317. Equality in Equal Money Capitalism

How has Equality been compromised in our current Corporate Capitalistic System and How can we Solve the Problem?

How have we accepted and allowed monetary and economic policies that are leading the majority to poverty without any ‘say’ in the Banks/Corporation’s rules and regulations? Because we accepted the definition of Capitalism as an unregulated model with all its charms and harms.

307. CapitalismUS: Pursuit of Happiness

Problem

How are rights violated?

Rights may be violated in only one way — by the initiation of physical force.

Are rights inalienable?

Rights are inalienable — within a man’s sphere of action they are absolute.

By inalienable, I mean that they may not be alienated from the person who possesses them, i.e., they may not be given or taken away, i.e., they may not be morally infringed upon. For example, a man may violate your right to your property by taking it away from you, but your right to that property has not been alienated, i.e., you are in the right and the robber is in the wrong.

http://capitalism.org/category/rights/

Why is a single policy that prevents you from having any financial solvency not considered a Physical Violation of your Right to Equal Satisfaction of all of the benefits Capitalism proposes?

What happens when the ‘Robber’ in such case is in fact the Bank that lend you the money charging you with an insoluble mortgage that leads to eviction due to you being incapable of paying it every month?

Why is it that we have granted Banks as Corporations the divine power to create Money and accept its current function and mechanisms in which such ‘power’ is created as a common agreement when it is clearly Not so?

Why is the right to property violated with the simple condition of not having enough money to pay for it in a secured manner without any form of interest? Even more so,

Why is the Right to Live in a dignified living condition only granted to those that have access to money?

The answer is: Profit, Power, Greed as Self Interest to have the most, which currently are the Corporations themselves, not the government.

Now, what happens with our basic Rights within Corporate Capitalism – or CapitalismUS as we’ve been walking this series:
  • Human beings have become commodities, a number that supports to create positive numbers in balancing sheets where the actual living conditions of the people are absolutely disregarded as long as they are efficient enough to meet their production targets  e.g. generating ‘economic efficiency’ as defined by our current economic policies.

  • The coercion to bind people to prison labor, slave labor with a 22 cents per hour wage  paid  in Asian and South American countries implies that we deliberately neglect the fact that they also should have access to our proclaimed ‘pursuit of happiness’ and ‘right to freedom’ – yet, their pursuit of happiness is limited to making enough money to live that day which is the same amount of energy spent to make enough for their next meal. Do you see any form of ‘Self Determination’ in this equation? No, it is supposed that our International treaties had abolished slavery, but certainly not despicable minimum wages under prison-like conditions to workers around the world, with no access to Health, Education or any other Recreational right –I could go on and on with this type of example in multiple aspects in our society – this is just One part of the problem.

  • Power has become centralized in corporations that have more influence over the system than the State/ Government or any International Organizations  – this is how our unregulated Capitalism is in fact the rights-giver  which already gives us the clear cut realization that:it is not the president, the congress or universal treaties that set the rules, but corporations.

  • The natural world has become a commodity causing an environmental crisis wherein the rights of animals and living beings is also violated – We are close to a time where the Earth’s resources might be extinguished and we’ll be left with our digits, metals and bank notes wondering where has the real Value to our money gone?

  • Working people are being disenfranchised from their right to form unions, teachers are being silenced for teaching their students to develop critical thinking, scientists and social researchers developing new technologies that could ease the current peak oil, water and gas problems are being silenced and pushed aside because that would mean that great mechanisms to profit would fall apart – this is just one minute example of problems stemming from Monetary Inequality

These are the Concepts of ‘Rights’ in the Capitalist philosophy and how they are being practically inexistent and/or violated – however let’s look at the International Law aspect that should be regarded in order to implement regulation to these feeble and unfounded concepts that are currently overriding any form of Constitutional Equality:

  • Has the Declaration of the U.N. Charter made a difference in this world to prevent wars and mutually exclusive interests between Nations/ Corporations in our World-System?  No, why has International Law failed to set a basic principle in this world? Because it lacks mechanisms of enforcement, which means its ‘Authority’ is bended by the Power of Money – (suggest referring to 308. Might Makes Right: CapitalismUS  for further understanding.) So, as we know: as long as Money and Power – which is described as being an ‘Important Actor’ within these International Organizations decide that it is not in their ‘best interest’ to promulgate laws that ensure an economic equality, we’ll continue bowing down to those that set their preferences above principle, which means self-interest as power overrules the need and suffering of the individuals across the globe.

