The physical body of life is in fact the Equality as Life that all of us individuals have. This exists by virtue of the natural way we are born into this world before being embedded with the identity, name or civilian state that comes along with our Birth Certificate, becoming part of a particular configuration and environment that determines how poor or rich a child will be, which opportunities will be available to have a dignified living, what type of religion and culture will they have to adopt etc. – these inequalities are not being considered as part of the problems that prevent Human Rights from being implemented in Equality in Humanity – the solutions are here.
Continuing with:
Problem
-
‘
Human Rights’ are understood by some as a ‘ broad abstraction’ and too much of a Universal Declaration under which All humans are meant to be categorized and implied in the same equation. This somehow troubles people with regards to finding anything ‘common’ in all humans beyond the biological or naturalistic perspective. This already reveals to what extent we have blinded ourselves as human beings to the point where we have been more focused on establishing differences, individuality, identities and nationalisms instead of focusing on the Physical Human Nature that we are all existent as by virtue of having/embodying the same biological quality of a physical human body, having a mind and a life substance/spirit that is no more and no less existent to any other individual. However there are still philosophical discussions on ‘What makes the Human Being a ‘Human Being’? which baffles me every time that people debate on finding all kinds of ways to prove why we are Not Equal and as such why we cant place ourselves under the same Umbrella such as the Universal Human Rights. Needless to say this is just the beginning of a series of debates on the subject, ignoring the physicality of the matter that should be already more than self evident to all: we are all human beings coexisting in the same planet, same physicality, same basic requirements to keep ourselves alive –yet we don’t live with this recognition, we instead keep us all ‘unequal.’
-
Nations have agreed to implement the Declaration of Human Rights however some have decided to not to implement the ones on religious choice or women’s rights. An example is how in Islamic countries religion is not a choice or an option, it is a fundamental part of their culture and identity; the same happens with equal rights to men and women where women are meant to be considered in a lesser position in comparison/ relation to the male. In Uganda homosexuals are punished because of it being against their culture and traditions – thus particularities are created from this Universalism and as such, it is not realized by the global society that these are in fact violations that are permitted in accordance to the distinctive traits that each society wants to preserve above the Universal Application of Equal Rights. These discrepancies can only exist when the ‘Human Being’ is understood as a social entity already shaped and molded according to Culture, Tradition, Family, Clan, Religion, Morals, Language, Race, Gender, Political affiliation, Sexual Orientation, civilizational Status – all of these aspects create differences that tamper the ability to recognize the physical and ethical universalism of being a Human Being, beyond political and social configurations that we adopt once that we start being acculturated and initiated in the process of socialization and education in this world – this is the process of separation and control.
-
The basic forms of Human Rights have been based on establishing freedoms as a positive based on a negative aspect – this means that they have not been clearly defined to be the declaration of equal recognition of who we are as life, but instead have been the outcome and result of having been imprisoned, killed, deprived from food, racism, religious indoctrination, etc. This is how we have Freedom from imprisonment, freedom from harm – freedom of thought, conscience and religion; there have also been freedom from oppression imposed by the sovereign which is odd in itself how individuals should have Human Rights to be protected by the government/ hegemon/ authorities that should be the ones caring after individual’s well being in the first place.
-
Even in countries where Democracy is applauded like Switzerland, Racism continues to be one aim amount the population to prevent Muslims from inhabiting their country – this is part of the religious stigma and economical reasons that would lead people to seek for better living conditions in countries where the best ones exist. Cultural and racial identification creates relationships of enslavement, physical, mental violence and abuse that generates new reasons for wars and separation, leading to the enforcement of social discrimination in which Equality is made to be seen as something near to impossible to be adopted by all individuals.
-
In history, Aristotle recognized the slave-master relationship wherein he explained that “the slave is a part of the master and their relationship is supposed to be natural due to having common interests” – also explained how some people ‘naturally’ don’t have rights, which is what justified slavery inflicted upon specific races which lead to ‘Biological Rights’ to counteract Racism. And this is part of our laureate philosophers of our ancient culture that are being read till this day.
