389. Are Emotions Necessary to Be Creative?

Demystifying artistic endeavors and the experience during creative processes.

For further context, an emotion is a usually negative experience that in my case I would use as a reason, starting point and ‘catalyst’ to create art. Now, one would believe that ‘negative experiences’ are usually undesirable, however in my case they became similar to how a person would want to hold on to happiness because of enjoying the experience of it. This is how I became a person that was more used to being within emotions rather than feelings – and the reason why being because I linked my experience as a response to me seeing the world around me and making ‘no sense of it,’ and as such having wanted to ‘escape’ it through my experience and my hobby, among other relationships and habits that were intertwined as a way to define ‘me’ as an emotional person that is too sensitive to the state of the world in which I would get to ‘feel good’ in such emotional states – therefore the context of this is to realize that an emotional experience even if it’s negative it is no different to being living through mostly feelings and ‘positive experiences’ as both are energy-based experiences that exist at a mind level.

 

Self Forgiveness on Emo-creations:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define the word ‘expression’ based on artistic creation and thus limit the word expression to be immediately linked to ‘creating artworks’ or producing a formal piece of art mostly through drawing and painting wherein I would define expressing as experiencing an emotion or feeling within me and producing something while experiencing such feeling or emotion, sometimes of anger, sometimes of gloom and doom – most of the times – sometimes a yearning, hope, hopelessness and some other times just imagining what it would be to live in a perfect world, sadness – all of these I had defined as ‘my expression’ because at that time I had linked the ‘who I am’ entirely intertwined with emotions. This I now realize is not who I really am as those are emotions and feelings that I created a relationship with based on how I would experience myself within them, and thus how I accepted them as ‘who I am’ and eventually believing that ‘this is My expression’ which means an experience that is generated while creating an artwork.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe at that time that my expression was ‘unique’ and that means that my constant ‘mood’ or ‘state of being’ as any of these emotions were my catalyst to express myself/to create – therefore that is how the moment that I stopped being hopeless, angry, sad or moody I stopped ‘expressing myself’ as in creating any artwork, just because of how much I had linked the two points in relation to my emotional experience. Therefore

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define my creative abilities and skills based on ‘how I would feel’ and as such determining and defining that I could only ‘express myself’ if I was feeling in a particular ‘mood’ and thus dooming myself to only ‘feel creative’ based on an emotional experience, without realizing that a creative process has nothing to do with an emotional experience as it is a physical act of arranging certain elements to create something physical, to develop certain skills and that has nothing to do with an emotion directing my hand or my use of materials to do something.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit the expression of ‘I’m feeling creative’ to an experience, an emotion such as sadness, hopelessness, anger or general state of doom and gloom that I would then get excited about in order to ‘let it all out’ in a painting or drawing or writing sometimes as well, which I see is all linked to how I would hear/read about other artists like painters or musicians or writers how they would feel a certain way when they would create at their best, and so believing within myself in a way that because I was stopping my emotional participation and feeling experiences, then I wasn’t going to be able to create ‘good stuff’ any longer – which is then limiting my creation to emotions and feelings and it shouldn’t be so.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ‘want to turn back time’ in order to change my decisions in life, which is rather not possible and it indicates that I haven’t dealt with the fact that I chose something based on my emotional experience about it and as such I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to choose and make decisions in my life based on how I felt about it, based on my emotional experience and pursuing further emotional involvement in my life, without then knowing or even realizing how this was going to only lead me to continue being in a certain state of mind and ‘mood’ wherein I would have not been able to be stable as I am now since I had linked – back then – the creative process to emotions, a continued state of doom and gloom and be glorified by it – which is something that I saw was ‘special’ about people like Frida Kahlo for example who became a background influence and how I saw suffering as the key for her to make real art, as well as that whole blog I wrote about ‘You’ll need to suffer to make any real art’ as I realize that it’s about time that we as humanity move from linking emotions and feelings to creations that can become a supportive tool to realize ourselves, instead of glorifying emotions and feelings and keep us all trapped in the same mindset of being a ‘tormented sensitive individual in this evil world’ which is how I would see myself back then.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to ‘feel creative’ when I was frustrated and angry for me not being ‘creating anything’ and as such the last time that I painted for a day or so, I was experiencing mostly emotions that I tried to once again ‘let out’ through the creative process which is rather like a mindfuck really because I realize that painting is a physical act of having materials that one use to arrange and imprint and mold and shape things in order to be arranged as a final product/ a final something that I create. So, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I was incapable of creating anything ‘good’ without experiencing emotions such as sadness or being depressed and so linking my own stability to ‘not having anything to express’ or even ‘not being able to express now because I am not feeling that same way.’

I realize that it is about then dissociating any creative process from ‘how I feel’ or the ‘emotions’ I once believed I had to experience in order for me to ‘feel creative’ and realize that being creative is not a feeling, but a doing, a physical act of arranging certain matters and elements or images that I then use to create something that either generates a specific visual product or creative writing etc – anything that can be used to provide a message, to ‘say something’ through images or words or sounds or it all together. This is how then I see that my creative expression is linked to the media, the tools, the elements I can use to generate an expression, a message and that these are all conscious decisions and physical actions/moves to generate it and that I do not require an emotion to do it.

When and as I see myself believing that ‘I need to ‘feel creative’ as in being in a certain mood to create’ I stop and I breathe – I realize that I am limiting myself to experiencing emotions and not ‘any’ emotion but very specific ones in order to link it to ‘feeling creative’ which is not acceptable as I’ve already seen, realized and understood that ‘creating’ is a physical act, an intellectual process of picking elements and arranging them in order to produce a physical/digital product that I use to ‘express’ something, without this ‘expression’ meaning an emotion or a feeling only – but sometimes it is for the sheer aesthetics of it, sometimes in order to provide my own version of something I see in the world and this thus means stopping seeing ‘art’ as this emotional-creative process and creation as that is rather limiting once that I realize that I am here, I am a physical being and don’t really require emotions to exist and create.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that ‘something is missing’ while creating something and seeing it as ‘pointless’ because I had mostly defined the process of creation as ‘having to generate an experience within me’ and if this was not in place, then It was ‘useless’ – so this is obviously me as the mind speaking and defining what ‘gives it a kick’ as an experience, an emotion while creating something or afterward when seeing the ‘final product’ instead of realizing that anything we create is a physical thing and I do not require to ‘feel’ something while looking at it, while doing it or being creating something – as this would only be ‘feeding the mind’ that seeks an energetic experience out of it. So this implies that expression is just that, me extending myself to use what I have available to say something, to do something, to arrange something in a way that I decide it to be and with a particular purpose – and this is then only doing that, creating something.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to link the definition of something being ‘pointless’ as in not getting an experience out of it in relation to the process of creating something or the final product thereof, based on how I would deem myself as ‘having a point’ or ‘having a reason’ to create when early on I would have people observing ‘my creations’ and writing about it or leaving comments or even poems to which I defined that ‘It meant something, I had a point’ and so when all of this stopped essentially because I stopped wanting to feed this ego of mine, then because I knew I wasn’t going to get the ‘energy fix’ out of it, then it became ‘pointless’ without realizing that this is once again the polarity creation of me first getting an energetic-kick out of ‘my creations’ and then when I stopped generating this emotions and experiences around it, then I saw it as ‘pointless’ – it’s only the mind speaking.

When and as I see myself having the starting point of ‘creating something’ based on the expectations of feedback, comments or others ‘admiring it’ – I stop and I breathe – I realize that anything I create is a process that I conduct out of my own volition, for my own support and to ‘straighten my ideas’ instead of expecting others to like it or praise it or comment on it, as this is already a conditional point to my expression based on ‘how others receive it’ which is usually how the ego that I formed in relation to ‘being an artist’ operates: doing things that would make me feel something while doing them, and also confirm such ‘specialness’ through the feedback I’d get from others. In this believing that without such ‘experience’ then it would be similar to rather doing nothing as ‘I would get nothing out of it’ lol, which is just ‘not getting and not participating’ in the ego-kick I had defined art to do ‘for me.’

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to link the idea of ‘being creative’ to ‘being an artist’ and as such believing that ‘I am no longer creative because I am no longer emotional’ without realizing that this ‘linkage’ was created within the ‘who I was’ in the past and now I realize that being creative is simply having the ability to use what is here in order to ‘make’ something, to do something that can be supportive to convey a message, to be a supportive tool to illustrate something or sometimes just to make it for ‘the sake of it’ – however I understand that there is now the aspect of self-responsibility in everything that I create either at a mental or physical level and as such, I realize that doing something for the sake of ‘feeling’ something is not viable and not supportive – therefore I allow myself to see the word ‘creative’ or ‘being creative’ as what it means: doing something, making something from ‘scratch’ meaning using the elements that we have available in a particular order or arrangement to make something ‘new’ out of it – even if we cannot really create something ‘out of nothing’ as we always use what is here anyways.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that ‘because of Process I stopped creating’ when in fact it was me through my limited definition of ‘being creative only when I’m emotional’ that I then saw that it was ‘not possible’ for me to create while being ‘stopping participation in emotions and feelings’ and also because of linking ‘creating’ and ‘being an artist’ to already pursuing an experience of ‘being more than/ being special/ being unique/ having to build up this unique presentation of myself’ which are all stereotypes I’ve picked up throughout the years based on how I carefully planned myself, my ego/personality adding up bits and bits that would shape me into becoming the ‘special’ individual I wanted myself to be back then. Therefore when realizing the starting point of my decision to study art, to ‘be creative’ and to follow through with it all into a career, I stopped wanting to have anything to do with it based on my own self-dishonesty as the starting point to it. Hence the ‘hate’ experience toward it that emerged was based on me having to let go of that which I had first given a lot of value, time, effort to create – and so it was like having to deconstruct that which I had invested a lot of time, effort, money on and so believe that now that I have to deconstruct the ‘ego’ of myself that I’ve created as an artist, I cannot now dedicate myself to this as it would be dishonest’ without realizing that such statement is rather limiting as well, and nothing else but holding the same relationship of friction and conflict with it, instead of establishing an equality toward this profession and treat it like any other profession, instead of wanting to ‘scratch it out’ of my life almost – yet at the same time liking and enjoying even watching/looking at the stuff that I did before.

Therefore I realize that in order to align myself to this profession it is to precisely not look at it within the eyes and mind-frame of the ‘who I was’ as that is certainly not here as myself as the decision of who I want to be and become any longer, and it would be rather difficult for me to pretend to ‘feel’ the same way I used to – but this doesn’t mean that I don’t have now the ability to create/be creative and use any material, tool or media to do create something that can be useful to convey a message. I realize that most of my limitation to ‘create’ comes from re-enacting the overall cycle of regretting my decisions, regretting my choice of career and using this to stop me or preventing me from doing anything ‘creative’ or create something, which doesn’t make sense as it is only me in my mind preventing me from doing something based on the definitions I’ve charged to even the moment of preparing myself to pain or create something, believing that I should be ‘feeling’ in a certain mood, while I realize now that it doesn’t have to be that way at all now.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to in my mind as the ‘who I was’ apply the usual extremism of ‘If I won’t get my emotional fix from it, then I want nothing to do with it’ which is kind of like a tantrum kind of experience or even self-spitefulness when realizing that I cannot continue ‘feeding’ my obsessions so to speak, and creating this ‘special aura’ around myself as ‘the artist’ or any emotional experience and as such, there’s also that layer of not being able to now use art to ‘generate these things for me, therefore I dump it’ and so going into the polarity aspect of denigrating it, seeing it as useless/pointless based on the definitions I had created about it. I realize that in doing this I do nothing but reactivate the grudge or regret or any other experience I had held toward ‘art’ or my career or anything related to ‘artists’ themselves, instead of seeing them and the profession in itself as a any other occupation in this world that one can use and become it in order to direct a new way to live it, to participate in society, to create and innovate ways in which change at an individual level can be conducted.

In this case I realize that de-mystifying the artistic-personality as a highly emotional individual is quite overrated and I realize that it was my ideas, beliefs and perceptions that shaped this definition within me and that an artist itself should not be other than a human being that can use creative processes at a physical and intellectual level in order to provide his/her own view of the world in order to convey a message, or express something that can be received by others as a way of communication.

I commit myself to be able to use any media, elements and skills that I realize can be used to generate a product or ‘something’ that I can use to convey a message, no different to writing and no different to being painting or drawing or creating images, as we can communicate in many ways as human beings, using different tools and methods to it – therefore I use what is here without defining it any longer within the constrains of  my old definition of art, but redefine art as a human creation that is conveying a message, is saying something and that’s it. It doesn’t have to me more or less than that which is equal to everything and everyone else that is here as life.

 

I commit myself to not link words like ‘expression’ or ‘creativity’ to only exist within the past-mindframe of ‘artistic expression’ but to identify them within the physical context that they imply which is me deciding to use certain elements and tools to make something, arrange something in order to give it a purpose, a meaning, and an intent within it.

 

I realize how these experiences stem from the relationship I formed toward art, meaning a relationship of separation wherein I would ‘get something out of it’ for my own mind-benefit and this is how when stopping that benefit – no different to stopping any other relationship with an individual – it is like the ‘shortage’ of experience makes me believe that it is ‘its fault’ or that I should now avoid and have to do nothing with the source of ‘temptation’ so to speak, without realizing that this is how we create our dramas as humans beings with these love-hate experiences based on how we would believe ourselves to ‘benefit’ from something, without understanding the actual relationship of separation formed in the first place.

So this is how through equalizing myself to myself, my ability to do/create/direct and make things is my own decision, my own ability and there’s nothing ‘more’ to it other than what it is as any other point that I create, arrange or direct as they are all also creative processes as well – no more and no less.

386. War Crimes are Born in the Mind

A reflection on Errol Morris’ “The Unknown Known” a documentary about Donald Rumsfeld

“n THE UNKNOWN KNOWN, Academy Award-winning director Errol Morris (THE FOG OF WAR) offers a mesmerizing portrait of Donald Rumsfeld, the larger-than-life figure who served as George W. Bush’s secretary of defense and as the principal architect of the Iraq War. Rather than conducting a conventional interview, Morris has Rumsfeld perform and explain his “snowflakes” — the enormous archive of memos he wrote across almost fifty years in Congress, the White House, in business, and twice at the Pentagon. The memos provide a window into history — not as it actually happened, but as Rumsfeld wants us to see it. By focusing on the “snowflakes,” with their conundrums and their contradictions, Morris takes us where few have ever been — beyond the web of words into the unfamiliar terrain of Rumsfeld’s mind. When I directed myself to watch this documentary on Donald Rumsfeld’s mind I realized I was in ‘for a ride’ when it comes to being ‘face to face’ – in the cinema, with only some 10 other people in it –watching and hearing, getting to know more about an individual that has developed and affinity to justify wars, torture and overall abuse through his self-rewarding ability to redefine words and cunningly deceitful use of language – this means what he makes a word to mean, is what the word will mean and become, because he says so and so he thinks, therefore he is, and so he makes up his own excuses, reasons and justifications to make his actions and decisions seem right and be able to sleep well at night.

 

See, the confrontation for me begun when once again seeing and realizing how words can be used as double edge swords and how everything can be twisted according to how we define (read: limit, tergiversate, compromise, abuse and even harm) reality through words, and how such words become part of our reality through someone’s decision to change what it means to instigate war through generating doubt and the justification for such doubt.

When I first realized this situation in relation to words and how they essentially define our relationship toward everything in reality several years ago,  it was one of those shocking revelations in my life and I used it as an excuse to further my desire to step-away from ‘the evil man-made system’ and seeing words as human dictatorship. Well, this pattern was again experimented when seeing the absolute obsession and overall madness that Rumsfeld shares with us through this great documentary that Errol Morris managed to get Rumsfeld comply to do over 20 hours of recordings for it. I had too many questions as to how such a political figure had agreed to do this documentary and only through watching this interview I filled-in the gaps; I also realized how cunning Morris is to provide us with this ‘psychopathic’ view of a human mind obsessed with power and war and yet believe that everything is absolutely alright with it. Is it only Rumsfeld that is a ‘psychopath’?

Throughout the documentary I heard and read Rumsfeld’s memo-creations and how he would have this severe obsession to redefine words to suit his Machiavellian agenda, to make sure things would sound ‘good’ to him, to believe he was following a greater purpose where any form of actual abuse and plain evil simply did not exist to him, because to him he was following the right to defend his nation, to ‘do the right thing’ according to what he has defined ‘right’ and what he has defined ‘good’ to be. And this is where I could identify the massive cognitive dissonance that doesn’t only exist in Rumsfeld, and it’s certainly not only about ‘him’ as an individual only.

This documentary reveals the nature of what I’ve realized throughout these years is who we are and have become as human beings within our minds, a consciousness system that programs itself to define, shape, mold and forge a view of reality that in this case makes him feel ‘good’ about himself, without having any real consideration or I dare say ‘care’ about the effect of his words upon physical reality. When realizing this, I have to apply the golden rule of taking the point back to self and seeing myself also as a human being that also has a mind and that also has abused words and definitions to further my own interests, what I think and want to believe is right and righteous, without considering at all how my words, thoughts and deeds will affect others – and in Rumsfeld’s position as Secretary of Defense during the George W. Bush era, he became the decisive factor and voice that would call for wars that are till this day ongoing in one way or another. 

But, once again, is it really only ‘him’? Or is it the entire collective accepted and allowed disposition of such ‘power’ by only a few?A person in such position can only exist if the rest of the people accept and allow it. Therefore I realize that I have actually become part of the collective compliance to this discourse that justifies wars waged in the benefit of a few individuals, where trillions of dollars are spent on death and destruction, sucking dry any sort of solvency for a world-wide economy that is in shambles at the moment. And yes, even if I am ‘against war’ by becoming angry about what a few people can do in their position, I only further the problem by becoming ‘angry’ at them or the United States as a nation, since I have also come to realize how there is a greater-construct to this all where from the beginning of our time, we accepted this massive enslavement to our mind, to ‘the system’ as the reflection of our mind, one system that we are now beginning to wake up and realize how detrimental it is to life in general, and so blaming people like Rumsfeld for depicting the image and likeness of our current ‘human nature’ is rather pointless and without any solution to it.

