605. What can I learn about myself in natural disasters?

What I experienced the past month was a literal shaking of my foundation, of all that I took for granted, of everything that I believed would be there ‘forever’ and suddenly see the constant changes that can be triggered in our lives sometimes in a literal shocking and destructive manner.

I have dwelled with sorrow at the images of what has been going on in my country, however in that I had been forgetting to see beyond the immediate death and destruction, and instead see the potentials that we have now that everyone has been ‘shaken up to wake up’ in a quite raw manner.

I’ve been talking to some of my friends and I consider we could see such ‘shock’ in our faces, I saw it in mine and the usual comments are related to understanding how the foundation is being shaken, there’s something to become aware of which is usually associated with ‘the Earth being angry at us’ and so ‘punishing us’ with earthquakes, but I consider we all deeply know it is part of an outflow and consequences we have created from a long, long time ago. If anything we can use these cataclysms as ways to wake up from our slumber and start seeing what are we taking for granted, where we are stopping ourselves from doing something based on an emotional experience instead of using what we have in our reality to make the most of our lives.

There’s a certainty that I’ve gathered through becoming aware of and walking this process of self-transformation and self-change, and that is how most of the times the only way for us to actually get to a point of change is through facing consequence, sometimes very harsh, painful, traumatic and shocking and in this, it’s not to imply that ‘that is what we need,’ but it is a process of accumulating actions and reactions, which cause consequences. I won’t go into speculating ‘why’ it all happened, but it is sufficient to have our foundation rocked to snap out of our alienation towards each other and start focusing on the basics that we’ve taken for granted.

In my case I have discovered to what extent the process of assimilating the levels of destruction can affect my own stability, where the environment around me as the reality I’ve always ‘walked through’ suddenly became a danger zone, inhabitable, in danger of collapsing, seeing its pieces on the floor… I had to process it for a while and even as I write this, there’s this idea coming up of how I am making a ‘big deal’ out of this, I’m focusing more on seeing infrastructure collapse or fall apart – which yes, was certainly a first read and impression. However as days have followed, I’ve been investigating more within and without with others in my community how these events have disrupted their lives in an emotional, financial and even ‘spiritual’ ways which some others claim it is only a temporary ‘awakening’ and soon enough everyone will go back to ‘the same old,’ and I don’t deny that this could happen, but I do what I can to now reflect on how I’ve lived it and take from it what I can learn for myself.

I realized that there was a desire to feel as ‘helpful’ as many others that went to directly assist people to get others out of collapsed buildings or were directly involved in delivering foods and construction materials to those that lost everything they had. I didn’t particularly seek out to assist as in traveling somewhere to do it, my immediate environment wasn’t as damaged so I focused on checking out the most damaged area of my city.

I held conversations with people to know more about how they experienced such earthquakes wherein I could reflect my own fears of losing it all, of imagining having my house suddenly collapse and losing everything which is definitely an apparent worst case scenario. However as I’ve heard people saying to others in a very nonchalant way, if one doesn’t stand back up from this one, it means we are not living life to the fullest and instead allow ourselves to be weakened by it. It is so that times of crisis are great opportunities to rebirth ourselves, to start anew, to recreate, redirect, to innovate, to change our ways and it is also true that this is not going to be a ‘uniform’ process where one single catastrophe will be ‘digested’ the same way by each person, however it is there for everyone to take in or leave it as a catalyst to become more aware of ourselves, to question things further in terms of what we do in our lives, how we live, what we regards of value and worth.

An example is how I required to see such movement to compile things for people that lost it all in order for me to take a couple of days to actually clean up my closets and get to see which clothes I could get rid of and finally give them away, instead of harboring it all within a stubborn thought of ‘I might need it someday’ and place priority over ‘preference’ and give direction to giving it away, regardless of the fears of it not arriving to the ‘right people’ – based on what has happened to a lot of the aid given these days. I decided to do what I could to give it to people that I know could get it to be taken to the right place.

I questioned how I needed to see such ‘dire need’ in order to put that fire under my ass to move to get clothes out of my closet, and at the same time realize how much I have invested on all of those clothes throughout the years in a form of insanity that I am now placing as a point to watch out for based on following trends from the generations that have gone before me, where stocking up on clothes and other things becomes a way to live in fear, to stash stuff ‘just in case’ and in that, there’s a compulsion that I only got to reflect on when comparing what I had to what many lost in a matter of seconds.

I’ve also been constantly more aware of the latent fear of death that can exist if one focuses too much on knowledge and information, on thinking about the potential aftershocks and what ifs, but even if one has a plan, there are many things that we cannot ever predict, we cannot ever control and instead we can only make peace with where we’re at in such moments where disaster knocks our door and trust ourselves in being able to act in the moment in the best way possible.

However here the focus then becomes on living, not on constantly watching out ‘where one is’ in fear of having another great shake happening. Sure, I have been cautious specially when walking around downtown where old buildings are and sure some of them are falling apart bit by bit at times, and sure there’s that caution and awareness, but I have also challenged such fear that has prevented so many from going out normally, which has caused a stagnation in the city, causing people to not be making the usual amount of money to live and in that of course causing economic problems that are not good for anyone.

What I can do? Lead a life of normalcy and working on my own normalcy to not dive into fears, be cautious and aware yet without loading the constant ‘fear of death’ or something ‘really bad’ happening now – it is a form of PTSD that many people are dealing with currently. Many are having problems with sleeping, many are being shaken into a point of fear by the minutest earth movements experienced, many that were affected are suddenly having their financial plans disrupted, as it happens with any emergency in our worlds/lives.

What I did was realize that living in fear is not really living at all, just rehashing in my mind a constant state of probabilities that lead to a worst case scenario – and I’ve been working on it to instead focus on the physicality of things, what is existing in the moment while reminding myself that I can only trust myself to act as fast as I can wherever I get to be if/when similar situations were to happen again.

There are others that fear the potential collapse that this can bring, however one thing that I’ve had to remind myself many times is how in order for the new to emerge, we have to get rid of the old, and no it doesn’t meant that we have to ‘destroy it all’ but it does mean that sometimes – again – shocking events like these do become a catalyst for change, for openings, for innovations, for restructuring things that we would not have otherwise questioned, because in stability everything is kept in a sense of normalcy, an ‘everything is ok’ and ‘there’s nothing to improve or work on’ and when such foundation is rocked, well guess what? One finds out there’s a can of worms that opens up for us to look at, which is not nice, not pretty, it has been disheartening most of the times yet, it is part of how we’ve collectively caused these consequences in a way that it’s beyond our awareness at the moment.

And this is me not only writing about ‘the external,’ but what I’ve realized about myself and how I had seen and lived within me before these events and how this whole past month became one big fuzziness of days after days of not doing something entirely productive for myself, where I did allow myself to get consumed by the information of what was going on, where I went into an experience of ‘not knowing what I should do’ and in that paralyze and not do anything at all other than reflecting on it, seeing how I felt about it but still being caught in the fear of the situation for many reasons, because here it wasn’t only the earthquake that happened, but the realization of how vile our human nature can be in times of utmost disaster when it comes to money/power/political interests and opportunism, which translated in an increased sense of collective paranoia, insecurity and fear that has taken some time for some of us that ‘dwelled’ too much on it.

And that’s the thing there, I have had the time to dwell too much in it, to think about the situation because of not directly doing something about it, and that’s what I realize I can now learn from and consider next time. Instead of being thinking, worrying and fearing about it, to see what can I do to continue to have a purposeful existence even in the face of disasters, having uncertainty, fears, stress, worry, concern based on the reality of what has happened.

Here I also had to let go of the guilt felt for not actually going somewhere to help, but do what I was able to do and what I willed myself to do without compromising or going into a sense of duty based on morality of what’s good or bad. I decided to be more of an available point of communication for those that were more shaken by the situation for whichever reason, and in that assist myself to talk through about it wherein I realized how in my attempt to ‘support others’ I was also assisting myself to voice the ways through, to create clarity about things and to be also sincere in the situation without adding some magical twist of it all such as ‘things happen for a reason’ or that kind of thing, but simply seeing what can we create within ourselves in the aftermath, what can we collectively wake up to and change.

And in that, I also saw a lot of people suddenly care about things that would not have been a regular point of awareness of, however I have to realize that it is up to each individual to take on these events as catalysts for self-change an so collective change or let it go by, just like a sudden bump on the road and going back to the same old without any further improvement.

Do we really need to be shaken this way to wake up? Based on the principle of what’s best for all, it is not. However crisis, suffering, loss or facing our ‘worst case scenarios’ many times do become such wake up call for us to reflect on.

What can I take from this? How many of us have been divided and conquered in the face of stability, of status quo, of our reality being seemingly ‘immovable’ and how the moment that things literally fall apart, this sense of community, solidarity emerge, and how such solidarity emerges only in the face of catastrophe but not being ‘there’ all the time. My point is to remind myself and each other of how we don’t need such grave forms of destruction and suffering in order to change, however I cannot prevent it either nor judge it whenever we get to create such consequences again and instead, see it as a result of a process to take us back to the self-awareness and self-investigation spot: what can I learn from what I’ve been going through? And in my case it’s got to do to realizing how much the literal shakes in life affected my inner stability until I decided to stop feeding myself too much information about it and get to continue focusing on what I want to live and create in my life.

There is also a need for me to make peace with the fact that reality changes and how it can change drastically ‘overnight’ without notice and how I/we cannot prevent such sudden changes, we can only learn to adapt, learn to understand the outflows of our creation in order to see what can we learn from consequence, from our mistake in order to now build the new – within and without – and that’s a way to make a ‘good use’ so to speak of these situations, to see what got ‘shaken up’ within myself based on what I saw and experienced in my external reality and seeing where and how I am still defining myself on based on the things that I see such as the environment that I had taken for granted as ‘immovable’ or almost ‘invincible’ over time. It has shown me the fragility of that which seems colossal and strong which again, is a way to reflect it back to myself and how I’ve discovered this month to what extent I still play the ‘strong and tough’ one but in the inside actually suppressing the emotions, the sorrow, the pain that I’ve experienced in various ways throughout this year and that I had kept it within myself in a very suppressed way in order to make believe that ‘I’m fine and done with it’ but it’s not so, and I have to make peace with the processing or digesting of situations, with the time it takes for me to truly ‘heal’ from situations in my life and in that to understand the opening for recreation that all of these seemingly bad, awful and ‘negative’ things happening in our lives.

