Problem

The alienation of the spectator to the profit of the contemplated object (which is the result of his own unconscious activity) is expressed in the following way: the more he contemplates the less he lives; the more he accepts recognizing himself in the dominant images of need, the less he understands his own existence and his own desires. The externality of the spectacle in relation to the active man appears in the fact that his own gestures are no longer his but those of another who represents them to him. This is why the spectator feels at home nowhere, because the spectacle is everywhere.  – Guy Debord, The Society of the Spectacle [1]

Soft Imperialism by Culture and MediaContinuation

  • Creating needs in people, tell them consuming is  ‘what life is all about’ and you get a certain market that will live a devoted life to praise consumption and reduce life to a series of experiences that end the moment a new trend comes out, a new experience to buy, a new gadget to wear and upgrade one’s image of  success worn as clothes, accessories, shoes, cars, pictures of being having the ‘great life’ – but, deep inside there is a strong sense of alienation that is  difficult to look from ‘outside’ because it is virtually everywhere as part of ‘who we are’ and the identities we become, which are the byproduct of the same profitable society that breeds consumers, not living beings.

  • Trading our goods and services has nothing o do with the cult of the image that we have built around consumerism, it is necessary to realize that our lives cannot be determined by the amount of experiences we have, how many ‘valuable objects’ we own, because these are all the values that keep the same system running, wherein our needs and desires are shaped in the image and likeness of celebrities that we seek to mimic and adopt as our own identity. That’s the configuration of our society and that’s why Debord emphasizes that we feel ‘at home’ nowhere, because the spectacle is everywhere, and everyone buys into it.

The spectacle within society corresponds to a concrete manufacture of alienation. Economic expansion is mainly the expansion of this specific industrial production. What grows with the economy in motion for itself can only be the very alienation which was at its origin. (Debord, 1967)

  • What we grow every time we buy is our self-image built around the cult of what we own, how we look, what we choose as our ‘lifestyle.’ This alienation is not only existent toward that which we buy, having no idea how it is produced and where it will end once we’re ‘done’ with it – we get alienated from the very physical reality that we are as our physical body. We’ve made of our flesh and bones an Image that we seek to Adapt according to the images on billboards, creating eating disorders and self image obsessions that occupy a being’s entire life where even if food is not consumed, the image seeking pretty much consumes the being alive, making of an internal conflict a time-consuming entity that leads us to be absolutely unaware of reality, but only exist in the glorious self interest of me-my-image-and-myself.

  • The consumer culture is the greatest form of degradation that we have faced as  humanity, because it stopped being a momentary form of distraction a few hours a day or a momentary treat after a hard day of work, it’s become who we are and how we behave and  have shaped our values, beliefs, morals, relationships according to these  Images that are upgraded every season. This means that: you have to buy NEW things every time to be ‘up-to-date’ in a society that believes it is important to  have a fresh look and  identity according to mass-media trends and ensure you are ‘upgraded’ and follow what your social tribe of preference dictates to buy every other season – this has become ‘mandatory’ if you don’t want to face marginalization for not being ‘cool enough’ to have enough money to Buy new things on a constant basis.

  • Children are taught to seek love, money and superhero traits – teenagers learn to be disillusioned about  a world that has nothing to do with the fantasy presented in movies and videogames, new heroes representing the ideal lifestyles of perfectly tailored models that become ‘the voice of a generation’ emerge as depressive-and-on-meds type of figures that values more spending time feeling a constant need for ‘something’ and seeking it surfing in the net, consuming drugs, buying, drinking, gossiping, playing with gadgets rather than enjoying physical interaction with each other to learn how to live in the first place.
  • What’s the common denominator here? People seek experiences generated in the idleness of our sedentary lives that require constant updates of personal computers, phones, more and bigger flat screen TVS that constantly imprint the images we want to become. But, who has decided to present this to us? It is only in the benefit of those that sell the products that we get to ‘choose’ what we desire. Entertainment would not be an industry if the prefab images shown on TV weren’t available for sale.

  • We can see the pattern already: the main problem is our constant desire to Experience –  the world revolves around this. There would be no point to buy, consume, visit places and eat up stories to make us feel good.  We have diminished ourselves to a collection of experiences, memories, people that we believe are important to us for what they make us feel. Who benefits from this? Everyone that is able to create the perfect setting, the perfect stage for such ‘insta-moments,’ the perfect drug-drink to consume, the greatest clothes to wear, the greatest cars to show off, the most benefits that only a few can afford – which makes it even More special and exclusive.
  • We live to praise our self-images that determine how valuable we are at the eyes of everyone else – is it? Or have we just become an illusion to such an extent that we cannot even get to question how we got ourselves into this insatiable state of consumption, leading us to a life of constant energy fixed desires, becoming drug addicts, sex  addicts, TV junkies, celebrity gossipers, government bashers, economy illiterates, freedoms seekers and god seekers, getting high and jumping off balconies to challenge ‘the system’ and make a general anthem of ‘Ignorance is Bliss’ as the road to walk for the next generations to come.

How long can we keep this show running?  We have reached the bottom of our downward spiral – how much more repetition can we take?

  • Let’s look at our thoughts, see how many of them relate to an experience about who we are, how others see us, what we want to buy next, where we want to be? Were we the creators of these seemingly unstoppable desires? are we the result of the perfect feel good enslavement that is sold to us every time we want to Feel something new? Yes, it is – and we have all fell for it –doesn’t matter ‘who’ you are,  individualization has been made the most important thing that we hold, beyond any common sense of being breathing physical beings.

  • The truth is we have never really been ‘ourselves’ because we have only existed as mind systems seeking for energetic experiences that are bottled up, tagged and sold because we desire, hope and need it. We have sold our physical body to the devil, which is the system that we all feed with our desires, the greatest treats that justify a life of slavery, poverty and abuse for a majority,  because we all work to get these bits of heaven in order to numb ourselves from our reality that we ended up victimizing ourselves from, believing that the corporate monster is to blame, instead of looking at the very thinking processes that fuel this entire machinery that is seemingly as unstoppable as our own mind – here I state: it is Only a Belief that it can’t be stopped – We  have to take ourselves to the origin of our thoughts to prove such belief is simply an expensive  delusion.

Solution

The Spectacle Meets Rehab

  • Considering practicality/money and necessity over experience, looking if what we want to buy in fact only feeds our ‘self image,’ pursuing the experience of owning something, or who one will be when compared to others that don’t have what we do, and instead look at the facts if one in fact Need what we are about to buy, or if I one is subconsciously buying an character-accessory to store within this personal vault of memories and experiences that we define as ‘who I am.’

This is a key experiment that I dare everyone reading this to do, and if you are Self Honest which means you don’t ‘fall’ for your desires, you should see a considerable amount of money remaining in your bank account/pocket/ under your mattress, because you will be able to stop yourself and realize that what you are buying is only an Illusion, that it will be a flickering moment just like a match that burns bright and consumes itself to ashes, requiring us to flick another to brighten the same darkness that we have avoided to become: physical stable living beings that do not require an Experience to be alive – think about this this, will generate a Great change in our consumer culture if we integrate this understanding in our day to day living behavior, which will include getting to know How our products are created, where they end up after they are no longer used and the consequential outflows of producing and distributing such products to satisfy our desires, then decide what we can keep and dispose all that only feeds greed.