 

At times throughout the documentary I wanted to scream and shout how this is absolute nonsense and how we have ‘psychopaths’ in our governmental spheres, but every single time as I was watching I would also bring myself back to see and consider the ‘bigger picture’ where it’s not about ‘him’ only, it’s about what each one of us has been and become as a mind system that cares about nothing else but our own self, our benefits, our desires, what we Think is right, what makes us special and in this case intelligent with the use of words. And that’s the trick, in his mind there is no consideration of the consequences, the actual suffering that people actually go through after he declares wars and ‘acceptable’ ways of torture, that’s because the position he was in became a nice money-secured bubble to evade reality and consequences, and such war crimes are justified as ‘defense’ mechanisms, which I also realized we live by at an individual level, where I can make any sort of excuse and justification to not have to take responsibility for my own thoughts, words and deeds.

 

And this is where I am able to also forgive myself for having accepted and allowed myself to react in any way with scorn, anger, frustration and plain disbelief when seeing how nonchalant this character was when speaking about how some things work and some others don’t work when being asked about war crimes, invasions and the supposed arsenal of chemical weapons of mass destruction he claimed Hussein’s regime had in order to wage war against Iraq. This is a man that – as any other political-figure within the current set-up of this system – has developed the skills to talk an entire nation into agreeing to go to war, believing that what he decides and does is somehow the right thing to do, because it Sounds good, it Feels good to him. He also likes to twist words around and say things like “The Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence” when being asked about the existence of WMD in Iraq, which can leave people pondering and thus complying to such possibilities just because it sounds like ‘he’s got a point’ – isn’t it? And so one falls for it as well. This documentary is an excellent way to see how propaganda is created and yes, it all begins with redefining words to our surprise.

 

I forgive myself for having accepted and allowed myself to covertly use anger as a way to blame Rumsfeld for initiating the war on Iraq, without realizing it is actually blame for having accepted and allowed the continuation of this current world system where we only seek how to make the most money, to have the most power and in this realizing that in his position, I would have most likely done the exact same thing as it is about understanding his position, his context, his preprogrammed design as one of the ‘locks’ in the system to perpetuate wars and conflicts, using words to justify and excuse them because that is how I can make even the most atrocious act seem ‘right’ if backed with proper ideas, beliefs and justifications – I have a mind and so did he and everyone else, so it’s about learning how to self-forgive each other’s actions and instead focus on how to correct them and never again allow this to repeat again, I begin with taking responsibility for my own thoughts, words and deeds.

In Rumsfeld’s case, the words written and advised by him to the presidents of the United States throughout the years came to manifest the most atrocious wars and tortures that the US has conducted as part of their foreign policy of ‘defense’ – though,  he has not lived a war, he has not seen first hand the horrors that people in Abu Ghraib were forced to experience, he was not the one hung like Sadam, he was not witnessing what a detainee in Guantanamo bay goes through every day, he’s not the marines sent to kill and destroy Iraq, he was only suspecting what would sound right to do as the idea of being the Defense Secretary in the delusional ‘father of the world’ and ‘first power’ nation of the United States – a position we have all collectively accepted and allowed as well.

Can I blame him? or Should we blame him? Blame only leads to dissociating ourselves from the problem, to not see how it is that for another’s lies to become truth there must be everyone else that listens, reads and obeys the lies as facts, as truth and so blindly agreeing to it – and that’s what makes us all co-participants in any decision conducted by Rumsfeld or any other person in decision-making roles that reflect back our own ability to be directed and controlled because we haven’t been able to take such position for and by ourselves yet. Being a ‘psychopath’ implies a general term that can be applied to every single one of us, because the sheer fact of existing in the mind already makes us all criminals, liars, abusers, schizophrenic and self-interested human beings where we have imposed  an entire ‘regime’ with words upon reality, causing the problems that we are all facing nowadays due to not considering the consequences of our individual actions. The truth is uncomfortable, shocking, not nice and not pretty however it is necessary to stop seeing others as ‘the ones to blame’ and instead focus on recognizing my responsibility, our responsibility to this as a collective.

 

Rumsfeld’s obsession to always seeming to do ‘the right thing’ is what I have realized I tend to do when I use all sorts of justifications, excuses, reasons and beliefs as to why I want to continue doing or saying something that we already know is not so, it’s not beneficial for ourselves and everyone else, is self-interest based – but who cares?? If I say it is ‘right’ and it’s ‘good’ then it must be so because I believe so, I say so! A quixotic mind, a righteous mind, a conceited mind, a selfish mind… however who isn’t like that in this world? Who hasn’t ever lived within a constant experience that we are right and everyone else is wrong? when we believe that everything we do is for some kind of greater good without taking others into consideration…

One can only watch the Morris interview above and see how the one thing that Rumsfeld disagreed with the documentary after watching it and pointed it out as ‘a serious problem’ was…. his tie. That also exemplifies how it is that when we have forged our mind through believing our lies, and we become them, we can no longer spot the lie, the deceit within us, we can no longer see right from wrong, there’s no values or principles because all of that has been redefined to suit personal self interest and delusions of power. Again, sounds familiar isn’t it?

This is humanity’s grave disease, and so we’re really no different to Rumsfeld no matter how many might read this and say ‘WHAAT? NO WAY!!’ Well, again,  the truth is not pretty or beautiful, however it is the first step to then begin seeing ourselves in the mirror of Rumsfeld’s mind where I see I have tacitly accepted and allow all of atrocities when it comes to this world, our money system, our financial system bubble, our religions, our emotions and feelings, our thoughts, our illusions and imaginations in the mind as something meaningful and true, that which makes us ‘who we really are’….

I realize I am certainly no different to any other human being, even those that I deem as the most atrocious people, the ‘psychopaths’ can only lead me back to the marvelous golden rule: Take it all Back to Self – what does this imply? That everything that I say, think or believe about ‘others’ and ‘their mind’ is in fact revealing the truth of what exists within myself. I have no problem realizing this because it is only through realizing this that I’ve been able to then take aaalll reactions experienced throughout the documentary back to understanding that I cannot judge others because myself or anyone else would have probably done the exact same things Rumsfeld has done if we had been in his shoes, his preprogrammed position as part of the ‘gatekeepers’ of the system which in itself is a delusion that can only be ‘kept in place’ by collectively agreeing his position to be real, to be legitimized. Hence the importance of understanding cognitive dissonance and the use of words to keep our self-interest intact, to remain blinded by the meanings that we choose to give to words regardless of its effects in real life when lived out.

 

Casting-out the spells or Out-casting the spells

What I can learn from this documentary is how to prevent the level of personal delusion we all have the potential to live out in our lives. We all carry a mind filled with thoughts, beliefs, perceptions,  feelings and emotions along with the particular definitions we have attached to them, including images and memories as the decisive factors that determine ‘our nature,’ the ‘who we are’ as my personality, my choices, my preferences, my beliefs.  So, what I suggest doing after one watches or becomes aware of any atrocity ‘someone else’ has committed in this world, one can begin with being willing to be objective about who we are, what we have become, what we believe words mean and so begin a process of scrutinizing everything we’ve believed ourselves to be up to now as individuals and go measuring it all with the principle of common sense to see whether every thought, belief, idea/ideology, perception and experience is in fact something that is beneficial for oneself and others too. Maybe some might think: but what if you define common sense as something different to what you think it ‘should be’? and this is where we as human beings could redefine common sense as what is best for all, as that which will harm no one when lived out in physical reality. An ideology, a belief always has an interest behind it and that is already separation. An example is how the belief in requiring to ‘defend a nation from potential attacks’ leads to justifying war and war has become a profitable business. And that’s what Rumsfeld became an expert of convincing people to support.

If we take the principles of no harm, no abuse, doing onto others what we would like to be done onto ourselves then our ability to use words in our own common benefit can be conducted. However at the moment, the misuse, misinterpretation and deliberate abuse of words have led us to co-create this world where we’ve all suffered of massive cognitive dissonance when our minds, beliefs, ideas do not match physical reality and so,we further down the problem by adding more ideas, beliefs and perceptions to evade realizing the core and source of the problem which I’ve realized it’s always the consideration of taking responsibility for what I think, I do and say.

An example is how the word ‘democracy’ has become a mockery now, a ‘tag line’ for the United States of America to go and ‘promote freedom and democracy’ in any other country that isn’t following their preferred form of regime… and so what happens is that a word like democracy becomes an excuse for war, something that people then even say ‘they don’t ever want to hear again’ because of how it is being misused and misaligned to what it should really mean as the power of the people for the people. We haven’t lived that word yet at all. And that’s the point of sharing this all.

 

So in order to establish some common sense in what I think, believe and perceive is correct, I require to begin understanding more about my own mind, why we have all blindly accepted every single thought we’ve believed ‘we are’ as ‘true’ and ‘real’ -  why we have accepted a world system where we kill life in the name of an equally fairy-tale bubble-thinking creation called ‘money’ and ‘power’ which we’ve made as very real the moment that we denied food to someone if they don’t have a printed paper with a number in it… or how wars are waged in the name of making people believe there are ‘enemies’ wanting to harm others and so through spreading a lie. The greatest atrocities are committed in the world with public consent, because we collectively believe it is right. And also everyone that might consider themselves as ‘knowing better’ than following the political rule of thumb…  the sheer fact that each one of us possesses a mind and fails to propose sound solutions to terminate this mass hypnosis and programming we’re running ourselves by already makes us equally enslaved, mostly because we’ve still believed that by knowing ‘the truth’ already makes us ‘free’ – but reality works in a different manner where it is about realizing that freedom and democracy won’t come by waging wars nor by understanding the fallacy those words have become – but instead by implementing, building, creating an actual way in which to implement these changes in each one of us to then create them as our responsibility to this world and reality.

 

The title of the documentary is one of those riddle-like phrases that Rumsfeld uses to confuse and divert the attention from any form of truth, it becomes a philosophical mind game that blinds then the physicality of the consequences created by such word-abuse. And yes, I’ve seen how we all participate in this one way or another because I get results, because ‘it works’ and because ‘I get away with murder.’ Even the slightest belief, idea and perception is already using the same mind mechanisms that any other ‘mass murderer’ uses, and as such I can only begin humbling myself  in relation to what we have collectively accepted and allowed within our minds and how we’ve imposed it onto reality, and how it is through realizing this that we now also have the great and imperative task of taking responsibility for the lies, the cognitive dissonance, the belief systems, the misused words and redirect every one of them to become a true example of what it means to Live a word in the consideration of what is best for all.

 

Whenever I see myself judging, blaming, creating anger and stress out just by seeing/watching and witnessing what kind of lies and atrocities another being can express and conduct in a nonchalant way, I stop myself from pointing fingers at another and I breathe. I realize that I am only angry at myself, at the realization of who I am and have become as an equal part of humanity, a human being that has perpetuated the lie by existing as a mind wherein I believed that I was always ‘right’ and I could always justify all means to get to my ends, to not entirely care about the consequences of my wishes, desires, wants, needs and beliefs because I also have become an equal part of the game where I have lied to myself and deceived myself in order to maintain this world-system in place as is. Therefore, I realize that I am no different to the person I am judging and blaming or tagging as ‘schizophrenic’ and ‘pathological liar’ because this world-system we’ve built has been built upon lies, concepts, beliefs, ideologies that in no way make a direct reference to how physical reality should work.

This is how I commit myself to remain in stability and consideration, humbleness whenever I take a dive into another human being’s mind and instead of immediately judging them for all the ‘wrong things’ they’ve done, I can focus on considering the ‘greater picture’ of how I have participated in the same patterns and how it is thus now that I see, I understand and realize the truth and reality of what each one of us have done onto ourselves and one another in this world – from the micro to the macro – and the consequences imposed onto every living being in this reality through the dictatorship of our mind. And within this realizing that the only way to stop the reaction is to apply self forgiveness as the one thing left to do in this world where we see how far we’ve gone with our intellectual abuse of reality.

I commit myself to redefine words that I can ensure are able to be lived and be beneficial, supportive and constructive for myself and every other living being as well. This implies that I commit myself to no longer perpetuate the lie I’ve become as the mind, the egos of the mind, the self interest drive to obtain what I want regardless of considering ‘who’ and ‘what’ gets affected by achieving such selfish aim.

 

 

After I watched the documentary I wondered why not so many people were in the movie theater, and how we’ve been also brainwashed to believe that politics or seeing these people ‘talk nonsense’ is ‘boring,’ whereas I found it profoundly important to watch a vivid mirror of the deception we’ve all built and imposed around every corner in this world.

I fully recommend this documentary to anyone that can watch it, and this is how I share this reflection about it as a form of take another perspective at it, so that we can stop blaming, pointing fingers or developing further hatred toward certain political figures or people with ‘power,’ where we can first begin understanding what such ‘power’ in fact has been and how we can collectively debunk the lies and through doing that, create a more common sensical, self-responsible, integral and educated democratic society where our ability to redefine words and live them becomes the power to change how we live and interact in our every day living.

It’s time we break free form our mindful self-indulgence and realize that it will take great effort, discipline and consistency in order to give ourselves direction in our mind, to self-correct every lie and deception acquired by default, by virtue of coexisting in this same planet Earth.

A Review & Commentary on the Documentary ‘The Naked Room’/El Cuarto Desnudo (México, 2013)

Throughout this process I’ve realized that the most important job that exists is that of being a parent. As I go understanding the fabric of our society, I can see directly how the lack of parenting skills or even the inability to know what these are or should be reflects back to our society, shaping each one of us into the individuals that at the same time, create the nature of the ‘world-system’ as is, because when we talk about ‘the world’ it’s not really the Earth, the living beings other than humans that are the problem – the whole and sole problem is who we have become as human beings and how we have shaped, modified and distorted reality through and by our mind as a consequence of lacking any efficient education and parental guidance while we are brought up in this world, which in turn affects every other part of our reality as well.

So in essence, we’ve lacked the skills to support ourselves as the units of our society to grow strong, healthy, stable and with clear directives in our lives and as a result, this society is the mirror of the lack and/or misguidance of parenting skills.

“The naked room” shows a whole world without leaving a single space: the examination room in a children’s hospital in Mexico City. Listening to the children, their parents and the doctors during consultations allows us to have a more profound and complex view of our social reality and of human nature.

 

I watched the documentary ‘The Naked Room/ El Cuarto Desnudo’ some weeks ago, here’s part of a synopsis I found about it:

The Naked Room exposes the complex and hard situations that are the consequence of something as simple as a kid wishing for a more loving brother. Also, the behavior of people with a mental disorder, a condition that always affects the loved ones (sometimes even physically). Ibáñez has not created a documentary to be enjoyed by everybody per se, I mean, we’re dealing with a brutal theme in a very direct way, with no pauses; it’s a constant display of human sadness and mental problems.

It can be easily described as a depressing film, after all it’s a natural view to the life of several persons, and some of their closest relatives, whose hopelessness has lead (some of them) to go as far as attempting to take their own lives. In a way, The Naked Room is here to explain the “why” behind suicide or self-harming, specifically when the problem happens to a kid or a teenager. What’s great about Ibáñez’s film is the fact that she is not trying to explain anything by interviewing doctors and relatives or using information from other sources. The doc is simply crafted: it’s entirely based on footage obtained from a series of meetings between psychiatrics and patients.

Ibáñez knew that showing those conversations was enough for a thought-provoking piece. All she had to do was place the camera at the right spot and then working inside the editing room. And the camerawork is really interesting and precise; firstly, it only follows the patients, hence some scenes are just fascinating: observing the facial expressions of the children while their respective relative is talking with the doctor brings a unique feeling, as the conversations deal with nothing childish, indeed.

For about half an hour we don’t see the same patient more than once, so The Naked Room engages you. The audience will want to know what’s behind, for instance, a problematic kid whose father has threatened to abandon him in the streets. There are many patients involved, so when each one of them appears again, you might be a bit confused, not remembering who is who; that could have been a flaw related to the structure, but the confusion is always temporal.

And, ultimately, the diversity only helps the documentary to be thematically richer. It can be seen as an exploration of teenagers, with such themes exposed as insecurity and social rejection, but that’s just one of its layers. The Naked Room is, simply, one of the strongest Mexican films of the year (my personal favorite from the Morelia documentary selection), even when it’s simply crafted, like I said, and very short (less than 70 minutes).”

The constant identification of parental patterns being transmitted onto children, the lack of creating supportive familial relationships and living environment, the lack of money to have proper nutrition, healthcare, education themselves, the fact that some parents didn’t want their children in the first place, the fact that they resort to hitting them for not complying to do what they asked them to do, the physical and verbal abuse between parents, the divorces and separations that affect a child’s ability to learn and interact with others properly, the lack of sexual orientation support, the threats used as a way to establish discipline that are depicted as part of the reasons why the kids in this documentary develop mental instability, can all be traced back to the parents and the unfortunate lack of skills, information and education on how to deal with their own lives, their marriage/relationships and in turn how to be a mother or a father.

In turn, parents have only learned to react to seeing the problem that their children develop as something born out of the blue, which is the position of becoming a victim to their children’s mental instability in the form of worry and preoccupation due to not knowing ‘what is going on with their children?’ without realizing that their role is inevitably implied within what their children are experiencing as well. However, can we talk about it solely being ‘their fault’?

Understanding Who We Are as The Mind

Parents were educated in turn by their own parents and consequently the same has happened to those parents as well, which means that the parent-child relationship is the essential relationship that has shaped (ruined) the way that we develop ourselves as human beings. You might react and say ‘not me’ and I could as well, but the fact is that even if one can consider oneself having ‘good parents’ or ‘supportive parents’ the moment that there’s no principle of support to understand the mind, the feelings, the emotions, the ‘who am I’ as the mind and assist with the integration of physical living words that we can live as a decision, a self-directive process that one directs oneself to express as a Living Principle, one is already missing out the most important aspects of our relationship to ourselves, others and in turn the ‘who we are’ and will become as we come of age in this world – instead, we’ve been brought up with mechanisms that use fear, control, violence, abuse, threats in order to establish some sense of discipline and direction, as well as happiness, rewards, ‘love’ and the illusion thereof as ways to create the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ definitions that we’ve limited ourselves by, going all the time attempting to be ‘happy’ and/or dreaming of reaching an eternal happiness without even understanding how that is also a mindjob essentially. We’ve only learned to ‘cope with reality’ by reacting to the environment, to another’s words, to take things personal, to seek revenge, to be spiteful and that is of course already a massive fault in parental skills.