I’ve definitely learned to skip the ‘why us’ question to seeing straight to what we can get out of ourselves to show the better versions that we can be, not only in the face of disaster as a condition to do so, but now really testing ourselves to see how much we are willing to continue assisting, supporting ourselves and others in the measure of our capacity, regardless of losing everything or having things falling apart around us in order to push ourselves to do so.

Lastly, I’ve had to walk through the bits of anger that come up when seeing the protagonist role corruption has had when it comes to the deviation of resources for aid here, I’ve seen people get angry and bitter about it, plainly pissed off… I haven’t even been able to express that, I went straight into sadness and had to remind myself that it’s nothing really shocking or new for that matter, though I had ‘hoped’ that based on this all being during times of distress that people would at least curb their ‘corrupt ways’ to a certain extent, but in some other ways it was simply harnessed as more opportunities to steal, cheat or deceive in order to feed certain delusions of power and control.  I’ve had to make peace with the realization that not even the most ‘tragic events’ would bring about a sudden instant change in humanity and how this will all depend on each individual, but it isn’t at all about a collective ‘one way ticket to self-awareness’ development with the experience of a crisis like this.

I’ve also come to appreciate the few people I can talk to and relate to on a deeper level that seem to see things in a similar way that I do, even if it’s using different terms or ways to get to the same conclusion, I am also glad that this has become a catalyst to start talking about things that would have probably sounded too ‘out of this world’ before, and that now are becoming more of an accepted way, such as the impact that we can have on our extreme weather, how certain scientific tenets are suddenly being massively placed into question, how the constructs of power are even more so placed into question more than before, and just like the ‘opening of the can of worms’ it’s never a nice or pretty thing to do or sight, however it is a very necessary process  if we want to get to face ourselves.

To me this is a level of ‘self process’ that relates to my environment, to how I relate to it, how I had taken people and places for granted and at the same time how I had become dependent on these ‘never changing scenarios’ in my reality and suddenly having to deal with changes that I’ve seen have had an effect on me that I would not have become aware of if none of these earthquakes or extreme weather conditions would have happened.

Lastly, I can only speak more as a spectator than an actual person that faced any real hardship. I only became a spectator of people’s reactions and assimilation of the situation, and realized I cannot do much more than continue doing what I have been doing up to now, to dedicate my life to becoming the potential that I am aware I can become and in that become aware of the flaws, the weaknesses that I allow to direct and control me such as ‘paralyzing in fear’ type of experience that I’ve gone through in the past weeks, learning from it, not judging myself from such experience – but standing up from it in the realization that, I now know what it is like to be encapsulated in endless threads of information, developing paranoia and fear about the situation and instead continue living as usual.

I can recommend the new audios at eqafe.com where weather and nature are explained in a way that clarifies what it means to say that natural disasters are existential consequences we are facing

And this public chat about ‘helping’ others that has been quite supportive as well to understand this pattern.

503. Redefining Logic to Develop Common Sense

Or learning to question ‘who we are’ in the factors used to create a ‘logical outcome’ and in doing so, change how we live within our minds.

Several years ago I came to understand that logic and common sense is not the same thing. That meant that the way in which I had learned to understand the outcomes of things based on these premises or factors that would be added up in relation to one another to create a seemingly ‘reasonable result,’ is not in fact a clear way to distinguish what is best for all, what is common sense and what makes sense altogether in relation to living principles.

Recently I’ve been looking at this point based on assisting someone that is now facing consequential outflows in their life based on giving too much into this one seemingly ‘normal’ mechanism of our minds based on logic and how through following this logic, he has made himself believe that all those premises or factors as ‘reasons and justifications’ made sense in his mind, that they completely added up to what he then defined as a right to demand justice or expose unfairness about something he has in fact created and participated on throughout his entire life.

The point being here that logic is sold as this mathematical verbal certainty that leads to the correctness in thought and being able to identify ‘false reasoning’ but, something that we are never taught about Logic in school – if you were even in a school that teaches logic of course – is that the premises should be questioned based on the subjectivity that they can – most likely – contain as emotions, feelings, perceptions, assumptions, judgments, preferences, desires, fears, ideas, beliefs, speculations and a plethora of other forms of ‘thinking’ that, when seen through the eyes of self-awareness, self-honesty and self-responsibility they all should be questioned as ‘unreal facts’ and understood as aspects or mechanisms of ‘who we are’ in our minds that should be at all times questioned as faulty-thinking, as unreasonable premises that would not then ‘add up to’ an ‘always- acceptable’ result, because we have to actually first learn to question the ‘thing’ that we are thinking with. And no, this is not about morals or ethic either, it’s about common sense.

I’ve shared this fact many times before but I’ll say it again. I once questioned my physics teacher in junior high school about subjectivity and objectivity and said that there’s never real objectivity because we are always seeing through the same instrument, the mind, and so how can we then know what is ultimate ‘objectivity’ according to science if there’s no other way or method to measure reality with but through our bodies, our minds, our senses as human beings? No response in common sense but only through logic: well, we had to establish a convention. And this ‘convention’ as a collective agreement that we’ve formed around logic thus needs to be challenged and changed.

I’ve seen myself and so many, well every human being in fact using logic to perpetuate a faulty state of mind wherein we actually diminish our capacity to change and take responsibility for ourselves, our lives, our every moment participation in self-creation, because we accept those premises/factors used in logic as reasons, ideas, beliefs, justifications, fears, opinions, assumptions and judgments entirely as ‘who we really are’ which in turn creates a blind acceptance and allowance of even the worst time of experiences and outcomes in ourselves just because we believe that’s ‘all that we are.’

We haven’t been taught to defy our thoughts, we haven’t learned to challenge what we believe is entirely ‘real’ of ourselves and that we believe is ‘unchangeable’ but, if it is existent at a thought, at an energetic experience level that comes and goes, if it’s a preference that can be changed with some other ‘logical statements’ in the form of persuasion from another person towards you, what do we know? It isn’t real, it’s not physical therefore it does not need to stand as this ‘ultimate truth’ that then creates a realistic/true premise that in turn creates a realistic and true outflow or consequence which we have come to simply ‘accept and allow’ and not question.

Let’s look at an example of ‘logic’ thinking without any common sense:

“If I feel bad because of another rejecting to be with me in a relationship then I have the right to get back at them with vengeance and spite, so I proceed to build up hateful thoughts about others in my mind and act them out.”

It’s a seemingly perfectly ‘logical’ example there, and a person can live by this logic for their entire lives, always getting to feel good at it because ‘it adds up’ in some way in the mind, in reasoning, but never in fact questioning every component of that equation. There is no decision in that statement to question the experience, the ‘feeling’, the assumption, the desires, the anger, the spite, the vengeance and therefore the actions that end up being motivated by these experiences in the mind that in turn can also become a real-time scenario of living out on this seemingly ‘perfectly logical’ statement, yet never questioning who we really are in those premises in the first place, what are we creating with our thoughts, are we even considering that they only reflect our nature and not at all do they in fact define others?

Fuzzy logic is the mechanism with which we instruct ourselves and machines alike to function, to create an outcome, where the input and output is determined by the programmer. There is nothing wrong with ‘the program’ as the mechanism of ‘if, then, so’- the problem is the kind of premises we use in such equation and what it reveals about ourselves, that is what needs to be questioned instead of being taken as ‘normal human emotions’ for example, because that’s why we have led ourselves to where we are now.

Another example of logic without common sense:

“When I get stressed by having to work 9 hours every day then I decide to binge on alcohol, sex and party for the rest of the weekend to chill out, so I proceed to do this religiously every single week and it’s become my lifestyle. “

Logic strikes again, ‘makes sense’ to whoever accepts such stress and relationship to work as ‘unchangeable’ as something that just ‘is’ stressful and can’t be changed, which then in turn justifies the acceptance of indulgence into all excesses as a form of ‘distraction’ to ‘relax’ as a polarity outcome to the first premise that went unquestioned in the first place. Then the result is a set of habits, patterns, addictions, social conducts or even ‘normal human behavior’ that is massively accepted as ‘how we are’ ‘how we work’ and where have we gotten ourselves to with this? Yes, to the current state of affairs in and as our world system, our societies which demonstrate there’s really no change or supportive ‘evolution’ at the moment for the most part.

The point here is to learn to question and challenge any and all premises as reasons, justifications, ideas, beliefs, notions, assumptions, perceptions, preferences, opinions, feelings, emotions, experiences that we have accepted and allowed as ‘the reality of ourselves’ without a question. It’s necessary to make that first step to investigate it all, to understand their origins within ourselves and what we have created of ourselves based on such experiences within us. Otherwise we will end up in a situation where we will justify and reason our way to end life on earth, because if we don’t question the premises to act out on it, we will end up accepting that as a ‘makes sense’ assumption and that would be the end of it all.  This potential outcome actually starts within our own minds, within our own unquestioned experiences on an everyday basis, it’s really that important to consider this point.

This is thus how and why logic is not common sense and there’s a whole lot of ‘human nature’ to debunk in what may sound ‘logical’ to most.

So, how to establish common sense and principles then to see what is real and what is not? Using self-investigation, questioning every aspect that we think is ‘who we are’ and seeing what are the outflows of me accepting an experience within us, for example, ‘rage’ within myself as an emotion, what do I motivate myself to do with it, who do I affect if I participate in it, how do I sense my physical body changes if I give into rage, what am I trying to attempt or gain from becoming enraged, what is this rage revealing about myself?  While at the same time considering what is best for all, which is something we innately would know if we had not allowed so much logical clutter in our minds and stick to referencing what we think with physical reality.

Therefore, we have to develop, practice, learn common sense and the best way is by asking yourself what is best for all, what is practically physically supportive and sustainable to live by/do/create/live as? Is this experience, this idea/belief/judgment/opinion that I have in fact a ‘reality fact’ or is it something I’ve learned, something I just ‘feel’ inside me, something I have come to believe from my parents/society?

Defying our thinking, defying our logic starts by questioning who we are in our thoughts and what nature are we cultivating in each reasoning, each premise that we then use to create our own logic – this way it is possible to use fuzzy logic in a supportive mechanism used to actually develop common sense. Here’s an example:

“If I start wanting to blame others for the experience of rejection I am feeling within myself then I forgive myself for accepting and allowing such blame to exist within me as a way to divert my attention from my own responsibility, so I can now look at how I have come to create, accept and allow this negative experience I’ve defined as ‘rejection’ within me so that I can now practically decide to change my experience in the realization that no one else can ‘reject me’ but I can only do that to myself by allowing this judgment to define who I am.”