  • Solutions for isolation with our current gadgetry lifestyles. There is nothing wrong with the techno-advances that we have, but a few considerations are shared here:  once that we realize that we are not images, we’ll spent less time cultivating our fascinations to further specialize the ‘who we are’ as this character/self image toward others, we’ll spend that time developing a relationship with ourselves, to get to know that Self that has only existed as the byproduct of our society, of our parents and the media that filled the ‘void’ in our lives.

Here we can make it fun to – upon recognizing this prefab/ pre-packaged condition we all kept as ourselves– realize that we can in fact for the very first time in our human existence Decide who we want to be, integrate Values that consider our Equality as Life, living to become a contributor to a social transformation that will remove our spectacle attires, stripping ourselves  to see what remains once that we stop feeding our consumer driven and personality-cult obsessions. A group effort is required for this, each one of us will stand as an example of what it will take to stop being addicted to the mind and learn to appreciate the physical that is what has always been here, that we’ll  learn to trade as a living meaning of giving and receiving in Equality – no more greed for superiority and mind-driven personality fixes.

Rewards

  • Opening up our eyes from the illusion will mean a transformation in our entertainment and ‘variety production’ in this world. Imagine the amount of ‘special items’ dedicated to the cult of self that could be significantly reduced when people stop buying experiences and instead, learn how to invest on supportive items, genuinely enjoyable treats and re-learn how to communicate, share and essentially enjoy each other’s presence beyond the constant up keeping of a Character that we sold to others, in fear of being vulnerable about our real experiences, our questions, our thoughts and fears – we’ll be able to heal a drugged up, shopaholic and self abusive society with the ability to share our ‘Consumer Anonyms’ stories, as well as forgiving our constant competitions and fights over our pet peeves, that have also became necessary religions to idealize the perfect ‘originality’ that everyone sought to attain in our so-called lives.

  • We can make the crash and the fall of our mental high, the landing on Earth after the illusion of grandeur a humble experience to learn from each other, to forgive ourselves for having turned this Earth into a massive grave of products chocking animals on Earth an in the sea, bits of junk that once caused us a form of joy, never questioning if we actually needed that or not.

  • Consumerism as a disease will be treated at an individual level with the understanding that we have all complied to turn beings into slaves and nature, the animals, plants as assets that became accessories to our ideal prefab characters we sought to be and become. It is the least thing we can do after we have succumbed to a never quenching mind thirst for more, while forgetting that we are, beyond all, physical living beings that Live  and Breathe regardless of what we believe and experience at a mind level. Desire for more, Greed  is the real evil that we have to disintegrate from our core-programming, and we have the support here: Desteni  I Process.

283. Private Property and Equal Money Capitalism

For context read: Day 180: The Word ‘Capitalism’ in ‘Equal Money Capitalism Redefined

Within the Equal Money movement, we have now taken on the point of redefining capitalism from its original principles and adjusting its main principles to function according to the ideal they were meant to be/ create but didn’t get quite there due to lacking the equal distribution of the profit made through the paradigm of capitalizing resources/ land and people’s labor within an equal and one best for all condition. Thus Equal Money Capitalism means placing at everyone’s reach the ever elusive carrot on the stick that we have been born and conditioned to pursue through striving and competing against each other with no certainty that such ‘wealthy-healthy’ achievement could be a reality for all. It is thus a proposal to ensure that such proposed well-being and economic stability is ensured to all living beings equally, where each head is counted as a rights holder to obtain equal amount of resources/ goods/ services that are currently only available for a minority in this world that has access to money, which includes me and you reading this blog.

To begin with, I’ll explore a very basic definition of capitalism, dissect each part that composes it and present it within the triad of problem, solution and rewards/ benefits that can give us a better perspective on how we are practically redefining these capitalist agreements to a best for all principle.

Capitalism is an economic system that is based on private ownership of capital goods and the means of production, and the creation of goods and services for profit.[1][2] Elements central to capitalism include capital accumulation, competitive markets, and a price system.[3]

Private Ownership

Within the past research I have done blogs on the Delusion of Ownership and, it is so since we certainly do not own any part of this Earth and we cannot die and take it with us as part of our ‘property,’ the moment we die, the body remains here on Earth, returns to dust to feed various organisms will feed other life forms and allow the continuation of the life-cycle. This is the same principle that must be considered when thinking about ‘ownership’/ private property as it is currently understood. Thus we will be redefining each component to ensure that the definition we have stands within the consideration of the alignment of all the factors that can in fact generate a common well being in our reality.

Problem:

  • The reason why private property exists is in order to capitalize it, which means making more money out of what you buy to make it your own through selling it, growing it – in case of lands for cultivation purposes, renting it, using it to manufacture products that will generate profit, such as owning land and machinery that can produce food that can be sold and as such, ensuring your income just by having it registered as your property.

An example is when people currently buy land at a cheap price in some peripheral area next to a city – after some years and the expansion of the city reaches such before isolated territory that was sold for a cheap price, but now the value of such land escalates, which makes the person that originally bought such land  be able to capitalize their original investment, and this are considered ‘smart investments’ that involve a risk factor as any other form of investment that fluctuates not according to an organic growth in equality within the environment, but instead all hat’s taken into consideration is: profit and economic growth that brings in more investment to the area.

This generates several conditions that become a point of stability for all parties involved:

  •   People buy lands hoping to make great money in a future to come, however if such expected future does not match the ideal estimation of how much such property will be worth in a certain period of years, chances are that such investment was futile and as such, money is wasted with no profit gotten back at all

Within this we can see that the physical territory remains the same, the only thing that changed is the value imposed according to it now being part of a developed-area wherein the localization of such lands can become a suitable place to build a supermarket, for example, and as such the person that owns such lands has the ability to sell them multiple times more expensive than the original cost due to the convenient location it has become.  This capitalization of the original investment on the land is only possible within our current value-system/ pricing system that is not determined by a physical laws that would be space in this case, but instead, the  price escalates according to  all the other market forces that will influence how much your property is ‘worth’ now or how much it depreciates in a worst case scenario for the original investor.

  • The environment is not taken into consideration within such expected growth, wherein most of the cities that turn to industrial centers develop massive social, health and economic problems in spite of the massive production that may go on, this is because of all the profit being obtained only by a few beings instead of benefitting the city/ community equally and in accordance to the success that leads to the expansion of a certain city.

Currently we see the opposite: big cities tend to go into poverty because the profit obtained that leads to expansion is not directly given to the employees and all other sectors involved in such production, but instead used up to own more lands and continue expanding through capitalizing it.

  • – Within the legal shield of private property, people, places, animals and resources are exploited within industries/ activities that make money. People that already have substantial amounts of money seek for further capitalization of their wealth through investing in new land and machinery to obtain, for example, water from a certain area’s natural resources – however this is done in a furtive manner wherein it is a literal invasion that takes place, yet it is justified according to ‘having the right to exploit the resources due to owning the land that contains them’ – this is been permitted wherein corporations have been systematically looking for water springs to buy the land with the water source, bottle the water and sell it to the people, while such water should be equally distributed as a living-right to the locals and any other location that would be lacking  water for natural-precarious reasons.

– This rule of owning the resources in your property enhances selfishness in the human being wherein he/she would rather find ways to distribute the water to others through selling it, instead of setting up systems that could distribute the water equally to the entire area.

  • – People claiming intellectual property through copyright can get to make more money from filing copyright claim than any actual investment made or profit earned from selling such intellectual property,  this becomes thus a greedy-game wherein any form of expression, for example a piece of music that gets remixed by another artist and if such permission is not granted, the owner of the song can sue the other artist for using the audio without permission.