Not to blame ‘them’ though…

The reality is that we’ve never ever had such skills, because we had not ever before understood who we are as the mind, how it is that we are separated from our physical body through and by the mind which is a Mind Consciousness System, a design, a programmed patterned system that generates thoughts, feelings, emotions and through this our behavior, personality, fears, reactions, beliefs, etc. that we have adopted and believed is ‘who we are.’ In this documentary we can see this reality as spectators of a glimpse of how far one can experience one’s emotions and feelings to the extent of wanting to die just because there is no proper medical support, assessment or understanding of what the mind is, what our emotions is, how the patterns that we’ve acquired from parents are imbued from the moment of conception, and at birth we are directly influenced by every single word that parents speak, every single move, every single experience that parents have within themselves while being with the child – and this I am almost certain only an excruciating minority of parents have taken into consideration.

 

it is so damn clear in this documentary how the fact that we have taken our minds personally and others’ reactions personally, while being unable to understand Why such patterns of aggression, violence, harm, hatred exist and are coming from ‘those’ that should have ‘cared’/‘educated us’ to be able to live in this world the best way possible, which is what creates the traumatic experiences within children  that evolve to become ‘mental illnesses’ because of our inability as parents to stand as living principles for them, to become all of us in society a living example of how to live, interact and direct oneself in this world. This has been our ‘missing link’ in the relationship between parents and children, but also in our society as a whole.

The First Seven Years of Your Life

At Desteni it’s been explained how the time-frame of development from ages 0-7 is crucial in our development because that’s where the ‘programming’ process of the mind takes place, activating all the pre-existent patterns coming from parents, integrating new ones from the child’s interaction with their immediate environment – which are most of the times, parents or any other ‘parental figure’ –

“The inheritance and transference of the survival skills from both your parents takes place when the entire mind consciousness system develops within you within the mother’s womb together with your physical development. The copying and duplication of the survival skills from both your parents takes place through your observations, interactions and participations with your parents’ as the parent/child relationship develops during your childhood years (from two to three years up to the age of thirteen years).”

This means that the direct effect of our words, thoughts, behavior and emotional or feeling participation is imprinted onto children from such early stage of their lives, with them being like a virgin cd that one is about to literally ‘burn’ with information that they will simply then replay, adjust and ‘upgrade’ throughout their entire lives.  That is the magnitude and importance of the responsibility we have toward every individual that is born into this world: the world we have for them at their arrival will become the program, the structure, the patterns they’ll accept as ‘how things are’ with the possibility of only changing them once that they’ve walked their own lives, their consequences and decide for themselves to change what they have learned up to that point, which is the process of Self-Honesty and Self Responsibility that we are walking here at Desteni.

 

So, while watching the documentary El Cuarto Desnudo I could understand for example what has been explained in the  Spite series of interviews at Eqafe in relation to Self-Harm. Some of the kids in the documentary attempting to commit suicide, cut/punch/harm  as a response to the disbelief they had of having their parents attacking them, insulting them, not giving them all the necessary attention, hitting them, abusing them in various ways as well as managing them with ‘fear’ which in result, in a helpless attitude of ‘I just don’t know what to do with her/him anymore, doctor!’ which to a young child it doesn’t make sense that your parent, your ‘guide’ is becoming your own worst enemy or an inept person to take proper care of you and as such, even if they say ‘they care for you’ or they ‘love you’ they are still not being supportive at all in the situation… doesn’t make sense isn’t it?

And no, it won’t make sense. And this is the point we’ve missed all along and that can actually support, assist parental relationships to entirely change because what hasn’t been understood is how the Mind operates, how the mechanisms of creation of energy as emotions, thoughts, feelings is what has become the directive principle, the sole ‘director’ of ourselves to the extent that we comply to such mind/thoughts/feelings/emotions absolutely ignoring our physical bodies, the living flesh that we are and that we should never ever harm in order to ‘relieve’ some sort of emotional or feeling experience which comes from a constant struggle and inner conflict to ‘cope’ with what’s going on up there in the mind, because the children look perfectly ‘healthy’ at a physical level, but in the mind they are certainly completely possessed and this is a clear testimony for us to see what the mind does to the physical body and why it is so important to take responsibility for our minds, our bodies and completely take both into consideration before continuing inflicting any harm or abuse upon oneself, only acting upon what we ‘feel’ or experience as thoughts, emotions in the mind.

In the documentary, almost every child would cut/harm themselves, and I’m talking about Children here -  which becomes a form of self-spite: anger toward oneself so that it becomes a way to spite the parents, which doesn’t make sense to spite oneself in an attempt to get another’s attention or ‘get back at’ someone when one is being ‘attacked’ by another, as that will then in turn become the attack and abuse onto oneself, the very same attack that one can be complaining about is coming from parents.  However because children are not taught how to deal with the emotions they have at a mind level, the only way to ‘cope’ with this inner turmoil which becomes self-hate is to resort to self-destruction. Do ‘they’ really want to do it? No, it’s who they are as the mind that want to harm themselves, just because the amount of energy continued to be thought of and used up by the individual is too extensive for the child to stop and get back to physical reality to understand how one is abusing one’s own body and in essence doing onto themselves what they were complaining that others were doing onto them at first – and this is how the ‘chain’ of self-abuse is continued.

Learning from the Parents

With friction and conflict stemming from their family/environment situation, children learn to ‘cope’ with the constant conflictive and problematic situations with their own emotions generated as a reaction to things they see in their environment, things they are unfortunately done onto, and not having any way to stand up or stop participating in these automated reactions in the mind. And these can obviously be of a wide variety of factors, such as lack of money/education that turns into a poor household where parents have to work to make a living for the entire day – being left with other family members that might turn abusive, that might not properly care after them – sometimes the parents/relatives resorting to alcohol/drugs to cope with stress, to mitigate hunger, to mitigate family abuse, being depressed, being in the verge of financial bankruptcy…. there’s also marriage disruption, physical and verbal abuse between parents, abuse from parents to child which turns into children then hitting the parents/spiting the parents, desperation from parents for not knowing what to do with them and so children see themselves as being ‘a problem’ a ‘drag’ to the parents to the extent that they reason it’s best to die/commit suicide than continue living – and this may come from parents expressing them that ‘they don’t know what to do with them any longer’ or how ‘they wished they had never been born’  which once again, to a child and even if you the reader  never got told this, placing ourselves in the shoes of children being told this, it is mostly obvious that there will be a reaction of feeling worthless, not desired, not loved, inferior and this remains as permanent rejection throughout their lives unless they encounter support while growing up to not take such words personally, but understand how they come from parental distress, desperation, not knowing ‘what to do’ with their own lives and in turn not knowing what to do with their children.

 

There might emerge a desire to blame parents for that – but blame once again would lead us to miss out the point here. Blaming, holding grudge, being constantly mad, angry, frustrated at parents or even hating them is only the outflow of not getting a supportive, comforting and adequate parental support for the parents themselves to begin with while they were in the position of being the children. And one would say, yes, it makes sense to be angry for not getting that – but, this is where I implore you to consider the ‘greater context’ which is how I assisted myself to – within and after the documentary ended – be able to clearly see where the surges of blame or anger toward parents were coming from and immediately understand how it is necessary to see the ‘greater context’ to take all points into consideration to understand such parental and children relationships throughout our entire history.

The key here is understanding a very, very important point: All can be Self-Forgiven and Must be Self-Forgiven in order to stop holding on to the grudges created from children to parents and vice-versa if we truly want to change the world.

No ‘parent’ knows How to be a Parent.

No person is born knowing How to be a parent, a self supportive and adequate one, how to become an example for your child to ‘look up to’ because No Human Being has EVER been such Living Example for oneself or for others – yet. Sure there have been great personalities in the world that were ‘great men and women,’ but even that one can notice that people in politics or social change in the world such as Mandela for example, when his daughters were interviewed they were proud of him for the principles he stood for, but as a parent they had no further comment other than really not knowing ‘him’ as such, because he had not really been around with them….. point to ponder.

So, the problem is in fact not that we haven’t learned ‘how to be a parent’ but how to be a Living Human Being. We have only been mind-robots driven by thoughts, feelings, emotions, not knowing ‘how’ to cope with them, how to direct them because we entirely accepted ‘who we are’ as our mind and so, what happens is that the moment that we Identify ourselves with the mind as ‘Who we are’ entirely without any possibility of change, that’s where we dissociate ourselves from our ability to be self-directive which means, realizing that everything that we’ve become is the byproduct of generation after generation of human beings that have not known how to direct/deal with one’s thoughts, feelings and emotions – in essence with one’s mind – but only learned from certain religious and moral dogmas and ‘authorities’ that became only ways to control people through fear, or control through the illusion of ‘love’ which is another point I have had previously discussed.

 

 

What does being a Living Human Being mean?

The self that we all have and can become the moment that we start living and applying the realization that one has to honor, support, care, develop and nurture oneself to become an example of what it is to act, do and speak what is best for oneself and everyone else as equals. Becoming the Living Word, the Living Example for oneself and others to follow as the norm, the way, the law of our being in which we can trust ourselves and each other to realize that no matter what: I honor, consider, support and care for myself , I stand as my own support and as such, stand as support for and toward everything/everyone else as myself, as life, as equals. This is the standard, this is how we can genuinely ‘change the world.’

So because we have failed to live this way with and for ourselves, the consequence is and has been that all our relationships have failed to be fruitful and bloom into a world that we can all be genuinely ‘happy’ to live in. With understanding this premise of the ‘legacy’ we have in terms of the ‘human nature’ as the mind, the generation after generation passing of ‘the sins of the fathers’ it then becomes much easier to understand why a human being that has taken the role of being a parent has failed to become a living example for his/her children, because the consideration of being a Living Human Being has never existed – yet we do have all the potential of each one of us becoming such living example of being the human beings that we all know we can be and become – and this is where our responsibility resides: to ensure that we can be the example of how the so-called ‘human nature’ is able to be self-forgiven, stopped, self corrected and changed.

 

This understanding that I just shared here in written words is what I used to then see, realize and understand and self forgive the surges of any emotions that could have been accumulated while watching the documentary, and through this understanding rather seeing this documentary not only as presentation of the problems we have within children at a mental level – instead, it also becomes a  motivation to see once again for myself that there is just SO much that is required to get done in relation to education in this world, so much to be understood about the mind, who we are as the mind and how we can in fact support each other to assist those children to change and solve their experiences… but most importantly the Parents of those and any other children to prevent ‘The Naked Rooms’ around the world where children attempt to get support from psychiatrists, while not even being aware of the root and cause of the problem: ourselves as individuals, as human beings that have never lived to the best of our potential – but have only ‘coped’ with reality through and as a mind system that generates constant friction and conflict as the experience of ‘living.’ And to grasp this there’s quite a lot of understanding and information to self-educate oneself about this, which I will provide at the end of this blog.

 

 

Self Forgiving the Sins of the Parents 

Once one understands how ‘who we are’ is the reflection of what we’ve always been since the beginning of ourselves as humanity, we can truly see that there is no other way out of our hatred, our anger, our despair, our grudges, our laments, our grief toward parents, children, relatives or authority figures other than applying the principle of Self Forgiveness. Without Self-Forgiveness it would be very difficult to come to a resolution about any form of abuse that one has experienced through one’s life, whether from parents or anyone else. So I suggest to dissolve the word tag of ‘parent’ for a moment and just see ourselves as human beings, not being born knowing ‘how to live’ and ‘how to be self-directive in our mind’  and begin applying Self-Forgiveness for allowing ourselves to be driven by thoughts, emotions, feelings, reactions wherein as a child, one has no further idea as to what is being experienced within self – all the fear, the worry, the stress, the anger, the rage,the hate that is formed at home toward parents, siblings, teachers, schoolmates, all of it existing within self without proper direction other than medicines and ‘cures’ that don’t take into consideration the source and core of the problem: the who we are and have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become as the mind.

 

I’ve noticed that one of the most difficult things to do for children/people that have been abused by others – whether they are parents, siblings, relatives, schoolmates, etc. – is the ability to self-forgive, to absolutely take into consideration and understand why the other individual abuses, take into consideration their entire life, their entire upbringing, their social and economic background, their habits/addictions, their ‘modus vivendi’ and experiences and how they too also didn’t know at the same time HOW to deal with their own minds, and how it is the same for all of us – not a single one left without a mark – of passing this unresolved understanding of who we are as human beings from generation after generation up to the point where our ‘fuckups’ are escalating to the extent that one can only look at 3 year olds – or even earlier than that now –to already see the patterns they mirror of the parents and the generations that have gone before us.

One could say: well how come they learn to manipulate, to spite, to be envious and selfish, to be depressive, to be sensitive, to be angry, to hit others to get what they want, to treat others as superior or inferior, to like and dislike, to be a stubborn… and yes, a child is the entire reflection of the parents and of humanity in its entirety for that matter that only develops the rest of the pre-installed programming through the interactions with parents and the environment. And because it is only now that we are understanding these mechanisms that exist within the mind in the physical and the vital importance that this mind and physical relationship has in our upbringing, it means that we still have a lot to do in this world in order to make each one of us aware of this process, how to direct it, how to support ourselves so that we can start establishing solutions and a new educational process where we can change the world by changing humanity, which means: changing the way that we educate ourselves as human beings, which implies at the same time that the relationship between parents and children is the one we have to focus on, as it will be the guideline and blueprint for all other relationships developed by the child throughout their/our entire lives.

 

This also thus ties in with the previous blog entry wherein I explained to the people that first didn’t want to hear how it is about time that we STOP the patterns that we’ve continued from generation after generation in relation to the abuse of ‘educating children’ by hitting them, or teaching them to ‘fight/attack back’ upon abuse or become spiteful and vengeful… all of this MUST GO and Must be stopped by ourselves as the parents, the family members, the teachers, the siblings, the people around kids to become the examples of the way we can Always direct ourselves in a way that is best for everyone: self supportive, considerate, being able to communicate effectively, being the living words of the principles we want our children to embody as well and as such, children will learn by default  – from their very first interactions in a world where we all act and live by principle of what is best for all and as such, by default, learn how to live by principles too.

It is only an excuse and negligence to say that the human can’t change, that we can only resort to psychologists or psychiatrists – this is unacceptable. What we require is to apply a New understanding and vision of who we are as human beings in order to support every single being that comes into this world to adopt the new living ways that we can begin living within ourselves individually and in the ‘without’ as the way the world system operates. This should make it clear how it is all of us that are ‘shooting our leg’ by not providing to each other the right to life, so it’s about time we understand that the new way of Living is to Support Ourselves and Support All Life Equally to become our fullest potential.

384. Word Wars: Agreeing to Disagree

 

Today I’ve got to understand another reason why we have failed as humanity to  establish supportive communication and relationships because, within us completely embodying our mind, we’ve become our own military to defend our beliefs, thoughts, perspectives and when we get into a situation wherein we conclude that ‘we can’t agree’ with others, there’s usually the right(eous) off the bat expression of ‘well, we then have to agree to disagree’ which is a rather pusillanimous way of ‘ending a conversation’ where conflict is avoided or where one has gone ‘too far’ within emotionally reacting to a disagreement in a conversation with one or more people, and that’s where we then stop the conversation, ending up with a ‘bad taste’ which is usually remaining in an emotional reaction about the argument and seeing others as ‘being wrong’ or even sometimes taking another’s words as deliberate attacks or blaming them for the kind of statements that they’ve expressed, that leads us to further judge them and see others as ‘the problem’ only.

 

In my case, I’ve noticed a tendency that exists when I communicate with others and If I see that this person or people directly oppose what I speak of as what I’ve realized is common sense, or best for all, I start judging them for ‘opposing what to me is common sense.’

For example, a situation I was in wherein I was discussing with other individuals a child being bitten by another child and how that situation can be directed. These individuals pointed out that they had taught the child to close the fist and hit/attack back as a point of self-defense. So in essence is teaching kids how to ‘hit back’ when they are hit or bullied, as if that was the solution to the problem, which I then got to understand it was actually a pattern themselves had gone through in their lives and so had taught their own children to do the same, wherein the mentality is: well my son/daughter is all that matters, doesn’t matter if the other kid (the attacker) is hurt.

I then begun explaining why this idea of hitting back and continuing the violence between children and children-parent relationships is never the solution as the cause and core of the problem is not being understood or addressed. So, these individuals were rather shocked I was saying that, completely denying and refuting what I was saying, coming up with arguments such as ‘we are bred through violence, violence is everywhere so how can you expect the world to change?’ ‘How can the child allow him/herself to be hit and not respond back? It’s only Natural to fight back! Look at history!’ as well as the ultimate ‘we won’t ever change’ and so, Marlen’s red flags went on and I noticed a bit exaltation coming through as I spoke the words on how this kind of thinking patterns and beliefs are precisely what has perpetuated our violent behavior, our spite, our retaliation, our lack of skills to communicate and instead only learn to ‘defend ourselves’ which is an euphemism to say ‘fight back’ because that’s all we believe we are capable of – and because of the rather close relationship with these individuals, I left it to the point where I ensure I made it clear why I do NOT support violence and physical abuse/hitting/spanking or even ‘biting back’ between kids when one of them is first attacked. And the situation overall in the reunion changed so we didn’t give continuation to the discussion which also included why because violence is everywhere, even in videogames and children play them, then violence won’t ever go away.

