me to first of all not take it personally and secondly, see why the reaction to this comes as the anger that I created myself upon layered judgment wherein I’ve seen ‘others’ as the problem for us to be able to change, blaming ‘humanity’ instead of taking the point back to myself. So, I see that this is an actual layer of the system that we’ve become and instead of ‘not wanting to talk more with them,’ and getting exalted about it, I can take the opportunity to slow down and direct the situation in a mutually beneficial manner, or course without wanting to convince them otherwise and now having them ‘agree with me,’ but simply being able to communicate what I see, my perspectives and so have a normal conversation of the pros and the cons wherein I don’t immediately try and impose what I see is common sense.

 

When and as I see myself getting angry, upset,  feeling certain pressure in my head/chest region as I hear another speaking words that go entirely against the principles I stand for as the end to all forms of violence – I stop and I breathe – I realize that by reacting and wanting to ‘stop talking to them’ and leave the scene, I’m only shutting down yet another opportunity for me to first of all not take it personally, not go into reaction and then be able to immediately take into consideration their mind, their process, their upbringing, the amount of time they’ve lived with such mentality and as such, be able to integrate within me a more gentle way to live flexibility and humbleness as the ability to be open and considerate of another’s mind and process, and be able to hear/listen to what others have to say, make questions to understand their beliefs further and as such, while breathing and ensuring I am and remain stable, rather share from my personal perspective and practical realizations why I don’t agree, why I don’t support any form of violence and most importantly why I see this as actually detrimental to children’s education. Then I can proceed to share how I’ve proven to myself that it IS possible to change as a human being, to establish new principles that can prevent ourselves going further down the downward spiral when it comes to lacking education, principles, values that are virtually non existent in our society nowadays.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take people’s words personally when I perceive they are directly denying, attacking or simply ignoring the principles I am speaking about, what I am communicating of, and more so when they speak over my own words  as I see that I’ve defined this as ‘attack’ without realizing that I have to take into consideration their particular ways of expression which I already know are also quite frank, direct, without ‘holding back’ which is why when I also embodied such directness along with the reaction of getting angry about what they were saying, I tensed up because we were speaking over our words, without realizing that obviously this won’t ever lead to actual communication, but only a desire to defend our views and perspectives on the subject, which is how we as human beings usually end up in fights or in the covertly ‘tolerant’ saying of ‘We agree to disagree’ which I have valued as the easiest way to avoid confrontation and remaining at a certain ‘peace’ that comes as the result of a temporary ‘war of minds.’

 

I realize that there’s no point for me to mirror another’s experience and expression in an exalted manner when they are conveying points that I can directly understand deny or oppose what I’m saying, and within this not taking it personally as in ‘they are deliberately attacking me’ because it’s actually their mind, their process, their beliefs that is up to them to further investigate their expressions and reactions. Otherwise by giving into the reactions, I become exactly what I am judging: the one that perpetuates the war of words and the war of minds leading nowhere.

 

I realize that my stance and staring point within all of this is to remain stable – and simply speak/convey about the principles I stand for, how I apply myself and the reasons why I do this and how I see it is an excuse to believe that ‘we can’t change’ as human beings, because this has been the easiest way out of actually placing the effort and discipline that we all require as human beings in order to be able to change mind patterns, behaviors, belief systems, roles, etc. that we’ve nurtured and acquired ‘by default’ from birth, without a question throughout our entire history on whether this ‘mind’ could ever be stopped, changed or corrected to benefit us all in our lives – and yes, we can.

 

I realize that it will take quite a long time for an individual to even come to the realization that for example, there are other ways to prevent violence or attacks between children beginning with the education that parents, society and the media can provide in order to begin phasing out this idea that we can only resort to violence, physical abuse and attacking back when one is attacked, without first understanding the origin and starting point of the attack, which is not an ‘out of the blue’ situation, but has a context that can be investigated and further taken into consideration for solutions, to then expose how we’ve come to believe violence to be ‘the way out’ because we have never worked with the principle of prevention, preventing the problems in the first place instead of furthering complicated ways to ‘deal with the problem.’

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever take it personal that people might not agree with what I’m saying – because I believe I stand for what’s best for all and within this, I have created the equation that ‘if you oppose what I say, then you stand for what is not best for everyone and as such: you are part of the problem,’ without realizing that in shifting responsibility to others as ‘the problem,’ I have not allowed myself to see why I have taken it personal, instead of considering each individual’s mind, process, context, life experiences that will still have to be walked by each one of us, individually, in order to align ourselves to principles where no longer our mind, our ego, our lives can override the principles we can stand for and live by as human beings.

 

When and as I see myself taking another’s words personal as ‘attacks,’ as ‘opposition,’ as ‘competition,’ as ‘deliberate defamation’ toward myself and the principles I stand with and as, I stop myself within that surge of anger that can be rising up from the solar plexus, I stabilize myself within breathe until I see that I am motion-less inside, stable and then apply the living word flexibility, wherein I take such individual/s mind, process, life experience, age, context, culture, upbringing, and every other aspect that I realize I require to also see as the origin and starting point of another’s words as those words come from the mind, from such programming, environment, culture, life experience and in essence the ‘nature’ of humanity that we’ve perpetuated throughout our entire history – and as such also prevent myself from always wanting people to end up agreeing with me, as this is something I cannot control nor is my duty to do either. I can only share myself as an example of the principles I share and live by.

 

I commit myself to live the word flexibility when being discussing certain points wherein I see that there’s no general ‘agreement’ of others toward what I say, to not take it personally and instead rather integrate the understanding of where those words, beliefs, perspectives are coming from as ‘who we have become as the mind’ as ‘the system’ and not just see ‘the person/the people’ that are speaking such statements as the ones to blame or be angry at, as emotions divert us from seeing the point within its full context, and  instead

I commit myself to also see, realize and understand how we as human beings have become the embodiment of the mind, the system, the preprogramming that has been consequential and detrimental to each one of us that have blindly accepted the mind as ‘who we are’ without seeing the obvious consequences of us still fighting wars and ‘agreeing to disagree’ because we haven’t been able to physically be here and look at things directly to consider what is best for all, but we’ve instead sold our own freedom to become egos in our minds where we ‘fight each other back’ and that simply doesn’t make sense, so I commit myself to stop judging others’ perspectives, thoughts and beliefs and rather take the context into consideration and rather learn from the situation than victimizing myself about it.

 

I commit myself to instead of getting angry or blaming another for ‘the kind of thoughts, beliefs’ they have, to instead remain humble as in considerate about another’s life process and mind, and simply state what I stand for and how I am available to discuss this further if they are interested in getting to know more about how I got to these conclusions, perspectives and principles that they are initially opposing – as we all know that’s a trait of the mind to defend itself at all cost– so instead, I practice ways to not be defensive, but remain open, tranquil in my communication toward others so that I don’t become part of the war-mentality or the aggression principle in order to ‘defend my point of view at all cost’ as that recreates the divide and conquer war mentality.

 

I commit myself to breathe through any immediate surge of energy that might be emerging as I see, hear or read someone contradicting the principles I stand for, and instead remain as breath to continue reading, investigating or asking questions as to gather further context to their mind, their beliefs and perspectives – I realize that we can use this further to get to know about our patterns, our old-age behavior, our embedded traits and beliefs systems so that we can pattern-them out, map them out and further support us by developing material or sharing perspectives as to how one can support oneself to stop living within such patterns after having a particular education, environment, culture, life experience, even points of abuse that are so common  and why it is most beneficial for everyone to stop participation in such patterns and rather decide to change to integrate living principles that are beneficial for everyone equally – this once again, as a voluntary process where we agree to discuss and walk through solutions.

If another is not open for solutions then I let it go. If I am not open to another’s perspective I have to investigate what am I holding onto and where am I not being flexible to consider other’s perspectives and input too.

 

I commit myself to be the point that stops furthering the ‘taking it personal’ pattern we’ve lived as humanity, and instead live and become the example of what it is to be able to observe the patterns that come through us in and as the mind in order to understand us better as the mind and as such, be able to walk the solutions and further ways in which we can begin changing the way that we hear and comprehend each other’s words and can use our relationships as points of support to learn more about ourselves, our minds and see the practical ways in which we can change the existing patterns of ‘fighting for our right to ‘be right’’ to rather learn how to establish common sense which is simply practicing how to consider what’s best for all in every thought, word and deed we express as who we are.

 

I commit myself to take self-responsibility for the words and actions I express toward others, regardless of what they might say or express as this will ensure that I remain stable and stick to principles instead of giving into the mind and losing the opportunity to rather learn from the situation and the patterns developing in the moment for further investigation. 

 

I commit myself to assist and support myself to be available and willing to assist and support those that want to know more about the principles, the perspectives of how we can change our patterns as humanity, how one can walk the process of implementing such changes at an individual level and as such be a point of support for others the same way that others have been for myself and that have enabled me to see, realize and understand this pattern in our lives as human beings, to walk from ‘fighting’ and ‘opposing’ each other to turning the point into a self-supportive aspect that we would not have been able to see if it hadn’t been opened up through communicating and sharing perspectives, so that’s another point to consider when it comes to realizing the need to share and open up topics that are usually not openly talked about, due to this inherent ‘respect’ for each other’s beliefs, which makes no sense because in the end we are all affected by each other’s beliefs and actions, so it’s best to rather see how we can establish a common ground to prevent further separation and problems and instead focus on establishing solutions within and outside of ourselves.

How many times have we criticized a politician or a person in any place of authority for not ‘sticking to their word’ and breaking whichever promise or commitment they said they would live out and apply under their rule as the representation of the people? Many times, in fact it has become the way to present the idea that we are ‘wise enough’ to understand that ‘we are being duped’ and how this is all ‘being done unto us’ without realizing that in this victimized state one establishes the immediate denial of self-responsibility and inverts it into a point of blame as if they had some godly powers to solve this reality’s problems, which are in fact created individually by each one of us.

 

See how we have conferred and justified this gigantic responsibility of solving the world’s problems to a few individuals that we believe that we are doing a favor to by voting for them to take a position of god/authority over everything and everyone in a particular nation or institution. Within this, we believe that anything that they do wrong is then a point of abuse and we have the right to despise and ask them to ‘pay for their crimes against humanity.’ essentially going from the initial ‘love’ as expectations of change, progress and honesty to ‘hate’ as the disillusion and disappointment that emerges when something or someone doesn’t meet our expectations – but:

Why and How are we expecting, waiting, wanting others to do the work that we all should do as a matter of self-integrity and responsibility?

 

Unless we understand this, we will continue ‘fighting the powers that be’ and believing that ‘a change of powers’ is what’s required in this world, instead of realizing that the way to dissolve any form of abuse is to dissolve the illusion of such power and its structural legitimized form through only voting in ‘democratic elections’ to choose our leaders, without even questioning why such positions in society exist.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever criticize, denigrate, point fingers at and call the people that are in positions of ‘power’ out as in governments or corporations, heads of institutions for not ‘sticking to their word’ and their oath to contribute to everyone’s well being, without realizing that the sheer contract they are signing up for as a ‘position of power’ is already in itself an imposition of a position that creates abuse – because for some to be ‘on top’ some must be ‘below’ – and as such a public consent and permission to rule over others, which is in itself a violation of the law of life in equality since there can be no ‘higher ranks’ in the physicality that we all exist as in reality, there is no ‘hierarchy’ within who we are as human beings of flesh and bones and as such, all of the formation of the hierarchical structures exists only within who we are and have become in and as the mind

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to point fingers at, criticize, blame, denigrate or call names to the people in ‘power’ that didn’t stick to their promises through for example a political campaign and in fact end up doing the exact opposite of what they had promised, not realizing that the position of power in itself is deception and a point of abuse with public consent, and how once the contract is signed, the position of allowing one individual to have the ultimate say upon millions of lives while being a collectively accepted delusion that we have only learned how to complain about, instead of realizing that for genuine change in this world, we have to stop ceasing to exist within the belief that we can only progress as humanity if we have a good president/ good people in authority and within that, confiding our self responsibility to one/a few individuals

I realize that the solutions to the problems we face are the outflows of what we have done and/or neglected to do at an individual level.

I realize there is no way in which one or a few individuals can solve the inherent problems within the system that is not only existing as the ‘power structure’ and ‘hierarchical orders’ we have accepted and allowed to exist as ruling powers in our societies, but it is existent within each one of us, individually the moment that we believe that our lives are in the hands of those in governments/positions of power, no different to how we had believed in a god to be taken care of each one of us and delegating all responsibility to a ‘higher power/higher being’ to solve the problems that we individually create and consequent every single day of our lives.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I have criticized presidents and people in power for ‘not sticking to their promises’ of what they said they would do and in the end didn’t do, without realizing that I have done exactly the same when saying that I will do/say/act on/change something and eventually don’t do it, wherein my situation is then no different to any other ‘person in power’ that one has placed any form of trust and expectancy upon to ‘do the work for us’ as if it was Their responsibility to take care of our own personal lives, which has never been in fact so because it Shouldn’t be that way to begin with.

I realize that the only way that we will be able to properly function as society is when the idea of something or someone having ‘more power’ than the rest ceases to exist, because then we will no longer be able to point fingers at/ blame/ justify our own abdication of responsibility, but will have to actually take care of our own lives, ourselves as it always should have been.

 

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to realize that the existence of ‘power’ defined through a hierarchical structure in society is the acceptance of abuse in a legitimate way, because not even through so-called democratic processes can we confer all our responsibility to one single individual we directly vote on, and as such the real meaning of democracy is not understood yet - 

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define and think of Democracy as yet another electoral process only implying ‘one man, one vote’ to get one individual in a position of power as in government/ directive positions of authority, without realizing that Democracy as the actual Power of The People is in fact the individual ability to respond and take care of our own lives in the consideration of what is best for all, wherein ‘power’ only means the ability to move, to direct, to  operate and function as a living organism that we are as society, wherein each one of us becomes one single cell that is equally important and equally relevant within the functioning of the whole as the social organism we are.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself for having ever accepted the idea of any individual being ‘superior’ or ‘inferior’ to myself according to the hierarchical structure that exists at an unconscious level in each one of us, wherein the foundation of our current social, economic and political systems resides, where we haven’t yet realized how these structures exist only for the sake of keeping control through fear,  and allowing ourselves to be directed with the excuse of ‘knowing better’ on how to direct entire populations through politics, economics, education, media – just because we have accepted and allowed ourselves to abdicate our responsibility to our own lives and along with this, be misinformed, uneducated and believe ourselves to be powerless to know how the system operates, to learn the necessary practical knowledge to implement an equally-empowered structural organization in society, because we simply accepted the fact that there were only a few individuals that were meant to be educated in specialized elite schools to become our leaders, and the rest to become followers and as such, having little to no access to the information and support to develop the ability of self-leadership and self-governance.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever take a person in power’s position as real and personal, meaning making of the individual an actual evil, bad, mean, greedy, psychopathic person, without realizing that every time that I also do not act according to what I say I would do and live by, every time that I am moved by self interest to satisfy an experience in the mind instead of doing that which supports me as what is best for all, whenever I expect others to take responsibility for what I see is my responsibility to take care of it, I am living out the exact same patterns that any person in any position of power stands in, because we are all human beings and all that is different is the context in which they exist – yet myself at an individual level contributes and represents that one point that makes the nature of this entire system as self-abuse, which is thus reflecting back to ourselves who we really are in our own minds and personal lives.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that some other individuals have to be specialized in understanding how ‘the system operates’ and that I had nothing to do with it, but that one pays them through taxes to ‘do the work’ that we are and have been unable to conduct ourselves, within this using the saying of ‘give as you would like to receive’ in self interest to abdicate self responsibility, giving money  in taxes, giving our ‘vote’ as preference for one or few individuals to do the work that we haven’t realized must be our own individual point of self-responsibility to conduct ourselves by in our lives.