-
The question is still asked ‘What makes us humans?’ which already indicate that there is still an inherent desire for humans to make some ‘more special’ by virtue of being pondered in some form of tradition, in a value system that each individual has in accordance to particular societies wherein their governors or kings are seen as superior than others, or where people of different races are seen as less than others – all forms of separation that stem from the categories, definitions, ideas, ideologies, religious doctrines and everything that exists as knowledge and information that separate us from the ability to recognize each other as equals.
Solution
-
Human Rights are the ethical and common sensical considerations that All States Accept Today – they have to be applied to all human beings in unison, by virtue of being part of Life from the moment we are born into this world. They must be Human because it applies to every individual regardless of the state they currently belong to; this is the way to abrogate any civil conditions that limit an individual as part of a particular society, culture, religion, political affiliation, etc. It is the natural recognition of all individuals being born Equal as part of this world.
“The First Fundamental Human Right that the Equal Life Foundation Promotes and Underwrites is that: Every Individual, Every Human Being has an Equal Life Right. That means: the Life You Have is Equal in Each One at the Point of Birth. That which Separates Man from Man is What Happens After-Birth once your Education starts for instance or your Environment Influences you, your Parents Influence you or the System Influences you – then You Start becoming a Separate Individual and are Taught Not to Respect the First Point that Makes your Existence Possible, which is Life. Life – that is the One Thing that is the Same. You cannot say: “One Person Has More Life than Another Person” – that Life, as a Life Force, is the Same in Each One and thus is the First Fundamental Right.” – Bernard Poolman
|
-
This is the biological and common sensical understanding of the Human Nature in Equality that must be recognized at a Constitutional Level, since it is based on the physical, natural and self evident fact that all human beings have an equal physical body that is the same in its main characteristics that embody the definition of Human Physical Body – this is our Human Nature. All secondary characteristics that are merely subject to particular cultures, nations, creed, race, gender are part of that which makes us individuals from the perspective that there are no two identical beings – not even twins – yet we all require in a broad sense the same physical requirements to live in a healthy condition.
-
Life is Equal in all Individuals and all parts of this existence along with all other life forms like animals, plants and the resources of the Earth. However, because the human consciousness is what has created the separation in this ecosystem, it is only the human being that requires this basic understanding to ensure that we align to the natural order of his world that is a living being equal and one to who and what we are as part of it.
-
By integrating our Equal Right to Life, an Equal well being and living opportunities will be given and created for all without exception – this is the solution that will ensure that our current Capitalistic system stops catering for a minority and instead is aligned through the Equal Money Capitalism to Value All Life as Equal.
Rewards
-
Recognizing Equal Life Right to all human beings establishes the necessary Universal considerations that have been deemed as ‘too abstract’ because of a desire to ponder particularities above fundamental principles that makes us all equal human physical beings. This will enable every individual to understand and consider all social configurations based on religions, culture, gender, preferences, language, race, etc. as accidental and secondary points that must not interfere with the recognition of all Life being Equal in all living beings no matter ‘who’ they are at the eyes of a particular society, at the eyes of our minds wherein we will have to educate ourselves to understanding, integrate and conceive human nature as this Equality of Life that exists in all of us by virtue of being/having and embodying a physical body that is the Life, the Self that is Equal and One in All Ways.
-
The end of misnomers, categorization and segregation of human beings around the world. The end of hatred, competition and deliberate abuse upon others because of ‘being different’ will be halted by all of us agreeing that a world in Peace can only be created by granting each other Equal Right to Life in the best living conditions – no harm, no abuse and our willingness to cooperate and live together to restore the dignity and honor that we have neglected to integrate as part of our day to day living – we begin with this process today.

Why has no Government ever been based on Equality ensuring that the Right to Life and Managing Responsibilities of all individuals is in fact a guaranteed from birth to death?
How is it that no Government has identified the right to have more wealth than others as a violation to basic human rights when someone’s wealth implies someone’s lack?
