412. How Does Writing Affect Change in this World?

How is it that through me writing I can affect in changing the world? This is a seemingly big question but it does have rather simple considerations to better understand why is it that world change begins with self-change. First of all is about coming to  understand and realize that self-change begins with understanding who one is as the mind. How does this operate?

What we see outside as the ‘mess of the world’ and all of the current wars, crisis, famine, poverty, disrespect and dishonor to one another is our creation.  How do we create this? Well, we are all participating in the world and we are all collectively tacitly agreeing that the misery, pain, suffering is just ‘what we agreed to,’ and so justify it with constructs like nations, money systems, races, religious constructs of all kinds including the religion of self as the ‘who I am’ as a personality compared to this/that person. What happens is that when we divide/split ourselves in these constructs, we become subject to what we know, are told, get taught which is all knowledge and information in our own mind. We then define ourselves entirely by what we learn throughout our living years and integrate it within ourselves as ‘how things are’ and not question it because ‘well it’s all that I’ve ever been/done so why should I even question it’? which includes thinking, feeling, becoming emotional, doing what our parents and authorities tell us we should do and so, by not questioning ourselves in our minds, we then of course by default do not question the world around us – and vice versa. In my case first came the questioning of the world, misery, problems around me and ‘out there in the world’ and later on questioning myself as the source and origin of this mess-world we have created.

What’s the role of writing oneself in beginning to understand the mess of this world as our creation?

Through writing we start seeing ourselves as words, through that we start developing our self-awareness which means getting to see ourselves beyond the veil of who we are as the mind, as a personality, as part of a particular culture, religion, education, family, political affiliation, preference or anything else that we’ve defined as ‘who we are’ and instead start questioning all of these ideas of ‘who I am’ as a first point of existential self-assessment. Otherwise, I mean, how can one ever get to a point of understanding about ‘the mess of this world’ if we see it as some kind of ‘amorphous mess created outside of ourselves’? It doesn’t make sense, does it? Where’s our role in it then? Whose victims would we then pose as if we believed we had ‘no say’ in how the world works? Absolute abdication of self-responsibility is what happens when we make ourselves subject to these ideas where one sees the problem ‘outside of oneself’ which is how through writing one starts understanding that the problem, the friction and conflict is derived from one’s participation in the mind, in one’s thoughts, feelings, emotions and living that out in the world as ‘our ways of coexisting/dealing with one another in the world’ which is then entirely mind based = not considering how we affect one another, what is involved in the decisions we make, who gets benefited and harmed by the tacit agreements we have as society.

Another aspect is that we tend to want to change ourselves/the world in quantum time/in one go, just because the water is ‘up to our necks’ which means one is having the consequences at the front door or already well into it and so there comes a desperation, an emotional experience attached to such consequence in a way that the ‘desire for change’ becomes just that, a yearning and fueling desire which is nothing else but an energetic experience that in the end amounts to anything, as an energetic experience in the mind doesn’t support us to change in itself, however we can use such mind experience to rather question ourselves about it: why does this sadness exist within me about how the world system operate? Are my emotions about the conflicts/wars going to create peace? Is my anger toward ‘the powers that be’ going to make any difference in how our society is hierarchically structured? And at the same time the other starting point can come through: does writing about myself, my mind patterns and habits going to amount to any form of change in this world? And within this I would say that there is no certainty other than the certainty we can give to ourselves that we are in fact, as a first point, actually beginning to question ourselves and introspect as to why and how the problems in this world are created based on the ways we think, act and speak as human beings, which are nothing else but broad categories to name our fears, desires, wants, obsessions, insecurities, value/worth perceptions, judgments, etc. All of this is what becomes the fabric of the world system as ‘the mess’ we believe we are separated from, which we are not as it is our day to day participation in this world as people in our minds that generate then the nature of the ‘world system’ which we tend to see ‘outside’ of ourselves or ‘too big’ to change.

Then, how will one’s writing process eventually become a solution for people starving, suffering and how do ‘I’ walking this written process amount to any of such world-solutions that are very needed?

Well, writing in itself as in ‘just writing’ is not a solution to it and there is a whole lot to understand as to how we have come to create the world system in the same mechanisms that we function as at a mind level. Writing enables us to identify how we operate within and without of ourselves, it assists in tracing the patterns and becoming aware of our responsibility to it. An example is getting to understand how we have come to agree to believe that wealth and poverty are acceptable, which is a belief within ourselves. It’s about investigating how we have kept countries in deliberate poverty and some others as deliberate royals in order to maintain the disparity going as the ‘legit’ reasons for poverty and wealth to exist and the ever present inequality. Poverty is the outflow of us not considering all beings as equally deserving the right to live in dignity and so believing that some countries/nations/corporations are meant to have ‘more power’ because (list/name justifications here) and within that, one falls into the trap to justify the existence of poverty and abuse with such reasons/justifications of why it ‘makes sense’ apparently to have rich and poor to such extremes in this world. Some of the reasons for poverty being that then, there will always be sufficient people living in survival mode that will be willing to work at no matter what ‘rate’ to get money to live and so in turn, serve the minority that has most of the power and control – money – to pay for it. In this, can’t we see that the reasons/excuses/justifications are exactly the same ones we have at an individual level when it comes to justifying one’s personal interests such as greed, not wanting to take self responsibility or wanting either a leader or a servant to do things for us? Same arguments apply, it’s our greed and self interest what drives this reality around, It’s who we are/what we accept in our minds that which exists as ‘how the system operates.’ Another example here: what is money if not a mind construct, an ‘agreement’ that we’ve come to place our blinding faith and word into to make it real – without such agreement and belief into it: money would be no different to the toy paper money that I used to play with as a child.

So what is the principle standing behind money? A belief in value – and what is a belief but a mind construct, a belief system, a set of accepted knowledge and information we impose onto reality, that we become it/embody it and stand in as the actual ‘living force’ of this entire mess; we are the ones that make it ‘functional’ through the ways we think, act and speak without consideration of how we affect each other’s lives, environments and minds with the ways in which we tacitly agree to participate in this society as a whole. And this is how through writing and understanding how our own programming, our own ‘environmental influence’ shapes how we behave, the decisions we make, the starting point of our decisions and how we interact with one another we come to realize that the unfortunate – but self-created – outflow of events as all the abuse in this world is actually nothing else but an outflow of who we are/what we have become ourselves in the mind: our acceptances and blind allowances. The most common example is once again money: one would not be able to ‘make it real’ if it wasn’t by a series of mind constructs, beliefs, ideas, perceptions, assumptions, indoctrination that we have come to assume as ‘how things operate.’

This is how when looking at a particular problem and investigating its causes, invariably, no matter which aspect of this reality you take into investigation as part of the world system, it will be able to be traced and brought back to self, to who we are as the mind, which is why this process of change is multi-dimensional, at all the various levels in which we have layered our reality.

Imagine you have a very neat white room with various essential objects to make it into a definition of a bedroom: bed, night table, a lamp, a dresser to name a few ‘essentials’ so to speak. But, what happens when one starts adding more and more decoration and furniture over time, from all the various preferences of the people living in it throughout the years, along with layers of paint, deterioration that comes with use, all the various complete overhauls of the space’s purpose etc. Of course this room will end up containing all those changes throughout space and time accumulated as layers of ‘time’ according to all the people that have used that bedroom/space.  So, getting it back to that initial pristine white room with the essentials to function will take a while, a cleaning/dismantling process within the consideration that just ‘destroying’ the room is not an option. The same applies for ourselves as our individual and global process: it will most certainly take a long time to do the changes we want to see or envision can be implemented in this world and in our personal lives. However why waiting for such ‘ideal’ if we know beforehand that ideals don’t come or appear as some kind of ‘spontaneous creation’: things/events/circumstances are always directed, there’s someone’s effort and intellect placed into it, and that’s where we go back to realizing that it is us that create such ‘global decay’ over time, because the Earth in itself was quite fine managing itself – so the ‘mess’ we perceive of this world as a separate point from ourselves, is in fact a life and a deception that we have to become self-honest about: we’ve created it ourselves and so it’s about becoming self-honest to be able to take self-responsibility here.

Back to the example of the bedroom over time: when one is absorbed in the mind, we tend to not see the connection between the mess of the room we have around us as our environment and our direct participation in having actually turned that room into the mess it is, and not only ‘us’ but also containing the previous inhabitant’s traces and past decorations/use and deterioration of the place – this is exactly what we have inherited as this world and what we currently live as in our own bodies and lives. So we know that it won’t be an ‘easy step’ to simply try and ignore our own participation in the creation of this mess and merely focus on being depressed, sad, angry or frustrated about the mess we see around us as that messy room. Why not instead dedicating ourselves to go dismantling the mess point by point, layer by layer of dust, deterioration, getting things sorted back into their place, getting rid of other things that are no longer required, doing the necessary reparation work, replacing any parts/components that have been overtly used and so essentially take the time, space and actual process to see how one can best improve one’s room according to also assessing the furniture/items you can still keep/use, some others that you can use as foundation to build something else with them that is more reliable/sturdy and with a renewed purpose. The same applies to our process in our minds: it’s about being able to assess one’s mind, personality, one’s participation in this world within such personality and see if what I am living/doing is in fact best for all, if what ‘moves’ us every day is only self-interest or if we have integrated some principles in our lives – therefore we can also become creative in such process as well, realizing our physical limitations in terms of money/space/time to create something, but definitely to not die merely ‘trying’ to change or to get to some developments, but simply make it our purpose of living: to get to live to our fullest potential as individuals and as a collective, humanity.

Eventually, as more and more people start realizing that the mess, the problems, the perceived lack, crisis and problem in this world originate at a mind/individual level, by all the behaviors, ideologies, ways of interacting, what we accept and allow, thinking, how we feel about ourselves and each other becoming our starting point of ‘who we are’ then we can certainly start ‘connecting the dots’ or ‘filling in the gaps’ to see that the problem we would vastly usually see as something ‘separate from ourselves’ and believing ourselves to be ‘helpless to change,’ will be so no more – why? Because then one understands and comes to realize that things like sadness, helplessness, worry, fear, anger exist as an emotional experience that we blind ourselves from actually physically assessing what is and would be possible to change in this world, how can we correct or align things that are currently not working at an individual and collective level in the first place. That is also possible when one understands through writing out one’s personal process of self-investigating one’s mind that becoming sad, angry, frustrated at ‘the problems in the world’ or at seeing wars, poor people, hungry people, seeing other humans  as ‘the bad guys’ will not solve the problem, but merely reinforce the idea that we are the ‘victims’ as in ‘this is being done To us’ without realizing that we are in fact the victims of our own personal experience as emotions about it, which in the end stands as an obstacle to genuinely change –  or a comfortable lie/blindness as a justification to not change.

So in essence, does writing have an impact on the world around us?

Only writing in itself will not. Writing used as the tool of self investigation such as the writing of one’s patterns, behavior, preferences, fears, worries is a method to get to know ourselves and so get to understand how we operate/live, what we have come to accept and allow. Writing can also be something that promotes in itself change, that inspires people to actually start looking within themselves such as what we do here as part of this process of self-awareness and self-honesty, where we start questioning everything that we’ve been and so assess whether what we are, do, what we participate in at an individual or collective level in fact stands ‘the test of time’ which is a saying to point out that the mess is created when we do/act/think in ways that are not best for all, ways that only benefit ourselves and do not consider all parts/people/beings involved. So, this is something that would not be possible to assess if one hadn’t actually begun to write/explore one’s life, motivations, purposes and so take the directive action upon it, to physically start testing out these alignments as part of what we see makes sense to change in one’s life and one’s participation in our everyday living. For this, writing then becomes a ‘self-tracking/self-assessment’ tool so that we can also go understanding how ‘the way the world works’ is primarily a reflection of these same individual patterns we face at an individual level. Then, the world stops being this ‘amorphous mess’ and starts ‘making sense’ from the perspective that we see our direct outflow and consequence created by the way we  live in this world, what we come to ‘agree’ about and how that affects each other’s lives, which includes all living beings on Earth.

So, to get to world change, we require to first stop the mess, the continuous conflict and friction within ourselves in our minds and deliberately start aligning ourselves to practically assess in every moment whether what we do/decide to do is self-supportive for oneself and others, using words to script the new foundation of what we see is best to live by, words that benefit myself and everyone else as well. By doing this, one realizes that writing is the workshop process, it is a starting point for self-change. However the changes and solutions to affect world change do require global collective participation, which is how we will only be able to change people’s living conditions around the world when more and more people realize that we create ‘the world’ as a direct reflection of who we are in our minds, and that’s how the process of world change begins with self-change and one by one in our collective decision to structure solutions that place an order to our self-created chaos, we can come to generate solutions that will affect each other’s lives to better them.  This is essentially what self-writing does and from there, one can also start expanding into introspecting about the world system, investigating the sources of the problems and aligning them by our decision to do so, to do and agree what is best for all.

393. To Live Courage in the At-Most-Fear

DSC01826

If there’s one thing required to walk this process of self-honesty is courage, is having the guts to be able to live a different starting point that we have been taught-into throughout our entire existence, which is  to live in fear, to not take risks, to ‘play safe’ in the game, to follow the rules, to avoid any form of punishment and as such never really challenge the status quo.

I remember that I would have to ‘pull up my socks’ so to speak when it came to being able to be frank and direct to see my own hidden agendas, the reasons why I chose to be and become a particular personality, why I would like and dislike things, why I would dress in a particular way, why I would stash so much knowledge on certain fields and not others, how I wanted to be seen and validated by others according to the great lie I could construct and build up as part of a general process that we even encourage in our society, which is that of ego-creation/personalities in order to satisfy an idea of oneself being valuable in the world-market where everything we do and say can be sold and bought as part of the merchandise that we produce every single day in a world, where life is not really lived, but bought and sold too.

So the moment that one starts challenging the whole starting point of ‘who I am’ from the achievement of personal glory and fame or ultimate recognition by ‘others’ and so be apparently ‘powerful’ in society, one is faced with the challenge of having to actually do things for the sake of oneself – not for another, not for gaining a prize or a ‘good mark’, or a ‘good position’ for the sake of being above others – but because one actually decides to stop existing in such superior/inferior survival mode of fighting against each other and instead, one realize that one can in fact stop living in the constant competition and struggle to ‘get to the top’ by fearing not ‘getting to the top’ and so realize that these hierarchical structures have only been ideas, constructs in our minds that we’ve imprinted within us from the very first moments we begin comparing ourselves to others and begin quantifying and valuing things and people as more-than or less than ourselves.

