364.Education is a Human Right |Equal Money

 

Why do we Have to go to school? The motivation for Education has been that of preparing yourself throughout at least 15 years of your life in order to be considered as a ‘prepared’ working force ready and suited enough to ‘make a living’ in this world. But we haven’t questioned: Why is it that a human being is not supported from birth to already have all the necessary elements to ‘have a living’ in the best possible way, so that Education does not become a survival training program, but instead an expression, skills and abilities enhancer for every single being?  It’s time to turn Education into this Living Right and redefine the way that we educate ourselves in our world.

Problem                                                  

After our basic physical needs are covered, the next vital aspect to consider is Education which is currently either a great source of debt, indoctrination and pattern integration that does Not support individuals to become independent, expressive and self directive beings simply because Education is not Founded upon a system of Self Support, of Equality as Life.

  • We are obliged to go to School in order to acquire a status of a productive individual that earns money in order to make a living in this world-system where  Life is not a given right that by virtue of Birth. We instead are born into debt and dependency on a system of values that are not given to all individuals equally – this means that no matter whether you are rich or poor, we all depend on money to have access to live. Therefore: what kind of Education can we expect to get within a system that accepts Inequality ‘by Default’ as ‘How things are’ without implementing solutions that obviously must exist-  yet they don’t because the system is founded upon inequality and abuse – hence our ‘Education is compulsory’ in order to become the necessary work force that will ensure it works in an adequate and efficient manner according to the interests we have collectively accepted and allowed to be the foundation of our world-system and society.

 

  • This is the necessary preamble to understand that: every form of ‘Education’ we have understood thus far has not  in fact existed as a point of assistance and support to conduct a being to express in their utmost potential, but instead it has been a process of indoctrination where the values that one learn in school and in society in general, are the ones that are necessary to support the same system founded upon power and control: competition, desire to be superior, aspiring to have more and more every time, emotional and feeling enhancement to be easily controlled, and aspirations of success that are only related acquiring an elitist status in society – become a rich individual – that we have all learned to identify as ‘successful living.’ Yet, we don’t see that it is already a violation of human rights to have Education be a process of filtering people/elitism to see who would be successful and unsuccessful in a system where values are not based upon Life in Equality, but instead how apt an individual is to follow dreams and the pursuit of happiness in the aspiration to reach that ‘great living condition’ of wealth and influence. This is how we become the perfect working force – slave – to a system where money is tacitly implied to be the motivation to live, when in fact money should be a given right in order to actually learn how to live and expand in our abilities and skills as human beings to care after one another and all other life forms in an equal and one manner – this is obviously Not conducted this way.

 

  • In the Universal Declaration of Rights – on Education -Article 26.
    • (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

  • Within this is to understand that it is not Education in itself that is the problem, but how it is currently configured to function in a system of inequality, how it is determined by the social class you’re born into, the religion you’re born into, the intellectual skills that are transmitted genetically, the value of skills society imposes, the efficiency of the teachers, the curriculum, the standing of our nation in the global context, economic status, etc…  we are bound to a series of aspects that are beyond our individual direction – specially as a child – and are not pre-existent in an equal and one supportive foundation, but instead form the foundation of elitism which means that Education varies according to the amount of money you’re able to invest on it. Thus the ‘availability’ is not the problem, but how we have defined such availability based on the amount of money you have and accordingly, you will equally assure your working position in the future, but this is not how it works in reality.

 

  • Elementary education is only conceived to be pre-school/ first years of one’s life wherein a child is prepared to have a finite conception of ‘education’ such as getting good grades in order to continue advancing in their curriculum, competing against classmates to get the highest scores, obeying authorities, fearing punishment and consequence if not completing one’s tasks, valuing oneself according to the score you get in exams where only knowledge and information is required to be written out as a proof that what has been taught is ‘understood and integrated,’ which means that we are only indoctrinated to follow through with a system of reward and punishment and goal-setting attributes founded upon the fear of ending up either kicked out of school, which means being bound to a life of a ‘loser,’ not finding a job in the future or being considered as a ‘bad student’ which becomes then a reputation that a person may hold throughout time in all other aspects of their personal lives.

