611. Assuming What Others Are Experiencing

I’ve written a couple of blogs about assuming and how I have to take a breath, and slow down whenever I see myself doing this, but the reality is that stopping is not the only solution because there is a righteousness veil within considering that ‘I know that what I’m seeing, perceiving, sensing is right’ as in ‘I have a right to keep assuming/thinking that this is really happening.’ Righteousness is one of those lockdown experiences and self-beliefs where we become tough-heads and don’t take a moment to question what is it that we are really defining as real, as truth, as ‘how things are,’ which is what usually leads to assuming and within that projecting onto others what we believe ‘they’ are going through, not realizing that we are in fact the source of such assumptions.

I have found it actually entertaining to see how is it that whatever I assume a person ‘is like’ becomes completely debunked once that I get to talk to them more or get to actually have a moment to see how they express and share themselves beyond just me seeing them ‘from afar’ so to speak. I had this recently with a couple of people that I had perceived that ‘they didn’t seem to like me that much’ just because they weren’t as ‘expressive’ or ‘friendly’ in my definition of how I express friendliness, also considered that when comparing them to others in their midst in terms of being talkative or interacting in a more extroverted way.

Though, once that I had an opportunity to actually talk to them, things were quite different and I got to see how they are simply a different kind of person – lol –  in that they might not be a boisterous and sociable as others, they just like to share in a more calm, cool and collected manner, or have more specific conversations rather than relating to people in the midst of a group.  In that I also realized how much I tend to from the get go still judge certain people based on just observing them, trying to ‘label’ them as a certain kind of person without having any actual moment of interaction, but more assessing ‘who they are’ for example in the context of a larger group of people, which at times can be limiting for certain people that feel more open and comfortable when being in one on one interactions, rather than on a casual/social context.

I’ve found that assumption comes as a desire to control, a desire to believe that ‘I know’ what I am dealing with when it comes to being with people or certain environments, certain activities, it’s like this ‘crutch’ that I believe I need in order to ‘know where I stand’ or ‘know what I’m dealing with.’ But, for the most part I’ve seen how this has fueled a lot of judgments towards others and it’s become a preposterous limitation because even when I am creating a seemingly ‘positive label’ towards another, then anything that they do that doesn’t match such assumption of ‘who they are’ within this ‘positive light’ I project upon them, then it creates a noise within me where I then tend to get disillusioned or disappointed about such person, without realizing that ‘Hey! I created these parameters, labels and definitions of ‘who they are’ as judgments all by myself! So, how can I be disappointed about someone’s actions or words based on me being the one that created such idea of ‘who they ‘entirely’ are’?

I’ve observed how assumption is born out of lack of actually communicating, interacting and understanding the person in any given moment or situation, which means at the same time that I am thinking more ‘up there’ in my head making conclusions about ‘who they are’ and ‘who am I’ in relation to them instead of actually getting to know a person, ask questions, establish communication wherein I can get to know and understand others better. I definitely enjoy asking questions, getting to know another, but this is not necessarily so easy to do with people you’ve just seen a couple of times or just met, which is where I see my inner experience towards them being rife with assumptions and a point that I have to remind myself next time I’m in the presence of people I’ve never been with in my life. I’ve also been realizing how much time it actually gets for some people to open up about things, and within that I have to understand that I might approach things in a more direct or immediate way, but not everyone’s like that.

I saw this with how one of these people I had assumed ‘didn’t like me as much’ opened up only after months of being around their midst, and completely turned around my prejudices only to show me and remind me how quick I am to jump into conclusions and project an idea I create – judge – others for and place them into these cookie cutter ideas that are only in my head… definitely relevant for me to remain present, to rather ask and be direct in my interactions and communication, while also considering the time it takes to develop such communication with others.