 

Now, there are Multiple points to this and I will be walking them through because it’s not only my reaction to seeing how other human beings can still think that violence is the solution – disregarding the evidence in this world where no problems are solved through violence and only further separation or personal gain ensues – but also how I tend to not take other people’s process/mind into consideration. And so this will lead me to disclose how to live the word Flexibility as it’s been something I see I haven’t lived, wherein I become quite rigid and militant-like with what I see is common sense, what I’ve walked through and come to a conclusion is best for all. See, even if it is best for all to stop the patterns and cycles of abuse of enabling physical abuse as a way to ‘teach lessons’ or ‘get back at another,’ the fact that I make it a problem in my mind because ‘people are not agreeing with me’ has to do with myself and how I still believe that ‘It’s impossible people can think such barbarian behavior is a solution!’ and within this, I sweep aside my own reaction, turning it into a ‘righteous act’ wherein I justify my behavior because ‘they are wrong!’ without taking in consideration at all how other people have lived decades on within a particular mindset that they have carried out and even “educated” their own children with, involving the retaliation and vengeance thinking and behavioral patterns of ‘If I’m attacked, I attack back,’ without ever looking at the origin of the problem and further solutions, because in the mind: we’ve never actually learned how to establish solutions.

 

Another example is how some people believe that ‘spanking children to behave is ok’ – and me reacting to once again the ‘barbaric belief!’ without  placing myself in the shoes of others and realizing that  it’s all people have ever learned when it comes to disciplining children, it’s all that has been done onto them and as such me pretending to change their mind in a 5 minute explanation  is no different to me coming to a hardcore religious person letting him/her know that god doesn’t exist and to stop believing in it.

 

So we’ve lived our history within the ‘Might Makes Right’ statement and we’ve  become such belief to the extent that we see no other way out but exerting and imposing power, applying vengeance because we have become our minds, our patterns, our history, the sins of the fathers that were also people that were not able to ‘think outside the box’ into solutions but only use the brute force to establish solutions – so, how can I ‘blame’ a few individuals for simply mirroring our entire history back in that moment where violence is seen as the only way out?

 

Is it then a solution to want to change a person’s entire mind, context, personal experience, genetics, history in 5 minutes in order to convince them why violence is not the way? Or is this something that requires to be walked point by point in order to come to the realization that it’s about time that we stop believing ‘we can’t change’ and instead share my own process of how one Can in fact change and walk them through how this is able to be done, while being flexible, patient and in full consideration of their minds, their process and context? Well, of course the latter is the way to follow through with this. So here I walk the process to recognize the problem and get to the solutions.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get angry when certain individuals contradicted myself when it comes to the principles I stand for of not participating back with violent behavior or promoting abuse in children as self-defense, wherein I reacted with the judgment of ‘I cannot believe that they are saying this, how stupid can they be?’ in my mind, without realizing that in this, I was actually already expecting them to be able to agree with me, with the principle and common sense I communicated to them and that I stand for – without taking into consideration that at the moment none of these principles are being lived in this world – and as such, I have not taken them into consideration, understanding them as the starting point of their perspective, their entire process, their life, their mind, their personal experiences, their own education as children, as parents that they also are and as such being able to see their statements  as nothing else but their mind speaking, the who they are and who we all have become as our mind – therefore

 

I realize that I took their mind, their statements, their beliefs personal because I believed in the first place that ‘they would see things differently’ without realizing that it’s actually rare that people get acquainted with any form of principles, values, common sense and considerations that are taking others into the equation as what is best for all, because as humanity we’ve always only lived through the principle of ‘what’s best for me, how can I protect me and fuck the rest’ and as such, I now see, realize and understand that their statements came from that survival mode that is actually quite prominent in our minds as humanity, and as such it is for me to rather realize that me reacting to their words is furthering the problem instead of being a stable observer that can look beyond the veil of emotions and rather see how such conversation was me facing ‘the system’ as it exist, and how vehemently the ‘who we have become as the mind’ protect and defend one’s point of view which is why I got into a reaction instead of absolutely stopping myself and immediately bringing through the consideration, the flexibility when it comes to taking others’ processes and minds into consideration and into the equation of the situation.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to later on complain about the statements these individuals had made when commenting about this with other individuals, without realizing that in such act I was continuing to blame them, to judge them as ‘ignorant’ for the kind of statements they were defending and the type of attitudes they want to still promote with other human beings –  In this I see that through only judging and getting angry at what others speak of, attack, or the beliefs that any individual can be supporting, I am not entirely seeing the opportunity that exists in order for me to first of all not take it personally and secondly, see why the reaction to this comes as the anger that I created myself upon layered judgment wherein I’ve seen ‘others’ as the problem for us to be able to change, blaming ‘humanity’ instead of taking the point back to myself. So, I see that this is an actual layer of the system that we’ve become and instead of ‘not wanting to talk more with them,’ and getting exalted about it, I can take the opportunity to slow down and direct the situation in a mutually beneficial manner, or course without wanting to convince them otherwise and now having them ‘agree with me,’ but simply being able to communicate what I see, my perspectives and so have a normal conversation of the pros and the cons wherein I don’t immediately try and impose what I see is common sense.

 

When and as I see myself getting angry, upset,  feeling certain pressure in my head/chest region as I hear another speaking words that go entirely against the principles I stand for as the end to all forms of violence – I stop and I breathe – I realize that by reacting and wanting to ‘stop talking to them’ and leave the scene, I’m only shutting down yet another opportunity for me to first of all not take it personally, not go into reaction and then be able to immediately take into consideration their mind, their process, their upbringing, the amount of time they’ve lived with such mentality and as such, be able to integrate within me a more gentle way to live flexibility and humbleness as the ability to be open and considerate of another’s mind and process, and be able to hear/listen to what others have to say, make questions to understand their beliefs further and as such, while breathing and ensuring I am and remain stable, rather share from my personal perspective and practical realizations why I don’t agree, why I don’t support any form of violence and most importantly why I see this as actually detrimental to children’s education. Then I can proceed to share how I’ve proven to myself that it IS possible to change as a human being, to establish new principles that can prevent ourselves going further down the downward spiral when it comes to lacking education, principles, values that are virtually non existent in our society nowadays.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take people’s words personally when I perceive they are directly denying, attacking or simply ignoring the principles I am speaking about, what I am communicating of, and more so when they speak over my own words  as I see that I’ve defined this as ‘attack’ without realizing that I have to take into consideration their particular ways of expression which I already know are also quite frank, direct, without ‘holding back’ which is why when I also embodied such directness along with the reaction of getting angry about what they were saying, I tensed up because we were speaking over our words, without realizing that obviously this won’t ever lead to actual communication, but only a desire to defend our views and perspectives on the subject, which is how we as human beings usually end up in fights or in the covertly ‘tolerant’ saying of ‘We agree to disagree’ which I have valued as the easiest way to avoid confrontation and remaining at a certain ‘peace’ that comes as the result of a temporary ‘war of minds.’

 

I realize that there’s no point for me to mirror another’s experience and expression in an exalted manner when they are conveying points that I can directly understand deny or oppose what I’m saying, and within this not taking it personally as in ‘they are deliberately attacking me’ because it’s actually their mind, their process, their beliefs that is up to them to further investigate their expressions and reactions. Otherwise by giving into the reactions, I become exactly what I am judging: the one that perpetuates the war of words and the war of minds leading nowhere.

 

I realize that my stance and staring point within all of this is to remain stable – and simply speak/convey about the principles I stand for, how I apply myself and the reasons why I do this and how I see it is an excuse to believe that ‘we can’t change’ as human beings, because this has been the easiest way out of actually placing the effort and discipline that we all require as human beings in order to be able to change mind patterns, behaviors, belief systems, roles, etc. that we’ve nurtured and acquired ‘by default’ from birth, without a question throughout our entire history on whether this ‘mind’ could ever be stopped, changed or corrected to benefit us all in our lives – and yes, we can.

 

I realize that it will take quite a long time for an individual to even come to the realization that for example, there are other ways to prevent violence or attacks between children beginning with the education that parents, society and the media can provide in order to begin phasing out this idea that we can only resort to violence, physical abuse and attacking back when one is attacked, without first understanding the origin and starting point of the attack, which is not an ‘out of the blue’ situation, but has a context that can be investigated and further taken into consideration for solutions, to then expose how we’ve come to believe violence to be ‘the way out’ because we have never worked with the principle of prevention, preventing the problems in the first place instead of furthering complicated ways to ‘deal with the problem.’

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever take it personal that people might not agree with what I’m saying – because I believe I stand for what’s best for all and within this, I have created the equation that ‘if you oppose what I say, then you stand for what is not best for everyone and as such: you are part of the problem,’ without realizing that in shifting responsibility to others as ‘the problem,’ I have not allowed myself to see why I have taken it personal, instead of considering each individual’s mind, process, context, life experiences that will still have to be walked by each one of us, individually, in order to align ourselves to principles where no longer our mind, our ego, our lives can override the principles we can stand for and live by as human beings.

 

When and as I see myself taking another’s words personal as ‘attacks,’ as ‘opposition,’ as ‘competition,’ as ‘deliberate defamation’ toward myself and the principles I stand with and as, I stop myself within that surge of anger that can be rising up from the solar plexus, I stabilize myself within breathe until I see that I am motion-less inside, stable and then apply the living word flexibility, wherein I take such individual/s mind, process, life experience, age, context, culture, upbringing, and every other aspect that I realize I require to also see as the origin and starting point of another’s words as those words come from the mind, from such programming, environment, culture, life experience and in essence the ‘nature’ of humanity that we’ve perpetuated throughout our entire history – and as such also prevent myself from always wanting people to end up agreeing with me, as this is something I cannot control nor is my duty to do either. I can only share myself as an example of the principles I share and live by.

 

I commit myself to live the word flexibility when being discussing certain points wherein I see that there’s no general ‘agreement’ of others toward what I say, to not take it personally and instead rather integrate the understanding of where those words, beliefs, perspectives are coming from as ‘who we have become as the mind’ as ‘the system’ and not just see ‘the person/the people’ that are speaking such statements as the ones to blame or be angry at, as emotions divert us from seeing the point within its full context, and  instead

I commit myself to also see, realize and understand how we as human beings have become the embodiment of the mind, the system, the preprogramming that has been consequential and detrimental to each one of us that have blindly accepted the mind as ‘who we are’ without seeing the obvious consequences of us still fighting wars and ‘agreeing to disagree’ because we haven’t been able to physically be here and look at things directly to consider what is best for all, but we’ve instead sold our own freedom to become egos in our minds where we ‘fight each other back’ and that simply doesn’t make sense, so I commit myself to stop judging others’ perspectives, thoughts and beliefs and rather take the context into consideration and rather learn from the situation than victimizing myself about it.

 

I commit myself to instead of getting angry or blaming another for ‘the kind of thoughts, beliefs’ they have, to instead remain humble as in considerate about another’s life process and mind, and simply state what I stand for and how I am available to discuss this further if they are interested in getting to know more about how I got to these conclusions, perspectives and principles that they are initially opposing – as we all know that’s a trait of the mind to defend itself at all cost– so instead, I practice ways to not be defensive, but remain open, tranquil in my communication toward others so that I don’t become part of the war-mentality or the aggression principle in order to ‘defend my point of view at all cost’ as that recreates the divide and conquer war mentality.

 

I commit myself to breathe through any immediate surge of energy that might be emerging as I see, hear or read someone contradicting the principles I stand for, and instead remain as breath to continue reading, investigating or asking questions as to gather further context to their mind, their beliefs and perspectives – I realize that we can use this further to get to know about our patterns, our old-age behavior, our embedded traits and beliefs systems so that we can pattern-them out, map them out and further support us by developing material or sharing perspectives as to how one can support oneself to stop living within such patterns after having a particular education, environment, culture, life experience, even points of abuse that are so common  and why it is most beneficial for everyone to stop participation in such patterns and rather decide to change to integrate living principles that are beneficial for everyone equally – this once again, as a voluntary process where we agree to discuss and walk through solutions.

If another is not open for solutions then I let it go. If I am not open to another’s perspective I have to investigate what am I holding onto and where am I not being flexible to consider other’s perspectives and input too.

 

I commit myself to be the point that stops furthering the ‘taking it personal’ pattern we’ve lived as humanity, and instead live and become the example of what it is to be able to observe the patterns that come through us in and as the mind in order to understand us better as the mind and as such, be able to walk the solutions and further ways in which we can begin changing the way that we hear and comprehend each other’s words and can use our relationships as points of support to learn more about ourselves, our minds and see the practical ways in which we can change the existing patterns of ‘fighting for our right to ‘be right’’ to rather learn how to establish common sense which is simply practicing how to consider what’s best for all in every thought, word and deed we express as who we are.

 

I commit myself to take self-responsibility for the words and actions I express toward others, regardless of what they might say or express as this will ensure that I remain stable and stick to principles instead of giving into the mind and losing the opportunity to rather learn from the situation and the patterns developing in the moment for further investigation. 

 

I commit myself to assist and support myself to be available and willing to assist and support those that want to know more about the principles, the perspectives of how we can change our patterns as humanity, how one can walk the process of implementing such changes at an individual level and as such be a point of support for others the same way that others have been for myself and that have enabled me to see, realize and understand this pattern in our lives as human beings, to walk from ‘fighting’ and ‘opposing’ each other to turning the point into a self-supportive aspect that we would not have been able to see if it hadn’t been opened up through communicating and sharing perspectives, so that’s another point to consider when it comes to realizing the need to share and open up topics that are usually not openly talked about, due to this inherent ‘respect’ for each other’s beliefs, which makes no sense because in the end we are all affected by each other’s beliefs and actions, so it’s best to rather see how we can establish a common ground to prevent further separation and problems and instead focus on establishing solutions within and outside of ourselves.

This is a comment placed as a response to the vlog I Want the World to End and it brings up the same mentality that I would have remained in – or probably dug my own grave with – if I had not stumbled upon Desteni and taking on this Journey to Life, to finally shed the skin of apathy and misanthropy that at times emerges whenever I see or read about things that I haven’t yet fully realized are part of everything that is here, myself, no matter how hideous they may be.

To the person that wrote the comment, thanks for writing it out as it has opened up a window of opportunity to renew my vows to myself and this process and explain the starting point of everything that we do, which  is precisely to get past such enslaved mentality of ‘nothing’s gonna change the world’ and only seek and con-form with bits of highs here and there and sit down and feel miserable about every thing that we’ve been and become, all that we’ve created as a world that we rather feel sad, ashamed of, despise or even ‘accept as is’ instead of doing something about it.  This is the kind of message that can only trap you when one believes oneself to be ‘so small, so little, so insignificant’ to create any form of change in this world, which certainly begins with ourselves, our own life.

 

It’s astounding how we discourage each other from stepping out of the (mind)frame, however I understand the individual’s starting point for sharing this and how the origin of such words are not even questioned by the author, I can read no life in it, it’s only a mind speaking for it’s own survival: the resistance to change, the hopelessness, helplessness, conformity, apathy and judgmental behavior for the sake of seeing everyone else on ‘the same boat,’ seemingly lost.  And this is not to be taken personal, as once again, it’s not the potential of life speaking for the individual, but only the ‘who we are’ as the lesser form of ‘life’ that we have become, the de-manned position.

 

The starting point of walking this process is not within the hopes of ‘changing 7 billion people,’ that would be rather disingenuous and not  considering the reality that we are in wherein yes, it will take a long time to change our current human nature, it will take the most effort from each one of us since it is as if we were all addicts of the worst kind wherein our very own lives and this planet’s stability depends on us getting unhooked from very addictive drugs which creates secondary reactions such as fear of changing, apathy, complacency, hopelessness, helplessness, positivity, negativity that I also once experienced, seeing no way out and then simply deciding to ‘jump in the boat’ of the hopeless ones, because apparently feeling miserable about the world make me at least ‘feel good’ and ‘alive’ – yes, it sounds contradictory if one does not understand how the mind operates. Once you get to understand who we are as the mind and decide to stop feeding the constant desire, want and need to FEEL anything – whether positive or negative – you start realizing how puny this little energy-whoring system that we’ve become really is.

However it does take quite a constant and diligent decision to stop seeking the energy, the experience, the ‘thrill’ and instead breathe and direct oneself to what is physically supportive – and yes, that means that there’s no ‘highs’ or ‘bad’ experiences in doing what’s best for all, in moving oneself to become a living example of a mind-addict reformed human being, and that’s why walking this process is so unpopular in our reality – for now – because it provides no energetic payoff that one can feel ‘good about.’ Yet, all I can say is that consequences in our reality are knocking on everyone’s door and I certainly cannot recommend to anyone anything else but getting hands on keyboard or pen and start writing, start straightening up ourselves, start making sense of our own ‘mindful selves’ wherein the usual points of support sought are street or over-the-counter drugs, ad-vices from other people, escapism through alcohol, sex, developing ‘extreme habits’ only to get away from facing oneself…

 

This is the nature of our current selves drowned in a very limited pit that exists as the mind that we have delegated our every-moment of our lives to. And so, the entire ‘mess’ and ‘Universe’s asylum’ that who we are as this world have become is nothing else but a proof, a written testimony of what the majority of us are thinking and acting upon every single day, making of these thoughts our creed. And then we ponder ‘why are we so fucked up???’ while ignoring that the sheer experience one usually has when asking such question with extreme awe is already a 1+ vote to humanity’s  similar thought-patterns and experience – and once again: an experience ONLY exists in our mind.

 

Look at the trees, look at the animals, look at the air: does it show any emotion or feeling or speak about ‘giving up’ or ‘seeing no way out in this world’? Do birds get depressed and tired when the sun comes up and think of rather staying in a branch wallowing in their misery? Of course not. If anything, every single part of this existence is far more aware than a human being, and by all parts I mean animals, plants, nature, every blade of grass and that includes what we consider ‘inanimate’ too – it’s just common sense that everything that is here is an enclosed reality of which we’ve never been ‘outsiders’ from, which means that everything we see and are here is ourselves, our creation.

