“Whoever is the cause of another becoming powerful, is ruined himself for that power is produced by him either through craft or force; and both of these are suspected by the one who has been raised to power” – Niccolò Machiavelli
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to integrate the illusion of power and hierarchy as part of ‘who I am’ and ‘how reality operates’ without realizing how within this acceptance, one gives way to laws, rules, regulations to dictate one’s life through politics, through laws, through so-called education systems that in no way have inculcated living principles, a living understanding of who we are as living beings that are made of the same substance – instead, I accepted and allowed myself to learn of the differences, the hierarchy, the power structures, the laws to abide to, following the education system to the T and believing that such structure was created in the best interest of myself, my life, the life of others and of this entire reality, therefore
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my own responsibility to myself, to others, to this world through immediately giving up my ability to comprehend, realize, understand reality through physical living principles and instead, gave myself into knowledge and information, rules, supposed principles that I integrated as the way that I conceive and understand reality which I have used to lead myself through the world as a passive participant, believing that the existence of power in the political class was inherent to such structure that governs our lives
I realize that such power could have not existed if I hadn’t integrated the concept of hierarchy, authority, ruling powers, kings, presidents, monarchs, tyrants, dictators, magnates and any other position of power that implies a form of control and deliberate abuse in order to generate such power as the accumulation of ‘moreness’ at the cost of equality as life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever experience powerlessness toward authorities/power structures not realizing that my own submission, fear and experiences toward the idea of something superior to myself, validates and enables the creation of such separation to exist as ‘how our reality operates’ – therefore
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the actual existence of the system is not in the people outside of myself, but it exists within and as myself from the moment that I accepted thoughts, feelings, emotions and the entire comprehension of my reality in inequality as ‘how things are’ becoming the perfect slave and follower to whichever idea, construct and system that was formed from the beginning of our time and simply agreeing to give it continuation from generation to generation through education, culture as if such rules, ways, structures and systems were genuinely representing the laws of our being and what is best for all which was never so.
I realize that having a myopic view of the problem of the world in only focusing on one system, one area such as the offense-defense balances of political powers, the violation of human rights, the deliberate fraud the monetary system is are only consequential outflows of the inherent hegemon/ monarch/ king/ ruler/ leader/ tyrant and dictator that I have accepted and allowed to exist within and as myself as the mind, as the system that is the source and origin of ‘all the powers that be,’ that is the real image and likeness of what our reality currently exists as because words themselves as laws, people themselves as actors, money printed with numbers are in essence just part of this reality no different to anything or anyone else and that as any tool, it can be used for the benefit of all OR for the detriment of all. In this
I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realize that the key to change the structures of this system resides in the mind of each individual human being, for it is to realize that the best laws can be written to guarantee the best living conditions to all, the best monetary system created as a tool to guarantee the access to all the necessary means to live in a dignified manner can be created, a proper structure to ensure the preservation and sustainability of the ecosystem, taking care of the flora and fauna, the best constitutions can be written, but unless the nature of the human being changes = nothing will change.
I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my responsibility to life by integrating knowledge and information that directly separates, severs, divides, hierarchizes, abuses and confuses our relationship to one another as equals by nature and in this immediately giving into the belief that something or someone can genuinely have power over myself, which begins at a thought level and exists in that moment that we learn how we must follow rules, ways, laws, regulations or else we would be punished by god/ authority/parent/teacher/police/judges and any character that we accepted and allowed to perceive would have power over others through the threat of punishment, thus having to follow the laws, rules, regulations written by us humans that never have existed with a foundation of genuinely caring for all, but instead already replicating and mimicking our own learned – accepted and allowed – ways of thinking and conceiving reality through the mind, which is a system extracts life substance from the physical body to generate energy, using all means and ways to ensure that the power/ the energy is able to be obtained over life, deliberately using/abusing the physical, the life force to power up its own existence and continuation that was then prescribed as laws, rules, regulations, ‘principles,’ morality, ethics, philosophy, wisdom, religions, politics, science and any other form of acceptance of such premises to be ‘the reality’ of who we are, ‘how things are,’ immovable precepts not realizing they were in fact pre-sets, pre-determined and pre-defined ways to guarantee the submission of who we are as life to the mind, the power-system and believing ourselves to be only that: pawns in a system, having a purpose, fulfilling that purpose or else we would die/ we would be punished and cease to exist.
I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to in the beginning, fear the non-existence of myself based on the threat of ‘the powers that be’ whether it is the figure of a god, ‘justice’, parent, teacher, tyrant, judge, dictator, president, director etc. which are nothing else but necessary figures of control in a system that required such fear to maintain ourselves subordinated to the status quo, the ‘how things are and always have been’ and according to this acceptance and allowance of our history, our knowledge and information, we became slaves to it with an inability to think outside the box, because we accepted the box as the vox/ the voice in our head, in our mind as ‘who we really are. ‘
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to taint the meaning of authority with fear, with authoritarianism as the abuse of power instead of realizing that the authority of myself is the ability to direct and write myself to be a self-directive being in self honesty, using the real power that is the physical body to do so.
I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my self-authority as the ability to direct myself in common sense considering what is best for myself and all in the way that I live and relate to everything and everyone in this reality to an idea of having to be ‘loyal to the laws, loyal to authorities, loyal to my family, loyal to a country, loyal to myself’ as the pre-determined role of being a follower of the rules and regulations believing this to be something ‘good’ that would make me by default a ‘good citizen’ and as such, believe that this submission and subordination to become an obedient individual to ‘the powers that be’ would make me a remarkable, loyal and trustworthy person, without realizing it was exactly the opposite.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever participate in any form of superiority, subordination, inferiority, as the polarity in which our mind as the generator of this frame through which we view and conceive reality is existing as, which means that every time that I give my power away – which is the actual power of every breath – to a train of thought, to imagination, to an experience I am already recreating the slave-master relationship that I have existed as within myself, individually within the disparity that I’ve become as a body, a mind and beingness that has been suppressed by my constant and deliberate participation in the mind in the acceptance of it as ‘who I really am’ – this is then understood as the basic hierarchical relationship I’ve existed as within myself, therefore toward others as well.