I realize that the equation we have done with money is of the absolute legitimization of corruption and abuse within the existence of money itself, which makes the act of ‘corruption’ just a redundancy that is tacitly implied in the existence of our monetary systems, our value systems and world-system in itself wherein hierarchy as power is no different to the power that we currently have given to money: it only exists as the collective agreement to abuse and have power over reality with no direct reference to physical reality.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the power of people in ruling and leading classes within our social hierarchical structures was legitimate because of being voted by the people, without realizing that this power is no different to the consent we believe we have given to the creation of money as debt, in essence as a pyramid scheme represented as our hierarchical structure wherein we have always bowed down to those that ‘have more/ are in positions of power’ and within that establishing the acceptance of inferiority and self victimization.

I realize that we have become subject to and trapped in our own beliefs of inferiority and ‘power-lessness’ without seeing and realizing that such power we ‘gave away’ is not real in fact since there is no physical power transferred but in the form of money – currently being a collective acceptance of abuse over life – and in the form of not doing and not taking care of everything that will be ‘taken care of’ by those that we vote for to be doing what we have abdicated ourselves to do.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to justify the ‘ills’ and ‘problems’ in society through saying that ‘it is because of the government/ it’s a systematic problem’ without realizing that this it is in fact what we accept and allow to exist in our own minds individually, which then becomes a problem that is hard to solve by one or a few individuals or an entire political structure, if the individual responsibility within it all is not realized.

 

When and as I see myself denigrating, backchatting, cursing at or having thoughts about what a political or corporate leader is doing as a consequential outflow to ourselves in our society, I stop and I breathe – I realize that each individual human being in this world being in a ‘leadership’ position represents the abdication of our self-responsibility and actual political power as the direction of our own lives that we have neglected to take care of, and as such making it a few individual’s responsibility within a structure of disempowerment as hierarchical orders in society.

I realize that whatever ‘they do’ is only an outflow of the inequality in responsibility that we have created, accepted and allowed in our world – therefore instead of blaming and judging and opposing others, I take the point back to myself and ensure that I begin living by the principles of self-honesty, beginning with actually doing what I say I will do, considering what is best for all at all times and in that seeing that my responsibility to my own life to live in integrity and self-honesty means the foundation of a new society that we can create individual by individual until we realize that we do not require one single individual to be in such a position of ‘power’ and leadership, but instead become the embodiment of self-governance, self-leadership, having the ability to always decide and do what is best for all and as such, no more hierarchical powers to conduct our society will be required, for we will be living the actual ‘power of the people’ as a genuine Democracy that exists at an individual level of living self-responsibility.

 

I commit myself to realize that genuine democracy is not ‘choosing a person to be in office through one man, one vote’ only, realizing that such vote is not merely crossing a paper in election day, but actually becoming a self-responsible individual that understands that each one of us taking responsibility for ourselves creates a genuine democracy as each  individual stands in self-honesty and considering at all times what is best for all.

 

A real democracy is the individual ability to direct oneself in self-responsibility and consideration of equal rights and equal responsibilities,  living together in a way that is best for all. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to integrate the illusion of power and hierarchy as part of ‘who I am’ and ‘how reality operates’ without realizing how within this acceptance, one gives way to laws, rules, regulations to dictate one’s life through politics, through laws, through so-called education systems that in no way have inculcated living principles, a living understanding of who we are as living beings that are made of the same substance – instead, I accepted and allowed myself to learn of the differences, the hierarchy, the power structures, the laws to abide to, following the education system to the T and believing that such structure was created in the best interest of myself, my life, the life of others and of this entire reality, therefore

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my own responsibility to myself, to others, to this world through immediately giving up my ability to comprehend, realize, understand reality through physical living principles and instead, gave myself into knowledge and information, rules, supposed principles that I integrated as the way that I conceive and understand reality which I have used to lead myself through the world as a passive participant, believing that the existence of power in the political class was inherent to such structure that governs our lives

I realize that such power could have not existed if I hadn’t integrated the concept of hierarchy, authority, ruling powers, kings, presidents, monarchs, tyrants, dictators, magnates and any other position of power that implies a form of control and deliberate abuse in order to generate such power as the accumulation of ‘moreness’ at the cost of equality as life.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever experience powerlessness toward authorities/power structures not realizing that my own submission, fear and experiences toward the idea of something superior to myself, validates and enables the creation of such separation to exist as ‘how our reality operates’ – therefore

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the actual existence of the system is not in the people outside of myself, but it exists within and as myself from the moment that I accepted thoughts, feelings, emotions and the entire comprehension of my reality in inequality as ‘how things are’ becoming the perfect slave and follower to whichever idea, construct and system that was formed from the beginning of our time and simply agreeing to give it continuation from generation to generation through education, culture as if such rules, ways, structures and systems were genuinely representing the laws of our being and what is best for all which was never so.

 

I realize that having a myopic view of the problem of the world in only focusing on one system, one area such as the offense-defense balances of political powers, the violation of human rights, the deliberate fraud the monetary system is are only consequential outflows of the inherent hegemon/ monarch/ king/ ruler/ leader/ tyrant and dictator that I have accepted and allowed to exist within and as myself as the mind, as the system that is the source and origin of ‘all the powers that be,’ that is the real image and likeness of what our reality currently exists as because words themselves as laws, people themselves as actors, money printed with numbers are in essence just part of this reality no different to anything or anyone else and that as any tool, it can be used for the benefit of all OR for the detriment of all. I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realize that the key to change the structures of this system resides in the mind of each individual human being, for it is to realize that the best laws can be written to guarantee the best living conditions to all, the best monetary system created as a tool to guarantee the access to all the necessary means to live in a dignified manner can be created, a proper structure to ensure the preservation and sustainability of the ecosystem, taking care of the flora and fauna, the best constitutions can be written, but unless the nature of the human being changes = nothing will change.

 

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my responsibility to life by integrating knowledge and information that directly separates, severs, divides, hierarchizes, abuses and confuses our relationship to one another as equals by nature and in this immediately giving into the belief that something or someone can genuinely have power over myself, which begins at a thought level and exists in that moment that we learn how we must follow rules, ways, laws, regulations or else we would be punished by god/ authority/parent/teacher/police/judges and any character that we accepted and allowed to perceive would have power over others through the threat of punishment, thus having to follow the laws, rules, regulations written by us humans that never have existed with a foundation of genuinely caring for all, but instead already replicating and mimicking our own learned – accepted and allowed – ways of thinking and conceiving reality through the mind, which is a system extracts life substance from the physical body to generate energy, using all means and ways to ensure that the power/ the energy is able to be obtained over life, deliberately using/abusing the physical, the life force to power up its own existence and continuation that was then prescribed as laws, rules, regulations, ‘principles,’ morality, ethics, philosophy, wisdom, religions, politics, science and any other form of acceptance of such premises to be ‘the reality’ of who we are, ‘how things are,’ immovable precepts not realizing they were in fact pre-sets, pre-determined and pre-defined ways to guarantee the submission of who we are as life to the mind, the power-system and believing ourselves to be only that: pawns in a system, having a purpose, fulfilling that purpose or else we would die/ we would be punished and cease to exist.

 

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to in the beginning, fear the non-existence of myself based on the threat of ‘the powers that be’ whether it is the figure of a god, ‘justice’, parent, teacher, tyrant, judge, dictator, president, director etc. which are nothing else but necessary figures of control in a system that required such fear to maintain ourselves subordinated to the status quo, the ‘how things are and always have been’ and according to this acceptance and allowance of our history, our knowledge and information, we became slaves to it with an inability to think outside the box, because we accepted the box as the vox/ the voice in our head, in our mind as ‘who we really are. ‘

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to taint the meaning of authority with fear, with authoritarianism as the abuse of power instead of realizing that the authority of myself is the ability to direct and write myself to be a self-directive being in self honesty, using the real power that is the physical body to do so.

 

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my self-authority as the ability to direct myself in common sense considering what is best for myself and all in the way that I live and relate to everything and everyone in this reality to an idea of having to be ‘loyal to the laws, loyal to authorities, loyal to my family, loyal to a country, loyal to myself’ as the pre-determined role of being a follower of the rules and regulations believing this to be something ‘good’ that would make me by default a ‘good citizen’ and as such, believe that this submission and subordination to become an obedient individual to ‘the powers that be’ would make me a remarkable, loyal and trustworthy person, without realizing it was exactly the opposite.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever participate in any form of superiority, subordination, inferiority, as the polarity in which our mind as the generator of this frame through which we view and conceive reality is existing as, which means that every time that I give my power away – which is the actual power of every breath – to a train of thought, to imagination, to an experience I am already recreating the slave-master relationship that I have existed as within myself, individually within the disparity that I’ve become as a body, a mind and beingness that has been suppressed by my constant and deliberate participation in the mind in the acceptance of it as ‘who I really am’ – this is then understood as the basic hierarchical relationship I’ve existed as within myself, therefore toward others as well.

 

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to from a very early age believe that the intention of the creation of governmental structures, nations, states, and all the ‘powers that be’ was to guard my life, the life of all living beings in this planet, thinking and believing that if there was an authority behind the creation of our education system, the supervision of what we eat/drink, the rules that we guide our lives with then we would be immediately safe and our interests would be secured, without realizing that any formation of a hierarchical structure was never meant to be supportive for all individuals, for the existence of a hegemon/god/powerful entity implies already the subordination and abuse of everyone else that does not form part of such superior structure/class/elite.

 

 

 I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that looking at political actors as the ones to blame is futile since we are the ones that from the beginning of our existence accepted the idea of god/superior,  powers/ leaders and any other figure of power as ‘how society must function’ within the belief that we were incapable of taking care of ourselves, of genuinely understanding and exercising any form of self-governance – because we never pondered why we weren’t taking care of the matters of this world by our own hands – we became passive, complacent and subjugated to the laws, rules and regulations that we instead feared not following due to expecting any form of punishment for not doing so, instead of pondering why we had to follow rules that we inherently knew were not supportive every individual in equality and instead, gave into fear and decided to not question, not investigate, not challenge the way things are because in our own minds, we have never really been the actual director of our lives in every moment of breath, and instead gave ourselves into fear.

 

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to integrate the belief that people in positions of power were ever placed in such positions to genuinely care for ourselves, to genuinely act in the best interest of all and within that, creating and developing a trust toward that which I believe was meant to ‘direct me in the best interest of all’ without realizing that this false conception has led us to believe that there were others taking care of ourselves and we then didn’t have to do anything about ourselves, understanding the structures by which our lives are governed – and instead focus on merely developing our individual lives accepting by default the limitation to ever aspire to get to any position of ‘power’ because in our education, in our comprehension of our reality such ‘realms of power’ were by default concealed of our understanding, leaving ourselves and conducting ourselves then to only conform, comply and ‘make the best’ of the limitations, the deliberate disparity and scarcity that we have lived in throughout our entire human history wherein as society, as human beings we have never coexisted as equals for we have always accepted and allowed the belief and idea that something or someone must be ‘on top,’ must be the one that ‘sets the rules,’ ‘makes the decisions’ and in this

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become complacent and lazy to learn or even care to establish proper foundations at a mind level to know how to live, act and direct ourselves in the consideration of what will be best for myself and everyone else equally, what will not harm or abuse others, what will support the sustainability of the relationships that enable life to continue, the relationship toward oneself as an equal part of such life –  instead, we gave our ability to understand and comprehend the reality as physicality to the mind as the imposition of illusions made real through the violation of physical laws such as the notion of ‘power’ as something or someone “superior” defined by the ability to abuse, control, manipulate, deceive in self interest.

 

 I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to neglect the consequences that exist as the totality of this reality based on the abuse and harm justified and conducted by people in positions of power/authority acting within the framework of a ‘power structure’/ hierarchy/ world system,  not realizing that in such blind acceptance al of us, one by one, have played and become the silent bystander that has witnessed the abuse of each other, of all life and did nothing because we believed and justified it with saying that ‘someone else was responsible for it,’ and in this even becoming resentful, hostile, angry and rebellious toward authority without realizing that we have only been angry at ourselves for the ignorance, the complacency, the subordination that we accepted as ‘who we are’ in our belief of being incapable of ‘doing anything about it’ –

And yes, it is now ingrained to the point where it may seem impossible to deconstruct the foundation of this hierarchical structure that exists in every word in/as our mind, yet it is definitely possible to establish common sense, to understand basic living principles that benefit us all and as such go bit by bit, thread by thread deconstructing the fallacy, the lie, the fiction, the belief system, the knowledge and information that we have used to justify our abdication of self-responsibility to ourselves and all life.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by condemning ‘the powers that be’ all that can be realized is how any and all forms of abuse and atrocities are not only conducted by the individual themselves, but as the pattern that has been accepted and allowed, integrated as part of our ‘human nature’ from the beginning of time wherein the way to survive was to abuse and through these survival mechanisms, we then followed through to create our institutions, our laws, our philosophy, our knowledge, our ethics and morals based on this premise wherein the inherent belief of hierarchy as a normal organization of life  has become our very self-created demise.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that only through education about how the system operates, one is able to conduct change in the world, not realizing that this world as it is is the result of each individual’s participation in the system, as the system existing as the continuation of the past that exists within and as ourselves in the mind, harboring the basic premise and permission of the existence of direction as words in the form of knowledge and information that has never been existent to benefit the life of us all as human beings and our relationships toward everything that is equally here.

 

Therefore, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to continue to look at the balance of power to create solutions outside of myself, without realizing that even if the best laws, the greatest and most equal form of government is implemented it is only the structure, the foundation of  the system to be – however the actuality, the matter, the substance of the system is not existing in the laws which are only words, or in the positions of people in power that are only fulfilling a role within the greater scheme of such structure, it is existent in how each one of us live and interact with one another wherein basic principles are lacking in our interaction with and toward the environment/ the reality that we live in

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to by defining myself as the mind that thinks in hierarchical values, impose such values, such perception, such frame and filter through which I see reality upon everything and everyone else, giving up my ability to see directly reality, to direct myself and focus on sheer basic observation principles where there are no tags, no inherent differences that can make us think or believe that some are entitled to be and have ‘more’ than others.