On another line of assumption, I’ve also seen how the negative assumptions I’ve created about someone’s experience or ‘state of being’ in a moment is definitely a cool mirror I can use for myself. An example is how I can assume that someone is irritated about something, that they are displeased or just not feeling as their usual ‘stable self’ and in that, I noticed I went into the experience of ‘there’s something bothering them, annoying them, they are not being their usual cool self so what’s bothering them?’ And the next step went into believing that it’s me/my presence that might be bothering them, or whether I did something wrong. That’s an example of a moment where I allowed myself to go into a reaction based on what I believed I was perceiving and let it fester for a some hours until I simply had to ‘let it out’ in the open and discuss it, but I missed taking the point back to self first to see how I am projecting my own self doubt, self-judgment or inadequacies onto another and believing ‘that’s their experience,’ when in fact it was entirely first of all related to something I had to look at within myself first.

Therefore there’s two things I am practicing to do: first, take the point back to self, seeing how I am reacting to Assuming someone else is reacting or experiencing themselves in a particular way or are a certain ‘kind of person.’. Say I react in insecurity when seeing someone feeling ‘off’ or ‘bothered’ or ‘annoyed’ – I have to first look at where am I actually feeling annoyed, off or bothered by seeing, perceiving a change in another and how I am then reacting to the assumptions I’m creating in my own mind, making me then go into an emotional experience about my assumptions, and that definitely doesn’t assist in actually getting to know what the source of this change is all about starting with myself.

Second point is to work with my assumptions, to see what is bothering me, what I feared losing, what I was desiring as an experience or outcome in something and that usually leads me to see where I become bothered or irritated myself, so that I can take responsibility for those expectations and calm myself down about it, which happens when I acknowledge my own experience as my own creation.

Third point is to actually communicate about it once I am settled and have worked through it within myself, even if it’s not in a thorough manner but once I can notice I’m more grounded and not ‘taken over’ by a reaction, I can ask the person if there’s something going on, if there’s a change in how they experience themselves, or simply share how I’m perceiving this/that experience in their voice tonality or in their presence.

Now doing this comes with being unconditional about it, not expecting to ratify what I was perceiving, not expecting the person to even open up entirely about the situation, but simply sharing and expressing what I was seeing and experiencing, maybe even share what I saw and how I worked with it myself and now simply opening up to see if there’s anything that the other person could reflect back on.

Being unconditional within communicating about things after I’ve cleared my own assumptions means also being OK and embracing if the person is actually going through reactions or experiences that they would rather not speak about or have to first deal with themselves. That’s part of me applying understanding in how I cannot expect someone to ‘share it all’ and ‘have it all sorted’ in one go – each one of us deals with experiences in different ways, and I have to embrace that, remind myself of that each time that I am even slightly expecting ‘another’ to say or do things a particular way that resembles ‘how I do things.’ That’s where within living the word understanding it means embracing and accepting different people in how they deal with their points, walk their lives and experiences.

Another aspect of understanding and being unconditional when communicating about points that were noticed, perceived or assumed about a person or situation is not taking it personal if another in fact is going through an experience based on a situation we are directly involved in – or something we did or say – it’s about placing myself in the shoes of another and be able to understand how these experiences can emerge in them, and use that to get to know them better, which is actually quite cool and supportive for me because I enjoy getting to know people at deeper levels, it’s just like that kind of nutritional value or richness that opens up when one is able to learn more about another at deeper levels, I thoroughly enjoy it even if that means that the person is actually having to go through some difficult points at times, I then get to know or understand more about them, and that’s very cool and something that can only unfold through communication.

A funny one is where I perceived one guy to be sort of timid or shy with playing an instrument, and kind of feeling uncertain to move too much – compared to how others do it – and yesterday I told him ‘hey! I noticed you are getting more loose and at ease with yourself, being more playful in your expression’ and he explained how he had always been that way, it’s just that the other instrument he was playing was too heavy for him to do that kind of stuff, so his movements were limited – but this time he was playing a lighter one so could move around with ease. Lol, again I had to laugh at my own assumption of ‘how the person is’ and not considering physical reality contexts that sometimes yes, limit one’s expression in very real ways.

Another example of assuming things and not considering physical reality limitations is when believing or perceiving that someone is in an emotional reaction and not really getting to know that they are in fact going through the initial stages of an illness or are in physical pain. So in my mind I went too far into making all kinds of ideas and theories as to why someone is seeming ‘off’ in a certain moment, yet not really asking about it directly to know more about what’s going on or what’s really ‘off’ in them? So in this case again, clarity and awareness of what’s really going on only happened through communication and go to know that yes, the person was having a low in their physical body, which is something I had not considered at all.