I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to from a very early age believe that the intention of the creation of governmental structures, nations, states, and all the ‘powers that be’ was to guard my life, the life of all living beings in this planet, thinking and believing that if there was an authority behind the creation of our education system, the supervision of what we eat/drink, the rules that we guide our lives with then we would be immediately safe and our interests would be secured, without realizing that any formation of a hierarchical structure was never meant to be supportive for all individuals, for the existence of a hegemon/god/powerful entity implies already the subordination and abuse of everyone else that does not form part of such superior structure/class/elite.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that looking at political actors as the ones to blame is futile since we are the ones that from the beginning of our existence accepted the idea of god/superior, powers/ leaders and any other figure of power as ‘how society must function’ within the belief that we were incapable of taking care of ourselves, of genuinely understanding and exercising any form of self-governance – because we never pondered why we weren’t taking care of the matters of this world by our own hands – we became passive, complacent and subjugated to the laws, rules and regulations that we instead feared not following due to expecting any form of punishment for not doing so, instead of pondering why we had to follow rules that we inherently knew were not supportive every individual in equality and instead, gave into fear and decided to not question, not investigate, not challenge the way things are because in our own minds, we have never really been the actual director of our lives in every moment of breath, and instead gave ourselves into fear.
I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to integrate the belief that people in positions of power were ever placed in such positions to genuinely care for ourselves, to genuinely act in the best interest of all and within that, creating and developing a trust toward that which I believe was meant to ‘direct me in the best interest of all’ without realizing that this false conception has led us to believe that there were others taking care of ourselves and we then didn’t have to do anything about ourselves, understanding the structures by which our lives are governed – and instead focus on merely developing our individual lives accepting by default the limitation to ever aspire to get to any position of ‘power’ because in our education, in our comprehension of our reality such ‘realms of power’ were by default concealed of our understanding, leaving ourselves and conducting ourselves then to only conform, comply and ‘make the best’ of the limitations, the deliberate disparity and scarcity that we have lived in throughout our entire human history wherein as society, as human beings we have never coexisted as equals for we have always accepted and allowed the belief and idea that something or someone must be ‘on top,’ must be the one that ‘sets the rules,’ ‘makes the decisions’ and in this
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become complacent and lazy to learn or even care to establish proper foundations at a mind level to know how to live, act and direct ourselves in the consideration of what will be best for myself and everyone else equally, what will not harm or abuse others, what will support the sustainability of the relationships that enable life to continue, the relationship toward oneself as an equal part of such life – instead, we gave our ability to understand and comprehend the reality as physicality to the mind as the imposition of illusions made real through the violation of physical laws such as the notion of ‘power’ as something or someone “superior” defined by the ability to abuse, control, manipulate, deceive in self interest.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to neglect the consequences that exist as the totality of this reality based on the abuse and harm justified and conducted by people in positions of power/authority acting within the framework of a ‘power structure’/ hierarchy/ world system, not realizing that in such blind acceptance al of us, one by one, have played and become the silent bystander that has witnessed the abuse of each other, of all life and did nothing because we believed and justified it with saying that ‘someone else was responsible for it,’ and in this even becoming resentful, hostile, angry and rebellious toward authority without realizing that we have only been angry at ourselves for the ignorance, the complacency, the subordination that we accepted as ‘who we are’ in our belief of being incapable of ‘doing anything about it’ –
And yes, it is now ingrained to the point where it may seem impossible to deconstruct the foundation of this hierarchical structure that exists in every word in/as our mind, yet it is definitely possible to establish common sense, to understand basic living principles that benefit us all and as such go bit by bit, thread by thread deconstructing the fallacy, the lie, the fiction, the belief system, the knowledge and information that we have used to justify our abdication of self-responsibility to ourselves and all life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by condemning ‘the powers that be’ all that can be realized is how any and all forms of abuse and atrocities are not only conducted by the individual themselves, but as the pattern that has been accepted and allowed, integrated as part of our ‘human nature’ from the beginning of time wherein the way to survive was to abuse and through these survival mechanisms, we then followed through to create our institutions, our laws, our philosophy, our knowledge, our ethics and morals based on this premise wherein the inherent belief of hierarchy as a normal organization of life has become our very self-created demise.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that only through education about how the system operates, one is able to conduct change in the world, not realizing that this world as it is is the result of each individual’s participation in the system, as the system existing as the continuation of the past that exists within and as ourselves in the mind, harboring the basic premise and permission of the existence of direction as words in the form of knowledge and information that has never been existent to benefit the life of us all as human beings and our relationships toward everything that is equally here.
Therefore, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to continue to look at the balance of power to create solutions outside of myself, without realizing that even if the best laws, the greatest and most equal form of government is implemented it is only the structure, the foundation of the system to be – however the actuality, the matter, the substance of the system is not existing in the laws which are only words, or in the positions of people in power that are only fulfilling a role within the greater scheme of such structure, it is existent in how each one of us live and interact with one another wherein basic principles are lacking in our interaction with and toward the environment/ the reality that we live in
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to by defining myself as the mind that thinks in hierarchical values, impose such values, such perception, such frame and filter through which I see reality upon everything and everyone else, giving up my ability to see directly reality, to direct myself and focus on sheer basic observation principles where there are no tags, no inherent differences that can make us think or believe that some are entitled to be and have ‘more’ than others.
This is how knowledge and information on how the system is structured is only viewing a blueprint, the map, and the map can be corrected to follow new ways in which we can direct ourselves to a better destination – we are the ones that have to change the route in fact, we are the ones that have to direct ourselves to actually walk that process of changing the route, the ways to walk it or else the map as the words, as the new proposals, new treaties, new constitutions, new laws, new presidents, new monetary systems as organizational structures, as genuine representations of our self-governance and self-authority will be useless and remain as depictions, as representations or ‘dead print’ unless we genuinely live them, incarnate them as the living principles that we should have always lived by and is only now that we are able to see beyond the ‘mindframe’ that we’ve always existed as that we have the opportunity to change the way we conceive our reality, to understand how authority is not something imposed onto ourselves, but how each one of us accepted and allowed hierarchy to exist within and as ourselves first, otherwise it would have not been successful once such ‘authority figures/ powers that be’ would be created i n reality if we didn’t have the proper mindset to understand, to conceive and comply to the existence of such authority-figures/roles as part of our reality, as ‘how things are,’ never questioning why we required others to take care of ourselves.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that through the blind acceptance of teachings/education as the integration of ‘how things work in reality’ I became a complicit in the malfunctioning, the abuse and the violation of life in the name of merely complying and not questioning my life nor that of others which means that through this blind acceptance I became part of the necessary continuation, perpetuation of the structures of power and abuse by the sheer integration of words such as power, government, authority, control, fear, justice, laws, education, family and all roles of ‘authority’ contained in them as ‘how things work,’ ‘who I am toward others’ and in this locking myself down as just another pawn within the system that gives power away to others in the belief of others caring for myself and guarding my best interests, which is as we know not at all so.