It’s interesting that I hadn’t looked at the ability to stop living in such more-than/less-than mentality of survival and fear as something that requires courage, because it actually implies no longer being motivated by fear of having/not having or being more-than/ less-than something or someone while fueling the desire to be more than, which are general constructs that we usually keep our entire societies running with. In my case I saw the common sense of stopping that constant requirement to be ‘validated by others’ and/or expecting recognition, which actually implies having the courage to do things for myself in a world where we’re taught that we always have to focus on doing it for the sake of something and someone else only, to get a certain job/position in the system, to get more fame and recognition, to obtain a relationship, to be granted some form of tribute, to appear as ‘more than’ at all times, which in turn  we create the nature of the system where this constant ‘struggle’ is seen as “success” because we have never actually valued who we really are for what we are already, for what we are able to live and conduct as a matter of self-direction instead of having to ‘fit it’ into schemes of validation that don’t support life. We don’t value self-honesty yet as a principle to focus on developing as our new human nature, but instead we value the ability to cheat, deceive and ‘get ahead of others’ as intelligence or cunningness, which is entirely twisted and non-supportive as we can see. We have always measured everything against a flawed system of values that in no way correspond to promoting doing meaningful things to precisely change the status quo of fear and complacency that we have remained as throughout our human history.

By simply making the decision to challenge and slowly but surely change everything that we have ever thought ourselves to be, one requires a massive amount of courage because we’re essentially recognizing that we will go nowhere if we remain in our comfort-zone, in our ‘known ways’ that have perpetuated this culture of fear, apathy, complacency and an upside-down set of values that in no way support the discovery and living realization of who we really are as the potential of life. All we’ve ever done is fear, survive and ‘get through the days’ with the most we can – is that living? No, and certainly challenging this doesn’t mean ‘drop-out of the system’ or ‘fight against the powers that shouldn’t be’ but it is in fact to begin identifying How have I become my own limitation, how have I continued to ‘play the game’ that I know is not supportive for myself and others in this world, where we are able to participate and through our living-behavior become the practical example of living principles that are best for all. To stop fear, to stop fearing taking risk means to be able to step outside of the ‘known zone’ and be able to make a stand to no longer ‘follow’ but rather take the wheel and plan our lives  in a different way, so that while we are still living in an unpredictable situation when it comes to money, our own ability to remain alive the next day, we can be fully responsible and directive when it comes to establishing solutions day by day. And solutions cannot be created when we hold on to the fear of ‘who I would be’ or ‘what I would create’ as a future projection, but instead simply live it, test it out, try it out, taking the risks because we fear making decisions to change the aspects that we already know are detrimental to our lives and in that, we already abdicate our power to change things, without even trying first.

So this is to also remind myself that the moment that I hold myself back is actually a point of fear that I have to investigate, a point where I am still driving myself through the imprinted and memorized survival mode, the status quo, the ‘chains of the past’ that I have to open up and find out where it is that I am still attached to what I often complain as ‘the obstacle’ to move or do something, what am I holding onto, or what do I fear losing by doing it and in this realizing that I am the only one that can be such obstacle through ideas, beliefs and perceptions of what is holding me back, what isn’t allowing me to ‘do’ or ‘be’ something, wherein I have used something/someone as an excuse to limit my direction, my change, to develop myself to my utmost potential.

Here it is thus to utilize that little ‘spark’ of life that I have and to not allow myself to ‘overpower’ it with the ball and chain that I’ve created as things, people, institutions, systems that I’ve seen as ‘the problem’ and realize that no one is actually responsible for my limitation but myself, my own fear and that nothing can in fact limit me as long as I am capable of doing, learning, communicating, moving myself beyond my perceived boundaries and so realize that instead of perpetuating the limitation of what I perceive ‘society’ or ‘the system’ to be, I take the stand to realize it’s always been me, myself and so no more accept and allow myself to live As the limitation, as the limited aspect of myself, as the complacency and apathetic piece of mind that I’ve lived as, because I realize that if I allow myself to hinder my expression based on an idea, belief or perception I have of something or someone and how ‘it affects me’ I am not taking responsibility for what I realize I have to do which is to move, to take a stand, to live the courage to ‘swim against the current’ which doesn’t mean ‘fighting’, but certainly a self-motivated decision to walk through the sea of limitations I’ve built around a point I’ve defined as ‘difficult’ or ‘challenging’ to me –  I realize this will be the only way to actually step out of fears and discover the potential that I have buried with my self-limitations of who/what I believe I should be to perpetuate the ‘idea of myself’ in relation to others.

This is about myself, what I decide to live, to motivate me to do things for myself, to not do something to be valued or validated within the system, but to do it as part of me walking a point into completion and this is not limited to ‘tasks,’ but to everything that I decide to live and become, to live As the determination to get something done, to become the solution that I so many times have complained is so necessary in this world.

So, here’s to the commitment to live courage in the Earth’s At-Most-Fear and so transform my apathy and lack of perseverance into a self-determination, focus and consistency to do it for my self, to challenge myself, to not allow my preprogrammed-limitations to still define ‘who I am’ as I see that’s the biggest problem we face in the world right now: not wanting to challenge ourselves and our starting point of living.

And so, I commit myself to do that which I have defined as ‘limiting’ because in limiting myself form doing ‘such limitation’ I am fin act only perpetuating the limitation in itself based on fear of not fitting into those limitations – lol.

So this is the real revolution, the change we can implement and follow-through within ourselves – there’s no ‘government’ outside of ourselves but only the one we can implement as self-direction in what we think and do in consideration of what is best for myself and all equally.

If I look back at where did I get these emotional imprints from, it’s quite obvious that they stem from our parents and immediate family which is the environment where we shaped ourselves from the very first 7 years of our life, determining ‘who we would be’ for the rest of our lifetime. We are currently aware that no couple of parents are absolutely aware of all the intricacies and considerations that must be regarded when it comes to preparing themselves to have a child and then to also Know How to Educate a Child in order to ensure that this absolutely important process of bringing another life into this world is considered as the most important task any human being can embark themselves on in this life.

I got a very cool reality-check when listening to the Horse Interviews

Birthing a new Life through the Eyes of a Horse

wherein I realized to what extent we don’t honor each other and the totality of what is here as ourselves, I can say it with words how it was a cold-shock to realize how we are seen by animals as the example of How NOT to do/ be/ become or bring “life” on Earth, and instead how we should learn from them. Hearing the entire explanation certainly made me reconsider everything I had secretly loathed – well, most like openly loathed – about bringing children into this world and essentially, giving birth to new beings.

In terms of the development of our emotions and feelings, it’s common to always try and ‘make the baby happy’ and imprinting the reward system with concealments like giving milk to the child so that he can ‘shut up’ – I know I would do that and get it right every time. I learned how to get people’s attention through throwing a tantrum until I was old enough to realize that I was not going to get anywhere if I would continue, and so I stopped. But there were aspects that were ‘normal’ at home with which I grew up with and never investigated why they were so ingrained. I blamed my own ‘apprehension’ at school or the pressure I would have from peers or anything else, but as far as I remember I was quite angry as a child, always desperate, nervous, fearful, irritable and easily annoyed.

Throughout this process I’ve worked with aligning and correcting the patterns to get myself to a point of stability wherein I am certainly more ‘Here’ than creating this constant nervousness or apprehension/ worry/ stress that would lead to anxiety.

I can see, however, that I had definitive influences from parental figures in terms of adopting ways to deal with situations like: being impatient, angry, yelling out when things would not work, and get even more irritated when someone tried to ‘calm me down’ as I’ve explained in some previous blogs. This single acceptance of me as an ‘angry person’ and a general irateness became part of ‘who I am’ in such a way that it became unnoticeable to me, I truly believed that one had to just go up in flames every time something was not done the right way/my way, or that I could place order and control through exerting anger upon others = instilling fear within them so that I could have a sense of security and confidence over others. This included intimidating my own parents later on and as I’ve explained, I have memories of being 3 years old and already becoming seriously angry-possessed. I of course don’t blame my parents because I am aware of how I simply acquired this way of being, adopted it as ‘who I am’ and became it without a question, I learned how to ‘make others feel bad’ for myself and the moment I would see they would go into this ‘helplessness’ with/ toward me when being in such irate states, I would put even more effort within my own anger-possessions, which is where the entire point of ‘you are crazy’ came up and developed this entire spitefulness mode within me toward… well virtually anything or anyone that would be ‘against’ my way of being/ looking at things or trying to ‘impose’ me anything- yes, authority issues if you call it that.

I am aware that my mother would speak with me about these situations, but I just didn’t want to hear because the energy experience was more overwhelming than any form of common sense, and I would only shut up when I was too tired/ drained from throwing tantrums. Now, these points were not that often but, when I would get angry, it was quite hectic.

I also remember looking at other kids in the supermarket, crying and throwing a tantrum toward their parents so that the parents would buy them toys, and I would feel as if I was ‘over that,’ already comparing myself to others and basing the ‘who I am’ in relation to other kids, but I would do the same, probably not about getting  a toy or something like that, sometimes I would throw a tantrum just to not have to go and play with other kids. Hence the whole thing of ‘you are not normal!’ (Read:  111. ‘Why aren’t you normal?‘)

and yes, if you hear the Short Fuse Temper interview, you’ll get my life presented in an interview – with some differences but essentially the mechanism is there Life Review – Short Fused Temper Tantrums « EQAFE

Now, the memory that comes to mind is my mother calling my father several names indicating he had some type of anger management problems.  Of course I didn’t know what a mental disorder was nor what the words Actually meant, but just hearing her calling him that became an imprint that I was absolutely unaware of I had picked it up at some quantum level, and the words I remember her saying were ‘neurotic’ and ‘hysteric.’ This is an indication of how we actually speak without any form of awareness of how these emotional outbursts could be elevated to a range of ‘mental disorder’ in a soft-blow manner. It’s been actually absolutely cool to walk a mind construct in relation to my father which I partially shared in this blog, and got to know a lot about myself from that, even shared with him about my anger issues discoveries and solutions.

DSC01193

But, going back to the words  I would hear as neurotic, hysteric and others  indicated that there was a problem. I got to be quite aware of diseases from an early age as well as having a grand mother that was sick thought my entire lifetime for various reasons of her tormented life – which I have realized I kind of picked up in relation to this ‘depression’ and self-belittlement as well as the way she lead her life of isolation but at the same time existing in this cry-out for help. Lol, she irritated me a lot, I would irritate her just because I could. I have this memory of going to her house and just being ‘in the mood’ of irritating her and so, she was quite a ‘mess’ in her room and she would always have this entire box with medicines in it, she was always on medication – of which I remember also making fun of  all the meds she’d take as well – and I saw that it all was quite messy and what I did was: grabbed the box and ordered all her pills and medicine containers in what was a ‘perfect manner’ according to me. I wanted to ‘do good’ but at the same time I knew it would somehow piss her off, so, it did. She got quite pissed off and Marlen went into the mode of ‘I will never do anything good for her ever again!’ and so our relationship went on within that vein.

I always tried to ‘play funny’ with her because she was always in this irritable state. Hence my dislike for her was mostly a fear of becoming like her and I can see how till this day every time that I want things to get done As I Say, When I Say it is an indication of me playing out my grandmother and as such my mother and somehow my father as well. She was the type of person that played strong to raise her children while my grand father had several other children with other wives, so the entire victimization character and helplessness was coming form there as well as many other points like how to get people’s attention through being sick/ causing conflict in order to have power over others and so forth.

We developed this half-joking way of pissing each other off when we would meet. She would laugh and I would laugh but I can only have some few memories of us having any real conversations, which would mostly be about her memories/ her life/ getting to know her a bit, and that’s the end of our relationship. She died when I wasn’t in this country. I never bothered to go see her grave or anything like that and I see that when I bring her up there’s still some scorn toward her for whatever reasons I have secretly blamed her for, such as causing much distress in my mother, which I then saw as the reason why my other would be possessed and then take it out on us in one way or another. All these constant worrying, being infatuated with things, obsessed, hypochondriac, fearful became aspects that I have played out as well and can identify I would judge of her all the time.

Obviously, this is nothing personal since we are all aware we have become our minds through acceptance and allowance and that my point of responsibility is ensure I hold no grudge, idea or belief of ‘them’ doing something ‘onto me,’ but more like Me realizing, seeing and understanding how I accepted and allowed myself to imprint, copy and transfer their personas into myself and play it out, believing this was ‘who I was.’ This became also every clear when I developed an antagonism toward her or any other family member: they are able to show me where I have separated myself from ‘my roots’ through playing the opposite but, in the end, never taken responsibility for it.

Another point is that I never went to a psychologist except for one time when I ‘asked for help for my friend’ with my high school’s psychologist and all I can take from her is one vital point. She said ‘who is here asking for help: You or Him?’ – and so it burned my ego out for a moment to realize that I was in fact needing help, but I had refused to do so because of fearing having some form of actual problem, I feared obviously having to be seriously taken as mentally disturbed or having some problem. I don’t know how much I fooled myself within this but, to my eyes even at that time, we all were playing phony characters while inside, when being alone, we all felt equally sad, disgraceful, powerless, ugly, hating ourselves for whatever reason but everyone would just play dumb and happy to create a masquerade, and as much as I would be aware of this, I played along as well pretty much out of fear of having to open myself up to anyone about my experience. That’s one of the reasons I begun writing a lot but, without any form of common sense and actual self support, I would only go round in circles pouring out my emotions and feelings in several notebooks without reaching any form of change, because I was STILL believing myself to be IT.

This is how due to the extent that I would hear about people going on medications and having ‘mental disorders’ I simply feared getting that but at the same time made it my personal way of being wherein I would entertain myself with these ‘outrageous thoughts’ and way of looking at life which was also a mechanism to cope with everything that I had deemed as frightening to get to. Which includes fearing eventually going senile and insane and all of the illnesses that would indicate some form of mental disorder. I guess we all have that for that matter when thinking about old age and deterioration of our sanity. So, what’s the way to make peace with it? Turn the fear into a fascination, turn the fear into something  you can have some ‘control over’ apparently – hence my story. I never took a single pill for any form of mental disorder since that was absolutely seen as taking regular drugs by my family. But I never reached out for any form of support to understand my experiences other than equally ‘lost’ friends with whom I created bonds that lead me to only upgrade my self-beliefs. This was so until I got to Desteni.

So, this proves how also due to knowledge and information and fear of having to be labeled as depressed or having some form of chronic anxiety (read your Wikipedia it’s the new way of calling ‘neurosis’  “Instead, the disorders once classified as neuroses are now considered anxiety disorders”)

I am here walking this process to take responsibility for All the knowledge and information that I imprinted as ‘who I am’ based on environmental/ familial/ peer influence of which we are all affected by even if we ‘like it or not.’ This is one of the reasons why it must be understood that: unless we care for each other as equals and ensure a general Well Being and ‘Mental Health’  in society,  our current social-insanity will still seep through our educational systems, our entire system configuration that is based on a constant process of instilling FEAR instead of ways and support to Live. Hence it is virtually impossible for any person to be absolutely ‘sane’ and ‘normal’ in this  world wherein the very mechanism of how the mind worked was not at all in accordance to living life, but exists as the very Evil / Reverse of Life that we all accepted and allowed ourselves to become. And obviously to make a business out of it is a double mindfuck to say the least.