Deciding to jump into the comfort of apathy, disdain, hatred, misanthropy or plain disgust with ourselves as humanity is nothing else but another justification, excuse and distraction to not acknowledge what it is that we are here for: to understand ourselves as creators. Yes, we have even built gods to do the ‘dirty work’ for us and have someone to blame for everything that went wrong,  just because we’ve been so scared to realize and understand that every single atrocity committed in this world is ourselves, and yes, I know, it does get your reactions going on when witnessing some horrible acts that reveal our current human decay, but that’s the whole point of it: it’s about realizing that any atrocity, any thought, word and deed against life is committed by everyone of us each time that we do not act within the consideration of what is best for all, which imply energy-less physical moments of self-direction, self-will, self-responsibility and self-honesty to act in the best interest of all.

 

These are empty words without having context as to how to live them, because they are not part of our inherent programming as to understand ‘How to be self-honest,’ ‘How to learn how to Care for yourself and another,’ ‘how to develop self-integrity,’ ‘how to become self-directive.’ In a world where the word responsibility is immediately hooked on to the usual connotations of fear and resistance, it becomes quite ‘challenge’ to remove the veils and see thing for the potential we all have to change each word into a living expression wherein, in fact,  taking self-responsibility is one of the most empowering things we can do in our reality.

Look at the ‘elites,’ those in ‘power,’ they stand as points of responsibility in our societies and because the rest of us decided to cross our arms, sit and watch TV to be entertained, they automatically got a carte blanche to do whatever they would think about that would provide the best experience, the greatest reward, the most power – isn’t this something that we All participate in as well? So why are we blaming Others for ‘doing bad things to us’ when we think and assess our reality using the exact same mental framework that ‘THEY’ do to commit the ‘BAD’ and ‘EVIL’ deeds in the world – people are nothing else but parts of ourselves we continue to deny as ourselves too, and within this we believe we don’t have any ‘say’ on this world because apparently ‘we haven’t done anything wrong’ but as long as one continues to fear outcomes instead of walking through the solution in the moment itself, we’ll continue to lengthen our process: unless we stand up for ALL life within the understanding that the part that commits all atrocities, all the madness, the neglect, the irresponsibility, the dishonesty, the nastiness is the ‘who we are’ and have become as the Mind – yet, who ‘those’ people are as flesh and bones is no different to anyone of us reading these words and that’s where each one of us has the potential to wake up from zombieland mindcontrol and start realizing how much time and space we’ve wasted in ‘feeling like a waste’ in a world that we’re turning into a wasteland with our own apathy to correct and direct things into its right place, to deliberately push ourselves to become individuals that can be trusted with life.

But again, ‘trusted with life’ seems meaningless and pointless when we haven’t even been ‘alive’ for real, we’ve only existed as automated patterns that we have called our life and within such diminished and narrow-view we then create an equally narrow view of our ‘doomed lives’ wherein we dare to write comments like the guy that wrote that – once again – without even understanding or pondering about the origin of such words and how within each one of us ‘living’ such words, we become the very problem subsumed in the ‘greater problem’ that we’ve made of our reality, due to this accepted and allowed apathetic and dreadful behavior of ‘nothing’s going to change anyways.’

 

Well, I’ve been there done that, and the reason why I made that video is precisely to address and reach out to anyone that feels the exact same way, which is quite common since everything we see around us is mostly the ultimate decay and bottom line that we’re reaching as humanity. There’s no denial of that, however this is about realizing that who we are and have become is nothing else but the worst of the worst, the lowest point that we can reach as a collective, to finally understand how we feel miserable and so create this world as misery because of such thoughts existing within ourselves in the first place. And so, the rest goes on with each word we direct to continue drowning ourselves in our self-created torment in our minds, without realizing that in doing so, we’re doing nothing else but creating excuses and justifications as to why we’re not standing up and taking responsibility for the mess that we’ve collectively created.

Have we been ‘bad’ as human beings? One only has to see the results of our thoughts, words and deeds and have the results speak for themselves. If we continue to bash us,judge us, blame each other and ultimately lose any sense of respect for oneself and another, we will continue living in our current world that we are all so fed up of, yet we fail to see that the answer to stop recreating the ‘shithole’ resides in our very own hands, in our words, in our actions, in the decision to live and do what gives zero energetic high, but endless self-stability and clarity that emerges with the certainty of being and doing what is right, what is best for all.

 

Fortunately, I’m walking this process to never again allow myself to be trapped in the swamps of the moody mind patterns of ‘this world is going to hell, so why bother doing anything about it?’ and actually deliberately direct myself to investigate, create and support solutions to this world, which at this stage, must come from the realization that We CAN do this if we all give ourselves that initial chance to stop the addiction to feeling miserable, sad, depressed, hopeless, helpless and instead realize that this world is about breathing and doing, not about feeling and thinking, that’s been our whole problem, so let’s stop rambling, let’s rather become part of a 1+ human physical body that decides to live, breathe and create in consideration of what’s best for all, that’s deal reached.

 

We’re not here to save others, we’re here to stand up, face and correct ourselves, and within understanding who this self is, you then won’t require to get entangled with the idea of ‘changing 7 billion people.’ So I suggest: less thinking,  more of self-awareness, developing self-integrity required to do this as a principled living, not as a result-driven thing – this is about making a decision of who one is every single moment, where I forgive myself for having accepted and allowed myself to exist within a limited framework of my mind wherein I have seen the world from the ‘gloomy-scope,’ meaning seeing no way out, without realizing I was only seeing through this thought/emotion filter of mind which I became used to because it was much easier to ‘feel bad’ than stopping and actually doing what is supportive for oneself: to stop thinking, and feeling miserable and instead focus on the potential that exists within each one of us to ‘save oneself’ from becoming another mental patient in the asylum that each one of us reside in when existing only in the mind.

 

So, this world isn’t the asylum: our minds are our personalized one, and as long as we remain complacent to what we think, believe, feel, experience only in our imaginary worlds: the world will still look like a perverted-story of what could have been a genuine paradise. Is it too late? is there salvation? is there ‘light’ at the end of the tunnel? I don’t know, nor do I Have to KNOW as that would only once again be a creation of the asylum mentality that keeps us bound to fear, limitation and neglect most of the times. So, the solution is to act in every moment that we are here and can physically act in the best interest of ourselves and each other, which begins the moment we decide to stop participating in the collective delirium of giving up on ourselves and the world, without understanding first how it only is another trick of our minds that we can also stop and correct to not be shaken again by words, pictures, thoughts, imaginations that maintain us in our schizophrenic reality, separated from what is real here.

 

My voice and that of others walking with within this journey might seem a ‘whisper in the 7 billions in this world,’ but again, trying and change others is not our goal either, it would be cool but we understand how reality and self-change works,  so we can be the example of what it is to be able to shed the skin of limited prepackaged personalities and genuinely learn how to create ourselves, it’s the best process one can ever undertake in this world, yet be warned: there is no ‘high’ in it and that’s the challenge: this process won’t make you feel greater, stronger, smarter or being just the god in your world, and that’s the whole point: to learn how to live as physical beings instead of existing as walking mind delusions on two feet that do not even understand why we follow every single thought that comes in our mind and immediately thinking ‘its me thinking’ ‘it’s me talking’ ‘it’s me feeling…..

 

Mr. Madhouse porter – what else is there to do in this world, in our lives but to get ourselves out of the personalized asylum? Only in insanity would anyone want to remain in a miserable and limited position, so let’s start with developing a bit of care to see what it is that we would really want to live like in this world and start doing something about it.  We all are the madhouse’s porter until we dare to see that the insanity only exists in the mind, not the physical.

Children are mentioned only twice in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which should be a point of concern to not recognize the absolute importance that they represent within the understanding that all children are the adults of tomorrow, and by us not dedicating sufficient attention and support to this considered ‘vulnerable group’ we are undermining the foundation of our future and generations to come if we don’t stop the multiple violations to Children’s rights to be disclosed here. We go the solutions to – for the first time in our history – recognize the vital understanding of a child’s upbringing from the womb and the effect this will bring to create an actual Change in this World through and by the Children of the World.

  • (3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

     

    • The first violation of Children’s rights is having to copy and absolutely integrate within themselves the exact ways of the parents as their genetic product as well as the kind of relationship established with the child that is more often than not a relationship of abuse, conflict, abandonment and exploitation. This begins by the parents, extending to their Neighborhood, school, the media, and the rest of a Child’s Education and Adaptation in society that consists of transferring the past intact to them, not only in behavioral patterns, knowledge and information, but in the way that the world-system is and has been, which is something to be concerned about when realizing that we are already seeing the massive rate of abuse inflicted by ourselves as human beings upon each other and every other living being including the planet itself.
    • By continuing a system that runs on profit instead of the consideration of all life in Equality, we are already culprits for having condemned ourselves and generations that are already Here to go throughout their lifetime, trying to ‘find themselves,’ trying to ‘make a living’ and never questioning why we didn’t do better to ensure all enslavement would be long gone by today. This is the world that parents know, this is all that has been ever known – so how could a parent have any decision of what’s best for their children if there are simply no means – read money which translates to education and a good living condition – with which to provide a secure and supportive living environment for the child? There is no decision: we currently are measured by what we are able to pay for.

     

    All children have a right to be protected, not only those who are at risk of trafficking, and reinforcing protection for all children also reduces the vulnerability of sub-groups of children. The concept of building a protective environment for children includes putting in place policies and programmes that ensure children’s rights to survival, development and well-being in general. Child protection systems comprise the set of laws, policies, regulations and services needed across all social sectors – especially social welfare, education, health, security and justice – to support prevention and respond to protection related risks. These systems are part of social protection, and extend beyond it. They include the aim of supporting and strengthening families to reduce social exclusion, and to lower the risk of separation, violence and exploitation

     

    Governments are responsible for allocating sufficient budget to be able both to support programming such as those outlined above to improve the financial status of the family, and for direct financial assistance for the poorest of the poor. This indicates the importance of coordinated action within government to ensure child protection.
    Ministries with responsibilities for children and families, labour, youth, employment, finance, social welfare, education and potentially others all have a role to play in child protection, and consultation and coordination across different ministries is important to maximize the impact of government policies and actions for children.

    • So far our Governments have no interest to genuinely enforce these considerations, because it is all based on the amount of money this would require and not only that, but an entire re-structuring of the system in fact, because all of what is considered in the quotes above can only exist if every individual in charge of not only children but generally as an independent and self willed being is supported with the necessary means to have the best living condition that can create the conditions stated above, which are merely good intentions with no practical application, which makes such manual a great plan to support our societies, but it is like the blueprint for a house that remains only as a project, a dream in someone’s mind without the necessary funds and means to actually live it out in reality.

     

     

    Do children have rights?

    Children, unlike fetuses, do possess individual rights. A new born child, unlike a fetus, is a physically separate entity. A child is an actual human being, with a capability to reason, and thus a child has the same right to life as any adult. However, the application of this right for a young child differs in practice from that of an adult, as a child’s conceptual faculty is not fully developed. This is why a six year old girl does not have the right to choose to enter into a sexual relationship—and an adult does.

    • This consideration of children not having certain ’diminished faculties’ is the accepted and allowed excuse used to shape and mold a child according to what the Parents and Schooling system implement as ‘Education,’ because it is believed that they are less capable than an adult to make decisions. But the reality is that they are limited and constricted by the very beginning stages of their development within the family core, by the environment in which they are born into wherein not only money will determine the quality of lives and as such the level of ‘liberties’ they will be granted with, but also the way the child will behave, act, speak and develop certain personalities that will be shaped according to the preponderant social and cultural habits and ways of living.

      We have thus far believed that children are not ready to understand, we have accepted and allowed ourselves to believe that they have some form of ‘slow process of integrating knowledge and information when in fact it is quite the opposite. Fortunately, we are the spearhead in Human Education in this world in relation to the investigations that are currently being conducted to for the first time in human history, assist and support an individual from the womb to develop themselves as a sound living human being. This is outside of the bounds of accepted science, yet an entire process of years of investigation backs up this process which can be read within the Desteni Material (Further references will be given at the end of this article*)

     

     

    Parental and Environmental Influence

    • The child is already born into limitation as young as 13 weeks of gestation in the mother’s womb where the parental patterns are integrated as part of the mind that the new born will develop throughout an entire lifetime. This is how no matter how much we would want to apply basic human rights, the conditions that limit the newborn are already integrated by default as the result of who we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become in our  mind that becomes the very genetic information transferred to every newborn.

      Then, Children grow up to integrate the same drive every other human being has within life in a survival system, which is linked to money as a status of success and well being that is fueled by the media that most of the children are educated with due to the parents having little to no time to be with them in every single moment to instead educate the child with actual support based on the development of skills and living examples for the child to eventually become an adult that can reach their utmost potential. This also implies that no matter how great the parents can be, by virtue of existing in one single environment in which we are all existing in, it is virtually impossible to prevent the danger, abuse and insanity of this world to affect your children, because this is the culture that we have created wherein there is little to no support for children to develop the trust and confidence within themselves to walk throughout a lifetime – instead, the schooling process and education at home becomes the survival-training in a world where life is not a given right and where each one is taught to ‘fight for their right to live’ instead of it being given and assured from the cradle to the grave.

    • There is also a Lack of Parental Education to ensure that they will in fact take care of their children. Many abuse their own children either physically, sexually and/or psychologically which defines the life that the child will have from that moment on and for the rest of their lives. These children often run away from home ending up living in the streets other than bearing to live with abusive parents that often are also but not limited to being alcoholics and/or drug abusers, generating conditions for domestic abuse of which children are also gravely affected by. Children can’t ask for support to the authorities because all forms of orphanages or social-worker support ends up being rather abusive at times; some other times children have become so used to the freedom that the streets provide that getting ‘back on track’ as in getting back to school and having a ‘normal life’ is just impossible when some resort to prostitution, drug abuse and even stealing in order to get by. Children grow up to be the same criminals that we then put in prisons without understanding or caring to investigate their background to realize how it is that it all begun from the moment of their inception in a broken home by a dysfunctional couple that did not measure the actual requirements to educate a child with all the best support possible in a financial, affective and environmental way. This is in fact the starting point of our troubled society, these are the relationships and set-up we are born into.

     

    • Children born into families with money are no less abused when being taught to praise the money they have, being defined by their social status and often growing up without direct company of the busy parents that are always traveling or doing business, which ends up creating children that can ‘have it all ‘ financially speaking, but lack the actual formative support that parents are supposed to give. Many more are compromised to either have no option but to marry members in their own family for the purpose of maintaining wealth within it. Many more are forced to follow religious traditions of which they also have no other option for since it is what the parents decide is ‘how things are’ for their children – and this is how even when having sufficient resources, the sheer perpetuation of a linage and tradition that provides success for a family is imposed onto the children with no option to consider there is another way to conduct their lives. Even if this is not considered a form of violation at first sight due to the financial resources available, it does constitute the regular ‘education’ that creates the current elitism in which children are born to without any option to see the world in a different manner, creating dissociation from the rest of the problems that exist in the world, because money creates a veil of comfort that numbs the ability to become an effective and supportive individual – it is all an accepted and allowed social configuration of separation and negligence in which children are born into to further perpetuate the same patterns that have shaped our history generation after generation.

     

     Human CULTure

     

     

    •  Consumerism and the Sexualization of children is being fed by a culture wherein the objective of consumption as the mechanism in which our economy functions, has made of any form of media and social conduct a means and ways to ensure that the profit-making drive is always present from an early age, turning children into early emotionally-driven consumerists following the instructions given on the thousands of ads in our TV and computer screens, where children have little to no awareness of what it is that they’re in fact adopting as a consumption pattern of the words, the behavior, the looks, the aspirations that are simply copied from people on the TV, ‘artists,’  from stories they hear around their parents, teachers, family and friends which is all the result of a social system where entertainment and media have taken the role of ‘educators’ to ensure that children grow up desiring to have a lot of money to buy what they learn is supposed to provide them ‘Happiness.’

      In this there are no values that could ensure that this child will grow up to be an individual that will have the least consideration about the physical reality they live in, caring about each other’s well being or ensuring that the written human rights are in fact implemented. Instead it is all a fantasy-driven story that makes of children young adults with no sense of self responsibility and a strong desire to make money, to be independent and successful in all they do within the definitions of what this system considers ‘successful,’ which is not based on living values but only the amount of money one can get to obtain. Is there in any way a consideration of Equality and developing Self Respect and Integrity within Individuals? No.

      To this, we can add the ubiquitous depictions of sex, violence and any other form of disregard to living values promoted in advertising and pornography, which has become another problem in our society where the internet is filled with that which we have accepted and allowed as an ‘acceptable’ way of entertainment which is by all means Not at all so. On the other side of the coin, this is how this ‘entertainment’ or preference for some becomes a business and a reason for children to be recruited as a sexual slave and in this, no matter how much money you have or don’t have: we’re all responsible for because we’ve become used to driving our lives according to the desire for money, success, sex and the ultimate status that we learn we must get to achieve throughout life, and school, home and our neighborhoods are the growing broth for that; we cultivate it through repetition until eventually our personalities and ‘ways of living’ are absolutely defined by every single thing that we learned from the TV, from the media, from the advertisements on the street and our parental example which also represent the consequential outflow of this same process happening to them from generation to generation.

     

    War

    There are children that could have lived in relatively stable countries, yet the moment a war is waged against their country in the game of “terrorism” – which is in fact supporting the desires of a few individuals in a nation to invade another territory for personal gain -the lives of the country’s people and children are suddenly stripped from that stability and relative peace in which they lived in. Any possibility to go to school and have a normal life is disrupted not only by the need to make money but also due to the death and destruction that any war environment creates, violating the right for children to have a peaceful and healthy living condition, not to mention the lasting effects that have resulted in physical deformities and illnesses that stem from radiation delivered in the form of nuclear bombs and chemical weapons that leave high levels of toxicity undermining any potential ‘healthy living condition’ for generations to come.

     

    War is Children Abuse

    In Afghanistan for example, children are dragged into their parents’ addiction to smoke opium or heroin to mitigate hunger in a family where one single piece of bread must be divided between 5-6 members during a day, living altogether in a shack where children as young as babies already pick up the parents’ drug consumption habit due to the country’s general condition of absolute destruction and social degradation.