I realize that in order to conduct genuine change in this world, looking at politics, looking at economics, looking at education as isolated systems is not the way to create a change because change won’t happen just by re-writing the laws, codes, books and explaining how things operate to everyone because what matters is the decision that each one of us take in order to live and integrate the living principles of life in equality with which we will conduct ourselves to live the necessary changes and corrections to the way in which we have lived thus far.
I realize that the lack of common sense and living principles is what has propitiated our submission and compliance to “learning” how to view this world through the mind, through concepts, through value structures, through hierarchical orders instead of learning how to view each individual as an equal, each living being in this reality as part of who we are and as such realizing that in order to be able to organize ourselves, to direct ourselves, we don’t require another to tell us what to do, but instead we have to live by principles of no harm or abuse toward ourselves or others as well as self-responsibility as our ability to respond, to act, to direct ourselves and our lives in consideration of what’s best for all.
When and as I see myself viewing the power structures in this world as something greater than myself, I stop and I breathe – I realize this is the outflow and consequence of my own psychological conditioning, called education which is nothing else but the acquisition of knowledge and information that enables me to accept and allow any form of authority, abuse, power, to exist in this world as ‘how things are’ which is thus an individual process of compliance that has taken place wherein we have learned how to ‘cope with the system’ and ‘accept the status quo’ instead of directly seeing how and why we have come to accept such world-orders without a question, to begin with, and realizing how such ‘power’ only exists in the belief I have imposed upon them/upon the structure and system in itself the moment that I abdicated my own.
I realize that my understanding of reality through the filters of education, politics, economics, philosophy, religion has created the entire continuation of this entire system by living within the compliance of their existence as dogma, as how things are and operate, how everything has always been with which we have become passive participants in the continuation of the same cycles of negligence toward life, over and over and over again.
I commit myself to stop any experience when I believe I have no say upon/ have no power/ have no authority to direct a point, instead of realizing that we can only have power to direct ourselves to be the living example of what it is to live in consideration of all beings as equal, the best living forms and ways in which we can coexist and how if our reality, our creation is not existing as the living principles that correspond to what is best for all, then we have to become that change and promote that change through the understanding of individual/ self’s responsibility within it all, realizing that by abdicating our responsibility = we give our power away and as such, we directly enable and validate any form of abuse that comes with the structure of power as something greater/superior than our individual volition.
I commit myself to live by principles that contemplate and integrate life in equality, what is best for all at all times so that no division, no separation, no judgment, no proselytism exists within me other than the living example of what it is to live by principles of life in equality, of the equality within and as everything that is here as myself and as such understanding my own mind, my own ‘brainwashing’, my own conditioning, training and point of control to then see how it is only through changing the way that I relate to myself, to my own mind, to my own thoughts and concepts about reality to go seeing what is useful and what isn’t to support myself and others to realize that if we want change, we have to be the change but that isn’t about demanding or only understanding how things operate, but focusing on self change, the how I live, how I interact with myself as my body and mind and with others always considering the ways in which we can coexist in real harmony and peace by ceasing to exist in the belief of powers over ourselves .
I commit myself to realize that the power we all have exists as the functionality of the physical body in every breath, and how we are able to have that authority of and as ourselves as we go integrating living principles that are the genuine way to have power in this reality, to learn how to live and coexist In equality.
I commit myself to restore or integrate a sound meaning of words that are not tainted by the mindframes/structures within which they have been originally constructed to support belief systems of separation and inequality, but instead are words that can be lived in a sound manner with a certain living outcome that is best for all.
I commit myself to understand the systems through which we have separated ourselves from ourselves, how we have created this creation so that we cease to recreate the same patterns and instead plan/integrate/initiate and ‘install’ a new living program, a new set of directions, new living instructions that are aligned to taking responsibility of ourselves and of each other as one and equal.
“Remember, whatever is faced or created within self – self is and has been the creator. Do not live in fear of what is here, understand it, realise self as it and assert yourself to stand-up for change, to not expose others as you to such a world – but create a world in which they will be embraced with equality and oneness and actual living”

2012: 8 Ways to Practically End Suffering
Let’s say that my ‘path’ through Buddhism was rather short-lived. The closest I got to it was by creating an ‘art piece’ that was called ‘Kit for the Traveling Buddhist’ which contained a little effigy of Buddha along with a small cardboard box that resembled a shrine, a little book that sums up the basics of Buddhism, some incense and porcelain incense holders. I actually bought that in Tower Records which to me made quite a cool depiction of how Religions have become nothing else but another set of products that one can buy along with any other entertainment and collector’s items.. I wonder if someday they’ll make a mini-Jesus version with a little cross that you can bury in a little clay monticule.
Let’s look at the Buddhist teachings/principles from a Destonian perspective – hereby I take all the necessary steps to place anyone into an appropriate context in relation to what the ‘Noble Eightfold Path’ is. See how great it sounds:
The Way to the End of Suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path, the way to deliverance from suffering taught by the Buddha. The higher reaches of the path may seem remote from us in our present position, the demands of practice may appear difficult to fulfill. But even if the heights of realization are now distant, all that we need to reach them lies just beneath our feet. The eight factors of the path are always accessible to us; they are mental components which can be established in the mind simply through determination and effort. We have to begin by straightening out our views and clarifying our intentions. Then we have to purify our conduct — our speech, action, and livelihood. Taking these measures as our foundation, we have to apply ourselves with energy and mindfulness to the cultivation of concentration and insight. The rest is a matter of gradual practice and gradual progress, without expecting quick results. For some, progress may be rapid, while for others it may be slow, but the rate at which progress occurs should not cause elation or discouragement. Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
There is no doubt that the MONEY factor is completely overlooked from the get-go. Sure thing, directing ourselves one and equal as our mind is one of the first points to consider if we want to create a point of change in this world – however, if one really takes a closer look at this, you’ll see that there is almost this ‘invisible force’ that will apparently make it all ‘work’ just by walking in an almost a blind-mode toward this elusive goal. These ‘invisible forces’ are equal in nature to the current ‘market forces’ that are the holy ghost of economics, human’s most well-sustained projection of there being something apparently undeniable and uncontrollable, like some type of force that has a life of its own, which is obviously b.s. No ‘greater intention’ will be able to create an actual change in the world unless there is a physical and sustainable platform that is able to actually allow the manifestation of ‘heaven on Earth’ if we dare to speak in such ideal-terms. All I see that we require is to give each other equal opportunity to coexist as equals, having equal access to what is HERE by default, by mere fact of being a living, breathing being that is part of this world.