 

This is how knowledge and information on how the system is structured is only viewing a blueprint, the map, and the map can be corrected to follow new ways in which we can direct ourselves to a better destination – we are the ones that have to change the route in fact, we are the ones that have to direct ourselves to actually walk that process of changing the route, the ways to walk it or else the map as the words, as the new proposals, new treaties, new constitutions, new laws, new presidents, new monetary systems as organizational structures, as genuine representations of our self-governance and self-authority will be useless and remain as depictions, as representations or ‘dead print’ unless we genuinely live them, incarnate them as the living principles that we should have always lived by and is only now that we are able to see beyond the ‘mindframe’ that we’ve always existed as that we have the opportunity to change the way we conceive our reality, to understand how authority is not something imposed onto ourselves, but how each one of us accepted and allowed hierarchy to exist within and as ourselves first, otherwise it would have not been successful once such ‘authority figures/ powers that be’ would be created i n reality if we didn’t have the proper mindset to understand, to conceive and comply to the existence of such authority-figures/roles as part of our reality, as ‘how things are,’ never questioning why we required others to take care of ourselves.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that through the blind acceptance of teachings/education as the integration of ‘how things work in reality’ I became a complicit in the malfunctioning, the abuse and the violation of life in the name of merely complying and not questioning my life nor that of others which means that through this blind acceptance I became part of the necessary continuation, perpetuation of the structures of power and abuse by the sheer integration of words such as power, government, authority, control, fear, justice, laws, education, family and all roles of ‘authority’ contained in them as ‘how things work,’ ‘who I am toward others’ and in this locking myself down as just another pawn within the system that gives power away to others in the belief of others caring for myself and guarding my best interests, which is as we know not at all so.

 

I realize that in order to conduct genuine change in this world, looking at politics, looking at economics, looking at education as isolated systems is not the way to create a change because change won’t happen just by re-writing the laws, codes, books and explaining how things operate to everyone because what matters is the decision that each one of us take in order to live and integrate the living principles of life in equality with which we will conduct ourselves to live the necessary changes and corrections to the way in which we have lived thus far.

 

I realize that the lack of common sense and living principles is what has propitiated our submission and compliance to “learning” how to view this world through the mind, through concepts, through value structures, through hierarchical orders instead of learning how to view each individual as an equal, each living being in this reality as part of who we are and as such realizing that in order to be able to organize ourselves, to direct ourselves, we don’t require another to tell us what to do, but instead we have to live by principles of no harm or abuse toward ourselves or others as well as self-responsibility as our ability to respond, to act, to direct ourselves and our lives in consideration of what’s best for all.

 

When and as I see myself viewing the power structures in this world as something greater than myself, I stop and I breathe – I realize this is the outflow and consequence of my own psychological conditioning, called education which is nothing else but the acquisition of knowledge and information that enables me to accept and allow any form of authority, abuse, power, to exist in this world as ‘how things are’ which is thus an individual process of compliance that has taken place wherein we have learned how to ‘cope with the system’ and ‘accept the status quo’ instead of directly seeing how and why we have come to accept such world-orders without a question, to begin with, and realizing how such ‘power’ only exists in the belief I have imposed upon them/upon the structure and system in itself the moment that I abdicated my own.

 

I realize that my understanding of reality through the filters of education, politics, economics, philosophy, religion has created the entire continuation of this entire system by living within the compliance of their existence as dogma, as how things are and operate, how everything has always been with which we have become passive participants in the continuation of the same cycles of negligence toward life, over and over and over again.

 

I commit myself to stop any experience when I believe I have no say upon/ have no power/ have no authority to direct a point, instead of realizing that we can only have power to direct ourselves to be the living example of what it is to live in consideration of all beings as equal, the best living forms and ways in which we can coexist and how if our reality, our creation is not existing as the living principles that correspond to what is best for all, then we have to become that change and promote that change through the understanding of individual/ self’s responsibility within it all, realizing that by abdicating our responsibility = we give our power away and as such, we directly enable and validate any form of abuse that comes with the structure of power as something greater/superior than our individual volition.

 

I commit myself to live by principles that contemplate and integrate life in equality, what is best for all at all times so that no division, no separation, no judgment, no proselytism exists within me other than the living example of what it is to live by principles of life in equality, of the equality within and as everything that is here as myself and as such understanding my own mind, my own ‘brainwashing’, my own conditioning, training and point of control to then see how it is only through changing the way that I relate to myself, to my own mind, to my own thoughts and concepts about reality to go seeing what is useful and what isn’t to support myself and others to realize that if we want change, we have to be the change but that isn’t about demanding or only understanding how things operate, but focusing on self change, the how I live, how I interact with myself as my body and mind and with others always considering the ways in which we can coexist in real harmony and peace by ceasing to exist in the belief of powers over ourselves .

 

I commit myself to realize that the power we all have exists as the functionality of the physical body in every breath, and how we are able to have that authority of and as ourselves as we go integrating living principles that are the genuine way to have power in this reality, to learn how to live and coexist In equality.

 

I commit myself to restore or integrate a sound meaning of words that are not tainted by the mindframes/structures within which they have been originally constructed to support belief systems of separation and inequality, but instead are words that can be lived in a sound manner with a certain living outcome that is best for all.

 

I commit myself to understand the systems through which we have separated ourselves from ourselves, how we have created this creation so that we cease to recreate the same patterns and instead plan/integrate/initiate and ‘install’ a new living program, a new set of directions, new living instructions that are aligned to taking responsibility of ourselves and of each other as one and equal.

370. Desteni Insider: God, Spirituality, the Afterlife

 

Coming to the realization that who we are in this world is not working to create a better world made me seek answers to try and make sense/justify the suffering, poverty, wars, corruption, a lack of consideration to one another that I used as an excuse to remain only within a persistent process of questioning reality beyond what one is taught in school. I grew up being influenced by the ideas of there being ‘Life after Death’ and the dead coming through channelers or mediums to tell their ‘loved ones’ how they were alright and how everything was going to be ‘just fine’ for them. But also there were messages coming from a form of ‘brotherhood’ from which myself and my family would be getting all sorts of apparent protections and blessings in order to ‘do well’ in our lives. I kept questioning who exactly these individuals were and why in spite of them seeing the people that were seeking for help – being mostly desperately seeking money – was there no divine intervention to support them and end the suffering, end world hunger or even better: establish Heaven on Earth. All that was shared between these spiritual people were nice messages that gave hope and reinforced any kind of faith that would keep everyone waiting and expecting things turning out to their favor as a sign that this ‘god’ or ‘spiritual beings’ actually existed and were in fact on our side,  taking care of ourselves and solving whichever mundane troubled situation we were stuck in. Yet all of this seemed too staged, too dogmatic since it wasn’t something one could openly discuss due to the entire atmosphere of secrecy and reverence that existed whenever these beings would speak through the channelers/mediums that could only speak for a short period of time.

 

I was then familiar with the existence of a heaven or a spiritual realm beyond the Earth plane where the dead would go, yet we never got any answers as to why the world was in the verge of destruction and why us human beings kept existing in these ‘lessons to be learned’ somehow always yearning for a better living condition (translated to having money to live well and in peace) – these and many other questions were not allowed, it seemed that all that really mattered were our personal queries of any form of personal relationship gone wrong, or money problem which, if resolved, would only confirm our trust on these individuals within the belief that somehow we were being ‘chosen ones’ or ‘special’ for having this kind of contacts. It seemed unfair to me since I knew that everyone in the world could benefit the same way we were – apparently – yet others didn’t seem to agree since I had to keep it a secret throughout my entire life.

 

When watching Sunette Spies as a portal in the Desteni videos that were being broadcasted on YouTube since 2007, the in breath and out breath wasn’t anything unusual or weird to me, I instead thought I knew what was going on: I immediately assumed and believed she was a channeler/ a medium like any of the other beings I had witnessed throughout my life – yet there were significant changes that made me ponder ‘what kind of brotherhood/beings were these’ because the message somehow was quite straight, direct, there were no staged words or fancy presentations charged with the usual key words that the other beings I had witnessed before would express themselves with.  I started questioning more and comparing the Desteni Message to what I had heard before from what I believed were the same kind of beings: how come these beings speaking through Sunette were speaking as any regular person? How come they would be speaking about there being No God and reptilian beings having created the human being? Why were they not just leaving with some message of hope and ‘goodness’ rectifying that god is with us? Instead the reptilian point was opened which wasn’t any longer a mystery to me since I had also done a brief investigation on the subject prior to Desteni. Everything I thought I knew about channelers/mediums was debunked when I got to watch the video and read the articles related to channeling (Kryon – Pre-programmed Channels, Questions and Perspectives: Unconscious Mind Pre-programmed Channels, Questions and Perspectives: Continued pre-programmed Channels , Questions and Perspectives: Oneness and Equality with regards to ‘Channelings’ , Questions and Perspectives: How was psychics and channels controlled and why? , 2007 History of Mankind – Part 16 – Anu’s Plan – YouTube) explaining why it was also part of the program and why all forms of ‘light beings’ were part of the deception on Earth to keep individuals trapped in the belief that somehow, there was a benevolent god, that love was the way and that we only had to continue aspiring to have some manifestation of the divine through thinking positive or asking things to the universe. All of this was the real scam and later on understood as the cult of money that it has become nowadays (Read: Day 450: The Power of Now Illuminated)

 

So continuing with the previous post 369. Desteni: An Insider’s Report what I came to realize is that everything was in fact a preprogrammed and predesigned reality construct that we have been living in wherein even the higher beings, the gods, the ‘supreme energies’ that I had placed any form of belief upon were in fact also part of the reality design that we have all been participating in within our minds and in absolute separation of the reality that was certainly existing in complete dissonance to all the benevolent words we would get within the New Age culture – all of this was perfectly schemed as part of the diversion to never get to question ‘God’s creation’ and the beliefs we have acquired through familial and cultural tradition, all being part of the necessary programs that we have within and existing as Mind Consciousness Systems. This is when the point of enslavement was understood. I grasped how perfect the plan had been wherein everything in this world was in reverse and every single aspect of who we have believed ourselves to be as human beings in terms of the spiritual endeavors, seeking gods, bonding ourselves within religions, seeking eternal life, seeking the philosopher’s stone had been nothing else but a nice game that we blindly followed, never ever questioning why is it that we only sought our personal enlightenment, happiness and comfort? Why were we just expecting some god to do the work for us, or have these ‘special connections with a higher force’ while the rest of the world was submerged in suffering and agony due to lacking the necessary means to live which is the same as: lacking sufficient money to live; furthermore, why were all of these people suffering absolutely unaware that there were apparently some spiritual beings that could grant them healings and protect them from ‘all evils’ – apparently. This all made sense to understand how the vilest form of enslavement had to have a very agreeable and sugar coated image in order to be unquestioned and undoubtedly accepted as ‘truth,’ how our constant need to ‘seek god’ was just fearing to realize we are here alone and responsible for every single aspect that has gone wrong in this world, how the enslavement of humanity had been part of a ‘greater process’ by a few individuals that wanted to ‘be Gods’ in existence – it was all revealed to be a sick cosmic joke that we have all been a part of, life after life.

 

As I went through the material, I committed myself to remain skeptical about that which sounded the most fantasy like to me, simply because I could not witness myself the ‘other side’ or ‘the afterlife’/heaven  yet, once again the consistency of the message from the hundreds of beings from all walks in existence speaking through the portal lead me to realize that the final message was quite clear, consistent and made absolute sense as to why this portal had opened and why we they were calling out humanity to walk a process of Self-Honesty. I understood then how all the New Age agenda, the spirituality movement, the promoted ways for ‘peace of mind’ through meditation and seeking to align your chakras to be in resonance with god had been nothing else but a self-interest brainwashing that I had briefly participated in within an attempt to make my life less ‘miserable’ or as I experienced it to be miserable in my existential woes and ever present form of depression. After understanding religion, love, spirituality, channelings as a pillar and essential part to this enslavement of ourselves in our minds, I was ready to leave that all behind and instead begin walking a very different path that I never ever thought I would place myself in: letting go of the idea of god, of spirituality, of something or someone greater than me in order to get to know me as a creator in this reality.

What I came to realize was that we were truly all alone as human beings, we are the direct creators of the reality that I was wanting to escape from or completely eradicate or disguise with some ulterior beliefs about a genuine spiritual realm that we could somehow rely to in order to be supported or saved in worst case scenarios by invisible beings or forced of the ‘goodness’ that I thought existed beyond the Earth plane, little did I know it was exactly the opposite that this reality existed as.

These realizations led me to understand how I had veered my life to seek answers and make someone else responsible for the mess on Earth due to the fear that I had about who we are and what we have become as the real perpetrators of our crime scene: the world-system imposed on the Earth. This was what partly caused the emotional breakdown that I had to go through in order to be willing to see beyond what I had initially sought to find at Desteni which was just ‘more of the same confirmations about the goodness in existence’ I was wrong. For the first time I had a crystal clear understanding that if we don’t stop deluding ourselves in spirituality, religions, gods, masters, etc. we will continue to abuse and eventually destroy ourselves if we don’t stop.

I went from being a profuse reader of religions, philosophies and watching all kinds of conspiracy theories videos to a more down to earth verifiable investigation of the state of the world; while being subscribed to the DesteniProductions YouTube Channel (2007-2011) we would regularly get all kinds of documentaries and videos that would expose the reality of this world: poverty, crimes against life, corruption in the political world, the destruction of nature, the abuse of the animal kingdom, the conspiracy theory that our economy and monetary systems are, the madness of the human mind, including spiritual messages that were now clearly understood as a genuine scam to divert the human’s attention from the real problems we had provoked in this world. I was taken aback due to the realization that I had mostly avoided watching the full graphic reality that takes place every single day in this world – It made me angry and sad at the same time, going into a depression upon realizing to what extent we have all been too focused on our personal endeavors to get all kinds of gifts from the universe, attract all the money, health and all the ‘good stuff’’ in our lives, aiming at living a happy fulfilled life without ever really wanting to understand how such nice life was in fact being manufactured/produced/created by every individual that is existing in a slave position that earns the daily bread through creating our personal heavens, the real and actual forced labor that exists in this world happens when having no money means: you die.