Whole new content in the same mechanism in which logic operates, yet the outcome is completely different, one where we can actually use our thoughts, our minds to get to know ourselves, to question ourselves and even establish a self-supportive outcome to follow through towards self-change.

Test it out, see where in your thoughts you are going or stepping into the “I am feeling this therefore I don’t want do to that, so I end up deciding to not do this/that because of my experience” = logic there! Not self-support, no self-investigation which ends up in the cycles of limitation in the mind, so this is very important and you can save your life by taking the time to reference our mind-references and premises with physical reality, with that which is supportive to live in common sense.

Thanks for reading.

427. Walking through the Fear of Making a Decision

decisions-fear

OBSERVE yourself in that moment ob-SERVE, serve yourself with some awareness through observation, in the moment MOVE yourself to ask “why am I allowing the mind to be more than me/a decision to change here?” and then do a forgiveness / breathing to stand and not accept/allow the thoughts/emotions to take over

There has been a couple of situations lately where I accepted fear as a limitation to move and direct myself here, I created a situation of secrecy based on the fear of being judged for the decisions I’ve made in my life. This is not a new situation, it is a pattern and it was interesting to see how I feared making a decision based on the past experiences upon similar decisions and the consequences it created, but in the end I didn’t realize that it was myself that had made those decisions and that the consequence was not really an outflow imposed by others, but actually created by myself and the nature of my decision.

In this I can share that when making decisions in our lives, it is important to not allow our own projected judgment to take over about what ‘others’ will think/say/conclude about one’s decision, it should not matter. This is about oneself being fully aware of and willing to stand in self-responsibility upon making a decision in one’s life, to equate all possible outcomes and have the ability to face the outflows of it, not only in terms of willing oneself to take responsibility for it, but in practical physical reality terms which includes physical bodies, money, world-system considerations, the minds and experiences of the people involved in such decision and whoever else in the environment will be affected by it. Many times we make decisions based on fears and desires and that is not the best way to approach a decision.

A decision is then the end result of having assessed all the possible outflows of a situation, considering who and what will be affected by such decision, to ensure that it is not driven by an emotion or a feeling, but by a set of principles that one is willing to stand by and apply at all times from the moment of making a decision to take a certain step in one’s life and on. Many times we first make a decision based on a ‘hunch’ or on a desire or fear – which is the same anyways, driven by an energetic experience – and only later, after the decision is settled,  do we assess what is actually doable and possible in physical reality and what kind of things we actually need to make such decision a reality – this is how we mostly trap ourselves in our decisions, by not considering all the outflows of it and ensuring one is willing to walk through them and ensuring that no matter what, one has the ability to stand up and remain directive.

So, I went through a process of keeping a significant decision in my life secret. Why? Well because I projected ideas, beliefs and fears about what others would think of such decision in my life based on past experiences. Where did this lead me to? It led me to then have to walk through my self-created ‘fear’ of having to for once and for all ‘reveal’ or ‘expose’ such decision to the people I had created a ‘fear’ of exposing it to, and the outcome was that it wasn’t as anything that I had created/expected in my mind. I realized in that moment what a big deal I had made and how in fearing ‘what others would say’ about it, I was in fact getting distracted from what actually matters: it is not about ‘others,’ it is never about what ‘others’ would think or say, this is of course about my life and the lives of those involved in this decision. I once again saw how ‘easy’ it is to in the mind get distracted with these seemingly ‘torturing’ experiences of keeping secrets and deciding to not have anyone else to reference a decision with; in a way it is a risk to decide on certain things and not reference them with anyone else, I decided to do that and realized that what I required was me willing to stand by it and learn from it whatever it may bring.

In this, I would recommend to not fall into the ‘blowing things out of proportion’ that the mind is keen on creating about the result and outflow of confronting such decisions or even sharing about such decisions, and rather taking a breath and walk through the resistance to share something, to face that ‘fear of being judged’ and realize that a judgment does not really do ‘anything’ to us, because whichever point we are fearing to hear about others, we should have first worked with and assessed within ourselves first. Like, for example, seeing: what am I actually fearing to hear from others as feedback upon my decision? And in that rather exploring such ‘fears’ I have and understand them as an outflow of my own doubts, of my own judgments, of my own uncertainties which I should then clarify for myself first, instead of projecting them as potential situations coming from others toward ‘me.’

In fact, one can only fear ‘what others would say’ if one has not yet fully grounded oneself in such decision and is 100% certain on it, and this is how one inkling of doubt taken on as a general doubt toward the decision can be blown out of proportion and made much more than what it practically should be: a process of walking the decision and taking on ‘the points’ that emerge with it and as a result of it moment by moment.

One thing that is always great to recognize is that whatever I bring to my life, is my responsibility and no one else’s, it is my own set of choices that I will have to stand up to and walk through, and in this is also cool to be aware of fearing taking certain risks, failing, making mistakes, bringing undesired consequences, but I have also realized that many times I have fallen for being over-analyzing everything and as such not really taking any risks, which many times leads to stagnation and general limitations based on – once again – rather avoiding undesired outcomes and consequences. But, we would not move as much in life if we constantly held up these fears as reasons to not do things, this is all about being able to measure ‘who am I’ in this decision? what is my starting point within it? what are the potential outflows by me taking this decision? Who am I affecting with my decisions? Have I considered what to do in potential situations that become challenging throughout walking that decision? And so walk the point in self-responsibility and at all times reminding myself that: I made this decision therefore, I assume all the responsibility and outflows that come from it.

In this then, making a seemingly ‘risky’ decision can become at the same time also a point for self-empowerment, where I can prove to myself what I am able to walk through or ‘confront’ myself and others in certain situation and if mistakes arise or ‘failures’ come up, I will only be able to go back to the drawing board and learn from it, seeing what I didn’t take into consideration  based on reality and so seeing where my decision was clouded by a certain desire or fear or any other illusion that was not grounded in physical reality.

It is also then cool to strip our decisions from any fears, doubts and projected expectations about it all, as these are all mind elements that are not necessary to be considered when actually walking a decision and making it work.

Change in our lives is something we are programmed to fear the most and resist the most, we don’t like our ‘little bubbles’ of idleness and status quo to be challenged and changed, and if we look at where this has led us in the world system, it is to stagnation in devolution: only getting worse because we’ve feared to stand up and make serious decisions that involve and require absolute self-responsibility and willingness to walk through the choices we make, even if they mean going ‘the wrong way,’ we can only learn as we fall and create another way to stand up again.  This life is our educational ground and whichever decision we make in our lives, it is best to prepare oneself to fully face it and acknowledge the outflows of it, ensuring one is clear from any mind experience around it and so be able to stand through it not only ‘for the moment’ but as a general process of decision-making steps that lead to a particular outcome generally defined as a new experience in one’s life, a new situation, another ‘phase’ which we usually would not lead ourselves into.

So it really only takes one moment to make a decision to walk through the seemingly overwhelming and nerve-wracking fear that seems to be overpowering oneself and just do it. , It was funny the day after I faced this point I was laughing at myself after I ‘faced my fear’ and was asking to myself ‘wtf was that?’ because it was such a ‘throwback experience’ to the who I was in the past in similar situations. Fortunately I was able to be supported back at the same time and so this assisted me in realizing what a mindfuck that was so, it is a point I share here to understand that the mind’s job is to blow things out of proportion, at all times: it feeds off from conflict.  We can only be grateful to fall flat back on the ground and realize what a big deal one makes out of something.

In any case, we can always remind ourselves that whichever judgment or experience another creates about one’s decision, such judgment or experience is about themselves and their own mind/judgments only, which is a basic aspect to consider as well. In this then one should then consider at the meaningful feedback that can be obtained not as a ‘judgment’ but as feedback that one can use to take into consideration, to assess within ourselves if it is in fact supportive and necessary to reflect back upon it.

So instead of fearing others’ judgment about our decisions, it is to rather ask oneself what is this fear of mine reflecting back to me about the decision I’ve made? What am I not entirely clear about? What am I fearing about my decision? Then it is not about ‘others’ and what they might say or think about ‘myself’ and ‘my decision,’ but about oneself only, it is entirely our responsibility to face our lives, our decisions, our ‘choices’ and this way, it will be much easier to share one’s decision, once that one has walked through self-forgiving the multiple scenarios and ideas and ‘what ifs’ and rather ‘arm’ oneself with necessary principles to face one’s decision, assess physical reality and so stand by what one decides upon in self-responsibility, realizing that the decision is not a ‘once off’ situation, but rather a continuous living of such decision which in all cases we can always learn more about ourselves, others and living in general.

Fear based Decisions - Living Choices

294. I Want Change and I Want it Now

Impatience is what we experience when we have only regarded what ‘We Want to get’ in our usual ‘quantum time’ that we’ve become so used to in our world where money-magic wand can make all miracles happen at the flick of our wrist, and that’s a rather individualistic perspective considering the amount of time we’ve spent openly and carelessly abusing ourselves/each other nature, animals for the sake of building our drive-thru lifestyle that we’re all living in at the moment.

One thing we have realized within walking our individual process is that it takes definitive continued action to stand within the decision to change, if we don’t live it, it’s useless – and the reason why it is a physical process is because we require to literally change the habits, the patterns, the ways of living that we have creating hence the impatience to change comes from the same patterns we’ve adopted wherein money has imprinted this ‘surreal reality’ upon physical reality. Have a look at how we are so used to go and buy a certain product in the shop without Any awareness of the amount of time, labor, processes, transportation, distribution that such product went through, which implies that we’ve become used to quantum consumption being absolutely separated from the product in itself which is in essence a piece of the Earth that contains multiple processes in order to become our ‘one item’ that we simply pay for at the counter.

Hence, to undo this massive quantum-leap that has lead to massive destruction and abuse, we have to realize that it will be a very slow process, and that patience is what we require to live as ourselves along with a diligent decision to live such change within ourselves. How? Beginning with stopping desiring change in an immediate manner and ‘making peace’ with the fact that: this is and will be a very slow process. Therefore, it is to also realize that change at ‘quantum speed’ is then only a mind-driven process where there’s no consideration for all these afore mentioned physical processes that we’ve ignored when consuming something, we simply take it, use it, dispose it – therefore, walking the reversed engineering of this massive fast-food lifestyle we’ve embodied with McDonald’s solutions, we will require to go one by one becoming aware of the problem and as such establishing the necessary solutions.