Now, let’s place these 8 ‘noble ways’ into perspective.
1. Right View
See things as they truly are without delusions or distortions
for all things change. Develop wisdom by knowing how things
work, knowing oneself and others. At Desteni we share how walking in this physical reality requires being Self Honest about our own experience, and our everyday living activities while daring to live without having to create emotions and feelings as a way to ‘feel alive.’ We live here as breath, walking the physical reality that is HERE.
We walk a process of first getting to know ourselves in order to then be able to stand in a position of correcting and directing ourselves as equals coming from that vantage point of understanding how we function at a mind level, and how it is that ‘who we are’ within our mind creates the reality that we live in. Through this process we’re able to get to know others as well, because we understand that we have in fact been preprogrammed Mind Consciousness Systems that have exactly the same mechanisms of defense, of ‘living’ as a rather looping-life system with cycles that keep us trapped within a single life-design with no ability to ‘breakthrough’ – apparently.
Heaven is no more and we are now ensuring the old system ends with ourselves. We are walking the actual process of stopping our own constant delusions that exist every moment that we think, feel, believe, imagine or talk back to ourselves perpetuating our faith to our self-religions of ‘who we are’ as personalities, entities of knowledge and information that get activated through the use of memory and associations according to an entire lifetime of experiences. This is how ‘Wisdom’ has been useless in fact, because it has only served to separate ourselves from the commonsensical realization that who we are doesn’t require ‘knowledge’ to exist. Thus it only compounds as a nice thick layer of words that have no practical purpose in supporting who we are as life. Knowledge without application is useless – hence we cultivate Self Honesty to walk through the world, get to know how it works so that we are in fact able to realize our potential in order to change it once we stop existing as a bundle of limitations and fears. Within seeing what’s actually Here in fact without the unnecessary ‘rationalization’ that goes on in our minds, we are able to simplify our living reality because there is no need to make ‘wisdom’ about it, but just doing/ living what’s best for all.
The Right View is then linked to developing common sense to see where and how what’s best for all is able to be practically lived and applied in every moment that we are here -seeing with our physical eyes what is here without creating further judgment about it, thus stopping ourselves from re-creating the past from a single point of perception.
“Process is to find self honestly how things really work, to self forgive yourself for allowing it to work this way and then to expose the dishonesty and abuse about the system to help others see as well to strengthen the group that must be one and equal to bring change. The change will be common sense once one develop a self honest sense.”
Bernard Poolman2. Right Intention
Wholehearted resolution and dedication to overcoming the
dislocation of self-centered craving through the development
of loving kindness, empathy and compassion. What we have discovered is how many of us wanted to ‘change the world’ and ‘change ourselves’ from the starting point of bettering ourselves, being ‘more’ than what we perceived ourselves to be, sometimes even trying to gain some self-worth through ‘altruistic works.’ We wanted to create a sense of completion through ‘saving others’ and pretending to care without ever first asking ourselves Why and How we have accepted and allowed ourselves to perpetuate a system where there is not enough for everyone? How come we were trying to save others and ‘care for another’ without first even daring to care for our own lives? We never realized that we had to first make of ourselves the point of our existence.
All of these efforts were done in separation, disregarding the vital questions that are now the starting point of the solution we are presenting for this world: we cannot go around perpetuating charity and ‘good intentions’ while inflating our egos with any form of experience stemming from the gratitude that one would get by doing something that should be a living right, that should be readily given by virtue of being alive. Altruism is definitely another ego trip wherein one can get a fluffy feeling out of supporting someone that has been born in miserable conditions by default. This is unacceptable.
I’ve had short-lived experiences within this and being part of ‘missions’ wherein you go and live in the house of poor people and ‘live as they do’ for some 4 days to apparently get a reality check, while having the certainty that, no matter what, you will have a bus coming to pick you up and go back to your house where all food, comfort and $ecurity is in place. These types of actions might give you a little taste of what being poor is like, however it will never be like actually living within the fact that you have no possibility of stepping out of that system because there are no choices for you. However, it did give me a great lesson: I cannot cross my arms and do nothing about it. That’s how I sought for ‘answers’ in all places, including spirituality – to no avail, of course. It is now that I am able to stand for a feasible solution that will enable an actual platform of support for all beings in this world.
Hence the decision to live a process of Self Realization as Life is able to be lived/walked within the starting point of Ourselves. This means first getting to actually accept ourselves, while learning how to practically stop the constant/ consistent self-repetition of patterns and cycles that are not supportive for anyone in this world. The Intention is at all times that of supporting ourselves to understand what it means to live as equals, which, for the most part, is not trying to become something ‘wonderful’ or ‘marvelous’ according to any sort of belief that could point out that we are actually that. The intention must be based on what is best for all at all times. As the saying goes: The road to hell is paved with good intentions – which is how any ‘intention’ is merely the starting point that must be fully and thoroughly walked to its completion – otherwise, the middle road is simply something unacceptable.
We’ve learned how to first look at ourselves, and within stopping our inner turmoil, fears, beliefs, and judgments, we are then able to start looking outside ourselves to see the magnitude and extent of work that must be done in order to create a world that’s acceptable to live in for all living beings. We understand that ‘love’ is not real and that any form of kindness is often linked to a point of self interest wherein we only care enough because there is some benefit for us.
We focus on ourselves and learn to accept and give to ourselves that which we have perceived ourselves to lack; we learn that we can only exist as limitations of being ‘too flawed to change’ and ‘way too fucked up to correct ourselves’ if we remain in that intention of change without taking it full-on and living it/ applying it as the necessary process of Self-Correction to live as who we really are. This is a living decision that is not only built out of nice words and great intentions, but lived fully and completely wherein actual change is lived as self, which will then inevitably so within standing together as a group, and become the platform to create a world system that supports All Equally.
One can only desire to help because of tacitly accepting and allowing a disadvantage point as the foundation of our current reality: this is unacceptable.