  • How is War accepted as a means to defend one State’s Sovereignty and Not considered as an absolute violation to any Peace treaty?  Because Power decides what is Right and what is Wrong to do in the context of international politics. The same can be applied to look at why some nations fight against  so-called ‘oppressive regimes’ or ‘totalitarian leaders’ while waging war against the people and causing death and destruction more than any form of peaceful democracy? Monetary Power in the hands of a few again sets the rules, and these are considered ‘Important Actors’ that are the real decision makers that can abrogate laws according to their benefit. How can we have respect for any Authority or Universal Treaty if one single denominator that has enough Power can decide to Not stick to an International Agreement? And what about those that have no ‘seat’ in such Commissions?

  • In essence: how can we claim or even know what a true living right is if there is no common sense developed as to How we can all co-exist and collaborate to work together as one single unit? All our rights have been funded upon the necessary division between individuals to be desensitized to see and realize how one’s own personal desires for the ultimate successful living is causing your neighbor to have less money and less opportunities – or non at all- to achieve the same happiness promulgated by capitalism, and how this exists in the ‘macro’ version between Nations that are becoming nothing to but territories to be colonized by Corporations? One can read the Atlantic charter to realize what ‘Free Trade’ meant and how this single agreement has become the framework for Corporations e.g. artificial bodies to have more power than physical people?

  • The United Nations has failed as an organism to protect basic Human Rights, it is an inefficient and a corrupt organism. Example, programs like ‘Oil for Food Programme (OFF)’ in 1995 was set by an apparent ‘Liberal democrat’ leader wherein the notion of Democracy was turned to another imperialistic tactic to the benefit of our CapitalismUS nation.

  • The instruments of global governance in all regimes in this world system are Not Egalitarian. The most powerful have the most power in International Organizations which rigs the treaties to benefit the policies for unregulated trade and access to the use of force if there is any form of profitable convenience that requires to be met.

  • Bottom line is:as long as the Principle of Life in Equality is disregarded, abused and sold, we cannot expect to have a Peaceful and Harmonious world.

Solution

  • The jus cogens in International Law must be Equality as Life for All living beings-  not only Human beings, but all flora, fauna and natural resources that are in fact natural elements that we’ve turned into ‘resources’ to fuel our current lifestyles. This is the fundamental norm of international public policy that should be accepted and applied to all nations and individuals. This is the only way in which International law must partake in the regulation of our current Economy to ensure the Universal Acceptance of this norm by all states and individuals equally by the recognition of our commonality under this principle, which is Life in Equality.
  • Now, these laws will have to be implemented at an International and Domestic Level, this will prevent States from proclaiming any malfunction in terms of arguing for “mutually exclusive interests,” since in Equality each one will understand and support the right to every individual and every nation to exist in this Principle of Constitutional Equality. Why has this Not been done before? Again, Money as Power has been the grave mistake.

Here’s the explanations from the Equal Money Wiki on the administrative role of our Administration:

Political Administration
The role of the administrators is a purely managerial function. They have in fact no more influence on policy-making than anyone else does. The type of functions administrators are to perform are for instance the convening of all identified policy issues by the population as well as their suggestions, the directing of all organizational aspects involved with bringing together a qualified committee of scientists with the relevant expertise in terms of the particular policy that requires to be formulated, the publishing of each step within the policy-making process and so on. Their role is thus to ensure that the Rule of Law as laid out by the Constitution is followed without influencing the content of the policies themselves.

Policy
Policy in an Equal Money System will be done from a starting point of considering what will have the best outcome for all life as a whole. There will be no debating policy as a competition for one group/individual looking to get an outcome that serves only that interest group/individual. The process of policy making will involve everyone, and everyone will have access to the necessary information to make effective decisions that will have the best outcome for all. Only policies which are in the interest of all life as a whole will be implemented.

Policy Education
The implementation of any new law or policy will first go through a process of education to the public, to ensure effective understanding – as any laws and policies will have to be brought into being by everyone collectively. Within this, television will be used as the primary media to present educational information regarding the law/policy to be implemented in the form of documentaries and news broadcasting.

Rewards

  •   Equality is an unbreakable law and principle will enable peace on Earth in a factual manner, wherein security and justice won’t be points that will have to be ‘reinforced’ and ‘upgraded’ for further control, but actual freedom in people’s lives will exist within the understanding that our Rights imply Equal Responsibilities to ensure that these mechanisms of Equal-Support are always watched by the populace through Democratic means – what does this imply? We will in fact be self determined beings wherein our Rights will be backed by International Laws and implemented in practicality by the System, which is the Equal Money Capitalism where all of our individual needs will be met in accordance to the principle of give as you would like to receive. Neighborism between individuals and Nations wherein the Right to Equality is the actual meaning of Peace.