Now, the point here is not advocating for us to suffer for a prolonged amount of time, but it is just to realize that we have to ensure that we do things properly this time and that we cannot afford to rush change without understanding how we’ve created our consequence based on having neglected our sustain-ability and conviviality with all other life forms in this biosphere, I mean,  what would be the point of placing and implementing an equality system overnight if we haven’t yet realized our own responsibility and understood our individual participation within it? We would end up being less likely to realize where we fucked up in the first place, which is our ‘lesson to be learned,’ not to remain as culprits but to stand as self responsible within it.

Another perspective of how we’ve lived impatience is looking at how this fast-lane experience may drive a person to hire 100 employees paying them cents of dollar an hour in third world countries to sew the most clothes in the fastest manner, getting the most profit out of it and rejoicing in the ‘effectiveness’ of the business, where all that matters are numbers, profit, money, power caused by greed, a few people’s well being – and in this, the lives of such women and men –sometimes even children- what they are able to actually afford with such money, their physical conditions, their health, their mind experience while doing such mechanical enslaving jobs is absolutely Not taken into consideration: all that matters is build, build, build, produce, produce, produce, hurry, hurry, hurry,  sell, sell, profit, profit, profit – repeat. This is just an example to see where we stand within this chain-of-consumption wherein we are the only species that have broken the natural cycles of  consumption and regeneration that the ecosystems have, and all because we could not wait that much to get the next set of fish to sell. Our impatience has lead to continue scavenging without a thought other than satisfying our acquired needs in the fastest possible way.

The current problem we’re facing has been developed throughout time without any inkling of consideration or awareness to realize what is it that we were turning into a good, a service, a commodity = it was life all the way and now we want ‘change’ and we want it now – it is certainly not possible, nor would it be beneficial for humanity either because even when facing the current consequences, there’s a vast majority that simply do not care at all to think for a moment about their lives and what they are actually living off and for, and that’s quite a mind-crisis that is existing as the massive forces that are making this entire machinery just continue self-indulging wherein, maybe, they are also aware that things are not precisely working for everyone, but no one is taking the initiative to do something about it, and that’s the problem, because we then rode in complacency to get ourselves to this current problem we’re in, only hoping and believing that the aftermath would not affect us in our lifetime, but that is rather inevitable at this stage, since we have postponed our Time to Change for so long. And of course we ‘re all included on that same boat.

We have often said: we don’t require to get to the bottom of the pit and seeing everything lost to stand up and realize that we all have to collectively support this change, however only a few are listening and that’s the main reason why this process is quite slow yet with a certain outcome.

At a personal level, I am not doing this because I am expecting to be readily benefited by establishing a new system, If I do, then that would be a ‘gift,’ but it’s not my aim or goal, it is instead an understanding of the responsibility we hold toward one another and this world-system as our creation, nothing more and nothing less. This is thus a process we decide to walk as a matter of principle, because we see it makes sense to establish Equality as the foundation of our way of living and interacting with one another, because we see the potential of world change if we all get to the same agreement. And this is thus at the stage we’re at.

Of course, the conditions and situations that may escalate might lead us to prompt solutions, however this is in all cases also something that will have to be known by a majority and a majority that is willing to act through working together, placing aside any personal/selfish interests and consider that our survival depends on the collective effort we join toward the same outcome, which is how it always should have been.

We might see this as a slow process when we’ve spent thousands of years crafting this perfect bubble of enslavement without a care.  So, I suggest to reconsider the approach of wanting to speed up this process and wanting to see the world changed – because mostly these type of express-changes lead to armed revolutions that force change through violent means and instigate further clashing and collapsing of the system through ways that usually generate more harm and abuse on the way.

What really matters is us realizing/ understanding Self Responsibility and learn how to stand in agreements to support each other and do what’s best for all as a matter of principle, not so much from the vantage point of wanting to have it done now, but instead realizing that if we had in any way the magic wand to quantum-solve this problem and we would have ‘known better,’ we would not be at this world stage at the moment. Therefore Patience is developed breath by breath, moment by moment with the firm decision of getting this done, no matter how long it takes, being certain about living as the solution, and that’s our individual responsibility.

Here some quotes from past writings on Patience:

Patience sounds like ‘pace’ – I have defined physical pace as the point of self-direction in every moment that I allow myself to breathe, here, stable, constant and consistently wherein space and time is considered, wherein I am no longer existing as the rush of the mind, trying to perpetuate an idea of having to ‘do everything as fast as possible’ and recharging the self-belief and self-definition of competing against time, against myself, against others within the perception that I must always be on the top of the spear.

Patience is then allowing myself to equalize myself as the physical, as breath wherein I stop any rush of the mind to ‘get things done’ in separation of the moment that I am here, practically and physically doing it, directing myself within it/ as it- instead of projecting/ ejecting myself as a lightning bolt into the future wherein I ‘win’ and I then add it to the self-kept score of lifetime achievements.

Hence the process here is to get ourselves back to ourselves to stand one and equal with no dimensional shifts of delusions like ‘having to be there’ and ‘attaining’ something, but walking self-equality and oneness within the ability to stand one and equal as the points that I see are supportive for me to accept and live within the consideration of self-creation in every moment that I live Patience as physically breathing and walking every moment here, remaining within the consideration of space and time reality to live the process of self-correction in every moment as breath, as the physical – instead of projecting it as an idea in my own mind that ‘must be done’ but simply live it.

268. Escaping from the Inner-Hell

The pattern unfolds the following way: one faces a point wherein Self Responsibility was neglected, wherein we didn’t measure the consequences of our thoughts, words and deeds and as such ‘all hell breaks lose’ within ourselves, because then we are faced with consequence, and we realize there is No way out from it this timeright?

And in this second guessing of having to inevitably face the point which implies realizing the neglected responsibility and walk a process of writing, self forgiveness and self corrective application, one decides that there is a ‘better way’/ alternative way to ‘cope’ with it – and that’s where some action and process to evade the consequence emerge: anything that can become a point to occupy our mind with, anything that can give us a sense of satisfaction, a feel good experience, a momentary resort, a reward after having to face such consequences – one seeks to immediately want to ‘get lost’ from it all for a moment, to just drop it all, leave everything and disappear.

Yes this is a mind pattern that leads to addiction – why? because the momentary high to evade responsibility becomes such that we would rather just remain in that ‘comfortable numbness’ wherein one is literally doing nothing other than finding various ways to avoid having to face the consequences, walk the correction and ‘face the music’ as they say. Once one is down to Earth from such temporary high, one seek for something else… and so it becomes quite a straining pattern because the more we resist to face the consequence, the more the guilt, remorse, shame, regret, fears, judgments, backchats accumulate, until we feed the entity so much that it becomes quite unbearable to handle, it is ‘alive’ in itself, because we have essentially fed it through our own participation in thoughts, emotions, feelings, actions/ inactions to not face the point. This is when we believe that it is simply ‘too late,’ we are doomed and essentially give up whatever we were doing, which is quite a pattern that we all go into: we hide in our caves instead of actually facing it, creating solutions and sorting out the point.

220. Drug Culture: Mad Society as a Lifestyle

If one is not self honest, this pattern turns into self-victimization and you end up blaming the world, parents, teachers, government, society, ‘the world’ and ‘how fucked everything is’ for our experience – but, what we haven’t realized is that it’s not about anyone or anything else but ourselves, really. We have seen how the environment and the lack of equal support Does contribute to addictive behaviors – however in the end, the ultimate say comes from ourselves: we are the ones that decide to either stand up or remain in such self-destructive behavior, which is essentially destroying ourselves due to fearing facing our own irresponsibility and negligence and actually place the cards on the table to see how we caused the problem and as such, how to walk the solution.

Within victimization, blame, regret, pity and a deliberate desire to ‘let go of the bad/ negative/ evil/ malevolent’ that we have fed within ourselves due to having neglected ourselves/ our reality,  we turn to love and become masters of light, consciousness and a so-called spirituality, we try and cover up our actual inner-demons to hide the actual reality that we realize exists within ourselves, but didn’t dare to face, and as such, hide in the opposite side behind positive thinking, love, spirituality, blessings and a general imagination that leads to this comforting fluffy paradise after death, wherein one rejoices in these custom-made heavens in order to ‘soften the blow’ of having to remain and keep living on this Earth, which is apparently and seemingly easier than actually being willing to see the truth of ourselves, and take responsibility for it, which certainly won’t be nice and pretty – however, it must be done no matter what.

The other option is completely going to absolute self-doom and gloom where we see no way out other than self-destructing, and that’s where drugs, alcohol and various other forms of self harm emerge – we can also have a mix of being a nice positive thinker and be addicted to some drug to enhance the experience, a positive mr. self destruct with new age backchat of ‘everything will be just fine’ while lighting up the next joint. You get the picture.

In all of this, we are only feeding more energy to that which we avoid looking at/ facing as ourselves. This ‘escapism’ becomes quite a difficult thing to do for a long time when one has already made the firm decision  to not fool oneself any longer and take responsibility for anything we face. This also implies that the nagging thought of Knowing that we are evading ourselves is simply unbearable, because we Know we cannot deceive ourselves. We complain about the world being one big Lie yet we still deceive ourselves by giving breath and time to that which we already Know is not supportive. That is not congruent and when one has decided to become an actual living being, there is no way other than facing the points, walking the solutions – the agony can only be prolonged for as long as one is willing to agonize through the constant thinking, waiting, hoping, tormenting ourselves and talking back and forth about ‘everything that is wrong’ and create our own storm in a glass of water. A general suggestion is to realize that waiting and hoping for something to clear our consequence is futile, hiding from it is futile, prolonging the confrontation only prolongs the unnecessary suffering – so, why not facing it right away?

Fear Dimension:

I will have to face the ugly truth of myself

Thought Dimension:

Just vanishing, everything disappearing, me being doing nothing at all

Backchat/ Internal Conversations:

– I rather just give up, there is no point in solving that

– It’s done and I fucked up

– I knew this would lead nowhere

– I just want to make it all stop

Imagination:

Negative imagination: having to spend a long time solving the problem/ situation

Positive imagination: numbing myself out any form of drug/ stimulant/ activity/ inactivity

Reactions:

-Dread, dullness, apathy, wanting to give up

Physical Dimension:

– Yawning, wanting to sleep, slouching, heavy eyes, tiredness

– Doing something compulsively like pulling out  my hair or cleaning something, going out to ‘get something’ that I don’t precisely need

Consequences:

– Wasting time, having to catch up while I regain my stability, missing out great opportunities of self-change due to giving into the energetic experience of ‘I’m doomed/I’m fucked/ I lost’

Next post we’ll walk these dimensions with Self Forgiveness, Self Corrective Statements and Self Commitments.