Continuing from:
307. CapitalismUS: Pursuit of Happiness
Problem
It is to protect rights that governments are instituted. A proper government’s only responsibility is to protect the rights of the individual, by banning the initiation of force, thus making all relations between men peaceful, i.e., free from the threat of violence and fraud.
http://capitalism.org/category/government/
The fact is that the government is not the one actually ruling how things actually work in reality, that’s why we are essentially blaming and voting for mere characters with certain traits that may resonate with your ‘liberal’ or ‘conservative’ side, which is nothing but tradition and culture in the shape of family preferences transferred from generation to generation within the belief that your right to vote and decide ‘who’ governs us is the highest civil responsibility you’ll ever hold – it is a fallacy, all of it, and this is one of the reasons we can all agree that we have been disenchanted from believing that our government truly cares for us. But, we haven’t even considered what is dead obvious now, which is that it has actually never done so, otherwise we would not be subsumed in the worst type of crisis since the invention of the stock markets and banks as institutions with federal powers to create money as they will.
No matter what the name of the regime is, no current formally known ‘democracy’ or ‘autocracy’ exists, because corporations are the ones holding the power by legal means which some have labeled ‘Corporatocracy’ or Capitalism turned into a Corporate Imperialism which is in fact the reigning power of the Anonymity for purposes of liability in our economic system, wherein, without the government’s regulation, no physical person is in fact being held accountable for the crimes against humanity and the Earth’s Resources, Flora and Fauna that are being conducted under the fictional entity mask that a Corporation represents. They are pursuing their own right to happiness, which means making profit in whichever way and means they can, which is the purpose of the organism in itself – this is where Money is valued Upon Life.
Without governmental intervention according to in fact guarding people’s rights, there is obvious abuse, and this is what we are witnessing in this world wherein governments have no say upon a corporation’s interests to usurp people’s properties with the license of being a bank, or water resources under the banner of free trade or hire slave labor overseas which can be excused with some honorable means such as ‘providing jobs in the third world’ or bringing some freedom and democracy to workers that are paid cents an hour for items that will be sold thousand times more in the first world.
The question is: why are we still holding such high standards about choosing a government when there is clearly no defense and protection to basic living rights, nor any real accounting system for each other’s responsibility? Because even taxes are not equally demanded and all those great subsidies given to corporations to come and do business in our territories is like building a trench for the enemy to come and kill our people and thanking them for such glorious act.
A president does not determine the distribution of goods and services and has limited to no-control over monetary policy, price policy and apparently to some extent the bill of employment – yes we all hear our presidents promising to ‘generate jobs’ to no avail – but as we know and in the example we’re studying here as CapitalismUS as the representation of a Corporate Capitalistic System, these are all interests controlled by ‘The Federal Reserve’ which is an organism that is supposed to be serving both gods, the public/government and the private/corporate sector, apparently the role of the Government is to ‘oversee’ and regulate the private sector’s activities, which we can all attest to, is not happening at all. This is the key-organism wherein magic takes place, wherein money is then brewed and stored according to the corporation’s interests and governments are being bribed to sponsor that or even bail them out with public taxes.
Suggest to watch:
-
In the previous entries of this blog, we’ve walked through the mechanisms in which Rights are currently being violated by the same laws that we are currently governed by, which is corporate law that makes our current capitalism a rapacious legal act that we are all complying to, and having apparently no means to stop because that would in fact mean we have to Stop ourselves as individuals from accepting and allowing the current system as is:
-
“We have created the corporation – and it’s regulated in our law that the main purpose of the corporation is to profit; how can we then in anyway blame the corporations for destroying our world? I mean – we have created them! The corporation is but a dead carcass – a corpus – that we’ve fueled with our money and sent on a rampage in this world to make even more money. As such – no one can stop the corporations – because the corporations are driven by our laws, and are created through political decisions – and funded by the normal guy that saves his pension in some type of a stock (stuck?); as such no activism in the world will stop this beast as the corporation – because the corporation is us in-fact.”
– Day 5: The Corpus Of Terror Law’s Journey To Life
-
It is in fact so that a corporation means an artificial body for judiciary means that represents our real current government, because the government in fact has no real regulation on the Economy due to its – read rigged –“unpredictability.” The government is more suited to go to wage war, find the right excuses to promote liberty and democracy oversees, hoard other country’s resources and have an extensive Foreign Policy than guarding their own Country’s well being – yes, this is about America specifically wherein it is infamous that there’s so many ‘prestigious’ economic schools there and none of them – or around the world – has ever developed a political and economic model that works for every single person equally.