3. Right Speech
Abstinence from lies and deceptions, backbiting, idle
babble and abusive speech. Cultivate honesty and
truthfulness; practice speech that is kind and benevolent.
Let your words reflect your desire to help, not harm others.Being the living word – being Self Honest – daring to see the truth that lies behind the usual characters that we use to play the game within society, where we manipulate each other and trick ourselves into striving to be the eventual ‘winner’ of it all, uttering words of apparent benevolence, hiding the actual ‘gist’ of it all which is mostly self interest and a sheer lack of common sense.
What are lies but only a way to hide ourselves from our responsibility toward who we are and what we have created? Therefore, lies would not even have to be ‘avoided,’ but simply seen for what they are: ways in which we manipulate each other to believe something of ourselves that we are not, ways to win, ways to be apparently ‘more than.’ It’s fairly simply – lying leads to making up statements/judgments that are simply not supportive for anyone.
Backchatting/ backbiting, idle babble and talking to ourselves are forms of mental possession wherein we can only become aware of one thing: we’re not HERE considering the physical reality that doesn’t require our marvelous human input to judge/ point out and essentially denigrate a reality that we have become so used to continuously judging, and within doing so, creating self-judgment that eventually becomes ‘who we are’ at all levels. We have already spoiled this reality to a great extent due to our ‘rationalization’ of reality wherein logic is taught in schools, losing sight of what ‘common sense within the consideration of all beings equally’ actually entails.
Hatred, harm, violence, abuse, denigration can only exist if one has not first debunked such words for what they are/stand for in their very ‘nature.’ There’s no doubt that we as humanity can get to know ourselves through the words that exist here as proof of the extent of separation we have created from who we really are. Such self-loathing and self-deprecation can only be created in a mind which then turns into a living-reality for many who are currently forced to suffer the outcome of such violence within wars, forced labor, family violence, social rejection and any other form of abuse we can name with words/ concepts.
Thus, what would speaking about such fallacies and intangible concepts such as ‘love’ and ‘light’ as a ‘non-physical energetic luminosity’ indicate about us human beings? Nothing else but a deluded ‘suit of benevolence’ as a ‘nice personality’ that is only seeking and sticking to positivity because of believing that, by doing this, the ‘other side’ as negativity and all the ‘bad stuff’ in this world will eat itself, which is obviously a rather naïve way of wanting to look at this world. Just another self-manipulative form to talk ourselves into a heavenly mental-reality that is nowhere to be seen or found in this physical-reality where the exact opposite is all that I can confirm: there is no god, and we are the ones that have created all this, so we must cut the positive perorate to actually take Self Responsibility for this world.
We don’t require to speak of ‘love’ and ‘light’ or ‘positivity,’ or use words to portray ourselves as pseudo-gods, instead we act and live words that can create and depict what we are here to be and become as life, words that represent who we really are, words that we can use to heal us, words that actually mean something because we live them – not words that have been extensively used and abused as a means of selling an idea of what ‘love’ and ‘compassion’ is. We don’t know what those words are, simply because all words are currently tainted by our current monetary system which has been the foundation of what we call a ‘life.’
Because of this, we must learn how to Live the Words we Speak – by saying this, we can see that many of the words that we currently use to define ourselves and the world will not exist, because they were never meant to support Life or Self Expression. Within walking a process of being the living word, we realize that our vocabulary must be self-corrected and ‘purified’ to see if such words are able to stand as who we really are, or were simply supporting a system of separation and self-deprecation.
4. Right Action
Practice self-less conduct that reflects the highest
statement of the life you want to live. Express conduct
that is peaceful, honest and pure showing compassion
for all beings. We could carry ourselves with as much grace on the outside yet feeling like shit on the inside and still be regarded as being ‘peaceful’ and ‘honest,’ or ‘unbreakable,’ being ‘tolerant’ while raging inside ourselves, continuing to suppress our ‘true nature’ which comes in the form of thoughts that can only be hidden for so long until there is no other valve of escape left, which is how any form of limitation to only act in ‘the right way’ leads to a point of self-limitation. This is what morality does and the same applies to any of the current points we’re revisiting here. See how the word ‘right’ is used as a direction toward only looking at a single side of the coin, which is tacitly implying that we must not look/ direct ourselves on the other side – what would be the ‘wrong’ actions then?
We don’t require to name them all – we just have to ask ourselves what is causing harm and abuse in this world and we’ll get an idea of that which is not best for all/ the wrong actions, and we can get our answer within looking at the byproducts of capitalism. How could we then try to ‘cover the sun with one finger’ and stick to ‘right actions’ while the very foundation of this world is misery, abuse, jealousy, hatred, disregard of any other being as ourselves? Unless we learn how to correct ourselves and stand up from that ‘shady side’ of our reality, we’ll continue living in fear while sticking ourselves to the ‘right side.’ Self Honesty is not nice or beautiful, which implies that we will have to face those dark corridors within our own mind and walk through them with Self Forgiveness to actually realize that all the ‘evil’ in this world has been created by ourselves, and within ourselves.
5. Right Livelihood
Avoidance of work that causes suffering to others or that
makes a decent, virtuous life impossible. Do not engage
in any occupation that opposes or distracts one from the
path. Love and serve our world through your work.It is definitely not about showing a graceful smile and pretending to be ‘at ease’ while doing the ‘right thing.’ It is about actually living in Self Honesty, which will mostly bring out the true demons that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to become. How could we dare to think that being devoid of any apparent desire will automatically lead us to some greater experience in life – that is absolutely ludicrous. None of these ‘selfless conducts’ will work because even if you see yourself ‘devoid’ of such mind and thoughts and had ‘positive self-talk’ to have your ‘peace of mind,’ you will still have to buy food to eat and coexist with the rest of the world that is still based/ founded upon abuse. What if there comes a situation where you are not able to get any money to buy food or have a place to live? I bet that such ‘pure expression’ becomes pure anger and frustration for not having created a solution that involved Equal Support for all living beings. Do we have to go that far?
We are already engaged within a world wherein we are inherently supporting a system of abuse. How come we never saw the obvious? How come we never questioned how Money had become the decisive factor between life and death for billions of beings on this planet? How come we have created such an artificial system and dare to accept it ‘as it is?’ Such ignorance is over – the way to live in common sense Here is giving equal access to resources and services that enable life within our current societies. Literally giving to each other what we want for ourselves – there can be nothing ‘greater’ than that.