Why your Weakest Points are your Greatest strength – Life Review

189. Anger and Irritation upon Procrastination

Consequences – Self Forgiveness

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience anger and irritation toward myself and ‘the world’ because of my own procrastination and within this, having ‘wasted’ the time that I had when I had it to do this properly and instead, having to now rush things to make them ‘work’  – however I see and realize that I must be very aware of not going into a rushing state wherein I end up doing things just to ‘get them done’ and forgetting about realizing that each thing that I commit myself to do  requires the exact same amount of self-awareness here as breath to do it, and within this, committing myself to not just ‘get things done’ and get the ‘obstacle’ out of the way – in this

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to equate my life to ‘getting things done’ and seeing the tasks and points that require direction as simple ‘points’ that I have to simply ‘get done and over with it’ without realizing that in this attitude toward my tasks and projects, I am in fact missing out the entire point of the task/ project in itself, which is actually an opportunity for me to slow down, stop seeing life as this series of projects and assignments and instead support me to realize that each and every single task I commit myself to I can take on as long as I am here as breath directing myself in every moment and within this

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to, within the consequential outflow of me now having more tasks to do and having ‘wasted the time’ before, I will have to simply be more strict with myself and my time frames, as I see and realize that if there is this ‘extra thing’ that I have been procrastinating to do, it must be done as soon as possible – and within this equate all things that I have to do appropriately.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into the fear of ‘oh fuck I’ll be stuck here for another half year’ without realizing that I am not stuck and I created this for myself – within this

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to realize that any point of pressure and rush is created by me and the relationship I created toward moving to another place and finishing school but at the same time not wanting to simply get the whole thing done with the final paper, which I see and realize that the sabotage is only toward myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience anger toward myself and within this go into a pessimistic attitude toward it because I will not apparently be able to move in another half year, without realizing that if any consequences have to be faced, I will simply have to face them as they are and as long as it takes because there is no other way within this when one is subject to processes that I have no control over other than doing my part which is getting this document done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get pissed off when things go out of what I have initially considered they would go through/ as,  which implies having created a time frame for some other particular task, without realizing that I should have actually done this one written document long time ago and that it is my responsibility to now ensure that I use every bit of time to get to everything that I have to do, instead of wasting my time getting pissed off and irritated at everything and everyone because of my own dead corpse of procrastination.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an energetic experience over procrastination as this further anxiety because ‘things are accumulating’ without realizing that I am the only one that is accumulating them as thoughts of what I have to do, instead of just doing it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to blame others for the decisions made and try and project my own anger and frustration toward me due to not having done the things that I had agreed to do a long time ago.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be irritated because of having had music again the whole fucking day yesterday, wherein I go into a powerless mode because of not being able to go and shut people up so that I can have my peace and quietness to be able to write.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to waste another day and not write because of considering that the music/ noise from neighbors is absolutely irritating and impossible to write when having that constant sound.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to even get irritated at someone arriving home earlier today and within this fearing that the noise will come through the interview and believe that ‘they should not fucking be here’ which is plain control-freak that wants peace and silence in order to please me and my ideals of having a quiet weekend.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to wake up with a bad mood today because of things not going as I expected and within this, get irritated at everything, and everyone without considering that I am only acting out and lashing out my own energetic experience of anger and frustration for the accumulated procrastination toward points in my reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get irritated because of things not being done according to how they were planned and agreed to be done, within this becoming inflexible and irritated because ‘things are not going the way that we decided and agreed to do them,’ without realizing that I am simply using this as an excuse to lash out and project my own irritation because of not having planed my life with my reality-responsibilities in order to be prepared and have everything done by now to then be absolutely ready and steadfast for anything that is required to be done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately neglect the consequences that I would have to face in real-time reality based on my procrastination to not get this particular scholar task done and within this, having to postpone everything else that I wanted to do for undefined time in order for me to ensure that I can in fact leave with having everything sorted out.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sabotage myself and my own departure based on my own procrastination due to me wanting to leave but at the same time creating deliberate obstacles in my reality that make it impossible for me to leave, even thought everything else is ready and the one that I am only waiting for is myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be irritated at my own deliberate self-sabotage because ‘I knew what I was doing all the way’ and I didn’t stop, which places into perspective the actual Evil that we are and do to ourselves in order to make our lives more complicated simply because of accepting and allowing dishonesty from our side.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to miss breathing the moment that I simply get knowledge and information as having to ‘rush’ something without considering that any ‘rush’ can only exist as an energetic starting point to do things, which obviously always will carry out a consequences – thus

When and as I see myself rushing to do something and wanting to get it done as fast as possible – I stop and I breathe until I see that I am in fact being here stable and the movement within my physical body is not that of an anxious movement and strain, but is in fact a self-movement here as breath. Within this, realizing that I can only direct one point at a time and that I require to establish a routine that makes it practical and physically possible for me to do every single point every single day – and within this, also not accepting and allowing further manipulation to want to stop doing something to do that other thing, based on preferences or specific values given to one or another task, as I see and realize that that which will become part of my daily schedule, is all equally relevant and important.

Within this, I see and realize that the rush that I experienced this morning was because of having an unexpected notice and within this, having my little plans ruined because of believing that I would ‘still have time’ to work on this written project that I have been procrastinating, without realizing that such project should have been done by now and that the only way I will get this done is through simply doing it and stop whining about it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make of this task this ‘huge’ obstacle in my reality based on and directly proportional to the amount of time I didn’t direct it

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the consequences are for myself yes, but also toward everything and all – and that this is actually depending on me and how I am able to stop the energetic experience toward my own procrastination and simply focus on what is required to be done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an experience toward things going ‘out of plan’ without realizing that If I had in fact lived my life according to doing things in the time that I had also ‘planned’ to do, I would not be existing in such an energetic rush and anxiety because this is only the consequential outflow of my own procrastination and deliberate postponement to do things – the consequence is thus me having to simply do all things required without making an experience about it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the thinking ‘I don’t want to see anyone today’ wherein I am simply wanting to lash out onto people in my reality what I am experiencing within me due to having to face the consequences of what I’ve done, which is unacceptable since that is how I have criticized people as well, when they behave in absolute anger and irritation to people without the other people they are communicating with having anything to do with the person’s mood and personal frustration/ anger/ irritation thus

When and as I see myself wanting to lash out and be irritated at people in my environment as a way to show and reveal that ‘I am pissed off at myself’ I stop  and I breathe – I realize that this is actually rather foolish and stupid to do since who we are is already the accumulated and manifested consequence of having wasted our lives and time in entertainment and the feel good experiences of the mind which are now here to be faced as the time that I could have used to work on my task/project/ document, instead of now existing as an energetic experience of anger toward ‘the world’ as a way for me to blame and exert my reactions instead of taking responsibility for them, which is unacceptable.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to even get irritated by the presence of someone at home when it is supposed to be ‘all quiet and empty’ in order to satisfy my desires to have no noise around me, which has become a rather constant point of desire that I will surely have to get to, because it’s being also the source of anger and irritation because of people constantly playing music in the house or in the neighborhood, which makes it impossible for me to record interviews, but at the same time, I see that it is a point of me wanting to control my environment instead of realizing that I have no possibility of doing that, and that if I want absolute silence I then have to wake up in the middle of the night to have a relative silence around.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be irritated at someone cleaning in the house which reveals the absolute nonsensical way of existing as the mind, since I would get pissed off if people do not clean and now I get pissed off because someone is cleaning and ‘making too much noise’ – within this I realize to what extent one can utilize anything, virtually ‘anything’ outside of oneself to blame and project anger toward without a cause but our own self-created experience of anger and irritation that is only existent within ourselves.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am becoming my father when it comes to being constantly irritated and angry when things are not working ‘my way’ and be an absolute ‘sweet and loving person’ when things are going my way, which reveals the absolute disparity that I am allowing within myself based on the external environment and how it suits my preferences and desires/needs, instead of seeing and realizing how I have to take responsibility for myself and what I have created within me also as these energetic experiences of anger and irritation according to wanting to control my world and having things always working ‘my way’ and within my desired ‘time frame,’ without realizing that I have already imposed too much of myself as self interest toward my day to day living.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use another person as a reflection of myself to justify the anger and irritation as something ‘genetic’ without realizing that I also learned from looking at my father how he would go into anger and frustration and further retaliation toward others whenever things would not go his way, within this

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience frustration as that surge of energy that I am just waiting to lash out on others, so that others can be aware of me being angry and somehow seek some misery-is-company type of words and attitude as a confirmation to me being ‘right’ in getting angry

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to neglect my physical body throughout all of this and that I have not been diligent enough with myself in order to be breathing and Here as I direct points and situations, and that missing out on breath and missing out time and space that I could have used to work on my project is simply no longer here and that the only point I can do is giving it direction along with any other commitment  I have agreed upon doing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get very sleepy as I write this and want to just shut down and go to sleep, without realizing that this is a defense mechanism in order for me to simply not continue realizing that this has been a key-aspect within my reality: how I have become this replica of what I would see my father do and that would actually bother me quite a bit, which is lashing out anger upon others and not taking self-responsibility for it. Thus

When and as I see myself wanting to lash out my anger toward others and not take responsibility for this single moment of preparing myself to ‘present’ myself in a particular way toward another being – I stop and I breathe  I realize that this is the moment wherein I have to ensure that I sort out and deal with my own reactions through self forgiveness and self corrective application as this is the only way wherein I ensure that I stop the abuse that I’ve imposed on myself as my reactions being passed onto others that certainly have nothing to do with it – and even if they did, I realize that I have to work on the point of not getting angry at them as an energetic experience, but simply point out something in common sense and at all times considering not only my own preferences and considerations, but what is best for all and within this, I realize that I cannot ‘know’ what’s best for all when I am existing in an energetic experience in my mind as within that I will only continue doing that which satisfies my energetic experience which  – as evil as it sounds – is wanting to intimidate and make other feel guilty for whatever reason, without realizing that this is certainly not the way to go, as I am only projecting onto others that which I am doing to myself /as myself.