Of course this process of asking and getting to know more about what one is perceiving about something or someone in a situation is more plausible with closer relationships, but it can also be a way to get to know another more whenever we clearly notice there’s something going on with them, while also making sure that I’m clear in my starting point and being willing to assist now that I’m deciding to take that step further into opening up a point with another.

These are some of the recent examples I’ve faced when it comes to assuming and projecting onto others my own judgments or experiences, and overall it has become a humbling process that reminds me how I have to stop myself on my track whenever I am jumping into assuming what another is going through, and if I am close with the person then communicate about it, share, because that then leads to getting to know and so understand someone much better. But, there are also those times when I might not get as much ‘info’ on it, and that’s ok to, I have to also be considerate and so understanding if someone would not want to share all of their details and experience about something.

The word that comes up is how demanding or exigent I can become with ‘wanting to know’ all the details there are to something or someone’s experience, and that is also then like mind-thirst that I have to moderate, because as much as I can be naturally curious, I also sometimes go a bit overboard in asking people questions about themselves and their lives, and not everyone is open and willing to do that… I can try, but definitely have to also get to hear more who they are within what they are willing to share, rather than going straight into ‘deep stuff’ from the get go. This is a side point to assuming because I’ve also at times created ideas of ‘the life that someone has gone through’ which leads me to ask questions about themselves, their personal lives in order to verify ‘my assumptions’ and well, that’s not entirely cool if the other person is really not willing to ‘go there’ when it comes to sharing. To sum up: I have to step out of being an ‘analyst’ all the time and instead be more unconditional within the time and interactions I get to have with others!

So, the words that have assisted me to walk through this is understanding, both to understand my own reactions and experiences upon assuming something – and understanding another based on actually communicating what I am seeing, perceiving and within that debunking the myths and beliefs about it to then get to a solid ground of what’s really going on, which to me is an awesome thing to do, it creates clarity within reality, which to me leads me to stop theorizing too much about things, and stick to the facts,.

I also recommend checking out this recording released through Eqafe.com which may seem like not related to this at all, but it was actually supportive to hear how someone else is dealing with perceptions he can have about others in his life and how to ground them practically in reality, because of all of the reasons described above with approaching someone and opening up about something one might perceive they are going through or experiencing. So I can take that practical explanation to my process here with assumptions and perceptions as well, check it out!  Developing Sensory Abilities – The Quantum Mechanics of Paranormal Events – Part 51

And Cerise also made a cool vlog about it which became a cross-reference to the points I’ve been looking at for quite some time now, so check it out as well Projecting Makes an Ass of Me

I’ll continue with the points that have been revealed about myself when going into these moments of assuming things, because that’s where there are some ‘ingrained fibers’ of my personalities and experiencing coming through that I definitely need to work with.

452. Absolutism is in the Eye of the Beholder

One thing I have noticed throughout my life is how I tend to and have been very absolutist or extremist. This has led me to create my own conflicts whenever I try to ‘fit’ something into a very ‘black-and-white’ mindset where I don’t consider or allow shades of gray. And what I have not realized or considered is how it is only myself as my mind that is configured/set up to work this way, in an extremist and polarized manner where there is no further embracing of the multi-dimensions or multiple aspects/sides that exist to everything and everyone that is part of life on Earth.

A sentence that made me realize this with clarity was one of Anu’s statements on the explanation of the nature of our beingness and how to understand the ‘good and evil’ nature of who we are/have become and so seeing that, yes as much as it can be ‘narrowed’ down to saying ‘good and evil’, it also depends very much on ‘the eye of the beholder.’ This bit of sentence enabled me to realize how I am the one that can decide to see things in one way or the other; I can decide to remain in a narrow focus with which to approach people, situations, information and I am the one that places these very narrow and inflexible ‘frames’ upon everything, with which I then go categorizing, filing, defining something or someone according to these very absolutist, narrow, inflexible, extremist and short-sighted ways to be honest with which I had learned to see the world thus far. Why do I do this? For the sake of creating a notion of ‘knowing’ which gives a form of ‘control’ over something/someone or reality itself, because who we are in the mind seeks this kind of ‘power’ – lol – to know, to have already ‘digested’ and so concluded to have a particular view or conclusion about someone/something in reality; yet here I will share why I’ve realized this is actually not so at all.