    Other no less atrocious outflow is when children become the very military force trained in a religious and fascist manner to fight against whoever is the enemy, leading children to become soldiers and members of gangs as a form of protection; sometimes this is also an outflow of the poverty and lack of familial support that can’t exist in a country where people have less than the necessary means to live. Many more lose their parents as the result of wars in which their living environment can be reduced to rubble.

    War is a crime against humanity that affects people including children along with many more outflows of which this is merely an example of where Children’s Rights are violated.

    Unicef is aware of this, yet the problems are always justified with the whole political situation being ‘too complex’ to solve – it is not, every war can be reduced to be caused by lack of support and or desire for resources that could be distributed in an equal manner in an Equality System in this world.

     

     

     

    Child Labor and Trafficking

     

    The International Labor Organization’s 2002 estimation of 1.2 million children being trafficked each year remains the reference (Every Child Counts, New Global estimate on Child Labour).

    • Making the families aware of the risks entailed in sending their children away to work to make money stems from the obvious point that is not being directly addressed: the sheer need of parents sending their children away from home or directly selling them already indicates a major problem which is Poverty and how the lack of money as support creates the opening ground for  business such as ‘Child trafficking’ to exist. Increasing the family’s income is a perceived solution, but it is not so at the greater scale where inflation in prices and other external circumstances can undermine the potential of such support through merely ‘giving more money to the family.’ This does not solve the problems that exist at home, as a culture where the traditions, beliefs and customs are based on these moral codes where children have to obey their authority without any regard on whether it is in fact common sense that is taught to them or not. Most of the times, it is a hierarchical form of abuse that is being passed on from generation to generation.

     

    Children Equal Life

    • Education is seen as a way to prevent abuse – but really, is education currently a guarantee for everyone to have an assured job? No. Not only is education not of the best quality that it could be and be granted for ‘Free’ as intended, but it is part of the same world-system scheme in which not all kids receive the same kind of education. In most cases in places where poverty reigns, it is rather a bad experience for children to go through, which causes further drop-outs and lack of motivation. This causes children to instead immediately incorporate themselves into the survival game of this world system wherein we haven’t yet learned or considered to support all individuals equally to prevent child labor. In the end, if you have access to education, but live in an environment where family members act in abusive ways toward the children and the general living condition is deplorable, how can we expect them to have the necessary motivation to keep going if their future is already determined to be subsumed  and marginalized in absolute lack and deprivation from any form of dignified living condition?

     

    Law enforcement in relation to trafficking applies not only to the implementation of criminal law but also labour law, which is a potent weapon in anti-trafficking efforts. It has to be borne in mind however, that labour law cannot reach into the underground economy or unregulated workplaces. It is important that those working in the legal professions understand trafficking, labour exploitation and the realities of the underground economy. They also, of course, should appreciate issues relating to victim protection and rights.

    • It is mostly disheartening to read that the application of laws cannot in fact ensure that no abuse takes place upon children. This is due to our current Corporate and Unregulated Capitalism wherein all that matters is making profit regardless of whose workforce is implied – this does not only apply to children but adults alike. Hence because the economy is in itself flawed and operating as a profit-based system, the root and cause of the problem that affects children is simply not corrected and aligned. This most certainly leads us to believe that laws can put the criminals that traffic children in prison, but is that the solution to a problem wherein the root and cause of such crime is simply not having sufficient money to live and No Human Rights being in fact guaranteed in this world? No, it is not. Law enforcement is thus futile without the necessary mechanisms to in fact change how the system operates at an economic, politic and social level. Without the support of the government, our judicial systems and most importantly the economic system, any and all considerations to rescue victims of child abuse are only temporary fixes for a situation that will reoccur and prevail when someone can profit out of the labor that a little child can provide.

    • The employment of young people is meant to be permitted from age 14-15 while still holding Children’s Rights to supposedly prevent exploitation and other forms of abuse. However what happens in fact is that children as young as 5 and 6 years old are already used as workforce in countries where poverty is the general ‘living condition’ due to the world-system politics and economic affairs that we have all also accepted and allowed as ‘how things are’ where the need for money makes children become workers rather than attending any school to eventually get out of the poverty loop – something as ‘simple’ as in having the ability to go to school, in places where survival is extensive, such luxury is simply not existent, even if it’s not the actual way to stop the cycle of abuse.

    Isn’t Capitalism responsible for children working in factories?

    Children working in factories was only a transitory stage between early feudalism and capitalism. Prior to working in factories, before capitalism, many of children (and their parents) used to die and starve, as evidenced by the high infant mortality statistics before capitalism. Observe that is was not until families left the “country” and went into the “cities” that they were able to produce enough food to eat. The clearest evidence of this is population and infant mortality statistics: population did not go up, and infant mortality did not go down, until the Industrial Revolution. If life was so great before capitalism in the “country”, why was infant mortality so high and population numbers considerably lower before capitalism? Answer: because life was not so great until Capitalism.

    Throughout history the parents of most families could not produce enough to support their families without having their children work also (such was the case of my father in India). It was the accumulation capital by the industrialists that made the labor of parents more productive, that children had to stop working in fields or factories. In poor non-capitalist countries they are still working in fields and factories.

    • There are many ways to justify the abuse that we are currently living in as our economic system, and this quote is proof of that. The problem that is not addressed is how in rich-capitalist countries all the goods sold to the rich are the product of hideous labor conditions, also involving child labor which means that those ‘poor-countries’ become the work-force for the rich countries wherein children are granted all these goods as part of their well being, along with the best education and living conditions each one can afford; but, if they had to produce what they consume, they would probably equally have to make their children work to maintain such high rates of living standards due to not having anyone to ‘outsource’ the production to. Sure, capitalism can elevate a few sectors’ living conditions, but it is not explained at the expense of who is such well being created, and as we know the poor ones, the vulnerable ones are the preferred work force due to the profit that it represents to have cheap labor.

    How could we in any way justify the pain and suffering that children that should be enjoying themselves discovering reality with proper assistance by parents and teachers are instead becoming the workforce within a system wherein Only those with money can make an actual ‘living’? There are no justifications, there are no excuses other than our general disregard and self interest to not ensure every single child’s well being. If this same kind of no-choice for the future of our children was experienced by every single family that is currently secured with money, we would have surely already – most likely – done something about it, but because we don’t see the reality we are all inflicting by default to every child born without proper support, we believe that it is ‘none of our business’ and that is what generates the illusion that the children of the world is not of our responsibility when in reality they are all in fact our children as well.

     

     

     

    Will labor laws banning child labor in non-capitalist countries put an end to child poverty?

    Contrary to leftist rhetoric passing child labor laws in these countries will not solve the problem, but will only lead to mass starvation — which is why the “poor” themselves resist such laws.     • The nature of this quote represents the accepted and allowed crime against ourselves as humanity where we have come to accept poverty as an inherited state of being where even denying labor to children can lead to their inability to fend for themselves. This is the catch 22 conditions we continue to exist in because of profit.     Doesn’t capitalism lead to child labor in factories?

    No. Capitalism did not create child labor working in fields or factories. It inherited it from the previous political systems. Observe that in communist Cuba of today 11 year old children are forcibly sent off to “summer camps” where they spend time working in fields cutting sugar cane and tobacco — this is called by leftists as “volunteerism” and “education”. Yet little mention is made of this.

Any form of forced labor no matter what the type of economic system is a violation of human rights.

    • This is the condition that most people that are abused and exploited in this world are existing in: there is no organism that in fact protects children and young people from the hands of a lucrative business that is a consequential outflow of our own need to keep running a system based on profit while satisfying our accepted and allowed ‘wants and needs.’ Marginalization, discrimination, lack of healthcare, lack of education and basic means to live makes of these individuals the ideal target for those that even promise better living conditions to the parents of the children. Sometimes girls are sold for marriage purposes and in this, a child’s will is absolutely overlooked when it comes to the adults that supposedly know what would be better for another individual. We realize this is just a lie since all current ‘living decisions’ are based on Profit and Survival accordingly.

    What is a proper solution to solving child-poverty in third-world countries?

    The real solution is to make the parents productive enough so that they can produce enough for themselves — and for their children. What these poor people in India and the like need, are not more humanitarians like Mother Theresa, but more businessman like Bill Gates.     • The Production solution is also the same one promoted by organisms like the UNICEF which is of no surprise at all, since all organizations stemming from the UN are still guarding the world-system’s best interests – profit, capitalist gain for a few – above any real Human Rights defense. These organisms are shaped to comply to the dominant economic system and formulate solutions according to the laws of profit and benefit for those that actually create their wealth based on the majority’s suffering.  Making Parents ‘productive enough’ is not a solution since that leads to our current ‘progress and economic growth’ measures that have turned Life into a profit making scheme of unstoppable consuming and producing, turning our world into a factory and a trash can at the same time. Freedom is money in this world, and by not giving money to everyone within a system where giving and receiving is done in equality, we cannot conceive just ‘working harder’ to be a genuine solution but instead it is another way to present a ‘no other way out’ from the capitalist-terms in which we have all believed it is impossible to get out of.

      We’re about to discover that this is not at all so.

    • Children that become the living expression of life will be our greatest reward, to see them enjoying themselves without any fear, without limitation, without having a mind creating inner conflict and insecurity. Instead, each child will be endowed with all necessary living skills through education and parental support to become the individual that they will understand is what is best for all, because Freedom can only exist within the understanding that we are a collective on this Earth and we have to consider each part of it if we genuinely want to live in peace and harmony – that’s the fundamental aspect that will enable children to become effective decision makers and self-willed individuals that support themselves to work together in a system where Life will be honored from birth till the inevitable death.

     

    • The time available for parents to take care of their children will also be a possibility in a world system where working is no longer your ticket to live, but instead a contribution that one gives in a certain phase of our lives – and with considerable less amount of working time – in order to dedicate ourselves as adults to educate and raise children to become the genuine future of the world that we would want ourselves to live in as well.

     

     

    • Educated Parents that genuinely know how to care for their children, having all the necessary means to give them the best living condition is a guarantee that will ensure children are actually cared for with the intent of supporting them as equals to become self-realized individuals that equally generate the best living conditions in which they will also, as a result, will want their own children to be born into.

     

    • No more child trafficking, child abuse, children sold as sexual slaves for child pornography. No more children having to prostitute themselves on the streets, no more children running away from their abusive parents at home, no more children resorting to drugs to mitigate the physical psychological abuse, physical pain and/or hunger – Every single child will have access to the best living condition that we all would want for ourselves. This is the reward that we will collectively ensure through the general organisms that we will all collectively regulate, as it is in our best interest to ensure that our children grow up to be the most effective living individuals that can exist in our world, as that is how we realize that the future of our human race depends on how well we support and assist our children to create the future not only for fellow human beings, but to equally ensure all animals, plants and the entire ecosystem is equally supported to finally live as Equals on this Earth.

      To never see a single child being abused and suffering again – this is our collective responsibility.

  • 364.Education is a Human Right |Equal Money

     

    Why do we Have to go to school? The motivation for Education has been that of preparing yourself throughout at least 15 years of your life in order to be considered as a ‘prepared’ working force ready and suited enough to ‘make a living’ in this world. But we haven’t questioned: Why is it that a human being is not supported from birth to already have all the necessary elements to ‘have a living’ in the best possible way, so that Education does not become a survival training program, but instead an expression, skills and abilities enhancer for every single being?  It’s time to turn Education into this Living Right and redefine the way that we educate ourselves in our world.

    Problem                                                  

    After our basic physical needs are covered, the next vital aspect to consider is Education which is currently either a great source of debt, indoctrination and pattern integration that does Not support individuals to become independent, expressive and self directive beings simply because Education is not Founded upon a system of Self Support, of Equality as Life.

    • We are obliged to go to School in order to acquire a status of a productive individual that earns money in order to make a living in this world-system where  Life is not a given right that by virtue of Birth. We instead are born into debt and dependency on a system of values that are not given to all individuals equally – this means that no matter whether you are rich or poor, we all depend on money to have access to live. Therefore: what kind of Education can we expect to get within a system that accepts Inequality ‘by Default’ as ‘How things are’ without implementing solutions that obviously must exist-  yet they don’t because the system is founded upon inequality and abuse – hence our ‘Education is compulsory’ in order to become the necessary work force that will ensure it works in an adequate and efficient manner according to the interests we have collectively accepted and allowed to be the foundation of our world-system and society.

     

    • This is the necessary preamble to understand that: every form of ‘Education’ we have understood thus far has not  in fact existed as a point of assistance and support to conduct a being to express in their utmost potential, but instead it has been a process of indoctrination where the values that one learn in school and in society in general, are the ones that are necessary to support the same system founded upon power and control: competition, desire to be superior, aspiring to have more and more every time, emotional and feeling enhancement to be easily controlled, and aspirations of success that are only related acquiring an elitist status in society – become a rich individual – that we have all learned to identify as ‘successful living.’ Yet, we don’t see that it is already a violation of human rights to have Education be a process of filtering people/elitism to see who would be successful and unsuccessful in a system where values are not based upon Life in Equality, but instead how apt an individual is to follow dreams and the pursuit of happiness in the aspiration to reach that ‘great living condition’ of wealth and influence. This is how we become the perfect working force – slave – to a system where money is tacitly implied to be the motivation to live, when in fact money should be a given right in order to actually learn how to live and expand in our abilities and skills as human beings to care after one another and all other life forms in an equal and one manner – this is obviously Not conducted this way.

     

    • In the Universal Declaration of Rights – on Education -Article 26.
      • (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

    • Within this is to understand that it is not Education in itself that is the problem, but how it is currently configured to function in a system of inequality, how it is determined by the social class you’re born into, the religion you’re born into, the intellectual skills that are transmitted genetically, the value of skills society imposes, the efficiency of the teachers, the curriculum, the standing of our nation in the global context, economic status, etc…  we are bound to a series of aspects that are beyond our individual direction – specially as a child – and are not pre-existent in an equal and one supportive foundation, but instead form the foundation of elitism which means that Education varies according to the amount of money you’re able to invest on it. Thus the ‘availability’ is not the problem, but how we have defined such availability based on the amount of money you have and accordingly, you will equally assure your working position in the future, but this is not how it works in reality.

     

    • Elementary education is only conceived to be pre-school/ first years of one’s life wherein a child is prepared to have a finite conception of ‘education’ such as getting good grades in order to continue advancing in their curriculum, competing against classmates to get the highest scores, obeying authorities, fearing punishment and consequence if not completing one’s tasks, valuing oneself according to the score you get in exams where only knowledge and information is required to be written out as a proof that what has been taught is ‘understood and integrated,’ which means that we are only indoctrinated to follow through with a system of reward and punishment and goal-setting attributes founded upon the fear of ending up either kicked out of school, which means being bound to a life of a ‘loser,’ not finding a job in the future or being considered as a ‘bad student’ which becomes then a reputation that a person may hold throughout time in all other aspects of their personal lives.

     

    • What is not considered is that all of these evaluation systems are defined according to ‘what is defined as successful/ excelling’ in a system that mirrors the labor system that we are born to be a part of within the same premise of: if you don’t have any money, you have no right to live – all of this means that our education is in fact driven by fear of survival and as such setting the foundation of control upon our children from the moment one learns that ‘not everyone will get access to the good things in life if one is not successful enough–and this is a fundamental problem that defines all other aspects in which our ‘Education’ is formed in our society: a fear based money-driven process of indoctrination.

     

    • Education in third world countries where no food, no water, no shelter, no clothing, no infrastructure to live in dignity exists is just a ‘luxury’ that is unattainable by individuals that are absolutely subsumed in  state of poverty that prevents them from having even sufficient energy to breathe. This is how speaking about Education as a Human Right is dependent on the amount of wealth a Nation possess and this proves that there are no such rights visible as long as children in the third world can be seen selling candies, food or doing factory work in order to live, instead of going to school – please watch the parallel lives of children, where one hast the usual ‘regular life’ of money that we know and the other one has, well, the exact opposite.

     

    All kids are equal in nature, but the system configuration each one is born into isn’t.

     

    • Higher education becomes a ‘privilege’ that only a few are able to obtain if an individual has sufficient money to pay for it. We read that ‘Education is compulsory’ and it shall be equally accessible to everyone on the basis of merit, but what merit can  you get if you simply can’t make enough money to live so you have to study, work and attend to your personal responsibilities where there is little to no time left to become the ‘best student’ everyone can get to be?
      The following chart reveals the rates of High School drop outs that exist based on the ever growing income gap in the American economy – this sets the trend and model that can be found in every other country where the level of ‘drop outs’ may begin as early as junior high according to he necessity of individuals to make money / make a living in this world.

    • In the cases where a student is able to have sufficient score to get into a University/ College, if the parents didn’t save enough money for college – even as early as the child’s birth time – they confront one the greatest debts that a person engages to  throughout their life along with the previously mentioned acquisition of a house – this is about College and the business it has become to ensure that people are bound to paying for almost an entire lifetime the studies that they think they require in order to have a successful living. The usual logic and promise is that you will end up having a great job wherein you’ll have sufficient money to ‘make your dreams come true’ and you’ll use the surplus to pay back for the education. However in reality, we realize this is Not a true Fact – instead, students come out of college with over thousands of dollars in debt to pay for an education that was supposed to grant them – or almost secure them – the best possible job to have great financial stability; instead College Debts become the first binding point for a person to walk through once they finish their education and are out in the system of survival, barely making any money to live, ending up doing any other job that does not relate to the expensive college education they had and on top of that, are bound to pay back for it anyways – or not managing to pay for it at all. This means that the 18-20 years of Education most of the times ends up being a useless process of education that will not be in fact used as the source of an income, but instead a waste of money and personal integrity when finding out that not everyone can in fact ‘make it’ to become successful in this world.

      • (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

     

    • It is paradoxical and contradictory that Education is meant to strengthen a notion of rights that are entirely dependent on an economic system where even your basic needs to subsist are not readily given/ granted – how can we respect fundamental freedoms that are only available for you if you have enough money? What kind of freedom does a person living with $1.25 dollars a day can have in this world? What kind of respect are we teaching our children when finding  out that we have done Nothing to End Poverty, to End Wars, to End the Lack of overall support to every individual but instead have kept each other bound and forced to work and ‘try to live’ in the most happy way which is directly related according to the amount of money you have?