I breathe – here and walk the points as required within Self Responsibility – I stop the blame and anger projected onto anything and anyone in my reality and assist and support myself instead to realize that there is only one solution to this all: just doing what is required to be done.

Physical Dimension: Reactions to the negative thought of having to complete a task/ activity

Within the entire series of the procrastination character that began on day 162. Either Do it or DIE I’ve walked the fear, thought, imagination – then even a fantasy came out – backchat and the reactions toward all of these points in both a negative and a positive manner.

The title of this blog comes from the realization that angst means fear in Dutch and anxiety is what we experience as the physical experience of such fears which sounds then similar as one leading to the other, while in English, angst means ‘anxiety about the state of the world’ which is how I can identify I have become the anxious person for the most part while growing up, which I have been working on as well in the death and destruction blogs going into both anxiety and dread about it.

Within the physical dimension is to then see how it is that all of these dimensions end up manifesting as a physical possession – how? Well, the moment that we give into the thought and make it a physical habit within it, we are essentially confirming that yes, the thoughts, backchat, reactions, fears are in fact ‘who we are’ and that all of such mind-experiences are ‘true enough’ for us to then live them out in the physical. Hence it’s this physical dimension the one that certainly exists as a consequential outflow of all the previous accepted and allowed mind experiences as real, it is the ‘physical possessed time’ wherein we have already abdicated the directive principle of ourselves and we essentially become the embodiment of our own mind control – sounds familiar? Yes, essentially every moment that we are not here breathing and being aware of ourselves as the physical and ‘lose track’ of what we are in fact doing in that moment – because of only existing in a constant myriad of thoughts, pictures, backchats/ internal conversations – wherein we are then only feeding the experience further and further while missing out the entire point of this experience which is nothing else and nothing more but a self created dis-ease through thinking and having a positive or negative experience about something/ someone in our world and reality.

Within the procrastination character, I realize that the moment that I am about to get onto doing something/ directing myself to complete a task, there’s a pinch of anxiety that emerges, that has been ‘slowed down’ so to speak from the time when I was a younger girl and going through school and having all the basic nervousness symptoms of having gastritis, multiple headaches whenever an exam or a ‘something to do’ would emerge that I would consider was ‘ahead of me’ and being overtly apprehensive, always worrying about the outcome of my exams, worrying if I’d get the highest grade – even if I pretended that I didn’t care – always wanting to get to places on time and essentially being in constant fear of ‘not meeting my goals’ which I later on suppressed as I went growing up with an opposite character. Within this I must say that my mother’s words were supportive since she always made me see how futile it was to be seeking to be perfect and strain my physical body for it, plus hearing words that would allow me to see that I didn’t require to worry about it since I had an ability to walk through school without a problem – however, the origin of the anxiety was never seen or realized in fact. So, I will dedicate myself to tap more into the anxiety experience, which has diminished considerably in the past years since I began my process of self forgiveness and self honesty, however, it still comes out which indicates that there are points that I must obviously still work through it and the realization is that such anxiety has been present lately due to and directly linked to the procrastination character, wherein the moment that we create our own ‘procrastination hell’ we become the embodiment of such ‘unsorted load’ and generate an overall relationship of self-abuse which is pretty much experienced at a physical level.

I had that yesterday in three different moments and all related to being asked the question of when the hell am I going to finish school – well actually could be four, lol since I had several chats with different people and realized that I am the only one that is procrastinating this.

So as I write this, there’s a flow of heaviness as energy that is experienced in my arms and in the pit of my stomach, which is where we could say the solar plexus actually is.

So far the only way that I have been able to slow down in physical reality in terms of walking slower, not rushing to get to a place (unless strictly necessary, lol) and going ‘ahead of time’ in my mind when for example, meeting someone, going to a certain place where I will have to face people, even making phone calls would be a reason for me to get anxious, like wanting to ‘get over with it’ – which is a key point here ‘getting over with it’ as this point that must be simply ‘rushed’ and ‘finished’ in order to ‘get to the next point’ – I mean, that’s not living, that’s just being like a Ford-T line producer that’s simply tied and bound to a single task-doing reality where no actual Living takes place. Unfortunately yes, this is the reality for the majority of everyone in this world because every moment that we reduce life to a sequence of ‘tasks to be done’ we are certainly limiting ourselves extensively within our capacity to see life not as a birth-consume-reproduce-produce-consume-die type of cycle with all the highs and lows in between – there is definitely another way of going through life even if it’s filled with ‘stuff to do,’ as I have realized that the moment we measure our days based on ‘stuff to do’ we miss out the point of how each activity is an opportunity to expand ourselves. And where does anxiety fit into all of this? Nowhere, it is a self-created TIME-triggered fuckup. I actually see how I have used Time as an excuse obviously, but also as a constant ‘counting’ of my day wherein instead of being here. I mean, even the sole ‘measuring’ of the day implies that I define myself according to what I did and what I did not do, which is just creating another aspect to give myself credit/ discredit for as an ego. No, I can instead decide to live in a way that is fully functional in every moment, and this implies not being subject to the reactions experienced Over going into an alternate reality of thinking, judging, backchatting, imagining, reacting over it etc.

I realize that I have separated myself from the actual ‘art of living’ which should be related to self mastery that I had on purpose seen as something ‘ahead’ of myself, impossible, ‘not now’ type of thing, without realizing that within this, I was kind of then sort of Still expecting me to do some ‘regular fuckups’ to demonstrate that ‘I am still mortal’ instead of actually taking a decision to not continue to allow any belittling within myself and others – as belittling was definitely one of the first points I worked with in my process which has been so far, cool – however, the anxiety point demonstrates that there is still this ‘uncertainty’ within me, and yes, directly related to this ‘something that I have to do’ and ‘complete’ as an ‘achievement’ that I am separating myself from.

So the physical dimension of this entire outflow of procrastination has to do with the various symptoms that one would experience as ‘anxiety’ among other physical habits like standing up and just moving away from the computer when the time comes to complete a task, or direct myself to get some water/ peanuts or raisins – or going out, which is what I have walked already in previous blogs, or simply doing something else.

As I was reading Heaven’s Journey To Life yesterday, I realized that I have in fact activated the ‘I don’t care’ character as a defense mechanism to keep myself in ‘good stand’ in my mind for not doing the task I know  I have to complete. This character would come as a temporary ‘shut up’ to the anxiety experienced at a physical level. Oh man, how far have I gone to cover up fuckup after fuckup of simply procrastinating a single task? Is it necessary? Obviously NOT! However, it seems as if I deliberately placed myself in this situation to walk through it, which is plain absurd but it ‘makes sense’ from the perspective that I have simply made an accumulation of decisions that were linked to the ‘positive experiences’ that I would use as an excuse to not get to this task.

A side note for me as well is how horrible it is to experience ‘excitement’ or some energetic experience that one would consider as a general ‘positive experience.’ I became excited about – oh god here I go – one of my so-called ‘favorite bands’ releasing a new album after a long time and so I went into this excitement that became a Really uncomfortable experience after a while, to the extent that I experience like a hangover of it due to the expectation – which creates anxiety – and the activation of all the emotions and feelings linked to this music – yes both emotions and feelings since it’s the type of ‘drug’ as an experience that I would be the most addicted to, this type of sublime experiences wherein you are rather overwhelmed by the sounds that terrifies us in a way and at the same time becomes a nice experience. And that, my fellow droogies I will walk separately and later on post as I will continue walking the procrastination character, but I see how the entire experiences linked to music must also be debunked, because it is ‘hard’ for anything or anyone else to create an experience of this kind within me, it’s mostly linked to music and the load I have imprinted on memories to it.

And This, I realized I have been a ‘frequent participant’ of based on what I got to understand in the Quantum Mind Self Awareness 18 that I highly recommend to anyone pondering about the ‘negative’ and being having mostly a ‘high’ from all things negative. That’s the shortest way I can describe it, get it  and then you’ll understand what I’m talking about.

So, let’s breathe and I’ll begin walking the Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective statements on the following blogs. Thanks for reading

Backchat Reaction dimension within Procrastination Character

Within walking this process of identifying all dimensions, I realized that the backchat has more to do with a series of judgments that I have held toward specifics in relation to myself and art and at the moment, I’ve walked that on a previous blog, however when it comes to the reactions, I see that the most prominent points where simply fear, anxiety and then a laxity wherein I would make it all alright and simply keep going without going into it.

I’ve had a song in the back of my head, Ricochet by Faith no more and the chorus says:

“It’s always funny until someone gets hurt…
And then it’s just hilarious!”

Now the most prominent reaction I am facing currently is  to my own stupidity-loops that I’ve walked, and as I write this I can experience some type of energetic drill on my arms because of how I did this to myself and my reaction toward this has been that of anger that I’ve channeled through other means – like points of getting angry at people for not cleaning the kitchen a month ago, getting irritated about other people’s expression as if everything ‘was fine’ and me simply reacting to it because of this drag that I’ve been keeping around myself all this time.  And it’s interesting because I got the point explained to me and still, I didn’t quite ‘get it’ in terms of being angry at ourselves for not changing. Now it’s quite clear and makes absolute sense, I was simply using others to ventilate my own accumulated inner-anger/ frustration for not moving on/ directing myself –this is how we try to ‘project blame to others’ instead of taking responsibility for our own deeds, thoughts and words. Listen to Anu’s recent interviews for more detailed explanation on this point, which will strip any sense of righteousness upon decision making based on the mind’s indulgence: Reptilians – Facing Choice (Part 2) – Part 108

Hence the reactions are more of an accumulated state of absurdity when realizing what I’ve done or not done to be precise. Being  this something that had become this ‘something going on’ within me that can be easily side-swept within self interest – and not even easily really, that’s also what I’ve made myself believe: it can be easily ignored in the moment, however it becomes like a constant gnawing thought – now the ‘gnawing thought’ makes sense when studying the Quantum Mind Series and getting a clue of the level of abuse that we are inflicting upon ourselves whenever we Think about things but not Do anything with it – Why? This is the question: if I realize that I am not supporting myself in keeping this ‘thing’ on top of me like a cross I’ve accepted and allowed myself to bear absolutely unnecessarily so, then why the hell have I simply not given it self direction?  Because: in the mind, everything is fine – yes just like ‘In Heaven, Everything is Fine’ and this is the point wherein I realize that I have chosen the mind to direct me and become me and my every day decision-maker instead of myself not accepting and allowing to give into the ‘same old carelessness’ toward things that I ‘know’ must be done and simply, doing it = ‘play the violin.’