What does this practically mean? It has a lot to do with having an ‘either /or’ mentality, it can be morality when having to define something as either entirely ‘good’ or entirely ‘bad’ and so kind of go making this ‘final judgment’ upon things. An example, there’s a ‘selection’ of foods that I eat now, yet with those same foods throughout time I have gone through a back and forth several times in wanting to ‘cross-out’ some of them based on defining them – according to knowledge and info – as ‘bad for my health’ and then I come across some other information and then I incorporate them again and place them on the ‘good for me’ list again… what is missing here?

To begin with I am following (fall-allowing) information only, I am not being the directive principle in testing things out for myself and seeing how my body does with each food, but instead I take the knowledge, make a religion out of it where I follow it as ‘how things work’ only to then have that same ‘religion’ be debunked by ‘another religion’ I can encounter on such as an explanation of how this particular food has been demonized by ‘mainstream health care’ information and the opposite effects are to be expected with this one food… and so where do I end up? Caught up in information, mis-informing myself based on how I blindly cut down my own practical investigation and immediately start following it, jumping from eating it all the time, to not eating something at all and vice versa.

This is what happens when we are looking at reality more through the eyes of information and making quick knowledge and information assessments on ‘how things work’ and missing out the practical physical reality testing out phase; and this is not only related to ‘deciding what to eat’ but it can be also related to people where we for example tend to immediately create an experience or very rough perspective on a person we just met based on what we ‘like’ or ‘don’t like’ in a 5 minute interaction… lol I mean this in itself already should speak volumes of how Narrow-viewed we are when immediately being very quick to upon 5 minute talks decide to like or dislike someone… here there is again this ‘like’ or ‘dislike’ approach in a polarized manner where we jump into conclusions, where we don’t allow ourselves any actual consideration of ‘another being’ in their entirety, their life context, who they are in the moment, the phase/situation of their life they’re at, their day, their physical experience in that moment of interaction, other/external factors to the interaction and a plethora of other aspects that we cannot even fathom exist in that one single moment of interaction with another.

Yet in our minds, we have not programmed ourselves to consider space-time physical reality and all of the multi-dimensions of it, nope. We only live ‘up there’ in our minds that in my case I’ve noticed works in this yes-no/ like-dislike / true-false/ right-wrong/ good-bad/ type of mentality, most likely it works like that in us all considering our minds work exactly the same.

So, here using the word ‘deliberately’ again as in making a conscious, considerate, intentional and willing decision to step out of the ‘absolutist’ mindset when it comes to how we are interacting with anything or anyone in our world. I have written about ‘assuming’ many times in this blog, because it precisely involves that ‘jumping into conclusions’, immediately ‘assessing’ things in this mind of mine, cutting-corners to expand my vision and just want a ‘quick outcome’ to then decide ‘who I am’ in relation to something or someone.

Therefore the correction and solution to this absolutist mindset that I’ve been applying is that whenever I see myself jumping into conclusions and wanting to frame something within an ‘either-or’ mentality, I have to take that deliberate step to consider the multiple dimensions, multiple factors about something or someone, and most of the time I’ve found it is actually quite enjoyable to kind of ‘prove me wrong’ in terms of seeing how actually narrow minded or tunnel-visioned I was when yes, going into a backchat about a person, a situation, a moment in reality where I am too quick to make a judgment and assessment of how I ‘qualify’ something or someone, instead of taking that moment to say “ok, can’t be black-and-white anymore, I’m stepping out of the absolutist/fascist mentality where I impose my own ‘view’ upon everything and everyone” – and this is thus the practical process of actually going embracing reality in its totality, whether it is a situation or event, a person I am interacting with, something I read/learn as knowledge and information, something that ‘happens in the world’ I mean, I’ve seen time and time again how we are all too quick to ‘side’ with one or the other side – usually it’s 2 based on our ‘binary’ system in the mind of polarities really, where there’s usually no space for multiple shades of gray.