– In this there’s no consideration of the expression in itself being used by another for their own creative purposes, the only thing that is sought is money – in this, we’ve lost the actual regard for expression when it becomes a product that becomes one’s own property, without realizing we cannot own words, sounds, materials or ideas that are considered creative works.

  • Private Property Capitalization: the more one person earns money, the more they buy lands, resources and labor force to expand their wealth, this leads to harsh and tyrannical measures of production that are measured according to making the most profit in the least time in order to earn the most and continue expanding – this expansion not being equally remunerated to those that are enabling it/ creating it, but instead the profit goes to one or few individuals that create such wealth based on the abuse toward the environment, people and all living beings that are used to create such product/ service.

Solution:

  • Equal Money Capitalism is an economic system that is based on the ability to live and express using what is already here as part of the Earth that can be given equal access to through an agreement to use what you as an individual or collective require to live. Within this, entitlement as personal property can only serve for practical purposes like owning your house, car, computer, clothes, personal objects and that which you acquire for your practical living, no different to how it works now.

  • Private property as a means to capitalize your money is redirected/corrected and aligned to grant personal use of the resources and buying products that enable you to live in dignity within the understanding and realization that we have no right to exploit another being or the resources to make ‘more money,’ within this monopolization of resources and services will cease to exist. The moment we remove profit from the scheme as the ability to get more through claiming private property, what remains is the understanding of cooperation to instead use what is already here in a fair manner wherein we can all co-operate to get the most of certain resources, to improve a certain productive purpose by giving to each other equal-share of the profit for the final production/ service made/ give.

  • This certainly gives us the opportunity to redefine the value we had imposed onto the land, objects and people, stopping looking at assets and instead looking at physical forces and resources that can be organized and directed to function for everyone equally. This is what must be considered as real evolution and progress: learning how to use what is here to the best of our possibility without claiming a right to own it and exploit it, but instead use it within the consideration of what is best for all parts involved at a short and long term, which includes sustainability.

Benefits and Rewards:

  • – No more risking your money on investments that have no certainty to produce the expected profit through capitalization

  • – No more paying taxes over property or annual fees for owning cars

  • No more envying the properties and wealth of another creating friction and conflict as hidden agendas in deceptive and convenient relationships – at last, real stewardship and cooperation will emerge, because everyone will have equal opportunity to work their way to improve their lives to the utmost potential.

  • – No more privatization from corporations to get legal use to resell the natural resources of your local area

  • – No more endless expensive trials to battle over claiming property or copyright, instead the fair use of the land/ goods will be assessed to ensure no abuse is taking place from either party involved.

  • – The understanding of the principle of using what is here to the best of the possibilities that leads to reducing abuse and indiscriminate exploitation of resources for the sake of money

  • – No more greedy people only looking at the Earth’s resources, animals and people as assets that can be ‘worked on’ to generate profit, this will generate a condition for the human being to re-consider the real value of the Earth’s resources as the actual gift they are as part of this world that we learn to use throughout our lifetime, honoring it as a part of ourselves and as such, sharing with children how to do the same to ensure that no longer the belief of being able to ‘own’ a part of this Earth or another human being is possible.

“We’ve come to believe that our value is dependent on how much we have – because that is how ‘the world’, or rather, the economic system, has treated us: if you don’t have anything, then you’re not considered, you’re not a part of the economy, you’re not supported. And, obviously, if you’re not considered, included or supported, it means you’re not valued. If everyone were valued by the current economic system, then the system would consider, support and include everyone – but this is not the case.” Day 180: The Word ‘Capitalism’ in ‘Equal Money Capitalism’

Will continue with the next terms in our basic definition of capitalism.

154. The Ladder of Success is Self Abuse

Consumerism is Self-Consumption

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge the belief that buying is a pleasant experience and a hobby, wherein one learn to see the act of consuming as a a fulfilling experience that satisfies and quenches that seemingly constant ‘void’ that is perceived when there is no energetic experience going on within us, which is how we have defined energy as Living instead of understanding how it is that these energetic experiences in fact lead us to our very own depletion/consumption and eventual death, as all energy implies the consumption of the physical, the burning of the fuel that is the physical in order to create what we only see as a ‘fulfilling/ pleasant/ satisfying experience,’ because no one on Earth had even known how it is that this process of Thinking actually goes through, and it is now that we have the information through the material available at Eqafe such as the Quantum Mind Series that we are able to understand how everything that we have ever thought is implying a form of abuse toward ourselves as the physicality that we really are, all in the name of an experience that only goes up in the mind, without no apparent further consequence other than a momentary high which is what we have in fact become addicted to: Energy as a make-believe ‘living experience’ while ignoring the actual gruesome reality that goes behind every single thought that we participate on, which implies our own self-consumption.

This is the point that we had not realized when labeling ‘consumerism as a pleasant experience’ and not seeing/ realizing and understanding How such pleasant experience is created and what is actually enabling this experience, which is and can only exist if ‘something else gives It/ provides it which in this case is the physical that is literally ‘nailed’ just like Jesus on the cross in order to give that ‘kingdom of god’ that we have foolishly defined as money, wealth and the experience that we have defined through/as money as happiness, fulfillment, power, satisfaction as the saturation of energy that we have foolishly ‘bought’ to be ‘real’ in any way, because we have ignored our own physicality as the actual equality and oneness as life, as the actual source of that experience that we believe is ‘who we are,’ due to not seeing, realizing and understanding how the mind works in relation to the physical body and how it runs like an engine gnawing our very own physical tissue to keep its energetic functions going – all of this is explained in the Frog Series that I suggest listening to in order to understand consumerism as a point of self abuse and how we have the actual capacity to correct this points within a new system like the Equal Money System beginning with Ourselves as that equal and one relationship developed within our mind toward the physical.

When and as I see myself participating in the thought of ‘Buying is a Pleasant experience’ and projecting this judgment upon others to see them as ‘ignorant,’ I stop and I breathe – I realize that I have been absolutely ignorant to the actual understanding of how all ‘Positive Experiences’ are created at the expense of the physical which is the sacrificial rite that we do on a daily basis whenever we think and only follow our own personal benefit/ happiness point, while believing that we are enhancing our ‘living experience’ and ‘evolution’ in ourselves, without understanding how we are actually sacrificing our own flesh and living substance due to the accepted and allowed belief that thinking, having feelings and emotions is something ‘natural’ to the human being.

We have been oblivious to what extent we have abused ourselves/ all that is here whenever we simply consider it was very easy to follow energy as ‘living,’ which is the necessary education that must be taken on in our reality so that we can in fact, at last, understand that this current system of consumerism based on linking consuming/ buying to a positive experience is an evidently unsustainable system, wherein we only see the ‘nice’ and ‘positive’ and ‘attractive’ points as the final product made for our own benefit, while neglecting the actual gruesome reality that goes behind the entire production process and extraction of prime matter – nice way to name the Earth’s resources – in order to transform it/ configure it in a way that we impose our wants, needs and desires toward this satisfaction/ fulfilling point as a positive experience that we have believed is ‘all that we are here for in our lives,’ while missing out every moment of actual living here in Equality and Oneness as the physical, as Breath, simply because we trained/educated ourselves to only regard Energy as Living.