Long story, but will work with it bit by bit as quite a ‘few’ points came up today. How did I get to this? Word in the dictionary: kinsfolk – and so, got to see the points I had deliberately side viewed from my past until now.

Within this all we can see how we made a ‘big deal’ out of these emotional experiences in our mind, self created at all times. Equated them to points I had to try and ‘sort out myself’ without knowing I was reinforcing them, instead of ever realizing it was me and my mind participation that can be self corrected. We’ve essentially made a disease of a relationship that was already in no way ‘harmonious’ such as what the mind represents in relationship to the physical body.

And all of this is certainly something to take Self Responsibility for.

— This will continue  with Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Application on the afore mentioned points

174. Sinking in Reactions after Thinking and Not Doing

As mentioned in the previous blog, giving into an experience of the mind is asserting me as the thoughts that create such experience and as such, I’ll walk the specific experiences that emerge from the thoughts and as such, ensure that I walk every aspect of the dimensions walked to far in order to assist and support me to become aware of the energetic experiences I create from the negative to the positive in order to ‘make it alright’ in my mind to actually not do the task at hand, and still remain in a positive experience in my reality.

This is thus walking the Reaction dimension within the Postponement character.

Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements

– First prominent thought of ‘the office’ – imagination, backchat and reaction

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react with an experience of tediousness when thinking/ having the thought of my professor’s office wherein I go into a sinking-in reaction of further participation in backchat with thoughts like ‘It’s going to take sooo long for it to get done, I rather not do it now’ and within this experience already giving up my ability to direct myself in the physical, stopping participation in the thought and the reaction as dullness/ apathy and tediousness that I create in that moment in order to justify my decision to ‘leave it for later,’ wherein I can see and realize that it is NOT my decision to ‘leave it for later’ but actually me giving into the negative experience of dullness/ apathy and tediousness as a reason and justification to instead, seek to do that which I ‘would rather do’ which is something else that I have defined as a positive experience/ giving me a sense of ‘satisfaction’ according to the values placed/ given to other activities that I have defined as ‘more productive,’ without realizing the responsibility at hand that is in-fact here for me to walk and do, instead of seeking to do ‘something else instead’ that is clearly being defined as a ‘preferable task’ instead of what simply has to be done/ must be done.

When and as I see myself going into an experience of future projected tediousness, apathy and distress when going into the thought of the office, I stop and I breathe. I realize that I actually imprinted this experience of tediousness toward the office in itself due to having had to wait for my professor to be available outside the office and then going into the office with an accumulation of tediousness from having to wait outside for a while, which is then how the moment that I went into the office and imprinted that ‘first impression’ of his office with bright white light, sitting in front of him and handing my writing, I was experiencing myself with such dullness and tediousness due to me having had the backchat prior to entering the office in the lines of ‘This is how it’s going to be every time that I come here to revise my work, I’ll have to wait till he’s here/ he’s available, and it sucks’  thus

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to generate backchat and an experience of tediousness based on the moment prior to getting into my professor’s office due to the amount of time that I had to wait for him to be available and within that, being thinking that ‘I should have come another day/ another time’/ ‘this is going to take forever every time that I have to consult him’  and within this making an experience of having to wait for him to be available and in this, carrying this experience of dullness/ apathy and tediousness into the office wherein in my mind, I captured the thought of ‘finally getting into the office’ with a mix of the ‘carried’ tediousness/ apathy and dullness of having waited outside and imprinting now an expectation as slight nervousness and even ‘controlled anxiety’ when finally facing him and handing my writings to be revised’

I realize that all of this is captured in one single though of the office being ‘loaded’ with the experience of tediousness, dullness for having waited outside of the office and then the accumulated expectation, nervousness and anxiety that I accepted and allowed myself to participate in within that first time/ moment of going to my professor’s office and as such, creating and imprinting this entire experience as ‘the revision time’ represented by the thought of the office with the bright white daylight, generating within me the same mix of dullness, fear, anxiety and tediousness whenever I think of ‘doing my writing’ and immediately come up with the thought of the office with the bright white light daylight coming through as a non-desirable experience within me.

When and as I see myself going to the office and creating and loading the future projection of the office and the experience of tediousness mixed with nervousness as an entire ‘negative experience’ within me – I stop and I breathe. I realize that I am creating these experiences based on my own acceptance and allowance of thinking in the moment of going to the office and within the thinking, generating an experience that I ‘saved’ as a single thought linked to the physical action of revising my writings, and within this creating an entire experience of it all being something ‘I don’t want to do,’ which is manipulating myself to always only do and remain within a comfortable zone/ doing what I would ‘prefer’/ would rather be doing, without realizing that this is all my inner-mind tricks and manipulation tactics through fear and negative experiences in order for me to not simply physically do something. Thus

I commit myself to walk the process of actually stopping the thought of ‘the office and the white bright light image’ and the memory replay of me having waited for a long time before going inside as an entire ‘negative imprint’ to the physical action of taking my writings for revision, and within stopping, directing myself to actually work on my writings in order to be available and willing to share them/ go for a revision as a physical practical measure that is required to be taken within this process of me writing and requiring a revision in order to get feedback, which is also a requirement within this process.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to future project a moment within that office wherein I will be told that I simply have to ‘do it all over again’ as a negative experience that I have imprinted onto that moment of ‘revision’ that I have imprinted with a negative reaction within me of nervousness and anxiety that I actually accept and allow myself to go into just by playing out this future-scenario within my mind of ‘having to do it all over again’ without realizing that I have created this based on linking the word ‘revision’ to a negative experience within the belief that it means ‘doing everything all over again,’ which is in fact an exaggeration as I see and realize that this is only me in my imagination making everything ‘more’ than what it is, in order to use this imagination as an excuse to Not do things.

When and as I see myself reacting in nervousness and anxiety within the imagination of being sitting in that office and listening that I have to do it all over again, I stop and I breathe – I realize that this is just me playing a picture running in my mind that I am using as an excuse to not move – therefore

I commit myself to stop participation in that initial thought of the office and within this, stopping participation in the anxiety and nervousness that comes when imagining a play out that is  of a ‘negative outcome / negative in nature’ as I realize that I am here, in the physical moment having all that I require in order to get this task done – therefore I assist and support myself to get this task done in the physical as a movement I make, breathing through any reactions that I have participated in throughout an extended period of time.

I realize that when having accumulated the same imagination play out for an extended period of time, it will take me absolute directive principle to stop going into the same ‘comfort zone’ of imagining this entire play out as something negative that leads me to manipulate myself to instead, create a positive experience of what I could instead be doing in my reality, to not do the task at hand, which is unacceptable.

Thought of ‘the folder’ containing the writings

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an experience of absolute anxiety the moment that I see the folder in my documents in my computer containing all the writings and information for my writing, and within this immediately shifting my attention to ‘something else’/ some other document in order to shove away all the plethora of thoughts that I have accumulated over time in relation to ‘having to get this done,’ and actually not do it, but scroll down and or shift the window and continue with ‘other things’ that I have considered are more ‘comfortable’ to work with, that are ‘better things to do’ instead of tapping onto this writing, which is manipulating myself to believe that the experience of anxiety and nervousness is in fact real and as such something ‘difficult’ to walk through, without realizing that it is a matter of realizing that I have created this experience linked to the amount of time that I have procrastinated this particular task and as such, created into a single ‘fear’ of even looking at the folder due to this single action meaning that I have Not been self-responsible in all aspects in my world – hence the anxiety and nervousness when realizing the dishonesty toward written points that I have to direct in my reality.

When and as I see myself reacting with absolute fear and anxiety just by looking at the folder containing my writings, I take a deep breathe, I stop for a moment and realize that the moment is here to work with it and that all it physically takes is to click on it, open it and search for the latest version of my document in order to arrange what I have done, and take the necessary steps to update my current direction that I’ve been ‘intending’ to give the writing and that I can do so in this moment that I see and realize it must be done.

I commit myself to realizing that this only takes actually clicks on my mouse and physically typing which is something I consider I am quite comfortable doing, and within this stick to breath, focusing my attention on the points that are HERE to be faced and remain constant and consistent within my own awareness of what I am reading, what I am writing and keeping in ‘mind’ the direction of it all as a commitment to get this done.

I realize that the commitment to stop manipulation through all the negative experiences attached to one single point of writing the document and facing the revision is precisely a part of the ‘problem’ that I have accepted and allowed myself to become the two primary points as thoughts, imaginations loaded with backchat in relation to why I don’t want to do this/ why I could simply skip it this moment and do it later, and in this perpetuate a manipulation within myself and toward my reality, wherein all I see and realize remains is this ‘load’ that only grows day by day due to not having given proper direction to it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a reaction of absolute apathy toward something that simply has to be written, as I realize that I don’t require to be motivated with a positive experience to do things/ get things done, as I realize that only us as the mind have accepted and allowed ourselves to condition ourselves to only move if there is ‘something in it for us’ as a reward/ further positive experiences that we have given value to in order to ‘move’ and ‘be motivated’ within this

When and as I see myself believing that I have to have a motivation to move/ to write/ to get things done as a positive experience, I stop and I breathe – I realize that in my process of getting out of the mind and into the physical Self Will means no energy is required to move myself and such, I direct myself as the physical reality that is here to move/ direct and live as physical movements and that only me as a mind would require a positive experience as an incentive to move – thus I stop seeking for  a ‘reason’ outside of myself as a positive outcome/ reaction within me upon thinking about ‘I am going to do this’

I commit myself to realize that whenever I direct myself as the thoughts ‘I am writing this document’ that I do not participate in either a positive or a negative experience’ but simply realize that it is a physical and tangible point to direct in my reality and that in physicality we don’t require to manipulate ourselves with energy to get things done, we don’t require to fear to get things done, we don’t require to feel anxious or nervous within future play-outs of our experience within further imagination moments that we have given our power away to. This is a single decision to stop participating in energy as a demotivation/ motivation to do move in the physical reality.

I realize that by creating any experience upon something that must be done, I am not yet being fully Self-Directive as a physical being, which is then a necessary point to realize as a constant breathing process wherein I realize that all that I require as tools are here with me and that I’ve got both hands, my breath to move myself in the physical and that’s it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a general reaction of irritation and annoyance toward myself due to realizing and falling flat on the realization that I am being the only obstacle within this, and that I have been the one that has been ‘in front of my way’ all the time – thus

When and as I see myself creating an experience of irritation and further annoyance toward myself for not doing things, I stop and I breathe – I realize this is an unnecessary experience to go into within the realization that the only way to correct this is by doing it, instead of pulling out further experiences, abusing myself, my physical body and lashing it out ‘onto the world’ for something that I am fully aware I am responsible for.

I commit myself to establish myself as breath to not allow these ‘subtleties’ as annoyance irritation created within me and lashing it out onto others/ the world as I realize that I am the only one that is able to stop the experience and actually direct myself to what is required to be done in this particular task and that no matter how ‘angry’ I get at myself, only physically correcting the pattern will solve the problem – thus I am the ‘problem’ and I am the solution.

I commit myself to establish my self-discipline in relation to actually doing this as part of my daily routine without any excuses and justification that can create further experience upon having ‘written it out but not living it’ which is the morphed character that must be considered at all times in order to not re-create or further evolve the character by laying it out ‘nicely’ but not living it – and that is where Self Honesty resides.

I will continue with further reactions experiences within the entire walking of the procrastination character.

Reaction Self-Forgiveness:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define WHO I AM into and as energy-experiences within and as an complete alternate reality, separate from/of my PHYSICAL BODY, never questioning “but, why – when I am IN this BODY in EVERY BREATH, do I not stand WITH it, AS it, in and as equality and oneness in being able to relate to it, communicate with it, “experience” it? Why am I existing in separation from it in a reality/system as the MIND as ENERGY that I do not have full context, comprehension or understanding of AT ALL, regarding where thoughts exactly come from, how energies are in fact created, why/how does things so seemingly automatically come up in my Mind that I have no control of?”

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to so readily FOLLOW energy-experiences and the personification of energy as the dimensions of Personality as thought, imagination, backchat, and behaviour so often that it’s become so “accepted” – that I never even stopped for a moment to consider how LITTLE I am in fact aware of my PHYSICAL BODY, my BREATHING and my communication, interaction and participation with others in this world/reality as ALL the living beings, organisms, micro-organisms – the actual LIVING REALITY that is here. – Sunette Spies*

169. Imagination as a Distraction to Not Do things

When it comes to walking the procrastination character in relation to imagination, I could see myself having both positive and negative projections wherein within ‘playing’ with both, I would end up simply being entertained in the mind by either/or with no physical / tangible doing that would mean a single decision to get things done, such as just writing it out.

Thus as much as imagination would be linked to facing a point of fear in relation to the task at hand, the positive imagination would be me convincing myself of what I could instead do to not have to face the point of actually just doing it.

A specific thought among others is when I think of me being at the office of my professor and waiting for a verdict on my paper wherein such single image of the office is linked with a negative energy experience that I have created a resistance toward due to thinking and believing that the word ‘revision’ means doing it all over again several times. I explained the thought of ‘the office’ in the previous blog linked to fear of having to confront my ideas with another person – hence the thought would become an actual play out of events in my mind which is more in the realm of imagination of how it would go finally facing the point and how I would direct myself in the situation:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a resistance to actually doing the written document due to this single thought of me sitting in front of my professor’s chair at his office and waiting for a verdict on the current state of the work, hoping for it to go well without realizing that with me creating this single thought and going into the imagination of him telling me that it is either ‘done’ or ‘requires a lot of re-writing to be done,’ I create an actual resistance to do anything at all – this means that whether my imagination is positive or negative about it, I remain entertained only in my mind about it instead of actually physically doing it.

When and as I see myself entertaining myself in my mind with regards to a positive or negative feedback upon my work, I stop and I breathe – I realize that what is being created in my mind is of no substance other than my own thoughts that are built upon a future projection of me having ‘finished the work,’ which is precisely what needs to be directed by me in physical reality.

I realize that I will invariably have to face such imagination-point as an actual event of going for revisions and that in no way do I require to create an expectation about it being good or bad – I assist and support myself to remain here as breath when and as I approach the office/ the person and take things as breath, ensuring that I do not try to make things only ‘my way’ but am open to perspectives/ constructive criticism that can in fact assist and support me to expand my current view/ perspective on the point.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to link the word ‘revision’ to a negative experience wherein I believe that I will have to re-do everything again and link this ‘re-doing’ to the ‘worst case scenario’ that I participate in within my mind, without realizing that this fear is actually me preventing me from actually doing anything at all.