See and this is where in a way this reminder of not being ‘black and white’ but dive into the multiple shades of grays is handy, because there’s in fact a lot of them– nope, not just 50 people, lol – and that is even a visual reminder so that whenever I see myself wanting to go from one extreme to the other, to take a moment to see further, to know more about the situation, person, information I am taking on, to test it out for myself, to engage more with a person for example and get to know who and how they are beyond a 5 minute interaction for example… asking more questions to really get to know who they are within the words that they speak and the statements that they make, it’s a whole different thing than just hearing something once coming out of their mouths and ‘filling out the blanks’ in our black-and-white mindset.

And so upon doing this, it is actually very cool to go expanding ourselves in really learning to See and Get to Know others, ourselves and so the reality that we create altogether and yes! Even understanding with more clarity the problems that we create based on how quickly we jump into our absolutist mindset, wherein then I can be the one point of solution and decide to go about life with a more ‘physical’ set of eyes, instead of only going mental doing this quick assessments of yes/no, love or hate and decide ‘that’s who we ultimately are’ in relation to something/someone.

As I said above, I actually enjoy being able to prove me wrong in my ‘rushed’ assessments about something, because it enables me to precisely go bit by bit letting go of this absolutist mindset and practically seeing how to start expanding or attaching these new ways of seeing/looking at things and people or situations in a more constructive way, in a more physical and real-time way other than ‘it’s either right or wrong’ type of thing.

It’s funny as well because throughout my life I actually disliked that people would only make a quick assessment on me based on certain ‘qualities’ that would be known by most, and yearned to be ‘truly known’ by another in a holistic manner, beyond what I was and represented as in my social environments or how people would usually ‘tag me’ as… and now I see that I had been reducing things/people/situations to that level of ‘either/or’ myself  for the most part, which proves the point of how we tend to project onto Others that which we haven’t yet done/been/lived for ourselves.

So, this is also a form of righteousness to let go of, where we usually believe that ‘others are the problem’ instead of being able to sit back and look within ourselves to see that we haven’t precisely yet given to ourselves or lived for ourselves that which we are commanding, yearning, asking others to be for us or do onto ourselves. So in a way here practicing the “give to myself first and be for myself that which I would like others to be and do onto myself as well”. It gives me first that step of responsibility to myself so that I can then stand as the expression of consideration, of expansion and embracing something someone in its multiple-qualities, factors and dimensions that we all are.

This has also been then a new starting point when meeting anyone and having even ‘one time only’ conversations where I genuinely enjoy getting to know them and kind of understand who they are, why they are what they are and even in a limited-time frame possibility also push myself to not make a quick ‘conclusion’ as to how I ‘frame’ the person, but learn to see another in their multiple-dimensions and facets and uniqueness that all of us are as human beings, and so not to jump into ‘defining’ another, but rather seeing them for that they shared/presented to me in that one moment, and that’s been very cool to do as well.

So now I have to also learn to do this with information as well, to not seek to quickly ‘figure things out’ or be driven to understand something ‘to the T’ to then decide ‘who I am’ or ‘how I relate’ to something or someone or in relation to a piece of information, but instead always integrate this consideration of the multiple shades of gray, the multiple dimensions or aspects that exist to something or someone, and that way I can go slowly but surely ‘dissolving’ or letting go of my own ‘caged’ mindset of polarities and extremes, and instead continue to learn how to embrace reality in its multiplicity, which is in fact another way of letting of of judging in general, stand down from our ‘personal court’ and ‘drop the case’ and ‘drop the charges’ lol. It is a decision for me to let go of the desire to control, to ultimately know, to tag, to define, to categorize…. and so embrace things as they are.

Learn and walk with us how to Embrace Life here:

238. I KNOW I Can

‘You KNOW You Can’ – Yes, but from Knowing to Doing there is Quite a Road to actually Walk.