And this you can understand in the series the Crucifixion of Jesus in the chapter number 7 that speaks about this ‘Ladder of Success’

I commit myself to stop judging and within this reinforcing the same mechanisms of separation that we have participated in, which implies using our minds to assess/ value/ define this physical reality in terms and way that we benefit ourselves from, due to the premise of accepting life as an energetic experience –thus it is to educate myself to ensure that I am aware of how it is that I have become what we can see in each one of ourselves and this world in its entirety as the outflow and consequence of our own accepted and allowed perception of life being an energetic experience that is either positive or negative, and within this, exposing how it is that our own wants, needs and desires became manifested as every single product that we are able to BUY now with money that is not readily available/ given to all unconditionally, which is indicating how we have separated ourselves from our very own physicality as this entire world through a belief system in our minds, that sustains our entire economical model at the moment – this is no different to the thinking pattern of believing that buying/ consuming a single thing to own/ possess/ eat/ wear/ use is what ‘living’ is about (which is how we have defined living as an experience) wherein we diminish ourselves to being only ‘thinking’ instead of breathing and understanding the physicality as who we really are and how we consume it while thinking/ following our thoughts.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to when entering a mall/ commercial center/ market, and seeing all the plethora of things there are to buy and its wide variety, I get the pictures of the media and how they present similar products wherein then I access a thinking-pattern to blame the media for ‘brainwashing us,’ without realizing how there is Nothing in this world that was made ‘by the hand of a god,’ we are all responsible for it and that implies that we created the media in order to constantly create new needs/ desires within people in order to fulfill and satisfy the exigencies that we’ve established as a monetary system that requires constant consumption to continue going, which is very clear how our current system is energy-driven as an abusive relationship upon the physical, instead of having created and established and agreed upon a world system wherein we can support one another as equals, standings As the equality and oneness that we in fact are, but that we didn’t do because we accepted the mind to be the one that dictates ourselves in relationships of separation toward everything and all that is here, which is why and how Media is so effective, as it presents a relationship of separation creating a desire/ want/ need in terms of buying/ consuming products in the name of getting a positive experience out of it, and us accepting that as ‘Real’ and ‘True’ because of our own accepted and allowed separation from this physical reality through an energetic experience created in our minds toward that point that we then call our ‘desire/ want/ need’

This implies that all we are currently following is our own self interest, without understanding how such cultivation of personal-needs/ special needs are only existent for those that have money and that form part of the ‘active participants in society’ wherein money has defined who is valuable to the system to perpetuate its functioning and who’s not, thus using Media to create an incentive for ourselves to enter the ‘realm of happiness’/ become part of the Elite where money buys the smiles and fulfillment, using money that is also a belief system of abuse due to it being created only out of thin air with its main purpose being the control and centralization of power for a few, while entertaining ‘the masses’ to contribute to this through entertainment/ media in order to continually go seeking for theses positive experiences that are linked to the ideal image/ presentation of successful living  of those that sit in the royal chairs of ‘power and control’ within the same configured system of ‘power’ = ‘money,’ which is actually only a make-believe system, hence: NO power is real, no money is Real but what is Real is the abuse that we inflict upon ourselves every time that we diminish ourselves to Believing that such money is in fact ‘powerful’ and that owning/ possessing something/ someone is in fact making ourselves ‘more’ than who we already here – this happening every time that we follow a single desire to acquire, buy and consume in means of personal satisfaction and fulfillment.

When and as I see myself wanting to blame something or someone for the current state of reality we’re living in, in separation of myself – I stop and I breathe – I realize that we are ‘specialists’ in projecting blame toward others for being ‘the villain’ and ‘the bad guydoing this to ourselves, without understanding how it is that we created our own reasons and justifications to perpetuate a system wherein self interest is the main cultivated aspect of ‘who we are’ as human beings, wherein everything that we have created and configured as our world system – money, policies, economy, education, religions, leisure, science, technology – is directed to benefit and please only a fraction of the population that have enough money to really have a good life, which is the main primary point that is promoted through media/ ads everywhere, infiltrating what’s cunningly called ‘public opinion’ to create a commonly accepted ‘standard living’ in society based Not on a common well being and direct understanding and interaction with nature/ the Earth, the animal kingdom as part of ‘who we are,’ but instead diminished everything to only being a consuming-aspect to keep up the ‘satisfaction’ experience within ourselves as our mind which must be understood as the very mechanism of self-depletion that we run on a daily basis, being the relationship of who we are as the mind toward the physical the actual point to investigate  and learn about, to understand How we have made of consumption to sustain our physicality an entire mind-created experience linked to getting ‘the most of it all’ and defining such point of abuse as ‘power’ without understanding a thing about the current monetary system wherein such power can in fact only stem from the abuse inflicted to all of the Earth’s resources, animal kingdom, humanity as well in order to ‘keep running’ this entire machinery that we have called a ‘living system,’ which is in fact not at all so, because we have not  yet established our individual understanding of equality and oneness as this physical reality which is then why and how

I commit myself to support myself to continue understanding who I am in relation to the world system, how my very own thoughts/ participation in emotions and feelings and defining this entire reality according to a value-system wherein the monetary system I have believed to have any ‘solid foundation’ is in fact determining my own relationship to other beings, things and the world in itself, due to us having accepted and allowed ourselves to diminish who we are to a set of predefined, predetermined, finite relationships based on energetic experiences such as power, success, happiness through consumption which must be first of all understood as the relationship that we have created within ourselves toward our own mind in separation of the physicality that we are, which is the first step to consider if we see and realize how our own system is flawed from the very beginning of its creation, and our existence as a whole, because we separated ourselves from each other and developing relationships toward one another and giving it a value, which is the premise that lead us to currently desire, want and need such experience of ‘reuniting’ as a possession/ consumption point instead of an equal and one relationship and understanding of who we are as equal and one to that point of desire, want and need.

Walk with us in our Journey To Life and to establish a living-common-sense in our reality through a Monetary Reform that that we can All participate in through democratic means, simply by externalizing our awareness of how this entire world system is a scam that we have all been participants of and within that, taking responsibility for the consequences we’ve created through establishing a life-considerate system as the Equal Money System, so that we can re-establish our relationships to ourselves, the world/ each other in Equality and no more create belief systems of ‘power’ and ‘success’ only through accepting life being limited to a single energetic experience that can only exist through the abuse of the physical through the mind.

Time to Wake the fuck up!

153. Life is Beautiful when You Got Money

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an experience toward people walking in a mall wherein everyone seemed to be very busy and ‘happy’ in consumerism, wherein I realized that I was also becoming a character wanting to deliberately give a message with my physical movements and gestures of ‘you are all deluded,’ without realizing that such people and what they are doing is no different to what I used to do in the past, with my very own consumerist fixations while being high on the rush of ‘we have money, let’s buy the stuff that I want.’

When and as I see myself creating a deliberate stance of superiority based on diminishing all people in a mall as ‘brainless consumerist drones’ – I stop and I breathe – I realize that I am becoming only a character that is judging and opposing beings based on ‘who I am’ in my  mind/ ego/ past in such moment instead of being here unconditionally as breath, not determining who I am according to a building/ people/ environment where things are bought and sold.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think that ‘Life is beautiful when you got money’ as a way to create an experience of superiority upon others when seeing myself coexisting within an environment where the world seems to be reduced to endless rows of shops and people consuming/ buying as if that is what ‘having fun’ is supposed to be about. I realize that this is me judging a single building, with stores where people buy and sell stuff that they can afford with money or not. And that is just how we have created and fabricated our current reality and within this, there is no point to judge other than seeing how a point like a mall exists within the context of our entire current world system, wherein money defines who is able to have such type of entertainment/ fun through buying/ consuming along with others on a Friday afternoon.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to pace myself around the mall, waiting for the rain to stop and wanting to present myself deliberately as someone that is Not there as ‘part of the whole consumerist/buying thing’ but out of going there for a sheer necessity in the moment, which is obviously linked to buying something as well – thus  I realize how I am only judging that which I obviously do in my every day living which is buying to consume and live, buying things that we eventually require as secondary points in our lives – and I see that I have judged this point of buying based on the amount of money that one has, wherein if I see myself having little to no money, the experience of separation toward people with lots of money is exacerbated as an inferiority that is transformed into contempt and general judgment toward ‘their lifestyles;’ and when I ever saw myself having sufficient money I could then create this experience of  ‘superiority’ based on me assessing being standing on an ‘equal-stance’ toward people that had money to buy and within this, creating this positive experience as well within me when going shopping/ buying as part of what I was taught should be our ‘fun time’ as family – for example – a decade ago.