The sensitivity that I claimed to have toward the world, the usual depression that I would allow myself to be in whenever I would go out in the streets and witnessed the misery, the ‘soft violence’ and constant fear that we all existed in became slowly but surely debunked as the mechanism to protect myself from actually understanding my responsibility within the creation of the problem in this world. I came to understand that my sadness, my depression, my ‘wanting to end it all’ was another form of manipulation to not take responsibility for myself and this world –the constant belittling believing myself to be ‘too little’ to make a change in this world was exposed as a personality trait that had lead me to stand in the background, to choose seeking to create images and pictures that ‘made me feel good’ in an attempt to seek something of ‘real value,’ something ‘greater’ and meaningful to do the work for me, to protect me, to give me some comfort and happiness while pretending that I could ignore the harsh and crude reality that exists for every individual that somehow we have all collectively decided do not deserve to have a dignified living, and yes I realized I am part of the clan as a human being that have accepted and allowed this without a question throughout ages. I understood my self interest to only have a ‘good time’ in this life and be ‘against the system’ while seeking some higher connection with the spiritual realm that I believed was ‘what was real’ – I was wrong, I was absolutely blind.

What became clear was that such ‘nasty thing’ that I had avoided to talk about and pretended to ignore was suddenly understood as the ‘real god’ of this reality: money and this was the simple message that I could clearly reference within my world due to having been keen on politics and sociology before my ‘spirituality’ phase that I had resorted to due to having been too disillusioned of the political and economic world that going to the opposite side was just another shot at ‘making it’ in this life. I had to go back to reviewing the facts of this reality, the same one that is here the moment we go out from the comfort of our homes and the money we have in our wallets – I realized it wasn’t ‘god’ giving me this life, it was money and so my spirituality trip came to an end within the realization that everything I had participated in was a feel-good story for me-myself and I in the mind and that it had made no difference whatsoever to the genuine struggle that the world is sinking in and is continuing to sink in, in spite of this also having been foretold by the various beings through the Desteni portal in 2007 . Five years later and humanity is still opting to hear the feel good fluff rather than walking through a process of self-investigation to see ‘who am I’ within this world, what is my responsibility within this and  how can I practically contribute to stop the madness in here in order to establish the constant and consistent message that Desteni presents and represents: Life in Equality.

 

I started shedding away the beliefs I had held till then since I understood it was only a mindjob in order to justify the worst crimes in our reality, including the monetary system as a belief system, the idea of self as a self-religion and the seeking of my personal desires as a self-interest life path that was contributing to the enslavement of the many and the ignorance that exudes from every corner of this world wherein we are so used to buying and consuming happiness and avoid anything that makes us re-consider who we are, what we’ve done and become and what we are here for.

 

Slowly but surely I made the decision to become an advocate of the rather ‘harsh’ side of reality in an attempt to provide sufficient evidence and personal realizations for all spiritual and religious devotees to hear about such as there being no god, we’re It and there’s nothing and no one coming to save us: we have to do it ourselves.

 

Once stripped from this individual aspect of spirituality that had lead me to voraciously read the articles on the desteni.org website and watch the videos available, I came to the conclusion that I had to obviously do something about this. It was impossible to now turn my back and pretend I didn’t just hear that, it would have been impossible for me to lie to myself any longer – so I directed myself to what was explained to be the practical process that each one of us could live by and apply: the process of Self Honesty through Writing ourselves to Freedom, Writing and Applying Self Forgiveness, Developing Common Sense and Dedicating ourselves to get to know who we are, how we came to be to begin stopping existing as a preprogrammed organic robot that gets to experience highs and lows in various personalities for all the various ‘life scenarios’ and occasions. That’s when I determined myself to be part of this process, because all of the enigmas about god, the afterlife, the creation of humanity were explained in such detail and with such consistency that the key to create and establish solutions on Earth existed in fact within our individual participation in this process – so, if this was the solution I made the decision to do it, I had to finally try these tools that they were constantly explaining and directing everyone to apply. This meant that I had to actually do the whole Process, I had to test the waters and see whether this was ‘for real’ or not – and so I committed myself to this, wanting to be ‘part of it all’ yet not really yet grasping the actual importance of this process on Earth and the changes that were to come within my world, this certainly was No longer an illusion.

SAYING THAT ‘THE WORLD IS AN ILLUSION’ IS AN ATTEMPT TO SOLVE THE PRIMORDIAL PROBLEM ON ‘WHAT IS REAL/ WHAT IS REALITY’ AND FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THE LEAST EFFORT AND ‘SEEKING/ FOLLOWING YOUR GREATEST EXCITEMENT’ TO NOT HAVE TO FACE AND CARE ABOUT THE WORLD/ REALITY WITHOUT SEEING THAT THIS WORLD/ REALITY IS AS REAL AS WE HAVE TO EAT, SHIT, DRINK AND RELATE TO OTHERS TO CONTINUE EXISTING IN IT. HOW COME THAT WE AS HUMANITY DARED OURSELVES TO SIDE-VIEW THE MOST BASIC COMMON SENSE IN THE NAME OF JOY, HAPPINESS, FAITH AND HOPE? EASY, IT’S NICE TO REJOICE IN THE MIND AND NEGLECT OUR RESPONSIBILITY WITHIN IT ALL.

368. Economic Human Rights | Equal Money

 

Until today there has been no International Organization that first guarantees an Equal Economic Right for every individual to have the sufficient means/money to ensure their Human Rights are guarded and applied. The Violation of Economic Rights is an outflow of the entire economic, social and political system which is the foundation of all our current problems that lead to harm and abuse without any solution implemented yet. We propose an Economic and Political System Reform to ensure the Constitutional recognition of all Human Rights presented in the Equal Life Foundation’s Bill of Rights without any cultural, religious and economical restriction that are still the basis of separation that prevent humanity from living in Equality as Life.

    Problem                                                  

    • Civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights are categorizations that have been set up to conveniently separate fundamental aspects that should be given to all by recognizing the Fundamental  Human Rights of Life in Equality. For the purpose of understanding the Principle of Equality as an Economic Right we will be disclosing the current violation of what are currently considered ‘civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights’ from the understanding that all basis of civilization revolves around the management and availability of resources to make life possible on Earth and as such, all of the current forms of violation to human rights stem from the lack of resource management in an Equality basis, as well as lack of physical living principles that have been side viewed to ponder religious, political and ideological above physical living rights.  This is how the implementation of Fundamental Human Rights is inextricably linked to the Right to Equal Financial Support that is presented as the individual and unconditional right to be granted with equal access to everything that we require to make our lives possible. We will be reviewing the reasons why Human Rights continue to be violated within our current world system and why no attempt to address the problem at its root and cause has been directed by the UN or any of the multiple International Organizations that defend or watch the application of Human Rights around the globe which implies that No Change has been conducted to make of this world the best living place for everyone equally.

    • The very definitions of culture, politics, economy and religious doctrines represent the primary forms of separation that enable a wide diversity of considerations that create vicissitudes that lead to the abuse and further deviation from the application of the Fundamental Human Rights reviewed thus far. This is how when proposing What is Best for All, the main obstacles besides the economic inequality reside in the social considerations and or exclusion of traditional, cultural and social boundaries that beyond supporting the Equalization of Life on Earth, continue to define the limitations accepted as part of the geopolitical and cultural barriers that we have come to accept and allow as part of our ‘how reality works’ and our ‘Human Nature,’ when they are in fact only an obstacle that continues to divide humanity in groups identified by non-tangible ideals that create sectarianism and further discrimination to make believe that some humans are more worthy of having their right to have money and security than others – this is a collective form of compliance that has turned into abuse that we have accepted and allowed by virtue of blindly binding ourselves to the current economic and political system that is founded upon the polarization of society between the haves and the have not’s. This is currently an alarming fact when 3/4 of the world lives in Poverty which in essence means having their Fundamental Human Rights being violated  without any effort to end this problem being established to resolve these problems satisfactorily, since they all have their origin and foundation in the economic organization each country and society has adopted as ‘how things are,’ as well as the years of cultural traditions and religious doctrines that also lead to the violation of the recognition of all life as equal beyond race, gender or language barriers as self definition.


    Therefore, the thesis of this article is that all Human Rights Violations stem from the lack of an Equal Economic Human Right to live in dignity by being granted with all the necessary to live in the best possible sustainable living condition for all on Earth.

     

     

    • The word violation indicates a severe problem in our thinking and acting behavior that we have managed to accept and allow without further investigation as an ‘aspect’ of ‘who we are.’ We have never pondered to see what of our day to day living and thinking processes lead to create the meaning of such word.  We have never questioned what does the nature of the word Violation in fact represents as part of our day to day living behavior and coexistence in relation to one another in our world.

    The Universal Declaration – on Freedom, Equality and Non Discrimination


    Article 2.
    • Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

     

     

    Non-discrimination is a cross-cutting principle in international human rights law. The principle is present in all the major human rights treaties and provides the central theme of some of international human rights conventions such as the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. 

    The principle applies to everyone in relation to all human rights and freedoms and it prohibits discrimination on the basis of a list of non-exhaustive categories such as sex, race, colour and so on. The principle of non-discrimination is complemented by the principle of equality, as stated in Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”

    • If we truly lived in an Equal world, this article and consideration of Equality would be the very principle we would all be embodying as the physical and practical realization of the best living conditions we can create for all on Earth.

    • The very existence of different languages led to the emergence of Cultures that became political, economic and religious regimes that formed their own relationships to function in hierarchical systems that later on got their own category in the world-system as we know it today. We are still bound to arbitrary forms of economic arrangements such as the exchange rates wherein our individual rights to have a dignified life are primarily violated from the moment that our living condition is entirely defined by the economy of the country we are born into and the position it holds in the panorama of the global economy. This is the extent to which we have neglected the problem at hand that goes deeper than the usual Human Rights Violations that we are used to hearing about based on gender, race, war, religious doctrine, war crimes, etc. However  in the documentation of Human Rights Reports, the very source of the problem as the current economic and political world system is not seen as the primary source of the problem, when in fact it should already be obvious that the continuation of these extensive reports on worldwide abuse will continue until a new organization presents the origin and cause of the problem as our current world system’s economic and political powers that are fundamentally based on separation and have never been genuinely intended to be best for all.

     

     

    Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

    • This is the name for a category of Human Rights that we will disclose to point out how money is the component that is missing as a consideration to implement Equality in our world.

    Economic, social and cultural rights are protected under various international and regional treaties as well as in national constitutions. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights is the most comprehensive treaty which provides protection of these rights at international level.

    Are economic, social and cultural rights fundamentally different from civil and political rights?

    The market economies of the West tended to put greater emphasis on civil and political rights, while the centrally planned economies of the Eastern bloc highlighted the importance of economic, social and cultural rights. This led to the negotiation and adoption of two separate Covenants—one on civil and political rights, and another on economic, social and cultural rights. However, this strict separation has since been abandoned and there has been a return to the original architecture of the Universal Declaration.

    • As we have reviewed, the full implementation of Human Rights requires an economic assurance that would in fact recognize all of these Rights at a fundamental physical level – however this has not happened because we have accepted and allowed to separate government and economic affairs linked to the ideology that free market capitalism brought to the scene, where that which always should have been given and unconditional rights were placed under the same terms and conditions in which any other living right has been subject to: money and its availability to have access to basic needs, support and security.

     

    Finally, in reality, the enjoyment of all human rights is interlinked. For example, it is often harder for individuals who cannot read and write to find work, to take part in political activity or to exercise their freedom of expression. Similarly, famines are less likely to occur where individuals can exercise political rights, such as the right to vote. Consequently, when closely scrutinized, categories of rights such as “civil and political rights” or “economic, social and cultural rights” make little sense. For this reason, it is increasingly common to refer to civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights.

    This separation between economic and cultural rights – even if claimed it is no longer existent – exists as a multiple variety of problems that until this day generate the issues that can be all traced back to the lack of money to create the Equality that has been proclaimed and sought for years on without any success. It should be obvious by now that suffering exists due to lack of money –but why is it that we would allow us to divert the attention on, for example, focusing on defending the right to religion and tradition instead of focusing on ensuring every single individual  on Earth has a food to eat, water to drink, a house to live in and an assured job as part of the social and economic rights that are usually sidelined in these Human Rights Reports?

     

     

     

    Examples of violations of economic, social and cultural rights

    Next we will review the day to day atrocities that are happening as part of our daily news without us questioning the very core and origin of these problems to get to a clear solution for them.

    • Forcibly evicting people from their homes (the right to adequate housing)
      • Manipur Christian body slams eviction
        ”The state government, with the purpose of setting up a five-star hotel, demolished the houses and the churches of Kabo Leikai a few days ago.Amco said the government served a notice on May 18 and asked the people to shift out the following day, which was a Sunday. The eviction drive was on May 20. This reflects the government’s unsympathetic attitude and religious intolerance, Amco said.”

    • Contaminating water, for example, with waste from State-owned facilities (the right to health)
      • Sole allows civic administration to serve legal notice to OCW
        ”The city presently suffers from an old and malfunctioning water supply system. In majority areas, contaminated water supply along with improper delivery by water tankers adds to the problems. Corporators are under constant pressure from residents, and are hence trying to force a resolution by violent protests. This has led to exasperated citizens and corporators attacking OCW offices.”

     

    • Failure to ensure a minimum wage sufficient for a decent living (rights at work)

    • Failure to prevent starvation in all areas and communities in the country (freedom from hunger)
    • Haiti faces a summer of hunger

Drought and a series of storms severely damaged agriculture, placing already impoverished families under additional stress.”

     

     

    • Systematically segregating children with disabilities from mainstream schools (the right to education)
    • Failure to prevent employers from discriminating in recruitment (based on sex, disability, race, political opinion, social origin, HIV status, etc.) (The right to work)

      “The European Commission is launching legal action against the UK, which it believes discriminates against EU citizens by making them pass an additional test to prove their rights to benefits. The UK says it will fight to keep the extra test.”

       

    • Failure to prohibit public and private entities from destroying or contaminating food and its source, such as arable land and water (the right to food)
      • Amansie Central determined to stop illegal mining
        The illegal Chinese miners have been accused of destroying water bodies, large acres of farmlands and other property and even to the extent of  killing indigenes.
        As a result of illegal mining activities, the Odaw River, which serves as a source of potable water for over 20, 000 residents in the district and beyond, had been polluted.

         

    • Failure to provide for a reasonable limitation of working hours in the public and private sector (rights at work)
      • Several workers file lawsuits against Missoula County health center
        ”People forced to clock out, and then continue working overtime without pay. Full-time staffers replaced with part-timers who don’t get benefits. A boss who screams and curses at employees. Workers so stressed out that they seek medical treatment for anxiety, panic attacks and depression.”

    • Banning the use of minority or indigenous languages (the right to participate in cultural life)
      • New law discriminates indigenous languages
      • The controversial law on education, signed by President Vladimir Putin on New Year’s Eve, states that classes in non-Russian languages cannot be conducted to the detriment teaching in Russian language.