The Right livelihood must be what is best for all, and that implies taking the necessary steps to intervene within the current political scenario in order to establish a solution that will require no further ‘benevolence’ than taking one single action: providing support for all beings to have a dignified life here. Sustaining such a system within actions that count and accumulate toward what’s best for all will be our day-to-day living.
6. Right EffortSeek to make the balance between the exertion of following
the spiritual path and a moderate life that is not over-zealous.
Work to develop more wholesome mind states, while gently
striving to go deeper and live more fully. There would be no need to ‘seek balance’ between two poles that should not even exist as such in the first place. We can only seek balance by continuously fighting ourselves as ‘energy,’ as thoughts/ emotions/ feelings that create this entire ‘extra-reality’ as an ‘extra-dimension’ in separation of who we really are as physical living beings, that could simply become used to doing what’s best for all, as natural as breathing. There is no need to create an ‘extra effort’ if we move at the physical pace of living and breathing – directing ourselves every moment to simply sustain a proper living-reality for all, which obviously includes ourselves.
There is no need to ‘moderate life’ if Life is walked as a Principle wherein all is considered – all excess, all deprivation are but mind-created dysfunctions that are not in accordance with what the physical requires, to the physical reality that is constant and consistent. This will certainly imply getting to know what it is to ‘live in moderation’ as a best-for-all type of living at a physical level. Money won’t exist as a limitation, therefore ‘living fully’ can only come once an Equal Money System is established so that we can focus on discovering what Life/ Living is really like in consideration of all within the same reality-equation.
There is no need to ‘work-out’ the mind – it is about stopping the mind from creating an alternate invisible reality with programmed patterns that have no correlation to what is HERE. No need to seek such ‘spiritual path’ because the steps are already here and they are all dramatically mundane which might ‘crush the heart’ of many that still thought there could be something magnificently ‘godly’ about it all in the sense of light, angels, masters and some ‘golden’ type of divinity.
7. Right MindfulnessThrough constant vigilance in thought, speech and action
seek to rid the mind of self-centered thoughts that separate
and replace them with those that bind all beings together.
Be aware of your thoughts, emotions, body and world as they
exist in the present moment. Your thoughts create your reality.Thoughts exist in the ‘present moment’ tied to a past and a future within/ as consciousness = a limited system that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to call ‘life.’ If our thoughts would create our reality, then by me creating ‘positive thoughts’ it would imply that I could have already stopped world hunger and human trafficking in this world, which obviously hasn’t happened at all.
It is not to become a constant ‘policeman in the head,’ a constant vigilante of ourselves, but being aware of such thoughts in order to take responsibility for them and walk an actual process of self-correction. Desteni is then the right place to learn how to ‘walk the talk’ and actually become the living words that will be supportive for all beings here.
8. Right Concentration
Through the application of meditation and mental discipline seek to extinguish the last flame of grasping consciousness and develop an emptiness that has room to embrace and love all things.
The mind as the con-center is certainly not the way to go. There is no meditation required other than seeing the world as it is and taking the necessary actions in order to enable LIFE to be equalized in this world. There is no need to create a ‘void’ to embrace – it is about mingling as one and equal with/ as everything and everyone that is equally here. That sounds great, and it is certainly easier said than done, but we cannot remain in the bubble of speaking nice words and talking about paths without having a direct confirmation of us ‘living the change’ that we want to see in this world.
When our attention and focus is here in the physical world, we will already be one point that stops the usual conflict that creates wars and segregation within our reality. This gives us then the ability to focus on doing what is necessary to create a world that’s best for all. It won’t be meditating, it won’t be preaching, it won’t be repeating mantras or praying to a non-existent god, but walking the correction and actions ourselves because that is, in essence, where we have missed ourselves.
Walk with us at Desteni and become part of the new Culture of Life that doesn’t require a doctrine to follow other than a single principle: What is Best for All – this will certainly end all suffering in this world.
A Must-Hear to understand what Practivism is:
2012: World Transformation – The How-To
And Buddha opening his eyes after a prolonged meditation, realized that he was still living in a world where abuse, suffering, poverty, starvation were existing. Where had he been while seeking Nirvana? Did that make any difference to this world?
Eugenics is Best for All Life in Equality
“Eugenics is the self-direction of human evolution”: Like a tree, Eugenics draws its materials from many sources and organizes them into an harmonious entity”
Eu = good/ well/ true and the suffix -genēs =born, origin.
Galton – the scientist that coined such concept – defined eugenics as “the study of all agencies under human control which can improve or impair the racial quality of future generations.”
Within the research on this topic I find that eugenics is expedient in terms of it being something convenient and practical although possibly ‘improper’ or ‘immoral.’ This is where science and its aim to support the creation of a better life – in this case at a genetic level – has confronted the moral, ethical and religious aspects that consider eugenics as ‘human right violations’ – as if such human rights had ever existed/ taken into consideration in the first place.
There is an entire set of prejudices based on this being ‘selective’ as in discriminating, racist and/or elitist – yet not taking into consideration the practical aspects of what would actually mean generating human beings that are well suited to live
The point that is often debated upon is identifying and creating a consensus on what can be defined as ‘defects’ which may still lie within the current morals of a society that wants to keep its feet around cultural values, heritage and any form of racial pride.
Because the ‘choice’ on ‘what is a defect and what’s not’ is the problem, we remove – a.k.a. deprogram through common sense – the values given to culture, racial or hereditary traits and focus on seeing what will be the best for a human being to live with a well equipped functional human physical body.
We already have the ability to step on this scientific aspects of our creation – yet it is most likely held secret due to the controversy around it for ages throughout human history.
Therefore, Science should not mix with morals and ethics – there is only one moral and ethical approach: What’s best for ALL
How to make it acceptable as the way to go for humanity?
Through deprogramming any assigned values to our current culture or race or any type of consideration that is more linked to the creation of such cultures/ races as separation of course, seeking supremacy and/or subjugating those that are ‘less fit’ which is one of the aspects that are currently being used by people in power to ensure that unsuitable DNA-mixing is propagated which will create less-fit human beings.
Within this we go to the point of natural selection wherein the survival of the fittest is the law of prevalence of living beings in this earthly context. This is existent not only at a physical level but to the extent of keeping bloodlines in tact for the purpose of preserving power and control within certain societies.