Through repetition according to how other define us, we end up believing that ‘we are’ in fact that which we hear others say about ourselves. I have shared how people formed this opinion of me being ‘intelligent and responsible’ and I simply, as mind/ consciousness system,’ decided to direct my life in a way wherein I would not have to be/ act such role any longer- why? Because I had gotten ‘sick of it’ as if such things that I had considered as ‘normal traits’ within me were suddenly more of a course than a gift of sorts. Why? Because of the obvious disparity it created. I could not fathom why someone had to struggle a lot through school and I hadn’t, and they would study ‘a lot’ and still get the minimum grade. While I could spend hours just watching TV, leaving the studies for 12:00 am for my test the next morning. This became a habit since junior high school. Then it later on became a single assumption ‘I don’t have to study/ I don’t have to do that, I simply Know that I can do it’ – and I could, because I realized that one required to ‘pay attention’ to the class and with that you would get most of what you required to get a good grade – that’s where my focus and attention was, but not so much any more in studying in itself – again the memory point.

I do remember that whenever I was more apprehensive about school, which was around the first years of elementary school, I would be so nervous and anxious about my exams, I would do multiple questionnaires to aid me to study all the material for exams, writing supported me a lot to integrate the knowledge this way, even doing the so call ‘cheating little papers’ you know where you place potential answers for your exams and so forth, even just by having done those, I would not actually require to take them out during the exam, because writing had supported with me integrating the information for the moment. This is a cool point to consider and that I suggest when working with knowledge and information as required within school: write down with pen and paper what you see are the main points, like summing up the basic points that you require to learn. It assists with also being able to identify the core points of a writing and synthesize it with key words – even doing mind maps/ concept maps became another way of studying, which was then done as normal school work – not precisely ‘exam task’ – and so, I could just read through the mind map before exam and get the basics, pass well and the job was done.

My mother would tell me: you shouldn’t worry about the exams, only those that Do Not Know should worryYou Know You Can. And so that created quite a sense of confidence within me, like hey silly me, yes I can, why am I worrying then? And I mean, obviously this is My own point and my own fuckup – mother is not really the cause here – but I developed this ‘over confidence’ about the point, because as the title of the blog says ‘I Know’ and it became like a Self-Faith as me being capable of Doing things, even mind projecting myself already getting it all done and having no problem at all and having the greatest grades. Well, it did happen this way – among with the regular school work that I would definitely do as an extension of myself, meaning to me doing homework was like going to the toilet after you’ve eaten= there is no separation from taking knowledge and then working on it as your homework. Of course the level of integration varied from information to information according to the definitions I had given myself to with regards to certain subjects – like digging more subjects like English, Spanish, History, Social Sciences than Physics or Math – however I would pull out the show without a problem.

The ‘problem’ then came up when, within this over-confidence – I started following the law of the least effort, not giving it my ‘all’ in school – and this I have written about a lot in terms of my career which for other reasons I simply ‘walked through to get it done – but the situation is how this ‘I Know I Can’ became an ego entity speaking to itself wherein no actual push, no actual will to develop oneself further was instigated from my side, because I believe that I was ‘cool’ with what I had as a so called skill or ability, essentially me reducing myself to this ‘ability/ skill’ and Con.Forming to it, like a form of mediocrity in fact – no wonder I had judged people as ‘mediocre’ because I have stepped into it myself.

So this is a blow for the ‘intellectual ego’ because as much as I thought I was Not ‘intelligent’ as people would see or perceive me to be, I ended up somehow believing it was real and that I was just trying to be modest or something, which is all just a plain mindfuck personality-system playing hot and cold from pole to pole within one single self-definition, without realizing that Life/ Living is Not a Knowing, it is a Doing. And from ‘knowing’ that one can be good at something, that one can excel, that one can pull out a certain project in an absolute ‘flawless’ manner to the actual Doing of it, here’s a Long way to actually physically walk.

This is thus the mind-superiority as an over-confident ego that will only have ‘everything under control/ everything planned’ it’s almost like ‘I got it all wrapped up under my sleeve’ as a magic trick where no actual Doing is seen. This is what happens the moment I came to live the definition of ‘I know that I can’ without taking that mind abstraction to a physical level of actually Doing it.