        - Here it is to understand that all minorities are being systematically limited for eventual extinction as they represent ways to live outside of the system that undermine the hegemony that a particular political faction wants to impose along with the corporate faction that can also be holding major interests on territory or resources that are usually guarded and protected by minorities. This is to realize that no matter how the violation seems merely cultural, it is deeply rooted in economic interests as well.

    • Denying social assistance to people because of their status (e.g., people without a fixed domicile, asylum-seekers) (the right to social security
      • Why Undocumented Immigrants Should Have Access To Taxpayer-Funded Health Care
      • The common argument against providing health care to undocumented immigrants is that, since they’ve broken the law, they should be punished. A part of that punishment involves denying them health care services through public entitlement programs or federal subsidies that are dependent on Americans’ tax dollars.

     

    • Failure to ensure maternity leave for working mothers (protection of and assistance to the family)
    • Arbitrary and illegal disconnection of water for personal and domestic use (the right to water).
      • Escalating Water Strains In Fracking Regions
        ”Shale energy production is a thirsty business: to free up the oil and gas from shale deposits, anywhere from two to 10 million gallons of water (along with sand and chemicals) are injected into each fracturing well. Multiply that times tens of thousands of wells and you’re talking lots of water. The impacts are even worse when wells are tightly concentrated.”

    This demonstrates how violations continue to happen on a daily basis where all major forms of disregard to what are the best living condition for all parties affected stem from the flawed economic foundation of our world system in conjunction with the political powers that haven’t served to genuinely support each individual to satisfy all basic living rights.

    “The obligation to achieve progressively the full realization is a central aspect of States’ obligations in connection with economic, social and cultural rights under international human rights treaties. At its core is the obligation to take appropriate measures towards the full realization of economic, social and cultural rights to the maximum of their available resources. The reference to “resource availability” reflects a recognition that the realization of these rights can be hampered by a lack of resources and can be achieved only over a period of time. Equally, it means that a State’s compliance with its obligation to take appropriate measures is assessed in the light of the resources—financial and others—available to it. Many national constitutions also allow for the progressive realization of some economic, social and cultural rights.”

    • Right now the maximum available resources are being handled not by political powers but corporate ones that in conjunction with sufficient political lobbying are being controlled in order to perpetuate an economy based on debt and scarcity which in itself is already a Crime against Life – however, we are the ones that have accepted and allowed this form of system based on the economy that we have believed to be a real representation of how resources exist in this world – it is not, it is a fixed game in which our best interest is being held at stake under the banner of scarcity, debt, poverty in a global picture where those countries with the most money have the most control over the rest of the resources and consequently of the population’s well being. 

     

    • Lack of resources has been used as a way to justify the deliberate apparent inability to provide with basic needs to all individuals on Earth. The fact is that millions of tons of food are wasted, empty buildings and foreclosed homes are lacking inhabitants, water sources are being arbitrarily privatized for profit making purposes and all forms of jobs are only created to continue fueling this profit-making scheme as the world system we live in – there are no living rights being considered or guaranteed within this.

     

     

     

    Can economic, social and cultural rights be litigated at courts?

    “Yes. Decisions of courts in countries from all regions of the world covering all economic, social and cultural rights demonstrate that these rights can be subject to judicial enforcement. Nonetheless, the justiciability of economic, social and cultural rights has traditionally been questioned for a number of reasons. First, economic, social and cultural rights have been seen by some as being too “vaguely worded” to allow judges to justify decisions on whether violations have occurred. While adjudicating such rights may raise questions of what constitutes, for example, hunger, adequate housing, or a fair wage, judges have already dealt ably with questions of what constitutes torture, a fair trial or arbitrary or unlawful interference with privacy. Filling in the gaps in legislation is a clear function of the judiciary, not only in human rights law but in any area of law.”

    • One requires to take a breath to realize to what extent the defense of the interests held by people in power is against and/or in complete disregard of common sense as what is Best for All. We have reviewed news around the world that indicate only one clear example of the violations of human rights that are being physically endured by people, animals, the environment on a daily basis – yet, when it comes to laws it is too easy to side-view the problem due to being able to claim a lack of understanding on what would ‘genuinely’ constitute hunger, or violation of working rights, or plain scavenging of common resources by corporations for profiting purposes. It is absolutely clear that even though Human Rights Violations can be taken to court, as long as Money is the real obstacle to implement, respect Living Rights and bring to justice any form of violation toward them, we will continue to have daily news where the most basic forms of human integrity are not being ‘followed through with’ due to profit, greed and lack of compassion for fellow living beings as equals.

     

     

    Second, the realization of economic, social and cultural rights depends heavily on Government policies. Yet, reviewing Government policies in this area, as in any other, to ensure that they are consistent with constitutional principles and obligations under international human rights law is clearly a function of the judiciary. While the role of the judiciary in reviewing Government policy may vary from country to country, policy review is not policymaking. The judiciary is therefore not overstepping its constitutional role by taking decisions on economic, social and cultural rights.

    • Both political and economic powers  are the result of our individual abdication of Self Responsibility due to how we have complied to be and become comfortable with having others managing what should be an integral aspect of our day to day living: ensuring we contribute to make of our system functional in Equality to establish what is Best for All for everyone – yet none of this exists because we have abdicated this responsibility from the moment we believed it is only those actors in politics and those managing the economy that should take care of it all – therefore we are all collectively creating the nature of our judiciary system that is not willing to respond to these evident violations, because we haven’t first cared to realize how that is our Collective Responsibility to ensure each other’s well being.

     Judicial enforcement of human rights is fundamental. A right without a remedy raises questions of whether it is in fact a right at all. This is not to say that judicial enforcement is the only, or indeed the best, way of protecting economic, social and cultural rights. However, judicial enforcement has a clear role in developing our understanding of these rights, in affording remedies in cases of clear violations and in providing decisions on test cases which can lead to systematic institutional change to prevent violations of rights in the future.

     

    • Just consider that if we would have in fact created a world system, a monetary system that represented a genuine rights document to grant equal access to all to get all that which we require to have a dignified living condition, we would not be having to resort to going to courts and having these judicial systems to report any form of violation to human rights, because we would recognize that any violation is a point of self abuse and that within living in a principle where Life is valued and lived as Equals, we certainly would not be requiring to ‘protect our rights’ because each one of us would be living the respect, honor and integrity that we can in fact still create if changing the way our current system functions.

     

    Protests and Social Disobedience

Social media has proven a powerful new tool, giving each individual the potential to report repression and mobilize against it.

    The Arab Spring has inspired people the world over, encouraging many to stand up to their own autocratic rulers. As its leaders act at home, they also set an example for the world. Much is riding on making this precedent positive—one that succeeds in building elected governments that live by the constraints of rights and the rule of law.”

    • One would ponder why is this part of the problem instead of a genuine solution? As a result of the Arab Spring and the Occupy Movement around the world, the youth of the world begun to Believe that there is hope in changing the way the world works by finally tackling onto the financial cores of what actually drives this world around. The Occupy Movement that spread from Wall Street to the world attempted to demonstrate that we are all aware of what is the actual cause of violation of human rights, which is our current corporate capitalistic system existing in a hierarchical distribution of resources with fixed economies that make it seem as if poverty, scarcity and social polarization are just aspects of ‘how things are’ in this world.  But the tactics of revolution and antagonism toward the system have only led to violence and upgrades in the system to ensure further control, as well as no definitive resolution to the problem, because there is no political foundation to their protesting but only demanding others to do what we should all individually be actually taking care of as part of our day to day living – however we created a system that resembles the family unit where the parents/authority are the ones that ‘must solve the problem’ because we believe ourselves to be incapable of establishing solutions ourselves.

      As much as people are getting informed about how the world system operates and how the corporate capitalistic model we are running our lives in is driving everyone to the verge of poverty, there is still a fundamental flaw in the starting point of these protests and the investigation process, which is mostly still done to seek culprits instead of genuine problem solving situations within the structure of the system itself.  This comes along with the realization that the system is ourselves and by attempting to create a massive revolution to shut down the major corporate powers that run the world, we are essentially waging war against the very mechanisms that we all use and have accepted and allowed to exist without any political regulation throughout time. This means that there is still no understanding that the individual participation in the system is what composes the system, and to fight against it only means there is no sense of responsibility and understanding that a genuine solution cannot come from revolting against the powers that represent our very abdication of Self Responsibility.

    • No movement, no revolution and no environmental solution will change the world unless that change comes from the Individual by a Self-Willed Decision to Live, Act and Speak in consideration the Individual Self Responsibility toward each other as Life to ensure we cooperate to create a world that will ensure everyone’s Life is guarded as Our Own.

  • Creating a New Organization at a global level that establishes feasible solutions to all the ongoing violations of human rights is the necessary step to be able to recognize that all our governments, international organizations and institutions have failed to do their work in a proper manner to guarantee our living rights which is now the purpose of the Equal Life Foundation as an International Organization created by people like you and me that have no other agenda or intent other than establishing a world of equal support, of solutions at a constitutional and political level to stop the suffering, the abuse and general arbitrary management of our lives by interests that don’t have the principle of what is Best for All as their primary purpose and reason to be. This is where you and I also come to recognize our ability to become active participants in all affairs that determine our every day living aspect through implementing a new political and economic establishment founded upon the Principle of Life in Equality through the Equal Economic Right as outlined in the Equal Life Foundation’s Bill of Rights in conjunction with the Equal Money System.

  • The  solution to all current human rights violations is to provide a guaranteed access to all the basic needs that will ensure physical well being that in turn translates to a perfected state of coexistence where self support, cooperation, solidarity and the consideration of what is best for all in each individual’s thoughts, words and deeds become the building blocks of a society that will ensure mutual cooperation to the benefit of the collective in Equality. Through the political, economic and social reforms presented within the Equal Money System, we will be able to guarantee each other’s well being by virtue of each one of us as the people of the world becoming active participants and overseers of the political and economic systems to ensure that we are genuinely conducting them in a beneficial and most efficient way for everyone. This also includes the consideration and regard of all ecosystems being cared for and guarded within the physical cycles that nature requires in order to create a sustainable system where life is honored and respected. As we can deduce from this, it implies for the first time not placing money over life but making of life the actual value to guard as our collective responsibility for the betterment of all.

     

     

  • The necessary individual education on the history of the world-system and how we have become particular human beings with certain belief systems and personal creeds, will assist to realize how all cultural, religious and traditions passed on from generation to generation don’t have a physical correlation to what unites us all as physical human beings, but instead have come to generate the greatest divide that till this day, is the source of not only inequality at all levels, but wars and further discrimination of each other not seeing and realizing that we are an equal part of who we are  here.  This is an individual process that one can already begin to walk through the Educational Programs developed to understand ourselves as our mind, as individuals that require to understand principles of Equality, Self honesty, Self Forgiveness and the development of Common Sense to see and realize that human rights cannot be tampered by a religious, ideological, political, racial or gender based association – but instead to consider at all times the physical requirements we all have to exist in a satisfactorily manner.

  • An overall reform to the system is necessary and for that, we present the Equal Money System in conjunction with the Bill of Rights presented by the Equal Life Foundation which are the necessary steps and Constitutional foundation to ensure the application and guarding of all Living Human Rights on Earth. This, however, won’t come from our current political parties and International Organizations, they have already had their opportunity to create a better world and it just went nowhere.     Within an Equal Money system it will be recognized that Humans are a part of the Ecosystem they live in. The word ‘eco’ stands for ‘home’ – and thus, each human will be responsible for maintaining the Balance and Harmony within their home, within their Ecosystem. This involves the Monitoring of the Well-Being of the Plants and Animals within one’s Environment and to Intervene when Disharmony occurs as a result of Human Impact, so that a new Equilibrium can be established.

     

    • Consider that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to see suffering, lack, harm, abuse and loss of any form of honor toward life every single day in our news, therefore: isn’t it time to establish a solution where WE are the ones that ensure no single violation to our integrity exists in this world? This is where we have to realize that through Educating ourselves about how the world works and will ourselves to be and become an equal participant in society, we can work together to establish new political parties around the world that are founded upon these principles presented here as a self-willed decision to no longer remain as a silent observer of the atrocities that, as we have shown, continue to happen every single day.

      This is the time when we place our cultural, religious, political and ideological differences aside and focus on the common ground that each one of us have in relation to establishing that which is Best for All Life as physical living beings to be able to coexist taking responsibility for how we manage our resources, how we respect and honor each other as well as every element in the planet that makes our lives possible – animals, plants, environment because their rights are also depending on our ability to live together as equals in care and consideration for all.

    • We won’t need courts and judicial processes where only monetary interests are looked after – we will use courts to a minimal point because we will prevent all forms of harm and abuse by integrating living principles such as honor, dignity, self respect and consideration of all living forms as who we are as one and equal – this is the key to create the lives that we dreamed were only possible if having ‘all the money in the world’ – but if we give money to everyone Equally along with the individual decision to create an equal well being for all, we will be and become the living law of life in Equality ourselves.

     

    • Having the ability to decide at all times to give and implement the best policies that we can all agree will ensure a general well being in our communities and society at large is the kind of power that we will endow each other with as an equal participant in this world. We will be able to create the lives that we have always only dreamed of being possible and make them our reality as the result of the work and participation that we will ourselves to put our effort to, because the understanding of creating a world that’s best for me is also best for you will be the foundation to no longer fight against one another but instead learn to work together, cooperate and support each other to become the best living beings we are all capable and able to be and become. Children are mentioned only twice in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which should be a point of concern to not recognize the absolute importance that they represent within the understanding that all children are the adults of tomorrow, and by us not dedicating sufficient attention and support to this considered ‘vulnerable group’ we are undermining the foundation of our future and generations to come if we don’t stop the multiple violations to Children’s rights to be disclosed here.   • The Universal Declaration of Rights – on  Children

    Article 26.
  • (3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

     

    • The first violation of Children’s rights is having to copy and absolutely integrate within themselves the exact ways of the parents as their genetic product as well as the kind of relationship established with the child that is more often than not a relationship of abuse, conflict, abandonment and exploitation. This begins by the parents, extending to their Neighborhood, school, the media, and the rest of a Child’s Education and Adaptation in society that consists of transferring the past intact to them, not only in behavioral patterns, knowledge and information, but in the way that the world-system is and has been, which is something to be concerned about when realizing that we are already seeing the massive rate of abuse inflicted by ourselves as human beings upon each other and every other living being including the planet itself.
    • By continuing a system that runs on profit instead of the consideration of all life in Equality, we are already culprits for having condemned ourselves and generations that are already Here to go throughout their lifetime, trying to ‘find themselves,’ trying to ‘make a living’ and never questioning why we didn’t do better to ensure all enslavement would be long gone by today. This is the world that parents know, this is all that has been ever known – so how could a parent have any decision of what’s best for their children if there are simply no means – read money which translates to education and a good living condition – with which to provide a secure and supportive living environment for the child? There is no decision: we currently are measured by what we are able to pay for.