 

  • What is not considered is that all of these evaluation systems are defined according to ‘what is defined as successful/ excelling’ in a system that mirrors the labor system that we are born to be a part of within the same premise of: if you don’t have any money, you have no right to live – all of this means that our education is in fact driven by fear of survival and as such setting the foundation of control upon our children from the moment one learns that ‘not everyone will get access to the good things in life if one is not successful enough–and this is a fundamental problem that defines all other aspects in which our ‘Education’ is formed in our society: a fear based money-driven process of indoctrination.

 

  • Education in third world countries where no food, no water, no shelter, no clothing, no infrastructure to live in dignity exists is just a ‘luxury’ that is unattainable by individuals that are absolutely subsumed in  state of poverty that prevents them from having even sufficient energy to breathe. This is how speaking about Education as a Human Right is dependent on the amount of wealth a Nation possess and this proves that there are no such rights visible as long as children in the third world can be seen selling candies, food or doing factory work in order to live, instead of going to school – please watch the parallel lives of children, where one hast the usual ‘regular life’ of money that we know and the other one has, well, the exact opposite.

 

All kids are equal in nature, but the system configuration each one is born into isn’t.

 

  • Higher education becomes a ‘privilege’ that only a few are able to obtain if an individual has sufficient money to pay for it. We read that ‘Education is compulsory’ and it shall be equally accessible to everyone on the basis of merit, but what merit can  you get if you simply can’t make enough money to live so you have to study, work and attend to your personal responsibilities where there is little to no time left to become the ‘best student’ everyone can get to be?
    The following chart reveals the rates of High School drop outs that exist based on the ever growing income gap in the American economy – this sets the trend and model that can be found in every other country where the level of ‘drop outs’ may begin as early as junior high according to he necessity of individuals to make money / make a living in this world.

  • In the cases where a student is able to have sufficient score to get into a University/ College, if the parents didn’t save enough money for college – even as early as the child’s birth time – they confront one the greatest debts that a person engages to  throughout their life along with the previously mentioned acquisition of a house – this is about College and the business it has become to ensure that people are bound to paying for almost an entire lifetime the studies that they think they require in order to have a successful living. The usual logic and promise is that you will end up having a great job wherein you’ll have sufficient money to ‘make your dreams come true’ and you’ll use the surplus to pay back for the education. However in reality, we realize this is Not a true Fact – instead, students come out of college with over thousands of dollars in debt to pay for an education that was supposed to grant them – or almost secure them – the best possible job to have great financial stability; instead College Debts become the first binding point for a person to walk through once they finish their education and are out in the system of survival, barely making any money to live, ending up doing any other job that does not relate to the expensive college education they had and on top of that, are bound to pay back for it anyways – or not managing to pay for it at all. This means that the 18-20 years of Education most of the times ends up being a useless process of education that will not be in fact used as the source of an income, but instead a waste of money and personal integrity when finding out that not everyone can in fact ‘make it’ to become successful in this world.

    • (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

 

  • It is paradoxical and contradictory that Education is meant to strengthen a notion of rights that are entirely dependent on an economic system where even your basic needs to subsist are not readily given/ granted – how can we respect fundamental freedoms that are only available for you if you have enough money? What kind of freedom does a person living with $1.25 dollars a day can have in this world? What kind of respect are we teaching our children when finding  out that we have done Nothing to End Poverty, to End Wars, to End the Lack of overall support to every individual but instead have kept each other bound and forced to work and ‘try to live’ in the most happy way which is directly related according to the amount of money you have?

 

International System Problem

  • The entire configuration/set-up of our system which is  the platform upon which this Declaration of Human Rights was issued – after World War II where the American Hegemony was established in the world – set the tonality in which we would then understand our ‘Rights’ based on a Capitalistic system inherently flawed to only benefit those countries and individuals with sufficient money to have these rights ‘guaranteed’ and again, only guaranteed according to the configuration of, in this case, Education continuing to support and provide the necessary foundation for indoctrination to never question why is it that Education, Food, Water, Shelter, basic services are not Given as an actual Human Right? And all of this is in itself a set up of the Fundamental Violation to Human Rights, it is an economic and financial problem before it is an Educational-Values problem, because the values taught in school will already be shaped according to justifying this competition and survival system above any other principle or regard toward life, such as Equality, Honor, Integrity, Dedication, Respect, Self Honesty – none of this exists in a world where Money sets the rules of who lives in abundance and who is bound to a condition of lack.