Positive and negative eugenics aim at the reproduction among the genetically advantages and lowering the fertility among the genetically disadvantage – all of this has been linked to Nazism and Socialism as well as Social Darwinism in the past, we are here to redefine it as common sense and equal life eugenics.
Plato was the one that initially promoted that human reproduction should be controlled/monitored by the state, as well as the creation of beings with compatible DNA that would enhance the qualities of a human being. Yet the overall best for all point was also missed and failed to aim at a general well beingness, remaining then as another form of seeking for supremacist ideals.
Pros and Cons?
What could be ‘reduced’ in terms of being able to modify/ control the creation of a new being? Illnesses, genetic disorders that cause certain emotional/ feeling patterns that have been transmitted through the DNA itself as well as The question is:
Is it possible to create such a tabula rasa for people on Earth? It would be playing ‘god’ certainly, though a god that will no longer have fucked up creations such as malformation and diseases that are virtually incurable yet hampering beings for their entire ‘lifetime’.
We are aware the the idea of ‘playing god’ is quite ingrained within human beings – here I place a perspective on this point:
“Every single human being is in fact doing so / living so “playing god” – can be seen in our direct-interaction with nature/world/animal-kingdom as though we have “control” over ourselves/ our lives / existence – when it’s in fact been the system/money. So – any person that ‘frowns upon’ that statement – actually doing it themselves already”-
Sunette Spies
If we take this into action, it would not be within the context of creating a ‘superior’ being above ‘others,’ but as an overall self- perfecting process to create an integral being at a physical and mental level. This could drop some jaws initially, but it is in essence how we can make sure that human beings can prevail, only through becoming literal reliable beings that is well suited to live in this world and act according to the rules that the the world has placed and NOT the other way around.
Dysgenics (also known as cacogenics) is the study of factors producing the accumulation and perpetuation of defective or disadvantageous genes and traits in offspring of a particular population or species.
The ‘cons’ are more linked to personal prejudices and freechoice beliefs around our ability to co-create fellow living beings.
People have tagged eugenics as violating ‘human rights’ – as if there were ANY that are being supported currently – because it classified people according to certain dysfunctions – ludicrous since we classify, tag and often denigrate ourselves through such names and classifications mostly linked to money and racial connotations in this specific case. Some are clearly the result of an unequal world such as the categorized ‘poor’ or ‘developmentally disabled’ which can be a cause of simply not having access to proper education.
Being blind, deaf, mentally ill, down syndrome and having any other congenital severe disorder that tampers the ability to live here are aspects that we would not want to live in/as placing ourselves in the shoes of someone that experiences such conditions for life. Therefore if we see the common sense of preventing its propagation and actual correction then why not supporting eugenics? It’s a definitive crime to allow beings to come into this world with such caps to actually live.
The fact that eugenics is usually satanized through linking it with other ‘evil avatars’ such as Hitler is an example of how indoctrinated we are to not see the common sense that eugenics proposes. The general belief that eugenics is ‘bad’ is just that, nothing else but a belief where actual DNA degradation is disregarded and not informed on the detrimental consequences that this process propitiates.
What’s Best for ALL is crystal clear
Just picture this, what is ‘more evil:’ allowing a mentally ill man to rape a woman and bring a child that is the product of a mentally- driven act of rape/ abuse on to another or cap his seminal tubes for life to be mentally-ill free? I vote for the second one.
Advocating this point can lead us once again to a known-link which is Hitler. The sterilization of ‘defectives’ was in his book Mein Kampf and as such it was regarded as ‘evil.’ – I have no problem at all with that either
I am a firm supporter of that which will ensure that no abuse is ever allowed again to bring kids into this world that will have no quality living due to being kept alive for the sake of any moral or ethical value attached to a ‘life’ that has no ability to ‘live’ in self-sufficient manners. I have no preference but supporting that which is best for all, above all personal regard to it which is basically non existent on this topic as common sense is clear enough.
Andrew Gable said on this point: spreading your seed that is genetically misinformed about reality is a crime against humanity and a statement that one is not for what is best for all
If we look at what’s best for all, the only reason that we would prevent a suitable creation of a human being at a genomic level would be having a particular sentimentalism or preferences for certain races linked to cultures/ languages, all programs that were deliberately created to have the current inequality we have. This does not consider the creation of a suitable being to live and develop in this reality, it’s only considering the satisfaction of emotional values attached to the point of ‘creation,’ among the rest of social prejudices that ensure you acceptance and recognition as ‘fulfilled or established’ within the system once that another being is brought into this world by the effect of such seeds.
Allowing the freechoice exerted through random matches without considering the actual offspring of such DNA mix is in fact a crime against life as physical-genomic compatibility is not taken into consideration.
“Within an Equality system, the mixing of DNA will have far less polluting effects as we will manage the consequence and correct it–only where the effect will be physically limiting or mentally limiting will we intervene” –Bernard Poolman
To conclude – we have to educate ourselves first to step out of the usual prejudices propagated by our so-called current education and media – which is the second school – and establish common sense as the measuring points for everything that is here. This implies becoming aware of the entire process that implies bringing another life into this world, not only at a physical level but at an overall mind and body entity that will contain the points carried out by the progenitors. We’ll be able to work with the consequences as long as there are proper corrections.
In the future this point will be part of the consideration of even thinking about bringing another living being into this world, wherein the single decision to procreate will entail a series of decisions beginning with the aspect of partnerships that will be physically compatible, as well as standing within the general basic equal agreement, education/ understanding and self commitment to take care of another living being for a lifetime.
Join us at Desteni where we are definitely bringing to the surface the most common sensical aspects that are already here, that are being only tampered by social prejudices yet entail what is best for all, which is usually being neglected or deliberately corrupted by those that control/ manipulate the information to keep humanity in an inferiority complex that is able to be corrected for the general well being of life in this world.
Euthanasia: Evacuate the body that suffers
Testing through words to write about – it became obvious that the points related to death, pain, suffering had to come through after realizing the death of a beloved being, yes everyone that had been at the farm enjoyed her.
I can only speak from the innumerable amounts of times that we played ball, the many times she’d come to my desk and place the gooey ball on my leg to throw it to her – it was never too far or too high for her to catch it, it never was too late at night or too early to do the same over and over again . All I’ve got is cool memories from that, but I also saw her suffering from the time she got her surgery and how she was really down and in pain – we’d take turns to baby sit her through the day – I remember not being able to cope very well with seeing her that way because she’d always be the ever-panting type of dog that’s never too tired to play ball…
So, a decision had to be made today, to put her to sleep because she’d had to basically go through the same process again which could eventually become a pattern – she had a process of her own definitely and some videos are still up about it if anyone wants to review them I’ll leave the links at the end.