Thus, when and as I see myself imagining the moment of revision of my work and being anxious and nervous while having him reading the whole thing, expecting for the worst to happen, I stop and I breathe – I realize that I am able and capable of supporting myself to remain here as breath, realize that I can only hear and be willing to co-operate within going through the written document as many times as required in order to have everything done in a suitable manner, without creating any stress or anger for having to repeat the whole thing/ repeat some parts as I see and realize that this is part of doing this work thus

I commit myself to stop any fear and imaginary play outs of the worst case scenario as having to repeat myself several times, which I see is a possibility within the nature of the current task at hand – and that in no way do I require to create a negative experience toward it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a future projection of be expecting ‘the worst’ within the imagination-rolling of this thought of the office wherein I play out a hypothetical situation of me having to re-do the whole thing over and over and over again, getting frustrated about it and this is so without realizing that with me simply giving Into this thinking and imagination processes, I am in fact giving permission for me to eventually really go through this,  as I am being the creator of myself and my reality, believing that I somehow had to ‘face’ such points in order to see ‘who I am’ within them, which is absolutely Not necessary as I can simply decide to stop all future projections in the negative realm of it all ‘going wrong,’ stop all resistances and fears in one single moment and actually do the doing as an actual doing as point of Self Movement that must take place by my own physical decision to type and write it out.

When and as I see myself rolling the thought of the office into an imaginary moment of having to confront my work with another being, I stop and I breathe – I realize that this is me sabotaging myself with no substance to it other than entertaining myself in the mind instead of actually doing – thus

I commit myself to stop going into imagination about future projecting the confrontation/ presentation of my work with other beings and as such, assist and support myself to be here as breath throughout the entire process, as I see and realize that going into nervousness, anxiety or frustration leads nowhere but having to eventually do it all over again no matter what, as I realize that this has to be done and there is no other way around it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have the imagination of being in the room of examination with all professors and having them asking the question ‘what does this all have to do with your career’? which is a primary imagination play out due to my own backchat toward my career choice and my belief that I am betraying ‘my vocation’ by now being dedicated more to the study of the human mind and not so much in the creative process of visual arts, without realizing that we use our mind to create and as such there is no possibility to dissociate a physical externalization as an ‘expression’ of ourselves without making use of the mind.

Thus I realize that this self-creation process is of course as relevant as any other aspect/ consideration within any expression, as it is an externalization of who we are/ how we are existing as the mind.

When and as I see myself going into imagination of that moment of having to confront my work and receive criticism for it not being ‘visual arts related,’ I stop and I breathe – I realize that there’s no sense of going into this thoughts and participate within it as it is only based on fear and further backchat that I’ve had toward my own career and current interests in life, which can be certainly equally supported by both activities, as both points are related to who we are as humans and as such, there’s no need to create a dissonance around this in my mind any further.

I commit myself to stick to the physical, common-sense reality that is here for me to walk and direct myself in, wherein I do not require to imagine the whole thing ‘being done’ as I can only stick to writing it and working on it as a physical action in the moment, as I see and realize that imagining possible outcomes with it serves no purpose but distraction in relation to the actual work that requires to be done.

Eye Twitching – The Body as Teacher

166.Absinthe-Minded Comfort Zone

Enter-tament, me-die and the perfect drug for our minds created by ourselves as our mind.

Continuing from the blogs:

We’re diving in for a moment into a palpable aspect that is constantly ‘there’ as a seemingly innocent distraction that turns into a temptation which comes packaged and sold as ‘acceptable products’ called diversion and entertainment.

One of the aspects wherein we tend to ‘give in’ to this seemingly ‘enjoyable comfort’ is when we in fact get way too comfortable for extended periods of time surfing the net, watching series, looking at pictures, videos, reading magazines of filling-information – al of these actions that involve passively watching/ reading/ hearing something that is – most of the times – not supportive or even related to informing ourselves about the current state of the world, other than revealing and depicting the actual downward spiral that indicates the current state of the mind-possession we are existing as humanity. I have to clarify that I am in no way condemning entertainment, but I’ll speak today from my own experience.

To write about this today, I obviously had to try the enticing ‘cocktail’ first as I saw a news note about one of my past ‘idols’ being arrested for weed and hash possession while looking extra skinny/ anorexic. I wondered why it is that we are placing so much attention on people’s melt downs and disgrace and how this type of entertainment – such as celebrity gossip and all this type of sensationalism – becomes this pastry that we all nibble on to get a ‘filling’/ feeling for a moment,  even just when reading absolutely different kind of news, one ‘dabbles’ on the right side of the window where all the ‘showbiz’ news are on.

I saw myself gasping on the amount of money wasted in in a single nail polish, the entire scandals upon ‘rockstars’ throwing tantrums on stage or being jailed for drug possession, seeing people having babies and getting married or getting back together, ‘racy’ shots at all times and essentially this is something that no matter where you go in the net within a regular ‘newspaper’ / news site you get to. And the point of curiosity and eventual ‘enticement’ is what we eventually drown ourselves into, for a moment, for a while and suddenly we are just following an experience instead of actually being HERE as breath.  And  the important point to consider is this sudden shift wherein we can be doing something that is practically here and we’re for example being fully directive, however when this point of ‘temptation’ emerges and we go into it, it’s like diving into the rabbit hole if one is obviously not really self directive in handling images, information and pictures that can create this sense of ‘comfort’ through entertaining ourselves with other people’s lives and stories.

“This being due to the extent of our automated participation, acceptance and allowance of our relationship, definition and experience of/as the Mind as Energy that one would in the beginning of one’s process only become aware of a Character Activation in later phases of its activation stage. Essentially, that – we’ve in our Awareness, accepted and allow the “Force” of/as the Mind/Consciousness to automatically control, direct and ‘take over’ within ourselves, and so now one is assisting and supporting self in the Process of re-establishing self and so self’s awareness into and as self-directive principled living.” – Sunette Spies

So this is what I noticed in relation to us allowing the ‘force’ to become the directive principle, and  us giving ourselves away to become the ‘Absent-Minded’ Character, wherein one simply let oneself ‘flow’ with the drive of whatever is in front of us and start thinking and going deeper this is how the entire passivity that becomes our ‘’way of living’ in our current society, it is how the reward system after long hours of work is set up; you get home from work, you require to sit down and just Chill – worry not about the actual problems in the world – and ‘entertain us’ to in fact live in denial of what is here, and more than a denial a deliberate neglect toward our reality, how it functions, how other human beings are living in.   And within me trying this out and becoming ‘absent minded,’ I saw it and experienced it: it’s like being constantly watching movies wherein you don’t really have to do anything else other than looking, probably reading and filling in the gaps in the mind, and creating a sense of ‘comfort’ within it, which indicate obviously: mind experience as the only constant self-comfort that exists in fact and reality is here as breath, being absolutely self directive at all times.

For now we know that following this accepted and allowed pattern of entertainment is the best way to keep ourselves busy in trivial points that have no transcendence within our reality as humanity other than stimulating one’s own fantasies, dreams, imagination and any other mind experience, which is how ourselves as the mind and the entire world functions, really, even making money out of such ‘spare time’ is the greatest ways to make money, which implies that the system in itself is perfect within which we’ve lead ourselves to our own guaranteed doom if we do not act out and actually Do what is required to be done to re-establish a point of self responsibility toward everything and everyone on Earth.

Now, what does this have to do with procrastination? Distraction, it is within this decision to deliberate Not do what is required to be done that we immerse ourselves within the entire ‘media world’ wherein even if you’ve watched/ read the same news once, one go seeking for more as if there was a sense of vicarious atonement to other people’s lives that seem like ‘unreal’ to us, while presenting this absolutely deluded aspect of reality that somehow we’ve managed to venerate and revere to as humanity, calling it the outflows of fame and fortune: This is our civilization at the expense of the physical substance that is life on/ as Earth.

And this is our ‘entertainment,’ which seems quite innocent when it begins with quick glances at news from showbiz, quick glances at magazine covers, then getting hooked up in a particular article/ news and from there,  ‘one thing leads to the other,’ which is just a blatant excuse of course. What is is this sense of ‘feeling good’ within this all as the absent minded character, losing track of one’s breath and setting in on autopilot , it’s because one for a moment only delves in the experience of not having to be ‘performing’ something, not having to be doing/ acting/ speaking within the world, one can just simply ‘sink in,’ set in the media-drive and ride in autopilot for as long as we allow The Force to drive us by.

What I realized is how media is an externalization of our own imagination, backchat, internal conversations and general mind-tament that we have created for our individual pleasure. Before there were ever iPhones and iPods and personal computers, there was only the theatre of our own mind, being able to be ‘fine tuned’ to match our own ‘wildest dreams,’ never ever ever being aware of what actually could power such marvelous ‘colorful theatre’ up there in the realm of ‘ideas’ that we identified as ‘who we are.’ Well, we have become such thoughts through actually acting them out/ living them out in the physical and that’s the ultimate possession. We have become drones of our own externalization of the mind and now it is as if Marshall McLuhan almost could have ‘gotten it’ for a moment, however he never pondered about the actual energy that could power such mind mechanism later on externalized as our current mediatized society.

Once again, I can see myself as the character I had become when judging the media and its ‘tacky contents,’ however who are we whenever we are not HERE present as the physical, who are we when we are not really aware of every breath that we take, where are we and what are we driving ourselves to when being passively observing, hearing and essentially consuming experiences in an audiovisual mode and see how we don’t necessarily have to be watching TV or reading up stories for that, we within the mind create our own entertainment. And, yes,  it’s the perfect addictive state to continue creating our own theatre of shadows wherein the shadow self is what we have actually become: nothing else but a single automated version of ourselves, allowing ourselves to miss ourselves here physically– however we often do not ponder How it is that we created such entertainment, why, what was its purpose? And it’s quite easy to answer all of this when realizing how within us accepting and allowing ourselves to build a world based on that which we could THINK of and rationalize about reality –with its obvious diversion-mechanisms – instead of actually physically being here, interacting, exploring and discovering what is HERE as the entirety of the physical relationships that we have absolutely missed when only living in a plastic bubbled type of living, always thinking about reality and/or rejoicing in absorbing/ consuming information that is utterly useless for us to develop as humanity.

There is a moment of deciding to Not do what we have to do, to Not give proper direction to our every day living wherein we Instead, picture ourselves being comfortably numb with sounds, pictures, stories that somehow we’ve sought to read in order to activate our autopilot throughout the day and pretend that ‘that is all to life,’ which is how it goes on with Television and any other social-media site wherein one spend long ours a day just consuming, passively taking and taking and taking in and missing every breath as we just zone-into the comfort zone.

And this is how within the nature of us seeking our own self-interest of the ‘good feeling/ comfortable’ experience in one single moment, we give into the mind, completely and absolutely. Test this out for yourself, probably you’ll not be even aware of this while ‘testing it out,’ but only realize about it once you directly decide to stop it/ step out of it, and that is where we fall flat on the face of ourselves and the amount of time we can spend on a daily basis doing practically nothing – be it media, be it just sitting doing nothing, finding any point of distraction to not direct ourselves to do things.

And this is thus exploring the thought that comes up which is a remembrance of such seemingly ‘enjoyable moments’ wherein we then seek to repeat such pattern at all cost, never ever knowing that such cost is not paper-money or metal coins or digital numbers on a screen – even if most of entertainment at such level must be a service one pay for – It is instead our very own flesh and physical body that we consume every time that we just hop in the bandwagon of entertainment which does not only comprise the most obvious types of media entertainment within TV or pc’s as well. This is about one single thought that we’ve attached this idleness/ passivity to, creating a single image, picture, thought, internal conversation and absolute ‘beingness’ of the being suddenly realizing: how the hell did I just spend hours surfing on the web, looking for this and eventually getting nothing out of it other than a few moments of believed and perceived ‘enjoyment’ at the actual expense of the physicality that is transformed into energy, which is how we power up any seemingly ‘good feeling’ experience.

Now, it is to understand that such media is our creation and reflection of who and what we have accepted and allowed ourselves to become: self-gratifying individuals that hardly ever look at how it is that the money that buys the honey is created. And within this ‘machinery’ it is to also see how these are mind control and mind created mechanisms that we as humans have imposed onto fellow humans to generate passivity in relation to what should be our direct participation in the world system.

From Absent-Minded to Presence-Hereness

Have a look at how life would be if we suddenly had access to a dignified living for all, would we spend time only diving into images, pictures and sounds 24/7? or are we in fact living out the slave-enter-tament that we’ve ensured to even deify or even laureate as being ‘more’ than ourselves, never realizing that the entire set of entertainment is a well-made joke on us. This is not to satirize media or in any way become a blatant critic of it, it’s about recognizing the actual self direction that we abdicate every moment that we go into the me-die and allow ourselves to be mind controlled: we just hook on, log in and ‘play’ in our minds or more like get entertained by all pictures, sounds, stories and any other occassional artsy shot that we are so used to seeing everywhere nowadays. And this is how self movement and self expansion is mutilated at the core, creating a sense of ‘everything is fine-ness’ that we believe is real because we see happy people in our screens and magazines that we want to experience as well, in an imaginary way through this entertainment, believing that there must be ‘something’ about life other than endless payrolls and spending your last ‘savings’ on getting yourself bailed out for another couple of years.

Who has done this all ? We have, we as the mind invading the physical have driven ourselves to our very own decay, and within understanding the basic frame of how the mind words, one can go seeing, realizing and understanding that it is very easy to slip back into habitual patterns of finding out these type of entertainment that is not necessary to ‘exist’ at all. We rather breathe and take things for what they are, see the world for what it currently is: the externalization of our ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’ about our creation/ our reality and within this ensure that we start pondering what actual honor is and how immovable it must be  to catch us all within the fishnet. And once again, having a snail teaching us about what science should be and how deluded our words are, is the most humbling experience, to learn how to see and recognize our mistakes, where we invest’ our time in, where we waste away our breaths into feeding a mind leech curiosity that we believe is ‘normal and innocent;’ well, best is to Not assume at all but actually understand this relationship between the mind and the physical and within this realizing what we have in fact postponed on Earth which is the ultimate establishment of an equality system, wherein no more profitable excuses will exist in order to NOT explore, support and expand ourselves in our Physical reality.

We are the ones that have created our limitations, we are the only ones that can set us free, beginning with ourselves. Thus is it still a ‘real freedom’ or a simple alignment to give and receive as equals, as what’s best for all?

We decide how we live the words and like any other addiction, we decide when and how to ‘give up’ the absinthe-minded droneism and start living here as breath in the physical.