 

  • If the United Nation’s sole purpose was in fact to defend Human Rights, all the money that is currently destined to maintain the Offense-Defense balances in the International Politics scenario in this world would instead be directed to empower individuals equally through Education; we would have already seen a great advance or the absolute eradication of poverty in this world among many other problems that are rooted in the lack of education. Instead that has been left to Humanitarian Investments that only support and justify the inequality of the system wherein charities are temporary fixes to a problem deeply rooted in the set-up of this entire world-system at a political, social and economic level. Instead, organizations like the UN are the ones that still accept and allow the existence of weapons that obviously lead to wars, and invest most of their time/ attention and resources to manage such international relations that are, once again, dictated by the hegemonic powers that lead the world. There is no genuine support and interest to implement the basic Declaration of Human Rights, because that would mean that there would be no space for slavery, control and fear-driven causes to make humans subject to money in order to live. In essence if Human Rights in fact existed as intended, we would be already equally free and we would not be writing about everything that has not been conducted in our world after thousands of years of so-called civilization.

 

 

 

 

  • Parents are individuals that have been also educated in this system to become complacent to the rules and regulations implemented through/as our Education Systems where the motivation factor that will define the Parental decisions in relation to their Children’s education will be based on securing their financial status in the future, giving them ‘the best tools’ to live, but what kind of ‘secure future’ or ‘tools’ can one get and give in an educational system that prepares you to compete against each other to make a living, where if you’re not successful enough according to these values that make this system function properly – competition, ambition, drive for success based on the pursuit of happiness/ the road to riches – you are considered as a failure in the system and as such, relegated to menial jobs that have no possibility of expansion and development in a being’s life. Therefore, Parents don’t know any better either as to what is best for their children because they too have been educated to learn how to fight for survival, how to compete, how to shape oneself in a way that is adequate to make money and have the greatest positions in the system.

 

  • The kinds of education currently available in this world depend on money, so if the parents have more than sufficient money to live, they will be able to afford private schooling which is considered ‘better’ than public schooling in most of the cases around the world – and in essence it is also just a training ground to become the ‘leaders’ of a world where unequal relationships are forged to sustain a system of inequality. Thus in fact one thinks one is getting ‘the best education,’ but it is in fact only training the people that will compete to get to leadership positions and be ‘in charge’ of others of lesser by-default positions in the system, which means that one becomes only the ‘system-holder’ within such positions of ‘power’ and/or control. Our politicians, our economists, our doctors, our teachers, sociologists, lawyers, communicators, all are equally educated to follow the same pattern where social polarization is studied, theorized and discussed ad nauseam with no definitive outcome to solve the problems in this world which are rooted in the way the world-system is set-up to function.

 

 

  • To sum up the understanding of all the flaws within the article that defends the right to Education promulgated by the UN, it is to understand How we have we come to accept and allow an inherently flawed Educational System whose parameters only perpetuate a system of power, control and abuse, no different to any other system because the ruling system is Money and as such Money defines the type of values, skills, dreams and aspirations that our children are imbued with/taught from the moment they step into our educational facilities. The role of the parents is currently that of guarding the interests of the System to ensure that the children become ‘good citizens’ in our nations that have been founded like corporations, not realizing or asking but Why is it that only  a few can achieve happiness and be successful in this world? We blame the ‘inadequacy’ of the child, when in fact it is that the system is designed to not cater for each one’s dream-fulfilling aspirations. And in all of this: who or what is the system? Each and every single one of us.

 

  • If we are Self-honest enough we will realize how the moment that we applaud an individual’s success in school we are not in fact recognizing the child’s skills and developmental abilities, but we are in fact applauding the road to success that they represent the moment that the System, through its preparation phase called Schooling, approves of the child’s skills, knowledge and information to be obedient to rules and regulations which we laureate with the tag of ‘Good Students,’ while in fact it is simply recognizing a well-indoctrinated being that will abide to the laws and fulfill the expected outcome it’s been imprinted onto them which is: making the most money they can and call that as Successful Living.