-
Who or what is in fact ‘in power’ nowadays? It should be a mandatory point to understand that it is not the government, not the congress, not your basic constitutions that proclaim all men are equal, but the Corporations that exercise bribery with politicians that can’t serve both gods, money or the people, money wins and people as the majority are the ones that suffer from such greed, because they’ll accordingly generate the necessary Laws to benefit the Corporations’ interests and promote ideals of Progress and ‘Job Creation’ but never specifying at the expense of how many lives and what extent of suffering such ‘Right to Life’ in fact implies.
.
Solution
-
The ultimate Power that will ever Exist is always Equality, Equal Distribution of Power which means that the Government won’t be an all mighty entity that decides for the people – no. It will be an organism to regulate, administrate, oversee and ensure that the best ways to achieve collective goals for the benefit of the majority are implemented for the people and by the people. We will explore further on this point when getting to Democracy.
-
Each individual will have to become a political actor in terms of deciding what are the best ways to ensure that our rights and responsibilities are properly administrated. Within this as a Current solution: All of us that have enough resources and education to promote this information must ensure that it reaches to the majority of the people, that it is understood to what level such delegation of power to our government-and ultimately to corporations- is in fact our own self-created demise due to abdicating our political responsibility, violated currently not by a single organism, but by every one of us collectively accepting our current governments, corporations and institutions to guard our best interests on a shelf while creating laws that benefit the minority.
-
This means that it is each individual’s responsibility to ensure that a new Political force stems from the realization that: we can only Thrive in Equality, we can only collectively ensure we never again leave our lives at the hands of a few individuals that are Not caring about Life, but only profit/ money/ power and generating More wealth at the expense of the actual worker and laborer that is generating such profit for a ghastly minority that benefits from it.
-
The Government as an administrative force by legal means endowed by every person through democratic means will ensure that policies like Equal Profit Share is implemented as a way to cap the current ongoing monstrous imperialistic expansion that corporations are deploying, it is the power of the individual collectively associated as a pacific force through legal and political means that can and Must decide what are the best interests of the populace, our interests, our lives.
Watch:
-
So, if our Right to Life is currently defined by the amount of money we have, but Money is not available for every person in Equality, then once again looking at the definition of ‘Government’ within the context of Capitalism as written in the Problem section, the Government’s Responsibility would be to in fact protect this right to have a dignified living by regulating the processes that private and public businesses and corporations have
-
ROLE OF GOVERNMENT
The government will still play a role to provide everyone with their basic human rights such as healthcare, education, housing, sanitation, roads, employment etc. So – the government will fund these points through taxes. The only tax that will exist are the value-added tax on products – this will be part of the labeling of products – where it’ll show the percentage of the price that goes to tax and for what the tax will be used. There will be no need for an income tax to redistribute income in a fair way – because income will be distributed fairly from the get-go.
UNEMPLOYMENT / FULL EMPLOYMENT
If unemployment exists – the government must step in to create jobs where possible – because employment is a basic human right.
OVERSIGHT IN EMC
Within EMC the principle will be that everything is to work in harmony with each other. Therefore – dependent on which level a point of disharmony occurs, it will be addressed accordingly. If there is a worker within a company that is not acting in a way that is best for the company as a whole – this point will be addressed by a tribunal within the company. If it is an entire company that is behaving in a disharmonious way – it will be addressed by government departments.

Rewards
-
No More Masters, No More Slaves, No more Corruption, No more Corporatocracy, No more Violation of Human Rights in the Name of Profit, No More discrimination on a gender, racial or socioeconomic basis since everyone will finally be Equal in Fact and granted such Equality through the access to money, honoring one’s life and that of others through our own contribution to build a system that fosters individuality and collectivity by the principle and law of give as you would like to receive – all of this regulated by a Government as an Administration that will Ensure the actual Harmony between individuals and Nations.
-
All the rewards of an Equality based Administration will ensure that each individual lives a life of actual fulfillment, enjoyment, true happiness that won’t be pursued through force or corruption, but as a genuine disposition to live and generate a common well being for everyone, that’s where our freedom resides.

How has Equality been compromised in our current Corporate Capitalistic System and How can we Solve the Problem?
How have we accepted and allowed monetary and economic policies that are leading the majority to poverty without any ‘say’ in the Banks/Corporation’s rules and regulations? Because we accepted the definition of Capitalism as an unregulated model with all its charms and harms.