Day 22: Wax and Wane – Attention Seeker Spoiler

Who we are as positive/ negative feedback received upon us deliberately seeking attention reveals to what extent we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be constantly seeking an energetic reward as a feeling or emotion. Both imply self definition at a mind level wherein we become a constant bolt that goes from cathode to anode and seeking to trigger the next reaction as ‘attention from others’ in order to continue existing as a self-definition that enhances every time that any form of attention is given to self as an idea, self as a set of traits that can be either categorized as positive or negative.

This comes from the realization that any desire to seek attention/ obtain attention became a ‘normal’ way of living for me as a child, wherein ‘who I am’ was built and crafted according to feedback that I would assess as points wherein I could fine tune the eventual ‘idea of self’ that I wanted to fully embody for the sake of my own personal glory. I realize that at the moment we can stand equal and one to our own mind to live out the traits that we can develop/adjust/ perfect in order to fine tune ourselves within this process of equalization wherein we are in a world that we can practically assist and support with becoming the living example of how we can use or mind in order to create and implement what’s best for all, instead of using the mind to strategize ways to always win and get our positive feedback upon it, maintaining the belief that ‘who I am’ can be ‘more’ or ‘less than’ accordingly.

This begins with notorious points throughout childhood of how I became an attention seeker, to the opposite pole of not wanting to be recognized/ seen for the same particular traits as I had in the past and onto the point where we are here wherein attention given by others to self is only acceptable within the context of assistance and support to reference ‘who I am’ within such feedback and how I can get to see points that I might be missing out within my own application, which is how it is important to always share who we are in any given moment – if experiencing anything as ourselves in order to walk through the process of seeing its origin and walking the necessary self-correction.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to always want to be part of ‘the action’ wherever it was taking place wherein as a child I would get pissed off and mostly feel ‘left out’ if I found out I was not informed about certain activities that were going to take place, wherein anger and irritation would ensue as a form of manipulation toward my parents/ family for not letting me know about it.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that ‘the world was against me’ whenever I could not have my way and in that, justify anger as away to make my parents feel guilty and eventually try and ‘compensate Me’ for having ‘forgotten’ that I existed – which is how my mind would see the point to reinforce any perception of being unwanted, undesired and a constant nuisance for others.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to deliberately want to annoy my parents/ sisters to get their attention as I would find this as something ‘funny to do’ without realizing that I was seeking to be constantly getting an energetic experience of positivity through negative response – this means that the more they would get annoyed by me, the better ‘kick’ out of it I would receive. Within this I realize that who I was as an attention seeker was a deliberate game that I would instigate within my environment with family members in order to feel ‘good’ upon annoying them.

Who am I within this deliberate desire to annoy others to feel good? It is simply a desire to be constantly experiencing myself as someone that had the power to annoy another – and in that, get a positive reward for it as an energetic experience that I became defined by in order to constantly ‘keep’ this perceived spotlight upon myself.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to feel good whenever people in my environment would applaud anything that I had to say because it was apparently very ‘sensate’ and ‘mature’ for a child

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to learn that getting compliments would make me someone apparently ‘special’ and ‘unique’ as a child, wherein I would then constantly seek adult’s attention to get my positive reinforcement that would make up the sense of ‘confidence’ that was mostly built up by accumulating these positive feedback as bricks that built the ‘who I am at the eyes of others,’ which eventually had to fall as I grew up and went below zero from where I had to then put the pieces back together again after going through the exact opposite feedback upon ‘who I am within my life/ life choices’ which makes me realize that:

Every aspect that entails an energetic experience as a reinforcement toward the idea of myself as either a positive or negative way, eventually created a false idea of who I am as such positive feedback or negative feedback, that I accepted and allowed myself to ‘embody’ as ‘who I am’ wherein I got lost in the character and lost all sense of being simply here, as a physical living human being that doesn’t require a constant confirmation of ‘who I am’ as an idea, a belief, a character and persona at the eyes of others.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to be deliberately extroverted as a child in order to get people – mostly adults’ attention – as I knew that this would make me ‘stand out’ from the rest and make me special, wherein everyone’s positive feedback upon my attitude, my skills, my abilities and hobbies would build up this elevated idea of ‘who I am’ as a ‘wunderkind’ wherein I then became an early inflated-ego while being around at home and within family, as opposed to the reserved, contained and sensate being that I portrayed myself to be at school during the same ages – from 5-10 more or less.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to enjoy being around adults more than kids during my childhood, because I became aware of how adults would mostly ‘praise’ the perceived maturity that I deliberately presented in order to get such positive reinforcement as the idea of ‘who I am,’ whereas with kids I was simply ‘another one’ which would not satisfy me at the level of getting this constant ‘kick’ as energy obtained from adults when receiving compliments and ‘positive feedback’ toward ‘who I am.’

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to in my mind believe that all I was and had to ‘be’ was this amusing persona that would always have to be entertaining others to get their attention and in that, get my positive reward similar to the rush that one gets when eating candy and then eventually wanting more of it soon after the effect is gone.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to seek a positive experience as in feeling ‘more’ than who I was every time that I would want to show something that I had made/ drawn/ crafted/ done toward my parents as a means to get their attention and reward, wherein I would get specifically irritated whenever I ‘felt’ that they were merely condescending and not really paying attention/ giving ME the attention I desired – within this

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to go into an immediate low end from the expected ‘positive reward’ in my mind upon showing something to my father/ mother, wherein when I perceived they were only giving positive feedback in an automated way, out of condescending and only to ‘shut me off’ to keep doing what they were doing, I would wallow in an immediate ‘low’ which would be interpreted as ‘they don’t want to see what I did/ I rather not show them what I do ever again’ which became an actual living statement wherein I stopped sharing ‘my creations’ in such an open manner out of expecting them to only give a ‘light answer’ as positive reinforcement without giving the attention that I sought from them as an actual ‘thoughtful feedback’ upon ‘what I do.’

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to seek to do art/ crafts in order to, in my mind, stop getting the attention as what had become a rather ‘annoying feedback’ in my mind after years of accumulating this positive feedback wherein I wanted to get rid of the ‘positive feedback’ through being able to be recognized for being more than a ‘brain that thinks,’ and in that, seeking to create art as a way to not have to articulate myself in such a thoughtful manner that could be directly judged as positive/ negative – but instead use images as another form of expanding the desire for attention without having this ‘smart/ intelligent’ suit on, as creating art could not entail a right or wrong, but only appreciating an individual expression that could not be graded the same way that words/ statements were. In this

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see and realize that I merely went from positive to a negative/ alternative way of getting the same feedback that would still be absorbed by me as a positive/ negative reinforcement toward my ego – this means that ‘who I am’ has always been at the expense of ideas, perceptions and beliefs that I have sought to obtain for others in means of asserting ‘who I am’ as a personality/ ego which is the same game we have all agreed to collectively play, giving each other ‘props’ within the belief that ‘who we are’ can be bettered/ uplifted and/or battered/down-rated by others’ words and opinions which include my own self-talk whenever I allow such words to influence myself in any way – either positively or negatively.

I realize that who I am has been an energetic mind game that merely sought attention as a constant drive-thru the gas station wherein the fuel I would get from others was not really about ‘others’ but about me creating an experience upon deliberately triggering reactions from others in means of asserting and creating/ recreating the idea that I made of myself in order to have a ‘special spot’ within a dog eat dog as the eternal battle and survivalism that we have existed within the current social context that we have created within this reality.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to later on seek attention through ‘opposition’ and creating a certain ‘shock’ within my reality through using an image and specific personality in order to ‘stand out from the crowd,’ which was a different dimension from the initial childhood desire to gain attention through ‘positive means.’ This time during my teenage years, I created a personality that would draw attention in an attempt to create a ‘rift’ within a ‘perfected world’ wherein my cautiously crafted ‘disruption’ could get any form of negative reaction/ remark that would function in a similar way to getting a kick out of any positive feedback.

Within this I realize how I have gone from pole-to-pole to essentially live out the same energy that I created from assessing others’ reactions, words, feedback upon myself as a constant confirmation that ‘I’ exist as a specific personality, which is and has become an essential human-mind trait in order to keep ourselves ‘enhancing’ our ego through either positive or negative feedback, without realizing that who we really are is neither of both.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ever feel ‘good’ about getting positive feedback and feel ‘bad’ about getting negative feedback without realizing that with me taking others words as a positive/ negative reinforcement to ‘who I am’ as a personality is only me accepting and allowing myself to be a set of positive and negative traits, instead of taking the words as points or considerations that I can take on as mere assistance and support to see where I can align myself to a best for all scenario wherein no ‘feeling good/ superior’ is ensued by positive feedback and not ‘feeling low/ inferior’ is ensued by negative feedback. I realize that feedback is simply a point of referencing me through others wherein there is no right and wrong, but only point that I can be missing to see within myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire ‘asserting’ myself as existing within others’ lives/ worlds as a point of positive-incentive to ‘keep going’ within my life throughout the years, without realizing that within living as the constant expectation of getting the attention as the ‘reward’ for everything I do/say is only existing as an idea waiting to be uplifted or opposed to generate an equally fool-filling experience at a mind level to remain as the constricted version of ‘who I am’ as a set of values within words/ judgments, ideas, beliefs and perceptions of ‘who I am at the eyes of others,’ which implies separating myself from being such other eyes and realizing that I cannot possibly wax and wane according to words, I can only assert myself as living words that I and everyone else can live as a realization of who we really are and what is in fact supportive to adopt and implement in a practical way within our reality.

I see, realize and understand that an ‘attention seeker’ is only a dimension of self-created desire to continue asserting myself as an idea, which is deliberately instigating positive or negative feedback in order to get the necessary reinforcement at an ego-level, which is the entire mind construction that I have to walk to understand How I have created myself as these patterns that have not supported me to live effectively and coexist with other beings in a particular environment.

I see and realize that I can direct such attention back to myself whenever I see myself having any desire to get attention from others in order to see where and how I am still seeking for validation from others’ in order to continue assenting the ‘who I am’ as an ego, instead of actually stopping in the moment and letting go of the desire to get my ‘quick energetic fix’ by getting any positive or negative feedback which results in an experience within myself.

I commit myself to stop myself whenever I see myself deliberately wording myself out in order to get the attention that I see and realize I must give back to myself to see the relationship that I have created in such moment toward the person/ environment in which such desire and/or reaction emerges within my world.

I commit myself to expose how it is that a child becomes a rather constant attention seeker if being overloaded with positive reinforcement, no different to inflating balloons with hot air that eventually have to descend down to earth due to such ‘flying high’ not being sustainable as a living, constant reality of who I am.

When and as I see myself seeking validation from others toward what I say/ do – I stop and I breathe – I realize that only an ego can seek validation from another mind as egos feeding each other, instead of unconditionally taking another’s words as points of support to allow myself to expand beyond ‘feeing the idea of self’ wherein expansion ensues a point of self-realization to see where and how I have created a relationship toward such point of reaction in either  positive or negative way, in order to equalize myself as all that is here to no longer require to exist as an energetic-feedback requiring machine, but as a living-breathing-walking human being that can simply coexist in a physical way wherein feedback can only be a means to perfect and optimize our living application.

“Incentive – Inner sense initiative – transforming incentive into a living self-directive principled action, where one’s inner sense / commonsense initiate oneself into immediate action/change/living of self in a moment when commonsense is realised – and so incentive becomes like a momentary blast of life that sets one off into an explosion of commonsense living action – no more waiting/postponing living, and getting it done – so, get the incentive of self as life – get to commonsense living through writing, self forgiveness and self corrective application – no more waiting for change, but in fact living the change as self” Sunette Spies

Creative Writing: Morning in a Process of Self-Honesty World

You take a cab to go to work. You see how the usual stress of the city is now surrounded by a strange atmosphere of passivity wherein you can only hear a car horn here and there, like asphyxiated claims that are immediately self forgiven, the drivers have finally understood that causing noise only makes things worse. You put your hand on your mouth as you recall that you’d usually lit a cigarette in moments of distress like this. You rather breathe through the cravings and stop the usual complains to get one right away.

This time you decide to strike a little conversation with the driver while daring to ask directly ‘what are you working with’ and interjecting onto his personal process and his latest realizations within his writings. The Taxi driver shows you how he uses his cell phone to take notes and writes further notes on a notebook that his wife gave to him the day that their divorce was self-forgiven, they decided to rather work with themselves instead of bombarding each other with guilt and projected blame.  There’s a picture of his family on the cover of the handmade notebook that he places back beneath his seat as he grins with a sense of satisfaction about his reconciliation. And you can’t help but see how you experience a warm fuzzy desire to have such a ‘happy family’ as well – but you understand that you haven’t even gotten yourself out of the daily misuse of your mind while continuing indulging in fantasies, eternal self-loathing backchat that you project onto your boss while seeking for the next great ‘hype’ to come into your life in the shape of two perfect legs on high-heels.

You breathe to step out of the daydream and in that moment, you expose the actual experience you just created within your mind to the taxi driver, and you dare to express out loud: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire having such a family, without realizing that this is stemming from my inability to first focus on my own self-agreement wherein I must first stop any desire to create a relationships with another being if I haven’t yet sorted out my self-relationship first.  Taxi driver smiles back at you through the rearview mirror and you go into yet another experience thinking ‘Is he mocking me?‘ However he knows that you thought that, and clarifies ‘I am grinning at the bogey hanging from your left nostril, actually’ – and so you suddenly nervously rush to pick it up with the piece of napkin you are always obsessively clinging on to in your left hand, somehow you always fear this happens to you, never realizing how you created such fear in the first place. You feel like someone’s got control over the situation, then realize it’s your own control issues in the desire to be perfect all the time that keep you bound to these nonsensical inner conversations – step out of it because you see that you’ve arrived to your work place. You let him know that you’ve arrived while still feeling the blush cooling down as you rush to step out of the cab. Breathe, you’re only a few steps away from the place – no need to rush.

Workplace: 17th floor tower in the upper east side of the city. You make the religious stop to the only ‘decent’ coffee shop there is available across the street. You glance at a woman that has decidedly made you realize that she is watching you as you pick up pace and enter with a sense of flair to the coffee shop after her.  She breaks the spell by turning back and saying: ‘I’m not flirting with you, if that’s what you thought, I am actually working through these obsessive patterns I’ve developed to always flirt with strangers – I apologize… I’m working with it’ – She seemed rather honest about her words, she only smirked twice at you in a condescending way while saying that – that’s fair. You strain your face in means of regret for it all being yet another trick in your mind to have you react without being actually Here while doing so. You remember how it was a lot ‘easier’ to create these type of random fantasies with strangers when you didn’t have to be self honest about your imagination and inner experiences in the moment; you know that such ‘randomness’ would serve as a trigger point to your daily – and obsessive – masturbation habit. Yes, you’ve had to work with it to see how all your frustration and apparent inability to cope with stress is actually thoughts that you can work with, instead of trying to clear the entire build up through a little stroke of luck to then fall into the same pit of stagnation within your own mind.