When and as I see myself creating a general experience of criticism toward a particular environment wherein wealth/ money is all around and wanting to become the point that is there trying to ‘make a point’ of it all being just bullshit through how I behave and move myself around, I stop and I breathe.  I realize that we are all equally subsumed in this world system wherein buying/ consuming is part of our day to day living due to how we have condemned/ enslaved ourselves to only be able to eat, wear clothes, have proper services if we have enough money to buy it all. Thus

I commit myself to establish the Equal Money System to ensure that buying is no longer only a ‘positive experience’ linked to ‘having enough money’ to eat, buy and ‘have fun’ through buying secondary needs/ necessities, as I see and realize how we have created these labels onto stuff based on the amount of money as a price tag that we have imposed onto reality – thus there will be no more points of ‘luxury’ and ‘second needs’ but an actual informed decision to – first of all – produce that which is actually necessary and also cool to support our day to day living, and from there consumerism in itself will stop being ‘consumerism’ as a derogative term that it has become now within our current culture of money as positive experience – and instead, will become the single transaction of equal-money to get that which we require to live – being it first/ basic needs or that which we can call at the moment secondary needs, which will exist as products/ services that are in accordance to a genuine living-expression, which is the basic principle upon which products and services will exist in the Equal Money System.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge all things in stores as pretentious bullshit and unnecessary variety, without realizing how I have been part of this world and accepted this desire to be unique, special, original as well, which is the origin point of how all that which we consume is extrapolated to ‘the most special/ the greatest/ the most original’ item that is promoted in such ways in order to make money out of it, which is what we have enslaved ourselves to: a monetary system that requires to create ‘new needs’ in order to continue buying/ consuming and as such maintaining the flow of money as a currency/ current that is based upon abuse of this physical reality for our own benefit and pleasure.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from any being there by silently judging them as ‘oblivious to reality’ due to being there, having money to buy and ‘have fun,’ which can only exist if I have judged money, buying, fun according to knowledge and information of how there are ‘billions of people that can’t experience the shopping-high’ without realizing that in such moment of me judging the whole event and moment is doing nothing at all to solve the problem that money as a disparity in living conditions have created in our world, due to our own accepted and allowed separation from what is here through money, creating an entire value-system/ scheme to categorize people according to the amount of money they have/ don’t have – and accordingly, ‘live’ a life of happiness and satisfaction when there’s more than enough money to buy or the inequality existent as poverty when having no money to buy and sustain themselves properly

When and as I see myself judging people that have money as oblivious to reality because of the security that money represents, I stop and I breathe – I realize that judging does nothing but adding up to the separation from the physical reality that we have abused because of another mind-created desire to ‘be more’ which is what I become in my mind when creating an authority of ‘judging people with money’ in a superior mode, without realizing that we are ALL equally participants and creators of All that exist, and that it is then to stop all judgments and walk in the physical no matter what the scenario is, no matter what ‘types of people’ are around, as I see and realize that all these variations and definitions toward a physical environment/ people are based on the effect that we have all duped ourselves with as money, which enables to create either a better picture presentation from/ of our reality or not.

Thus it is to see how the moment that we judge something that is ‘over the top’ from the social standard of ‘normal living’ and existing in/as an excess of wealth is simply something useless to do, as it is not to judge reality, but understand what are the actual origins that lead to the creation of such places and forms of ‘living’ as humans, wherein we have separated ourselves from the physical-cycles of life and artificialized it into a system that is sustainable only according to rules and regulations that we are currently existing as our capitalist system.

I commit myself thus to within stopping judging reality, simply observe what is here and without ‘backchat’ instead take note of the points that I observe in order to realize how we are all creators of such points, what deficiencies exist within the entire system to enable polarized versions of reality to the extent where some live in the utmost wealth and opulence while other live in the worst poverty and starvation that is possible to ‘exist as’ within this world – how we have all agreed to continue living in a system wherein life is not equally valued, but only reduced to a consuming system that is available for some only, while the Earth is giving all that is here without a single ‘bill’ to be paid for.

This is how I assist and support myself to transform any judgment toward the world system and reality to take it back to self and see where and how we have all created, accepted and allowed the current system to move/ exist as it does now, and within this also at an individual level identify how such judgments can only exist if I had formed a previous relationship to such – in this case – wealth, money and ability to buy everything that I could possibly want, which has obviously existed within me in my past wherein I also learned that shopping and consuming is a  positive experience and a ‘must do’ when one has more than enough money to live.

There’s multiple aspects and dimensions of judging a point that we see ourselves being ‘vexed’/ bothered by, which can  only exist if we have created a relationship of separation toward it, that’s why and how we see ourselves often judging everything and everyone in our world, because everything that we have become is that: separation. And as long as we continue accepting such judgment as a way to cover up the responsibility we hold toward the creation of this entire system, we’ll remain as judgmental victims of our own self-created hell, and I am not willing to continue diminishing ourselves to being ‘only that.’

Thus I commit myself to take responsibility for myself, my actions, words and attitudes, being very aware of how I present myself in any given place/ situation and not ‘adapt’ myself to create any point of resistance or physical judgmental behavior toward that which I perceive as living in the saying ‘Ignorance is bliss,’ as all we had lived as and by as humans is just that, we’re barely beginning to wake up and open our eyes to the extent of abuse that we have imposed onto ourselves and all living beings, just because of seeking this point of happiness.

There’s more to look at here, definitely.

Join us in our Journey to Life to take responsibility for ourselves, our world and reality and support each other the way that it always should have been from the beginning of who we are as existence.

Buy your holy-daze–be merry in a crisis mess

We have all indulged into ‘that time of the year’ wherein we asked toys to a non-existent benevolent man that could bring you and apparently “all kids” everything you wished for down your chimney – or under your door if you didn’t get to live in the stereotype of houses with the nice chimney, which now forms part of the collective ‘ideal’ of what a house should look like for Christmas purposes.  I bet you didn’t precisely ponder where, how or who created such toys, at least I didn’t at that time. Though this entire secrecy on these non invisible characters that gave stuff away to kids certainly created a dissonance within me because the whole thing didn’t match the ways of how everything else worked in the world.

I pondered how it was possible for someone to bring all of those products ‘for free’ during the night, deliver them in every single home during the hours that we would be sleeping and manage to get it all done without anyone ever noticing. I’d get anxious as hell to know how that worked, I even pondered if these guys had the ability to stop the time. A cultural clarification is that I never got stuff from ‘Santa’ because my parents told us that ‘that’ was an ‘American thing,’ so we would get our toys on January 6th by ‘the three wise men’ which is exactly the same thing really, in fact it is often counter productive as kids tend to think ‘Oh they are three so I can ask stuff to each one of them!’ Some others even got to get stuff in both dates, that’s depending on the family obviously and their ability to acquire stuff. Both points work the exact same way, making us believe that some guys could magically read our letters where we began developing our manipulation tactics telling them how ‘good’ and well-behaved we had been through the year to then feel confident enough to drop the list of the ultimate toys we had been desiring for, a list mostly influenced by all the stuff we would watch on the TV ads which are ‘surprisingly’ ubiquitous toward the end of the year, more so than any other time.