     

    International System Problem

    • The entire configuration/set-up of our system which is  the platform upon which this Declaration of Human Rights was issued – after World War II where the American Hegemony was established in the world – set the tonality in which we would then understand our ‘Rights’ based on a Capitalistic system inherently flawed to only benefit those countries and individuals with sufficient money to have these rights ‘guaranteed’ and again, only guaranteed according to the configuration of, in this case, Education continuing to support and provide the necessary foundation for indoctrination to never question why is it that Education, Food, Water, Shelter, basic services are not Given as an actual Human Right? And all of this is in itself a set up of the Fundamental Violation to Human Rights, it is an economic and financial problem before it is an Educational-Values problem, because the values taught in school will already be shaped according to justifying this competition and survival system above any other principle or regard toward life, such as Equality, Honor, Integrity, Dedication, Respect, Self Honesty – none of this exists in a world where Money sets the rules of who lives in abundance and who is bound to a condition of lack.

     

    • If the United Nation’s sole purpose was in fact to defend Human Rights, all the money that is currently destined to maintain the Offense-Defense balances in the International Politics scenario in this world would instead be directed to empower individuals equally through Education; we would have already seen a great advance or the absolute eradication of poverty in this world among many other problems that are rooted in the lack of education. Instead that has been left to Humanitarian Investments that only support and justify the inequality of the system wherein charities are temporary fixes to a problem deeply rooted in the set-up of this entire world-system at a political, social and economic level. Instead, organizations like the UN are the ones that still accept and allow the existence of weapons that obviously lead to wars, and invest most of their time/ attention and resources to manage such international relations that are, once again, dictated by the hegemonic powers that lead the world. There is no genuine support and interest to implement the basic Declaration of Human Rights, because that would mean that there would be no space for slavery, control and fear-driven causes to make humans subject to money in order to live. In essence if Human Rights in fact existed as intended, we would be already equally free and we would not be writing about everything that has not been conducted in our world after thousands of years of so-called civilization.

     

     

     

     

    • Parents are individuals that have been also educated in this system to become complacent to the rules and regulations implemented through/as our Education Systems where the motivation factor that will define the Parental decisions in relation to their Children’s education will be based on securing their financial status in the future, giving them ‘the best tools’ to live, but what kind of ‘secure future’ or ‘tools’ can one get and give in an educational system that prepares you to compete against each other to make a living, where if you’re not successful enough according to these values that make this system function properly – competition, ambition, drive for success based on the pursuit of happiness/ the road to riches – you are considered as a failure in the system and as such, relegated to menial jobs that have no possibility of expansion and development in a being’s life. Therefore, Parents don’t know any better either as to what is best for their children because they too have been educated to learn how to fight for survival, how to compete, how to shape oneself in a way that is adequate to make money and have the greatest positions in the system.

     

    • The kinds of education currently available in this world depend on money, so if the parents have more than sufficient money to live, they will be able to afford private schooling which is considered ‘better’ than public schooling in most of the cases around the world – and in essence it is also just a training ground to become the ‘leaders’ of a world where unequal relationships are forged to sustain a system of inequality. Thus in fact one thinks one is getting ‘the best education,’ but it is in fact only training the people that will compete to get to leadership positions and be ‘in charge’ of others of lesser by-default positions in the system, which means that one becomes only the ‘system-holder’ within such positions of ‘power’ and/or control. Our politicians, our economists, our doctors, our teachers, sociologists, lawyers, communicators, all are equally educated to follow the same pattern where social polarization is studied, theorized and discussed ad nauseam with no definitive outcome to solve the problems in this world which are rooted in the way the world-system is set-up to function.

     

     

    • To sum up the understanding of all the flaws within the article that defends the right to Education promulgated by the UN, it is to understand How we have we come to accept and allow an inherently flawed Educational System whose parameters only perpetuate a system of power, control and abuse, no different to any other system because the ruling system is Money and as such Money defines the type of values, skills, dreams and aspirations that our children are imbued with/taught from the moment they step into our educational facilities. The role of the parents is currently that of guarding the interests of the System to ensure that the children become ‘good citizens’ in our nations that have been founded like corporations, not realizing or asking but Why is it that only  a few can achieve happiness and be successful in this world? We blame the ‘inadequacy’ of the child, when in fact it is that the system is designed to not cater for each one’s dream-fulfilling aspirations. And in all of this: who or what is the system? Each and every single one of us.

     

    • If we are Self-honest enough we will realize how the moment that we applaud an individual’s success in school we are not in fact recognizing the child’s skills and developmental abilities, but we are in fact applauding the road to success that they represent the moment that the System, through its preparation phase called Schooling, approves of the child’s skills, knowledge and information to be obedient to rules and regulations which we laureate with the tag of ‘Good Students,’ while in fact it is simply recognizing a well-indoctrinated being that will abide to the laws and fulfill the expected outcome it’s been imprinted onto them which is: making the most money they can and call that as Successful Living.

     

    • Last but not at least, the lack of understanding of ourselves as human beings that think, that experience emotions and feelings and make choices according to an inherent survival  mode leads all participants in our society to conform to ideals that we believe are ‘what’s best’ – however why is it that we breed more insecurity, fear, anti-social behaviors, competition, greed, bullying, hating, social segregation, disrespect, cheating, lying and all of the problems in this world that are ‘shaped’ in our schools instead of promoting the individual understanding of ourselves being Equal living beings with individual abilities and capacities to develop in different ways in which we can all ‘win’ if supported to understand who we are as our mind, our personalities, our thoughts, how to walk through emotional distress and any other type of experiences that are only seen as ‘problems’ in the individuals without a clear direction to them. This is one of the key elements that is absolutely missed in schools and delegated to a few psychologists to ‘solve the problems,’ without realizing this is an overall and all-encompassing problem wherein the entire configuration of our world-system is existent: from money system, government/ politicians, laws, parents, social inequality, media, environmental and resource abuse, familial relationships and all other aspects that a child is exposed to invariably become the ‘Education’ that is absorbed outside and inside the classroom, determining everything that an individual will become in the image and likeness of a system of abuse and accordingly a participant in society – and in this it is not only the Parents or Teacher’s problem: we are All Equally Responsible  as a Global Society for this

This process implies developing all necessary skills to become an individual of integrity, honor, respect and dignity that recognizes all life forms as equal to oneself.                     353. The Best Regime is Equal Money

                     

                    We haven’t questioned the words we speak as  the nature of actions they contain, we haven’t abolished money as a belief system of debt in function of abuse. If anything it should be a point of great concern how after thousands of years we haven’t ever coexisted in the best way possible where all living beings are equals in all aspects as Life. This is because all our regimes have consisted of structures founded and determined to generate systems of power and control and as such, inequality has been accepted as ‘the way things are’ without a question – it is about time we begin realizing the actual abilities we have to correct this, which begins at an individual level to understand what does constitute an actual goodwill in humanity.

                    We are  species that have specialized in creating words, placing them in  books full of  statements intended to guide man’s life,  but we haven’t ever lived the ideal and best intentions placed in our constitutions  in order to generate an actual well being in this world that stands as the best way to direct ourselves to live as Equals in harmony and peace. Throughout time we haven’t yet questioned why we seek to ‘Change the World’ and haven’t first looked at why we have allowed ourselves to remain in the damaged and defunct state of the world system that we are attempting to ‘change’ and apparently ‘live’ in; we look at history without realizing that the nature of  humanity has maintained and sustained the same cycles on enslavement because we have failed to understand how it is that each one of us has complied to re-enact the same power structures over and over again, there has been no human evolution but only a change of scenarios that creates the illusion of it.

                     

                    Some others might have had great intentions to change the world system but never actually realizing that only writing and promulgating laws intended to generate common good won’t create a sudden ‘good willed nature’ in humanity; in fact the opposite has happened where currently no one can trust any form of governance or our neighbor because we have made everything so corruptible to the point where we have become subject to participating in a system that is not working according to generate a common well being that is applicable to all, which means everyone is bound to be born into slavery where our politics are based on offense-defense balancing between nations compete against each other to see who can accrue  the most wealth, using resources and man labor as the ‘fuel’ to keep the good life being enjoyed by this winning minority. Every regime has incorporated these ‘particularized’ needs where subjective aspects as points of identification and differentiation  from other states ,were considered as specific directives in their constitutions according to culture, tradition, religion, habits,  which led to the inevitable segregation between humans just because societies became characterized according to the interests of the ruling minority, which would then signify the basis of their  that specialness, their privileges which became the configuration of the way people live in a particular territory: it became people’s binding force of identity that turned into a strong belief of ‘what the people stand for,’  what their purpose in life is and how they view their own life according to these living codes embedded in their particular system.

                     

                    We have always been governed and subject to governance wherein the rules of the game are written by individuals that may or may not have the best interests upon society, however such constitutions are not lived by the individuals and any other form of comparative studies of why this is so are also useless because there is simply no physical common sense that is regarded as universal directives that should be considered as a universal law that we could all abide to by a mere agreement on recognizing the equality that exists within and as ourselves as life.  We can already attest that all form of political philosophy has failed to do its job to generate living lawful principles that human beings could apply and live by to generate the necessary change within the nature of man, as Rousseau claimed.

                     

                    Thinking in terms of ‘What is Best for All’ already get people raising their eyebrows – however this is also proven to be difficult in our lives where no actual educational processes about the nature of the system have been provided in order to understand why equality has been relegated to a fringe term that is de jure present in all constitutions and charters, de facto never lived or applied on Earth. Thus the type of regime determines how people apparently ‘choose’ the decisions based on the values they learn at school, the politics in their nations, it is as if we haven’t yet learned  any other way but what we currently know ‘it’s best’ and continue to accept things as they are. This is for example how we continue to believe that being governed by a few ‘educated people’ that ‘know what they are doing’ because they have been trained to take such positions in the world system are more ‘trustworthy’ than anyone else, which is why the rest will simply follow to deposit faith that it will eventually all work out as intended – whether such intention is to enslave or uplift humanity, same point, we simply agreed to it because we believe we don’t know any better than them. For some others it would be to live in self governed small societies with a religious purpose in order to venerate life and some gods alike – some others can think of a Global Equal State order where all human beings can in fact be free under a single regime where life is valued and lived in Equality. Well, we agree with the latter – however why would this Not Be immediately recognized by every individual as the Best  foundation for a Regime  that can exist?

                     

                    To understand the cognitive dissonance that exists in order for the majority of the people in this world be able deny that Valuing Life in Equality is what’s Best for All, we have to realize that there is an entire educational apparatus existent in order to shape the human mind according to that which will serve a particular nation or regime in the best way possible. It is thus obvious that in a corporate capitalistic system, these values are shaped according to commerce which means consumption, buying and selling, defining our status according to that which own and making ourselves honorable for supporting wars that ensure corporations are well fed with an apparent cause to defend our honor, our security and promoting ‘good values’ such as words that sound like freedom and democracy, but are in no way actually meaning the signification of the words as we know them to be.

                     

                    These are the values that are ‘fought for’ in the country that we’ve used as example for the purpose of understanding the problems in our world, the United States of America  (for more you can read the entire series 307. CapitalismUS: Pursuit of Happiness and the rest of the posts after this one) This is thus what defines how a person lives, how life is conceived, what their every moment is veered toward and lived for which in a society like the contemporary American culture, is to obtain happiness – this might not seem different to the same purpose placed by human beings in ancient times, however the How and What makes people happy is what has been upgraded according to the current regime. This is how words are defined according to that which serves the establishment – an example is how happiness for an individual can be founded upon being rich, owning properties all over the world, traveling, sitting by a pool drinking and admiring the scene of a ‘good life’ while for others happiness would mean having potable water, food, shelter and dignified living conditions – it must be very clear what has shaped our particular and personalized values no matter in which nation we live in, which is Money. As long as we still see through the eyes of the characterization that words have gained within a particular regime, we will continue to ignore common sense such as understanding in a physical common sense what is Best for All which is explained in the first post of this series.

                     

                    The problem is when we talk about being a ‘good citizen’ and being a ‘good human being’ – Citizenship is related to the particular contract we are born into as part of particular nation or state – this is what we sign ourselves into from our birth certificate till the moment our Death Certificate which is a state of de-function which means we are no longer functional to the purpose we were signed into as part of our countries functioning as corporations. This Good citizenship ties in with what was explained in terms of the System  Honesty and Integrity discussed earlier in this series, wherein we abide to the norms, the values, the laws and regulations of our particular regimes simply because that is all we have ever known and we also know that if we don’t abide to that, we can get the opposite of reward which is punishment and as such, fear is the counter act to maintain people in a ‘good citizenship’ status as a reward to never question why such regime is not working according to that which is best for all, which is a question we all should have asked ourselves by now, yet even if we have, we haven’t done anything to change the reality of this until now.

                     

                    A regime is not only a structure and several institutions that govern us, it is an entire way of living and establishes the foundation for everything we do, how we live and how we relate to one another. It constitutes an ethos   and so far all of the different regimes have catered for a diversity based on particular interests  that are mutually exclusive.

                     

                    It should already be known that much before our monetary systems were in place, there has always been a form of order in our societies established through force creating rights and such dominant forces shaped our constitutions wherein the so-called ‘best conditions for everyone’ were shaped according to a particular culture, religion, , traditions, language and meaning of words, time and space context,  habits, etc. It is thus to understand how by the differentiation in how we understand the world through the meanings we acquire/ learn  in our particular educational/indoctrination  systems,  we create ideological, philosophical, moral and ethical barriers  in order to justify one single thing: the inability of man to live in Equality, the inability to actually put 1+1 together and realize that the simplicity to create what is Best for All is actually physically evident. Why haven’t we done this then? Because we are so used to merely following orders and being told what to do by a few as long as we don’t have to partake in the necessary involvement that managing and directing our lives actually requires, wherein not only a few should be interested in the frameworks that define the way we live and take the positions that enables them to do what they see is ‘best’ according to their particular interests. We have accepted and allowed things as they are, because we get to have a ‘good life’ where money becomes the alternative to govern ourselves by the power embedded in money and not by the laws that could do this without having to ‘strive’ to make a living or compete to make the most.

                     

                    Our current regimes are based on self-serving ‘living philosophies’ based on generating a feel good experience according to the amount of money that we have, which goes unquestioned because as long as our nature is not challenged in its root and instead fed by ‘how the system works’ – which is again the nature of greed, competition, selfishness, abuse and negligence  as the actual evil as the reverse of life, as everything that exists in the negative conditions that prevent the emergence of any actual goodness in man – we will continue studying theories about great societies while claiming the best regime is in fact ‘Utopic’ and lacking actuality – yes, this is not a coincidence either that we believe it to be such a ‘high end’ in itself such an impossible thing to concretize in reality,  just because we haven’t learned to become self governed individuals that understand that there we don’t require a Leviathan to take care of ourselves if each individual is able to live by principles that create a living regime where Life is Valued and Lived in Equality. Who has then accepted and allowed the limitation to live in an Equal Freedom? Us.

                     

                    Many claim that this Best Regime is idealistic in nature, it is superior to all because it is all encompassing as a Global System which should be based on Life in Equality and Oneness – yet again, we have to look at Human Nature as the Problem to make this a reality which draws us back to the initial point: if the Regime and ‘ways of the system’ is created by human beings, then what must be changed is the human nature in itself. De jure the constitutions to create the best regime do exist, de facto none of them are lived and applied, there is no actuality to a Best for All Regimes and even if we all physically understand what we require to live and know what would be the best way to coexist, we like to think that there is a form of specialness in opposing commonality, just because we learned how to praise individuality and superiority, without ever pondering how these ‘values’ are supporting the separation and abuse that some even dare to project and blame onto authorities for not recognizing them as our individual guarantees according to the laws, we are the ones that in fact make the life of the system be unequal in nature. Who are the real double edged swords then? Our words that have not been lived in a way to honor all life in equality yet.

This intention is founded upon the recognition that all Sentient Beings are endowed with the unalienable rights of self-determination and the fundamental assurances of the minimum qualities of life, such assurances to be fulfilled by having the necessities of life such as proper nourishment, clothing, shelter, access to knowledge and education, training for fulfilling capacities to support and sustain their lives and their families, to be integrated within their relationships of social, economic, familial and community bonds.

                       

                      It is Our Dedicated Intention That We Shall Strive to assist all those in need in order that they may provide for themselves and their families the means of establishing the fundamental requirements of life while on this Earth. We shall be guided by our consciences and our intentions to honor all life forms and all human beings on our planet, and all sentient beings in existence as a whole, to apply our efforts to uplift and sustain the qualities of life that we wish to have for ourselves and our families, and to continue in our efforts until all on this planet have achieved such a goal. In so doing, we fulfill the law that states, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

                    • Removing Idealism from the term ‘Best Regime’ implies doing the opposite of thinking, which is acting, directing, convening, participating  and creating living agreements where all participants commit themselves to be co-creators of a new living system in and of Equality as Life. Within the Equal Money System which is the Equality System by excellence, we will undermine the potential harm existent in words and will direct ourselves to integrate the living principles that generate a Best for All living condition as part of our day to day interaction and participation in our world in and as the words that we speak. This is part of understanding that we are the system, we create the regime and just as language gets to a point of death if there are no more speakers that use it, we have to become the life of that new language as the words that will ensure the Best Regime is  lived in our very own words in every single moment that we are Here, coexisting and participating with everyone in order to make our lives possible.

                     

                    •   It is time to let go of being ‘good citizens’/ ‘good slaves’ to a system of abuse and instead understand the physical laws that govern our nature which is Life in Equality as what is Best for All. We are witnessing and becoming the living understanding of how it is that our world can in fact be if each individual lives by principle and not by negative enforcement to survive in a world of fixed scarcity, debt that sounds like death and antiquated values based on a power structure founded upon money as a relationship of abuse. It is crystal clear how the ability to change the world, to create the best living regime possible does not exist in one single book or ancient text with a magic formula to it, it is happening now, it is being presented by the corpus of the educational material available at Desteni and Equal Money, which are the two Educational and Directive Principled Pillars to be lived by each individual in order to manifest the change that we require to implement in this world.