In that moment you bring yourself back here to realize that you froze for a moment as it is still a bit ‘unusual’ to get such frankness from any given stranger at a coffee shop.

You go to the counter and look up to see the menu wherein you allow yourself to always ‘ponder’ what you want, yet always choosing the exact same drink. This time you explore something else other than the regular triple espresso with a full milk shot. As you wait for the cashier to come back to the front, you read the ‘Self Forgiveness of the day’ on the blackboard along with the special mixes of the day, and realize that it is way better than reading phony ‘have a good day’ wishes or fortune cookies for that matter– this time it is actually something that relates to you: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become so irritated at the sight of a self-honest world, because I still want my ability to throw tantrums and be constantly mad at everyone – you read the tags on the electronic board that is making sure people get to read the same statement in coffee shops around the world – just as you are – and share their own insights about it.

The cashier gets back to the counter. You ask for your next big hit, a dark roast Italian with a bit of milk because you have come to the conclusion that you must stop being an addict to overloaded coffee and sugar. You stare at the cashier as you hand him your card while asking if there is something going on today? He takes a deep breath in the moment, looks up as to recover the sense that he’s ‘here’ and working and shares how he’s just having a rough time having to let go of the death of his father. He then proceeds to forgive himself for having accepted and allowed himself to be so stressed out and rather concerned about his mother now being alone and having no place to stay now that the pension is gone. You look at him in the eyes and let him know that for now, there are no risks to take, that if he doesn’t have enough money he must take his mother to a social security retirement house until we are able to establish an Equal Money System wherein no worries about money will ever create such distress within him or his mother. e He seems to find some clarity and comfort with your words, he understands that the events we are facing are the outflows of having lived entire cycles as humanity in absolute oblivion of what life is, and placing unbearable price tags on it.

He apologizes for the entire ‘stressfully awkward moment,’ however you realize that he could have been you, in the exact same position, actually it is you in fact – you let him know that it is cool that he opened up right there in the moment and forgave himself, for that is the only way to take responsibility for our own shit and not allow such mental storms to tamper our effectiveness during our everyday work, but instead focusing on how to stop all reactions. You are even amazed at how you were able to pull out such an eloquent stream of words that were actually supportive for another. He seemed to be more stable as he goes to the back to prepare your drink.

You turn around and look at the people in a regular every-day morning coffee session with work colleagues, sharing their tablets filled with self forgiveness statements that each one reads as if it was Every day’s Times paper – at least there’s no more ‘opening bell’ to praise and pray to for better days. Somehow you still see yourself out of that loop, you still fear to open up about the gnawing insecurity you experience every time you have to speak in public, or even when having to present your latest project to a boss that is sorting out his anger management issues and using you as a testing ground for it. You see the ridiculousness of having to increment your confidence as you speak to him, because of the fact that there is no one you have to ‘convince’ or blackmail here as people are now considering investing in projects that are sustainable and long-term solutions for the betterment of humanity. Yes, dealing with engineering water purifying plants was so extensively disregarded and deliberately neglected in the past that you still wonder how you made it into a future where these projects started getting more attention and budget, of course. You then see how futile it is to be stressed about it as you’ve got a monthly income grant which keeps you and everyone else off the old surviving-payroll. You breathe as you take your freshly brewed Italian cappuccino and decide to mingle around others and decide to strike a conversation now that you don’t have to be at 9 am sharp at work, but can take a moment to enjoy the coffee without death-threatening consequences.

You decide to talk to the Self-Forgiving flirtatious woman that had let you know how you were just a nice mirror for her own old-patterned issues. Somehow that made you still flattered about the entire situation and becomes a trigger point to break the ice with saying how you have just uploaded a blog recently wherein the ‘being intimidated by flirtatious women’ point was opened up. She looks up at you and smiles back, she grabs her cup back and sips the black coffee inviting you to read the lines that she has just written out of the recent event with you, wherein a memory of a very similar event in her past popped up. It was written out through statements of self forgiveness that the woman read out loud in order to establish an uncanny vulnerability in the moment, which you still find yourself internally cringing about and becoming distrustful as you start wondering ‘why’ is she even sharing that with you, but you bring yourself back here to see how you should simply dare to do the same sometime. You find this woman attractive for her assertiveness and openness to share her ‘intimate world’ – yet realize that all fantasies that would usually ensue from here stop there, you have work to do, you can only continue seeking for some panties to follow as long as you don’t sort out your inner obsessive delusions about finding a sense of ‘fulfillment’ outside of yourself. You’ve got to let go of it all for now, and get back to the real world.

You decide to leave your blog link to her, letting her know that you’ll also be writing out the inner experience about the entire event and thank her for also being a cool mirror to reflect upon. She strikes a smile after going through an almost imperceptible refraction of unconditional expression – you know it’s tough to, for the first time, allow your teeth to show now that you know that the other can’t be judging you about it.

You grab your bag and leave the coffee shop not before saying to the cashier ‘Hey man, that was a cool shot and… breathe’ with a gesture in your face that shows real compassion, because you truly mean it.

Now you head up across the street to the 17th floor tower that you occupy right at the middle of, and as you go into the elevator you switch into your mind and go into a quick reflection on the events and how you would have experienced the entire sequence of events in the past. You remembered about how women were an absolute mystery that you could only fantasize daring to talk to. You could have simply been in a bad mood and yelled at the taxi driver for being ‘such a slow jackass’ while lighting up cigarette after cigarette and blamed the cashier for exposing having ‘emotional unsorted issues’ while making you wait for an extended period of time to make your regular triple espresso with one milk shot, then making you feel usually miserable for how subservient he would stare back at you when realizing it was not fair having such a bossy costumer early on in the day. You  remember the absolute stress you had while boiling the same old hatred toward the expectation of dealing with your boss that would usually end up spitting the ball of fire back at you.

All of that is gone. You breathe out of the memory and arrive to your office, you log onto your computer to catch up reading the blogs around the world and sharing yours. Somehow even if the world system is crumbling apart like a cookie on hot coffee, you see that people are truly creating a sense of neighborism around the globe that has been absolutely far more shocking and unexpected than any other utopian dream of your youth. You are still holding on to ‘the old you’ by one single thread that you are about to cut off if you are able to implement a new water system that will enable people from places like Haiti or Somalia to benefit from their coast lines, and provide potable water for all. Somehow your inner world of anxiety, despair, devious fantasies and absolute self-loathing stops for a moment as you realize that if it wasn’t for you being here, such system would not have been able to exist.

You sip your now cooled down coffee and as you unwrap the wooden mixer, you realize that the napkin had a note on it: I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be ashamed of letting you know that you have a bogey hanging from your left nostril. I’ll make sure I let you know next time – thanks for the advice. Pat.

You experience an immediate rush of blood to your face, then you breathe and eventually laugh out loud about it and realize the dimensional shift that went on in the cab while still backchatting about your fantasies and rushing to step out of the cab. The woman had seen it on your face the whole time, yet she didn’t seem perplexed or put off by it– it shocks you for a moment while actually considering how the usual embarrassment is not as prominent as it was before. That’s progress.

Anyways, back to work, you’ve got an entire machinery to place on the move in this world – your daydreaming can be put on hold. You remind yourself that for now, you cannot be following that which you like to be your driving force, but stick to what must be done in the name of a better world for all.

Somehow the cup seems to not be half empty anymore.

Further context

The writing came up when creating a hypothetical moment in 7 years of having established Self-Forgiveness and Self-Honesty as a daily regular application for the majority of people in this world. Everyone being aware of the tools of Self-Support through writing themselves to freedom, and actually living and applying it in an open manner with each other. This means that the capitalist system was still in place, however a Basic Income Grant would have managed to get people out of the debt-loop as banks and corporations slowly but surely start adapting to a new system of income through redistributing it back to health care and educational systems.  Everyone would be aware of each one’s ‘points’ that are being walked in their individual processes so that no matter who you talk to or encounter yourself interacting with, they would be able to openly share and get feedback – or at least open communication – without any fear that your ‘secret mind’ could be exposed with strangers.

Human beings start becoming really compassionate to one another now that the ties that money would bound each other to hierarchical strains are being slowly but surely equalized to a best-for-all economic model.

A sci-fi story? No, a future in the making I’d say.

Day 7: Letting Go of Regret

Day 1 – Clearing Starting Point: Writing

We are beginning a phase in our process wherein we will be writing ourselves to freedom, writing ourselves to give structure to our every day living throughout 7 years. Sounds like a commitment? It is, it is the type of commitment that we have never actually given to ourselves in our lives- until now.

This is part of the process that I’ll walk and that I’ve defined ‘Sculpting in time’ within the concept of becoming a real artist, an artist as a human being that recognizes our full ability and capability to transform society by each individual ‘sculpting’/ molding themselves to be the change that we all see is required to be made here. And that begins with ourselves, here, a group standing up for Life in Equality as a Living Principle that ensures that we all eventually, are able to be equally standing here – yet, for now, we must stand as a forefront and do what’s necessary to be done in order to pave the way for the future generations to come.

In the past I had used writing to build and create my personalities, all written in the most hermetic way so that I could not even grasp what I was trying to say and ‘hide’ behind my own words, all done for the purpose of not having anyone understanding or even being able to decipher my own writing. I only ended up spiting myself in that – so, part of the writing point will have to be walked physically wherein I develop a writing that is ‘more readable’ as well.

However, when realizing the initial point: why I had not allowed and directed me to write every day was because of ‘fear of commitment’ to creating a pattern, regardless of how supportive I’ve seen it is – and this is also in relation to ‘how it would be seen by others’ if I publish a blog every day – ideas about past patterns that I’ve lived, a ‘fear’ of being seen as ideals that I haven’t allowed myself to face as an actual possibility within myself.

For the past 2 years, I’ve walked the point – slowly but surely – of establishing a point of self-acceptance and also related to ‘perfection’ which I clarified in relation to how I had lived ‘perfectionism’ and the connotations lived throughout my life.

Now, it is today, this moment that I listened to a must-hear interview of Self-Support for this existential process we’re walking, by Anu of course, on walking the point of Self-Perfection to stand as an example for humanity. This is the day that it begins with writing, and I realized that I already ‘knew’ I could do this, however I allowed certain factors to tamper my ability to expand, even though the point of writing is already a daily point within my life –regardless of being writing a ‘blog’ specifically, I must be writing somewhere, exerting a comment, a post, giving a perspective that is certainly the way that I have allowed myself to verify ‘I am here, I am walking, I see, I understand, I align myself and support others the best way that I am able to.’

However, these points are here, revealing themselves now as I will walk through Self-Forgiveness, along with various other points related to patterns I’ve lived ‘as myself’ in relation to this point of ‘being an example’ and having people ‘taking myself as an example,’ which brings up necessary experiences to clarify, as the starting point of my writing, which must be understood as Self-Support – self- for myself as one and equal which then includes and implies for all equal and one.

I am ready? I remembered Bernard asking me this, and I replied with something like: as ready as I’ll ever be – meaning there is no ‘doubt’ to take here, we either do this here as this great opportunity we have to live, or we’ll just degrade ourselves into what we are already existing as, which is not nice, not pretty and must be stopped.

This time, I won’t allow any external perceptions to limit myself here – I have diminished myself throughout my life on purpose in fear of being ‘outstanding’ – yet as Anu said, this is not about ‘fame’ or ‘recognition’ – not at all, it is about Self-Here walking to live to our utmost potential, realizing our full abilities and capabilities. I stop my deliberate sabotage in fear of being ‘too out there.’

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to not take the habit and self-supportive pattern of writing every day in fear of committing myself to live a point that I would have to ‘live’ as myself, invariably so, every single day– instead of realizing that within this, I limited myself within the ability to expand myself, my process and self-support through making of writing a daily habit wherein I am giving myself a structure to live, to direct myself within my every day living and interactions, wherein I see that there are corrections to be lived – not only as ‘myself’ but as a whole, as we are here to eventually walk a process that involves us all.

I realize that the reason why I didn’t commit myself before, is because of fear of ‘not being able to keep up with my commitment’ – yet, I see that I am the only one that can ‘trap’ myself within my own sabotage for whatever reason and excuse I could find to not write.

When and as I see myself believing that ‘I cannot keep up with my commitment to write every day’ – I stop, and I breathe – I realize that I am mostly creating an ‘ideal’ of writing as ‘having to write every day,’ instead of integrating this as an every-day application, similar to breathing as words, wherein I realize that I am giving myself structure to live – words are here to support ourselves to live, and no longer be used to formulate excuses and justifications as to why we ‘give up’ our ability to expand, express and give ourselves practical support through writing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself for having limited my ‘intention’ to write every day, in fear of ‘putting up pressure on others’ and within that, allowing myself to ‘back down’ out of fear of how it would be ‘seen by others if I wrote every day’ – which is ludicrous that I accepted my own mediocrity as an ‘acceptable way’ for the sake of how it would be ‘seen by others.’

I realize that this is a pattern that I have lived throughout my life, fear of ‘outstanding’ yet desiring it at the same time – however living the latter as a ‘reversed personality’ that I built for myself, and that I have realized exists as the very manifestation of what my current handwriting is, which I will also be walking in order to clarify the reason why I created such a crooked handwriting as a way to spite myself and ‘others’ from perceiving myself as ‘miss perfection.’

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself for having feared being ‘in the spotlight’ in the past, wherein I deliberately physically hunched, looked down and tried to be as ‘less seen as possible’ because of not anting to take the forefront within my reality in any given moment or activity. I realize that the only fear that exists within this is actually me being able to ‘keep up with my stance in the forefront’ – yet I realize that this is not about ‘leading the way’ but standing as a single principle that is in itself, an example of what must be done as existence, as this reality and for that, there can be no more and no less.

I realize that all the perceptions that I projected onto others have been actually my own fears and desires of recognition and wanting to be a wallflower at the same time.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to ever having feared being seen as ‘conceited’ or ‘showing off’ by actually working and living as the ability and capability that I realize I am able to live as – I see that I have only limited myself out of ‘what others would say’ without seeing the obvious fact that this only exits within my own mind as limitations to Not take the actual necessary steps to clarify for myself that: such thoughts are only judgments that are Not and cannot ever be real, as all that exists here, is equal and one. There can be no ‘more’ or ‘less’ but just inflated egos and diminished ideas of self, both poles must be stopped in order to establish Self within a directive principle as what’s best for all which is: not good, not bad, not more, no less than who and what we really are as One and Equal as Life.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself for having deliberately diminished myself and belittled myself in order to ‘get the necessary approval’ to give myself enough ‘trust’ that I am in fact ‘trust worthy’ to this process. I realize that all of these points of recognition and seeking approval stemmed from a actual fear of standing as an example, fear of being ‘conceited’ which is a point that I will be walking here, to make sure that  the words I direct, the starting point of my actions is in fact considering what’s best for all – walking the process of integrating this principle as a written process wherein I assess where and how I require to re-consider myself, my application, see ‘who I am’ within any given moment, to reintegrate myself to all points that I have separated myself from.