A memory that comes up within this is how I would for example procrastinate simple things throughout my day as a child, like taking off my school uniform when getting home from school, getting to a point of having to be ‘threatened’ by my mother with a tickle-attack if I didn’t take it off in 30 seconds, then I would MOVE the hell off the couch, stop watching MTV  and run to take it off and put some other clothes – however when this wasn’t the case, I could remain the entire day with the uniform on, LOL – this is just ‘hilarious’ yes but the point is not the uniform or how I was conditioned to move with something I feared, which is something that’s very clear to me now –  but how these seemingly innocent patterns evolved later on with other points of procrastination up to one that I created  for myself and walking at the moment. It’s a ‘carelessness’ toward myself and a laxity that can accumulate in seemingly ‘unnoticeable’ points that I am perfectly aware exist within me and that I participate in on a daily basis. Within the previous example,  taking off the uniform would literally take me 20 seconds, 20 goddamn seconds… however I would simply move everywhere else, do all my homework and studies to the T, be a ‘responsible girl’ in all ‘school matters’ but could not make the single decision to take off the uniform – that’s the same experience that I’m having as a reaction to this procrastination point, which is pretty cool that emerged as I have this ‘thought,’ that single pixel frame of the TV-room I used to spend my days in, wearing my uniform for probably some 12 hours on a row or more lol, doing all my homework and my ‘responsibilities’ however not moving in one simple aspect that was related to me – which opens up the point: have I always done things for others then? And when have I really done things for me? I am sure this process is and has been as self-decision, which is how I have kept myself ‘constant’ within it – however the moment I separated this school-career project and making it ‘for others’ I turned my own tables and decided to judge it and procrastinate it.

The uniform was definitely constricting! it was uncomfortable, yet I kept wearing it –that pretty much sums up my reaction toward this point: it is constricting, it was utterly uncomfortable having this jack in the box constant nagging thought, however I did not move. And so, it is hilarious.

I said, “it’s okay to laugh about it”

As I’ve been working on the actual writing and moving myself within this whole procrastination deal,  I realize how I had actually enjoyed having begun writing the first version of it, which was far more extensive than the one I am writing at the moment and that is less ‘constricting’ in terms of the ‘rigidness’ of what a proper ‘academic written work’ should be like.  I realized how within simply writing and actually just ‘doing it’ to what extent I simply made a huge fucking deal out of it, while it only took me opening the damn file and reviewing, continuing writing and being certain of what I am writing as my own process, with full awareness of how it is that it is much more simple  to just physically do it, than anything else I could have made up in my mind of it being seemingly ‘too much’ – all excuses as backchat that I would react to in this heaviness at a physical level after going through slight pungent shots of anxiety and fear for ‘the future,’ giving into the mind experience instead of taking it ‘by the horns’ and not allowing me to continue procrastinating. But I did.

And so, as I’ve learned from some blogs I’ve read from Lindsay Craver, I realize how sometimes the songs we have in our heads are indicating ‘something’ that we are simply not fully seeing ‘here.’  and I’ll give a proper journey to life review on her blog in a vlog. So keep an eye on it.

And the chorus pretty much describes how I would go through my day by day, as if everything was ‘just fine’ and then realizing, oh fuck, I did squander my time – it’s done and gone. And now ‘the joke is on me’  and how well, I realize I can’t get more pissed off or angry at myself as that would be another stupidity loop – nor channeling through getting angry ‘at others’ because I can’t fool myself that easily any longer –

So, it is ‘hilarious’ to realize this yes, I mean, what’s left to do but acknowledge what I’ve done, how I created it, and how I am simply giving it direction without further reactions.

So the reactions at the moment are more related to having procrastinated this task all this time – it is a point of self-judgment and yes  I remember very well: ‘Do not judge yourself if you fall’ – However, if it is here and it’s just ‘hilarious’ that I did it, well I have to walk down the procrastination road and eat lots of humble pie (thanks to Cerise that explained that idiom to me)  and accepting my mistakes, that is the gift that I can give to myself wherein there is no positive or negative mindfuck to cover it up or try to find a ‘good way’ to justify why I procrastinated, or believing that ‘there was seemingly an external/ unknown/ mysterious  reason’ for this to happen, that there was ‘something behind this all’ that I simply am apparently unaware of and that’s the reason why I had to stay longer here and essentially extending my expiry date for a year – expiry date I mean with my due time to simply get things done and sticking around here.

So it’s always ‘funny’ and just ‘nice’ to keep ourselves deciding for the fluffy positive thinking and positive experience that one creates in order to not take on the tasks that must be done –  until the shit hits the fan and I’m brought back to Earth – why do I require these wake up calls then having to go through fear, anxiety, keeping it inside, rotting until it’s just a point where the pungent smell is telling me Hey you know, you could have just DONE it and get over with it, how difficult is that?

And this is where I look down and forgive myself for having accepted and allowed myself to  realize believe that I could ‘get away from this’ easily and that there would be a miraculous way to step-out of it, and not having to eventually do it/ work on this.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perpetuate a point of self abuse as a physical burden and a constant reaction of shame toward my own dishonesty to move/ do things/ get my responsibilities ‘moving’ wherein instead of actually taking the necessary physical direction, I gave into the experience of ‘feeling bad’ about it and then using all means and justifications like having ‘other responsibilities that are more important’ as an excuse, wherein then ‘blame’ comes as a suitable gadget for me to not see that I am the only one that is and has been responsible for this, and that in the end, I will also have to walk through the consequences no matter what – and this is where yes, there is nothing left to do but eat my own words and say ‘I did this to myself.’

Within this  – I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever judge ourselves as humanity for ‘waiting for a savior/ god’ to come and fix things for ourselves and then in the end, simply having to do it ourselves once that the shit is still ‘there’ and there’s no one to take care of it – thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in shame and embarrassment toward my own dishonesty which is simply another form of ego to victimize myself about what I didn’t do – why I did not give it direction and remain within a comfort zone of just ‘feeling bad about it’ which is not really necessary and even self interest to create yet another experience upon not doing something, instead of simply breathing, letting it go, giving myself proper practical direction to do it and that’s it. Within this realize how it is actually quite easy to simply ‘do it’ and not give into all the thoughts and judgments and backchat about it, or adding an extra layer of judgment when ‘looking back on time’ and realizing the stupidity I have created for myself, by myself

I realize that I will walk the consequences and that yes, the ricochet eventually hits us back again – and that ‘there’s no reason, no explanation, so play the violin’ – this is exactly what I’ve experienced and that’s just part of the lyrics.  I have no excuse, I don’t have to explain myself further to make it alright, so I play the violin which means I get this done.

More explicit self forgiveness in the next one…

146. Fear of Death

Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements/ Commitments

Thought:  I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear death due to the pain that I have accepted and allowed myself to future project I will experience, without realizing this is all based on knowledge and information that I have used in order to generate the fear of dead, instead of realizing that I am here as breath and that whenever death comes, I am here as breath to walk through it till breath is no more

Commitment: I commit myself to instead of existing as ‘fear of death’ I live my life ensuring that I can broadly say I have Lived this day as if it was the last day, ensuring that I in fact thus commit myself to LIVE and within this holding no fear toward a future and no regret toward the past, but live in every moment of breath here, so that whatever may come or may not come, it does not influence who I am here as the physical day to day living

Imagination: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold the image of me burning in flames as the utmost fear in my mind toward death, without realizing that I have created this pictures as ‘fear of death’ due to how I have linked heat/ fire to the most excruciating torture – thus it is all based on knowledge and information that I have linked to ‘pain’ and as such formulating my own ‘fear of death’ linked to heat/fire as the ‘worst way to die,’ binding myself to my own creation at a thought level, which is ludicrous.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use my imagination to think about my end as it is entertaining to ‘ponder’ about that stuff, without realizing that while doing so, I am in fact missing and giving away my breath of life to do so, which is pointless

Commitment: I commit myself to when and as I see myself fearing death and thinking of fire, I stop and Breathe, I realize that this is my own creation that I am here to take self responsibility for as it is only a thought emerging as a point of entertainment in my mind, without realizing that in doing so I am in fact missing the breath that is here as the life that I am existing as in every moment – thus I commit myself to live here as breath and Not participate in any thoughts about death, as they are utterly useless.

I commit myself to remain here as breath so that I do not go creating unnecessary thinking and draining in my body to create alternate dimensions of ‘death fears’ – instead I commit myself to live here, focusing on what is HERE

Backchat: I  forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold the backchat ‘I don’t want to die in a gruesome manner’ without realizing that in such fear I am just entertaining my fear, and there’s no point in even giving my breath away of Life to such thoughts about dying and ways of dying – I instead support myself to live as breath, wherein I am here physically aware of the body that is here and stop the unnecessary thinking about ‘ways to die’ lol

I commit myself to not entertain my mind with backchat indicating/ navigating through ‘ways to NOT die’ as it is absolutely pointless to entertain myself thinking about anything that is not HERE as myself as the physical reality – thus it is to live here, let go any minor attempt of thought about dying as a way to create fear and as such, ensure that I am breathing, living moment to moment.

Reaction: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear of death wherein because I have no reference to ‘death’ I try to make it up in my mind and react with ‘courage’ toward it, instead of realizing that nor courage nor future projecting about death is necessary as I am here as breath  and such, death may or may not come the next breath and that doesn’t determine who I am in the moment – thus I simply remain breathing not supporting any fear of death as a thinking possession.

I commit myself to stop fearing death or any thoughts related to dying as I see and realize it is mere entertainment for my mind to actually evade looking at what is here -thus when and as I see myself wanting to lurk around ‘fear of death’ and any thoughts related to that, I instead breathe and look at the point that I am facing in the physical reality to instead, work with/ direct myself to face the physical-reality that is here and stop going into the movie-theatre drama entertainment of ‘fear of death’ in my mind.