 

  • Last but not at least, the lack of understanding of ourselves as human beings that think, that experience emotions and feelings and make choices according to an inherent survival  mode leads all participants in our society to conform to ideals that we believe are ‘what’s best’ – however why is it that we breed more insecurity, fear, anti-social behaviors, competition, greed, bullying, hating, social segregation, disrespect, cheating, lying and all of the problems in this world that are ‘shaped’ in our schools instead of promoting the individual understanding of ourselves being Equal living beings with individual abilities and capacities to develop in different ways in which we can all ‘win’ if supported to understand who we are as our mind, our personalities, our thoughts, how to walk through emotional distress and any other type of experiences that are only seen as ‘problems’ in the individuals without a clear direction to them. This is one of the key elements that is absolutely missed in schools and delegated to a few psychologists to ‘solve the problems,’ without realizing this is an overall and all-encompassing problem wherein the entire configuration of our world-system is existent: from money system, government/ politicians, laws, parents, social inequality, media, environmental and resource abuse, familial relationships and all other aspects that a child is exposed to invariably become the ‘Education’ that is absorbed outside and inside the classroom, determining everything that an individual will become in the image and likeness of a system of abuse and accordingly a participant in society – and in this it is not only the Parents or Teacher’s problem: we are All Equally Responsible  as a Global Society for this

  • The dissolution of Power as Inequality and Greed will be done through Education, this is the first step and pivotal point to set the foundation for change in our world system, and this process has to be differentiated from any previous attempts to do so with no success, since the intellectualization of humanity only set moral codes for the Belief in Knowledge as a means to progress and better the living conditions in our society; but money was forgotten along the way of such ‘evolution’ that was only available for some, therefore an intellectual elitism is created from the restricted  access to such education which has been a constant variable that determines humanity’s well being according to countries/ culture/ race, wherein only the ruling elite or religious authorities get the education they require according to the role and position they would become in society, which perpetuated the hierarchical system we’re existing in, proving that Education as the basic aspect toward creating an Equal society has not been considered at all,  until now.

 

The Right to Equal Education

The Right to Education is the right to be a supported individual by virtue of birth throughout an entire lifetime with all your other basic human rights guaranteed wherein Education becomes the way to acquire practical living skills and a training ground to become an efficient living person in a system where life is by default supported, honored and valued in Equality.

Equal Education means the ability to be Equally Supported: All Individuals having access to Education that will be based upon the configuration of an Equality System; this means a System wherein Life is No longer bound to be Sold or ‘Achieved’ through one’s ability to make money, we will All be Educated to coexist as Equals according to the Principles of becoming an equal-participant that has equal rights and equal responsibilities to co-create our world in the best for all manner that will be conducted as the fundamental formation phase of the individual. This process implies developing all necessary skills to become an individual of integrity, honor, respect and dignity that recognizes all life forms as equal to oneself. Within this premise, the necessary educational programs will be developed in accordance to valuing life in Equality – Money will become a rights document to have access to that which we require to fulfill our lives, and with this Education will be considered an inherent part of our human development to continue contributing to this Equal Life based System/way of living and relating to one another.

 

  • The implementation of this new Educational Foundation will be done through the Equal Money System / Equal Money Capitalism in its initial phase wherein we will align the Education System in its entirety to become the fundamental process of support/ education and assistance for an individual to learn how to coexist with every other individual in Equality, this means:
  • In an Equal Money System, education is firstly designed around the principle that effective skills in mathematics, reading, communication, and, from as early an age as possible, understanding of the interdependent nature of the Human’s relationships with each other, Nature, and Animals, is a basic necessity that must be fulfilled for everyone.
 
  • Everyone will receive free and effective training in language, reading, and mathematics – the basic foundational skills that make it possible to effectively interact with one’s world. Prospective parents will receive training to ensure that they are fully capable of supporting their child’s development into a functionally effective Human.
 
  • In an Equal Money System, since one no longer has to learn skills associated with jobs designed around the profit interests of corporations in a consumer society, further skill development throughout the course of one’s adolescent years will instead be focused around developing a full understanding of how the world works, what skills one is best suited to and enjoys the most, as well as exploring social life.
 