I realize that all the patterns, fears, judgments, deliberate self-sabotage that I created for myself toward the point of ‘self-perfection’ and ‘standing as example’ have been but Ideals based on a system of values/ worth in separation of Life. I realize that the way to walk here is within humbleness, wherein I ground myself as the Earth that keeps me breathing, because otherwise, I lose myself up there in the mind, believing myself to be ‘something’ instead of actually living it and seeing the consequences that it manifest.

I realize that living words entails responsibility, and this is not to be taken lightly. I realize that any given moment that I see ‘fear’ arising with regards to taking responsibility for myself, and others eventually – I stop and I breathe. I realize that at this moment, I focus on myself wherein I establish self-trust and allow myself to be the director of my every day living, my every day moment wherein I stop any experience wherein I am being taken for a ride by my own participation within my mind in a useless and unnecessary thought pattern or experience that ‘diminishes’ my ability to stand as a living principle and example.

Within this process  – and more specifically the last 2 years, I have been more directive within myself to get to a point of comfort within taking a fore-front, which implies walking a process of self-forgiveness in relation to all the ideas, beliefs and perceptions as a  constant battle I lived toward ‘authority’ – and taking that point of self-authority as an actual direction to build self-trust as the application of myself throughout this process, self-acceptance which I have recently clarified in order to give it a more substantial realization of self-acceptance as the physical – and, last but not at least, liberation.

What we are doing within writing, is giving us structure to finally ‘free ourselves from the cages of the past.’ And I am here to take the point of rattling the cages of the caged, beginning with myself, letting go unconditionally of any limitation of how I will be perceived and fearing ‘not keeping up with myself,’ which can only exist as a future projection of the nature of self-sabotage which is not acceptable because I see, I realize and understand how the only point that can limit myself is a thought that I am able to stop participating in, from the very moment that I can spot myself facing a resistance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience resistance to write within the ‘ideal’ of requiring ‘substantial time to write’ in order to create an ‘acceptable blog’ – which are just standards that I have created within my mind, instead of realizing that the moment that I write myself, here, being fully attentive and developing my writing as myself – day to day – I am walking the structure and direction in the moment. There is no way I can create an ‘ideal’ of something that must be and can only be walked in every moment while doing it.

Words are the key to how we create this reality. Within establishing words as ourselves within a self-equality and oneness principle, we are able to in fact place the very foundation upon which we will eventually walk this process to equalize ourselves as Life. Not to be taken lightly, and I can say for myself that, after these years there is not much of a fear toward this. It has taken me time, definitely – so, this is just to share how it IS possible to go from an absolute fear to ‘stand up’ and ‘be in the front’ into an Actual Self-Acceptance which implies Not allowing anything less than who I really am Here – as Life, as One and Equal.

When and as I see myself diminishing myself and believing that ‘I must step aside because I cannot keep up’ – I stop and I breathe, I realize that this pattern can only stem from me existing as a point of comparison and competition which is not the way to walk this process. This is about me, here, establishing a point of discipline, consistency and amalgamation of words as myself as an actual tool of self-creation.

I see and realize that, what’s best for all, is and will always be that which must remain as a living condition for each one of us living in this world. This is how common sense throughout this process will be integrated as a living-understanding of what in fact means to ‘write ourselves to freedom,’ as a consistent application of what we are aware we are able to live-as individuals, to finally free ourselves from fears, limitations and perceptions toward ourselves and each other, and equalize ourselves to a living-principle that we all can live as equals.

I invite you to do the same – no thoughts on ‘how it must be done’ – this is Your Process, this is My Process, this is Our Process and within this, there is and cannot be any ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ as, within writing from the starting point of developing common sense and establishing Self-Honesty, we can only learn how to correct ourselves As we walk our writings. This is a continued application – yet reinforced to be lived as a daily-action, a daily participation to infiltrate the web with common sense and Self-Forgiveness, which is truly the only way that we are in fact able to unlock ourselves from our self-created cages.

And, I’m grateful for everyone that is equally walking this process-  no matter where in the world you are, we are all together here as a group that stands up for Life, for that which Matters in this world,  a world wherein no common-sense has been lived as a principle. We are here to walk it, and establish and get comfortable with it, get comfortable with wording ourselves to freedom as that’s a human responsibility that must not be taken for granted.

This is our one and only chance to do this. As I heard from the lead singer of Refused last night: This is Not a Rehearsal, this is IT.

No more fun and games – no more fucking around.

Yet! that doesn’t imply that writing is not enjoyable  – the more you walk through resistance, the more it will be easier to let go of any preconceived ideas of ‘how this must be walked.’

As my nose clears up, I see that this is it for today.

Thanks for breathing.

2012 Self Forgiveness: How-To, Why, What, Where, When?

So, I’m watching Desteni videos – I am going one after the other looking for the ‘magic code’ that I can use to essentially deprogram myself now that I’ve understood that we have been preprogrammed Mind Consciousness Systems and we require to do something about it! I definitely don’t want to remain just as another ‘consciousness robot’ that’s not living, but only killing time – What do I have to do? – Where do I find the way out? – What’s the secret?’  these were my thoughts 4 years ago.

Initially I got so freaked out by watching the videos and hearing the words ‘STOP THE MIND’ so many times, that I feared ending up in like a vegetative state. I thought that this process was simply impossible and wondered how on Earth will I go on through my life with ‘No Mind’! I admit here that I was very gullible, that’s probably one of the reasons why I indulged into so much bullshit (spirituality and conspiracy theories) that I researched right before getting to Desteni. With having this ‘background,’  I didn’t take into consideration what was actually meant by ‘stopping the mind,’ and only allowed myself to get into what I now call ‘the whiner experience’ wherein I created a turmoil of thoughts, giving up on myself even before I started. This was due to this process being seemingly  impossible at first glance: ‘too much’, ‘unbearable’, ‘How will I do this?’ – It worried me for a while, lol, all part of the same mind-experience created within myself.

Within this state of enraged-pity, I sent a message to the guys at Desteni explaining my situation, how I was literally ‘losing my mind’ by realizing that I had to stop my mind – and wondered how will I live, what will I be? Etc. The reply that I got from them was, to my surprise, of such simplicity and obviousness that I literally laughed out loud while reading it, as I realized how usual this experience had been throughout my life: it was my mind throwing a tantrum, the mind’s defense mechanism to not have to go through this process = it’s not who I really am as life the one that’s complaining! So, this point became an initial realization: stopping myself from being the whiner. Ever since then I have shared that video with anyone that experiences the same point of it all being seemingly ‘impossible’ to walk through, only to realize that it’s the mind’s survival mechanism kicking-in and literally crying out for help when realizing: we’re about to debunk its kingdom.

Once I got over my initial reactions, I simply continued watching the material.

Self Forgiveness ?

I constantly heard the words Self-Honesty, Self-Forgiveness, Writing, Breathing, Self Corrective Application in the videos, which I inferred was ‘the way to go.’ I began assessing my then ‘values’ and ‘stance’ toward such words.

I was a ‘pro-Honesty’ person within the understanding of what ‘being Honest’ is/means in the system, which could have been like declaring war toward another being or country in a ‘rational and logical’ manner, and be considered as ‘being honest’ by ‘speaking the truth of their intentions’ without ever considering what’s best for all in such words/ decisions. I had considered myself to be a ‘frank person’ within those parameters, not really considered ‘what’s best for all’ in such a honest self-created idea of myself.  So, this is how I began opening eyes to what SELF-Honesty was, which made sense to me in every bit of it.

Writing was something I had been doing at the time – yet definitely using it as a reinforcement of my own personalities wherein poems or lyrics to songs I never sang would come through, lol – in essence, I wrote to form and shape my personality, just like a sculpture that I was busy creating of myself as a nice idea that I could wear. Those writings became the ‘code’ so to speak, wherein I would reassure to myself ‘who I was’ and why I thought in a particular way, why I liked or disliked the world.  I didn’t really write to get me out of my self-created‘hole,’ but rather reinforced it and justified it as ‘a way of living.’ This was all I would write about at that time.

When realizing what the process consisted of, I understood that this had to be developed in order to ‘change the world.’ I had no problem in directing such points into a ‘one and equal’ understanding, but… Self Forgiveness? All types of judgments went on inside me along with the usual questions like: ‘Why do I have to forgive myself?’ ‘Why can’t I just ‘let it go/ stop it?’ – ‘Isn’t that a religious thing?’ – ‘Isn’t there just another way to do this (process) instead of having to write out this format-like sentences to correct myself?’ I was very skeptical and even went to the extent of fearing ‘deprogramming myself,’ fearing getting to a point of having ‘no control’ over myself = essentially fearing becoming a ‘self forgiven drone’ lol, without actually realizing at the time that I was already Not ‘in control’ of myself and that I was a mind-driven being that had never actually lived.

We tend to get overwhelmed by the sole idea of having to forgive ourselves for everything that we’ve lived-as thus far and forgive ourselves as the entire world for that matter. This was only an initial mind-experience that we then fear ‘getting ourselves into,’ because it just seems ‘too much’ and we go into self-pity experiences of ‘I can’t possibly do this’, I went through a breakdown due to having to let go of my ideas of there being a ‘quick fix’ to this reality, or even some type of God existing to which I could ‘connect to’ and get to a ‘greater self-experience.’ This was all part of the mindfuck that was required to be stopped in the first place.

So I said to myself, I can’t go on as I am we’ve got to stop the world and for that we begin with ourselves. At first it seemed really petty to have this as a reason to do so, I still held secret desires on a magic wand doing the job for me wherein I would only have to ‘apply self forgiveness’ as in writing it out and the problem would be solved – later on I found out what it really was all about.

I got my shoes on, let’s walk this!

I went on to the forum just to see what Self Forgiveness was after spending the first weeks just trying to get used to the idea of me applying Self Forgiveness – initially it seemed like a repetitive drone of words wherein I would have to go through every bit of my memories, my ‘life’ and apply Self Forgiveness for it. It seemed extensive, in my mind there was like an immediate ‘No way! That is impossible’ within forming ideas of having to then spend the rest of my days applying Self Forgiveness non-stop, lol. That’s the ‘extremist’ aspect of the personality I continue exploring through writing and stopping within this process.

After reading the very first examples on Self Forgiveness by Jack, I sat on my bed in the afternoon and began reading. I saw myself in the awkward position of reading along those statements aloud for the very first time in my life. . I probably even blushed to myself, even if I was absolutely alone, it was just so ‘not me’ to be forgiving myself considering that I had lived as a self-righteous person that thinks, believes everything I do is ‘word’ and cannot be wrong. The single act of sitting down and reading self forgiveness was an immediate humbling moment, it was already being like a hand grenade blown toward my ego: it was about to be blown up for life.

One of the first points that I walked through self forgiveness was exposing the mind’s limitations and fears and any other emotion/feeling attached to beginning this process in itself. I literally had created this surreal scenario of ‘me walking process’ wherein I saw myself as a zombie passing by ‘regular people’ on the streets and simply having to remain ‘blank’ the whole time. Nope, that was my own misconception that was later on part of my own fears blowing Process out of proportion – laughing at it was a cool way to shed the point off and simply get myself to start writing,  committing myself to myself to life no matter what.

WHAT?

Okay, so… what is this supposed to do now? I’m now free from god? from the female ego? and I’m now Self Honest?” Lol, my first ideas on Self Forgiveness were linked to this being a process wherein I would be doing some type of magic spell by simply stating the words/ writing myself out and having it all ‘cleared up’– let’s say that the entire aspect of having to Live Self Forgiveness wasn’t really understood at that time. So, I decided to apply the point of being unconditional about it, I had nothing to lose.

I proceeded to first start writing a point out to see ‘how it worked’ which was working with the most prominent experiences I had in that moment. I wasn’t even participating that much at the time in the forums, I just focused on setting this foundation for myself, because I knew this was the way to walk the process, to stand up for life and finally stop my mind – I ‘knew’ it, yet it had to be walked and self-realized.

I noticed how at first it all seemed so repetitive – ‘Why can’t I just say ‘I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself’ once and then just name the whole list and ‘get over with it’?’ – I was still looking for the ‘fast and accurate’ way out of it, took some time to grasp what I was actually doing as ‘Forgiving myself’ after applying the usual ‘fake it till you make it’ wherein words don’t seem to mean anything – and in fact, they won’t! Unless you Live them. This was the ‘aha-moment’ that I had to walk and discover for myself through the actual application of it in time.

I must say that the judgment toward the word forgiveness remained even after a while into writing and process. To me it was like a silent-cringe inside me whenever I would hear myself forgiving myself, because of having these concepts of religion and priests and the entire religious-construct along with the word ‘forgiveness.’ It was just plain icky at the beginning.

Key-point here: I hadn’t applied Self Forgiveness for judging the word Self-Forgiveness in itself and clearing out the associations toward it. I had to see how the ‘awkwardness’ was linked to this memory of that one and only time that I ever ‘confessed myself’ to a priest, which remained like a very bitter experience in my life, almost like having to swallow a medicine that leaves a very bad taste in your mouth for a while. The priest spoke the word ‘forgiveness’ and so to me that had just left a stigma toward that word. I never went to confess myself again and in my mind, applying self forgiveness was like confessing my ‘dark deeds’ to myself, which I saw as a cool point in terms of not having to resort to telling my stuff to someone in order to be ‘absolved from my sins.’ Then I realized what a nice trick religion had created in order to be the ‘only ones’ that can endow you with such ‘god-given right to forgive you,’ whereas Self-Forgiveness implied: I can do it myself –  awesome, way to go to debunk faith and beliefs.

I applied self forgiveness on feeling ‘icky’ and weird and judging the word forgiveness and self forgiveness in itself – the whole lot of points that went opening up as I went writing out the sentences around thoughts like ‘why do I have to forgive myself,’ ‘why forgiveness sounds like something priests do to others,’ forgiveness related to god, forgiveness related to me having done something ‘wrong’, forgiveness as in ‘asking someone forgiveness’ and even ideas on this being a humiliating process and embarrassing even for myself alone.

When beginning process I also  noticed how I also wanted to ‘get over with my past shit and move on’ which I did through writing it all out and sharing it as a form of also demonstrating something to someone of my own application – in a way following an ‘ideal’ of clearing myself fro such ‘sins’ as soon as possible. This is not something that was ‘wrong’ or anything. simply I found out in that process how we find our own way to establish ourselves through process in a ‘trial and error’ manner.