                     

                    • The state current crisis in our word is sufficient evidence for us to open our eyes and understand that it is only in Equality, working Together and honoring each other as Equals as Life that we can come to this simple realization where the Best Living Regime exists the moment all living beings are equally  supported to live the best possible way, where all Nations become one single global estate that is no longer distinguished by a need to have more power over others,  but instead it is one lived and understood as a single organism living in absolute homeostasis and in symbiotic relationships.

                    • No more political philosophy, no more sociological theories on all the various aspects that could ‘better’ human life because we will all be living in a physical understanding of what is Best for All and as such, direct and dedicate our lives to creating this new Equality World Order based on understanding our inherent interdependence in this social organism.

                     

                    • Any personal preference that does not oppose, threaten or harm this physical common sense will be able to be lived and integrated as part of our individual expression through our habits, ways of communicating, entertainment and personal inclinations as long as no other being is coerced to follow it, as long as no other living being is abused or harmed in such practices. This is how we can understand that our constant well being in a state of harmony, self honesty and interdependence is the happiness that was bought and sold in the ‘old days.’ We are here to finally integrate the living principles that will ensure all children are born into life and not into death as it happens in our current system. 

                     

                    • The ability to define and direct for the very first time an actual Living Regime in Equality is and will be sufficient proof that we have gotten to Equalize ourselves as life, which means we can only exist in such a system if Self Realization is lived by each individual co-operating and participating in it.

                    349. Self Will in Equal Money

                    Self Will is living the decision to do what is Best for All as a Living Principle.

                    Problem                                                                

                    • Self Willed:   adjective obstinately pursuing one’s own wishes.
                    • This drive to pursue our wishes become a synonym to ‘living,’ which is when one is arduously pursuing happiness, continuously aspiring to become ‘the best’ and constantly imagine to be ‘at the top’ to have a point of freedom, enjoyment and expression as the ideals we have only learned to imagine and seek to attain without understanding first why we were born with inherent limitations to not have such conditions as part of our living environment. Self-Will has become a purpose driven action that guides our every breath to ‘attain’ something –or someone – and believe that such wish, desire, want or need is in fact ‘who we are’ and is absolutely real and acceptable; however, what happens when 2/3 of the Earth’s population have no means to attain even their most sincere wishes such as having food on the table, having a house to live in, having potable water and energy resources? Our self-will in a money-driven world has become the justification for greed and wanting ‘more’ even if we already have enough, and we justify this because: it is our ‘pursuit of happiness’ that we are acting on, and because it is part of our constitution we should all be free to live it – but no one questions why happiness is such an expensive thing to buy or attain instead of being readily given by virtue of being alive in this world.

                     

                    • We are well accustomed to be motivated by our own future projections, our dreams of having a better life or having enough money to settle down and have the perfect life – which means stopping being in a constant survival mode – we use visuals in our minds to remind ourselves why we are doing what we are doing, why we are having a terrible job that we don’t enjoy at all but do anyways because it’s the only option that we have. We constantly like to think that ‘it will only be temporary’  and prefer to daydream about having a better financial situation wherein we won’t have to ‘deal’ with what our lives have become: a fear based and survival driven ‘living’ condition, which is thus not living – but only surviving. We accept this as ‘how things have always been’ and haven’t moved ourselves to question why we created such a terrible conditioning for everyone. We accept being ‘motivated’ by our imagination because we feel that’s the only place where we can ‘truly be free’ and as such, we will ourselves to do whatever is required to ‘make our dreams comes true.’ Unfortunately, such dreams of ‘betterment’ along with the acceptance of ‘how things are’ are part of the social conditioning to have people always aspiring to do better in their lives to attain some form of freedom or wealth, while the carrot is absolutely fixed on a stick and unable to be reached. People spend their lifetimes searching for this freedom to no avail – yet new generations come and everything remains the same, because the system was the one thing that is constantly blamed for this, instead of realizing it is ourselves as human beings that have established our own belief systems and limitations and think this is ‘how the world works.’ This means that we disregard in every moment that we have the power to actually change this.

                     

                    • Many of us want to create a change in this world, however when self-will to change the world exists as a point motivated by desires or fear of ending up at the very bottom of it all, or facing all the consequences that we have accumulated thus far as humanity, we end up creating solutions that will only deal with ‘removing’ the fear factor and getting ourselves back to a ‘feel good’ condition, instead of realizing how we created the problem in order to establish change. This is why the problem won’t ‘go away’ unless we  live a process of self correction and self realization to recognize the steps of How we created the problem in the first place. This is what we have to realize in order to not seek for a solution outside of ourselves or only blame the system, government, the ‘environment’ for our current condition and  inner experience – Self Honesty implies taking responsibility for everything we see requires to be changed within the understanding that it is the nature of who we have always been that is the cause and source of our current crisis lived at all levels of our existence at the moment.

                    • Self Will is living the decision to do what is Best for All. It is expressing ourselves as the volition of Life in Equality – this means directing ourselves to act, think and do what is in the best interest of all life without expecting a reward or attaining something in separation of ourselves. In this, no energy driven experience exists, no ‘ultimate desires,’ no wants or needs are to be satisfied only at an individual level, but  always ensure everyone else’s are also satisfied.  It is the act of driving and motivating ourselves to physically move to do something, to act and make the necessary changes in ourselves, our reality to enable life to be lived for the very first time in Equality, because so far we haven’t been the living word.

                     

                    • Self Will is the self direction and self movement that stems from walking the process of Self Honesty and Self Forgiveness – without Self Honesty there is no Self Will but only energy-driven and self-interest purposed-given lives seeking to attain a ‘betterment’ without taking responsibility and  understanding how and why we created a lack and inequality in the first place.  This self will is thus becoming part of the co-creation and cooperation required to establish a world that is based on Equality as what’s Best for All. This is not good or bad, it is simply establishing the physical considerations to ensure that life is sustained, supported and enjoyed by everyone in Equality as how it always should have been – this includes also our individual regard for one another, toward all animals, plants and the environment as part of ourselves.

                     

                    • Living, breathing, existing to create a change in this world is part of the process of Self Realization – this practically means that we understand our co-creation and participation in this world system we are currently limited by and enslaved to; within this, we take responsibility for it by understanding that we have to create the necessary changes within ourselves and without as the system’s structure in order to create a genuine correction of every aspect that has to be founded re-directed to be based upon an Equality-based system, where everything that we require to live is given and received as a functional  understanding of who we are as Life – one and equal. This is what Equal Money will provide as the result of our participation as self-willed individuals to support each other as one.

                     

                    • The  change that we decide to act upon is a Self Willed action: there is no desire, no driving force other than our breath by breath and moment to moment realization that who we are, what we think, what we act or don’t act upon determines the outcome and reality we all live in. It is a realization that if we are all equally responsible for how we have created this world, we have to correct the mess within the understanding and individual application of Self Responsibility where no fear drives us to ‘change the world,’ but we instead do it as part of our day to day process of Self-Honesty and Self Correction to understand that who we are/ what we have become is solely our responsibility and creation and as such, we have the power to change and align to what is Best for All.

                     

                     

                    Rewards                                                   

                    • Living as Self-Willed individuals is part of the perfect order we can establish in the realization of our Equality as Life. This means that everyone’s living understanding of our responsibility, our application of self honesty is lived and as an expression of who we are in every moment of living here as breath, as life in Equality. This is expressed without an effort, without a hassle, without fear or competition against others – it is the living understanding that we can only create the best living conditions to live if we all act in the best interest of all, if we all drive and motivate ourselves by the realization that our well being depends one everyone’s well being in equality – we require to equalize the totality of ourselves to act, express, and  enjoy who we are and what we do as part of this creation.

                     

                    • Self Enjoyment is the Reward from living without a constant drive to ‘attain’ something or ‘make a living – It won’t be defined by something we buy and consume in separation of ourselves, but instead we will live Self Enjoyment as the expression and realization of living according to what is best for all which means no harm, no abuse, no attainment, no fear driven reactions, but pure self movement acts and decisions made and based on that which will ensure everyone’s wellbeing is guaranteed and satisfied.

                     

                    • Self Will becomes our principled living statement as the expression of  Freedom, because there will be no coercion existent in a world where everything we require to live the best way possible is given.  There will be no energetic-high that drives us to become ‘better human beings’ because we will be living this self-improvement as a practical process to expand our abilities and capacity to live in our utmost potential. It is the movement we become as part of an entire organism that can only function in the best living conditions if we all participate and cooperate as equals to sustain it – and this is what living will be understood to be, a realization of the totality of ourselves as a living organism with multiple interactions and individual expressions lived within the principle of what is best for all.  This reward is thus not desire or fear driven, it becomes an expression of who we are in every moment of breath.

                    346. Manumission with Equal Money

                    Our Manumission is the  self-directive process to liberate everyone and establish a new living system based on and sustained in Equality through our individual process of Self Correction and Self Responsibility.  This is the process of Educating ourselves about all the mechanisms in which we turned our lives  into survival money-making odysseys instead of actual processes of self development, expression and enjoyment of our lives. It is about time we Understand the Accepted and Allowed Self-Enslavement  in order to make an informed decision to Take Responsibility for our world and each other and pave the way to live in Actual Freedom in Equality.

                    Problem                                                                

                    •   Enslavement in our society stems from the power structures that we have made legit every time that we adopt the belief of something or someone having more or less power than another and as such, having the ‘power’ to decide how a nation is governed, how a community is directed, how much money everyone gets, what kind of information you are given, what type of Education and for what purposes you have access to, what are your values, moral codes, religious affiliations, ways of entertainment, fears, limitations, etc. – everything is the result of a cultural configuration that runs with the same Game Theory mechanisms that a corporation is run by, and what is a corporation’s main purpose? To create Profit – this is the axis of evil upon which our entire world goes around, and our very own thinking and behavior has been the battery to keep this entire system this way, which means our very own minds have been wrought, shaped and formed according to these ‘principles’ based on survival-mode fears. 

                     

                    • The fact is that as much as human behavior is the product of a society, we are also aware of the preprogrammed design of the mind as a system wherein the purpose of our creation was to generate energy in all its various forms as experiences that we could buy and consume or create through relationships formed in power-play mode driven by the desire to win at all cost. This inherent condition is what we can call Human Nature – it is not the Nature of the physical body that runs according to a Physical Common Sense principle of Life as a social organism of symbiotic relationships, it is the nature of a Mind Consciousness System that existed as an energy-resourcing construct existent within each and every single human being on earth as a mechanism of control and predetermination to ensure we would never question our ‘real purpose’ of being here in this world and what our lives were in fact existent for. This is relevant to understand from the study of the Desteni Material in order to place all the pieces of our human history together and realize that the enslavement that has always existed on Earth is not only existent as our cultural configuration or power structures, but it is also inherently existent within human beings as the nature of the mind that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become. The moment we think, we are not only reflecting the nature of what is around us,we are in fact expressing the nature that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become: we actively participate in the entire mind mechanism in which we begun defining ourselves according to that which we think. What does this have to do with how the system works? Everything.

                     

                    • We are all aware of who the ‘dominant forces’ are in our social context: everyone that has money. It is true, there are some that have a lot more money than the average, but the moment we are the ones able to give money for someone to do the job for us and within this abdicating our responsibility to participate in an equal manner, we are accepting and allowing this mechanism of coercion to exist -  this is how our current money system works. We all trapped each other within this same enslavement system and the process of delivering ourselves from this evil as the reverse of live is a process of understanding our individual responsibility to the creation and perpetuation of the system ‘as is,’ because we have expressed our consent to ’how the system works’ by never having attempted to actually change the way it works, and even if we could spot the problem, we did not do anything about it.

                     

                    • Currently corporations are the main players in our reality – they exist in the same structure of our governments/ social orders in a hierarchical manner wherein people are paid to produce that which later will be sold for the purpose of ‘covering our needs’ yes, but mostly generating profit from it and in that, our entire mechanism to sustain our lives is precisely linked to a mechanism of death wherein our life force is monetized as ‘labor’ that becomes a permanent thing to do throughout our entire lives if we want to survive. In the meantime, the people that were ‘clever enough’ to accumulate all capital goods and property to hire people to do the work, are the ones that will only continue growing their wealth by maintaining the workers in an enslaved position to ensure that the expected ‘growth,’ ‘economic progress’ and ‘economic efficiency’ are guarded and assured in a direct proportional manner to the level of need that exists to have money/ have means to survive. This can only exist in a system where people are not supported from birth to death to live, and even more so it is the other way around: people currently are bound to work in order to live, because life is only possible with money and if money is run in a profit-making scheme it is obvious that some at the bottom will not get enough to make it to the top, because those at the top are the ones that set the rules of the game without any opportunity for the people as the majority to decide how a corporation is run.

                     

                    • Many people upon acknowledging the problem that money has become as the tool for this enslavement, at the same time disregard the fact that it can simply cease to exist as it does with the ‘almighty powers’ as a coercive belief system of values and instead, transformed to become a tool that support our very own liberation-this is what Equal Money means:  money becomes an accounting tool for trading and stand as a ‘granting rights’ document – however as we must know it is not only ‘money’ that is the problem, but our own wants, needs and desires that have become ‘who we are’ as part of our motivations in life because it is all that we have ever known thus far.

                     

                    • These desires, wants and needs have been shaped according to this necessary ‘masking’ and ‘adaptation’ of a system of fear and control to turn it into a feel good motivated system with positive attitudes and meanings to processes of abuse i.e., to be successful you have to learn how to ‘play the name of the game’ in the system, which means being deliberately willing to abuse in order to win.  This is where we suggest watching the documentary The Century of the Self to understand how in the past century, the political system adopted marketing techniques to sell concepts to people for purposes of control such as Democracy, Freedom and its derivatives Free Choice and Free Will. By doing a fundamental change of meaning in these words, Democracy became a synonym of Inverted Totalitarianism wherein an apparent form of elections takes place where one can choose between two or more options of officials that never implement what they promise – we should all know better by now, but because we apparently don’t, we’ve fallen every time into the acceptance of the system ‘as is’ because ‘that’s how it’s always been’ and ‘nothing’s going to change this.’ Hence we blindly accept a political system where we even know that ‘our representatives’ are not the real ones ‘in power’ although they have the legal means to execute other’s orders.

                    Therefore, how to deliver ourselves from our bondage?

                     

                     

                    Solution                                                              

                    • The process of Manumission begins the moment that we First Inform ourselves and begin asking the right questions upon observing and introspecting about our reality. It is only through this opening initiated by self’s empirical and self directed investigation about the world system that we begin seeing everything that is wrong and not working ‘as it should’ or as we thought it worked in our society; we begin to understand the mechanisms that make it functional, the actual motivation of our lives in this system beyond what we blindly consume and satisfy our needs with. 

                     

                    • The first point is to understand how we have created our own bondage to our political and economic orders of absolute enslavement and polarization and as such, how to create solutions where we can ensure to one another that we don’t ever again recreate the same system of power, abuse and greed at an individual level, even if existing in an Equality based system – this is thus a profound process of individual introspection, self honesty and self investigation to see where we stand as individuals within this world, what we participate in and how we have generated the current problems and consequence by our own participation in it. This is the first step as  a solution, because if this process is done in a genuine manner, one will inevitably continue unfolding the necessary steps to create solutions once that the truth is evident and not feared or shut down from one’s awareness, but is accepted and acknowledged as a point of inevitable self responsibility.

                     

                    • An example is how Corporations could be in fact regulated to be directed in a way wherein maximizing profits ceases to exist as its sole purpose and instead becomes what it always should have been: a goods production organization in the best interest of all, providing quality, durable and environmental friendly products that are sold for the benefit of the final user. This is possible if all profit is shared equally through the policy of Equal Profit Share, which is one of the various proposals within the Equal Money Capitalism System, where money ceases to be the ‘motive’ but instead becomes only a way to ensure that everybody wins in the production and commercialization processes.

                     

                    • Beginning to question the reasons for suffering, scarcity and abuse in this world is the first step. The next one is to educate ourselves through all the vast amount of documentaries, books, websites that speak about these problems so that it becomes part of our culture to watch materials that explain ourselves in an audiovisual manner to what extent we have abdicated our self responsibility and become subject to our own ‘system configuration’ without a question, and even if the questions emerged within ourselves, we were  immediately taught to ‘stop asking’ because consequences ensued when daring to question the laws and order in which we have lived thus far.                     • The Education about how we brought our world to shambles through abdicating our own responsibility allows us to identify where and how we missed our ability to respond to live in a common sensical manner in our word and as such, how to generate the solutions utilizing the principle of like cures like wherein we identify the problem and create the solution utilizing the current organizational mechanisms and structures that we already have. This implies that we will become aware of what Not to do in our process of creating a New Living System on Earth that functions according to the Principles of What is Best for All.

                     

                    • The recognition of our individual participation leads us to become humble in nature, to stop blaming others for what we believe ‘they’ have done unto us and instead, begin to see how it is that another’s wealth could only be possible through our acceptance and allowance for such legal mechanisms and political orders to exist the way they do until today. This support ourselves to realize that it is in fact a collective responsibility wherein everyone was too blind to only seek for personal self interest instead of actually implementing education on how the system works so that we can all act and make informed decisions on what we participate and what we don’t and how to solve problems once that the accepted and allowed behavior has created consequences. This process entails walking through consequence to ensure we never repeat it again, and this is in fact what is of most value because this will be a realization upon fats, upon actual consequences where by being equally affected by it, we will all be pushed to form part of the solutions to make our lives practically able to exist again.

                     

                    • Education about our system will thus become an integral part of our schooling systems or educational processes beginning at home, this won’t be any longer ‘specialized knowledge’ but instead a history book of a bleak past that we all must ensure we tell as a cautionary tale to never again recreate the same abuse, slavery and power structures of the past. This is the time when we learn from our mistakes, learn how to walk through a process of Self Correction and Stand up to become part of the change once that we See and Realize how we participated in it and How it is in our hands that we can conduct each other to live in Equality and share all relevant information that can make our lives better every day.