  • Education in an Equal Money System has the goal of giving each individual the support to discover their true passion and abilities, achieve a comprehensive understanding of how the world works and how to support life, and develop healthy relationships with themselves, others, and the world while playing an important part in maintaining a system that gives everyone the best Life possible on Earth.     The Sixth Fundamental Human Right is Education which is the Way with which the current Division is Created on Earth and How the Justification of the Abuse of Human Rights are in Fact Done. Education is What Creates the Human as it is Now, that Creates what is Now called ‘Human Nature’. But, in fact, the Nature of the Human is that: the Human can be Educated and this Education, Fundamentally, must be Based on What is Best for All – considering the Human Rights Equally for all; thus Producing an Understanding, From Birth, on How to Coexist on a Planet with Limited Resources, yet We are All Here.

    Thus, it is a Violation to Allow Education to take place in a way that Justify Abuse in any way whatsoever, because it is a Known Fact that the Human will Become the Result of their Education.                   • Education will mean exactly what it is intended to do: to expand a being’s individual expression, to support and enhance the foundation for personal care, personal relationships, skills and talents in order to become a participant in this world-system where we will Equally create an Environment in which children can be born into Life – instead of debt, lack, fear, control and deception – Each one of us will stand as an example of the living principles that the system will be founded upon which is Life in Equality.                   320. Economic Power in Equal Money Capitalism

                  It is a blatant imaginary system imposed onto physical reality, that’s what money is: a mind creation that represents the relationships of power and abuse that we created in order to have more than others, and use others to do the work for ourselves. This is a mind problem that has become our current economic system backed up by the necessary political powers to make it ‘real,’ when it is absolutely not so.                   What is economic power?

                  The power wielded by a businessmen is the power to create wealth through production, and trade. In regards to trade in a free market, a businessmen can only entice you to do his bidding, by offering you something that you judge to be of equal or greater value in return as judged of your own free-will. His power is the power of persuasion: the power to appeal to one’s mind. Such power is derived by creating value–such as when Bill Gates (Microsoft) creates better products at lower prices. The businessman’s spiritual tool is the mind–and its material counterpart–is the dollar.

                  A fundamental building block in our consciousness is the notion of and belief of power endowed to money and the ‘benefits’ that come with it, which makes of money and end in itself and with this, Power became a disease in the human mind wherein our ‘creative powers’ have built an entire fixed system where by ‘the way the system works’ we justify  abuse, control, subjugation  and the ability to decide upon others according to and directly proportional to the amount of wealth/ economic power individuals have, created by the necessary deceptive means as implied in the quote above.

                  • This belief and justification of such Economic Power decides who stands at the top of the pyramid, who lives and who dies, who must live a life enslaved to a job to ‘make enough money to go by’ and who will be more focused on how to capitalize such wealth, which is in essence the disease of greed and power.

                   

                  • Money was created to fix a very simple problem: how to create a medium of exchange that could give a value to two or more different things that were going to be traded, which is also entailing the requirement for a unit of account. Money is a convenient tool to exchange goods and services in a common unit.  The exchange rate came into the picture later on, which is in itself a relationship of Power between Nations and ‘monetary authorities,’ which is the hegemonic structure where abuse was installed.

                   

                  • It is a Store of Value which enabled individuals to convert perishables into more durable goods – right, but it became a lot more than this since the amount of ‘durability’ that wealth has is more than just a mere practical form to secure your earnings, it has become an addiction in itself where earning more, having more, wanting more has overruled any form of common sense in an individual that ‘tastes the glory of power’ and becomes entrenched with the right of ‘pursuing happiness’ to do so, which is openly acceptable in our dog-eat-dog capitalist ideology and world.  So ‘Storing Value’ as money transformed into ourselves becoming and embodying such Amount of money that we have and call it ‘our wealth,’ our ‘power’ and justify it as our Lifestyle and Right to Be Happy.

                   

                  • These are the very basic functions you’ll find Money exists for – so, how was it become our God  and who has decided that only a few could really enjoy the ‘powers’ of it when having more than enough to do those basic trading operations? Well, it became a way to Control and Accumulate Money in itself as a form of Power/Control over others, this is through our own accepted and allowed ‘Authorities’ that are able to decide the Value of a currency in comparison to others, which reflects what we currently call our first and third world countries, there’s also the process of fixing prices and the rest has been explained where these regulations provide all the necessary legal means to make the most profit without any form of responsibility toward everyone involved in the creation of such Money as Value that became a Power/wealth in itself for some.