This is only part of how we have created a set of ‘unspoken agreements’ in society to create perpetual lies that sound ‘nice’ to all kids and create the dissonance of there being some ‘benevolent’ guy/guys that are able to give you toys only during this particular date of the year.

All of this sounded awfully wrong, something ‘was not right’ within this miraculous toy-delivery whenever I would see people that are living in the streets, having no food to eat, seeing kids my age selling candies in the traffic lights every day. I was not able to ‘make sense’ of some people not having a place to live or food to eat, yet having these guys in this same reality that can bring everyone all the toys you want regardless of the price – how come that they are Not supporting those in real need throughout the  year to have a decent living condition? No one could answer this to me. I grew some form of sadness around this time of the year because of that.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a ‘sadness’ experience through ‘Christmas time’ because of always having pondered what would happen to poor people having no food, no ‘special warm meal,’ no proper place to stay yet many of us having our nice ‘dinners’ and giving presents to each other and being all ‘joyous’ as if everything was alright in this world.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to become deliberately ‘sad’ and ‘depressed’ while growing up when pondering why poor people couldn’t enjoy a Christmas time like I did, with presents and all the food that I often wondered they could use to eat for an entire weak.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to make myself ‘feel better’ by imagining that they too had a ‘cool Christmas time’ given by someone in the government and making them ‘happy’ at least once a year – this is part of the self-brainwashing in order to be able to ‘cope’ with a reality wherein millions consume the last drop of their wallets and enroll in 12 month debts just to be able to buy stuff to those that ‘they love.’

This would seriously create a dissonance in my experience and this is a point I can see I might have inherited from my father  who would react most of the times to this season as well – yet I associated and developed it mostly to becoming ‘over-sensitive’ to ‘those in need’ while everyone just shopped around the clock. I couldn’t compute the fact that what I perceived back then as a ‘majority’ could have these food binges on that day while others didn’t have anything to eat. My mother used to tell me that the government would surely supply them with a nice dinner as well – yeah right… I don’t blame her though, she did what she could to make me ‘feel better’ and get myself out of that internalization to stop over-analyzing the entire world’s situation during ‘Christmas time.’

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to create an experience of sadness as an inner-suffering whenever I could not make ‘sense’ of this world and the inner-workings of Christmas time which was like an absolute parallel dimension that would suddenly ‘emerge’ where everyone feels ‘ happy’ and more ‘compassionate’ to one another, though never living this out throughout the rest of the year.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to ever participate in the ‘special atmosphere’ either through happiness as a child due to the presents I would get or sadness while growing up, creating a sulky mood within me through this time of the year, every year without considering that I was in fact participating in this separate-dimension to this reality through an emotional experience that was related to ‘the season’ without pondering my participation being equal to that of ‘happiness’ or ‘joy’ that others experience yet in the opposite direction, still participating in a self-created experience related to a time of the year called ‘Christmas.’

This year has been the most ‘stable’ I’ve been through the past years, it’s taken some time and over three Decembers to not indulge into the usual depressive state, also for some other reasons wherein people in my reality would somehow become more depressed and suicidal during these days, so I had to deal with some of that in the past during ‘these days’ – all is memory based, so this is just sharing how such memories are then imprinted and how within our minds we relate certain ‘days of the year’ for the sake of keeping our mind systems that require memories and our participation within those memories to continue ‘ruling our world.’

Back to consumerism

I’m glad to say I didn’t participate in this entire game of the Christmas religion-rite where you are apparently able to demonstrate to another ‘how much you care’ through giving them stuff. The very fact that we believe this is a ‘must do’ is an indicative of participating in a set of beliefs that we’ve accepted as part of ‘traditions’ and ‘culture’ in the name of consumerism, because let’s be absolutely honest here: no one really gives a fuck about Jesus in this whole shopping-binge.

Production depends on whether a certain industry has a stable amount of faithful consumers that will keep an industry running creating enough profit to ‘keep up with the business.’ We are so predictable as human beings that such ‘needs’ are created out of nowhere to cover the most insignificant aspects of a human being’s life, yet making it as attractive as possible to make it a potential commercial success. Once we become ‘hooked on’ a particular product, we make it part of our lives which means becoming regular buyers of that which we now believe ‘we require to live.’

Within this process I have simplified my consumerist traits exponentially. I was brought up in terms of being used to seeing people buying, it became part of my ‘lifestyle’ to have all of these unnecessary products for personal care or more clothes than what I actually required, buying stuff that ‘defined me’ like cd’s and books, music magazines, and lots of other regular ‘traits’ that involved buying particular items that supported ‘my personality’ which included a shit load of antiques for decorative purposes. I just took a glance at all of that stuff in the storage room here, it’s all in boxes now, useless as it always was.

Once that I started debunking my ‘personal religion’ – which I based on these products/ items – I realized how much I had become used to buying and consuming as part of my life. I have been able to become aware of in terms of simplifying to a great extent the amount of stuff I buy overall.

Consumerism is what has given continuation to this current never ending machinery of buying and selling, accumulating and wanting more at the end of the day, everything powered by cheap slave labor that is tacitly implied in most of the stuff we buy in stores.

Production of unnecessary means is part of the entire capital-thinking machine that only seeks to create profit. Does anyone really give a damn about ‘toys’ or ‘making kids happy’ about it? No, children are just easy gullible targets which make them the most vulnerable marketing-spot during the entire Santa and Christmas time. These are all convenient dates to extricate ourselves from an entire year of scarcity and limitation – savings are destined to buy food, clothes, toys, cars, appliances and virtually anything else that we can give to each other as ‘presents,’ a presentation of our compliance to the current system where ‘traditions’ are sold and maintained as social codes with extreme ease once that everyone agrees on ‘how things are’ and what this ‘season’ represents.

We have all accepted consumerism as our one religion, as the ‘true code,’ the configuration of money being the one driving force to create virtually everything in this world.  We have disregarded ourselves as human beings whenever we don’t even get to ponder ‘who makes this all happen? Who builds the shoes that I wear? Who makes the clothes? who builds this furniture? Who harvests the food I eat? Whenever we buy something, we are tacitly agreeing and participating in all the current negligible labor conditions that the majority of the products we consume are created in.

It is unacceptable to take a single stuffed animal as something that generates such ‘warmth’ and ‘tender’ without ever pondering how it was created in the first place.

I forgive myself that I ever accepted and allowed myself to create a sense of ‘being happy’ with the stuff that I would get which was the moment that my ‘sadness’ and all other questions would suddenly ‘dissipate’ because I had what I had vehemently desired.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I can make people happy through buying and giving them stuff, without realizing this was just an acquired belief within this current system wherein buying stuff is a primary action to keep the enslavement rolling.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in a system of consumerism wherein I have equated ‘caring for another’ to ‘buying them stuff’ and linking this to ‘feeling good’ for giving other stuff while expecting something in return as well.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to compromise myself for the sake of ‘following a tradition’ and buying stuff within ‘Christmas time’ in the past to show that I ‘cared’ for others.