Physical: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel a petrifying fear whenever get an exhilarating/get a cool experience around thoughts of dying and how it ‘could happen,’ as I see and realize that this draining sensation in my physical body is in fact me creating an energetic experience out of my own thoughts, which is unacceptable when seeing, realizing and understanding that I abuse my physical and actually Kill myself when thinking about death and creating an experience about it- which is what requires to be stopped in any other aspect within my mind in order to actually be here and live

I commit myself to live here as breath wherein there is no possibility to create an experience of thinking as I see and realize that getting an energetic high through wondering and flirting about death is simply another way to entertain myself here, while abusing the physical reality and body that I am. Thus I live here as breath, and take responsibility for the thoughts I do direct in my mind in order to Live – I realize that creating even a positive experience out of thinking about death is rather ludicrous and no different to any other escapism modality to not face myself here – thus I take responsibility and face myself here as breath.

I see and realize that most of the ‘ways to die’ I have gotten from movies/ stories that I’ve seen and read and as such, accepted them as also ways to entertain myself in the mind, instead of being here as the physical realizing the absurdity of fearing death while I am breathing here.

Consequence: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not even be aware of what I have done onto my physical when ‘flirting’ about death and ways to die, wherein I am clearly not HERE as breath, but entertained in my mind with either a fear or exhilaration about ‘dying’ or everyone ‘dying’ as I see and realize that’s just part of the consequential outflow of me/ us not wanting to take responsibility for what is here as our creation

I commit myself to instead walk step by step my mind possession of either a positive or negative experience when thinking/ flirting about death/ dying thoughts, as I see and realize that I am here as breath and that such thoughts only indicate me wanting to ‘escape’ the moment in my mind – thus I bring myself back to here so that I realize that every single thought has a consequence to be walked through and as such I commit myself to stop creating consequences that are detrimental to self

Walk with us at Desteni to realize how futile it is to ‘Fear Death’ and instead, support ourselves to LIVE here in every moment of Breath.

137. Who am I within Choosing?

Fear: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ‘want to have it all’ while facing a point of decision between two or more options wherein the fear that emerges is ‘missing out on something’ by choosing one point or the other, instead of realizing that a want, need and desire exist as a mind point that can in fact be grounded and ‘landed’ to transform it into a physical practical and self-aware decision to be, do and live from the starting point of what’s best for all.

When and as I see myself fearing losing ‘the other one’ point as ‘option’ that I believed and perceived myself to have, I stop and I breathe – I realize that such point of possession to create a sense of ‘winning’ one and ‘losing’ the other only exists depending on the point of preference that I have created in my mind. Thus it is to instead change the starting point of who I am within having to ‘choose’ and instead of ‘choosing,’ simply turning the point into an informed decision that I can stand by for eternity.

I realize that the perceived loss is not real as it only exists within my mind, therefore it is to precisely walk the realization that I cannot fear losing something/someone that I cannot ‘own,’ thus it is to simply stop recreating the relationship in my own mind that holds no physical foundation other than thoughts, feelings and emotions when going into a conflict due to ‘fearing’ losing that other choice that only exists at a mind level. Instead I asses the points within the physical reality and stopping judging one or the other as ‘superior’ and ‘inferior’ as that’s only mind-assessing a point, instead of looking at it physically

I commit myself to realize that whenever I have ‘two choices’ and see myself wanting to ‘have it all’ as a point of mind possession to end up ‘winning,’ to see and realize that a point of choice can exist within the consideration of its viability and how plausible it is in this physical reality – as it is also a point to assess within practical terms instead of only viewing it as a point of preference as a ‘choice’ of a positive or a negative outcome, as that limits the point and reduces both options to simple inferior/ superior points as defined within the relationship we have formed with them in our mind, instead of walking it physically.

I see and realize that the first and primary point is walking my self equality and oneness wherein I cannot be defined by having/ not having/ holding one relationship to something/ someone, but instead are physically directed as points of support that I can align myself to without generating a desire and fear about it, but simply making decisions that are based on what is best for myself as all – and that’s the only valid point to take into consideration when making a decision.

Thought:I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think of a point of leaving something/ someone behind/ missing out on something/someone which is placing a point of value/worth in separation of myself, missing out the actuality as the realization of who we are as one and equal wherein there can exist no loss nor gain in any way whatsoever.

when and as I see myself creating a point of conflict because of not wanting to ‘leave’ something/ someone behind in means of opting for the choice/ point that is in fact best for all, I stop and I breathe. I realize that there is no point of gain or loss within making an informed decision that is best for all, as all that I am is in fact here as one and equal and that what I decide to be/ become and support myself with, can stand within such equal and one consideration as I am the one that decides the starting point of  myself within what’s best for all.

In this I can ensure that I in fact assist and support myself within my process, creating a point of actual self-support wherein I do not define ‘who I am’ based on the options/ points that I decide to walk with/ support myself with or dismiss, but instead become actual living-physical decisions of what can work and what cannot work, and in this the mind’s experience is not relevant as a decisive factor to ‘what I choose’  as this ‘choice’ can only exist within the principle of what is best for all in fact –

I commit myself to see realize and understand that a decision made within the consideration of what is best for, all cannot have a point of ‘lack’ in itself, it is to then see the ‘lack’ and sense of ‘dismissing’ as mind-created experiences in order to keep myself within a point of conflict that cannot exist and do not have to exist if there is clarity and certainty within the decisions made within the principle of what’s best for all – thus I realize that any dubitative mode around something, must be looked at what I fear ‘losing,’ then realizing that point of loss as an actual illusion created only in my mind as I cannot in fact ‘own’ something/ someone – it is only a decision to walk in this or that direction within the consideration of what is in fact best for all.

Imagination: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a point of ultimate satisfaction as physical exploration wherein I can get ‘what I want ‘and within that, satisfy only a desire in my mind that in fact indicates a point that I have separated myself from – in this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself through relationships to options/ choices that generate a point of conflict wherein I am the one that has created the conflict when not considering the point in practicality, but instead approach it at the level of desire/ want and need.

When and as I see myself imagining a point of happiness in relation to ‘having it all/ being able to keep the best of both worlds,’ I stop and I breathe – I realize that when walking the points of separation toward one or the other points/ choices, I am in fact able to see what remains as a practical and physical solution, wherein there is no longer a ‘make believe’ reality of ‘what can be’ as hope in my mind, but instead consider the physical practicality of such decisions and how it can in fact work in a long term basis as a living-decision in my life, wherein I ensure that everything and everyone involved, are equally supported within such decision.

I commit myself to walk the realization of how any belief that I had wherein I can always ‘end up winning’ in my world and that everything always ‘turns to my favor’  is a lie – Instead I can practically decide to align any point in my world to a best for all decision wherein I no longer stand as a a relationship to such point of choice/ option but instead, integrate it as part of the decisions that are based on practical terms, instead of playing a Hollywood movie in my mind, fueling mind desires that are not required at all when the point at hand implies Real living decisions.

Backchat: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold the backchat ‘but I want to have all options’ as an indication that any point that is sought to be possessed/ owned is in fact that which I have separated myself from, creating an energetic relationship in my mind of want, need and desire  – thus

When and as I see myself thinking ‘But I want it all/ I want to have all options’ I stop and I breathe – I realize that the BUT is already indicating a point of condition and restriction wherein I only Seek that which will give me an ensured point of ‘satisfaction’ in my mind, wherein the physical reality is not being considered. Thus it is to walk within the realization that the choices we make in our lives will determine the who we decide to be in our reality – and in that, only a principle of what’s best for al is what stands the test of time.

I commit myself to stop myself from holding two or more points in my mind as options that I Want and Desire to have/ own for my personal benefit, as it is within these points of desire as the mind that I create unnecessary conflict that I can see and realize are not necessary if I equalize such points to viable and practical solutions wherein I consider what it is that I am in fact willing to be and participate in throughout my life and in my world.

Physical: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a point of physical strain in my body due to existing as a diatribe in my mind based on seeking to fulfill points that I have separated myself from as desires and finding no way to ‘materialize’ them, as I see and realize that I can instead walk within/ through self forgiveness each relationship formed  to ensure that I am in fact considering the physical reality that is Here as all and everything in which I can decide what I will be/ live and become within opting for one point or another as the decision we make in our lives that will define who we are and will be.

When and as I see myself creating a point of strain at a physical level upon existing in a certain conflict, I stop and I breathe – I realize that a point of conflict that exists within myself as my mind is not taking the points to a physical and practical reality, but only fueling a point of conflict through thinking, backchat and internal conversations. Thus

I commit myself to breathe whenever I see myself wanting to ‘shove away’ thoughts that I consider as ‘not relevant’ and instead walk them through writing, applying self forgiveness to see what it is that I am in fact existing as in every moment and within this, ensure that I do get to know myself as my mind, as this is not about anything or anyone else but myself in such moment as the relationship that I have with myself as my mind. Then, once the point is walked writing, the practical considerations must be given direction to.

Consequence I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not exist here as an absolute clarity of who and what I am and what I am willing to be and become based on the decisions I made – thus

When and as I see myself existing as an experience of inner conflict that manifests at a physical level, it is to investigate my own thoughts, my own immediate backchat, reactions and experiences so that instead of ‘shoving them aside,’ I can support myself to in  fact walk them within and through Self Forgiveness to then see and assess what are the points I am separating myself from as a desire, and instead, direct myself to consider the physical practicality of our living decision.

I realize that all decisions stand from and within the consideration of self-equality and oneness, wherein whatever I choose or not chose does not change ‘who I am,’ as such decision will be based within the consideration of who and what I am as one and equal to the points that I decide to align myself to.

I commit myself to live the realization that any decision I made stands as part of the self-agreement that I decide to give to myself as the realization that that which I will decide to live and stand by, will be the expression of myself as one and equal in its entirety – thus, it is to instead walk a practical physical living-projection to see what is viable, what is plausible and what  are the potential outcomes when opting for certain decisions in our lives.

I realize that the Who I Am within ‘Wanting to Have it All’ is in fact a mind that seeks to satisfy itself with positive experiences and call that ‘a life/ living’ and ‘fulfillment.’ We are already here, and any point we decide to live with and by, stands as a 1+1 addition, wherein one cannot be less or more than one plus one.

This is the point wherein Self-Honesty stands as the guiding point wherein all the perceived choices can be actually be taken and considered within the starting point of what is best for all and in that, there is no way I can fool myself, as it is plain to see that any point approached from the starting point of energy, will fall. Thus I direct myself to make decision, direct myself always within the consideration of the physical reality and what I am here to equalize myself to and as within the consideration of what is best for all.

“I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that Any Choice that Cause Harm to another Life Form, is NOT FREE.

I commit myself to SHOW that FREE Choice is to Be FREE to NOT ABUSE Life.” – Bernard Poolman*