                   

                  • By becoming a monetary authority, states can manipulate “the Forces” that determine price levels and international capital flows. This is what creates the ever justifiable ‘monetary policy autonomy’ between nations, and this is what moves the world as we know it. A single authoritarian decision to create value systems that benefit some, neglect the majority and is perpetuated through legal means – this is where such ‘Economic Power’ resides, Not the Individual.

                   

                  • The greater concentration of this power, the better and our hegemonic system flourishes every time that we buy and consume from the Multinational Corporations and Enterprises that have become the real hegemons in our world system. It is this desire for Power that currently sets the ‘regulations’ and policies that are tailored to suit the interests of those that already hold the power, this is thus not a problem of ‘the System’ only, but of Human Nature existing in such cynical manner where No regard toward Life is existent, but we all Feed the machine through our very own desires to also have such power, so there’s no one to blame for other than our very own mind-mechanisms that have created money as a means to abuse in itself.

                   

                  • The main problem is conceiving this power as ‘good’ and ‘great’ and ‘your right to property, liberty and happiness’ instead of looking at the consequences that such mechanisms are creating in our world. The imposition of currency values as Exchange Rates determine which country dominates another through trade where the motive is self interest and greed, why has there been no motivation to create a single currency? Because there would be no benefit in that, there would be no acceptance from equal currencies to accept another country’s capital to buy cheaper labor to then ship the goods to be sold at a higher price abroad, isn’t it? Slavery, famine, homelessness, debts, lack of health, subordination, immigration, and any other form of abuse and slavery is accepted and allowed by this hegemonic system we’ve all complied to, a single VALUE we believe is real and ‘just’ by the means it was proclaimed to be so.

                   

                  So, how to Equalize this Economic Power within our current system?

                  • The key begins within the individual realizing that this current system of  abuse called our monetary policies, economic system and the executives behind it must cease to exist as they do now, that implies a reform through political means – democracy is the way to implement a new political and economical system that actually restores to money its very basic functionality of being a medium of exchange, a unit of value and account – and that it serves to enable people to buy goods and services according to the amount of money earned through the labor they support the system with, it is thus a giving and receiving motion wherein there will be no ability to abuse, since Equal Profit share means that no matter what position you are in within the system, you get equal amount of money from the total profit made by the business/ corporation, and the same in any other governmental dependency, charge, service that you give outside of a main organization.

                   

                  • The Value of Money will be life in itself, no longer someone’s desire to win more in Wall Street or exploiting ‘Free Trade’ in third world countries. It is and will be a functional tool that enables us to distribute life to all people that contribute to participate in the system, co-creating a sustainability that everyone can benefit from.

                   

                  • One currency would be the most practical of course since our Exchange Rate Regimes are only created out of the relationships of power an inequality that are currently accepted in our world-system.                   • The definition of Wealth will be an actual integrity of man willing to give and receive in equality, where money is the meaning of a generosity and appreciation for what we do to maintain and sustain a world system that is supporting each other equally. Appreciation means a-without price-  it is recognizing the value of our own work for the benefit and convenience it provides for us all.

                   

                  • There will be no more concentration of power since all profit will have to be immediately distributed to everyone in an equal manner. This is the end of corporatocracies, poverty, the elite, wars, imperialism, the have not’s, the middle class and third world countries – everyone will have access to the most dignified manner of living we are able to construct/ build and create for each other, as Equals.

                   

                  • Any desire for greed or power would be treated as a mental disease which will surely a security measure o ensure no human being is every again wanting to hoard any form of ‘economic power’ in the name of self interest.

                  319. Political Power in Equal Money Capitalism

                  It is only in our inability to take responsibility for our own desires to have more than others, to be ‘powerful’ and abusive that we’ve created a tyrannical system that represents our true nature – and then we simply victimized ourselves about it. Power can only exist in Equality and that cancels out the current abusive definition thereof.

                  What is political power?

                  The power of a bureaucrat of a statist society is the power of fear — the power to initiate force. He can force you to do his bidding by legally threatening your life and freedom. Such power is derived by destroying, or threatening to destroy values — such as when your local IRS man confiscates your home for not paying your taxes, or the DOJ threatens you with a jail sentence for being too successful.