We have to stop compromising ourselves in these type of agreements as traditions and rites wherein all that ‘goes on’ is consuming: buying, eating, drinking and any other excess that having such apparent ‘joy’ creates in a human being. I was just outside in the garden listening to how people usually just get drunk and start singing and eating and that’s their ‘Christmas time’ – path.ethic. This must stop.

There will obviously be no Christmas like we know it, everyday will be Christmas if it is usually defined as a ‘peaceful time of the year’ where everyone is loving each other and ‘forgiving’ – we’ll make that self-forgiveness, self honesty and living according to principles that can be applied every single moment that we direct ourselves to create a world that’s best for all in Equality.

Reality TV is NOT Made in Hollywood

We’ve been watching some documentaries that reveal the current conditions that we are living in as part of this world, yet not aware of it due to our confinement in the places where ‘everything is fine’ which are the cities and places that obtain all the benefits from the products and resources that are only ‘sold’ and ‘ready to be consumed’ in the exchange of some coins and bills, which certainly leaves behind a ghostly and quickly evaporated trail of HOW such products and resources are able to appear nicely packaged in the shelves of our local Wal-Mart – which btw has now gotten to India now, asserting their current status and power as one of the most successful slave-job industries hitting jackpot around the world with selling slavery-made cheap disposable products made in china, paying slave wages to workers and earning the most comfortable profit that comes from distribution  due to its international expansion with almost imperialistic tactics, smelling the trail of juicy amounts of money unwinding in ‘expanding economies,’ which is just a fancy name to name-the-game of becoming a great player in the capitalist game of abuse and exploitation to make the most for your pocket.

More often than not we are trapped in our own bubbles of individualized perception wherein I as the mind is the only thing that exist as if the sun revolved around us. We are entertained in our own thinking processes, walking our own Hollywood movie while missing the reality of this world, which we certainly now have the option and ability to watch if we are able to have internet and a pair of eyes and ears and enough self will and self direction to hear and see in an active mode, which would imply the realization that: this is our creation and we must take self responsibility for it. No more passive consumption of information.

I’ve shared before how it is through these documentaries shared by people at Desteni for some years now that I’ve become more aware of  what is happening in the world I live in.  I’ve opened my eyes to a reality that existed beyond my personal delusion of ‘wanting to escape this world’ without even being aware of the actual atrocious reality that others are merely surviving through every day. And this is not to ‘know the reality that others face’ for the sake of ‘feeling fortunate about my position,’ which is how I was usually told by my mother or family members to then ‘be grateful for.’ That’s also a load of crap as we are here to realize what is currently being experienced by fellow human beings – that are also you and me – for the sake of realizing what it takes to have our nicely packaged products and services at the flick of our wrist that holds money to buy it. Buying in itself is then the single act of agreeing upon the abuse that the creation/ production/ manufacture or service provision entails as all the lives – not only human – that are affected through its process from being something that is only ‘here’ as part of Earth into becoming an entire product that can be bought and sold = made profit from while raping the Earth in absolute disregard of all life.

The very fact that we use money is entailing our absolute acceptance of slavery by the single fact that we play a blind eye to not see or – in most cases – even be interested of getting informed, becoming aware of how things are created; how animals that we eat are being slaughtered and kept in hideous conditions, how the clothes that we wear, the iPod that we carry around, the computers that we sit in front of and virtually everything that’s currently sold is made and will entail at least one single abusive commercial relationship – yes that means money related. I can assure you, most of the stuff we consume if not ALL of it is the product of slavery, of low barely-to-live wages and often deplorable conditions doing jobs that we would probably not even imagined existed, yet existed as part of the forces that create the products that we consume, products that we’d like to rather  believe that come from a nicely antiseptic and clinical environment as some scientist’s laboratory.

I read Cameron’s blog “The Sulfur Ghosts of Indonesia” which was a very cool self-reflection on his experience and general realization on what’s portrayed in this greatly made video that shows the reality lived in this same world while we might be caged in our little boxes where everything is seemingly just alright.  This documentary shows the reality of what other human beings have to go through every single day to ‘make a living’ Once again, all of this existent because of money, because of living in a world wherein the countries with the most resources are exploited by those that have the capital to manufacture and produce goods/ services with what is obtained/ extracted through slave labors which means the abusive treat of workers with a  minimum cost for the extraction of resources to make the greatest profit once it hits a store near you. These men are filmed while they have their regular menial jobs going down the pit of an active volcano to get sulfur, carrying up to 70 kilos and drinking alcohol as a fake source of bravery to go through this each day, amongst many other experiences in between that I’m sure we cannot even begin to comprehend through this.

The particular situation of this documentary – and similar to the cocaleros situation in Bolivia “Risking it all” also produced by Al Jazeera – reveals the day to day actual hard work that is endured by people to make the least to live while dreaming of someday being able to leave such places in means of a better life. It is literally heartbreaking how while this is happening somewhere in the world there is an entire schizophrenic egotron alternate reality lived in other places in the world where self-pleasure, entertainment, greed and the most unbelievable hedonist treats are created out of and with the money that is made from the exploitation that is inflicted upon these people. And somehow we even dare to say that what happens somewhere else in the world has no direct correlation to our lives. That’s just unacceptable upon the face of the blatant evidence of this around the world.

I agree with what Cameron began saying which is how I am here being cozy in my room watching this and in moments even getting lost in the aesthetics of the entire film and the picture details which I certainly had to snap out in a moment to see my own programming, seeing everything as a nice picture or ‘quality made material’ and for a moment forgetting about this being The Real World and getting in the ‘mood’ of it being a movie. Fuck “reality TV,” that’s just another sickening move by the media to make believe that ‘reality’ is all about personal conflicts, relationships and all types of human drama lived in stages places where ostentation and the stupidity of man become the protagonist. No, that’s NOT Reality TV at all. That’s just a cool business for those that seek to sip the most out of you.

Bastian made a cool comment upon this activity of documentary watching which is how this is what should be broadcasted 24/7 on our TV Screens. I mean, the most I get at times is reports from ‘human trafficking on CNN’ and related matters;  the rest of the fucked up hundreds of channels are specifically designed to make believe that ‘reality’ is able to be categorized according to personal preferences with regards to what our “lifestyle” is all about: sports, cooking, sitcoms, movies, music, news, audio channels and repeat. Oh and have your remote control with little lights in case you fail to see the three digit code for each one of them.

I was saying how I got lost in a moment for seeing the picture and its quality and beauty, revealing that I was no different to the tourists that take photos of such places, smiling while slaves are passing by – and we even dare to see ‘them’ as part of the entire novelty that such places may represent for someone that comes to ‘pay a visit’ to the place for a couple of hours and then leaving off with a nice souvenir, while people literally leave their thousands of breaths in those places, doing the same every single day while pondering about ‘the west’ or the ‘north’ where all of that which is slaved is taken to make some other fellow human beings rejoice by seeing what the mighty bills at hand can obtain in one single moment, completely oblivious to this other side of the coin.

Watching documentaries sometimes leaves me with an intrinsic desire to end all of this nonsense in one go, like wanting to desperately give an end to this nightmare for other human beings . Though it’s clear how that only reveals the point of not wanting to face ourselves as the entire network of self-enslavement and limitation that we are existing within ourselves as our mind and as the world system where we are the actual evil that have pacted upon our enslavement to this make believe system called Money, which stands as the almighty god that everyone is currently subdued to.

What may seem like our everyday ‘living’ and part of ‘who we are’ can be someone else’s pipe dream somewhere else in the world.