     

    All children have a right to be protected, not only those who are at risk of trafficking, and reinforcing protection for all children also reduces the vulnerability of sub-groups of children. The concept of building a protective environment for children includes putting in place policies and programmes that ensure children’s rights to survival, development and well-being in general. Child protection systems comprise the set of laws, policies, regulations and services needed across all social sectors – especially social welfare, education, health, security and justice – to support prevention and respond to protection related risks. These systems are part of social protection, and extend beyond it. They include the aim of supporting and strengthening families to reduce social exclusion, and to lower the risk of separation, violence and exploitation

     

    Governments are responsible for allocating sufficient budget to be able both to support programming such as those outlined above to improve the financial status of the family, and for direct financial assistance for the poorest of the poor. This indicates the importance of coordinated action within government to ensure child protection.
    Ministries with responsibilities for children and families, labour, youth, employment, finance, social welfare, education and potentially others all have a role to play in child protection, and consultation and coordination across different ministries is important to maximize the impact of government policies and actions for children.

    • So far our Governments have no interest to genuinely enforce these considerations, because it is all based on the amount of money this would require and not only that, but an entire re-structuring of the system in fact, because all of what is considered in the quotes above can only exist if every individual in charge of not only children but generally as an independent and self willed being is supported with the necessary means to have the best living condition that can create the conditions stated above, which are merely good intentions with no practical application, which makes such manual a great plan to support our societies, but it is like the blueprint for a house that remains only as a project, a dream in someone’s mind without the necessary funds and means to actually live it out in reality.

     

     

    Do children have rights?

    Children, unlike fetuses, do possess individual rights. A new born child, unlike a fetus, is a physically separate entity. A child is an actual human being, with a capability to reason, and thus a child has the same right to life as any adult. However, the application of this right for a young child differs in practice from that of an adult, as a child’s conceptual faculty is not fully developed. This is why a six year old girl does not have the right to choose to enter into a sexual relationship—and an adult does.

    • This consideration of children not having certain ’diminished faculties’ is the accepted and allowed excuse used to shape and mold a child according to what the Parents and Schooling system implement as ‘Education,’ because it is believed that they are less capable than an adult to make decisions. But the reality is that they are limited and constricted by the very beginning stages of their development within the family core, by the environment in which they are born into wherein not only money will determine the quality of lives and as such the level of ‘liberties’ they will be granted with, but also the way the child will behave, act, speak and develop certain personalities that will be shaped according to the preponderant social and cultural habits and ways of living.

      We have thus far believed that children are not ready to understand, we have accepted and allowed ourselves to believe that they have some form of ‘slow process of integrating knowledge and information when in fact it is quite the opposite. Fortunately, we are the spearhead in Human Education in this world in relation to the investigations that are currently being conducted to for the first time in human history, assist and support an individual from the womb to develop themselves as a sound living human being. This is outside of the bounds of accepted science, yet an entire process of years of investigation backs up this process which can be read within the Desteni Material (Further references will be given at the end of this article*)

     

     

    Parental and Environmental Influence

    • The child is already born into limitation as young as 13 weeks of gestation in the mother’s womb where the parental patterns are integrated as part of the mind that the new born will develop throughout an entire lifetime. This is how no matter how much we would want to apply basic human rights, the conditions that limit the newborn are already integrated by default as the result of who we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become in our  mind that becomes the very genetic information transferred to every newborn.

      Then, Children grow up to integrate the same drive every other human being has within life in a survival system, which is linked to money as a status of success and well being that is fueled by the media that most of the children are educated with due to the parents having little to no time to be with them in every single moment to instead educate the child with actual support based on the development of skills and living examples for the child to eventually become an adult that can reach their utmost potential. This also implies that no matter how great the parents can be, by virtue of existing in one single environment in which we are all existing in, it is virtually impossible to prevent the danger, abuse and insanity of this world to affect your children, because this is the culture that we have created wherein there is little to no support for children to develop the trust and confidence within themselves to walk throughout a lifetime – instead, the schooling process and education at home becomes the survival-training in a world where life is not a given right and where each one is taught to ‘fight for their right to live’ instead of it being given and assured from the cradle to the grave.

    • There is also a Lack of Parental Education to ensure that they will in fact take care of their children. Many abuse their own children either physically, sexually and/or psychologically which defines the life that the child will have from that moment on and for the rest of their lives. These children often run away from home ending up living in the streets other than bearing to live with abusive parents that often are also but not limited to being alcoholics and/or drug abusers, generating conditions for domestic abuse of which children are also gravely affected by. Children can’t ask for support to the authorities because all forms of orphanages or social-worker support ends up being rather abusive at times; some other times children have become so used to the freedom that the streets provide that getting ‘back on track’ as in getting back to school and having a ‘normal life’ is just impossible when some resort to prostitution, drug abuse and even stealing in order to get by. Children grow up to be the same criminals that we then put in prisons without understanding or caring to investigate their background to realize how it is that it all begun from the moment of their inception in a broken home by a dysfunctional couple that did not measure the actual requirements to educate a child with all the best support possible in a financial, affective and environmental way. This is in fact the starting point of our troubled society, these are the relationships and set-up we are born into.

     

    • Children born into families with money are no less abused when being taught to praise the money they have, being defined by their social status and often growing up without direct company of the busy parents that are always traveling or doing business, which ends up creating children that can ‘have it all ‘ financially speaking, but lack the actual formative support that parents are supposed to give. Many more are compromised to either have no option but to marry members in their own family for the purpose of maintaining wealth within it. Many more are forced to follow religious traditions of which they also have no other option for since it is what the parents decide is ‘how things are’ for their children – and this is how even when having sufficient resources, the sheer perpetuation of a linage and tradition that provides success for a family is imposed onto the children with no option to consider there is another way to conduct their lives. Even if this is not considered a form of violation at first sight due to the financial resources available, it does constitute the regular ‘education’ that creates the current elitism in which children are born to without any option to see the world in a different manner, creating dissociation from the rest of the problems that exist in the world, because money creates a veil of comfort that numbs the ability to become an effective and supportive individual – it is all an accepted and allowed social configuration of separation and negligence in which children are born into to further perpetuate the same patterns that have shaped our history generation after generation.

     

     Human CULTure

     

     

    •  Consumerism and the Sexualization of children is being fed by a culture wherein the objective of consumption as the mechanism in which our economy functions, has made of any form of media and social conduct a means and ways to ensure that the profit-making drive is always present from an early age, turning children into early emotionally-driven consumerists following the instructions given on the thousands of ads in our TV and computer screens, where children have little to no awareness of what it is that they’re in fact adopting as a consumption pattern of the words, the behavior, the looks, the aspirations that are simply copied from people on the TV, ‘artists,’  from stories they hear around their parents, teachers, family and friends which is all the result of a social system where entertainment and media have taken the role of ‘educators’ to ensure that children grow up desiring to have a lot of money to buy what they learn is supposed to provide them ‘Happiness.’

      In this there are no values that could ensure that this child will grow up to be an individual that will have the least consideration about the physical reality they live in, caring about each other’s well being or ensuring that the written human rights are in fact implemented. Instead it is all a fantasy-driven story that makes of children young adults with no sense of self responsibility and a strong desire to make money, to be independent and successful in all they do within the definitions of what this system considers ‘successful,’ which is not based on living values but only the amount of money one can get to obtain. Is there in any way a consideration of Equality and developing Self Respect and Integrity within Individuals? No.

      To this, we can add the ubiquitous depictions of sex, violence and any other form of disregard to living values promoted in advertising and pornography, which has become another problem in our society where the internet is filled with that which we have accepted and allowed as an ‘acceptable’ way of entertainment which is by all means Not at all so. On the other side of the coin, this is how this ‘entertainment’ or preference for some becomes a business and a reason for children to be recruited as a sexual slave and in this, no matter how much money you have or don’t have: we’re all responsible for because we’ve become used to driving our lives according to the desire for money, success, sex and the ultimate status that we learn we must get to achieve throughout life, and school, home and our neighborhoods are the growing broth for that; we cultivate it through repetition until eventually our personalities and ‘ways of living’ are absolutely defined by every single thing that we learned from the TV, from the media, from the advertisements on the street and our parental example which also represent the consequential outflow of this same process happening to them from generation to generation.

     

    War

    There are children that could have lived in relatively stable countries, yet the moment a war is waged against their country in the game of “terrorism” – which is in fact supporting the desires of a few individuals in a nation to invade another territory for personal gain -the lives of the country’s people and children are suddenly stripped from that stability and relative peace in which they lived in. Any possibility to go to school and have a normal life is disrupted not only by the need to make money but also due to the death and destruction that any war environment creates, violating the right for children to have a peaceful and healthy living condition, not to mention the lasting effects that have resulted in physical deformities and illnesses that stem from radiation delivered in the form of nuclear bombs and chemical weapons that leave high levels of toxicity undermining any potential ‘healthy living condition’ for generations to come.

     

    War is Children Abuse

    In Afghanistan for example, children are dragged into their parents’ addiction to smoke opium or heroin to mitigate hunger in a family where one single piece of bread must be divided between 5-6 members during a day, living altogether in a shack where children as young as babies already pick up the parents’ drug consumption habit due to the country’s general condition of absolute destruction and social degradation.

    Other no less atrocious outflow is when children become the very military force trained in a religious and fascist manner to fight against whoever is the enemy, leading children to become soldiers and members of gangs as a form of protection; sometimes this is also an outflow of the poverty and lack of familial support that can’t exist in a country where people have less than the necessary means to live. Many more lose their parents as the result of wars in which their living environment can be reduced to rubble.

    War is a crime against humanity that affects people including children along with many more outflows of which this is merely an example of where Children’s Rights are violated.

    Unicef is aware of this, yet the problems are always justified with the whole political situation being ‘too complex’ to solve – it is not, every war can be reduced to be caused by lack of support and or desire for resources that could be distributed in an equal manner in an Equality System in this world.

     

     

     

    Child Labor and Trafficking

     

    The International Labor Organization’s 2002 estimation of 1.2 million children being trafficked each year remains the reference (Every Child Counts, New Global estimate on Child Labour).

    • Making the families aware of the risks entailed in sending their children away to work to make money stems from the obvious point that is not being directly addressed: the sheer need of parents sending their children away from home or directly selling them already indicates a major problem which is Poverty and how the lack of money as support creates the opening ground for  business such as ‘Child trafficking’ to exist. Increasing the family’s income is a perceived solution, but it is not so at the greater scale where inflation in prices and other external circumstances can undermine the potential of such support through merely ‘giving more money to the family.’ This does not solve the problems that exist at home, as a culture where the traditions, beliefs and customs are based on these moral codes where children have to obey their authority without any regard on whether it is in fact common sense that is taught to them or not. Most of the times, it is a hierarchical form of abuse that is being passed on from generation to generation.

     

    Children Equal Life

     

    “Getting girls and boys into school and keeping them there is a vital step in reducing their vulnerability to trafficking. This is especially true of children who are ‘hard to reach’, such as children living on the streets, who are especially vulnerable to being recruited into child labour or to being trafficked.”

    • Education is seen as a way to prevent abuse – but really, is education currently a guarantee for everyone to have an assured job? No. Not only is education not of the best quality that it could be and be granted for ‘Free’ as intended, but it is part of the same world-system scheme in which not all kids receive the same kind of education. In most cases in places where poverty reigns, it is rather a bad experience for children to go through, which causes further drop-outs and lack of motivation. This causes children to instead immediately incorporate themselves into the survival game of this world system wherein we haven’t yet learned or considered to support all individuals equally to prevent child labor. In the end, if you have access to education, but live in an environment where family members act in abusive ways toward the children and the general living condition is deplorable, how can we expect them to have the necessary motivation to keep going if their future is already determined to be subsumed  and marginalized in absolute lack and deprivation from any form of dignified living condition?

     

    Law enforcement in relation to trafficking applies not only to the implementation of criminal law but also labour law, which is a potent weapon in anti-trafficking efforts. It has to be borne in mind however, that labour law cannot reach into the underground economy or unregulated workplaces. It is important that those working in the legal professions understand trafficking, labour exploitation and the realities of the underground economy. They also, of course, should appreciate issues relating to victim protection and rights.

    • It is mostly disheartening to read that the application of laws cannot in fact ensure that no abuse takes place upon children. This is due to our current Corporate and Unregulated Capitalism wherein all that matters is making profit regardless of whose workforce is implied – this does not only apply to children but adults alike. Hence because the economy is in itself flawed and operating as a profit-based system, the root and cause of the problem that affects children is simply not corrected and aligned. This most certainly leads us to believe that laws can put the criminals that traffic children in prison, but is that the solution to a problem wherein the root and cause of such crime is simply not having sufficient money to live and No Human Rights being in fact guaranteed in this world? No, it is not. Law enforcement is thus futile without the necessary mechanisms to in fact change how the system operates at an economic, politic and social level. Without the support of the government, our judicial systems and most importantly the economic system, any and all considerations to rescue victims of child abuse are only temporary fixes for a situation that will reoccur and prevail when someone can profit out of the labor that a little child can provide.

    • The employment of young people is meant to be permitted from age 14-15 while still holding Children’s Rights to supposedly prevent exploitation and other forms of abuse. However what happens in fact is that children as young as 5 and 6 years old are already used as workforce in countries where poverty is the general ‘living condition’ due to the world-system politics and economic affairs that we have all also accepted and allowed as ‘how things are’ where the need for money makes children become workers rather than attending any school to eventually get out of the poverty loop – something as ‘simple’ as in having the ability to go to school, in places where survival is extensive, such luxury is simply not existent, even if it’s not the actual way to stop the cycle of abuse.

    Isn’t Capitalism responsible for children working in factories?

    Children working in factories was only a transitory stage between early feudalism and capitalism. Prior to working in factories, before capitalism, many of children (and their parents) used to die and starve, as evidenced by the high infant mortality statistics before capitalism. Observe that is was not until families left the “country” and went into the “cities” that they were able to produce enough food to eat. The clearest evidence of this is population and infant mortality statistics: population did not go up, and infant mortality did not go down, until the Industrial Revolution. If life was so great before capitalism in the “country”, why was infant mortality so high and population numbers considerably lower before capitalism? Answer: because life was not so great until Capitalism.

    Throughout history the parents of most families could not produce enough to support their families without having their children work also (such was the case of my father in India). It was the accumulation capital by the industrialists that made the labor of parents more productive, that children had to stop working in fields or factories. In poor non-capitalist countries they are still working in fields and factories.