And so the only reason why we can give ourselves this ‘time’ to only ‘think about things’ and not doing it, is because we’re not in a survival mode or actually having our lives depending on actually Moving ourselves to do something, regardless of how ‘master/ good’ or ‘bad’ you see yourself within a task. It is absolutely irrelevant to know ‘who you are’ without placing that beingness into application, it is actually quite a spiteful mode to live in wherein we ‘know our potential’ but follow the law of the least effort, just because – again – our lives do not depend on it, or so we believe.

This is a proof of how it is only through fear and threats that we stop assuming ‘who we are’ and actually walk the road to see what we have accepted and allowed ourselves to become when creating this pedestal for ourselves as our minds while placing the least dedication and walking our lives in a half assed manner that only lead us to feel further ‘fucked up’ within it all, because we KNOW what we are doing, but we’re not doing anything to change the point, to direct ourselves – and this is what I can spot as the money-laziness which permeates our lives, wherein within this apathetic view upon reality we believe that ‘there’s nothing worth continuing living for, everything is fucked’ – but, we haven’t realized that such ‘fuckedupness’ is our own manifested consequence to live this law of the least effort and living a mediocre way of existing that only perpetuates the old ways in which we have lived thus far, which is certainly not honoring ourselves and each other as Life, but only mimicking survival mechanisms to ‘get by’ within this world and have no intention at all for changing our own situation within this, nor the greater picture of the world system for that matter.

So this is part of what I will be walking in relation to the ‘Intelligent Character’ as Self Definition, stemming from the ‘greater branch’ that I’ve been walking as the Elitist Character, because there would be no ‘intelligent character’ in place if I didn’t have the money to live in an elitist way, which is having money to live in dignity and have basic services and education, which is something that the majority in this world Don’t Have – that already places into question any form of ‘human intelligence’ that has not come up with any ‘bright idea’ to stop our limited accepted and allowed world-condition, that is until now.

Support the Equal Money System to understand then how we don’t require to be Nobel-Prize winners to come up with the brightest most revolutionary way to change this world system and as such, change the way we live life on Earth forever, an actual Doing stemming from a practical living consideration.

“the Problem that Exist, where the Platform is Infused with Religious Doctrine throughout Childhood, and all the Conclusions that the Mind will Jump to when giving Value to Experiences where the Person would Regard the Experience as ‘Evidence’ that their ‘Knowledge’ is in fact ‘True’. And Obviously, these Experiences will be Repeated, because – the Mind will Search out, That which the Individual Seek to Prove to itself. And so, Falling in the Trap of the ‘Assumption God’, becomes a very simple thing as Evidenced by multiple groups on Earth with Very Diverse Views, all Claiming to have Evidence and Experience “that their Version of God, is the True God”.” – Bernard Poolman *

This explanation is describing essentially our self-religion where the self as the mind believes everything we talk ourselves into for an extended period of time, it is thus trusting our own ‘god’ that works upon energetic experiences but, little is ever  actually taken into application. It is no different to when you are high and imagine these beautiful ideas, creations, plans and you think you got it all ‘sorted out’ in your mind, but, when you hit the ground and realize the actual steps to do it, one simply realizes that it’s easy to dream on, and that there is a definitive distance from this imagination/ projection point to the actual doing. After all assuming that ‘we know’ is how gods are created, and look at where we have lead ourselves within this ‘god Idea’ of self – to the verge of destruction because no actual Self-Responsibility is taken.

Thus, committing egocide as this knowledgeable character is certainly going to be a point to reveal the assumptions of having these ‘qualities’ that were never in fact ‘Real’ as it all only existed as consciousness/ mind ego that would allow myself to get some desired results in a very limited system which is our current schooling system, and dared to accept and allow myself to call that ‘intelligence’ or even ‘responsibility’ for that matter, since I was absolutely unaware of the actual responsibility we hold toward the creation of this entire world, as well as the actual IntelliSense that would be required to become a living being that considers and Does what is best for all, not just creates a nice concept about it to then ‘live it out later’ or something like that.