                  • Government holds the power to act and should be at all times directed toward the benefit of all. However, this is not so. In capitalism.org’s definition based on Ayn Rand’s capitalist philosophy, we can agree that eviction over the inability to pay taxes is rather a violent act without any form of investigation of why such money is not being paid. This is usually done by legal means, and if not, by force – however, what about the businesses and corporations that are becoming the real decision makers in terms of throwing people out of their homes: is it a legislator or a bank that does so, and is a bank part of the government or an corporation that is a pillar of our Free Market world?

                  • It is easy to side view the responsibility that corporations currently hold toward society, because they have more power than the government,  yet are Not regulated by the same democratic means as a government does.

                  • If  we look at the current status of our capitalism, the greatest atrocities are being perpetrated by the fictional judiciary figure of Corporations.  And they Do imply  a form of abuse since the wages given might be ‘acceptable by laws’ but that doesn’t mean they are acceptable as a means to live in a dignified and comfortable way– in fact, there is no ‘fairness’ possible at all in our current system wherein money is not given or available to every person to live, where governments sell their ability to write laws to corporations and where individuals are seen as ‘powerless’ to file lawsuits against corporate powers for all the injustice that’s being committed by legal means as well, which means that our own ‘Legal frameworks’ and law makers are compromised to serve only certain individuals, those that have the money to do so.

                   

                  • Isn’t it physical possession the one that corporations do when going to a territory, extracting the people or resources they require to produce their own goods and services? Isn’t it extortion to give you a few weeks to get out of your house for not being able to keep up with your mortgage? That’s done by a bank, isn’t it extortion to oblige people to work in prison-like factories for 18 hours a day in inhumane conditions? Isn’t it that war for means of obtaining resources also a violation of basic living rights that are justified in the name of Security and Defense? Isn’t it fraud that people have to pay taxes to fund such wars? Isn’t it fraud to have to pay for a college that won’t ensure you have a decent means to make an income out of the studies you endlessly pay for’ – and this is our current Capitalist system, where no living consideration exits but only satisfying the need for More from those that already have the whole world in their hands.

                   

                  • There has Never been an actual government that secures and guards individual’s rights as long as there exist no regulation upon the economic and trading systems where money is moved, there is no ‘protection’ or ‘guard’ toward basic living rights where a working man is paid Less than what they should, which is nothing more and nothing less than any other worker in the same business or corporation, we’ll keep having inequality and a Government that backs this inequality as a form of ‘ever present flaw’ such as the way Poverty and Hunger in this world have existed throughout human history without any form of definitive resolution to the problem – this should already indicate what type of power we are voting for  in every electoral cycle.

                   

                  • The key-point is how there are laws and policies that are enabling corporations and enterprises and individuals to have more money than the government themselves. These individuals hide behind the corporation as the fictional entity that is regulated by laws that they themselves have coerced the law makers to create to benefit them and their ever expansive interests. Thus the problem is not lack of laws, but How they have been written, enforced and accepted by those representatives that were supposed to act in the interest of the majority, well, they are not 

                   

                  Who is Responsible for this inefficacy and/or abuse of the Government and those ‘in power’?
                  • Is it the Corporations or Constitutions or is it the International Organizations’ fault? Yes and No, it is within the individuals that such inefficiency, corruption and injustice is created in the form of the Nature of our Government, the Nature of people in powerful positions in the corporate world and the nature of the people that accept and allow this power to exist, which is everyone else not included those two spheres. That’s the mighty truth of our reality and as such, there can be no peace among men unless man understands how it is that we’ve come to generate all these mechanisms of control and abuse as a way to externally ‘cope’ with our own individual inability to consider each other as equals.

                   

                  A free society—like any other human product—cannot be achieved by random means, by mere wishing or by the leaders’ “good intentions.” A complex legal system, based on objectively valid principles, is required to make a society free and to keep it free-a system that does not depend on the motives, the moral character or the intentions of any given official, a system that leaves no opportunity, no legal loophole for the development of tyranny. – ibid.

                   

                  Why is this also part of the problem?  Let’s go to the solutions.