307. CapitalismUS: Pursuit of Happiness
Problem
Rights may be violated in only one way — by the initiation of physical force.
Rights are inalienable — within a man’s sphere of action they are absolute.
By inalienable, I mean that they may not be alienated from the person who possesses them, i.e., they may not be given or taken away, i.e., they may not be morally infringed upon. For example, a man may violate your right to your property by taking it away from you, but your right to that property has not been alienated, i.e., you are in the right and the robber is in the wrong.
http://capitalism.org/category/rights/
Why is a single policy that prevents you from having any financial solvency not considered a Physical Violation of your Right to Equal Satisfaction of all of the benefits Capitalism proposes?
What happens when the ‘Robber’ in such case is in fact the Bank that lend you the money charging you with an insoluble mortgage that leads to eviction due to you being incapable of paying it every month?
Why is it that we have granted Banks as Corporations the divine power to create Money and accept its current function and mechanisms in which such ‘power’ is created as a common agreement when it is clearly Not so?
Why is the right to property violated with the simple condition of not having enough money to pay for it in a secured manner without any form of interest? Even more so,
Why is the Right to Live in a dignified living condition only granted to those that have access to money?
The answer is: Profit, Power, Greed as Self Interest to have the most, which currently are the Corporations themselves, not the government.
Now, what happens with our basic Rights within Corporate Capitalism – or CapitalismUS as we’ve been walking this series:
-
Human beings have become commodities, a number that supports to create positive numbers in balancing sheets where the actual living conditions of the people are absolutely disregarded as long as they are efficient enough to meet their production targets e.g. generating ‘economic efficiency’ as defined by our current economic policies.
-
The coercion to bind people to prison labor, slave labor with a 22 cents per hour wage paid in Asian and South American countries implies that we deliberately neglect the fact that they also should have access to our proclaimed ‘pursuit of happiness’ and ‘right to freedom’ – yet, their pursuit of happiness is limited to making enough money to live that day which is the same amount of energy spent to make enough for their next meal. Do you see any form of ‘Self Determination’ in this equation? No, it is supposed that our International treaties had abolished slavery, but certainly not despicable minimum wages under prison-like conditions to workers around the world, with no access to Health, Education or any other Recreational right –I could go on and on with this type of example in multiple aspects in our society – this is just One part of the problem.
-
Power has become centralized in corporations that have more influence over the system than the State/ Government or any International Organizations – this is how our unregulated Capitalism is in fact the rights-giver which already gives us the clear cut realization that:it is not the president, the congress or universal treaties that set the rules, but corporations.
-
The natural world has become a commodity causing an environmental crisis wherein the rights of animals and living beings is also violated – We are close to a time where the Earth’s resources might be extinguished and we’ll be left with our digits, metals and bank notes wondering where has the real Value to our money gone?
-
Working people are being disenfranchised from their right to form unions, teachers are being silenced for teaching their students to develop critical thinking, scientists and social researchers developing new technologies that could ease the current peak oil, water and gas problems are being silenced and pushed aside because that would mean that great mechanisms to profit would fall apart – this is just one minute example of problems stemming from Monetary Inequality
These are the Concepts of ‘Rights’ in the Capitalist philosophy and how they are being practically inexistent and/or violated – however let’s look at the International Law aspect that should be regarded in order to implement regulation to these feeble and unfounded concepts that are currently overriding any form of Constitutional Equality:
-
Has the Declaration of the U.N. Charter made a difference in this world to prevent wars and mutually exclusive interests between Nations/ Corporations in our World-System? No, why has International Law failed to set a basic principle in this world? Because it lacks mechanisms of enforcement, which means its ‘Authority’ is bended by the Power of Money – (suggest referring to 308. Might Makes Right: CapitalismUS for further understanding.) So, as we know: as long as Money and Power – which is described as being an ‘Important Actor’ within these International Organizations decide that it is not in their ‘best interest’ to promulgate laws that ensure an economic equality, we’ll continue bowing down to those that set their preferences above principle, which means self-interest as power overrules the need and suffering of the individuals across the globe.