In my case it was mostly through writing that I opened up points to apply Self Forgiveness for,  having that ‘freedom to write’ wherein I’d share all the apparent trivial points of my days. I would experience certain blockages while writing out self forgiveness whenever I would jump in my mind into an idea of ‘myself within process’ wherein we believe that we are doing something that will make us ‘better,’ make us ‘more’ in any way – Nope, not at all. I quote a sentence that came through a chat  once“The Self as life has no language or Skill yet.” Realizing the humbleness required to walk this process was quite a cool point within it all,  as it allowed me to stop having to ‘uphold’ a particular idea of myself I had been bound myself for my entire life as living up to the ‘highest standard’ possible at an intellectual level.

I had to let go of this ego-formed around been specific and effective within my application – it is still being stopped whenever it rears its head. I realized that it could only feed yet another ‘ideal’ of myself becoming something/ someone ‘better’ instead of simply realizing that self-honest application here will not enhance any egos, but only reveal/ expose and function as support to direct ourselves into an actual practical physical living realization of who we really are, supporting us to take off the blindfold to see what we all really are.

WHY ?

The simplest reason I can name of why I came to apply Self Forgiveness was to simply get to actually Live. I understood we can’t possibly go on as we have in this world,  we have to stop what we’ve accepted and allowed within ourselves and actually get to the realization that it is in fact possible to create a new world if each individual that is willing to stand up for life, dedicates themselves to themselves, to live a process wherein Life is considered in all aspects as one and equal – always.

I wanted to stop being the same self-deprecating system with all these habits and obsessions and desires to know and obtain any form of ‘truth’ to create a ‘meaning to life.’ When I heard that Self Forgiveness was the way to first of all STOP all of those delusions to then live, I realized that I had to ‘test this out for myself’, I couldn’t just continue watching the material and absorbing all the knowledge and information for the delight of my own witty-ego satisfaction, no.

I initially went ‘full-on’ applying Self Forgiveness and had a heavy-duty time with it with writing out a lot. I was still having this ‘urge’ to get something done, to ‘get it done’ and be finally ‘here’ with “no-mind” and being finally free, I was still applying Self Forgiveness from that starting point of achieving something, not really realizing what I was doing was part of the process of first getting to establish Self Honesty within myself.

I realized how this process is not about ‘bettering ourselves’ or ‘personal growth’ but simply the realization of what we are actually able and capable of living-as, directing ourselves toward our optimum-state and living in our fullest potential. This all made sense to me as the way this world and reality ‘should have always been’ – I saw how the point that was in between us from realizing our actual ability to stop and correct ourselves had only been ourselves as the mind. We are the only ones standing on our way– this is paraphrasing Bernard. All the ‘lostness’ thoughts began to diminish, because I saw that I had only ‘gotten lost’ according to the thoughts that I had given space and many breaths away to exist as ‘who I am,’ I then realized to what extent this had been my own creation and how I had to take self responsibility for it.

I suggest reading the blog ‘How I was able to Hear Desteni’ for further details about these first days of encountering it. Even though it all sounded extremely weird to me, I decided to ‘give it a try’ simply because I had already gone through other processes in trying to ‘make myself feel better’ which had not really been effective or with ‘long lasting effects’ just like the temporary bridge they were. I decided to apply Self Forgiveness in part also to see ‘what it was all about’ and not allow me to only formulate ideas/ beliefs about it without testing it for myself.

HOW ?

The initial experience within applying Self Forgiveness was fueled  with regret, shame and guilt when realizing what we have accepted and allowed ourselves to exist-as in this world, and how we had – within such possession-  created a world of hatred and separation. Myself being the +1 point that supported such depression,  anxiety, walking with this constant judgmental view on the world  that I allowed myself to be and become.  I walked through my reality seeking for experiences, people, drugs or anything that could allow me to ‘grasp’ this reality, to not feel ‘lost’ and apparently gaining some type of ‘higher status’ to be special, to at least ‘know’ any form of ‘truth’ within this reality that would make me feel like there was a ‘point’ in this existence –  though I could only continue seeing  that nothing made sense.

This is almost a ‘normal thing’ to go-through when realizing all the moments that we’ve spent in our little bubbles secluded from the rest of the world. Thus I initially rushed in means of ‘clearing my name/image’ as soon as possible. I had the idea that it was all about writing the self forgiveness out in one go, and then being ‘clear/ absolved’ of it forevermore. No, that was only my ego once again wanting to ‘shove it all away’ as fast as I could to regain a certain ‘peace of mind’ and be done with it –  it was just another attempt to regain the experience of ‘everything is fine,’ without really grasping how this was a process to be lived for a lifetime.

Self Forgiveness can only support us in identifying the points that we have to correct ourselves,  yet as we know, this takes the actual physical integration of that which I vow to stand for, Self as the starting point in all ways = walking the talk.

It was through the support through forums, Bernard, Sunette and everyone else participating at Desteni that I realized that Desteni was no quick fix, that it would take the actual living-application of it, that I had to actually walk-it, live-it, fall and rise again, make mistakes as many as I had to in order to get to know which road Not to follow – I realized that I actually required to DO THIS, that this was no prayer or magic wand wherein I could just simply spell nice words and pretend all is well – no.

I also had to see how I had never ever done this as it’s not a preprogrammed thing to do. I realized that it wouldn’t come as a single easy decision wherein you chose from one color to another, but that it would take an actual self-commitment and self-will to prove if what was being shared with regards to Self Forgiveness in Self Honesty and writing ourselves to freedom was actually supportive. Till this day I can say: yes it is, absolutely.

At times I would be quite overwhelmed with all the points I would go opening up through Self Forgiveness. It was a process wherein through writing and making it a consistent point within my every day living, it became a habit, a cool habit to start getting to know myself, to see where and how it is required to apply self forgiveness, how to apply self forgiveness for the experiences of the day. I mean, to me writing became like the most enjoyable part of the day and till this day, If I don’t write a day it would be because I’m absolutely sick or something – even if I don’t write blogs on a daily basis, I am continually writing somewhere in the internet or for myself in a notebook. It’s become part of myself – and it’s a very coo habit to develop a point of self-communication wherein we are able to ground ourselves as self-support and share it whenever we can with others as well. Writing and words are the key to this reality – and this is a Destonian realization, we are proving it for ourselves as we walk.

All in all, Self Forgiveness was a trial and error process initially, wherein I virtually began applying Self Forgiveness for everything and all that I noticed in my environment, in my thoughts, in the world – it’s cool though because that’s how I got to discern what is common sense, what is Self Honesty, what are points that I have to open up further and how eventually applying/ living Self Forgiveness would imply the ‘actual doing’/ walking of all of these statements.

This was finally something that I had to ‘make it work’ = it was no quick fix or magical wand as I had desired it initially to be – that’s when I began ‘meeting my maker’ for real, because Self Forgiveness became ‘the way’ to start seeing what the hell on Earth I was thinking and going through at all times as the inner chatter that I had dared to call ‘my best friend.’

WHEN ?

Once I started grasping Self Honesty, I saw that I could no longer be fooling myself with playing the same old ‘me’ when I had clearly set out the reasons, excuses and justifications for me being/ becoming a particular way – the self-interest, the narcissism, the arrogance, the self-inflated ego, the obsessions, the self-created delusions were out and in the open now, I could not fool myself nor did I want to continue deceiving myself. I can openly say now that it is through applying and living Self Forgiveness that I found what Self-Respect is, what actually establishing Self-Trust is based on one’s own writings and realizations and practical-living application of such realizations as well.

The moment that I saw that even after leaving behind all the idea of myself I was still ‘Here,’ fears started vanishing – and I continued walking no matter what. Self Forgiveness became ‘the way of living’ from the perspective of being able to correct myself when seeing ‘the point’ that was missed in a moment wherein – yes – a breath was missed.

Breathing through resistances to bring-through a point within Self Forgiveness, breathing through the initial judgment that may come whenever we expose to ourselves a point that we had suppressed and not looked at out of embarrassment, shame, guilt or fear – breathing through reactions is the way to go once you see the same points emerging after having applied self forgiveness for the point, such as my initial judgment toward Self-Forgiveness in itself.

I remember once buying myself an only-self-forgiveness bloc of notes and the day that I had finished writing on the very last page, I felt ‘so cool’ about it, I planned to save it for the posterity lol – I lost it that same day at the bus station, I realized that such process was not to be ‘cherished’ and that it wasn’t about creating a collection of self-forgiveness, but actually walking through the process of living it, living the correction that I had seen through my writings that I had to stop, correct, align within the principle of what’s best for all. Eventually I understood that I could write heaps – yet if it wasn’t applied, then it was absolutely useless.

I also saw how any ‘good feeling’ I could get out of applying Self Forgiveness, was a mind generated experience and had to be stopped.

When getting specific support on the point through the Tree of Life I realized how ‘my past was still haunting me’ literally and how I was creating an actual experience of rushing or even anxiety in wanting to ‘get rid of the fucker as soon as possible and be at peace,’ without actually realizing that I had to first let go of wanting to ‘overcome myself’ but simply face the points for what they are, self forgive and walk the process at the physical pace of breathing – moment by moment.

This ‘rush’ had to be stopped by first realizing that I had to clear myself from such thoughts of guilt, regret and shame that had emerged when writing myself to freedom, I wanted to ‘get over with it’ as soon as possible. I then realized that ‘there is nothing to attain’, there is nothing to ‘get to’ or ‘become’ – It is about realizing who/ what I really am,  that I am Here and I can’t define and limit myself within a perceived amount of time that I require to do this. So, rushing is linked to a self-competition through time against myself, against the personality I had become. So, forgiving myself for that became the pillar to walk in humbleness, to realize there is nothing to ‘attain’ or get, but is an actual walking-living self-realization that will be proven through our own participation in space and time in our reality.

This also included stopping the expectations or ideals of ‘who I will become once I have applied Self Forgiveness’ – making sure I didn’t form any self-grandeur within it, any ego enhancement as being then ‘more’ than others or now being ‘done’ with myself and not requiring to continue, that’d be rather another mindfuck to debunk indeed – and I remind myself of this every time that it is required. It is a constant living application.

Living Self Forgiveness

I never knew how layered my personality was until I started applying Self Forgiveness

It was shocking to start seeing how I was essentially avoiding ‘mingling’ with people around me based on this idea/ personality I had of myself. I started realizing how I had become that which I had vehemently judged others for: I had become my own worst nightmare without ever noticing it. By this I mean a rather picky, elitist, judgmental, arrogant being that would only care to ‘spend time’ with those people that would ‘care’ about me as I did for them – conveniently so – I would not give a reverend fuck about the rest, I only cared about my little bubble. So, when applying self forgiveness and going understanding that this process was to expose myself for everything I had become, it initially was something I resisted, just because of fearing to face the reality that I had become, the actual  ‘true nature’ of myself while I had though of myself as being a nice and delightful person. This was then obviously out of still playing out my core-personality, instead of being fully unconditional within the application.

See, the cool thing about Self Forgiveness is that we realize that we’ve existed as patterns, patterns repeat by ‘nature/design’, we realize that due to the extent that we’ve lived as the mind, we will be facing layers upon layers of the same pattern in various different aspects of our reality. Thus, we know we can’t be ‘done with it’ in one go – we’ll in fact amalgamate ourselves to the physical as breath, moment by moment, walking with the necessary patience to go stopping and correcting ourselves. That is translated to simply being able to stop the mind, stop all unnecessary time-loops of repeating the same experiences over and over again, until we realize that we simply require to Stop, Self Forgive and let go of it. Sounds simple, yes, though it takes a constant application that becomes ‘who we are’ every time we stop ourselves from participating in the mind, in every moment that we do not participate in that which seems enticing and alluring to go into – that moment that we don’t ‘go there’ actually supports ourselves to ground ourselves in/as the physical, we prove to ourselves that we can actually do this, that it just takes one breath at the time and sufficient self-will to do it.

I never even thought that I would get to enjoy this process until I simply started living it. I would spend hours writing out self forgiveness because I saw it as a very effective way to go opening up points and almost ‘challenging’ me to transcend my fears of ‘oh no no don’t go in there!’ within my mind wherein I would have to kind of give myself an internal kick in the ass to write the point out. Embarrassment, shame, guilt, heaps of self judgment, self-hatred, a lot of judgments toward other people, the world – I was overwhelmed!  However, it was the most liberating point once it was ‘out’ like a physical relief from having now exposed this rotting corpse to myself, it no longer was this ‘dead talk’ inside my head lingering around, provoking me to go into certain moods or experiences that I would then dare to participate in and define as ‘who I am.’ These experiences began diminishing, simply because I could not kid myself into such thoughts after having extensively exposed them for what they are. Once the can of worms was opened, the can was empty and I filled it up with soil to grow something rather supportive for myself to live in common sense.

The specificity implied in the writing itself of Self Forgiveness has been a key point of support in order to learn how the mind works as a perfect-system for excuses and justifications to not take Self-Responsibility. Hence the only way to ‘tackle’ this problem is through walking an equally specific and perfected system of self correction, which is why Self Forgiveness is such a specific way to correct ourselves. Each word in the basic sentence as ‘I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself…’ is an absolute statement of taking Self Responsibility for having given our lives up to a mind-driven action that was done in inconsideration of who we are as one and equal.

Throughout the process of getting to know how Self Forgiveness works, participating in the forum, reading others’ posts became a pillar and vital point of feedback. I was pretty much amazed how any single action/ event was able to be directed by using the same tools – indistinctly – and how common sense is always able to be established in any given situation, by the fact that every action is exerted through a process wherein a process of decision making is involved: to act or not act – it is self-created and as such, it can be corrected.

How come we had missed this throughout time?

No Excuses: Life Cannot be Denied

I see Self Forgiveness as giving ourselves a second chance to live – to finally create ourselves as that which we see is and will be best for all as one and equal. This sounds ‘cool’ but living the words implies a life-dedication, a commitment toward ourselves that we support ourselves with and share with others. It is a way to expand our ability to see/ realize that who we really are had been caged in our own mind-traps and we are ready to take them all down for we have been the very creators of it all.

There is no ‘mystery ’in Self Forgiveness, it’s not a self-god-given right, it is about understanding that we stop ourselves from existing within a single point of definition or idea of ourselves that limits/ defines who we are, and living it out through first removing/ detaching ourselves from such memory, idea, thought, belief, picture and standing up from having accepted and allowed ourselves to remain limited within such conception of ourselves.

It’s about getting to know ourselves, to learn ‘how’ we function and  take Self-Responsibility for it, which is realizing and understanding  how there will be no miracles happening in order for us to correct what we have accepted and allowed to exist in this world.  We have this one life, one opportunity for us to be the creators of a reality that we are willing to exist as from now on, within common sense, within the principle of what is best for all as equals. This is the single starting point for creation we have missed throughout time – it is only now that we have the opportunity to stand as the living example of what is possible for us human beings to be and become when we become the change that we want to see in this world.

Enjoy living this out for yourself.