                  • The last quote above in the Problem section Still basing our ability to live in harmony based on legal frameworks that will still punish and regulate individuals as a form of control –we propose certainly something that has not been considered before, which is Education and a process wherein individuals learn what it is to become Self Honest and develop Common Sense to understand how any form of abuse or harm imposed onto another is detrimental to oneself and everyone around. The ‘complexity’ of the experience that Power gives to individuals when performing a form of abuse, extortion or violation upon other will be a matter for our emerging Psychology based on the mechanisms of the Physical Mind, where much of our current Human Nature will be able to be Understood.

                   

                  • The Government as an Administration will oversee individuals and ensure that all economic interactions are functioning properly. Our basic cap to greed and expansion of wealth is Equal Profit Share  in corporations, businesses and any other economic activity, which has been previously discussed as well.  See

                  • Education will be vital, since it is the key to prevent the current ‘enforcement’ of laws that stem from a human deviation to pursue power and control, which will be prevented and treated by specialists in Physical Psychology and the new Mind Technologies that are currently being developed to guide and support a being to transform their seemingly ‘uncontrollable desires and instincts’ to live in a Self-Honest and regulated manner, which means always considering Common Sense: what is best for all.

                   

                  • Individuals make the system, individuals define the nature of our system, that is individual political power: through Education we ensure that every person, no matter their position or role in society, will always act in the best interest of all. No more corrupt, greedy or authoritarian leaders and individuals, no more ability to give bribes to dishonor and commit treason to the people by benefitting a few with one single decision that affects all, this is able to be prevented by shaping our Education system to support parents, teachers, and everyone else involved in a child’s upbringing to reinforce the basic principles that we propose within this new system: Equality as Life.

                  • No person will have more power than other and that means that no ability to control or abuse exists. If here is any concept of justice that can exist in a physical context of reality it is this: Equality does not require ‘justice,’ it is already just in its means and ways to manage ourselves as individuals, it will reflect the nature of a human being that is a Living being above all – this means: the individual realization of ourselves being equally able to act, speak and do what’s best for all – this will enable us to stop being so dependent on political powers within a few to live well – we’ll get to be self managed once that we are able to invariably trust each other with Life and that’s what is the actual development or ‘evolution’ of the human, getting to a stage of freedom by one’s own directive principle to act, speak and always do what’s best for all in Equality.

                  We are Here to Stay

                  What would I be doing If I hadn’t encountered Desteni on YouTube? Well, that’s the question that many of us have asked ourselves wherein we can only imagine us being stuck in some religion, spiritual movement, drugs, dreams of fame and fortune and any other mortal desire what we’ve all succumbed to, that we all thought were ‘the goal’ to achieve in our lives.

                  We all one day were simply ‘looking for something’ on YT and found Desteni videos ‘as a casualty’ without it really being so as we were definitely seeking ourselves in the midst of millions of videos – now, such channels that lead us to where we are now are gone.

                   

                  This obviously has raised many eyebrows and we can only be grateful to everyone that has dedicated days and nights to record, produce and upload the more than 3000 videos that the entire corpus of Desteni videos encompasses. We have been listening the material provide d there almost on a daily basis for over three years building the single most genuine and one of a kind group on Earth – yes, people that are actually willing to Stand Up for Life to stop being a single preprogrammed consciousness system and start really living as Self Responsible self created beings that are not willing to follow but actually stand as a pillar of change within this world – that’s what we’ve become and I can be nothing else but grateful every single day of my life for being walking and working with people around the world that actually care, people that are willing to stand up no matter what – I’m always enthralled by the dedication each one participating at Desteni gives to themselves and to others within that realization of being one and equal – and placing that into constant living actions that support Life. 

                   

                  So, we simply remain walking, applying, supporting and growing ever green with this current inconvenience which doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world.

                   

                  One thing I’ve learned this far is also not to get attached on to things – even being able to let go of all the idea of the time and effort spent on these channels is part of walking this process so it’s really cool, we literally become immune to all sense of ‘loss’ as there’s nothing that can be truly lost – might be easy to read this but grasping and actually living it as your reality implies a whole different thing and that’s what  Desteni is: providing tools for people to now live the message – we are more than ready to do so and so, that’s how we’ll continue walking.