    • There are many ways to justify the abuse that we are currently living in as our economic system, and this quote is proof of that. The problem that is not addressed is how in rich-capitalist countries all the goods sold to the rich are the product of hideous labor conditions, also involving child labor which means that those ‘poor-countries’ become the work-force for the rich countries wherein children are granted all these goods as part of their well being, along with the best education and living conditions each one can afford; but, if they had to produce what they consume, they would probably equally have to make their children work to maintain such high rates of living standards due to not having anyone to ‘outsource’ the production to. Sure, capitalism can elevate a few sectors’ living conditions, but it is not explained at the expense of who is such well being created, and as we know the poor ones, the vulnerable ones are the preferred work force due to the profit that it represents to have cheap labor.

    How could we in any way justify the pain and suffering that children that should be enjoying themselves discovering reality with proper assistance by parents and teachers are instead becoming the workforce within a system wherein Only those with money can make an actual ‘living’? There are no justifications, there are no excuses other than our general disregard and self interest to not ensure every single child’s well being. If this same kind of no-choice for the future of our children was experienced by every single family that is currently secured with money, we would have surely already – most likely – done something about it, but because we don’t see the reality we are all inflicting by default to every child born without proper support, we believe that it is ‘none of our business’ and that is what generates the illusion that the children of the world is not of our responsibility when in reality they are all in fact our children as well.

     

     

     

    Will labor laws banning child labor in non-capitalist countries put an end to child poverty?

    Contrary to leftist rhetoric passing child labor laws in these countries will not solve the problem, but will only lead to mass starvation — which is why the “poor” themselves resist such laws.     • The nature of this quote represents the accepted and allowed crime against ourselves as humanity where we have come to accept poverty as an inherited state of being where even denying labor to children can lead to their inability to fend for themselves. This is the catch 22 conditions we continue to exist in because of profit.     Doesn’t capitalism lead to child labor in factories?

    No. Capitalism did not create child labor working in fields or factories. It inherited it from the previous political systems. Observe that in communist Cuba of today 11 year old children are forcibly sent off to “summer camps” where they spend time working in fields cutting sugar cane and tobacco — this is called by leftists as “volunteerism” and “education”. Yet little mention is made of this.

Any form of forced labor no matter what the type of economic system is a violation of human rights.

    • This is the condition that most people that are abused and exploited in this world are existing in: there is no organism that in fact protects children and young people from the hands of a lucrative business that is a consequential outflow of our own need to keep running a system based on profit while satisfying our accepted and allowed ‘wants and needs.’ Marginalization, discrimination, lack of healthcare, lack of education and basic means to live makes of these individuals the ideal target for those that even promise better living conditions to the parents of the children. Sometimes girls are sold for marriage purposes and in this, a child’s will is absolutely overlooked when it comes to the adults that supposedly know what would be better for another individual. We realize this is just a lie since all current ‘living decisions’ are based on Profit and Survival accordingly.

    What is a proper solution to solving child-poverty in third-world countries?

    The real solution is to make the parents productive enough so that they can produce enough for themselves — and for their children. What these poor people in India and the like need, are not more humanitarians like Mother Theresa, but more businessman like Bill Gates.     • The Production solution is also the same one promoted by organisms like the UNICEF which is of no surprise at all, since all organizations stemming from the UN are still guarding the world-system’s best interests – profit, capitalist gain for a few – above any real Human Rights defense. These organisms are shaped to comply to the dominant economic system and formulate solutions according to the laws of profit and benefit for those that actually create their wealth based on the majority’s suffering.  Making Parents ‘productive enough’ is not a solution since that leads to our current ‘progress and economic growth’ measures that have turned Life into a profit making scheme of unstoppable consuming and producing, turning our world into a factory and a trash can at the same time. Freedom is money in this world, and by not giving money to everyone within a system where giving and receiving is done in equality, we cannot conceive just ‘working harder’ to be a genuine solution but instead it is another way to present a ‘no other way out’ from the capitalist-terms in which we have all believed it is impossible to get out of.

      We’re about to discover that this is not at all so.

All of this will entail an arduous yet absolutely gratifying process of supporting each aspect of our reality to be aligned to Equality as Life, to turn it into the Ideal Living Environment to Raise our Children in the best ways that we can all contribute to guard and create.

    • Children that become the living expression of life will be our greatest reward, to see them enjoying themselves without any fear, without limitation, without having a mind creating inner conflict and insecurity. Instead, each child will be endowed with all necessary living skills through education and parental support to become the individual that they will understand is what is best for all, because Freedom can only exist within the understanding that we are a collective on this Earth and we have to consider each part of it if we genuinely want to live in peace and harmony – that’s the fundamental aspect that will enable children to become effective decision makers and self-willed individuals that support themselves to work together in a system where Life will be honored from birth till the inevitable death.

     

    • The time available for parents to take care of their children will also be a possibility in a world system where working is no longer your ticket to live, but instead a contribution that one gives in a certain phase of our lives – and with considerable less amount of working time – in order to dedicate ourselves as adults to educate and raise children to become the genuine future of the world that we would want ourselves to live in as well.

     

     

    • Educated Parents that genuinely know how to care for their children, having all the necessary means to give them the best living condition is a guarantee that will ensure children are actually cared for with the intent of supporting them as equals to become self-realized individuals that equally generate the best living conditions in which they will also, as a result, will want their own children to be born into.

     

    • No more child trafficking, child abuse, children sold as sexual slaves for child pornography. No more children having to prostitute themselves on the streets, no more children running away from their abusive parents at home, no more children resorting to drugs to mitigate the physical psychological abuse, physical pain and/or hunger – Every single child will have access to the best living condition that we all would want for ourselves. This is the reward that we will collectively ensure through the general organisms that we will all collectively regulate, as it is in our best interest to ensure that our children grow up to be the most effective living individuals that can exist in our world, as that is how we realize that the future of our human race depends on how well we support and assist our children to create the future not only for fellow human beings, but to equally ensure all animals, plants and the entire ecosystem is equally supported to finally live as Equals on this Earth.

      To never see a single child being abused and suffering again – this is our collective responsibility.

  • 364.Education is a Human Right |Equal Money

     

    Why do we Have to go to school? The motivation for Education has been that of preparing yourself throughout at least 15 years of your life in order to be considered as a ‘prepared’ working force ready and suited enough to ‘make a living’ in this world. But we haven’t questioned: Why is it that a human being is not supported from birth to already have all the necessary elements to ‘have a living’ in the best possible way, so that Education does not become a survival training program, but instead an expression, skills and abilities enhancer for every single being?  It’s time to turn Education into this Living Right and redefine the way that we educate ourselves in our world.

    Problem                                                  

    After our basic physical needs are covered, the next vital aspect to consider is Education which is currently either a great source of debt, indoctrination and pattern integration that does Not support individuals to become independent, expressive and self directive beings simply because Education is not Founded upon a system of Self Support, of Equality as Life.

    • We are obliged to go to School in order to acquire a status of a productive individual that earns money in order to make a living in this world-system where  Life is not a given right that by virtue of Birth. We instead are born into debt and dependency on a system of values that are not given to all individuals equally – this means that no matter whether you are rich or poor, we all depend on money to have access to live. Therefore: what kind of Education can we expect to get within a system that accepts Inequality ‘by Default’ as ‘How things are’ without implementing solutions that obviously must exist-  yet they don’t because the system is founded upon inequality and abuse – hence our ‘Education is compulsory’ in order to become the necessary work force that will ensure it works in an adequate and efficient manner according to the interests we have collectively accepted and allowed to be the foundation of our world-system and society.

     

    • This is the necessary preamble to understand that: every form of ‘Education’ we have understood thus far has not  in fact existed as a point of assistance and support to conduct a being to express in their utmost potential, but instead it has been a process of indoctrination where the values that one learn in school and in society in general, are the ones that are necessary to support the same system founded upon power and control: competition, desire to be superior, aspiring to have more and more every time, emotional and feeling enhancement to be easily controlled, and aspirations of success that are only related acquiring an elitist status in society – become a rich individual – that we have all learned to identify as ‘successful living.’ Yet, we don’t see that it is already a violation of human rights to have Education be a process of filtering people/elitism to see who would be successful and unsuccessful in a system where values are not based upon Life in Equality, but instead how apt an individual is to follow dreams and the pursuit of happiness in the aspiration to reach that ‘great living condition’ of wealth and influence. This is how we become the perfect working force – slave – to a system where money is tacitly implied to be the motivation to live, when in fact money should be a given right in order to actually learn how to live and expand in our abilities and skills as human beings to care after one another and all other life forms in an equal and one manner – this is obviously Not conducted this way.

     

    • In the Universal Declaration of Rights – on Education -Article 26.
      • (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

    • Within this is to understand that it is not Education in itself that is the problem, but how it is currently configured to function in a system of inequality, how it is determined by the social class you’re born into, the religion you’re born into, the intellectual skills that are transmitted genetically, the value of skills society imposes, the efficiency of the teachers, the curriculum, the standing of our nation in the global context, economic status, etc…  we are bound to a series of aspects that are beyond our individual direction – specially as a child – and are not pre-existent in an equal and one supportive foundation, but instead form the foundation of elitism which means that Education varies according to the amount of money you’re able to invest on it. Thus the ‘availability’ is not the problem, but how we have defined such availability based on the amount of money you have and accordingly, you will equally assure your working position in the future, but this is not how it works in reality.

     

    • Elementary education is only conceived to be pre-school/ first years of one’s life wherein a child is prepared to have a finite conception of ‘education’ such as getting good grades in order to continue advancing in their curriculum, competing against classmates to get the highest scores, obeying authorities, fearing punishment and consequence if not completing one’s tasks, valuing oneself according to the score you get in exams where only knowledge and information is required to be written out as a proof that what has been taught is ‘understood and integrated,’ which means that we are only indoctrinated to follow through with a system of reward and punishment and goal-setting attributes founded upon the fear of ending up either kicked out of school, which means being bound to a life of a ‘loser,’ not finding a job in the future or being considered as a ‘bad student’ which becomes then a reputation that a person may hold throughout time in all other aspects of their personal lives.

     

    • What is not considered is that all of these evaluation systems are defined according to ‘what is defined as successful/ excelling’ in a system that mirrors the labor system that we are born to be a part of within the same premise of: if you don’t have any money, you have no right to live – all of this means that our education is in fact driven by fear of survival and as such setting the foundation of control upon our children from the moment one learns that ‘not everyone will get access to the good things in life if one is not successful enough–and this is a fundamental problem that defines all other aspects in which our ‘Education’ is formed in our society: a fear based money-driven process of indoctrination.

     

    • Education in third world countries where no food, no water, no shelter, no clothing, no infrastructure to live in dignity exists is just a ‘luxury’ that is unattainable by individuals that are absolutely subsumed in  state of poverty that prevents them from having even sufficient energy to breathe. This is how speaking about Education as a Human Right is dependent on the amount of wealth a Nation possess and this proves that there are no such rights visible as long as children in the third world can be seen selling candies, food or doing factory work in order to live, instead of going to school – please watch the parallel lives of children, where one hast the usual ‘regular life’ of money that we know and the other one has, well, the exact opposite.

     

    All kids are equal in nature, but the system configuration each one is born into isn’t.

     

    • Higher education becomes a ‘privilege’ that only a few are able to obtain if an individual has sufficient money to pay for it. We read that ‘Education is compulsory’ and it shall be equally accessible to everyone on the basis of merit, but what merit can  you get if you simply can’t make enough money to live so you have to study, work and attend to your personal responsibilities where there is little to no time left to become the ‘best student’ everyone can get to be?
      The following chart reveals the rates of High School drop outs that exist based on the ever growing income gap in the American economy – this sets the trend and model that can be found in every other country where the level of ‘drop outs’ may begin as early as junior high according to he necessity of individuals to make money / make a living in this world.

    • In the cases where a student is able to have sufficient score to get into a University/ College, if the parents didn’t save enough money for college – even as early as the child’s birth time – they confront one the greatest debts that a person engages to  throughout their life along with the previously mentioned acquisition of a house – this is about College and the business it has become to ensure that people are bound to paying for almost an entire lifetime the studies that they think they require in order to have a successful living. The usual logic and promise is that you will end up having a great job wherein you’ll have sufficient money to ‘make your dreams come true’ and you’ll use the surplus to pay back for the education. However in reality, we realize this is Not a true Fact – instead, students come out of college with over thousands of dollars in debt to pay for an education that was supposed to grant them – or almost secure them – the best possible job to have great financial stability; instead College Debts become the first binding point for a person to walk through once they finish their education and are out in the system of survival, barely making any money to live, ending up doing any other job that does not relate to the expensive college education they had and on top of that, are bound to pay back for it anyways – or not managing to pay for it at all. This means that the 18-20 years of Education most of the times ends up being a useless process of education that will not be in fact used as the source of an income, but instead a waste of money and personal integrity when finding out that not everyone can in fact ‘make it’ to become successful in this world.

      • (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

     

    • It is paradoxical and contradictory that Education is meant to strengthen a notion of rights that are entirely dependent on an economic system where even your basic needs to subsist are not readily given/ granted – how can we respect fundamental freedoms that are only available for you if you have enough money? What kind of freedom does a person living with $1.25 dollars a day can have in this world? What kind of respect are we teaching our children when finding  out that we have done Nothing to End Poverty, to End Wars, to End the Lack of overall support to every individual but instead have kept each other bound and forced to work and ‘try to live’ in the most happy way which is directly related according to the amount of money you have?

     

    International System Problem

    • The entire configuration/set-up of our system which is  the platform upon which this Declaration of Human Rights was issued – after World War II where the American Hegemony was established in the world – set the tonality in which we would then understand our ‘Rights’ based on a Capitalistic system inherently flawed to only benefit those countries and individuals with sufficient money to have these rights ‘guaranteed’ and again, only guaranteed according to the configuration of, in this case, Education continuing to support and provide the necessary foundation for indoctrination to never question why is it that Education, Food, Water, Shelter, basic services are not Given as an actual Human Right? And all of this is in itself a set up of the Fundamental Violation to Human Rights, it is an economic and financial problem before it is an Educational-Values problem, because the values taught in school will already be shaped according to justifying this competition and survival system above any other principle or regard toward life, such as Equality, Honor, Integrity, Dedication, Respect, Self Honesty – none of this exists in a world where Money sets the rules of who lives in abundance and who is bound to a condition of lack.

     

    • If the United Nation’s sole purpose was in fact to defend Human Rights, all the money that is currently destined to maintain the Offense-Defense balances in the International Politics scenario in this world would instead be directed to empower individuals equally through Education; we would have already seen a great advance or the absolute eradication of poverty in this world among many other problems that are rooted in the lack of education. Instead that has been left to Humanitarian Investments that only support and justify the inequality of the system wherein charities are temporary fixes to a problem deeply rooted in the set-up of this entire world-system at a political, social and economic level. Instead, organizations like the UN are the ones that still accept and allow the existence of weapons that obviously lead to wars, and invest most of their time/ attention and resources to manage such international relations that are, once again, dictated by the hegemonic powers that lead the world. There is no genuine support and interest to implement the basic Declaration of Human Rights, because that would mean that there would be no space for slavery, control and fear-driven causes to make humans subject to money in order to live. In essence if Human Rights in fact existed as intended, we would be already equally free and we would not be writing about everything that has not been conducted in our world after thousands of years of so-called civilization.