-
How is War accepted as a means to defend one State’s Sovereignty and Not considered as an absolute violation to any Peace treaty? Because Power decides what is Right and what is Wrong to do in the context of international politics. The same can be applied to look at why some nations fight against so-called ‘oppressive regimes’ or ‘totalitarian leaders’ while waging war against the people and causing death and destruction more than any form of peaceful democracy? Monetary Power in the hands of a few again sets the rules, and these are considered ‘Important Actors’ that are the real decision makers that can abrogate laws according to their benefit. How can we have respect for any Authority or Universal Treaty if one single denominator that has enough Power can decide to Not stick to an International Agreement? And what about those that have no ‘seat’ in such Commissions?
-
In essence: how can we claim or even know what a true living right is if there is no common sense developed as to How we can all co-exist and collaborate to work together as one single unit? All our rights have been funded upon the necessary division between individuals to be desensitized to see and realize how one’s own personal desires for the ultimate successful living is causing your neighbor to have less money and less opportunities – or non at all- to achieve the same happiness promulgated by capitalism, and how this exists in the ‘macro’ version between Nations that are becoming nothing to but territories to be colonized by Corporations? One can read the Atlantic charter to realize what ‘Free Trade’ meant and how this single agreement has become the framework for Corporations e.g. artificial bodies to have more power than physical people?
-
The United Nations has failed as an organism to protect basic Human Rights, it is an inefficient and a corrupt organism. Example, programs like ‘Oil for Food Programme (OFF)’ in 1995 was set by an apparent ‘Liberal democrat’ leader wherein the notion of Democracy was turned to another imperialistic tactic to the benefit of our CapitalismUS nation.
Solution
-
The jus cogens in International Law must be Equality as Life for All living beings- not only Human beings, but all flora, fauna and natural resources that are in fact natural elements that we’ve turned into ‘resources’ to fuel our current lifestyles. This is the fundamental norm of international public policy that should be accepted and applied to all nations and individuals. This is the only way in which International law must partake in the regulation of our current Economy to ensure the Universal Acceptance of this norm by all states and individuals equally by the recognition of our commonality under this principle, which is Life in Equality.
-
Now, these laws will have to be implemented at an International and Domestic Level, this will prevent States from proclaiming any malfunction in terms of arguing for “mutually exclusive interests,” since in Equality each one will understand and support the right to every individual and every nation to exist in this Principle of Constitutional Equality. Why has this Not been done before? Again, Money as Power has been the grave mistake.
Here’s the explanations from the Equal Money Wiki on the administrative role of our Administration:
Political Administration
The role of the administrators is a purely managerial function. They have in fact no more influence on policy-making than anyone else does. The type of functions administrators are to perform are for instance the convening of all identified policy issues by the population as well as their suggestions, the directing of all organizational aspects involved with bringing together a qualified committee of scientists with the relevant expertise in terms of the particular policy that requires to be formulated, the publishing of each step within the policy-making process and so on. Their role is thus to ensure that the Rule of Law as laid out by the Constitution is followed without influencing the content of the policies themselves.
|
Policy
Policy in an Equal Money System will be done from a starting point of considering what will have the best outcome for all life as a whole. There will be no debating policy as a competition for one group/individual looking to get an outcome that serves only that interest group/individual. The process of policy making will involve everyone, and everyone will have access to the necessary information to make effective decisions that will have the best outcome for all. Only policies which are in the interest of all life as a whole will be implemented.
Policy Education
The implementation of any new law or policy will first go through a process of education to the public, to ensure effective understanding – as any laws and policies will have to be brought into being by everyone collectively. Within this, television will be used as the primary media to present educational information regarding the law/policy to be implemented in the form of documentaries and news broadcasting.

Equality is an unbreakable law and principle will enable peace on Earth in a factual manner, wherein security and justice won’t be points that will have to be ‘reinforced’ and ‘upgraded’ for further control, but actual freedom in people’s lives will exist within the understanding that our Rights imply Equal Responsibilities to ensure that these mechanisms of Equal-Support are always watched by the populace through Democratic means – what does this imply? We will in fact be self determined beings wherein our Rights will be backed by International Laws and implemented in practicality by the System, which is the Equal Money Capitalism where all of our individual needs will be met in accordance to the principle of give as you would like to receive. Neighborism between individuals and Nations wherein the Right to Equality is the actual meaning of Peace.