We are probably too fixed with the idea of suffering and despicable human situations linked to starving people by default of which we only get to see in ubiquitous pictures and films, often seeing them in a passive mode  that has lost its ability to ‘shock’ and has become part of the popular imagery – yes how fucked up is that. Yet, watching people in their current slave jobs, watching animals in situ where their worst nightmares are perpetuated, watching “criminals”/people in jail, telling their stories broadcasted for anyone to hear is something that literally allows us to place things into perspective every time that we dare to, for a moment only though, step into someone else’s reality, a fellow living being reality in this same world –from insects, to the trail of water, to people’s lives in certain countries and religions, from slave jobs in highly risky conditions to children sniffing glue in the subways of Rumania – from getting a spiffy bird’s eye view of the world with gloomy data on our world’s depletion of resources to the understanding how the water that we buy in bottles is only a thousand-time profit making for the companies that sell you your tap water; from the massive and hideous killings of dolphins in Japan to the viewing of hundreds of tons of wasted food being dumped around the world, while holding that initial image of people starving as the ultimate depiction of human suffering.

I’m glad that I’ve been linked to watching them all which is yet another awesome thing about walking as a group where we share what we are watching so that we can create a collective awareness of other beings’ lives on the same planet and how it becomes another reason of why we are one ‘vote for world equality’ so that we can finally give an end to this daily torture that human beings that are you and me as well are going through.

What I just remembered from the great impact I had when watching these type of documentaries almost 4 years ago is how I would go into a mental experience of ‘feeling sad’ or ‘feeling bad’ and indirectly guilty about it which only lead me to enhance yet another personality and victimization point where no self-responsibility was realized.

Now it’s a matter of seeing the reality as it exists and stopping any form of reaction wherein I see and realize that this is our creation and we can only use this information for the sake of creating a solution that will make sure that their lives will no longer be bound to money, to make sure that we get educated to get to know about these atrocities and how we as humans are directly creating it all. Is suggest you read Cameron’s blog to see what sulfur is used for and we’ll understand how the requirement of it is a byproduct of the current capitalist system that we’ve accepted and allowed as ‘our world’ where some are meant to be fucked-for-life while others are meant to live as kings of the hill where coins and paper bills pay away the most basic needs that people living in slave conditions buy to barely survive, basic needs that should be grated for all human beings by mere virtue of being alive.

As far as myself, I got to see yet once again the bubble and literal containments that we live in. When I say bubble and this make-believe world as the cities that we live in, the image of this dream-like structures created by Jacque Fresco for The Venus Project come to my mind. How would such ‘cities’ be able to stop the suffering of people that are used to living in such rich natural environments and that could actually live a very basic lifestyle while enjoying themselves – which is how I personally see that life should be – and instead have people in this ultra automated structures where hedonism becomes the ultimate ‘goal’. This might seem ‘off topic’ yet it is used or seen as one of the plausible options to create a ‘better world’.

Seeing the reality of people in say non-western type of societies allow us to see how we have set a ‘standard living’ based on the same propaganda that we’ve been fed with throughout our entire lives. And it’s not like we should now feel ‘guilty’ for this as we literally didn’t know anything better, we weren’t aware of this at all. This is how in news channels when they shift the news from violent repressive acts to talk about the queen’s new royal drapes for her palace or this or that pollutitian’s new ‘reality show,’ or shootings in a war zone, protests occupying the streets… that’s all part of the entire showbiz of this reality, as it produces the expected reactions within people that will shape their opinions to then have a ‘say’ about this world based on how the information has been deliberately structured and conducted through media.

This is why we don’t get to see these documentaries amongst other interesting and constructive information that expose the media itself, the corporations that are making the most of us buying into the traps that will vindicate their actions as some form of development, progress, defense of a nation, preventive measures to shut down potential enemies, exposing half-assed truths where the remaining half is then left aside to only create the effect of being informed and omitting speaking about any form of potential solutions, as it would also debunk their entire business while creating a certain profile of being an informative-caring network.  If there was no juicy profit making for CNN, would they still care about slave labor? How come any news or any media hasn’t ever openly shared space or proposed for an entire reform to the system – not even your alternative media gets to such point yet.

This can only confirm that the actual solution is still not seen or is still dumbed down as ‘impossible’ or as a ‘pipe dream’ without realizing that such ideology and criticism is only stemming from the same media that has taught us about the good and the bad guys in this world, failing to promote self responsibility obviously or supporting a critical eye view based on facts and not made-up sentences. That’s something that is often – may I say – deliberately side viewed as not many would like to continue watching the reality that is created from our very actions of buying and consuming what is here through money and if that happened, their audience would be reduced substantially which is not good for the pocket’s health.

At Desteni we are becoming the new culture of life, the new way of living as a human being that directs himself/ herself to become informed through articles, news, documentaries and writes upon sharing what’s realized in common sense. This is a deliberate self willed action that is done while others are partying, ‘drunking’ and  seeking for the next quick fix to keep existing in a fuel-generated bubble that will eventually have to burst.

The culture of life entails that we stand within a principle that’s best for all, that we are walking as ourselves wherein the process of expansion and self realization in self honesty is certainly not nice or beautiful, as it is realizing the entire fuckup we’ve created of this world as ourselves and in that, seeing that the solution won’t come from our preprogrammed chauvinistic authorities that seek to prolong their power and influence over people, it won’t be an easy one-two-three playskool scenario either, it must  be created and directed by people like you and me that are seeing the reality for what it is without compromising ourselves through money for it; it’s about realizing and daring to continuously face the reality that we’ve neglected all along while ‘living our lives’ through the tell-a-vision, through the nicely framed reality we live in. It places our entire ‘real world into perspective with a great kick in the ass when we see how any ideal of magnificence can only entail an entire army of slaves to be able to build it. And that’s what we are still pursuing as humanity, that’s what we’ve become: the oppressors of fellow living beings that disregard life and exploit it all in the name of money.

Hence, we are the ones that must stop existing in our little bubbles of self-created movies wherein we are constantly seeking an experience, a ‘something going on’, a point of limitation to hang on to, where wanting/ needing/ desiring becomes the constant in the humans equation of what ‘life’ is.  What is Life really? Certainly not known or even explored in actuality by a majority in this world. We are all neophytes within the realm of actually living as all we’ve known is this current staged living condition governed by Money as the ‘own-me’ that we have accepted as value upon us. We are only now  walking the process of getting to finally live through understanding our creation, through taking self responsibility, through stopping all cycles that have enslaved each other as the current structure of the system through deliberately acting and willing ourselves to live  in ways that we become the solution that this world requires.

We cannot expect things to be done in ‘automatic’ as we know what ‘automatic’ leads to and we only have to look at this world to see what our disregard for all things and all people in this world as proof of the ultimate irresponsibility conducted by the human in its attempt to make illusory mind superiority into a reality which is proving to be unsustainable and only becoming a crime against life that must be stopped for once and for all.

Equal Money System so that we don’t blow this entire world up.

Dare to care, inform yourself, get yourself out of the limited mind frame of reality that more often than not is limited to viewing reality through a screen. So why not using such resources at hand for a supportive activity that can actually allow us to expand our current perception of the world to expand our horizons about what needs to be done here in order to dignify people’s lives.

I do recommend doing this as it focuses ourselves on the solutions that must be created which then places all seemingly distractive self experience into perspective where we can only vow ourselves to support us to see it for what it is, walk through it and direct our efforts to understand the ‘greater picture’ where not only ‘I’ as the mind exist but we as all living beings that are sharing this one single planet that we must stop from ceasing to exist.