     

     

     

     

    • Parents are individuals that have been also educated in this system to become complacent to the rules and regulations implemented through/as our Education Systems where the motivation factor that will define the Parental decisions in relation to their Children’s education will be based on securing their financial status in the future, giving them ‘the best tools’ to live, but what kind of ‘secure future’ or ‘tools’ can one get and give in an educational system that prepares you to compete against each other to make a living, where if you’re not successful enough according to these values that make this system function properly – competition, ambition, drive for success based on the pursuit of happiness/ the road to riches – you are considered as a failure in the system and as such, relegated to menial jobs that have no possibility of expansion and development in a being’s life. Therefore, Parents don’t know any better either as to what is best for their children because they too have been educated to learn how to fight for survival, how to compete, how to shape oneself in a way that is adequate to make money and have the greatest positions in the system.

     

    • The kinds of education currently available in this world depend on money, so if the parents have more than sufficient money to live, they will be able to afford private schooling which is considered ‘better’ than public schooling in most of the cases around the world – and in essence it is also just a training ground to become the ‘leaders’ of a world where unequal relationships are forged to sustain a system of inequality. Thus in fact one thinks one is getting ‘the best education,’ but it is in fact only training the people that will compete to get to leadership positions and be ‘in charge’ of others of lesser by-default positions in the system, which means that one becomes only the ‘system-holder’ within such positions of ‘power’ and/or control. Our politicians, our economists, our doctors, our teachers, sociologists, lawyers, communicators, all are equally educated to follow the same pattern where social polarization is studied, theorized and discussed ad nauseam with no definitive outcome to solve the problems in this world which are rooted in the way the world-system is set-up to function.

     

     

    • To sum up the understanding of all the flaws within the article that defends the right to Education promulgated by the UN, it is to understand How we have we come to accept and allow an inherently flawed Educational System whose parameters only perpetuate a system of power, control and abuse, no different to any other system because the ruling system is Money and as such Money defines the type of values, skills, dreams and aspirations that our children are imbued with/taught from the moment they step into our educational facilities. The role of the parents is currently that of guarding the interests of the System to ensure that the children become ‘good citizens’ in our nations that have been founded like corporations, not realizing or asking but Why is it that only  a few can achieve happiness and be successful in this world? We blame the ‘inadequacy’ of the child, when in fact it is that the system is designed to not cater for each one’s dream-fulfilling aspirations. And in all of this: who or what is the system? Each and every single one of us.

     

    • If we are Self-honest enough we will realize how the moment that we applaud an individual’s success in school we are not in fact recognizing the child’s skills and developmental abilities, but we are in fact applauding the road to success that they represent the moment that the System, through its preparation phase called Schooling, approves of the child’s skills, knowledge and information to be obedient to rules and regulations which we laureate with the tag of ‘Good Students,’ while in fact it is simply recognizing a well-indoctrinated being that will abide to the laws and fulfill the expected outcome it’s been imprinted onto them which is: making the most money they can and call that as Successful Living.

     

    • Last but not at least, the lack of understanding of ourselves as human beings that think, that experience emotions and feelings and make choices according to an inherent survival  mode leads all participants in our society to conform to ideals that we believe are ‘what’s best’ – however why is it that we breed more insecurity, fear, anti-social behaviors, competition, greed, bullying, hating, social segregation, disrespect, cheating, lying and all of the problems in this world that are ‘shaped’ in our schools instead of promoting the individual understanding of ourselves being Equal living beings with individual abilities and capacities to develop in different ways in which we can all ‘win’ if supported to understand who we are as our mind, our personalities, our thoughts, how to walk through emotional distress and any other type of experiences that are only seen as ‘problems’ in the individuals without a clear direction to them. This is one of the key elements that is absolutely missed in schools and delegated to a few psychologists to ‘solve the problems,’ without realizing this is an overall and all-encompassing problem wherein the entire configuration of our world-system is existent: from money system, government/ politicians, laws, parents, social inequality, media, environmental and resource abuse, familial relationships and all other aspects that a child is exposed to invariably become the ‘Education’ that is absorbed outside and inside the classroom, determining everything that an individual will become in the image and likeness of a system of abuse and accordingly a participant in society – and in this it is not only the Parents or Teacher’s problem: we are All Equally Responsible  as a Global Society for this

This process implies developing all necessary skills to become an individual of integrity, honor, respect and dignity that recognizes all life forms as equal to oneself.                     There is sufficient food and resources for everyone to have the necessary daily and sustainable supply of quality nourishment to live and support our physical bodies in the best way possible. The problems are corporate interests and a rigged system that doesn’t grant access to this Basic Human Right. Money in Equal Money is a rights document that ensures all individuals are given money/access to  buy the necessary food to fulfill a healthy quality living standard that is best for all, including animals and sustainability of the Earth’s resources.

                            • There are 1 Billion undernourished people in the world today. That means one in eight people do not get enough food to be healthy and lead an active life. Hunger and malnutrition are in fact the number one risk to the health worldwide — greater than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.
                            • Among the key causes of hunger are natural disasters, conflict, poverty, poor agricultural infrastructure and over-exploitation of the environment.
                            • As well as the obvious sort of hunger resulting from an empty stomach, there is also the hidden hunger of micronutrient deficiencies which make people susceptible to infectious diseases, impair physical and mental development, reduce their labour productivity and increase the risk of premature death.
                            • Hunger does not only weigh on the individual. It also imposes a crushing economic burden on the developing world. Economists estimate that every child whose physical and mental development is stunted by hunger and malnutrition stands to lose 5-10 percent in lifetime earnings.

                          • Most of the world’s hungry live in developing countries. According to the latest Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) statistics, there are 870 million hungry people in the world and 98 percent of them are in developing countries.  They are distributed like this:
                          • 578 million in Asia and the Pacific
                            239 million in Sub-Saharan Africa
                            53 million in Latin America and the Caribbean
                            37 million in the Near East and North Africa
                          • 19 million in developed countries

                           

                            • Hungry farmers
                            • FAO calculates that around half of the world’s hungry people are from smallholder farming communities,  surviving off marginal lands prone to natural disasters like drought or flood. Another 20 percent belong to landless families dependent on farming and about 10 percent live in communities whose livelihoods depend on herding, fishing or forest resources.
                            • The remaining 20 percent live in shanty towns on the periphery of the biggest cities in developing countries. The numbers of poor and hungry city dwellers are rising rapidly along with the world’s total urban population.

                           

                            • Women
                            • Women are the world’s primary food producers, yet cultural traditions and social structures often mean women are much more affected by hunger and poverty than men. A mother who is stunted or underweight due to an inadequate diet often give birth to low birthweight children.
                            • Around 50 per cent of pregnant women in developing countries are iron deficient (source: Unicef). Lack of iron means 315,000 women die annually from hemorrhage at childbirth. As a result, women, and in particular expectant and nursing mothers, often need special or increased intake of food.

                           

                            • Rural risk
                            • Three-quarters of all hungry people live in rural areas, mainly in the villages of Asia and Africa. Overwhelmingly dependent on agriculture for their food, these populations have no alternative source of income or employment. As a result, they are vulnerable to crises. Many migrate to cities in their search for employment, swelling the ever-expanding populations of shanty towns in developing countries.

                           

                           

                          WHY

                          • Nature

                            Natural disasters such as floods, tropical storms and long periods of drought are on the increase — with calamitous consequences for food security in poor, developing countries.

                           

                          • War
                          • From Asia to Africa to Latin America, fighting displaces millions of people from their homes, leading to some of the world’s worst hunger emergencies. Since 2004, conflict in the Darfur region of Sudan has uprooted more than a million people, precipitating a major food crisis — in an area that had generally enjoyed good rains and crops.

                           

                          • In war, food sometimes becomes a weapon. Soldiers will starve opponents into submission by seizing or destroying food and livestock and systematically wrecking local markets. Fields and water wells are often mined or contaminated, forcing farmers to abandon their land.

                           

                          • When conflict threw Central Africa into confusion in the 1990s, the proportion of hungry people rose from 53 percent to 58 percent. By comparison, malnutrition is on the retreat in more peaceful parts of Africa such as Ghana and Malawi.

                           

                          • Agricultural infrastructure
                          • In the long-term, improved agricultural output offers the quickest fix for poverty and hunger.

                           

                          • All conspire to limit agricultural yields and access to food.

                           

                          • Too many developing countries lack key agricultural infrastructure, such as enough roads, warehouses and irrigation. The results are high transport costs, lack of storage facilities and unreliable water supplies.

                           

                          • But, although the majority of developing countries depend on agriculture, their governments economic planning often emphasizes urban development.

                           

                          • Over-exploitation of environment

                            Poor farming practices, deforestation, overcropping and overgrazing are exhausting the Earth’s fertility and spreading the roots of hunger.
                          • Increasingly, the world’s fertile farmland is under threat from erosion, salination and desertification.

                           

                            • Poverty Trap
                            • In developing countries, farmers often cannot afford seed to plant the crops that would provide for their families. Craftsmen lack the means to pay for the tools to ply their trade. Others have no land or water or education to lay the foundations for a secure future.

                           

                          • This is the result of seed control imposed by corporations like Monsanto that ensure farmers become mere labor force to produce food that is in accordance to an agenda of privatization, genetic modification, resource control and further contamination that is leading farmers to the point of suicide when realizing the contracts that they are forced to sign if they want to keep themselves ‘in business’ – The same happens with the monopolization of food distribution that leads to massive profits to a few chains that have all control of products that we consume where not only price but also the quality and conditions of our meals are being corrupted in order to fulfill more profit-making agendas where any form of actual care for our health is overridden by the need to control and generate more money out of a basic human need, which is food

                          • Food is a Fundamental Human Right and it must be granted to every individual by Constitutional Right where all Human Beings are given access to all foods and  nutrients to live a healthy and fulfilling life. This is possible due to understanding that all Resources of the Earth must be Equally distributed/ given access to all inhabitants of the planet in order to feed ourselves properly. It is a certainty that lacking resources is not the problem, but rather the system of power and control that would not grant all equal access to this – this will be solved through the implementation of Equal Money where your money is your access to that which we require to live  in the best possible condition.

                           


                           
                          In an Equal Money System, Food will be a Basic Human Right. Food will no longer be detrimentally linked to money, where money decides the availability and quality of food and transparency of information. Food will no longer be tool for Profit but a Source of Life.

                          • Equal Money Capitalism: Your work will enable you to earn money to buy the best quality food available existent in a system where profit won’t define the type of food you obtain, instead the highest quality standards will be implemented to know exactly what it is that we are consuming and how it has been produced from the moment of extraction to its final distribution center. This is part of the necessary transparency to ensure no hidden agendas are integrated in the very foods we eat. There won’t be privatization of resources, but organized labor to extract and produce sufficient food to ensure it is enough for everyone in the world in a sustainable basis.

                           

                          • We realize that providing a fulfilling diet for all individuals increases the ability for human beings to be well developed as well as improving performance in educational processes. All Children will have access to food from the moment of conception, gestation in the mother’s womb to ensures proper development,we understand that healthy mothers and children are the foundation of the preventive measures to eradicate diseases, virus and weaker immunologic systems. Information about proper nutrition will also go hand in hand with necessary education for parents to know how to feed their child in all various stages of their growth and development.

                           

                          • Quality foods will be a global standard that will form part of the global transparency to disclose all processes involved in food production, labeling of products to inform the people what is exactly being consumed – this means that many of our products will have to be reconfigured and reassessed according to its actual nutrimental value as opposed to mere profit-making products that do more harm than any good.

                           

                          • Food Safety: By Legal determination, all proven to be Cancerous substances, toxic chemicals, pollutants, fertilizers, genetically modified seeds and any other form of deliberate intervention to our food that is detrimental for living beings’ health will cease to exist once that we, the people of the world, ensure that our food is purified and reconfigured to be of actual support and is safe for every individual that consumes it – this is part of the de-monopolization process that will take place once that profit is no longer the driving force in our world system and corporations cease to have power over what we eat.  Instead providing quality healthy foods will be the standard that is sustained, guarded and supervised by all individuals as it is part of our collective responsibility to never again allow tyrant corporations to take control of our food, crops and distribution of it.  All necessary research to reverse these effects will form part of the restoration of our directive principle upon the food that we eat.

                           

                          • Consumption habits will be taught to parents and teachers where our food preferences will be transformed to be of actual support in accordance to physical body requirements. Diets will be given to every person and caretaker of minors to ensure that by virtue of having equal access to food, the nutritional requirements are given to all as an actual Human Right – this means that the Access to Food that we in fact Require is part of the new way in which we will ensure that everyone has the necessary means to live well. It will depend on each one’s work and further consumption preferences to buy extra treats, but the basics will be granted as a basic necessity that will be covered by default – this is the real end of Hunger.

                           

                          • The Government’s function – which will be any individual that wants to cooperate with supervision purposes to ensure all food production and distribution is optimized in an best for all manner. This will include designating the necessary resources for scientific and agricultural research to enhance food production technologies, optimize it and restore it to function in accordance to the natural cycles of the Earth, along with necessary corrections for further resource efficiency in all the processes involved in food production – this will include rehabilitation of eroded and ‘dead fields’ to be suitable for crops again, as well as providing the necessary infrastructure and education for people in places where food has not been grown due to lack of resources.

                           

                          • We will all support with Food Production according to the laws of physical supply and demand which means there are no market forces that determine the availability of food, it will be a process of logistics, human labor/work force, technology, transportation, distribution and sustainability at an ecological level what will be taken into consideration to ensure that food is guaranteed to all 7 billion people in this Earth – it is possible, we simply have to create the necessary infrastructure to do so in order to guarantee the application of the Fundamental Human Right to grant Food to all individuals equally.

                            The Third Fundamental Human Right is that: Every Human, Fundamentally, Requires Food to Exist, Food to Have a Life on Earth and therefore, Food (which is primarily, actually, a Substance that is Produced by the Earth for Free, to a degree – except for the Human Labour part) –

                            Food is the Third Basic Human Right. Without Food, Nobody can Exist.                           • Knowing with certainly what we are consuming/ drinking is the greatest safety measure we can co-create by working as a team that ensures only what is best for all is conducted in our food production processes. Food labeling will be an imperative requirement as well as providing the necessary nutritional education as mentioned to ensure that no underweight or overweight is produced – this will go hand in hand with removing products containing substances that are only meant to create addictions, like too much sugar, artificial flavors and growth enhancements, since the starting point of our food will be to nurture ourselves, not to make money out of it.