This is thus a preventive point of support to educate children and ourselves to stop holding ourselves in ‘higher ranks’ for the lies that we’ve been told about who we are, and instead live and apply it, walking the talk is the greatest gift one can give to oneself, to learn and establish an actual self trust that is not based on assumptions, self-beliefs and ego props, but simple self-applied verification of what we are in fact capable of, and within this stop this intellectual form of ‘positive thinking’ that only feeds the who we Believe ourselves to be, but we haven’t lived as an actuality of who we are in every moment and aspect of our lives – not only ‘schooling’ systems and such.

Is the ‘I Know’ then quite a spiteful point to live as or even speak? I have certainly experienced that  – therefore

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to voice out or think the phrase ‘I Know’ as a single statement of being aware of what I am doing, but not actually DOING anything to change it, which reveals to what extent we are protected by our own minds to face the consequences of our ‘knowing’ while being protected also by the money that allows us to us to remain within this ‘knowing’ phase but doing nothing to actually direct ourselves fully in our world and reality.

I commit myself to walk this point of knowing vs. doing not as an antagonist situation, but a single realization that we have valued ‘who we are’ as our minds and within this neglected the reality of ourselves to an actual Doing and Living – which is also why it is suggested to consider who we would be in a dire situation of actually having nothing to eat or nowhere to stay and dare to say ‘yes I know’ and not do anything at all to change one’s condition. Thus, the money-mattress point is something that must be debunked in order to, as the lady in the Giving Up Interview says ‘Place some fire under our asses’ and actually give the totality of ourselves, our full physical ability and capability to everything that we do and dedicate ourselves to learn how to live on a daily basis, because others are in fact waiting for us to decide to live to establish a supportive system for all in this world that is our physical consequence and responsibility.

This will continue.

1oo. Communication

We write to share ourselves as the realizations we go walking day by day, moment by moment as we walk the process to be and become the living word, the expression of who and what we are as one and equals.

Within this, we understand the importance of words and how one single misunderstanding can lead to wars  – literally – just because we had never taken the task in itself to redefine words, to ensure that each one is in fact having an equal and one understanding of the words we speak.

We have been living thus in a schizophrenic world because: we had never in fact lived the words we speak, we never questioned the existence of words that in no way support life but only sounded ‘powerful’ in separation of myself. We never bothered to ask ourselves how it is that through the words we speak, we have constructed, built and apparently ‘evolved’ in a world-system that is clearly sustained by the same flawed nature of our language based on illusions – and not upon the physical reality.

Communication is sharing the expression of who we realize we are as one and equal in order to expand ourselves within the realization that whatever we say/ do and live by in this world, pertains to every single being in an equal manner. Communication is the interaction between two or more beings directed to establish a point of understanding about ourselves, our reality and as such, direct ourselves to be and become an actual equal and one expression of/ as who we really are – pointing out/ making a point of separation evident within walking and living the correction necessary as words themselves.

Vocabulary  works just like our monetary system – it is words that became the key holders of separation: each word is  a packaged division / definition awaiting to be redefined and aligned in a way that is best for all.

Hence in order to communicate effectively with others, I begin with myself.

We had never taken the very first consideration of equalizing the meaning of the words in a way that is best for all, so that no matter who speaks the word: the word is understood as an expression of who self is/ exists as in and as equals.

100 days of sharing on a daily basis – cool. I can only say that I’ve been learning how to communicate and correct my expression through my participation in the Desteni I Process , within the interaction and living realization of what words imply when lived as a point of self-correction, which then make of words actual parts of reality as ourselves, and no longer having words with no life-value position, which makes them irrelevant to even consider when realizing who we go creating a world that is best for all as we walk.

I commit myself to walk this process of redefining ‘who I am’ as words until it is done, which means that I can practically live day by day communicating with myself as the process of understanding, self-correction and self-realization that are always HERE as ourselves, the moment we allow ourselves to walk the process of redefining, clearing the memories and experiences attached towards another part of yourself is  then learning how to live the word as one and equal to, eventually, fully embody each word we speak as ourselves.

And this will continue…