Though this point opened up the Euthanasia which is something that I fully support and I told L how it is weird that we accept to do this to an animal but not to a human being – why not? because there’s a mental attachment from human beings to other human beings? I’d say the same goes towards an animal – anyways to me that type of differences make no sense in this world and preserving a human being alive just for the sake of keeping the family or the people close to the one that’s suffering ‘happy’ is sheer egoism, sheer selfishness wherein the actual experience of the human being is not being considered at all.
I cannot see why there are laws that cannot actually allow the person itself to decide to die, to have an ‘assisted suicide’ for the sake of ending the suffering from a terminal disease – we’ve become so infatuated with life preservation – or should I write “life” because we know we’re not yet actually living- and within that, pondering our ‘thoughts’ and feelings/emotions and whatnot over the actual physical experience that another goes when getting to a point wherein life in the physical becomes too much to handle, becomes a drag in itself – that’s not living and all people should be able to decide when to have a dignified end to themselves in such conditions – for clarity and third eye parties: this is NOT supporting suicide, once again: this is only in cases of people going through terminal diseases and any other physical impediment that tampers the ability to live and have proper physical functioning in this world as a decision taken by themselves after having had proper psychological and medical assistance to evaluate the case – yet not forcing the point of them staying alive if it’s virtually impossible to stop a degenerative process in the body –
From when I was a young girl I remember my grandmother was sick and remained with various illnesses through her entire life. I had quite a relationship with her, I liked teasing her because I saw her as easy-to-be-picked-on yet it wasn’t with malice, it’ was more like a way to make her laugh and stand outside of her own pains and self-created turmoil she lived in.
I remember organizing all her meds that were lying inside a box, out of their respective boxes and so when I showed her what I had done with them and expected a ‘thank you’ she proceeded to shuffle them all again, seemed she liked her stuff all messy anyways – I don’t know why I got that memory so embedded. Anyways she’s dead, she died like 2 years ago while I wasn’t in Mexico, seems my family cared-a-lot that I wasn’t here and that I didn’t say anything about it when I was back, nor have I gone to the cemetery or anything, not interested either.
My mother probably still sees this as ‘rude’ as she sent me a message to remind me of the day that she died this year – I simply replied ‘ok’ because I have nothing else to say about it – I didn’t grieve over her dead even though this is the closes ‘death’ I’ve had in my life – though I was never really close with her either – anyways, I was actually glad that she died because she ended her life-long suffering from various diseases – yet when saying this to my family, they reacted momentarily to my words but eventually saw how it was true.
When I explained to them how people grieve over their own death and how they aren’t actually considering what the person goes through when people are wanting the person to remain alive, they understood how it’s actually selfish to preserve someone alive for the sake of the people around them.
Unacceptable- yet morality fucks the points up, all religious babble that condemn these acts as well, all that which stands as a posture that isn’t considering the physical actual reality at all.
Lately I’ve had several people commenting on my video entitled ‘Is there Life after Death?’ in spanish – fascinating how it has pushed several buttons because everyone wants to believe there’s a heaven you go to – I only could ‘hope’ there’s a heaven for animals because they’ve been the real deal here in this world – and they are the ones that we’ve put on major suffering through our domination process on Earth – unacceptable. Though obviously not really ‘hoping’ for them to exist after death, is just one of those thoughts that I’d like to resort to in cases wherein we see animals suffer and die – I breathe and let go of it all as nothing that can die can be actually real – that’s the key here.
And so – we look at how evacuation comes after the word euthanasia – evacuating the body that requires to be put to rest to go back to the earth, evacuate it from the consciousness that suffers, that thinks and feels – seems to be the most eloquent and reasonable thing to do yet, we’ve got many perspectives in this world still fighting against this right.
I take some of the points that Bella once discussed in a pair of videos wherein people would focus too much on Euthanasia or assisted death and would create such grand debates instead of actually making sure that the same emphasis is placed on actually Assisting Life – so it’s a matter of considering Life as the cycle that must be taken into consideration from beginning to end in equal-consideration – no point must be ‘more important’ or feared or relevant – instead simply considering what’s best for the being and their experience throughout their life and support everyone the best possible way.
So yes, when Life becomes the highest value, death as an end to this life must be taken with the same care till the last moment and won’t be influenced by any type of morals or money or any other ideology that is currently deciding for being, but instead accept Death as part of the cycle that we’re in here for.
I have experienced these taboos at home and I’ve brought the points up until it becomes more ‘comfortable’ to talk about it- yet fascinating that people go into this tension to simply not have to speak about it.
Probably facing the ‘fear of death’ has come to me only through dreams. I had a very specific one wherein I gave my last breath when realizing I was going down a cliff inside a car that had simply missed the road and that was it – I’ve also faced fear of death in some real life minor events mostly involving car accidents, one where I could’ve fried to death and that I actually shared in a blog because it was in a fucking instant that I could’ve been dead in the middle of the night – fascinating how we’re so vulnerable to dying and that’s how we simply say: live every day as if it’s the last day of your life – that means: do not fear death, it’s useless to live to die and to see death as something that is not to be spoken about, or must be ‘avoided’ at all cost.
Removing the ‘fear’ and confronting it for what it is has allowed me to be more stable here in my reality – in moments of apparent death in dreams I’ve been mostly allowing it to come as in realizing: okay this is my last breath and I go – only once did I freak out while dying in a fire… so yes, I’ve forgiven myself for that and that’s it.
I am here and I live – I walk and I don’t fear dying – that’s what my conscious mind wants to say though there’s obvious points that I haven’t faced as an actual death so, it’s one of those points wherein I simply know that I won’t be thinking about ‘going to heaven’ or ‘going to hell’ and instead welcome the death when it comes and in any form it comes as I’ll know that it’s not something ‘bad’ to happen to me, but a single basic outcome that’s inevitable the moment you’re born into this world. As simple as that.
So conclusion of this all:
Dignified Life = Dignified Death for ALL in Equality
This way we don’t make death any more or less than what it is, we accept it and simply allow ourselves to let go of those that depart as it’s only part of life to accept and see death as part of this cycles we’re living as.
Thanks for reading.
